Abstract:
Common to all commercial enterprises is the problem of violating the basics of the formation of intellectual activity. The same problem of enterprises’ intellectual activities is quite relevant from a practical point of view. One of the useful tools, the use of which makes it possible to translate the issues of intellectual activities, is the formation of a business model. In the process of the study reported here, a meaningful part of the intellectual business model of an enterprise was proposed and the corresponding concept was introduced. The main groups of indicators for assessing the level of intellectual activities of the business model of an enterprise were combined into the following clusters: qualifications (Q), skills (S), possibilities (V). The level of an enterprise's intellectual activities was assessed using an empirical and graphical method since the selected assessment indicators in their content can only accept point scores. The proposed methodology for forming a radar system to determine the format of business models for intellectual activity of trading enterprises is based on the definition of clusters of indicators to assess the level of an enterprise’s intellectual activities using an integral indicator. According to the radar system, the formats of enterprises' intellectual activities have been determined: innovative, integrated, rational, content-oriented, conducting. It was investigated that the potential for increasing the level of intellectual activity of the integrated format of the business model of an enterprise is about 14 %. The conclusion about the level of the enterprise's intellectual activities is made on the basis of determining the scale of values of expert assessments. Validation of the assessment of the level of intellectual activity of an enterprise was carried out separately for each format for all proposed clusters of assessment indicators. Based on the results of testing, recommendations have been compiled for choosing the format of a business model for the studied enterprises.

Abstract:
Today, the corporate culture existing in Ukrainian enterprises is very undeveloped, and in some places it has a formal appearance. Heads of domestic enterprises, postponing the formation of corporate culture or generally considering it unnecessary, do not realize the negative impact of this phenomenon on the level of economic security of the personnel system of their enterprises, which as a result restrains their economic development. Increasing the indicators of social and economic activity of enterprises and ensuring their stable and economically safe development requires the formation of a high-level corporate culture. Built on the basis of an integral system of values, the corporate culture of the enterprise is able to act as an effective image tool, forming a high level of staff loyalty on the one hand, and stable partnership relations with the subjects of the external environment on the other. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the corporate culture is determined both by the parameters of the social and psychological climate in the team, and by the satisfaction of the company’s employees with the performance indicators of its work. The article states that it is employees’ awareness of their own role in shaping the overall result of the enterprise that contributes to the growth of their loyalty. The necessity of applying such a personnel policy at the enterprises, which should be based on a balanced system of motivation of the work of the personnel, which as a result will ensure personnel and economic security, is noted. The stages and levels of the formation of corporate culture have been determined, the sequential passage of which allows for the automatic reproduction of corporate behavior by employees. Taking into account the presence of an individual business philosophy, a system of values, principles, rules and norms of behavior, the general features of an organization with a strong corporate culture are singled out. Approaches to the implementation of corporate culture at the enterprise are defined, which are implemented depending on the results of the analysis of the impact of corporate culture on the indicators of the socio-economic efficiency of the enterprise, and taking into account its compliance with the general strategy of the enterprise. At the same time, the influence of the enterprise’s corporate culture on its general strategy should be carried out using a model of comprehensive assessment of the functional, elemental and organizational levels of building corporate culture.

Abstract:
Introduction. The similarity of goods' technical characteristics in many consumer markets requires producers to focus on non-price methods of competition, based partly on the formation of their products proper information image in consumers' minds. The formation of the production image must consider the fourth industrial revolution and the economic digitalization. This consideration requires changes in the enterprises marketing activities organization. Accordingly, there arises a problem of adapting enterprises' marketing activities to formal and informal relations between key economic agents. The purpose of the study was to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of the enterprise marketing activities organization through involving the system-reflexive paradigm. Results. The study's hypothesis was to subordinate the process of enterprise marketing activities organizing to the subject of marketing activities reflection rank increasing requirement. This hypothesis also requires considering all stakeholders' interests in creating product processes, not just end-users. An additional hypothesis was to focus the marketing organization not on the individual entity's experience, but the quantitative indicators laid down in the concept of data-driven marketing. The hypotheses have been proved by determining the structure of the enterprise's marketing activities subject area. Narrowing the compromise zone between the consumer and the company has been chosen as the object of marketing activities. Due to the given approach, marketing activities have been considered simultaneously as a process, as a phenomenon with a certain structure, as an interaction, as a function and as a system. The logic combining of the enterprise marketing activities and reflective management has been reflected. Conclusions. The system-reflexive approach allows developing the marketing paradigm by forming informational influences on the consumer interest. The requirement to increase the reflection rank within the cycles of the enterprise's marketing activities organization has been presented as the basis of offered development. Keywords: marketing activity, system-reflexive marketing, economic interest, reflection rank.

Abstract:
In Industry 4.0, a network of enterprises and factories is constructed collaboratively and dynamically according to the cyber physical system (CPS) paradigm. It is necessary to build smart supply chains according to this concept. A network of component enterprises in a supply chain would be modeled as a virtual supply chain in the cyber world. From the viewpoint of Industry 4.0, virtualizing a supply chain is the foundation for constructing a CPS for a supply chain. The virtualization of a supply chain makes it easier for companies to study their integrating and expanding opportunities. By using this CPS, comprehensive and autonomous optimization of the supply chain can be achieved. This virtual supply chain can be used to simulate the planning phase with negotiation, as well as the production phase. In this paper, instead of specific mathematical modeling for each supply chain, a general configuration method of a virtual supply chain is proposed. The configuration method of a supply chain model is proposed as a virtual supply chain using enterprise e-catalogues. A virtual supply chain is constructed as a multi-agent system, which is connections of software agents that are automatically created from each selected enterprise model in the e-catalogues. Three types of component enterprise models are provided: manufacturer model, part/material supplier model, and retailer model. Modeling templates for these three types of enterprises are prepared, and each template is a nominal model in terms of enterprise’s behavior. Specific component-enterprise models are prepared by filling the appropriate template. Each component enterprise agent is implemented using the enterprise model selected from the catalogues. Manufacturer, retailer, and supplier e-catalogues, as well as an automatic construction system of a virtual supply chain, are implemented. Methods for developing templates for the manufacturer, retailer and supplier were provided, and the construction system for specific enterprise models (as e-catalogues) is implemented as a trial.

Abstract:
This article reports on examination of the relationships between manager’s personal values, their attitudes toward concern for environment, concern for economic results and enterprise environmental responsiveness. Schwartz’s list of values and statements about the environmental and economic concerns is used. We analyzed 1179 managers’ answers from Slovenian enterprises with structural equation modeling. Manager’s concern results: (a) for environment positively and significantly and (b) for economics negatively and insignificantly, in influence on enterprise environmental responsiveness. Two value dimensions significantly influence enterprise environmental responsiveness and one negatively. Environmental concern mediates the effect of three, and concern for economic results mediates the effect of two value dimensions on enterprise’s environmental responsiveness. Generalization can be limited due to the focus on one Central Europe country; future examination is needed. Findings are useful for the development of enterprises’ pro-environmental behavior and development of enterprise value system. A model of enterprise’s environmental responsiveness is developed.

At present, the company’s performance management, by comparison, pays more attention to the results and ignores the management process. In an enterprise, the performance of employees is embodied in the quantity, quality, time, cost, etc. The establishment of KPI can provide an objective and fair judgment basis for the enterprise’s value evaluation and value distribution system, and can accurately measure whether and how much employees have contributed to the value creation of the enterprise.

The relevance of the research topic is explained by the fact that the existence of various approaches to the assessment of the level of sustainability of an enterprise’s development predetermines possible difficulties when enterprises choose a methodology and criteria for estimation of this category. Thus, the purpose of this article is the research of categorical aspects of the sustainability of an enterprise’s development and a characteristic of the principles and approaches adopted in relation to the term “controlling of the sustainable development of an enterprise”. In this article, the sustainable development of an enterprise is considered in terms of several aspects. A contentious issue is the following: what kind of sustainability does the controlling system of an enterprise provide? In this regard, analysis of the content of the aspects of each type of sustainability is performed. In addition, an assumption is made that controlling ensures the sustainable development of an enterprise by performing the following functions: preventive, adaptive, coordinating, analytical, organizational, instrumental, informational, and prognostic; the content and economic directionality of each function are disclosed. In the course of characterization of the effective controlling indicator of the sustainability of an enterprise’s development, the main principles that should guide the development of this indicator are identified; its main criteria are highlighted. The research notes that a complex assessment of the sustainability of the development of enterprises in modern conditions requires the necessity of considering the sustainability of the economic system from financial and economic aspects. Based on the results of the research, a conclusion is made that the creation of criteria for assessing the indicator of controlling of sustainable development of an enterprise will significantly increase the efficiency of the controlling system at industrial enterprises and therefore is more than necessary.

Abstract:
This paper adopts the analysis method of big data to conduct an in-depth analysis and research on the sustainable development mechanism of enterprises, firstly, combing the content and methods of enterprise business performance evaluation, defining enterprise sustainable development, and exploring the integration of enterprise sustainable development and enterprise business performance evaluation by specifically analyzing from different perspectives. Then, we analyze the industry in which the enterprise is located, its business situation, and strategy, and after analyzing the current business performance evaluation system of the enterprise, we point out its problems. The current performance evaluation system is incomplete, focuses only on economic benefits, is not long term, and does not consider the company’s strategy and stakeholders’ needs, which affects its importance and feasibility. Then, the above analysis is integrated to build a performance evaluation system consisting of four dimensions, namely, economic dimension, scientific research and innovation dimension, social dimension, and ecological dimension, from the perspective of sustainable development, and a total of 29 indicators are selected. Then, the two research tools of first value method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were combined, based on the panel data of enterprises from 2016 to 2020; the first value method was used to get the weights of each indicator in the business performance evaluation system. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to get a comprehensive evaluation score of enterprise’s business performance in 2019, and then the evaluation results were analyzed in detail and suggestions were made, which confirms that enterprises are based on the sustainable development perspective. The evaluation of business performance is necessary and important. Finally, we propose supporting safeguards, such as establishing a performance evaluation team and a monitoring mechanism, dynamically improving the enterprise performance evaluation system, establishing a sustainable corporate culture, preparing and publishing a sustainable development report, and accelerating the information construction of performance evaluation.

Abstract:
The relevance of the research is due to the necessity of external and internal problem solving in the context of dynamic changes of external business environment by a successful industrial enterprise. The first type of tasks is the need to sustainability of enterprise development. The author has suggested endogenous approach which is linking the development of enterprise with finding new solutions at each stages of the life cycle. The second task of enterprise is due to contribute to the sustainable development of society, and the approach to solve this problem is designated as exogenous. The exogenous approach aims at the agreement of enterprise owners and people, ensuring balanced and continuous socio-economic development of enterprises. This type of development is in conformity with law of evolution of societies and Nature Conservation Act. The author has identified the differences between of previously mentioned approaches on the criteria: emphasis; aims; principles; functions; core of development; innovations; adaptation; restrictive parameters; final purpose. These approaches should be used consistently in the development of complex indicators of management decisions within author’s hypothesis. The author has presented own evaluation method for each approach. The methodology of enterprise’s assessment of targeted sustainable development is the core of endogenous approach. This methodology includes the technology and development of tools for identifying the convergence of growth rate of industrial, environmental, social, innovative management subsystems. The basis of exogenous approach is the author’s methodology to determine enterprise impact on social, environmental, economic spheres of activity in society and its assessment over time. The author’s suggestion will be a basis of mechanism for identification of functional consistency of industrial enterprise management systems in further research.

Abstract:
Under the conditions of intense competitive struggle, integrated assessment methods are gaining increasingly greater importance in the processes of information and analytical support of enterprise development management. Enterprise competitiveness is one of the most universal, and, consequently, methodological and applied features among such generalizing characteristics. However, almost all of the approaches used are characterized by both significant advantages and certain disadvantages as of the date. This study develops a system of information and analytical support for managing enterprise competitiveness in the market of fast moving consumer goods, where competition is near the highest. The author's approach for assessing the competitiveness status of enterprises is developed. For this purpose, a system of indicators is determined, which reveal comprehensively and systematically the main parameters of competitiveness according to its structural components, or subsystems: (1) personnel, (2) property, (3) commodity, (4) organizational. The peculiarity of the approach includes the combination of the method of enterprise position rating in the market, and expert survey, which ends with presentation of the results using the graphical method. Summarizing approbation of the developed methodological approach to the assessment of enterprise competitiveness status, the results allow to allocate the leader enterprises, enterprises of average level of competitiveness, enterprises of attack zones and lost opportunities, and outsider enterprises are obtained. The results include the possibility of implementing a new better and more comprehensive approach for analyzing the status of competitiveness of competing enterprises, which serves as a significant information and analytical basis for policy planning to strengthen the competitive position of businesses for the consumer goods market.

Abstract:
Global economic integration drives the development of dynamic competition. In a dynamic competitive environment, the ever-changing customer demands and technology directly affect the leadership of the core competence of enterprises. Therefore, assessing the performance of enterprises in a timely manner is necessary to adjust business activities and completely adapt to new changes. Enterprise diagnosis is a scientific tool for judging the development status of enterprises, and building a scientific and rational index system is the key to enterprise diagnosis. Considering the large number of enterprise diagnostic indicators and the high similarity among indicators, this study proposes a selection method for enterprise diagnostic indicators based on interval-valued hesitant fuzzy clustering by comparing the existing indicator systems. First, enterprise organizations are considered as the starting point. Through the key analysis of relevant indicators of domestic and foreign enterprise diagnosis, enterprise diagnosis candidate indicators are constructed from three aspects, namely enterprise performance, employee health, and social benefit. In view of the ambiguity and inconsistency of expert judgment, this study proposes an interval-valued hesitant fuzzy set based on the characteristics of hesitant fuzzy sets and interval-valued evaluation. For improving the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy entropy function, an interval-valued hesitant fuzzy similarity measurement formula considering information features is designed to avoid the problem of data length and improve the degree of identification among indicators. Then, the similarity, equivalence, and truncation matrices are constructed, and the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy clustering method is used to eliminate redundant indicators with repeated information. The availability of the proposed method is illustrated via an example, and the key indicators in the enterprise diagnostic index system are found. Finally, the advantages of the proposed method are discussed using comparative analysis with existing methods. A rational and comprehensive enterprise diagnostic index system was constructed. The system can be used as a scientific basis for diagnosing the development of enterprises and providing an objective and effective reference.

Abstract:
The problem of defining the prospects, opportunities, limitations and methodological format of assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise in a transitive economy using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) concept has been considered. The relevance of the issue is due, on the one hand, to global trends in innovative development, and on the other hand, to the incompliance of performance of the post-socialist industrial enterprises with the characteristics of innovative development. The creation of mechanisms for improving the enterprise’s competitiveness and its appropriate assessment based on the use of advanced management practices and technologies is becoming increasingly relevant. The purpose of study is to improve methodological approach to the BSC-based assessment of competitiveness of a value-oriented enterprise, and to substantiate the prospects of effective integration of the BSC into the existing enterprise management system. This research paper justifies the possibility of using various methodological forms, including the simplest ones, of the Balanced Scorecard, which features a transformational nature, in the process of forming a balanced strategic management of enterprise. Methodical approach has been proposed for identification of the enterprise strategy directed at increase of its market value and strategic competitiveness. Matrix analysis was applied to assess the enterprise performance indicators; it revealed a relationship between the enterprise's competitive position and class of its innovation BSC-based strategies. To assess the enterprise’s competitiveness, an integral index of its investment attractiveness has been proposed, and to assess the class of the enterprise innovative strategies, an integral index of the enterprise innovations was calculated. The proposed methodological approach was used to perform expert sampling within the frame of indicators for determining the investment attractiveness and innovativeness of a metallurgical enterprise by the criteria of strategic orientation, efficiency and functionality. The study has analyzed the experience gained by the leading enterprises of Ukraine’s metallurgical complex in using BSC in a limited methodological format as a tool for identifying the strategy of an enterprise, assessing its competitiveness, innovativeness and investment attractiveness. The result of the study was the conclusion about the possibility of applying the simplest Balanced Scorecard forms as a catalyst for innovative transformations and developing balanced enterprise management in transition economies.

Abstract:
The article deals with the theoretical aspects of controlling in the enterprise management system. The paper proves the need to use the concept of controlling as an effective tool for enterprise management. The main reasons for the need to use controlling in enterprises are outlined. Recently, large enterprises have shown considerable interest in controlling as one of the systems of successful enterprise management. Studies at enterprises have shown that the use of controlling technology in the management process has increased the efficiency of management. Today, controlling is an effective management tool in enterprises. Based on the collected and analyzed available information, controlling allows to predict the future state. Controlling is becoming more and more important and necessary every day, because it allows you to adjust the plans and goals of the company to changing environmental conditions based on such predictions. Controlling allows you to constantly monitor the achievement of both strategic and operational goals of the enterprise. The scope of this concept is both the external and internal environment of the organization, and its main objectives include ensuring the stability of the enterprise, anti-crisis measures and prevention of bankruptcy. The main reasons for the need to use controlling in enterprises are outlined. The main functions and subsystems of controlling at the enterprise are defined. Controlling provides a methodological and instrumental framework to support the basic functions of management: planning, control, accounting and analysis, as well as assessment of the situation for management decisions. Controlling is designed to help the company effectively use the existing potential and create new conditions for successful operations in the future. Controlling in the strategic sphere acts as an "internal consultant" to senior management and owners of the business entity in setting strategic goals and objectives and their achievement. It is proved that the controlling system forms a system of effective enterprise management and provides coordination of the management system as a whole, which in turn reduces the time spent on management decisions.

Abstract:
The gradual demise of the command-administrative management system determines the relevance of the study of the peculiarities of the development of the methodological basis for managing the development of industrial enterprises in terms of modern management. The article highlights the features of managing the development of industrial enterprises in the context of globalization, as the adoption of the methodology of sustainable development, which is based on the principles of socially responsible activities of enterprises; increasing the weight of management of changes and constraints in the overall management system of enterprise development; increasing the role of informal tools in building a methodology for evaluating directions, as well as methods of strategic forecasting and planning of enterprise development; abandonment of management decisions in the short term in favor of long-term strategic decisions; decentralization of enterprise management and dissemination of collective decision-making methods; improving marketing management as one of the decisive factors in increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, their investment attractiveness. The interpretation of the enterprise’s evolvement as a process of acquiring new qualitative, quantitative or structural properties of the socio-economic system, which involves a change in the parameters of its state and the acquisition of equilibrium, is elaborated. The system is transformed through the growth, activation or structuring of the constituent elements. The author considers relationship between the concepts of «innovation» and «development» as complex categories that need to be clearly delineated and closer defined. The factors limiting the ability of enterprises to increase production include: prices for the raw and expendable materials, cost of energy, tax pressure, lack of working capital, insufficient effective demand of domestic consumers, high competition in the commodity market. The key internal factors that affect the development of the enterprise are its existing potential, functional activity of the organization and the effectiveness of enterprise development. Innovation remains an important sign of development – necessary, but insufficient for its implementation. The key factors influencing the management of enterprise development include the mission, vision, values and policies, plan and program of enterprise development.

Abstract:
A modern enterprise must be ready for any changes that may arise under the influence of both internal and external influences, including uncertain ones. It must be able to get out of this unfavorable situation as quickly as possible. The proposed study is to confirm the hypothesis of the relationship between the level of uncertainty and the performance of an enterprise based on the use of the preventive preparedness regime. The work solves the following tasks: assessment of the level of uncertainty of the external environment, selected as an indicator of entropy; a methodology for choosing the financial and economic indicators of an enterprise for the formation of a preventive readiness mode is proposed; the existence of a relationship between the level of uncertainty and indicators of the preventive readiness regime has been empirically confirmed. The authors propose a variant of the enterprise’s transition to a state of so-called “maximum readiness”, in which it will feel “comfortable”. The concept of enterprise management in a situation of external uncertainty is presented. In accordance with this approach, the results of the analysis of financial, economic and social indicators of economically significant automobile enterprises located in various regions of Russia, included in the list of backbone and influencing the development of the region, have been investigated. The selected indicators were considered from the point of view of the possibility of applying to them the state of the maximum readiness mode in conditions of uncertainty, which provides an adaptive state of the enterprise and, accordingly, will allow maintaining and even increasing its position in the market in the presence of uncertainties. The proposed concept can be recommended to all firms and enterprises with an innovative focus since they are more susceptible to the adverse effects of uncertainties.
