Full textEffectiveness evaluation of the development strategy at a machine-building enterprise is an important aspect in the economy of enterprise and necessary for feedback to adjust the strategy. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop methodological foundations for effectiveness evaluation of the development strategy. The paper deals with the theoretical and methodological issues of the study of effectiveness evaluation of development strategy. Research and methodological literature, regulatory legal acts and financial statements of organizations in the public domain were used as sources. The master's thesis proposed a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the development strategy of a machine-building enterprise, supplemented by coefficients that allow to make comparative analysis of strategies and performance coefficients that link the directions of the development strategy with economic indicators, which allows enterprises to conduct a comprehensive analysis of their development strategy, as well as adjust it in accordance with the results of the assessment.
