Abstract:
Radio frequency identification(RFID) is high technology, which can rapidly and real-timely acquisition information and accurately deal with information. And it has broad application prospects in retail, logistics, transport and other fields. Service oriented architecture(SOA) is a service-oriented architecture, which is used to design and realize the loose coupling software. For the existing shortcomings of current enterprise information system integration, the RFID technology and SOA are introduced into system integration in order to propose a new enterprise information system integration scheme in this paper. In the proposed system integration scheme, the middleware uses the business documents as the carrier of data exchange among other enterprise application systems, and the data stream technology is used to filter and package RFID data. The rule parsing technology is used to control the business processes. The SOA is used to realize the loose coupling and integration of RFID data event and application system, and deal with the configuration of the components. At the same time, .NET Remoting technology is used to realize the distribution architecture of middleware in order to ensure the deployment flexibility of middleware. The applied cases of a demonstrative application system, blood management and traceability system are used to illustrate its feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed integration scheme. The enterprise information system integration scheme provides an effective solution for system integration between different enterprises or internal enterprises. It can solve the compatibility between different application systems, and takes on the higher service efficiency, less CPU average occupation and better average response time. This study provides a stable and effective solution for information sharing between enterprises, improves the work efficiency and reduces the whole work management capital, and continuously improves the informatization level of the enterprises.

Abstract:
Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) is a major problem confronting manufacturing organizations that have deployed large-scale enterprise information systems and aim to coordinate inter- and intraorganizational product development, supply-chain, and customer management activities. Successful EAI is a key enabling step toward implementation of viable Product Life-cycle Management (PLM) strategies. Extant EAI technologies, such as distributed object and messaging technologies for communication and ontology-based database schema integration, are tedious to develop and maintain in an organization. Though workflow management systems have enabled process coordination of both manual and system-oriented tasks in organizations, coping with the lack of adaptability and inter-operability in workflow systems is a manual and resource intensive effort. Recent advances in (i) standardized, modular, and distributed software delivery frameworks, such as web services; (ii) standard semantic markup languages for developing domain ontologies; and (iii) intelligent process coordination frameworks promise the development of flexible, responsive, integrated, and organic process management architectures. In this paper, we present an intelligent mediator-based architecture for enabling EAI. Intraorganizational information sources and services are made available via a web-services framework. An Integrated Service Planning and Execution (ISP&E) framework interleaves service composition and execution at the mediator to fulfill service requests. Processes that interleave information gathering and transactional tasks are generated using domain-independent Hierarchical Task Network (HTN) AI planning and a domain-specific ontology and then executed in a scalable and reliable manner. Benefits and limitations of mediator-based frameworks for EAI and topics for further research are discussed based on a prototype development experience.

Abstract:
Nowadays, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) constitutes a real and growing need for most of enterprises, particularly for large and dynamic ones. Actually, the major problem of EAI is the heterogeneity problem, especially the semantic one. This latter is not correctly addressed by today's integration solutions, which focus mainly on syntactical integration. Dealing with the semantic aspect, which will certainly promote EAI by providing it more consistency and robustness, needs some appropriate principles such as ontology urbanization and mediation. These latter that constitute the main focus of this paper aim to favor the semantic application integration allowing to correctly capture, structure, master and reason upon the semantics, which currently constitutes a big challenge for several enterprises that are in quest of more flexibility and manageability.

Abstract:
To cope with high levels of complexity, competition and change requirements, manufacturing enterprises (MEs) need to continuously improve their process and resource system performances. Enterprise Modelling (EM) is considered a prerequisite for enterprise integration and performance improvement because it can be used to capture relatively enduring knowledge about any specific business environment in which production systems will be deployed. With this prerequisite in mind, EM principles were deployed to capture and develop ‘static’ models of an SME. This provided detailed descriptions of enterprise production operations and their precedence relationships. A discrete event simulation tool was then used to develop time dependent ‘dynamic’ models of selected process segments of the specific case Enterprise Model. This allowed the computer execution of alternative production system designs to be assessed under SME specific changing scenarios and enabled suggestions for potential improvements to be made.

Abstract:
Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions cope with two kinds of problems within software ecosystems, namely: keeping a number of application's data in synchrony or creating new functionality on top of them. Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) provides the technology required to implement a variety of EAI solutions at sensible costs, but they are still far from negligible. It is not surprising then that many authors are working on proposals to endow them with domain-specific tools to help software engineers reduce integration costs. In this article, we introduce a proposal called Guaraná. Its key features are as follows: it provides explicit support to devise EAI solutions using enterprise integration patterns by means of a graphical model; its DSL enables software engineers to have not only the view of a process, but also a view of the whole set of processes of which an EAI solution is composed; both processes and tasks can have multiple inputs and multiple outputs; and, finally, its runtime system provides a task-based execution model that is usually more efficient than the process-based execution models in current use. We have also implemented a graphical editor for our DSL and a set of scripts to transform our models into Java code ready to be compiled and executed. To set up a solution from this code, a software engineer only needs to configure a number of adapters to communicate with the applications being integrated.

Abstract:
Three core imperatives are essential for modern businesses and organizations: seamless integration of customer and operational processes, agility, and the ability to change. These imperatives are relevant in view of successfully executing strategic choices, but all too often not satisfied. Businesses and organizations are complex adaptive socio-technical systems and can be viewed from two fundamentally different perspectives: the functional (black-box) perspective and the constructional (white-box) perspective. Management and governance of businesses and organizations regard the functional, black-box perspective, which is inherently ill-suited for addressing the imperatives mentioned. It will be argued that establishing system integration, agility and change requires a focus on the system's design, hence necessitates the constructional perspective. The concept of architecture is considered fundamental for operationalizing the constructional perspective. Next to the more familiar notion of technology architecture, the concepts of business, organizational and information architecture are formally introduced and elucidated. Various domains within these architectures will be highlighted, whereby the importance of coherence and consistency is stressed, especially in view of the ability to change. Collectively, the four architectures are labeled Enterprise Architecture. Finally, enterprise architecture will be positioned as a crucial means for linking strategy development and execution.

The Virtual Enterprise model relies on dynamically reconfigurable collaborative networks, with extremely high performances, strongly time-oriented while highly focused on cost and quality, in permanent alignment with the market, and strongly supported by information and communication technology. Networking and reconfiguration dynamics are the main characteristics of this model, which claim for enabling and supporting environments, assuring cost-effective integration in useful time and preventing the risk of leakage of private information about products or processes. Some existing technologies and Internet-based environments can partially support this organizational model, but the reconfiguration dynamics can only be assured by environments able to manage, control, and enable virtual enterprise creation/operation/reconfiguration. Several environments are introduced in the article, and particular focus is given to the Market of Resources, an environment coping with the requirements of the Virtual Enterprise model.

Abstract:
With the development of information technology in society, many enterprises have set a set of enterprise information management systems for themselves. This paper proposes an Enterprise Management Information System based on the SSH framework for the Web. Firstly, the key technology in Web, Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), is combined with Spring-Strut-Hibernate (SSH) framework, and a lightweight solution of J2EE Web application is adopted to build a Web application with a clear structure, good reusability, and easy maintenance in a short period. The functional design and development process of the information system is explored and studied in detail, and computer software design and development technologies, tools, and methods are used to build an information solution for the enterprise project management business. The internal functions of the system are divided into project planning, implementation, suspension, change, evaluation, and result management, which can provide information technology tools to support the enterprise project management business according to its actual content and management mode. All key information of this system is stored in the database, and the database tables can be divided into system-like tables and project-like tables according to the design and definition classification. Finally, the implementation of some major functional modules in this system. The integration of the system SSH and the main public functions are implemented, and then the details of how the key functions such as user login, project information filling, and auditing are implemented in the enterprise project management information system, and how the document generation function is implemented after project approval. In this paper, the enterprise management information system performance test showed that the system response time, average occupancy rate of CPU, and memory during the test have reached the expected requirement. The maximum response time of 2.423 seconds, CPU and memory (physical) maximum average occupancy rate of 21.24% and 25.25%, respectively, all conform to the requirements of the performance index.

Abstract:
The starting point for establishing a Virtual Enterprise is a set of existing enterprises which might contribute with some of their functionalities (core competencies) to the formation of the virtual entity. The most important issue, in this formation, is the rapid integration of the business processes of the participating companies. The architecture of the VE must assist companies desiring to enter into a virtual relationship by defining the functions and interfaces of critical business processes, thus allowing for a more rapid and efficient integration of the expertise which will be contributed by each partner in the virtual enterprise. While the integration of computer and communication technologies are no doubt critical issues, the successful attainment of the business goals of the virtual enterprise often depends on its ability to align the business processes and practices of partner enterprises. Focus of this paper, is the presentation of Structured System Dynamics (SSPS) multi-methodology for the design and the evaluation of a Virtual Enterprise Architecture. SSPS uses Systems Thinking and System Dynamics principles as launch pad for its approach. The Systemic Methodologies of Problem Structuring Methodology (PSM) and SAST are also integrated in this new Multi-Methodology. SSPS is a new practical and scientific tool in designing and evaluating a VE architecture providing the ability to determine the impact, reliability, success of the Architectures' models created, refine them and identify potential process improvements. A framework for the rapid and efficient integration of the business processes of the participating companies in the virtual enterprise is provided. For this multi-methodology, a real-life application is also presented for a Virtual Enterprise that constructs Wireless Payment Mechanisms.

Abstract:
With the rapid development of science and technology, the requirements for the use of financial management systems required by users are also constantly improving; therefore, the financial management system is updated rapidly, and a single financial management mode can no longer meet the needs of users’ development. Designing a management system integrating business and finance can effectively maintain the stability of user’s (enterprises) development. Besides, all aspects of the designed system should be carefully divided and upgraded to adapt to the complex internal operation mode of some enterprise users. This article is mainly based on the use of Internet of Things technology to design a more optimized online financial management system so that its users can have more convenient and accurate access to or processing of certain information. This is to build an online financial management system based on the blockchain technology of the Internet of Things, complex network information transmission detection technology, and multiplexed information transmission technology and to expand the application scope of its functions by building databases, financial information systems, and financial analysis systems. By comparing and analyzing the system constructed in this article with the system proposed by Zhang Yuzhuo earlier, which is suitable for the strategic integration development of his enterprise, we can find that this system has advantages in reliability, simultaneity, and delay, that is, data transmission efficiency. This shows that the online financial management system designed in this paper can be carried out normally in actual activities and has certain advantages.

Abstract:
Enterprise application integration quickly arose as a problem for companies and solutions were proposed including point-to-point architecture, ETL (Extract, Transform and Load), EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) and ESBs (Enterprise Service Bus). With the rise of virtualization, how applications in a physical environment could interact with those that are in a virtualized environment. The objective of this paper is to study and define a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in a semi-virtualized environment. The authors propose an architecture which allows service integration in a semi-virtualized environment. This study uses a survey-based technique to seek which technology can be used in the considered environment. A state-of-the-art of the various IT designs and solutions enabling SOA implementation is presented. ESB technology has been retained for this study. A literary review is done on ESB to examine how it could be used in the semi-virtualized context. The findings of this study propose an architecture which allows service integration in a semi-virtualized environment. After an in-depth examination of different deployment possibilities and technical solutions proposed for this purpose, a new architecture based on the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) is proposed for semi-virtualized context. This architecture is organized around two ESB solutions each deployed in an environment and interconnected by a communication bridge which ensures message routing between the two ESB buses. A practical deployment phase is carried out for illustration under Talend Open Studio with encouraging results. The proposed architecture is a good solution for companies whose information systems operate in a semi-virtualized environment.

Abstract:
Accounting information systems (AISs), the core module of any enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, are usually designed as centralised systems. Nowadays, the continuous development and applications of blockchain, or more broadly—distributed ledger technology (DLT), can change the architecture, overcome and improve some limitations of centralised systems, most notably security and privacy. An increasing number of authors are suggesting the application of blockchain technologies in management, accounting and ERPs. This paper aims to examine the emerging literature on this field, and an immediate result is that blockchain applications can have significant benefits. The paper’s innovative contribution and considerable objective are to examine if blockchain can be successfully integrated with AIS and ERPs. We find that blockchain can facilitate integration at multiple levels and better serve various purposes as auditing compliance. To demonstrate that, we analyse e-procurement systems and operations using case study research methodology. The findings suggest that DLT, decentralised finance (DeFI), and financial technology (FinTech) applications can facilitate integrating AISs and ERP systems and yield significant benefits for efficiency, productivity and security.

Abstract:
Promoting the initiative and subjectivity of the two main bodies of schools and enterprises, as well as fully exploiting their synergy in practice, is a necessary prerequisite for reflecting the benefits of school-enterprise integration, and without it, China’s vocational education cannot improve the quality of professional and technical personnel training. Simultaneously, it allows for high-level economic and social development. This is also the focus and challenge of current vocational and technical education reform and innovation. We discovered that the integration of industry and education, as well as school-enterprise cooperation, has made significant progress in City C’s higher vocational colleges through questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews: the cooperation mechanism has been steadily established and innovated, the talent joint training model is diverse; the level of cooperation between the two parties has been continuously improved; the benefits of enterprise cooperation are complementary, and s The current situation is “schools are hot and enterprises are hot,” and both supply and demand are booming, contrary to the empirical view that the education industry integrates “schools are hot and enterprises are cold.” The engineering talent training industry-education integration collaboration model is to establish and combine multiple case studies to illustrate its application scenarios, and then propose the characteristics of the collaboration model and the level analysis of the collaboration elements based on different systems, dynamics, and dynamic training models. This study collects data through questionnaire surveys and investigates the synergistic elements using the fs QCA empirical analysis method. These synergistic elements can help the integration project be more effective. Reproducible guidance is provided by various types of integration projects. Finally, in light of the current state of talent training in the integration of production and education, this research suggests three countermeasures: government optimization of top-level design, hierarchical implementation of the collaborative main model, and project implementation scope to coordinate school and enterprise path selection.

Abstract:
One of the substantial problems in large scale enterprises is lack of the integrity of the operational systems. The information flow among different departments is aiming at integrating data, applications and business processes in an organizational platform. In this research, the authors propose to design a process of decision support system for the integration of three corporate units: purchasing, sales and production. Here, they examine the process in two steps of information flow in each enterprise unit for decision making. While in the second step and according to data from the previous step and due to the uncertainty in the enterprise data it was determined to implement the rules of the system by the possibility theory. Thereby, the events that have effective role in the integrity of organization for each unit are known and enterprise should focus on them to achieve goals. Also, to use actual data of enterprise and to be able to use the results of the work objectively, the authors conducted a case study for implementation purpose.

Abstract:
This article describes how the Internet of Things (IoT) and its smart objects will be the fundamental building blocks for the creation of smart pervasive systems. Precision Agriculture can be defined as the use of information, communications technologies and electronic devices in agricultural practice, to improve agricultural production. This article addresses the problem of modelling Precision Agriculture systems. The authors propose an Agent-based approach for an effective integration of the IoT technology in Agricultural Enterprise systems. The proposed approach is based on Agent Interaction Protocols (AiP) through which they specify complex services of the system by recognizing larger chunks that have a meaning in the application domain. The AiP supports the modelling of composite services as entities whose business logic involves a number of interactions among more elementary service components. The authors present an agent-based system architecture whose main goal is to address interoperability issues between heterogeneous IoT-based services by offering a harmonized API.

Abstract. Problem The problem is computer science, car transfer, road maintenance, synergy, principles and paradigms of using car computer systems - ACS. The use of multi-agent systems in the virtual management of the transport process allows improving the quality of transport management. A multi-agent system is a collection of interacting agents that can work together to achieve a common goal. Multi-agent systems can be used for better management of logistics processes, in particular in the field of transport. The role of agents in decision-making, including in real time, is considered, which allows more accurate forecasting and control of the transport process. Goal. The goal is integration of the intelligent multi-agent system (IMAS) and agents in the task of virtual management of transport processes. Results. A program installed on a server that supports Internet functions can potentially be accessed from any workstation. This opens the way to the use of intellectual and production tools by almost all employees of the enterprise at minimal costs. The same application becomes available from any workstation connected to the Internet, which is critical for e-commerce applications. Such an opportunity opens access to applications to corporate partners for creating virtual enterprises and virtual management.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to develop and test a theoretical model to measure the impact of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems and moderating relationships of system and process integration on business value. Design/methodology/approach ERP and CRM systems are analysed with the resource-based view theory and measured by their impact on business value, having in consideration the moderation of system and process integration. The model was tested and analysed with data collected by Microsoft, from firms that have adopted both ERP and CRM systems in their organisation. Findings ERP system is found to be an important asset to business value, but CRM systems’ impact on business value is found to be not significant. System integration as moderator of ERP or CRM system is found to be not significant but has a positive and significant impact on business value. For process integration, the study finds that it is significant only when moderating the CRM system variable. Research limitations/implications The model shows that the moderating effects of system and process integration are important variables for understanding the joint business value of ERP and CRM. Practical implications Adopting an ERP system and ensuring system integration provides a direct impact on business value. In order for a CRM system to have a positive impact on business value, process integration with ERP system must be ensured. Originality/value This study provides new knowledge on how ERP and CRM systems used together may positively influence value from IT investments, and how systems integration and process integration provide business value.

Abstract:
Enterprise content management is quite an issue because of heterogeneity, complexity and size. Moreover, this burden is exponentially growing. In order to efficiently handle the enterprise content, a systematic approach is required, which embraces object-based models and software engineering tools. The paper outlines the approach, and gives the primary attention to the formal models for content management. The formal models are fully supported by problem-oriented languages and CASE level tools. The proposed approach has been extended for application in project integration management. The paper also suggests the method of dynamic modeling of planning and change management processes taking into account particular project constraints, priorities, environment etc. This method is based on ER-model of project structures (WBS, OBS, TRM, network etc.) and the Selective-function Linear resolution for Definite Clause. The resolution procedure defines the sequence of the project structures determination i.e. the management process including inputs and outputs on the basis of specified initial conditions. This method was applied in a consulting project in public management domain. It could be implemented as a web-service for another web-based Enterprise Project Management Systems or as a stand-alone solution with GUI. The approach has been approved by a number of successful enterprise-scale implementations in oil-and-gas industry, public management, trading and banking enterprises, nuclear power plant construction and other areas.

Automobile, aerospace, and other industrial manufacturers have evolved over the years to use a multitude of computer-aided design (CAD) and product data management (PDM) systems and have long depended on single-vendor solutions to support their enterprise-wide engineering activities. Increased product complexity, distributed authoring environments, and the need for tighter team integration with partners and suppliers have created challenges and new opportunities for information technology (IT) vendors to be able to integrate systems from multiple independent software vendors (ISVs) to form a coherent Enterprise PDM system. This paper will describe, in detail, a case study and solution of an IBM Research project called Hedwig. Hedwig investigates creating robust solutions for Product Life-Cycle Management (PLM). We focus on several research issues, including information federation, data mapping, synchronization, and web services connections. We describe a working system that allows access to several heterogeneous PDM systems that are used in the automotive and aerospace industries.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT Modern business organizations experience increasing challenges in the development and evolution of their enterprise systems. Typical problems include legacy re-engineering, systems integration/interoperability, and the architecting of the enterprise. At the heart of all these problems is enterprise modeling. Many enterprise modeling approaches have been proposed in the literature with some based on ontology. Few however adopt a foundational ontology to underpin a range of enterprise models in a consistent and coherent manner. Fewer still take data-driven re-engineering as their natural starting point for modeling. This is the approach taken by Business Object Reference Ontology (BORO). It has two closely intertwined components: a foundational ontology and a re-engineering methodology. These were originally developed for the re-engineering of enterprise systems and subsequently evolved into approaches to enterprise architecture and systems integration. Together these components are used to systematically unearth reusable and generalized business patterns from existing data. Most of these patterns have been developed for the enterprise context and have been successfully applied in several commercial projects within the financial, defense, and oil and gas industries. BORO's foundational ontology is grounded in philosophy and its metaontological choices (including perdurantism, extensionalism, and possible worlds) follow well-established theories. BORO's re-engineering methodology is rooted in the philosophical notion of grounding; it emerged from the practice of deploying its foundational ontology and has been refined over the last 25 years. This paper presents BORO and its application to enterprise modeling.

Abstract:
Medical imaging is increasing its importance in matters of medical diagnosis and in treatment support. Much is due to computers that have revolutionized medical imaging not only in acquisition process but also in the way it is visualized, stored, exchanged and managed. Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) is an example of how medical imaging takes advantage of computers. To solve problems of interoperability of PACS and medical imaging equipment, the Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) standard was defined and widely implemented in current solutions. More recently, the need to exchange medical data between distinct institutions resulted in Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) initiative that contains a content profile especially conceived for medical imaging exchange: Cross Enterprise Document Sharing for imaging (XDS-i). Moreover, due to application requirements, many solutions developed private networks to support their services. For instance, some applications support enhanced query and retrieve over DICOM objects metadata. This paper proposes anintegration framework to medical imaging networks that provides protocols interoperability and data federation services. It is an extensible plugin system that supports standard approaches (DICOM and XDS-I), but is also capable of supporting private protocols. The framework is being used in the Dicoogle Open Source PACS.

Abstract:
Introduction. Modern business activity of any enterprise requires the use of financial resources management tools. Financial activity of enterprises is a key element that ensures the efficiency and success of modern business. However, in order to ensure effective management of finances and organization of their high-quality distribution, placement and use, it is necessary to form a rational procedure of the accounting process, within the framework of which the company's accounting is carried out. Methods. General scientific and special methods were used in the work in order to achieve the set goal: dialectical method of scientific knowledge – to consider the essence of accounting; synthesis – to clarify the relationships between business entities in the process of accounting and its impact on management processes; graphic – for visual display of the obtained results; abstract and logical method – for forming research conclusions and proposals. Results. The role and significance of accounting in the enterprise management information system as a specific management function is substantiated. It has been established that in modern business conditions, the role of accounting as an information system is not only to record information in reporting on events that took place in past reporting periods, but primarily to help and facilitate the management system of the enterprise to determine the current and strategic goals of the activity and to model future ones management decisions. It is proven that the use of modern information systems allows solving the problem of integration of management and financial accounting with the management system. Discussion. Further scientific research of the problem should be directed to an in-depth study of the application of digital computer and telecommunication technology, which is based on the use of artificial intelligence for enterprise management. Keywords: accounting, information support, management, information base, information system, digitalization, information management technologies.
