Abstract:

Abstract:

Abstract:

Benigni's zaniness and self-mockery seemed to embody everything that has convinced foreigners that Italians are, above all, brava gente (nice people). Sometimes, this conclusion can have a supercilious air – niceness can easily be reduced to levity or fecklessness. In those university courses that seek to comprehend the terrible tragedies of twentieth-century Europe, Italians seldom play a leading role. German, Russian, Polish, Yugoslav, and even British and French history are each riven with death and disaster or, alternatively, with heroism and achievement. In such austere company, brava gente can seem out of place.

Abstract:
According to the East Java Provincial Health Office, the incidence of amenorrhoea from 1,600 adolescents who experienced amenorrhoea reached 170 (10%) adolescents, especially in several public and private schools. Food consumption affects a person's nutritional status. Nutritional status greatly affects menstrual function so that amenorrhea occurs. Based on a survey conducted as a preliminary study on February 14 at SMP Negeri 1 Pademawu on 10 students, 7 (70%) of them had amenorrhea. Several factors cause amenorrhoea, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors such as reproductive organs, hormones and disease. External factors such as nutritional status and lifestyle. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of amenorrhea in students of SMP Negeri 1 Pademawu Class VIII. The design of this research is correlation analytic and based on time this research uses cross sectional. The population is all students of class VIII as many as 63 students taken by probability sampling technique with simple random sampling of 55 students. The results of the statistical test of the Contingency Coefficient using the SPSS 18 for windows program obtained the value of = 0.05, df = 2 X2 count (19.802), X2 table (5.99) which is 19.802> 5.99, thus it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 was accepted, which indicated that there was a moderate relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of amenorrhea in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pademawu. Efforts that must be made for adolescent students are to enrich their knowledge about amenorrhea and nutritional status which can be accessed through print or electronic media and even from health workers. In addition, the school also cooperates with local health agencies to hold activities such as KRR in schools.

Abstract:

Abstract:
In the “Enrica Lexie” Incident case between Italy and India, two judicial organs, i.e. the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) and the Annex VII Arbitral Tribunal prescribed provisional measures. It is rare that ITLOS and the Annex VII Arbitral Tribunal prescribed different provisional measures in the same dispute. The “Enrica Lexie” Incident case provides an insight into the procedural law governing provisional measures under the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea. This article examines the provisional measures prescribed by ITLOS and the Annex VII Arbitral Tribunal in the “Enrica Lexie” Incident case focusing particularly on three issues: (1) the relationship between the request by Italy submitted to ITLOS and that submitted to the Annex VII Arbitral Tribunal, respectively, (2) the existence of the urgency of the situation, and (3) the legal effect of considerations of humanity.

Abstract:
ITLOS has handed out in 2015 two provisional measures orders and an advisory opinion. The Provisional Measures Order of 25 April 2015, in the maritime delimitation case between Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire, was adopted by an ad hoc Chamber of the Tribunal. It accepts for the first time in ITLOS jurisprudence the “plausibility” test for the merits submission as a prerequisite of a provisional measures order In the Provisional Measures Order of 24 August 2015 on the Enrica Lexie incident between Italy and India, the provisional measure prescribed consists in that both parties suspend or refrain from initiating proceedings which might aggravate the dispute submitted to the Annex VII Arbitral Tribunal. The Advisory Opinion of 2 April 2015, upon the request of a West African fisheries commission, rejects the view that ITLOS in its full formation lacks advisory jurisdiction. It throws light on the obligations of the flag state of vessels fishing in the exclusive economic zone of another state and on the role of the European Union.

Abstract:
This chapter argues that attention to organizational culture, in addition to other explanatory factors, can greatly enrich how we understand and explain the complex forms, functions, and dynamics of international organizations (IOs) in the world today. It begins by conceptualizing organizational culture in a way that is amenable to observation and analysis. It then demonstrates how and when culture matters, and how much culture matters, especially in relation to factors such as political power and material interests. Finally, it discusses problems of measurement and inference in the study of IO cultures. Not only is it important to make the case for why we must pay attention to organizational culture in the study of IOs, but we must also make a clear and persuasive case for how we study organizational culture.
