Abstract:
Women's involvement in business life and better understanding of the concept women's labor force can be attributed to the Industrial Revolution that emerged in the UK in the 18th century. With the industrial revolution, the world has started to change, whereby it is suggested that demand for labor force has emerged, and women and men play an important role in meeting those demands. An entrepreneur can be defined as the person who gathers production factors to realize the production of economic good and services to meet the needs. Realizing every entrepreneurial activity within a certain plan and schedule is an integral part of laying the foundation of a healthy enterprise. Otherwise, it is possible for many enterprises to encounter undesired situations such as bankruptcy or closure and losing all existing savings because of financial and technical problems within the business cycle. It has been suggested that the continuous low rate of women's employment cannot be associated with a single reason. However, largely, the obstacles in women's employment can be listed as follows: traditional family structure, social value judgments, gender-oriented division of labor, weakness of the demand structure for women's work, low volume of employment in the society, rural-to-urban movement of migration, disintegration in agricultural production structure, low level of women's education and especially in professional areas, fertility of women, motherhood, deinstitutionalization of housework and childcare, and lack of mechanisms that facilitate introduction of women into the labor market. In Turkey, numerous institutions and organizations support women's entrepreneurship. Apart from moral support, institutions also provide financial support for women. Some examples of these institutions are KAGİDER, TOBB, KOSGEB, Chamber of Industry, Chamber of Commerce, local administrations, and Entrepreneurship Foundation etc.

Abstract:
A significant part of the state’s social policy is employment policy, which is one of the most important macroeconomic parameters. Employment affects the income of the population and general well-being. Poland’s positive experience in these matters is especially important for Ukraine, which as a result of the pandemic has found itself in a more difficult social situation than most European countries. In Poland, the issues of social policy models have been undertaken for many years by many researchers: Chojnacka, Gomułka, Frączak and Wygnański, Mendell et al. These authors focused on the issues of social transformation in Poland, social and employment policy, and financial aspects of Poland’s development. The aim of the article is to review the positive experience of employment policy in Poland with a recommendation for its application in Ukraine. The research methods used in the article are literature analysis (review of current research in the field of social policy with special emphasis on employment policy and Polish state statistics) and taxonomic methods used to determine the social development of Poland and changes in the labor market and the method of comparative analysis. The main features of the Polish social model are: stable economic development; low unemployment; increase in average wages; relatively small regional differences in the unemployment rate; labor market stability and its ability to adapt to new challenges. Poland is an attractive country for Ukrainian youth. The key to the economic development of Poland is the intensive development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Appropriate allowances and subsidies for foreign investments have been introduced in Poland, which solve the problem of unemployment and support Polish business thanks to technological innovations. The main problems of employment policy in Ukraine are: low wages; high unemployment; departure of young workers and highly qualified staff abroad in search of higher wages. The main Polish experience of social policy that can be used in Ukraine is: development of corporate social responsibility; entrepreneurial activation of the unemployed; creation of favorable working conditions for employees through cooperation of the public sector with business entities; consultations with Poland and other European countries on the development of the labor market in Ukraine.

Abstract:
Women's employment in the European semiperipheral countries : analysis of the Portuguese case. Comparison of some labour and employment statistics demonstrates smaller diparities between the male and female employment in Portugal than those registred in more developed countries. This is especially supported by three types of data : those that express the levels of economic activity of all age and marital status groupe, those that disclose the women's professional status, and those that measure the degrees of sectoral and occupational gendered segregation of the employment structure. In the paper, the author shows that the high activity rates of women and the lower levels of gendered segregation of the employement structure in Portugal are the result as much of phenomena of a statistical nature as of the specificities of Portuguese society, in which are considered a strongly interventionist (though economically weak) State, an incipient technological and economic development, a great flexibility evidenced by families in the familial geographical mobility. All these features conjoin in such a way that the effects of gendered segregation originated by economic growth in "first comer" (early developing) countries are softened.

Abstract:
In clinical practice, perfusional MR has been successfully proposed in the study of pathophysiology of stroke, seeming able to help in distinguishing ischaemic necrosis from penumbra. In tumor evolution, the main application concerns the attempt of grading and follow up the lesions: areas in initial malignant transformation with microvascular proliferation in absence of endotelial (and BBB alterations), can be recognized. For the above, the tecnique is recommended in guiding cerebral biopsies toward correct triggers. For similar reason the differential evaluation of post-treatment necrosis from recurrency can take advantage from perfusional MR. Moreover, it could be predictable the possibility of employement in following tumors treated with genic therapy, in a simple and atraumatic way. In the field of epilepsy good correlations with PET and SPET has stayed on evaluating temporal perfusion in case of parahippocampal sclerosis. Promising perspectives are also present in metabolic-degenerative field. The correlation with PET studies in case of Alzheimer disesease, in fact, reaches 80%, with clear documentation of temporal and parietal cortical hypoperfusion. Our experience, performed with a 0.5 T operating magnet on more than 80 patients, confirms the results already reported in literature.

The study aimed at investigating Senior High School English teachers’ views on the drawbacks and the strengths of the employement of Multicple Choice Question as a summative assessment. Rooting within qualitative research paradigm, the current study employed descriptive qualitative design. The data were collected through in-depth interview with three experienced EFL teachers of a prominent state senior high school in Banjar, West Java. The results of the interview indicated that there are three strengths in using Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) as a summative assessment. These strengths included teachers’ view that MCQ could result in quick and easy scoring, facilitate the assessment of varied language skills and encourage the students to answer the question carefully. Additionally, there were three drwabacks in using MCQ as a summative assessment such as teachers’ view that MCQ could only facilitate on low order of critical thinking, have low positive washback and require a lot of time in its designing phase. Interestingly, two out of three participants thought that MCQ has been a mandatory type of summative assessment suggested by the government. However, in fact, there has been no government policy which recommend certain type of summative assessment. Therefore, looking at the strengths and drawbacks of the use of MCQ could help to be better informed before deciding to use MCQ as a summative assessment.

Abstract:
The employment status of police officers in BiH is regulated by the Law on Police Officers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Labour Law in Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which the basic texts were adopted in 2004 with a number of amendments that followed in later years. In the context of the relationship between these two laws, the Law on Police Officers is a lex specialis in relation to the Labour Law in Institutions of BiH. Unlike the employment status of police officers of BiH, which is insufficiently but still regulated, the segment of social security of these officers, specifically social insurance, whose basic branches are pension and disability insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance, is regulated exclusively at the entity level. Which legislation will apply in each case depends solely on the residence of the police officer. In exercising their health insurance rights, specifically the right to a salary, police officers exercise this right to varying degrees, and in certain cases with additional restrictions on exercising their rights depending on their place of residence and consequently the entity legislation applicable to them. Regarding to pension and disability insurance, which is largely harmonized at the entities level, there have been some dilemmas regarding the interpretation of the institute of retirement by some police authorities at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Termination of the employement of police officers is related to the length of pensionable service. Two key questions are related to the institute of special seniority and interpretation of the institute of seniority insurance.

SUMMARYObjective – Satisfaction's measurement with Mental Health Services in patients and their relatives. Design – Satisfaction scale administration to the patients who were treated in community-based psychiatric service from 1.1.1996 to 31.3.1996 and the relatives who were primarily involved in caring for the patient. Setting – The ASL Rome «C» community-based psychiatric service. Main outcome measures – Verona Service Satisfaction Scale-54, a multidimensional instrument which measure satisfaction with community-based psychiatric service. Results – Main results (301 scales for patients, 163 scales for relatives), pointed out for patients a higher satisfaction for the technical and interpersonal skills of psychiatrists and psychologists (score of specific items >4). Lowest scores of satisfaction were towards the appearance, comfort level and physical layout of the facility (score 2.95) and towards the response of the service to emergencies during the night, weekend and Bank Holidays (score 2.87). Relatives were not particulary keen for the item regarding help to find open employement (score 2.76). Furthermore patients and their relatives gave a negative evaluation of the publicity and information offered by Mental Health Services. Dimensions's analysis reachs the same conclusions deduced items's average score. The result of this study emphasizes the patients higher degree of satisfaction than the relatives. Conclusions – The above results point out three aspects to be improved by the Menthal Health Service in order to satisfy the demands of the patients and relatives: 1. appearance, comfort level and physical layout of the facility, 2. publicity and information, 3. social actives and social skills.

Abstract:
The present paper engages polemically perhaps the most popular class typology developed by John Goldthorpe and his associates. It is commonly believed that this model, as grounded in employement relations, is economic in character, and thus opposed to an alternative way of conceptualising class based on cultural considerations. It is demonstrated in the paper that whilst the above-mentioned attribution of the class scheme under consideration may be true, it is nevertheless too narrow to the extent that the framework concerned lacks a genuinely socio-economic character, or conceives it one-sidedly. As the paper shows, most, if not all drawbacks of the class taxonomy under consideration stems from neglecting a key dimension to the economy, and at the same time-its interface with society, that is to say, property relations that are only marginally taken consideration of in the EGP scheme. Consequently, the EGP class typology is found wanting in that it confounds classes of very different socio-economic or property status. These shortcomings generate controversies, one of which, related to the supposed unity of the service or middle class is examined in detail. By contrast, it is shown in the paper that it is only through rendering ownership the basic building block through to build the overall map of social differentiation that an adequate and relatively accurate picture of basic societal divisions can be painted. This concerns not only economic ownership, but also non-economic ownership as a criterion for determining the position in the extra-economic domain of society occupied by the social estates.

Ditetapkannya Pandemi Covid-19 sebagai Bencana Nonalam melalui Keputusan Presiden No. 12 Tahun 2020. Abstract:
Background/Aim. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) has a significant impact on quality of life of patients. We investigated which demographic and social characteristics can predict the global quality of life (QoL) of COPD patients. Methods. The patients (n = 288) were divided into three groups according to the stage of disease: Group I = stage 0 ? at risk; Group II = Stages I and II; Group III = stages III and IV. The patients fulfilled a questionnaire related to the demographic and social characteristics and the validated multidimensional questionnaire ? Serbian version of the St. George?s Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ). The Student?s t test, ?? test, ANOVA, univariate and multivariate logistic regression tests were used for statistical analyses. Results. In the group I, prevailed the men, employed persons, with a moderate financial status and no family history of COPD. In the group II dominated women, pensioners, with a moderate financial status, duration of illness up to five years, and no family history of COPD. In the group III prevailed women, unemployed persons, a moderate financial status, COPD duration up to 5 years and no family history of COPD. The predictors of the Symptoms score were grades of COPD and duration of the disease, and the predictors of Activity grades of COPD, sex, age and financial status. All variables were found to have a statistically significant relationship in the Impact score in the pre-analyses, were also significant in the univariate regression model. They were age, employement status, financial status and COPD duration. The same predictors that significantly contributed to the explanation of the Impact score, contributed to the explanation of the Total score on SGRQ. In the multivariate regression model, the predictors of the Activity score, Impacts score and Total score were the COPD grade and financial status; only the COPD grade contributed to the explanation of the Symptoms score. Conclusion. Financial status is the most important social factor, and the grade of COPD is the best disease-related predictor of QoL of COPD patients.

Abstract:
The economic condition of an area is fundamentally determined by the extent of employement, as well as the size and composition of its active population. No sustainable economic growth is possible without the necessary amount of employees with the proper skills. As regards the proportion of employees, i.e. economically active people is significanlty lower in Hungary than not only in Western Europe, but also countries which joined the EU recently. One of the reasons for this fact is the low amount of part-time employment and the other is the phenomenon that the number of agricultural employees – who had a significant role – greatly decreased in the county. The employment level of the population in the county is nearly identical as that of the North Great Plain region and it is lower than the country average. The activity proportion, i.e. the joint proportion of employees and unemployed people in the population between 15–74 years of age is 3 percentages lower than the country average. The proportion of unemployed people greatly varies depending on the small regions of the county. The proportion of registered unemployed people in the population of active age is the lowest in Debrecen and the highest in the Hajdúhadház small region. The unemployment of career-starters is a further problem to deal with. The composition of employees in the county is different than the country average. When compared in terms of different economic sectors, it can be observed that agriculture, game management, forestry and fishery are more significant than the country average. Of the provider sectors, the proportion of financial activity, real estate matters and economic services is lower, while that of accommodation services and hospitality is higher than the country average. There are regional differences similar to unemployment in terms of the income size which is the basis of personal income tax per taxpayer. The income level in the North Great Plain region is lower than the country average mainly in terms of income paid for work, where this difference is 23%, while it is only 5% in the case of social income. Altogether, the income and expenditure data of the North Great Plain region are not favourable.

"Hypogammaglobulinemia during Rituximab Maintenance after Transplantation Is a Surrogate Marker for Disease Control in Patients with Mantle-Cell Lymphoma, an Analysis from the LyMa Trial." Abstract:
Introduction Rituximab maintenance (RM) (375mg/m2 per infusion every 2 months for 3 years) in transplanted patients with mantle-cell lymphomas (MCL) prolongs disease control (LyMa trial, Le Gouill et al NEJM; NCT00921414). However, post-transplant RM might also induce long-term immune deficiency and thus increases risk of infection. To address these issues, we performed an ancillary pre-planned study based on the LyMa trial, a phase III trial that compared RM versus observation (Obs) after ASCT in MCL patients. We compared post-transplant immune-deficiency and its impact on PFS and OS in the RM vs Obs groups. Method All transplanted and randomized patients enrolled in the LyMa trial were eligible for the present study. The following data were collected during the post-ASCT period and monitored according to protocol procedure: febrile event, clinically documented infection, hospitalization for infection, neutropenia, hypogammaglobulinemia and T CD4 lymphocytes count. We also retrospectively collected the use of immune globulin (Ig) substitution. In the LyMa trial, patients were randomized between RM vs Obs after transplantation. To decipher the implication of ASCT or RM in immune recovery, treatment periods were divided in 4: < 6 months after randomization, from 6 to 12 months after randomization, from one to two year after randomization, and from 2 to 3 years after randomization (respectively periods A, B, C and D). Chi-square or Fisher's exact tests were used as appropriate to investigate differences between arms in each treatment period. For all tests, a two-sided p-value<0.05 was considered statistically significant Results 240 patients were eligible, 120 in each arm. Patients' characteristics at diagnosis and inclusion were similar in the two arms. Number of hospitalizations due to infections was not statistically different in RM vs Obs in all periods. As previously shown, grade 3/4 infections incidence did not differ in the 2 arms. However, febrile events were more frequent in the RM arm (32 pts vs 11; 38 events vs 12) but this was statistically significant only in C and D periods; p=0,03 for the 2 periods. In all, 51 infections in 44 pts were reported in Obs vs 127 events in 82 pts in RM arm. This difference was also only statistically significant during the C period, p=0,001. Grade 4 neutropenia incidence and T CD4 count did not differ between the two arms in all tested periods. Hypogammaglobulinemia was statistically more frequent in RM during C and D periods (p=0,0001 and p< 0,0001, respectively). Mean level of gammaglobulinemia on D period was 6,50 g/L (range 0,6-11,7) in obs arm versus 4,99 (range 1,0-9,5) in RM arm (p< 0,0001). 36 pts in RM arm vs 10 pts in obs arm were substituted with Ig and the difference was statistically significant only in period D, p<0,0001. Febrile and infectious episodes; neutropenia and T CD 4 lymphopenia did not modify PFS and OS. Patients with gammaglobulinemia < 6g/L in RM arm and in the whole cohort had longer PFS compared to pts who did not present hypogammaglobulinemia : 3-years PFS 93,2% vs 63,5% in RM arm HR = 0,294, 95% CI (0,113-0,767 and), p=0,01 and 3-years PFS 85,6% vs 63,6% in the whole cohort, HR adjusted on treatment arm=0,488 95% CI (0,287-0,830), p=0,008 . PFS was not modified by gammaglobulin level in the Obs arm and it did not modified OS in both arms. We performed a multivariate analysis to determine which data were predictive of infectious events and delayed immune recovery (neutropenia, hypogamma, T CD 4 lymphopenia). This included all univariate parameters with p value < 0,2, among clinical and biological characteristics at diagnosis, response after induction and number of rituximab injections. Interestingly, among others expected parameters, complete response assessed by TDM was predictive of hypogamma with Odd Ratio 2,972 (1,263-6,994) p=0,0126. No value was predictive of neutropenia or T CD4 cytopenia. Conclusion As compared to observation, the use of post-transplant RM does not increase risk of neutropenia and T CD4 lymphopenia. However febrile and infectious events, hypogammaglobulinemia and Ig substitution are more frequent after one year post transplantation. Hypogamma < 6g/L is associated with longer PFS and complete morphologic response. This suggests that hypogammaglobulinemia could be a surrogate for disease response quality and duration. Our findings deserve to be confirmed. Abstract:
Background:Oligoarthritis and polyarthritis are the predominant phenotypes in PsA. Previous we have shown that patients with oligoarthritis suffer a similar loss in quality of life as polyarthritis patients.1Although oligoarthritis is one of the most prevalent form, ample data is available on this phenotype.2-5Objectives:To evaluate the evolution of swollen joint count over the first year since diagnosis and to assess baseline difference in those groups that evolved differently over time. Methods:Our study is embedded in the Dutch south-west Early Psoriatic Arthritis (DEPAR) prospective cohort study. We described patient characteristics using simple descriptive analysis techniques. For the comparison across groups univariable multinomial logistic regression was used in STATA15. Oligoarticular disease was defined as 2, 3 or 4 swollen joints,Results:175 patients had a complete 12-month evaluation as of February 2019 (80% of all included patients with oligoarthritis). Baseline characteristics are shown in table 1. In total 63 percent of the patients (111/175) had resolution of swollen joints at 1 year. (figure 1). Over the first year, 27 patients had consistently no swollen joints since their 3 month evaluation, 26 had no swollen joint from 6 months and 12 from 9 months and 11 at 12 months. 65 of the 175 (37%) had inconsistently no swollen joints (intermittent) during the first year. In 8% of the patients values were missing to determine to which group they belonged. Univariable multinomial logistic regression of baseline characteristics showed that the group that had resolution of swollen joints ‘early’ (within 6 months) compared to (i) the group that ‘never’ had resolution differed in having fewer tender joints; (ii) the group having ‘late’ resolution of swollen joints (after 6 months) showed little difference and;(iii) the ‘intermittent’ group varied in smoking status, fatigue, being female and age. Multivariable analysis may reveal other patterns, but requires a larger sample than that currently available.Table 1.Baseline characteristics of oligo arthritis patients with complete follow-up at 1 year.n=175sex (% female)45%age51 (39-61)symptom duration (months)10.0BMI28 (24-32)current smoking23%paid employement70%(n=136)tender joint count3.0 (2.0-7.0)PASI2.0 (0.4-4.5)entheses44%dactylitis9%VASglobal42 (21-65)VASpain49 (25-68)HAQ0.63 (0.25-1.13)fatigue (BRAF)18 (10-30)Figure 1.Evolution of swollen joint count in psoriatic oligo arthritis (n=175) over time expressed in a binary swollen joint count (yes: 0 / no: sjc!==0; mv= missing value),Conclusion:In our set of real world data, about one third of the PsA patients with oligoarticular disease had no resolution of swollen joints at 1 year. About half of these patient had consistently inflamed joints over time. Another third of the PsA patients had intermittently inflamed joints. At baseline these groups seems comparable in clinical presentation, demographics and PROMs, although some variation existed between early versus never and early versus intermittent resolution of swollen joints. Both indices provide room for improvement in the management of oligoarticular disease in PsA.References:[1]Wervers K et al. 2018 Nov;45(11):1526-1531[2]Jones SM, et al. Abstract:
Abstract Background Immunocompromised (IC) individuals are at high risk for severe COVID-19, with high morbidity and mortality. CAS+IMD is a monoclonal antibody combination that neutralizes susceptible SARS-CoV-2 variants. We examined the natural history of COVID-19 and the efficacy and safety of CAS+IMD in IC patients (pts) hospitalized with COVID-19. Methods In a phase 1/2/3 double-blind trial (NCT04426695) conducted Jun 2020 to Apr 2021, prior to the emergence of Omicron-lineage variants, hospitalized COVID-19 pts were randomized 1:1:1 to a single 2.4 g or 8.0 g dose (combined for analyses) of CAS+IMD or placebo (P). Post hoc analyses assessed change in viral load (VL), clinical outcomes (death or mechanical ventilation [MV]), and safety for IC pts with B-cell deficiency or dysfunction (Table 1) vs all pts. Results 99/1940 (5.1%) treated pts were identified as IC (Table 2). At baseline, IC vs all pts were more likely to be seronegative for SARS-CoV-2 antibodies (68.7% vs 41.2%), and to have higher median VLs (7.21 vs 6.32 log10 copies/mL). Compared to all pts receiving P, IC pts receiving P had slower VL declines. Treatment with CAS+IMD led to a reduction in VL from baseline, with a least-squares mean time-weighted average change in VL difference vs P at Day 7 for IC pts of -0.69 (95% CI: -1.25, -0.41) vs -0.31 (CI: -0.42, -0.20) for all pts; treatment benefit persisted through Day 29 (Fig. 1). Although sample size was small for IC pts, trends in clinical outcomes of death or MV at Day 29 for IC pts (7/64 [11.0%] CAS+IMD vs 6/35 [17.2%] P) were consistent with those in all pts (200/1307 [15.3%] CAS+IMD vs 113/633 [17.9%] P). IC vs all pts treated with CAS+IMD exhibited similar rates of treatment emergent adverse events (TEAEs, 30.4% vs 26.6%), AEs of special interest (grade ≥2 hypersensitivity or infusion-related reactions; 1.4% vs 2.5%), and death (8.7% vs 12.2%; Table 3). IC and all pts exhibited fewer TEAEs with CAS+IMD vs P. Conclusion IC vs all pts hospitalized with COVID-19 were more likely to exhibit high VLs at baseline and to be seronegative. In the study, a single dose of CAS+IMD significantly reduced VL in IC pts (for variants circulating at the time, predominantly Alpha) and resulted in fewer events of death or MV. There were no new safety findings in IC pts vs all study pts. Abstract:
This study aims to answer employers dilemma during the Covid-19 pandemic to carry out labor efficiency by termination of work. The Cipta Kerja regulation number 11 of 2020 which is complemented by Government Regulation number 35 of 2021, as a normative basis for providing compensation for layoffs is considered a sufficiently mitigating solution when compared to previous labor legislation. However, what about the company's financial condition is not sufficient to provide compensation in accordance with the normative provisions of the legislation. To overcome this problem, an agreement is made between the employer and the workforce so that they can get a solution together. The agreement must also be registered with the Industrial Relations Court to protect the parties having an interest in it. Therefore, in writing this article, the Juridical Normative writing method is used, which analyzes cases based on applicable laws and regulations, analyzes legal concepts and qualitative descriptive methods.
