Abstract:
Abstract: At the University of Veracruz (UV), for at least three decades, salary payments have been made with payment-matics or electronic cards. With the progress of technology, new forms of payment have been possible with an apparent advantage for its workers; which is contrary to what is mandated by the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; since this indicates us that the payment of the salary must be made in legal tender, not being allowed to make it effective with merchandise, vouchers, tokens or with any other sign with which it is intended to replace the legal tender. Is it legal to pay workers through electronic means such as payment-matics or electronic cards? It is necessary to indicate that the Mexican legal system -through the figure of the check- seeks to safeguard the assets of the salaried worker, since it enjoys the status of sentence. Abstract:
This article discusses the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, regulating the field of electronic document management. The article considered the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, regulating the issues of drawing up an electronic document and implementing electronic document management, such as: the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On electronic documents and electronic digital signature" dated January 7, 2003; The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Electronic Document Management"; Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Informatization" dated November 24, 2015 No. 418; Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On informatization" dated December 11, 2003 No. 560; Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2016 No. 11"On payments and payment systems"; Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 1, 2019 No. 578 "On payments and payment systems". When considering the issue of drawing up an electronic document in electronic document management systems, it is clear that the issue of certifying an electronic document with a seal in the necessary cases has not been settled. For a document to be considered signed and certified with a seal, it is necessary that such a signature and seal be included in the electronic document. Today there is a formal obstacle to the electronic document flow of documents, the creation of which is carried out on special paper forms with coats of arms or emblems. This requirement applies to certain types of statutory, financial documents, notarized documents, etc. In connection with the widespread use of information communications, the problem of information security, the existing systems for storing, transferring and processing information, becomes very important for society. Currently, the prevailing epidemiological situation in the country and in the world has significantly accelerated the exchange of data in electronic form in all spheres of society. Almost all activities of the society have switched to the electronic format of information exchange, including entrepreneurship. We hope that in the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the development of the digital economy model will have a productive effect on the development of entrepreneurship and help overcome the problems existing in business.

Abstract:
How can historians of electronic music address the factory labour of the global underclass of women building electronics used in sound technologies? How can we speak to the repetitive work of women who are racially and sexually stereotyped as having ‘nimble fingers’, being ‘detail oriented’ and ‘obedient’? Although women workers in electronics assembly are already de facto entangled in contemporary sound production, scholars have yet to enfold their lives and labour into histories of electronic music. I situate electronic sound technologies since the 1960s in the contexts of the global division of labour and the intimate disciplining of women’s bodies, and investigate the discursive fallout of transnational subcontracting in the electronics industry. I argue that rethinking the category ‘women in electronic music’ is a necessary step for sound studies and musicology, and I call for a new disciplinary understanding of electronic sound and audio as fundamentally neo-colonial.

Abstract:
This research aims to produce a map of the industrial value chain at PT. Electronic City Indonesia Tbk uses the industrial value chain analysis model. Researchers use the case study method, an empirical investigation method that examines a recent case or phenomenon in depth and reality, especially when the boundary between wonder and context is unclear. The subject of this research is PT. Electronic City Indonesia Tbk. The results of the research yield information on a list of companies engaged in the Indonesian electronics retail industry, a list of companies as product suppliers for the Indonesian retail sector where they are part of the product manufacturer and assembler industry (PT. Sony Electronics Indonesia, PT. Samsung Electronics Indonesia, PT. Sharp Electronics Indonesia, PT. LG Electronics Indonesia, and others) and a list of companies that are suppliers to the product assembly industry in Indonesia located outside Indonesia (Samsung Electronic, Sharp Corporation, LG Group, and Sony Corporation and others). The value chain of the e-commerce industry conducted by PT Electronic City Indonesia Tbk is relatively simple because it only has links with producers/suppliers and end consumers. There are four actors in the value chain of the retail electronics industry: component or raw material supplier companies, manufacturing companies, retail electronics companies, and end consumers. PT. Electronic City Indonesia Tbk has no products produced under its brand and does not carry out a value-added process. This can be a threat if manufacturers or suppliers experience production problems because it will hinder product sales in the retail electronics industry.

Abstract:
Purpose: The importance of electronic warfare in modern warfare is increasing day by day. In particular, North Korea has a relative weakness of conventional weapons systems, and has focused on developing asymmetric weapons systems and electronic warfare as a way to overcome them. North Korea is currently expected to further expand its application to some aircraft and guided weapons operations under satellite navigation systems such as GPS, GLONASS, COMPASS and Beidou. Method: This study studied the prior theory of electronic warfare at home and abroad. Prior research examined the military doctrines of the United States and trends in Europe. In particular, I studied the doctrines of the United States Joint Navigation Center (Navigation Warfare Center, JNWC) and the Education Command. Based on these prior research materials and literature reviews, I wanted to specifically review North Korea's electronic warfare cases and present our response in terms of legal and institutional aspects. Results: The South Korean military should recognize the importance of navigation warfare (part of electronic warfare) that protects our troops' location, navigation and square information so that they can be used without interruption, prevent the enemy's use of related information, and ensure the peaceful use of such information outside the light bulb In addition, we need to build an electronic warfare simulator and continue to promote training based on various scenarios. Conclusion: Efforts to train and support professionals are urgently needed. In parallel with these efforts, joint efforts to develop electronic technologies between the civilian and military should be preceded. To win a high-tech war in the 21st century, it is essential, among other things, to have precision weapons and original electronic warfare support capabilities. In addition, it is necessary to foster R&D and defense companies to secure domestic technology.

Abstract:
The roots, stems, leaves, and vascular circuitry of higher plants are responsible for conveying the chemical signals that regulate growth and functions. From a certain perspective, these features are analogous to the contacts, interconnections, devices, and wires of discrete and integrated electronic circuits. Although many attempts have been made to augment plant function with electroactive materials, plants’ “circuitry” has never been directly merged with electronics. We report analog and digital organic electronic circuits and devices manufactured in living plants. The four key components of a circuit have been achieved using the xylem, leaves, veins, and signals of the plant as the template and integral part of the circuit elements and functions. With integrated and distributed electronics in plants, one can envisage a range of applications including precision recording and regulation of physiology, energy harvesting from photosynthesis, and alternatives to genetic modification for plant optimization.

Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of this article is to establish what improvisation means and how it is used by electronic musicians operating in Vienna from the late 1980s till the present day: Peter Rehberg, Peter Kruder, Rupert Huber, Patrick Pulsinger, and the members of the band Sofa Surfers. It attempts to find out whether they believe that their choice of electronic instruments enhanced or impeded their ability to improvise and their sense of artistic agency; what type of improvisation they favour and what are their views on the changing role of improvisation in producing electronic music. It also examines the difference between old and new style electronic instruments in improvisation and music production at large. Finally, it asks a question whether the musicians had any views about the link (or the lack thereof) between the cultural milieu in which they operate and their willingness and ability to improvise.

Abstract:
In this paper the organisation of reliability compliance testing of electronic components in Poland is discussed. The aim of the testing is to find the reliability of the components to both producer and user and hence to establish reliability for the two parties. The system described is derived from standard methods and has two aims. These are:-1) To enable periodical checks of production to be made.2) To estimate the reliability level of the components produced.Sampling plans are constructed on the basis of Weibull distributions. Individual life tests are performed to compare the reliability levels with those in the specification, and also to enable data to be accumulated for calculation of average failure rates. These tests are supervised by the quality centre UNITRA-ELECTRON. The centre is then in a position to provide reliability data on electronic components for the designers and producers of electronic equipment. The system of reliability compliance testing given in the paper will be effective if the tests are performed frequently. The aim is also to achieve results in the shortest possible time. In order to achieve these aims accelerated life testing has been investigated.Applicability of techniques, including that of accelerated life testing, to the study of reliability of polyester capacitors is examined.

Abstract:
Next generation electronics will not change drastically in function; batteries will last longer, devices will have more functions and devices will take unique shapes, but for the next several years, electronics will travel the path it has been traveling for a couple of decades. To meet the demands of more functions per device and unique shapes, the status quo of electronic manufacturing cannot persist. Solder, wire bonds, FR4, printed circuit boards, surface mount and packaging will fight for survival, but just as hand held phones have evolved, so will the electronics that support them. Standard electronic packaging techniques are reaching size and density limits forcing a search for alternative approaches. The idea of using Additive Manufacturing as an alternative for packaging has not been taken seriously, but there is an opportunity to demonstrate the significant advantages of true 3D electronic packages by allowing the package to be the printed circuit board and by utilizing direct print and bare die approaches to print and structure diverse electronics.

Abstract:
The electronics industry in Guadalajara, Mexico, experienced significant growth during the 1990s. However, the development of electronic design technological capabilities in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area (GMA) is reduced compared to the growth of the electronics sector. Furthermore, in local small and medium-sized businesses (SMBS) performing electronic design activities the number of employees working in this type of work is low, compared to the size of the local electronics sector. This paper tries to understand how social capital and core competencies contribute to developing electronic design capabilities in SMBS in this region. A multiple case study of seven local businesses that execute or provide electronic design services in the GMA was conducted. The findings include the role social capital plays in attracting talent, acquiring knowledge and creating a network of customers, along with its longevity; they also include the importance of identifying core capabilities that generate sustained technological advantage and the role played by Regional Innovation Systems (RIS).
