Abstract:
Face recognition is generally utilized in PC vision. The majority of the inserted and electronic gadgets are utilizing the face verification for security purposes. FR is utilized to distinguish an individual in a video or advanced picture. To actualize this we have to have a lot of pictures of a specific individual in information base with various face stances and appearances. For this cycle it expends huge memory space to store various pictures of a solitary individual. The info profile picture should coordinate with the picture present in the information base if not the face won't be perceived. Our proposed model will decrease the need of putting away different pictures of a solitary individual. In the event that the information picture is a non-frontal picture, at that point this model will change over that picture into frontal picture. Here info picture will go through a few picture handling procedures. Picture is analog in nature which speak to consistent territory if position and force esteems.

Abstract:
Many of today's digital cameras allow the user to review the pictures they have captured on an LCD on the back of the camera. These cameras are capable of storing numerous pictures which the user may navigate through to share ideas, concepts, or memories with others. In this paper we present two graphical user interface concepts that were designed to provide navigation aids on Kodak digital cameras. A study is described which utilized prototypes to test the concepts before they were implemented into a product. This usability study allowed the designers to select optimal parameters for these navigation aids, including recommended picture sizes and the number of pictures to be displayed within a navigation aid that is based on a film strip metaphor.

Abstract:
Beginning learners of English frequently use flashcards as a tool for learning vocabulary. However, because of the consciousness difference between the picture-readers and picture-drawers on vocabularies, errors may be involved in the learners' comprehension of the vocabulary terms on the flashcards. This article develops and evaluates an English vocabulary learning strategy for tablet devices on which learners' viewing and drawing corresponding to vocabularies on the mobile devices. Fifty-two elementary school students were recruited and divided into two groups: The first group read the printed flashcards from electronic files, the second group read the flashcards drawn by students themselves. The results indicated that the drawing learning strategy was beneficial for increasing both their learning motivation and memory retention. The learners could create their own learning content by drawing pictures in such a manner that the pictures were highly relevant to the meaning of the target word, thus transforming their learning pattern from passive to active.

Abstract:
Target detection of electronic components on PCB (Printed circuit board) based on vision is the core technology for 3C (Computer, Communication and Consumer Electronics) manufacturing companies to achieve quality control and intelligent assembly of robots. However, the number of electronic components on PCB is large, and the shape is different. At present, the accuracy of the algorithm for detecting all electronic components is not high. This paper proposes an improved algorithm based on YOLO (you only look once) V3 (Version 3), which uses a real PCB picture and a virtual PCB picture with synthesized data as a joint training dataset, which greatly increases the recognizability of training electronic components and provides the greatest possibility for data enhancement. After analyzing the feature distribution of the five dimensionality-reduced output layers of Darknet-53 and the size distribution of the detection target, it is proposed to adjust the original three YOLO output layers to four YOLO output layers and generate 12 anchor boxes for electronic component detection. The experimental results show that the mean average precision (mAP) of the improved YOLO V3 algorithm can achieve 93.07%.

Abstract:
At present, the research on the theoretical system of multimedia image linguistics in my country is very limited. In order to further improve and develop the theoretical system of multimedia picture linguistics, this article extracts effective knowledge from the research results of educational technology, linguistics, psychology, and semiotics and establishes a teaching system based on image linguistics. Multimedia picture linguistics consists of three parts: structure, semantics, and pragmatics, corresponding to the artistic laws of multimedia pictures, the cognitive laws of multimedia pictures, and the humanization and naturalization of picture design. Therefore, the research in this article is an important part of establishing multimedia image linguistics. Starting from the research methods of multimedia technology and picture linguistics, this article introduces the theoretical framework and the relationship between the multimedia learning cognitive theory and Mayer’s multimedia learning cognitive theory and conducts in-depth discussion and demonstration. The thesis constructs a teaching system that combines picture linguistics and multimedia technology and makes it a language tool for developing and designing multimedia learning materials. Experiments have proved that the teaching system combining picture linguistics and multimedia technology proposed in this paper can provide a framework, ideas, and methods for the related research of multimedia picture linguistics and multimedia technology and make multimedia picture language a multimedia learning material design and development The language tools that can be followed can effectively improve the teaching effect under the background of information technology.

Abstract:
Delivery of care by nurses in virtual environments is rapidly increasing with uptake of digitally mediated technologies, such as remote patient monitoring (RPM). Knowing the person is a phenomenon in nursing practice deemed requisite to building relationships and informing clinical decisions, but it has not been studied in virtual environments. Purpose of Study: The intent of this study was to explicate the processes of how nurses come to know the person using RPM, one form of telehealth technology used in a virtual environment. Study Design and Method: The study was informed by Charmaz’s constructivist grounded theory and included 33 interviews and 5 observational experiences of nurses using RPM in 7 different settings. Findings: Getting a Picture evolved as the core category to a theoretical conceptualization of nurses knowing the person through use of RPM and other technologies, such as telephone and electronic medical records. Getting a Picture reflected a dynamic flow and integration of seven processes, such as Connecting With the Person and Recording and Reflecting, to describe how nurses strove to attain a visualization of the person. Conclusions: While navigating disparate and disconnected information and communication technologies, Getting a Picture was important for providing safe, holistic, person-centered care.

Abstract:
This research aims to explore the impact of the creation of the destination picture of conventional and electronic WOM. This study aims primarily to investigate the effect of conventional and electronic WOMs on the understanding of the destination and classify which kind of WOMs (personal or commercial) are the most reliable sources. This research is also aimed at contrasting the positive and negative WOM in terms of its impact on the reputation of a tourist destination. This study categorised personal WOMs as a non-commercial source with a clear link between the sender and the recipient. On the other hand, commercial WOM information negatively correlates with the proximity between the sender and the recipient of information. Destination photographs are relevant since they contribute to decision-making and represent the number of tourism goods and services sold. WOM connectivity often impacts destination interpretation. However, the integrated results on the destination picture of traditional WOM and electronic WOM remain clear. This research explored the key facets of WOM’s impact on tourism experience concerning conventional or electronic WOM, personal and commercial WOM, and positive or negative WOM. The study’s findings affirm that conventional WOMs are more dominant than E-WOMs on destination photos, both personal and commercial E-WOMs. For WOMs, traditional WOMs are more successful than commercial E-WOMs on the picture in the destination; nevertheless, personal E-WOM seems less impactful than the commercial E-WOM on the image.

Abstract:
The electronic structure and possible superconductivity mechanisms of the new high Tc copper oxides are discussed. The conventional band picture is contrasted with the localized orbital Mott-Hubbard picture for the electronic groundstate. The nature of quasiparticles introduced by doping of the insulating parent compounds depends on assumptions made for the underlying groundstate. Possible pairing mechanisms of these particles that have been proposed to lead to high temperature superconductivity are analyzed.

The present-day business online web indexes have embraced electronic picture search to further develop precision in picture information recovery. However Re-positioning is expectedly considered as a successful cycle for deciding the situation with electronic picture web search tools, yet it experiences a lack of a couple of. Consequently, some grouping methods, particularly (Novel Image Re-positioning System) NIRS have to be proposed to carry out inquiry picture re-positioning with semantic marks in electronic picture information recovery, which naturally recovers results in view of visual semantic highlights for various question or catchphrase extensions. To get to productive picture with the annotation is an aggressive concept in present. So that in the present paper, we are going to propose the Unsupervised Multi Labeled Image Annotate Learning Approach (UMLIALA) to decrease complexity in indexing of image with mining of web related convex optimization and classify required image data from large image data sets. And also use group based approximation calculation to improve accuracy in retrieval of images from different image data sources. Experiments of proposed approach give better and efficient results when compare to traditional approaches in terms of different image exploration parameters studies on different large image data sets.

Abstract:
Memory cells, composed of PC and EL thin film elements, have been utilized to designing of a display with picture storage. Such a picture storing electroluminescent display may prove competitive with used now picture storing methods in the digital form. A mathematical model suitable for analysing the properties of a PC-El system is proposed and the preparation of PC and EL thin film elements is described. For a single pixel the dependences of output signal on the time for various values of amplitude and frequency of supplying voltage are presented.

Abstract:
Abstract Any quantum mechanical calculation on electronic structure ought to choose first an appropriate Hamiltonian H and then an Ansatz for parameterizing the wave function Ψ, from which the desired energy/property E(λ) can finally be calculated. Therefore, the very first question is: what is the most accurate many-electron Hamiltonian H? It is shown that such a Hamiltonian i.e. effective quantum electrodynamics (eQED) Hamiltonian, can be obtained naturally by incorporating properly the charge conjugation symmetry when normal ordering the second quantized fermion operators. Taking this eQED Hamiltonian as the basis, various approximate relativistic many-electron Hamiltonians can be obtained based entirely on physical arguments. All these Hamiltonians together form a complete and continuous ‘Hamiltonian ladder’, from which one can pick up the right one according to the target physics and accuracy. As for the many-electron wave function Ψ, the most intriguing questions are as follows. (i) How to do relativistic explicit correlation? (ii) How to handle strong correlation? Both general principles and practical strategies are outlined here to handle these issues. Among the electronic properties E(λ) that sample the electronic wave function nearby the nuclear region, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) shielding and nuclear spin-rotation (NSR) coupling constant are especially challenging: they require body-fixed molecular Hamiltonians that treat both the electrons and nuclei as relativistic quantum particles. Nevertheless, they have been formulated rigorously. In particular, a very robust ‘relativistic mapping’ between the two properties has been established, which can translate experimentally measured NSR coupling constants to very accurate absolute NMR shielding scales that otherwise cannot be obtained experimentally. Since the most general and fundamental issues pertinent to all the three components of the quantum mechanical equation HΨ = EΨ (i.e. Hamiltonian H, wave function Ψ, and energy/property E(λ)) have fully been understood, the big picture of relativistic molecular quantum mechanics can now be regarded as established.
