The purpose of the work is to economically substantiate the directions of organization of effective logistic activity of LLC Parallel - M, LTD. For analytical research and development of proposals in the work logical method, graphical method, methods of economic-mathematical modeling, method of logical generalization and comparative method are used. The paper proposes optimization of administrative costs and price conditions for fuel purchases, which will allow to obtain annual savings in logistics costs in the amount of 567535 hryvnias, which is 12.2% of net income of the company. Analytical studies allowed to elaborate recommendations on the feasibility of using the proposed measures at the enterprise Paralel-M, LTD. The object of the research is the logistic activity of the enterprise. Subject of research - a set of theoretical, methodological and practical approaches to the organization of efficient logistics activities of LLC "Parallel - M, LTD".

Full textДиссертационная работа посвящена разработке теоретических и практических положений управления логистическим потоком на газотранспортных предприятиях. На основе проведенного исследования разработана модель логистической стратегии деятельности газотранспортного предприятия, которое обеспечивает оптимальное использование газа на этапах снабжения, потребления и хранения в подземных газоубежищах при минимальных расходах. Для разработки эффективной логистической стратегии газотранспортного предприятия проведен анализ логистических функций в газотранспортной отрасли и разработаны принципы функционирования логистических систем В результате применения методических аспектов управления запасами в логистической системе разработана модель процесса закачивания и отбирания газа из ПСГ, практическая реализация которой позволяет обеспечить контроль за бесперебойностью снабжения газа, максимальным закачиванием газа в подземные газохранилеща с целью обеспечения рентабельной работы газотранспортной системы на полную мощность и минимальный риск предприятия. Рассмотрены оптимизационные модели управления запасами, на основе которых определенно направления и критерии эффективного функционирования логистической системы. Прогнозные оценки развития процесса управления логистическими потоками на газотранспортных предприятиях являются основой принятия управленческих решений при оперативном, тактическом и стратегическом планировании и занимают главную позицию в структуре заданий логистической стратегии. Поэтому, учитывая сезонное потребление газа, в работе использованы прогнозные адитивну и мультипликативные модели, модель Винтерса та модель на основе анализа Фур’е с учетом сезонной компоненты, которые позволили спрогнозировать величины отбирания объемов газа из ПСГ. Разработана модель логистической стратегии управления материальным потоком в газотранспортной системе, дает возможность обеспечить интегрированную взаимосвязь системы планирования внутренней потребности в газовых ресурсах, системы управления запасами товарных ресурсов, системы управления закупкой товарных ресурсов, информационной системы. Кроме того, такая модель предусматривает комплексный подход к управлению логистическим потоком, учитывает динамический баланс внутреннего потенциала предприятия и состояние экономических отношений в отрасли и дает возможность облегчить процесс определения целей предприятия, которое заключается в разработке качественных и количественных показателей, которые являются основными критериями оценки предложенного для их достижения логистического подхода. Внедрение предложенной модели логистической стратегии функционирования предприятия позволит оптимизировать выполнение управленческих функций на всех стадиях экономического процесса, связанных с основным видом деятельности предприятия, - комплексным управлением газовыми потоками, которое обеспечивает контроль за использованием газа на этапах снабжения, потребления и хранения в подземных газоубежищах.
The dissertation work is devoted to the development of theoretical and practical positions of management of a logistic stream on the gas-transport enterprises. On the basis of the conducted research the model of the logistic strategy of activity of the is developed gas-transport enterprise, which provides control after the use of gas on the stages of supply, consumption and storage in the underground gas-shelters at minimum charges. The analysis of the logistic functions is conducted in gas-transport industry and the principles of functioning of the logistic systems are developed for the development of fhe effective logistic strategy of the gas-transport enterprise. The optimization frames of the case supplies have been studied on the basis of which the directions and criteria of the effective functioning of the logistic system have been determined. The models of prognostication including the seasonal character of functioning of the enterprise are developed which allowed to prognosticate the quantity of the amount of gas extraction from the dug-outs of gas. The algorithm of choice of logistic strategy of gas-transport enterprise has been offered which foresees the determination of basic correlations between the results of management of its logistic streams and charges on their achievement supply.
