Questo studio propone un modello di ricerca finalizzato ad indagare la relazione esistente tra le diverse componenti dell'immagine Paese - valutate a livello generale (general country image) e con riferimento agli attributi turistici (tourism destination image) e alle produzioni nazionali (product-country image) - la soddisfazione turistica e le intenzioni post-visita in termini di fedeltÀ attesa e propensione all'acquisto delle produzioni nazionali. Il framework analitico č stato testato su un campione di turisti internazionali intercettati al termine della propria visita in Italia. Sulla base dei risultati, vengono discusse le principali implicazioni di ricerca e fornite indicazioni utili per la gestione dell'immagine Paese da parte degli enti pubblici che si occupano di promozione turistica e delle imprese del made in.

Abstract: The article focuses on the judgment Al Bosco, rendered by the ECJ on 4th October 2018. Al Bosco gives a new insight as to how the ECJ interprets the following questions: firstly, it clarifies the relationship between the doctrine of extended effects and that of equivalent effects; secondly, it underlines the importance of the principle of legal certainty; finally, it addresses issues concerning the time limit for the enforcement of a provisional measure issued in a Member State other than the Member State in which enforcement is sought. Against such a background, I will examine the pos-sibility of introducing a uniform and autonomous concept of harmonized time limits within the EU.Keywords: Time limits, provisional measures, recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and com-mercial matters, civil judicial cooperation, harmonisation.Riassunto: lo scritto è di commento alla sentenza “Al Bosco”, pronunciata dalla CGUE il 4 ottobre 2018. L’arresto in parola si segnala per il quid novi introdotto dalla Corte di Lussemburgo sull’interpretazione di talune questioni: inizialmente, chiarifica il rapporto tra il principio di estensione dell’efficacia e quello di equivalenza degli effetti; sottolinea, quindi, la centralità del principio di legalità giuridica. Affronta, da ultimo, talune problematiche relative all’applicazione del termine per l’esecuzione di una misura cautelare (un sequestro conservativo) in un contesto transfrontaliero. La sentenza mi fornisce lo spunto per svolgere alcune brevi considerazioni circa l’opportunità di valutare l’introduzione di un concetto autonomo ed uniforme di termini processuali armonizzati all’interno dell’Unione Europea. Parole chiave: termini processuali, misure cautelari, riconoscimento ed esecuzione di decisioni in materia civile e commerciale, cooperazione giudiziale in materia civile, armonizzazione.

"La rinascita al termine del viaggio. Seguendo i movimenti di Camere separate" esamina l'interazione fra il tema del viaggio e quello della rigenerazione nel romanzo di Pier Vittorio Tondelli. L'articolo procede investigando le modalità scelte dall'autore per descrivere il personale sviluppo cognitivo del protagonista e, contemporaneamente, proponendo una lettura in chiave etica delle conseguenze di tale sviluppo. Tale approccio è supportato dalla considerazione che i momenti cruciali del romanzo sono quelli in cui il protagonista, per effetto della dinamica morte-rinascita, si percepisce come essere duplice, ovvero come padre e figlio. Sé ed Altro. Lanalisi della dimensione etica si propone di approfondire quest'ultimo rapporto, esaminandolo nei termini proposti da Emmanuel Lévinas che vede nella relazione con l'alterità non un momento di reciproca soppressione o annullamento, bensì una possibilità conoscitiva della diversità senza che quest'ultima venga eliminata a vantaggio del Sé.

Le nuove tecnologie hanno cambiato e continuano a cambiare profondamente il nostro modo di vivere. Il continuo processo di adattamento al cambiamento tecnologico condiziona e modifica costantemente le nostre interazioni in tutti gli ambiti di vita. Non ultima la salute mentale e il lavoro in psicoterapia. Il presente lavoro si pone dunque come obiettivo quello di ritrarre lo stato dell'arte di un campo in continua evoluzione ed espansione. Se da un lato questi strumenti risultano essere un'importante opportunità, dall'altro la comunità scientifica ha cominciato a porre attenzione alla problematicità dell'utilizzo degli stessi, con particolare attenzione a Internet e ai dispositivi ad esso associati. Nello specifico, l'obiettivo è di approfondire la controversia che caratterizza la letteratura sull'uso della tecnologia in termini di vantaggi e svantaggi con un focus specifico sui fattori di rischio e di protezione oltre che un'analisi dettagliata degli effetti negativi a breve e lungo termine e degli elementi comuni negli interventi evidence-based nel trattamento dell'Internet addiction nell'infanzia e nell'adolescenza.

Si fa l'ipotesi che la capacità simbolica, la relazione che l'essere umano ha con i simboli, sia profondamente influenzata dalla componente sociale. Si ritiene che questo aspetto non sia stato sufficientemente considerato in campo psicologico, in particolare junghiano. Il processo individuativo è descritto da Jung in termini quasi esclusivamente "verticali". Si discute la separazione operata da Jung tra segni e simboli veri: tale separazione mantiene la sua validità, ma deve essere vista in modo più elastico per non rischiare di creare una frattura in quella che è considerata una scala della densità di significato. La capacità simbolica in realtà è oggi compromessa su entrambi i versanti. Le conseguenze della postmodernità in generale (nella descrizione di Zygmunt Bauman) e il fenomeno internet in particolare sono visti sia in relazione agli effetti più strettamente neurobiologici che a quelli di tipo più propriamente psicologico. Tra le conseguenze più importanti dell'uso costante di internet si notano in particolare la difficoltà nella lettura approfondita di testi e nella riflessione e la compromissione della memoria a lungo termine.

Abstract:

Nel presente contributo si illustrano gli esiti di una ricerca avente per oggetto il linguaggio giuridico sloveno e il linguaggio giuridico italiano. In primis, si è proceduto allo studio di numerose fonti, da cui sono emerse le origini, l’evoluzione avvenuta nel corso dei secoli e l’influenza di altre lingue sui due linguaggi giuridici in esame. In riferimento a quest’ultimo punto, si pensi all’influsso del francese in seguito all’entrata in vigore del Code Napoleon nel 1804, del tedesco per effetto della dottrina pandettistica verso la fine dell’Ottocento e dell’inglese dall’inizio del Novecento in poi. Successivamente si è passati allo studio delle principali specialità lessicali e terminologiche dei linguaggi giuridici in generale e del linguaggio giuridico sloveno e italiano in particolare, rilevando talune analogie e differenze particolarmente significative. Per esemplificare, in ambito lessicale si pensi alla marcata presenza della polisemia (per esempio il termine italiano azione può corrispondere in sloveno a tožba, storitev o delnica). Segue una breve indagine a livello terminologico volta a individuare origine, evoluzione e influenza di altre lingue e di altri sistemi giuridici sulla scelta di determinati termini giuridici, che potremmo definire equivalenti funzionali, presenti rispettivamente nella Costituzione italiana e in quella slovena. Ne emergono elementi alquanto significativi che richiedono naturalmente ulteriori estensioni e approfondimenti.

Abstract:

Functionally, the dimeric human skeletal muscle chloride channel hClC-1 is characterized by two distinctive gating processes, fast (protopore) gating and slow (common) gating. Of these, common gating is poorly understood, but extensive conformational rearrangement is suspected. To examine this possibility, we used FRET (fluorescence resonance energy transfer) and assessed the effects of manipulating the common-gating process. Closure of the common gate was accompanied by a separation of the C-termini, whereas, with opening, the C-termini approached each other more closely. These movements were considerably smaller than those seen in ClC-0. To estimate the C-terminus depth within the cytoplasm we constructed a pair of split hClC-1 fragments tagged extracellularly and intracellularly respectively. These not only combined appropriately to rescue channel function, but we detected positive FRET between them. This restricts the C-termini of hClC-1 to a position close to its membrane-resident domain. From mutants in which fast or common gating were affected, FRET revealed a close linkage between the two gating processes with the carboxyl group of Glu232 apparently acting as the final effector for both.

Five different codon-insertion mutations, two frameshift mutations, and one missense mutation, previously identified as transposition-deficient mutations, were tested. Virus-like particles, the source of IN, from two different protease mutants and a reverse transcriptase mutant exhibited near-normal to normal IN activity. Two frameshift mutations mapping within the phylogenetically variable C-terminal domain of IN resulted in significant in vitro IN activity. In contrast, three mutations within the amino-terminal conserved domain of IN completely abolished IN activity. When the substrate termini were mutated, we found that substrates with as few as 4 bp of Ty1 termini were capable of efficiently generating integration products. Surprisingly, certain substrates that lacked obvious similarity to Ty1 termini were also readily integrated into both linear and circular targets, whereas others were not used as substrates at all. Termini rich in adenosine residues were among the more active substrates; however, certain substrates lacking terminal adenosine residues can form small quantities of integration products, including complete integration reactions.

Il termine foodification ha di recente sintetizzato una serie di processi di trasformazione delle città contemporanee legati al nesso fra consumo di cibo e altri fattori: touristification, rigenerazione urbana, gentrification commerciale, o più generali effetti di sostituzione e displacement all'interno del tessuto urbano. Il contributo si concentra sulla richiesta di cibo ‘dal basso' a partire dagli effetti della pandemia sui contesti urbani ‘foodificati'. Il caso delle Cucine popolari di Bologna vuole includere nella più ampia discussione sul rapporto fra cibo e trasformazioni urbane, alcune pratiche socialmente produttive legate al bisogno di cibo, in modo da integrare il significato e la portata del termine foodification.

Abstract In questo scritto si esamina la durata nel tempo della legislazione che richiede ispezioni periodiche dei veicoli a motore.Il risultato è che queste leggi hanno una vita molto lunga, anche quando i loro vantaggi in termini di sicurezza sono del tutto scomparsi. In particolare, l’efficienza di queste leggi diminuisce con il mutamento, nel corso del tempo, della tecnologia delle automobili, delle strade e delle stesse abitudini di guida.Dopo aver sintetizzato la storia e la situazione corrente della legislazione sulle ispezioni automobilistiche, viene qui riformulato il modello per l’esame degli incident! stradali che era stato utilizzato nel 1982 dal New Jersey Institute of Technology, che era giunto alia conclusione che il programma di ispezioni ha salvato quattrocento vite umane a partire dalla sua prima introduzione.La riformulazione del modello, tenendo conto dell’interdipendenza tra le ispezioni e gli altri elementi che influenzano la sicurezza autostradale, fa concludere che le ispezioni non hanno avuto un effetto costante nel corso del tempo. Al contrario, i risultati dimostrano che gli effetti delle ispezioni sono diminuiti anno dopo anno.Questi risultati fanno, pertanto, ritenere che la regolamentazione della sicurezza non possa essere attuata in termini di un modello puramente statico, come invece viene spesso fatto, a motivo delle pressioni dei gruppi d’interesse.

Abstract:

The functional importance of neuronal differentiation of the transmembrane proteins’ plasticity-related genes 3 (PRG3) and 5 (PRG5) has been shown. Although their sequence is closely related, they promote different morphological changes in neurons. PRG3 was shown to promote neuritogenesis in primary neurons; PRG5 contributes to spine induction in immature neurons and the regulation of spine density and morphology in mature neurons. Both exhibit intracellularly located C-termini of less than 50 amino acids. Varying C-termini suggested that these domains shape neuronal morphology differently. We generated mutant EGFP-fusion proteins in which the C-termini were either swapped between PRG3 and PRG5, deleted, or fused to another family member, plasticity-related gene 4 (PRG4), that was recently shown to be expressed in different brain regions. We subsequently analyzed the influence of overexpression in immature neurons. Our results point to a critical role of the PRG3 and PRG5 C-termini in shaping early neuronal morphology. However, the results suggest that the C-terminus alone might not be sufficient for promoting the morphological effects induced by PRG3 and PRG5.

Abstract:

RIASSUNTOScopo – Il termine “stress” viene spesso usato come sinonimo di “vita moderna”. In questa revisione della letteratura abbiamo valutato la relazione tra lo stress e l'insorgenza o il decorso della depressione maggiore, dei disturbi cardiovascolari e delle malattie tumorali, le maggiori cause di morbidità e di mortalita nel mondo occidentale. Abbiamo anche discusso come i cambiamenti nei parametri del sistema immunitario indotti dallo stress possano essere considerati, almeno in parte, responsabili di questa relazione tra stress e malattia. Metodo – Abbiamo condotto una ricerca su Medline per il periodo 1996-2000, utilizzando i termine stress, disease (malattia) e immune system (sistema immunitario), allo scopo di identificare i più recenti sviluppi della ricerca in questo campo. Abbiamo anche rintracciato le più importanti pubblicazioni citate in questi articoli. Risultati – Gli studi in letteratura confermano il legame tra lo stress e l'insorgenza della depressione. Lo stress sembra anche avere un effetto negativo sulla prognosi dei disturbi cardiovascolari e delle malattie tumorali, ed evidenze preliminari suggeriscono che interventi di gestione dello stress possono migliorare la sopravvivenza in questi pazienti. Situazioni di stress cronico sono associate ad una soppressione della funzionalità del sistema immunitario, mentre stress acuti hanno un effetto sia attivante, sia inibitorio. La liberazione di citochine infiammatorie, mediatori solubili della risposta immunitaria, può indurre la comparsa di sintomi depressivi. Conclusioni – Studi epidemiologici prospettici sono necessari per chiarire il ruolo dello stress nell'insorgenza, decorso e prognosi delle malattie. L'utilizzo di terapie di gestione dello stress allo scopo di migliorare la prognosi dei pazienti con disturbi cardiovascolari, malattie tumorali ed altre malattie croniche, è un'area di ricerca particolarmente interessante. Gli effetti dello stress sul sistema immunitario sono importanti per capire il legame tra stress e malattia. In particolare, l'aumentata produzione di citochine infiammatorie durante situazioni di stress costituisce un possibile meccanismo biologico per spiegare il legame tra stress e depressione.

A large number of interesting Co (II) complexes with macrocyclicligands have been synthesized and the recognition of its complexes as important bioactive compounds in vitro and in vivo has aroused growing interest in these agents as potential drugs for therapeutic use in various diseases. Numerous available information on their bioinorganic properties and mode of action in several biological systems, combined with the new possibilities imposed by the development of medical chemistry, opens space for the development of a new generation of highly active drugs with minimized side effects which could add significantly to the current clinical research and practice. In this paper we attempt to present some properties of the earlier isolated the first Co(II)tpmc complex for which crystal structure confirmed chair conformation of macrocycle. Complex with formula (Co2(Cl)2tpmc)(BF4)2 (tpmc = N,N`,N``,N```tetrakis(2-pyridylmethyl)-1,4,8,11 - tetraazacyclotetradecane), was studied on thermal behaviour and biological activity. TG-DTA analysis indicates that complex decomposition in a single step in the range of 365 -435 °C. Investigated cytotoxic activity against two human cancer cell lines: HeLa (human cervix adenocarcinoma) and K562 (human myelogenous leukaemia). Complex was also preliminary assayed in vitro toward bacteria, fungi and mould together with the starting material for the synthesis (ligands, simple salts and solvents) as test substances. Investigated complex showed a moderate activity against strains of bacteria and were inactive against the tested fungi and mould. Minimal inhibitory concentration suppressing the visible growth of bacteria was determined. Biological investigations show the complex has significant cytotoxic potential.

Il vissuto del sentirsi "intrappolati" nel conflitto coniugale sembra avere esiti a lungo termine e influenzare differentemente la relazione con il padre e con la madre. L'articolo, attraverso un'esemplificazione clinica, si concentra anche sulle conseguenze del divorzio sulla qualità delle relazioni di coppia dei figli adulti e propone alcune tipologie di intervento.

Abstract During protein synthesis genetic instructions are passed from DNA via mRNA to the ribosome to assemble a protein chain. Occasionally, stop codons in the mRNA are bypassed and translation continues into the untranslated region (3′-UTR). This process, called translational readthrough (TR), yields a protein chain that becomes longer than would be predicted from the DNA sequence alone. Protein sequences vary in propensity for translational errors, which may yield evolutionary constraints by limiting evolutionary paths. Here we investigated TR in Saccharomyces cerevisiae by analysing ribosome profiling data. We clustered proteins as either prone or non-prone to TR, and conducted comparative analyses. We find that a relatively high frequency (5%) of genes undergo TR, including ribosomal subunit proteins. Our main finding is that proteins undergoing TR are highly expressed and have a higher proportion of intrinsically disordered C-termini. We suggest that highly expressed proteins may compensate for the deleterious effects of TR by having intrinsically disordered C-termini, which may provide conformational flexibility but without distorting native function. Moreover, we discuss whether minimizing deleterious effects of TR is also enabling exploration of the phenotypic landscape of protein isoforms.

It connects call for mediation with art. 184 of the Civil Code, with the effects of limitations of art. 123 § 1 of the Civil Code. The paper outlines the results of two pieces of research. The first one measures the meanings that students attach to concepts of upbringing (Serbian vaspitanje), schooling (Serbian obrazovanje), and education (Serbian edukacija). The results reveal that the respondents dominantly associate the concept of upbringing with effects that shape moral character personality traits. In the case of influences that act primarily on the cognitive-intellectual side and influences that act primarily on the development of practical skills, they showed a tendency to label them with the terms schooling and education. The second research analyses the frequency of application of same concepts in legal acts regulating the education field in the Republic of Srpska, Serbia, Croatia, and Montenegro. The analysis shows that, in general, the least used term in the laws is education; somewhat more used is a compound term created from the terms upbringing and schooling, even more the term upbringing, and the most used term is schooling.

ABSTRACT The RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV), a nonsegmented negative-strand RNA virus, directs two discrete RNA synthetic processes, transcription and replication. Available evidence suggests that the two short extragenic regions at the genomic termini, the 3′ leader (Le) and the complement of the 5′ trailer (TrC), contain essential signals for these processes. We examined the roles in transcription and replication of sequences in Le and TrC by monitoring the effects of alterations to the termini of subgenomic replicons, or infectious viruses, on these RNA synthetic processes. Distinct elements in Le were found to be required for transcription that were not required for replication. The promoter for mRNA transcription was shown to include specific sequence elements within Le at positions 19 to 29 and 34 to 46, a separate element at nucleotides 47 to 50, the nontranscribed leader-N gene junction. The sequence requirements for transcription within the Le region could not be supplied by sequences found at the equivalent positions in TrC. In contrast, sequences from either Le or TrC functioned well to signal replication, indicating that within the confines of the VSV termini, the sequence requirements for replication were less stringent. Deletions engineered at the termini showed that the terminal 15 nucleotides of either Le or TrC allowed a minimal level of replication. Within these confines, levels of replication were affected by both the extent of complementarity between the genomic termini and the involvement of the template in transcription. In agreement with our previous observations, increasing the extent of complementarity between the natural termini increased levels of replication, and this effect was most operative at the extreme genome ends. In addition, abolishing the use of Le as a promoter for transcription enhanced replication. These analyses (i) identified signals at the termini required for transcription and replication and (ii) showed that Le functions as a less efficient promoter for replication than TrC at least in part because of its essential role in transcription. Consequently, these observations help explain the asymmetry of VSV replication which results in the synthesis of more negative- than positive-sense replication products in infected cells.

Studi clinici recenti hanno dimostrato che la denervazione renale bilaterale con catetere a radiofrequenza riduce significativamente i valori pressori nell'ipertensione resistente. All'efficacia antipertensiva si associa una significativa riduzione dell'ipertono simpatico, dell'insulino-resistenza e del danno d'organo cardio-renale. La procedura si è rivelata pressoché priva di effetti collaterali. Sebbene i dati della letteratura sull'efficacia antipertensiva della denervazione renale transcatetere siano solidi, solo un'analisi dell'utilizzo in campo clinico di questa metodica potrà fornire un reale parametro di giudizio sulle modalità di esecuzione della procedure nelle diverse realtà cliniche sul territorio nazionale. Per questo scopo è stato istituito il Registro Prospettico Italiano che raccoglie dati sull'efficacia e la sicurezza della denervazione renale a breve e a lungo termine. Tuttavia non sono ancora noti gli effetti della procedura sulla funzione renale, la proteinuria e il bilancio del sodio, in particolare nel lungo termine. Queste conoscenze potranno permettere di estendere le indicazioni attuali della procedura anche in altre condizioni patologiche caratterizzate da ipertono simpatico e di valutare l'impatto del costo-beneficio della denervazione renale come un potenziale trattamento alternativo alle tradizionali strategie farmacologiche.

Dall'analisi dei dati abbiamo cercato di desumere l'influenza della presenza del contraffatto nel set di scelta dei soggetti intervistati.

Tubulin undergoes posttranslational modifications proposed to specify microtubule subpopulations for particular functions. Most of these modifications occur on the C-termini of tubulin and may directly affect the binding of microtubule-associated proteins (MAPs) or motors. Acetylation of Lys-40 on α-tubulin is unique in that it is located on the luminal surface of microtubules, away from the interaction sites of most MAPs and motors. We investigate whether acetylation alters the architecture of microtubules or the conformation of tubulin, using cryo–electron microscopy (cryo-EM). No significant changes are observed based on protofilament distributions or microtubule helical lattice parameters. Furthermore, no clear differences in tubulin structure are detected between cryo-EM reconstructions of maximally deacetylated or acetylated microtubules. Our results indicate that the effect of acetylation must be highly localized and affect interaction with proteins that bind directly to the lumen of the microtubule. We also investigate the interaction of the tubulin acetyltransferase, αTAT1, with microtubules and find that αTAT1 is able to interact with the outside of the microtubule, at least partly through the tubulin C-termini. Binding to the outside surface of the microtubule could facilitate access of αTAT1 to its luminal site of action if microtubules undergo lateral opening between protofilaments.

I pazienti guariti dal cancro hanno un rischio maggiore di eventi cardiovascolari tardivi dopo un trattamento con chemioterapia e/o radioterapia. L’attuale terapia oncologica comprende molteplici agenti i cui effetti cardiaci avversi possono essere additivi o sinergici. La disfunzione cardiaca può essere irreversibile e derivare da agenti come le an-tracicline, o da agenti che sembrano influenzare transitoriamente la contrattilità ventricolare sinistra come il trastu-zumab. La cardiotossicità da radioterapia può indurre un danno miocardico, malattia coronarica, valvulopatie e coinvolgi-mento del pericardio con una latenza di 10-20 anni. Inoltre, numerosi farmaci come il cisplatino, gli inibitori dell’aromatasi e la terapia anti-androgenetica aumentano i fattori di rischio coronarico incrementando il rischio di infarto miocardico e stroke. Una attenta modifica dello stile di vita, un trattamento aggressivo dei fattori di rischio coronarico e una adeguata modalità di sorveglianza è determinante nel ridurre le complicanze cardiovascolari e la mortalità.

Obiettivo del presente lavoro è valutare i risultati della riabilitazione audiologica su un gruppo, numericamente consistente, di bambini affetti da sindrome di CHARGE. Lo studio è stato eseguito retrospettivamente, utilizzando il database dei pazienti pediatrici, presso l’Audiologia dell’Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria di Padova e di Ferrara. Sono stati individuati 31 bambini in totale, che hanno presentato diversi gradi di disabilità uditiva associata alla sindrome di CHARGE. La valutazione audiologica è stata eseguita utilizzando i potenziali evocati uditivi (ABR) e/o l’elettrococleografia, oppure le tecniche di audiometria infantile (VRA o play audiometry). Sono stati valutati anche i risultati percettivi, in termini di capacità di comunicazione e linguaggio espressivo. Sono quindi stati studiati gli effetti della riabilitazione uditiva (con apparecchio acustico o impianto cocleare) e in particolare lo sviluppo del linguaggio nel corso di un lungo follow-up. Gli esiti degli interventi riabilitativi sono risultati diversi in relazione alle eterogenee e spesso gravi disabilità associate alla sindrome di CHARGE (ad esempio, ritardo di sviluppo psico-fisico, gravi disturbi visivi concomitanti, disfunzioni uditive retrococleari per neuropatia uditiva/dissincronia associata). Anche dopo lungo follow-up, lo sviluppo del linguaggio è risultato gravemente compromesso nella maggior parte dei casi, suggerendo quindi la necessità di sviluppare modalità di comunicazione alternative in questo gruppo di piccoli Pazienti. L’identificazione precoce della sordità neurosensoriale e l’accurata pianificazione di trattamenti riabilitativi mirati, è in ogni caso fondamentale nei bambini con sindrome di CHARGE.

Primi studi sono stati condotti sulle cittŕ della grande finanza, mancano invece su cittŕ che presentano tuttora una forte componente industriale. Attraverso l'analisi di una serie di indicatori socioeconomici, l'articolo mostra come la crisi abbia colpito nel corso del 2009 l'area torinese in misura piů significativa rispetto alle altre cittŕ metropolitane italiane, a causa della fase di transizione in cui si trova Torino, con un settore industriale consistente ma poco differenziato e poco orientato verso i mercati asiatici, e un terziario di debole produttivitŕ.

L'indagine analizza l'ambito delle operazioni di partenariato pubblico-privato volte alla realizzazione di progetti di significativa utilitŕ sociale e, dunque, ad elevato valore aggiunto in termini di benessere della collettivitŕ di riferimento. L'obiettivo avuto di mira č la valutazione del ruolo assunto dagli investimenti di interesse pubblico nel superamento della situazione di stallo che, al presente, caratterizza il nostro sistema economico-finanziario e, piů in generale, i mercati internazionali. Specifica attenzione, inoltre, č dedicata alla tematica concernente l'utilizzo della finanza di progetto nell'implementazione delle grandi opere infrastrutturali; mediante un approccio di natura economico-aziendalistica vengono approfonditi gli effetti dei recenti interventi normativi del legislatore italiano (d.l. 201/2011, convertito nella legge 22 dicembre 2011, n. 214, e d.l. 1/2012, convertito nella legge 24/3/2012, n. 27). Si ha riguardo, in particolare, alla regolamentazione del "contratto di disponibilitŕ" (art. 160-ter, codice dei contratti pubblici, d. lgs. 12 aprile 2006, n. 163), nonché all'introduzione dei c.d. Abstract In the present work has been studied weather types that have characterized the North of Moldavia over the last 20 years and the role of synoptic conditions which stood behind them. In this study, we will show the role of airsynoptical conditions which give the look of the weather characterized during this period, a frequency of types of circulations to highlight a general trend, the induced effects on air temperature and in the weather and climate risks, that resulted (scattered thunderstorms phenomena associated with a high termic contrast, dryness, freezing phenomena, early, in the final of August and September and later, in April-May.

Abstract:

L'Imagery Rescripting è una tecnica terapeutica che ambisce a modificare la rappresentazione mnestica di esperienze passate, collegate a dei sintomi. La sua efficacia è stata dimostrata nel trattamento del disturbo da stress postraumatico e in quello della fobia sociale. In questi disturbi, il rescripting prevede che il ricordo sia cambiato fermando l'abuso, togliendo potere all'aggressore e proteggendo la vittima. In tale contesto, una domanda interessante è se sia utile e sicuro oppure rischioso incoraggiare le persone a immaginare di vendicarsi e a esprimere impulsi aggressivi contro il carnefice. Questo contributo si propone di analizzare brevemente gli studi che hanno confrontato gli effetti di rescripting di: vendetta, evitamento e perdono.Dall'analisi della letteratura sembra emergere che i rescripting di vendetta non aumentano l'aggressività ma anzi la diminuiscono in maniera simile a rescripting non-violenti e all'immagine del luogo sicuro. Inoltre, l'aumento dell'affettività positiva nei rescripting di vendetta sembra essere mediato da un incremento del senso di giustizia dei partecipanti. Tuttavia, studi che hanno confrontato vendetta e perdono, hanno mostrato che essa diminuisce il senso di autoefficacia e non porta a una riduzione dell'affettività negativa rispetto al perdono e all'evitamento.Infine, le misure psicofisiologiche mostrano che il perdono è un processo che implica un maggiore impatto emotivo a breve termine. Pertanto, una combinazione di evitamento cognitivo (effettuato in questi studi tramite scenari positivi) a breve termine e un lavoro orientato al perdono a lungo termine sembrerebbe fornire l'equilibrio più promettente.

ABSTRACT The histone amino termini have emerged as key targets for a variety of modifying enzymes that function as transcriptional coactivators and corepressors. However, an important question that has remained largely unexplored is the extent to which specific histone amino termini are required for the activating and repressive functions of these enzymes, Here we address this issue by focusing on the prototypical histone deacetylase, Rpd3p, in the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. We show that targeting Rpd3p to a reporter gene in this yeast can partially repress transcription when either the histone H3 or the histone H4 amino terminus is deleted, indicating that the “tails” are individually dispensable for repression by Rpd3p. In contrast, we find that the effect of rpd3 gene disruption on global gene expression is considerably reduced in either a histone H3Δ1-28 (H3 lacking the amino-terminal 28 amino acids) or a histone H4(K5,8,12,16Q) (H4 with lysine residues 5, 8, 12, and 16 changed to glutamine residues) background compared to the wild-type background, indicating a requirement for one or both of these histone tails in Rpd3p-mediated regulation for many genes. These results suggest that acetylation of either the H3 or the H4 amino terminus could suffice to allow the activation of such genes. We also examine the relationship between H3 tails and H4 tails in global gene expression and find substantial overlap among the gene sets regulated by these histone tails. We also show that the effects on genome-wide expression of deleting the H3 or H4 amino terminus are similar but not identical to the effects of mutating the lysine residues in these same regions. These results indicate that the gene regulatory potential of the H3 and H4 amino termini is substantially but not entirely contained in these modifiable lysine residues.

Sunto L’art. 3 della L. 13 agosto 2010, n. 136 impone ai soggetti affidatari di appalti pubblici o di pubbliche concessioni l’apertura di un conto dedicato sul quale far confluire sostanzialmente tutti i movimenti finanziari relativi ai servizi, ai lavori e alle forniture pubbliche. Detto conto, però, ha solo fini di trasparenza, lasciando esposte le somme ivi confluite ad attacchi da parte di soggetti terzi completamente estranei all’appalto. Di seguito un caso dove con l’utilizzo del trust e grazie al suo effetto segregativo, la funzione di questo conto viene rafforzata sia in termini di trasparenza che di tutela dell’interesse pubblico.
