Abstract:
In his speech at the conference "Ensuring social stability, preserving the purity of our sacred religion" in Tashkent on June 15, 2017, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev spoke about the education of the younger generation: "Another important issue that always concerns us is the morality of our youth. Today, the world is changing rapidly. Who are the young people who feel these changes more than anyone else? Let the young people meet the requirements of their time. But at the same time, do not forget the few. Who we are, how great we are. "Let the call that we are the generation of the people always resonate in their hearts and encourage them to remain faithful to the minority. How can we achieve this? At the expense of upbringing, education and only upbringing." [1]

Abstract:
The purpose of this work is to identify and study the conditions for using digital technologies in the educational space, which act as drivers for changing the model of the domestic education system in the global, social and economic aspect. The article analyzes the phenomena denoted by the concepts of “digitalization of education”, “digital transformation of education”, which have become markers of sociocultural changes in the life of Russian society and are widely discussed in scientific communities. The trends of the digital transformation of domestic education in the world, information, economic aspects are presented: engineering and technological, subject-environmental, organizational and methodological, etc. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the content components of changes in the educational space are considered as strategic factors for the modernization of the domestic education system. The authors believe that the formation of the education system at all levels goes through a difficult path from the integration of digital tools to the formation of a complex worldview of the modern generation. Today, digital technologies are most actively implemented in additional and additional professional education: digital verified content, personalization of the educational route based on the student's digital footprint. The formation of a digital competence profile in the system of continuous education based on individual characteristics and activity experience reflected in the digital footprint already has successful examples of implementation in the form of practical solutions in domestic and foreign practice. As an effective practice, the achieved results of the digitalization of the educational process in the “Quantorium” technopark (Voronezh) are considered. The subject of scientific interest is the factors and conditions for the formation of the ecosystem of the educational space in the context of the digital transformation of the leading sectors of the economy and the professional self-determination of students.

Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to track, record and highlight the implications of the application of market principles in education. The supporters of the above mentioned view, consider that the pedagogical science is allowed to provoke to its clientele neither «spleepiness» nor fleeing. On the contrary, those who oppose the application of the principles of the market in education, consider that by the logic of the market, schools and universities are turned into businesses and students into a two-category workforce, depending on their degrees and financial capacity. Through the examination of labour market’s implementation in education, the aims that are served and the social inequalities which are established, become apparent. Moreover, in this paper, an effort is attempted to highlight the true nature of education and the role that all participants in the educational system should play.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION. Educational innovation is experiencing in Catalonia (Spain) what has begun to be called a "third pedagogical spring" that is leading to a significant increase in schools that make changes at different levels. METHOD. In this context, taking as a reference classifications of types of educational innovation (innovations in the formative structure, pedagogical, process, teacher training and the educational chain), the article presents the analysis of questionnaire carried out on the whole of the population (N) of non-university educational centers of the Territorial Education Service of Lleida (Catalonia). The intention of the questionnaire, and of the research project, was to detect: the degree of innovation of the non-university educational centers as a whole (differentiating the different educational levels), the degree to which this innovation is sustainable over time, the reasons that lead to innovation and its degree of success. In summary, the RESULTS indicate that there really is an "innovative spring" (although some levels of education are higher than others) that can be generalized, as other studies indicate, to the whole of Catalonia. This spring focuses mainly on the implementation of pedagogical actions, formative structure and with the educational chain and is motivated by the interest of improving results, motivation, learning... of students. Although entering into DISCUSSION with other studies also responds to pressure from society and families for educational change.

This article reveals the institutional foundations of the education quality management system. In the era of globalization, the growing trend of science, education and intercultural integration reinforces the social need to apply an innovative approach in all areas. The radical reforms taking place in New Uzbekistan in recent years have revealed a number of theoretical and practical problems that are of great importance for the development of the education system. For this reason, the theory and practice of social management of the quality of education puts on the agenda the development of promising discursive approaches to achieving the effectiveness of education, and the determination of the main directions for modernizing this process.
