The trend of digitalization in the global dimension is obvious. This process is the basis for a new stage of ""technological"" race, which should result in geopolitical and geoeconomic leadership. At the same time, it is a chance for both developed and developing countries to improve their national socio-economic situation. Today, the main agenda for most countries in the world is digital transformation and the creation of a competitive digital economy. The article considers what place Ukraine occupies in the conditions of digitalization, what trends follow digitalization and what are the main risks and advantages of digitalization development for Ukraine.

Neste trabalho pretendemos perceber como Portugal tem evoluído e como se destaca neste ponto. O crescimento da utilização do Smartphone também tem mostrado muita relevância dentro desta nova Economia, levando empresas a definir novas estratégias para estudar o consumidor e assim prever o seu comportamento. O próprio Governo apoia e incentiva a transformação digital, já a tendo aplicado aos serviços da sua Administração Pública. No final do trabalho pretende-se ter um enquadramento de toda esta problemática e assim fazer uma melhor análise do país neste novo impulso dado pela Economia Digital.
The Digital Economy is increasingly present in our lives, whether personal or professional. Portugal save on this point as one of the most developed countries in the European Union, without respecting digitalization, and may become a reference. In this paper we intend to understand how Portugal has evolved and how it is at this point. The growth of ssmartphone use has also shown a lot of relevance within this new economy, leading companies to define new strategies to study the consumer and thus predict their behavior. The government itself supports and encourages digital transformation, having already applied to the services of its Public Administration. At the end of this paper, you should draw a picture of all this problem and make a better analysis of the country in this new impetus given by the Digital Economy.

A competition is the rivalry between economic subjects selling (exporting) similar products and services with the goal of achieving revenue (domestic income) and market share growth. This is a core of the success or failure of a particular economic system. A competition may exist not only between companies. It may also exist between countries (the global competition); products (to reach a consumer’s “basket”); proactive and reactive business models; ideas or projects (for better funding); people (at the labor market); people and machines (in the new age of automation and digitalization of many business processes). Nowadays the world is on the verge of another significant migration of value, the value for corporate world is shifting from providing services to staging experiences for customers. Since it is vital to understand the main characteristics and components of the impending environment, this research is carried out. It is aimed at determining the main elements of the experience economy that could add value to products and the way modern retail companies apply these instruments within their strategies. The purpose of this paper is sufficiently fulfilled by qualitative analysis of three companies from the clothing industry - Benetton Group, Nike, Louis Vuitton. In the paper co-creation, gamification and digitalization are identified as the main instruments of the experience economy that could lead to greater value of the products and additionally contribute to other companies’ brand performance criteria as brand loyalty and brand awareness. Furthermore, the study provides discrepancies between retail companies from the clothing industry in terms of implementing experience economy instruments depending on their market segment, strategy and specialization.

The intensive use of non-renewable resources and torn technological cycles is the cause for the total destruction of the planet’s ecosystems. The transition of production systems to renewable resources and closed circular cycles can ensure long-run sustainability of economic activities. Circular technologies as the basis of business processes guarantee sustainable transformation of the usual economy to digital one. The reproduction of economic activities in the closed integral cycle “production-interfacing-consumption-recyclingproduction” is the principal condition for the successful functioning of business processes. The scientific grounding, design and practical implementation of reproductive circular business processes create the platform for building a digital economy and ensures ecosystems sustainability. The research focuses on the modeling, design and practical implementation (introduction, testing, refinement, and adaptation to specific conditions) of reproductive circular business processes. The research models economic activity and communication of the economic agents in the main areas of the digital economy.

Abstract:
This work raises the question if the digitalization on the office market today, is the solution to the low utilization during office hours on workplaces in Stockholm by increasing subleases. To answer this question, two interviews, two surveys and a literature review were completed and have been the basis for the obtained results that have gotten compiled and analyzed. The interviews took place with a tenant advisor and a third-party service on office rentals. The surveys were sent to both first tenants and property owners. The results section is based on a presentation of the responses received from each interview and survey. Finally, the conclusion on subleases via third-party service, which is a result of the digitalization on the office market, is that more subleases will increase and therefore utilization during office hours will increase in Stockholm. We believe that the current third-party service has answers to many of the problems that so far have hampered the development of further use of subleases.
Detta arbete ställer frågan om digitala tjänster för andrahandsuthyrning på kontorsmarknaden idag är lösningen på den låga nyttjandegrad, som finns under kontorstid på arbetsplatserna i Stockholm. För att besvara denna fråga har två intervjuer, två enkäter och en litteraturstudie genomförts och legat i grund för de resultat som erhållits och som även har analyserats. Intervjuerna skedde med en hyresgästrådgivare och en förmedlingstjänst för kontorsuthyrning. Enkäterna skickades ut till förstahandshyresgäster och fastighetsägare. Resultatdelen bygger på en presentation av de svar som erhållits från varje intervju och enkät. Slutligen pekar slutsatsen på att andrahandsuthyrning via förmedlingstjänst, som är ett resultat av digitaliseringen på kontorsmarknaden, kommer att leda till fler andrahandsuthyrningar och därför en högre nyttjandegrad under kontorstid i Stockholm. Vi anser att dagens förmedlingstjänst för kontorsuthyrning som exempelvis Workaround, erbjuder lösningar på många av de problem som hittills har hämmat utvecklingen för ytterligare andrahandsuthyrning.

Стратегії енергетичної безпеки є основою для економічного зростання країн на шляху до сталого розвитку. Четверта промислова революція викликає нові виклики і є основою для Industry 4.0. Європейський Союз постійно шукає інформаційні, економічні та технологічні перетворення, які призведуть до формування концепції "Енергія 4.0". Поточна цифралізація галузей обумовлює перехід до відновлюваних ресурсів. Це в основному стосується "зеленої" енергії (сонячної, геотермальної енергії вітру, припливної енергії).
Стратегии в области энергетической безопасности являются основным элементом экономического роста стран на пути к устойчивому развитию. Четвертая промышленная революция создает новые проблемы и составляет основу для индустрии 4.0. Европейский союз постоянно ищет информационные, экономические и технологические преобразования, которые приведут к формированию концепции Energy 4.0. Текущая цифровизация отраслей промышленности приводит к переходу на возобновляемые ресурсы. Это в основном относится к «зеленой» энергии (солнечная энергия, ветер, геотермальная энергия, энергия приливов).
Energy security strategies are the core pillar for countries economic growth on the way to sustainable development. For as long robotics has been a research topic, their impact on the traditional manufacturing industry have been discussed. Several theories have been presented through the years in how robotics will change the business climate. The Chinese labor market is facing big transitions and the question of what the effects on employment rate and economy will be remains uncertain.  In this thesis, the focus in this thesis is to present the positive and negative effects of robotics in manufacturing industry and how it will affect the labor market. This is conducted by analyzing empirical findings from interviews and second-hand interviews. The collected findings will be compared with previous research regarding digitalization and robotics in China.  The outcome of this thesis will show the positive and negative effects of robotics and manufacturing industry and its impact on the Chinese labor market. The thesis will show the correlation between robotics, education, quality, labor and the Chinese economy.

Informationsteknologi, IT, och hållbarhetsarbete har blivit två strategiska frågor i nästintill alla företag. Företag måste implementera IT för att optimera nuvarande verksamheter och transformeras till IT-drivna affärsmodeller som kräver hög kompetens och strategiskt tänkande vilket många små- och medelstora företag, SMF, saknar. Att köpa rekonditionerad IT-hårdvara är ett alternativ till att agera hållbart. Däremot erbjuder de företag som levererar rekonditionerad IT sällan mycket mer än just hårdvara eftersom de också ofta saknar de resurser som krävs för att tillhandahålla ytterligare tjänster inom IT. IT-tjänster är ofta avgörande om SMF ska bli kunder eller inte eftersom att köpa all IT från en leverantör minimerar administrationskostnader samtidigt som det skapar djupare relationer mellan kunden och leverantören. De bristande interna resurserna bland SMF har lett till att de frigör delar eller hela verksamheter till externa leverantörer. Frigörandet är däremot inte riskfritt för SMF. Att överlämna delar av verksamheten till externa leverantörer kräver nära relationer med leverantörer vilket gör kommunikationen mellan dem avgörande. Ett sätt för leverantörer att skapa relationer med kunder är genom att utveckla tjänstefiering, det vill säga gå från varucentrerat till tjänstecentrerat erbjudande. För att utveckla tjänstefiering, trots avsaknaden av interna resurser, måste leverantörer samproducera erbjudanden. Genom att skapa ett interaktivt samarbete i nätverk där aktörer tillsammans tillhandahåller erbjudanden har lett till nya värdeskapande system kallat värdekonstellationer. Leverantörer och kunder är nu tillsammans med och skapar värde och kunden ses inte längre som konsument utan snarare medproducent då de är med och deltar i produktionen. Aktörernas roll har således blivit vidgade. De bristande resurserna är inte längre ett hinder för att utveckla nya erbjudanden eftersom de i konstellationen bidrar med resurser samtidigt som de bygger relationer med varandra.
Information technology, IT, and sustainability work have become strategic questions in almost any business. Not only do firms have to implement IT to optimize current operations, they must transform into new business models which requires high level of competence and strategic thinking which especially small and medium-sized enterprises, SME, tend to lack. Buying refurbished IT-hardware is an option for SME to act sustainable. However, suppliers of those goods seldom offer much more as they too tend to lack the resources needed to provide IT services. IT services are usually critical whether SME will become customers or not since buying IT from one supplier minimizes administration costs as well as it creates deeper relationships. Lack of internal resources has led to SMF outsource parts or whole operations more frequently to external suppliers. But the outsourcing does not come harmless. Leaving an operation to an external supplier requires close relationship with the supplier to maintain quality, making the communication vital. A way for a supplier to facilitate relationships is to develop servitization, i.e go from product- to service-centric offers. To develop servitization regardless the scarce resources suppliers have to co-produce offers. Creating an interactive strategy in networks consisting of actors that co-produce offers creates new value creating systems- value constellations. Suppliers and customers are now part of the value creation as they both participate in the production. Their roles have been broadened and the scarce resources as a barrier has now been eliminated as they now share competences while their relationships are being flourished.

A televisão ainda é o principal meio de comunicação da atualidade, atingindo a maior parte da população, mesmo com o crescimento da internet. Frente à multiplicidade da oferta de produtos e serviços, as emissoras de TV buscam alternativas para manterem e, se possível, ampliarem suas posições de audiência e faturamento, apresentando-se a digitalização como alternativa para as empresas de comunicação se adequarem a essa realidade. Desta forma, esta pesquisa foca-se no processo de implantação dessa nova televisão no Rio Grande do Sul, especificamente na RBS TV, destacando as mudanças ocorridas no biênio 2009-2010, após o inicio da transmissão da programação da emissora pelo Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão Digital Terrestre (SBTVD-T). Também se verificou como, no RS, o mercado publicitário se comportou frente a essa alteração no principal espaço de divulgação dos grandes anunciantes.
The television is still the main way of communication nowadays, reaching the biggest part of population, even with the growing of the internet. Facing the multiplicity of the products and services offering, the TV stations are pursuing different ways to keep their audience in a high level, and the digitalization shows off like another possibility for the companies to push themselves to this reality. This study focused the process of implementation of this new TV in the Rio Grande do Sul state, specifically in the RBS TV, highlighting the changing?s that happened in the 2009-2010 years. After the beginning of this transmission of the TV station by the Earth-Brazilian System of Digital Television (SBTVD-T). Also, was verified how, in the Rio Grande do Sul state, the advertisement market behavior facing this changing in the main sharing time of divulgation of those big announcements.

My thesis has been organized into four chapters. Starting from a general point of view, chapter one is an analysis of retailing, its evolution and major changes during years. A special attention has also been dedicated to online and offline marketing strategies as well as the relationship between customers and retailing. Chapter two is then about digitalization in retailing and how companies are reacting to this phenomena with a particular focus on multichannel and Omnichannel strategies. Chapter three deals with the analysis of e-commerce, websites and multi-brand retailers, considering also the way apparel websites work and have been developed over time. Finally, chapter four focuses on the Non Solo Sport case study, its history, business model, marketing strategies, competitors, innovation policies and how they are dealing with digitalization. My thesis has mainly been a research work, supported by the company's team throughout the writing and elaboration process.

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти та основи визначення взаємодій банку з клієнтами в умовах цифровізації, визначено роль інформаційних технологій в організації взаємовідносин банку з клієнтами. Проаналізовано вплив цифровізації на взаємовідносини банків з клієнтами, вплив цифрової трансформації на взаємовідносини з роздрібними та корпоративними клієнтами. Запропоновано методику експрес-оцінки цифрової зрілості комерційного банку України, використовуючи основні чинники, під впливом яких вона формується.
The theoretical aspects and bases of definition of interactions of bank with clients in the conditions of digitalization are considered, the role of information technologies in the organization of mutual relations of bank with clients is defined. The influence of digitalization on the relations of banks with clients, the influence of digital transformation on the relations with retail and corporate clients are analyzed. A method of rapid assessment of digital maturity of a commercial bank of Ukraine is proposed, using the main factors under the influence of which it is formed.

Delningsekonomin och specifikt delningsföretag med tjänster inom resor och turism har påverkats starkt av Covid-19. I samband med detta har därför digitaliseringen påskyndats. Studien syftar till att undersöka hur den digitala delningsplattformen Airbnb fått ställa om och utveckla nya strategier. Syftet är även att undersöka hur digitaliseringen kan påverka Airbnbs framtida koncept gällande boenden och upplevelser. Empiriskt material har samlats in genom 14 kvalitativa mejlintervjuer med företagets värdar som arrangerar digitala upplevelser från olika platser runt om i världen. Materialet kompletteras med två sekundära källor i form av podcastintervjuer med Airbnbs grundare Brian Chesky. Resultatet visade att Airbnb har utvecklat olika strategier för att anpassa sig efter pandemin såsom interna nedskärningar, långtidsboenden och konceptet kring digitala upplevelser. Majoriteten av värdarna är nöjda med det nya konceptet och tror att digitala upplevelser kommer att finnas kvar även efter pandemin. Gällande digitaliseringens framtida effekt på Airbnbs koncept, kan digitaliseringen ha stora effekter på så sätt att fler människor reser fysiskt på grund av att de nu ser möjligheten med att arbeta på distans och ta arbetet med sig på resor. Samtidigt kommer sociala beteenden såsom distansering finnas kvar efter pandemin och alternativ såsom VR och AR kan bli mer aktuellt hos företaget i samband med fortsatta digitala upplevelser.
The sharing economy (SE) and specifically sharing companies with services in travel and tourism have been greatly affected by Covid-19. In connection with this, digitalization has been accelerated. The study aims to examine how the digital platform Airbnb has changed and developed new strategies during the pandemic. The aim is also to investigate how digitalization can affect Airbnb's future concepts regarding accommodation and experiences. Empirical material has been collected through 14 qualitative email interviews with the company's hosts, all of whom arrange digital experiences from different locations around the world. The material is complemented by two secondary sources in the form of podcast interviews with Airbnb founder Brian Chesky. The results showed that Airbnb has developed various strategies to be able to adapt to the pandemic, such as internal cuts, long-term stays and the concept of digital experiences. The majority of the hosts are pleased with the new concept and believe that digital experiences will remain even after the pandemic. Regarding the future effect of digitalization on Airbnb's concepts, digitalization can have major effects in such a way that more people travel physically because they now see the opportunity to work remotely and take the work with them on trips. At the same time, social behaviors such as distancing will remain after the pandemic and alternatives such as VR and AR may become more relevant in the company in connection with continued digital experiences.

Digital transformation is one of the most important and complex issues that company management is facing nowadays. It is considered as the fourth phase of a long and ongoing journey started in 1700 that has allowed the development of the current business environment. it is characterized by the deployment of brand new and advanced technologies, such as robotics, Additive Manufacturing, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things and Big Data into business processes. This thesis investigates how the phenomenon of digitalization has been applied to supply chains and how the introduction of 4.0 technologies have influenced both comapnies’ internal structures and processes and other economic actors, such as consumers and workers. Digital technologies in fact ensure the creation of strong collaborative relationships among all members of the supply chain, whose operations become always more and more integrated with each other. The effects that digitalization has are positive for companies, workers, consumers and global value chains in general, because they guarantee higher productivity and quality of products and services offered. This helps them to be able to better satisfy client’s expectations by outperforming competitors and therefore build solid loyal costumer realtionships. However as every kind of transformation it does not come without costs. Its disruptive pace is forcing companies to rapidly model and reprogramm their structures and processes in order to be able not to be left behind by competitors and taking the risk of being excluded by the market. Moreover this urgency may expose firms to the complex problem of cybersecurity, that has been emerging simoultaneously with the kick off of this digital transition. The great reliance on digital platforms has displayed companies to various risks related to the security of information shared and uploaded and the protection of sensitive data about employees, suppliers, clients and production processes and techniques. It is therefore important that companies create a safety net in which they are free to carry out their transformation toward a fully digitalized supply chain in order to ensure that benefits for all its members will outweigh challenges, guaranteeing better performances, higher profitability and market share.

Новизна используемой темы доказывается тем, что именно сейчас набирает обороты тренд на цифровизацию экономики в Российской Федерации. На данном этапе налоговый мониторинг в России носит экспериментальный характер и применяется только в отношении крупнейших налогоплательщиков, однако в будущем возможность вступления в режим налогового мониторинга может быть распространена и на средний бизнес. Налоговый контроль будет встроен во внутренние бизнес–процессы организаций и осуществляться незаметно для налогоплательщиков.
The relevance of the topic “Digital transformation of tax control business processes based on SAP solutions” based on the example of PJSC Aeroflot is due to the active development of information technologies that automate the process of tax monitoring and the rapid growth of participants in this tax regime, each of which is a representative of large business. The novelty of the topic used is proved by the fact that right now the trend for the digitalization of the economy in the Russian Federation is gaining momentum. At this stage, tax monitoring in Russia is experimental in nature and is applied only to the largest taxpayers, but in the future, the possibility of entering the tax monitoring regime may be extended to medium-sized businesses. Tax control will be built into the internal business processes of organizations and will be carried out unnoticed by taxpayers.

The same digital forces that are changing the Communications, Information, Media and Entertainment industries in general are radically changing newspaper companies in particular by changing their value chain. Newspapers are seeing their dominance erode when Internet and digitization are fundamentally changing and disrupting their traditional business models.  There is a clear collectively decline in news consumption, and with that the news organizations’ roles in society are changing. Moreover, the reduced consumption of news puts pressure on the newspaper’s economy with shrinking revenues and increasing costs. The transformation of the newspaper into a purely digital business has been in progress under the past decade and it is rapidly accelerating.   The subscribers of the printed morning newspaper have historically been characterized by a high degree of loyalty and engagement as well as a low price sensitivity. They constitute an attractive group for the newspaper to keep as digital subscribers in a possible future situation where the printed newspaper no longer can be provided.  Thus, the purpose of this study is to find out to what extent the studied newspaper company can rely on the existing print subscribers to stay as digital subscribers and count them as a stable resource, that is as a part of the future digital subscription revenues.

The technological development has enabled structural changes in the real estate market and created a growing concept of space-as-a-service. Space-as-a-service has emerged from the concepts of sharing economy, digitalization and servitization to meet the demand for flexible solutions on the commercial real estate market. The idea of space-as-a-service is to offer simple and flexible access to spaces as well as providing extra services for tenants to create added value. From a sustainable perspective the intention is to decrease the need for new construction and take advantage of the existing building stock to meet demand for space. Most of the previous research on the space-as-a-service concept focus on coworking and sharing spaces but not as much on the broader concept and its rampaging on the real estate market. This study aims to investigate if the concept of space-as-a-service is disruptive for the real estate industry and how real estate owners approach this development. A qualitative research method was applied, using both structured and semi-structured interviews with real estate owners with property holdings in Sweden to get more in-depth information and understanding of the growing concept of space-as-a-service. The Theory of Disruptive Innovations was used as a framework for investigating disruptive signs of space-as-a-service. The driving motives behind space-as-a-service are concluded to mainly derive from an observed demand for freedom of effort and flexibility in the real estate owners´ offerings. We can see a new complex competitive environment, where the real estate industry's service goes from selling “space” to offer a concept. This puts new requirements on real estate owners to justify for more than the location of their premises, in order to keep their competitive position. What positions the real estate owners take in this new landscape differentiates. The attitudes towards space-as-a-service are generally positive, but the perceived risks are explicitly present. External actors and regulations also counteract the development. Thresholds and attitudes collide, making it clear that a change in mindset is needed. However, from the results of our study we can conclude that the concept of space-as-a-service fulfills the characteristics of a disruptive innovation, indicating that this evolution will be disruptive for the real estate industry.
Den tekniska utvecklingen av teknik har möjliggjort strukturella förändringar på fastighetsmarknaden, där man går från att sälja yta till att erbjuda ett koncept. Yta-som-tjänst har växt fram från begreppen delningsekonomi, digitalisering och tjänstefiering för att möta efterfrågan på flexibla lösningar på den kommersiella fastighetsmarknaden. Idén med yta-som-tjänst är att erbjuda enkel och flexibel tillgång till ytor samt att tillhandahålla tjänster till hyresgäster för att skapa mervärde. Ur ett hållbarhetsperspektiv är avsikten att minska behovet av nyproduktion och dra nytta av det befintliga fastighetsbeståndet för att möta efterfrågan på lokaler. Tidigare forskning relaterat till yta-som-tjänst fokuserar främst på coworking och delade ytor, men det saknas studier på konceptet ur ett bredare perspektiv och dess framfart på fastighetsmarknaden. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka om konceptet yta-som-tjänst är disruptivt för fastighetsbranschen samt fastighetsägares inställning till denna utveckling. Resultatinsamlingen genomfördes med en kvalitativ forskningsmetod, där både strukturerade och semistrukturerade intervjuer med kommersiella fastighetsägare i Sverige användes för att få en djupare förståelse för konceptet yta-som-tjänst. Studiens akademiska förankring grundar sig i teorin om Disruptiva Innovationer som används för att granska disruptiva tecken av konceptet yta-som-tjänst. Vi kan dra slutsatsen att drivkrafterna bakom konceptet yta-som-tjänst främst är ökad efterfrågan på besvärsfrihet och flexibilitet i tjänsterna som idag erbjuds av fastighetsägare. Detta skapar en ny och komplex konkurrensmiljö som sätter nya krav på fastighetsägare, de blir tvungna att rättfärdiga för mer än bara läget på en lokal för att behålla sin konkurrenskraft. Vilka roller som fastighetsägare väljer att ta i detta nya landskap varierar sig. Attityderna mot yta-som-tjänst är generellt positiva, men det upplevs finnas flera risker som tillsammans med externa aktörer och regelverk motverkar utvecklingen. Resultatet visar att attityder och trösklar i utvecklingen motsäger varandra och att ett tankeskifte är nödvändigt i flera olika led. Resultatet av vår studie visar att konceptet yta-som-tjänst uppfyller karaktärsdragen för en disruptiv innovation och förväntas expandera till en bredare marknad framöver.

The purpose of this research is to get a better understanding of new technology-based recruiting approaches, with an emphasis on how they are used by recruiters and how the chances and hazards that these new technical solutions present in recruiting processes are experienced. The function of video interviews in the recruiting process will be examined in further detail. With the introduction of new innovative technology, the recruiting process is undergoing changes. Video is a media that is used to deliver additional information to both job seekers and enterprises throughout the recruiting process. In this paper, the use of video tools in job adverts and recruitment marketing, video résumés, video interviews, rejection letters, and onboarding will be investigated, as well as the implications of future technology and regulation on the use of video in recruiting. Concerns about the validity and acceptability of video tools have arisen as a relatively new technique in recruiting. The goal of the study is to develop reasons for the advantages and concerns that should be considered before opting to incorporate these in a company’s recruitment process. The future potential of technology-based recruiting will also be investigated. Its use of tech in recruiting techniques is becoming increasingly commonplace among businesses. With new technology enabling rapid, effective, and cost- effective means of locating potential employees, recruiting as a whole has undergone a significant transformation. Big data and artificial intelligence (AI) are two of these emerging technologies. Organizations have been gathering large volumes of data for years, and they’re still able to gain real value from big data and artificial intelligence. The data for the study will be gathered through interviews with several recruiting specialists that operate in the field on a regular basis. Data will be analyzed, coded, and themes will be identified using qualitative methodologies. Because the goal of this thesis is to increase awareness of the phenomena of new technology-based recruiting techniques, the research findings will be broad and varied, emphasizing the issue’s freshness by demonstrating the diversity of perspectives expressed by the respondents. Practical organizing, prescreening applications, and candidate communication are the three phases where AI might be useful throughout the recruiting process. The pros and cons of AI in recruiting generate a lot of debate and differing viewpoints among the interviewers. When it comes to using new technology in recruitment, there are both opportunities and hazards to consider. Accelerating the recruiting process, automating mundane work, and improving objectivity have all been identified as prospects. On this basis, an investment tool for digitization projects has been developed, consisting of three different analyzes; a level of automation analysis, a quantitative analysis and a qualitative analysis. To continue, the investment model has been applied to a potential investment of a smart automatic crane. The results from all three analyses provided positive results and incentives to initiate the project. As a result of poor data collection and rigid data, only one effect could be accounted for in the quantitative analysis, which generated a net present value of nearly 12 MSEK over a tenyear period. The most critical parameter proved to be the timing of initiating the project.
Medvetenheten och intresset för digitalisering har ökat enormt under de senaste åren. Många företag kämpar emellertid med att identifiera de ekonomiska fördelarna och möter ofta långa återbetalningstider och stora initiala investeringskostnader. Denna studie syftar till att utvärdera de potentiella ekonomiska effekterna av digitaliseringsprojekt i stålproduktionsindustrin. Studien börjar med att redogöra för vad digitalisering är samt kopplingen mellan digitalisering och automation. Vidare identifierar studien effekter av digitalisering på produktionsnivå ur ett internt effektivitetsperspektiv baserat på befintlig litteratur. Baserat på detta har ett investeringsverktyg för digitaliseringsprojekt utvecklats, bestående av tre olika analyser; en automationsgradsanalys, en kvantitativ analys och en kvalitativ analys. Investeringsmodellen har dessutom tillämpats på en potentiell investering i form av en smart automatkran. Resultaten från samtliga tre analyser var positiva och utgjorde incitament till att initiera projektet. Som ett resultat av bristande datainsamling och ostrukturerade data kunde kostnadsbesparingen från endast en effekt redovisas i den kvantitativa analysen, vilken genererade ett nuvärde på nästan 12 MSEK under en tioårsperiod. Den mest kritiska parametern visade sig vara tidpunkten för att implementera projektet.

The transformation that recruitment may undergo as a result of big data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) is especially exciting, which is why this thesis focuses on the changes that recruiting procedures are experiencing and may experience as new technology solutions emerge. The purpose of this research is to get a better understanding of new technology-based recruiting approaches, with an emphasis on how they are used by recruiters and how the chances and hazards that these new technical solutions present in recruiting processes are experienced. The function of video interviews in the recruiting process will be examined in further detail. With the introduction of new innovative technology, the recruiting process is undergoing changes. Video is a media that is used to deliver additional information to both job seekers and enterprises throughout the recruiting process. In this paper, the use of video tools in job adverts and recruitment marketing, video résumés, video interviews, rejection letters, and onboarding will be investigated, as well as the implications of future technology and regulation on the use of video in recruiting. Concerns about the validity and acceptability of video tools have arisen as a relatively new technique in recruiting. The goal of the study is to develop reasons for the advantages and concerns that should be considered before opting to incorporate these in a company’s recruitment process. The future potential of technology-based recruiting will also be investigated. Its use of tech in recruiting techniques is becoming increasingly commonplace among businesses. With new technology enabling rapid, effective, and cost- effective means of locating potential employees, recruiting as a whole has undergone a significant transformation. Big data and artificial intelligence (AI) are two of these emerging technologies. Organizations have been gathering large volumes of data for years, and they’re still able to gain real value from big data and artificial intelligence. The data for the study will be gathered through interviews with several recruiting specialists that operate in the field on a regular basis. Data will be analyzed, coded, and themes will be identified using qualitative methodologies. Because the goal of this thesis is to increase awareness of the phenomena of new technology-based recruiting techniques, the research findings will be broad and varied, emphasizing the issue’s freshness by demonstrating the diversity of perspectives expressed by the respondents. Practical organizing, prescreening applications, and candidate communication are the three phases where AI might be useful throughout the recruiting process. The pros and cons of AI in recruiting generate a lot of debate and differing viewpoints among the interviewers. When it comes to using new technology in recruitment, there are both opportunities and hazards to consider. Accelerating the recruiting process, automating mundane work, and improving objectivity have all been identified as prospects. Discrimination, data distortion, and breach of privacy, among other things, have all been identified as threats. The dissertation is devoted to the development of new and improvement of existing methodological approaches and methodological tools of consideration the impact of the main types of FinTech innovations on the development of the national economy as a whole and its individual sectors. It is proposed to define FinTech innovation as information-based innovation in the financial sphere, the introduction of which leads to radical changes in financial products, financial technologies (processes) and/or business models of financial intermediaries. The FinTech innovation market is proposed to be structured according to four basic criteria: type of financial service, type of entity – provider of FinTech-services, type of innovative technology that forms the basic concept of FinTech-services, focus consumer segment. The transformational impact of FinTech innovations on the national economy is considered by its sectors: the financial corporations sector (banking and non-banking financial institutions), the household sector, the enterprise sector (non-financial corporations) and the public administration sector. According to the results of the TFSI calculation, it is determined that the Scandinavian countries (Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden) and the Netherlands are characterized by a high level of technologization of financial services. Estonia, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg and Belgium have average, but close to high, TFSI levels. Average TFSI values are also typical for Ireland, Latvia, Germany, France, Austria and the Czech Republic. Ukraine belongs to the group of countries with critically low levels of technologization of financial services, along with Bulgaria, Romania and Greece. The rest of the EU has a low level of TFSI. Correlation analysis of the relationship between the parameters of the national economy and the level of technologization of financial services revealed that the highest level of correlation is observed between TFSI and indicators of ICT prevalence and readiness for digitalization; levels of financial and economic development have no decisive influence on the spread of FinTech innovations; political and social environment parameters have a strong correlation with TFSI; the environmental parameters of the national economy do not have any connection with innovations in the financial sector. Countries with a higher level of digitalization have more statistically significant correlations between the level of technologization of financial services and the parameters of the national economy development. With a high level of digitalization, the growth of the level of technologization of financial services is accompanied by a decrease in inequality in income distribution, as well as an increase in correlation between the level of technologization of financial services and the parameters of political and socio-cultural dimensions. The choice of the most acceptable model of online financing is made depending on the specifics of the provider (subject, purpose, monetization of income) and the recipient (subject, purpose and motivation) of financial resources. Cluster analysis of the impact of a country`s regional affiliation on the choice of the dominant model of online financing showed that the key factors in dividing countries into clusters are the volumes of peer-to-peer consumer loans, peer-to-peer business loans and online debt financing. At the same time, the regional features of the development of online financing are available in such parameters as the type of provider of financial resources; type of recipient of financial resources; direct participation of the online platform in providing loans as a lender. The main determinants of the growth of online financing operations in the country are the level of its economic development, innovation and financial inclusion; the relationship with the level of economic freedom is direct and moderate. On the other hand, the development of information and communication technologies and the nature of regulatory influence do not significantly affect the development of online financing. Cryptocurrency is a type of virtual money, characterized by a set of specific features, opportunities for functional use and risks. Taking into account the peculiarities of the economic nature and functional use of cryptocurrencies, it is proposed to assess their value from three positions: as a means of circulation and payment (exchange rate), as specific goods (mining costs) and as speculative assets (crypto market rates). Indicators of the level of digital financial inclusion in Ukraine are lower than the world average both in terms of the integrated indicator and its components. Digital financial inclusion of the household sector is not a significant determinant of reducing income inequality, but it largely determines the growth of economic well-being. FinTech innovations create alternative sources of financial resources for the sector of non-financial corporations (enterprises). The best suited models of online financing for small and medium-sized businesses are profit sharing crowdfunding, equity-based crowdfunding and reward-based crowdfunding, the choice of which is made in accordance with the purpose of attracting resources – financing current, investment and innovation activities. The success of online financing depends on the SMEs themselves, as well as on the providers of financial resources and the specifics of the online platform. In the context of the impact of FinTech innovations on the financial corporations sector, the development of digital and open banking is relevant for Ukraine. Regarding the public administration sector, FinTech innovations are manifested primarily through the emergence of new regulatory (RegTech) and supervisory (SupTech) tools, as well as through the regulation of the FinTech innovation market to ensure economic security.

Digital platforms and tools have already taken over a large part of human daily lives and with the latest pandemic of COVID-19 it is clear how these technological trends have just increased, in both intensity and complexity, across most of the different aspects that comprehend our everyday activities. For instance, people are staying more at home and people now socialize, consume and work with help of different digital tools, which in other words means that the homes’ original role is changing to a more multifaceted and integral function. Based on such reality, this master thesis aims to investigate how property owners of housing rentals in Stockholm could extract value from these mentioned trends and context by incorporating new alternative income streams in their current business models. Moreover, this academic inquiry also intends to investigate the financial effect that these streams incorporation could have on a property valuation in the housing rental sector of Stockholm.  This thesis project follows two different, yet subsequential, lines of research, where the first one is an interview with local industry experts that provided insights in which kind of potential new value streams that property owners could incorporate in their current business models. They also shared information regarding which kind of digital tools are needed nowadays to make the new offering to the tenants in the most effective way within the Stockholm Private Rental Sector context. The industry experts also gave estimations of the cash flows enhancements that these service incorporation could bring to the owner . This information created the foundation that was used to later interview property owners. The property owners gave information of which kind of digital tools they used today, and what their view was about incorporating the new services and contracts that the industry experts had pointed out as possible new income streams. Both sets of interviews were analyzed with help of finding themes and reviewed literature that allowed the authors of this project to move on to evaluate the financial effect on a housing rental property in Stockholm whenever the new cash flows of the filtered income streams were considered.  The thesis has reached the conclusion that an incorporation of provision of services can create value for both the tenant and the property owner, even though specific services that should be incorporated aren't pointed out. The market was, at the time this thesis was written, immature and fast moving, which makes it hard to say which services will be successful in the Swedish market. Despite this are the results pointing out that contracts as home-electricity and insurances are among the services that have the lowest barrier to implement, and have already been tried by some actors in the industry. For those actors that have started an incorporation of provision of services have already noticed new cash-flows streams, even if they today are minor. The second conclusion is that those cash-flows will in the future trigger higher property values as properties will be a more attractive asset to possess. To be able to identify the demand and extract value from it in a successful way is a user-centered approach a key aspect, as the transaction must create new value for all actors involved
Digitala plattformer och verktyg har redan tagit över en stor del av människors dagliga liv och med den senast Corona-pandemin är det tydligt hur teknologiska trender har ökat, i både intensitet och komplexitet, och påverkar de flesta människors vardagsaktiviteter. Under Corona-pandemin har människor spenderat mer tid hemma och människor har socialiserar, konsumerar och arbetar med hjälp av olika digitala verktyg, vilket innebär att hemmets originella funktion har förändrats till en mer mångfacetterad funktion i människors liv. Baserad på detta så undersöker denna masteruppsatsen hur fastighetsägare, av hyresrätter i Stockholm, kan extrahera värde från dessa nämnda trender genom att inkorporera nya intäktsströmmar i deras befintliga affärsmodell. Denna akademiska uppsats undersöker också vilken påverkan dessa nya intäktsströmmar har på fastighetsvärden i hyresrättssektorn i Stockholm.  Metoden för att nå en slutsats är uppdelad i två processer, där den första är att intervjua vad som benämns i uppsatsen som industri-experter inom ämnet proptech. Dessa bidrar med insikt kring vilka nya intäktsströmmar som möjliga att inkorporera i fastighetsägares nuvarande affärsmodell. Dom understödjer också med information kring vilka digitala verktyg som är nödvändiga för att kunna inkorporera tjänsteförmedling på ett effektivt sätt till hyresgäster i Stockholms privata hyressektor. Utöver detta så ger industri-experterna estimeringar kring vilka värden som kunde tillfalla fastighetsägarens för varje enskild tjänsteförmedling. Denna information används som ett underlag vid nästa skede av intervjuprocessen med fastighetsägarna. Fastighetsägarna bidrar med information kring vilka digitala verktyg dom använde, vid tidpunkten denna uppsats skrevs, och deras syn på att inkorporera förmedling av de tjänster och kontrakt som industri-experterna pekar ut under första intervjuprocessen. Intervjuerna analyseras med hjälp av tematisk analys och parallellt med detta analyseras litteratur, vilket skapade möjlighet att utvärdera vilka finansiella effekter som en inkorporering av tjänsteförmedling kan få på hyresrättssektorn i Stockholm.  Uppsatsen når slutsatsen att inkorporering av tjänsteförmedling kan skapa värde för både hyresgästen och fastighetsägaren, även om de specifika tjänsterna inte pekas ut. Marknaden var vid tidpunkten när denna uppsats skrevs omogen och utvecklades snabbt vilket gör det svårt att svara på vilka tjänster som kommer vara framgångsrika i en svensk marknad. Trots detta pekar resultat på att kontakt som hushållsel och hemförsäkring hade låga ingångsbarriärer i marknaden att implementera, och vissa fastighetsägare har redan påbörjat denna process. Denna inkorporering har för dessa aktörer inneburit vissa nya intäktsströmmar, som dock är väldigt begränsade. Den andra slutsatsen är att de nya intäktsströmmar i framtiden kommer utlösa högre fastighetsvärderingar då fastigheter kommer bli en attraktivare tillgång att inneha. För att kunna identifiera efterfrågan och extrahera värdet ur en tjänsteförmedlingen, på ett framgångsrikt sätt, är en användarcentrerad strategi en viktig aspekt då transaktionerna som sker mellan fastighetsägaren och hyresgästen måste vara värdeskapande för alla inblandade aktörer.

Розроблено основні шляхи підвищення ефективності публічного управління на основі запровадження діджиталізації. Визначено організацію програмно-цільового забезпечення процесу діджиталізації та основні напрямки прискорення процесів діджиталізації у сфері публічного управління.
Определены понятия диджитализации как финансово-экономического явления, рассмотрены теоретические основы диджитализации публичного управления, ее инструменты и стратегии. Осуществлено аналитическое исследование процесса диджитализации в Украине, проведена организационно-экономическая характеристика отдела по вопросам цифрового развития, цифровых трансформаций и цифровизации Сумской областной государственной администрации и определены особенности диджитализации в Украине. Разработаны основные пути повышения эффективности публичного управления на основе введения диджитализации. The concept of digitalization as a financial and economic phenomenon has been defined, the theoretical foundations of digitalization of public administration, its tools and strategies have been considered. The analysis of tools of digitalization of public administration has been carried out. An analytical study of the digitalization process in Ukraine, organizational and economic characteristics of the Department of Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization of the Sumy Regional State Administration has been conducted and features of digitalization in Ukraine have been identified. The main ways to increase the efficiency of public administration based on the introduction of digitalization have been developed. Cette thèse contient trois chapitres qui étudient comment les nouveaux développements affectent les résultats financiers. Les deux premiers chapitres étudient la numérisation au sein des entreprises et l’impact de l’orientation utilisateur pour ces entreprises. Le troisième chapitre explore le phénomène des notations ESG des entreprises.Le premier chapitre examine si la numérisation est valorisée sur les marchés boursiers. Je construis une mesure dynamique de la numérisation qui résume l’exposition d’une entreprise aux ordinateurs, à l’analyse de données et à la programmation. Je trouve que cette mesure prédit les rendements des actions au-delà des prédicteurs bien connus. Cet alpha numérique est concentré dans les entreprises qui se concentrent sur les utilisateurs, où il s’élève en moyenne à 9,0% en rendements excédentaires annuels réalisés au cours des deux dernières décennies. Ce chiffre compense probablement le risque, car les entreprises numériques axées sur l’utilisateur ont un risque systématique plus élevé. Le deuxième chapitre se concentre sur ces entreprises numériques centrées sur l’utilisateur pendant la crise du COVID-19. Ce cadre est particulièrement adapté puisque la crise du COVID-19 a catalysé un passage du monde hors ligne au monde en ligne. Je trouve que lorsque les entreprises sont plus numériques, le fait d’être centré sur l’utilisateur suscite un intérêt de recherche accru pour ces entreprises dans les mois suivant l’arrivée de COVID- 19, ce qui se traduit par de meilleures performances réelles grâce à un rendement plus élevé des actifs. En conséquence, ces entreprises enregistrent des rendements boursiers anormaux relativement plus élevés au cours de cette période. Dans le troisième chapitre, je documente que plus de 40% des entreprises publiques aux Etats-Unis n’ont aucun score ESG. Les entreprises plus petites ou plus limitées financièrement sont moins susceptibles de recevoir des scores. Les entreprises qui reçoivent des scores ESG pour la première fois bénéficient d’une augmentation de l’emploi, des ventes et des investissements, ainsi que d’un effet de levier et de contraintes financières moindres. Par conséquent, les scores ESG agissent comme un club où une nouvelle adhésion apporte des avantages
This thesis contains three chapters which investigate how new developments affect financial outcomes. The first two chapters study digitalization within firms and the impact of being user-focused for these firms. The third chapter explores the phenomenon of ESG ratings for firms. The first chapter examines whether digitalization is priced in stock markets. I build a dynamic measure of digitalization that encapsulates a firm’s exposure to computers, data analytics, and programming. I find that this measure predicts stock returns beyond wellknown predictors. This digital alpha is concentrated in firms which focus on users, where it averages 9.0% in annual realized excess returns over the past two decades. This figure likely compensates for risk, as user-focused digital firms have greater systematic risk.The second chapter focuses on these user-focused digital firms during the COVID-19 crisis. This setting is particularly suitable since the COVID-19 crisis catalyzed a shift from the offline world to the online world. I find that when firms are more digital, being userfocused drives increased search interest to these firms in the months following COVID-19’s arrival, which translates into better real performance through higher return on assets. Correspondingly, these firms experience relatively higher abnormal stock returns during this period.In the third chapter, I document that upwards of 40% of public firms in the U.S. do not have any ESG scores. Smaller or more financially constrained firms are less likely to receive scores. Firms which receive ESG scores for the first time enjoy higher employment, sales, and investment, as well as lower leverage and financial constraints. Hence ESG scores act as a club where new membership brings benefits

The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze the level of the digitalization of the Italian wine sector. The paper starts with an historical overview, indicating how the industrial and technological revolutions led to the digital era and to the Industry 4.0. The introduction of the new technologies have changed our habits, needs and even how companies do business. In Italy, the wine competitive landscape is characterized by SMEs. The latter have a strong interest in new digital technologies, despite the scarce resources and knowledge to gain substantial benefits from them. The main topic of this dissertation is the digital marketing in the wine industry, an affordable tool to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness. The digital marketing tools and channels are accessible by almost everyone, are less expensive than the traditional ones, and allow a closer relationship with the customers. Companies’ vision has changed: the customer and his needs are placed at the centre of the company's activities; there are new trends which are moving the wine sector forward. In order to understand the current digitalization level of Italian wine companies, an online survey is conducted. The results show strengths, weakness and opportunities of the companies in the wine industry and how the digital strategy may help the Italian SMEs to go global.

In the Catalan public health system, the provision of services through the use of digital health tools has gone hand in hand with the increasing digitalization of society as a whole. Since these services are often implemented on an experimental basis in a search for innovation, and in the absence of a rule governing the adoption of public policies, they may be exempt from a comprehensive analysis of their pros and cons (an economic evaluation). However, digitalization involves the generation of objective evidence: information stored in databases which can be analysed. There has never been so much information of such good quality. As a result, this dissertation aims to evaluate digital health interventions undertaken by the public health system of Catalonia to analyse evidence regarding its efficiency. The compendium of articles, the main part of this document, consists of the evaluation of three interventions (interconsultation, teleconsultation and telemonitoring). It is concluded that certain digital health tools appear to be cost-effective, and it is recommended that they be supported and promoted; others require further evaluation before a decision can be taken as to whether they ought to be included in the provision of public services.
Al sistema públic de salut de Catalunya, la provisió de serveis mitjançant eines de salut digital ha anat en paral·lel a la creixent digitalització de l’àmbit personal dels ciutadans. En la mesura que aquests sovint s’implementen amb una voluntat experimental i des de l’òptica de la innovació, i en absència d’una regla d’adopció de polítiques públiques, poden quedar exempts de l’anàlisi integral dels seus pros i contres (l’avaluació econòmica). La digitalització, però, implica la generació d’una evidència objectiva: informació que queda inevitablement emmagatzemada en bases de dades susceptibles de ser analitzades. Mai hi havia hagut tanta i tan bona informació. En aquest context, aquesta tesi té com a objectiu avaluar intervencions de salut digital promogudes pel sistema públic de salut de Catalunya per aportar evidències respecte de la seva eficiència. El compendi d’articles, nucli d’aquest document, es conforma de l’avaluació de tres intervencions (interconsulta, teleconsulta i telemonitorització). Es conclou que algunes eines de salut digital semblen provar ser cost-efectives i es recomana defensar-les i promoure-les; d’altres s’hauran de seguir avaluant per incorporar-les o no en la prestació de serveis públics d’acord amb els seus resultats.

The need to remain highly competitive and increase profits is at the basis of the adoption of digital transformation processes, which have a strong impact not only on the technological innovation of the companies, but also on the business model to be adopted. In the accounting profession, digitalization does not only concern the automation of processes or the use of advanced technologies, but requires an integrated vision between the development of the structure, human resources and the strategic management of the company. In the context of the digital economy, the professional accountant must change role and organization, cultivate new skills and expertise, learning to interface with technological innovations efficiently and effectively in a new and different function. This document aims to discuss the changes reached and the future of the accounting profession, which will face many other challenges to adapt its role to the needs of the constantly changing digital and global economy. In particular, the analysis focuses on the digital transformation and measurement of the digital maturity achieved, through questionnaire with different accounting firms located in the North-East of Italy. Given the prominent role played by accounting in digital finance and the correlated aspects, it is desirable for the future to achieve additional considerations to this argument.

During the last few decades, the change in the world’s economic environment has led to a transformation of supply chain activities and logistics operations. The growing globalization, the increase of destructive events (such as the current global health crisis), and the drive towards digital innovation dictated by the Fourth Industrial Revolution require companies to make an organizational change regarding both internal and external activities. We are witnessing a radical transition from competition between individual companies to competition between industrial supply chains. There is a shift from the traditional supply chain, characterized by the linearity of operations, to a more integrated supply chain model, where information flows in more than one direction at once. This thesis aims to study how the supply chain can fully experience the benefits brought about by integration mainly thanks to the support provided by the enabling technologies of Industry 4.0. The primary goals of the research are understanding which are the pressures towards the integration and digitalization of supply chain activities, evaluating the advantages and challenges, and studying how a supply chain can be integrated through digitalization. To support the thesis, a case study on Supply Chain Event Management carried out by the author is reported.

This thesis aim to explore in particular two areas where companies are impacted by digital and new technologies changes: the overall supply chain ecosystem, within the different steps of companies value chain, and the development of new digital distribution channels, in particular the direct to consumer channels. These two aspects are in primis investigated at the level of general systemic evolution and secondary with references to the specific experience of the De 'Longhi Group, an international group operating in the durable consumer goods market.

З позицій системного підходу досліджено економічну природу вищої освіти та визначено її роль у процесах становлення інформаційної економіки. Виокремлено головні виклики інформаційної економіки до національної системи вищої освіти. Розкрито сутність і характерні риси адаптивності системи вищої освіти до умов інформатизації економіки; на основі синтезу системно-синергетичного й інституціонального підходів сформульовано методологічні аспекти забезпечення адаптивності такої системи з виявленням відповідних закономірностей і принципів. Розроблено триблокову методику оцінювання рівня розвитку інформаційної економіки, націлену на здійснення моніторингу процесів розбудови системи вищої освіти на основі статистичного методу; визначення динаміки комплексного інтегрального показника – на основі індексного методу; проведення мезоекономічного аналізу за освітньою, дослідницькою, інноваційною компонентами розвитку інформаційної економіки - на основі кластерного методу. Диссертация посвящена исследованию теоретических, методологических и методических основ формирования и реализации стратегии обеспечения адаптивности системы высшего образования к условиям информационной экономики. С позиций системного подхода исследована экономическая природа высшего образования и определена его роль в процессах становления информационной экономики. Выделены главные вызовы информационной экономики к национальной системе высшего образования. Раскрыта сущность и характерные черты адаптивности системы высшего образования к условиям информатизации экономики; на основе синтеза системно-синергетического и институционального подходов сформулированы методологические аспекты обеспечения адаптивности такой системы с идентификацией соответствующих закономерностей и принципов. Разработана трехблоковая методика оценки уровня развития информационной экономики, нацеленная на осуществление мониторинга процессов развития системы высшего образования на основе статистического метода; определение динамики комплексного интегрального показателя – на основе индексного метода; проведение мезоэкономического анализа по образовательной, исследовательской, инновационной компонентам развития информационной экономики – на основе кластерного метода. Обоснованы приоритеты и основные направления развития взаимодействия субъектов системы высшего образования и предпринимательского сектора, достижения положительных синергетических эффектов от такого взаимодействия в условиях информатизации национальной экономики. Сформированы концептуальные положения разработки стратегии обеспечения адаптивности системы высшего образования к условиям информационной экономики, предложена схема механизма и совокупность взаимосогласованных практических мер реализации такой стратегии.
The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical, methodological and methodical principles of development and implementation of the strategy for ensuring the adaptability of the higher education system to the information economy conditions. From the standpoint of the systematic approach, the economic nature of the higher education is investigated, and its role in the processes of development the information economy is determined. Main challenges of the information economy to the national higher education system are highlighted. The essence and characteristic features of adaptability of the higher education system to the conditions of the economy informatization are revealed; based on the synthesis of synergistic and institutional approaches, methodological aspects of ensuring the adaptability of such a system are formulated, with the identification of relevant laws and principles. A three-block methodology for assessing the level of the information economy development, aimed at analyzing the baseline of upgrading the higher education system based on statistical method, are produced; determination of the dynamics of a complex integral index – on the basis of index method; conducting of the meso-economic analysis by educational, research, innovative components of the information economy development – on the basis of cluster method. Priorities and main directions of the interaction development between subjects of the higher education system and the business sector, the achievement of positive synergetic effects from such interaction in the conditions of the national economy informatization are substantiated. Decomposition of a comprehensive mechanism for motivating the cooperation of business entities, higher education institutions, government and civil society are improved; the set of incentives for activating business participation in the educational and research activities of universities is systematized. The structure of the organizational and economic mechanism of R&D results commercialization in the real sector of the national economy with specification of its purpose, functions, principles, set of methods and instruments of implementation of such mechanism is proposed; its influence on the adaptability of the higher education system to the conditions of the information economy is proved. Conceptual provisions of the development of the strategy for ensuring the adaptability of the higher education system to the information economy conditions are formed, a mechanism scheme and a set of mutually agreed practical measures for the implementation of such a strategy are proposed

The digitalization of the public administration is one of the main innovations that has marked the organization of administrative activity; has affected in particular the individual procedures by establishing significant changes in relations with the users of the various administrative services. Technology has therefore entered the daily life mechanisms of the public administration, the same theme of administrative simplification is inevitably linked to the digitization of the public administration. The analysis on the theme of Open Government Data shows how the transformations taking place are profoundly changing spaces and repertoires of public participation and of the relationship between public and private, between PA and citizens. The web increasingly represents a new connective fabric that brings together the different dimensions of public action (individual and collective, global and local, virtual and real), and that causes an empowerment process for citizens to develop. In recent years many scholars have placed the diffusion of big data technologies at the center of their research, that is, the massive collection of data and information from the most disparate sources. E-government can use big data to find out the trends and patterns of people's behavior on social networks so that the government can provide a better, effective and efficient service. Digitization then also becomes the main vehicle to comply with the transparency and disclosure obligations which all administrations must comply with. The objective of this contribution is to provide specific reading tools for the new public management school based on digitalization, on Open Government Data, on Big Data through a qualitative analysis that highlights the limits of this research linked to the cultural gap and the protection of the right to privacy.

Завдання дослідження полягають у виявленні причин, що підштовхують підприємства до проведення цифрової трансформації, аналізі прикладів успішної перебудови бізнес-процесів та моделі продажу торгової компанії відповідно до принципів цифрової трансформації; формуванні стратегії для збільшення обсягів продажу та розширення бізнесу. Об'єкт дослідження — підприємство ТОВ «Гранд-торг». Предмет дослідження — процес цифровізації інструментів реалізації продукції на підприємстві ТОВ «Гранд-торг». Методи дослідження – аналіз і синтез, системний аналіз, моделювання, спостереження, порівняння, опис. Наукова новизна: економічно обґрунтовані стратегії із запровадження та підвищення продуктивності наявного інструментарію реалізації продуктів на торговому підприємстві, відмінною рисою яких є застосування цифрових технологій та дистанційної роботи на підприємстві, що дозволяє підвищити ефективність продажів компанії. Практична значимість: розроблені стратегії удосконалення інструментів реалізації товару для підприємства ТОВ «Гранд-торг» на основі цифрових трансформацій, впровадження яких дозволить відкрити нові ринки та розширити бізнес на прибутковій основі. Перший розділ розкриває теоретичні засади поняття цифровізації, особливості переходу компанії до онлайн-сфери, методи стимулювання розвитку подібних підприємств та окреслює правове поле діяльності цифрових компаній. У другому розділі проводиться детальний та покроковий аналіз діджиталізації бізнес-процесів та введення нових інструментів продажу в компанії ТОВ «Гранд-торг». У третьому розділі розраховується ефективність проведення маркетингових акцій як основного інструменту реалізації продукції підприємства та сформовані стратегії з подальшого розвитку компанії і збільшення обсягів реалізації її продукції.

The relevance of the topic is due to the general digitalization and the transition to related sales methods. Research on this phenomenon is fragmentary in nature and needs further substantiation. The aim of research is to investigate the tools of product sales in the conditions of business digitalization on the example of the company "Grand-Torg". The objectives of research are to identify the reasons that push companies to carry out digital transformation, analysis of examples of successful restructuring of business processes and sales models of a trading company in accordance with the principles of digital transformation; forming a strategy to increase sales and expand business. The object of research — the company LLC "Grand-Torg". The subject of research — the process of digitization of tools for the sale of products at the company "Grand-Torg". Methods of research — analysis and synthesis, systems analysis, modeling, observation, comparison, description. Scientific novelty of research: economically sound strategies for the introduction and increase of productivity of existing tools for the sale of products in a commercial enterprise, a distinctive feature of which is the use of digital technologies and remote work in the enterprise, which increases sales efficiency. Practical significance of the research: developed strategies for improving the tools for selling goods for the company LLC "Grand-Torg" on the basis of digital transformations; implementation of which will open new markets and expand the business on a profitable basis. The first section reveals the theoretical foundations of the concept of digitalization, the peculiarities of the company's transition to the online sphere, methods of stimulating the development of such enterprises and outlines the legal field of digital companies. The second section provides a detailed and step-by-step analysis of digitalization of business processes and the introduction of new sales tools in the company "Grand-Torg". The third section calculates the effectiveness of marketing campaigns as the main tool for selling products of the enterprise and formed strategies for further development of the company and increase sales of its products.

This paper is based on Lennart Lundquist thesis of the importance of incorporating both democratic and economic values in public administration, what he calls "our public ethos", as economic values have become increasingly important due to the development of New Public Management. The paper aimed to investigate which economic or democratic values could be identified in relation to e-government in an analysis of three Swedish administrative authorities' policy documents. To obtain the purpose of this study, following question was asked: ● Which economic or democratic values can be identified in relation to e-government in a review of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Police Authority and the Employment Service's policy document? A ideal-type analysis was used as a method, and the measurement point consisted of democratic and economic values in our public ethos. The result turned out to be that both economic and democratic values can be found in the documents. It is arguable that New Public Management has had an impact on all, but its hegemonic position could not be substantiated. The dissertation's analysis section also pointed out that, in addition to emphasizing democratic values, e-government reforms can also strengthen these.
