Full textA company's success is guaranteed by its relational approach, that is, its ability to establish, develop and maintain new business relationships that are mutually beneficial over time. The seller becomes the centrepiece of the firm, since almost all of his time is spent in contact with customers. This relational approach in a sales context is actually at the heart of successful business. Nevertheless, some businesses have been disappointed with the results of their investment in the relational approach. These mixed results indicate the importance of further study into the relational approach in a sales context, and in particular the need to identify the factors that influence the performance of the seller. The object of our study is to define and understand what are the individual characteristics of the seller that influence the attitudes and behaviours of the client. The mechanism of the relational approach in a sales context is reproduced using a model and the formulation of hypotheses tested on a sample of 175 sellers and customers (the dyad). Our study focuses on the positive influences of self-efficacy, attitude towards selling and expertise on the relationship quality, the purchase intentions and the word-of-mouth of the customer. The relationship quality mediates the effect of expertise on the purchase intention and the word-of-mouth and intuition moderates the relationship between self-efficacy, attitude towards selling and expertise on the purchase intentions and the word-of-mouth. The results confirm the direct effect of the antecedents and the mediating role of the relationship quality. The moderating role of intuition on the relationship between the antecedents and the purchase intentions was also confirmed. Our contributions add to the theoretical body of research on the relational approach and the methodological dyadic approach to sales research. For managers, our research has numerous applications for increasing the effectiveness of hiring and training sales forces

Full textPatients and their close ones have to face many cancer-related stressors. One of these close ones frequently becomes a caregiver and gives specific support to the patient. The dyadic adaptation to cancer is associated with many factors and is the result of a complex process. Communication appears to be one of the main factors of this dyadic adaptation. The literature reports number of dyadic interventions, but there is currently no consensus on their optimal content. In this context, this thesis work focused on optimizing communication and dyadic coping through the development of a dyadic psycho-oncological intervention. The first part of this work establishes, on the one hand, an inventory of the literature on the adaptation of the family and close ones and, on the other hand, an inventory of the interventions intended for close ones, patient-caregiver dyad and patient’s family. The second part of this work focuses on the development of a brief dyadic intervention designed to improve supportive dyadic communication. This intervention was tested through a randomized controlled trial. The intervention was effective on patients and their caregivers, especially on their perceived dyadic communication self-efficacy and dyadic coping. These intervention effects were larger for patients than caregivers.

Full textThe immediate postpartum period contains the basics of the anthropological situation, for the baby as well as for the mother and the father and the socius. Psychic life first matrix subject to “the basic dyadic space” comes from the complex alchemy between the range of maternal investment and disposition and the baby’s original control abilities, without ignoring the play within a play which surrounds mothering. From an extended study in the perinatal field, this research takes an interest, with a double methodology of qualitative study (chapter 1) and quantitative “equipped” one (chapter 2 and 3), in the construction of a dyadic space, essential for the baby’s development and for the maternal investment, to this construction ups and downs, for regulatory functions of these rituals (relayed by current perinatal cares) which gives a scansion to childbirth work. Dyadic communication between mother and baby, with a climax around two months old with the first protoconversations, is studied as an asymmetrical transmodal complex co-genesis by both psychoanalysis and attachment theory, by developmental approaches and neurosciences. This unique and original space, which is renewed after every birth, is woven from “the forming of maternal investment” composed from psychic life vectors and their combination which provides enough energy for the mothering situation. From the three major schools of conceptual thoughts and from therapeutic treatments of early relationship disorder, we identify the forming “in transformation”, the “transmission” one and the forming “in seduction”. These breakthroughs have a triple purpose: to built a new reading of primary intersubjectivity, the building of baby’s self-awareness, normal and pathological mechanism of identification and empathy, to support the principle of cares and the edification of a dyadic semiology of the early psychopathology and to lead to a model that will include the aspect of the “early” and its symbolism form in adult therapy and the institutional support of fragile or borderline population

Full textThe present study shows first of all children of eight year old who are either unfamiliar or strangers draw exclusively on the teacher student reference model prompted by the situation they are involved in : a guidancetutoring situation. Second, children who are friends generally adhere to an egalitarian reference model. This model is built up of shared experiences and knowledge they have constructed and value. Due to this fact, when friends are placed in a guidance-tutoring situation, they appeal to both their customary egalitarian model and to the reference model elicited by the situation. In addition, the data also reveal differences in behavior as a function of task and partner gender

Full textThis doctoral research aims at understanding the relationship of individuals with branded and non-branded products. Within this conceptual framework, we examine products and brand attachment within a family context. We give particularly attention to the mother-daughter dyad which has been extensively researched in marketing, anthropology and sociology. Our interpretivist research focuses on three questions. First, we seek to understand how product and brand attachment of a mother is transmitted, thereby affecting the attachment to products or brands by her daughter (Study 1: interviews of 20 dyads). We then seek to understand the relationship of the daughter to the transmitted brands (Study 2: re-examination of 11 of the 20 dyads). Finally, we examine the differences between attachment to a branded product in contrast to a commitment to a non-branded product (Study 3: 44 collages, 11 girls among 11 dyads). Results of the first study show that branded objects are inalienable and intangible, reflecting a family history which becomes more evident through an inter-dyad analysis of the mother’s speech in contrast to that of her daughter. The second study highlights a brand attachment represented by traditional values (transmitted brands) or hedonism (non-transmitted brands), and an attachment relationship represented by values of security (transmitted objects) or success (non-transmitted objects). Our final study focuses on the differences between attachment to a branded object and a non-branded object. We note that the consumers identify with those brands which are congruent with their self-concept

Full textThe aim of this thesis is to show that compatibility paradigm is different from deductive paradigm, but is not a new one in the area of syllogistic reasoning. Formal reasoning emerging from 11-12 to 15 years old, resolution of compatibility paradigm depends on constructions of the representational systems - analogical vs propositional. Young children will fail to the deductive process in compatibility paradigm but can give a judgement like older ones. The two kinds of mechanisms have to be specified. Because in relational children, deductive process is a serial schematic organisation fact, deductive problem will be facilitated. The genetic hypothesis implies the precision of semantic facts in categorical syllogisms that underly their comprehension. We hypothetize the coordination mechanism, but erroneous responses in compatibility paradigm. Simple judgement methodology is replaced by verbalisation and analysis of relational elimination. 3 experiences are done using linear and categorical syllogisms with 2 conditions in each one. In the first one, subjects resolve deductive items then compatibility one, the second one reverses this order. 80 children (9-10 and 12-13) participated to the first experience with concret objects in linear syllogisms, 80 students to the second one in linear syllogisms but with abstract content, 60 schoolers (15-16 and 19-20) to the third one with categorical syllogisms. As expected, in experience 1, 9-10 years old children rejected the information in compatibility paradigm, coordination mechanisms was the 12-13 years olds' ability. Young children fail to the undecidability items (40 and 63%). The second experience confirms the facility of deduction for specific problems: 97 % in deductive paradigm and 90% in compatibility. Experience 3 showed that 45 % of the 15-16 fail to the coordination process, the older ones composed premises but made a lot of bias. These results reveal methodological bias. An alternative approach (Bideaud and Houdé 1991, Houdé 1995) which focuses on inhibitory control of attention can explain the results. Hence, younger children who rejected premises in compatibility paradigm control in memory one premise only (activation and empirical knowledge) while older ones control 2 (inhibition of empirical knowledge) but fail to inhibit pragmatic knowledge parallely activated

Full textIntroduction : An increasing number of people surviving the cancer lead more and more to assist them in order to return to active working life. This study had two objectives. First, we investigated the mental health at work of women survivor of breast cancer using a comparative approach with a control group. More specifically, we identified stressors that affect burnout and resources that impact psychological well-being at work. The second objective focused on the couple and the mental health at work of each of its members using a dyadic and comparative approach. The main objective of this research wereto identify what positively affects well-being at work, while considering the possible partner’s influence in the context of return to work after cancer. Method: 308 adults were interviewed (88 women affected by a history of breast cancer and 20 spouses, 100 women without cancer experience and their spouse). They completed measures of mental health at work (burnout and psychological well-being at work), personal and work-related resources (self-efficacy, optimism, emotional expressivity, psychological detachment at work), stressors (workload, work-family conflict), anxiety and depression, life satisfaction and satisfaction with their relationship. Results: Results of the first study showed that women with a history of cancer have higher burnout scores than women who do not have this experience. However, these scores were below the critical thresholds for both groups. In addition, this first study identified a moderating effect of anxious manifestations on the relationship between work-family conflict and burnout in the clinical group. In this same group, and compared to the control group, the second study identified self-efficacy as the most predictive resource of psychological well-being at work and its components. In addition, the third study showed the mediating effect of feeling of belonging to professional environment it would protect the clinical group from the impact of the workload on burnout. Finally, in the last two studies, and contrary to expectations, the causal analyzes revealed an increased sensitivity of the spouse whose woman was affected by cancer to his satisfaction with his relationship, as well as an influence at the level of partner’s emotional distress and resources on his mental health at work. Conclusion: In a professional context, women with a history of breast cancer in this thesis work proved to be able to mobilize resources to protect themselves from burnout and to promote and maintain their well-being at work. Moreover, their spouses appeared more sensitive to the situation of their couple and signals of their partner. Recommendations in terms of support for the couple, during the period after the announcement of the remission, will be discussed and suggested

Full textThe present work addresses some theoretical issues raised by the modelling of the bronchial tree and its interactions with the parenchyma in which it is embedded. The bronchial tree is represented by a resistive dyadic tree with 23 generations, through which the air flow is described by the Stokes equations. According to Poiseuille's law, the flow rate through a pipe is proportional to the drop in pressure between its ends. This tree is embedded in a viscoelastic medium which is intending to represent the parenchyma. The ventilation process is caused by negative pressures, due to diaphragm contractions at the alveolar level. In the first part, we treat the bronchial tree as an infinite resistive tree letting the number of generations go to infinity. With the help of trace theorems, the ventilation process can be described by a Dirichlet-Neumann operator, which relates the pressure field at the boundary of the tree to the outward flux. The second part explores some models of the parenchyma. The complexity of this viscoelastic medium derives from the fact that the tree connects all the alveolae. This coupled system causes some non local dissipation effects and calls for non-standard damping models. We first study a one-dimensional model of the parenchyma involving a wave-like partial differential equation with non-local dissipative term. We specially focus on the long time behavior of this system. We finally propose a new model for higher dimensions taking into account both the elasticity of the parenchyma and the resistive tree

Full textWe investigated how: (a) some situations elicit dyadic cooperation (b) the relationship representation the children have with their friend differ whether their friendship is reciprocal or unilateral ; (c) friendship representation and reciprocity are related to cooperation. Individual interviews allowed us to identify friendship dyads and to assess the representation the child has of his or her relationship. The cooperation was analyzed from direct observation of 49 dyads in three problem-solving ta ks. This Ph. D includes an introduction offering a comprehensive framework and three articles (published or submitted). The first one is about an exploratory study proving that children aged five to six are more likely to cooperate as situations allow them to moue as they wish. The second one shows that reciprocal friends, as compared to unilateral friends, assess their shared experiences of mutual help, companionship or intimacy more frequently. In the third one we found that there is more cooperation when these experiences are represented as frequent and in cases of reciprocal friendship; but this only for girls in a most familiar situation. These results allow us to emphasize that motor expressivity in children aged 5 to 6 helps them to adopt interpersonal acting coordinations. Besides, they suggest that interactional scripts on which a child builds a representation of his or her relation to his or her friend are firmly contextualized

Full textPersonal relationship plays an important role in creating and developing customer relationship. This important role has been confirmed in the service field and especially in Asian culture. “Renqing” (the norme of reciprocity in Asian context) has a critical role in creating and maintaining personal relationship. “Renqing” is considered a stable mechanism and helps to harmonize personal relationships in Asian societies based on favor exchange and reciprocal obligation. This variable is included in our study in the relationship between frontline employees and customers in the context of Vietnamese banking service. With the dyadic approach, we studied the “renqing” variable of frontline employees and customers in their relationship and their impacts on the relationship quality. “Renqing” of frontline employees have an effect on the employees’ adaptive behavior in service delivery. In terms of customers, “renqing” for frontline employees is a variable affecting interpersonal trust and through this trust it affects the quality of the relationship between customers and the bank. Finally, with the dyadic approach, our research confirms the suggestions on the effects of “renqing” of employees on “renqing” of customers and the indirect effect of employees’ “renqing” on customers’ trust through the two mediator variables: “renqing” of customers and adaptive behavior. Our research allows us to confirm the role of “renqing” variable in the customer relationship model in the Vietnamese context. Indeed, the study with the dyadic approach to “renqing” variable enables us to understand the way reciprocity between frontline employees and customers strengthens customer relationship in the context of an Asian country

Full textThis manuscript is mainly focused on the influence of repulsion between free electrons on the optical response of metals. Classical material models consider that the metallic response is local -- i.e. that the response at a given point only depends on the fields at this point. Taking into account the repulsion between electrons leads to a so-called non-local description of the metalic response. This thesis explores in a theoritical and numerical way the effects of non-locality on the optical properties of metallo-dielectric nanostructures in the visible and near infrared. Using a hydrodynamical model it is shown that, suprisingly, the modes of plasmonic gaps can be sensitive to non-locality for thicknesses of several tens of nanometers. It is also shown that the surface plasmon itself can be sensitive to non-locality provided that an interface between a metal and a sufficiently high refractive index dielectric is considered. We propose and study here several simple and realictic setups (prism and grating couplers) which would allow to experimentally observe the impact of non-locality and which have characteristic scales of tens or even hundreds of nanometers. Finally, in a second part of the manuscript, the formalism and numerical considerations necessary for the study of a dipole radiation in a multi-layered structure are presented in detail and then validated thanks to comparisons of Green dyadics, radiation diagrams, and emission rates with cases avaible in the literature

Full textThe aim of the present study, which lies within the theoretical framework of psychology of cognitive construction, was to investigate mechanisms involved in dyadic resolution of logical reasoning tasks and its effects on knowledge acqisition in children aged 9 to 10 years. Two complementary studies were carried out to evaluate children's interactions. The first one was intended to observe dyads which were either symmetrical or slightly asymmetrical with regard to age. The second study was aimed at measuring the effect of training by comparing children meeting each other for the first time, with children used to working together either with the same or a new partner. Full textIn this research, our first goal was to propose a conceptualization of the idea of cognitive proximity between managers and consumers of the same organization. By using the theoretical framework of neo-institutionalism, we have shown that organizations, in order to be accepted, adopt the values prevailing in their environment. The use of the concept of representation allows us to link the social scale of the neo-institutional theory at the individual level from which norms are decoded. Based on a quantitative and qualitative methodology, involving cognitive mapping, we have proposed a conceptualization of the adherence of consumer to managers’ representations. The second objective was to test the influence of this adherence on the consumer loyalty in a longitudinal way. The empirical validation was performed in music festivals for which we have discussed the issues of loyalty. Two festivals were compared: the Paleo Festival of Nyon in Switzerland, a private festival, and the Eurockéennes of Belfort in France, a subsidized festival. Results show the impact of the adherence of consumer to managers’ representations on consumer loyalty. Specifically, we observe an influence on the attitudinal loyalty and on the word of mouth. But when it comes to behavioral loyalty, the sharing of representations does not seem sufficient to consumers who also need to be satisfied with previous experiences to come back to the festival

Full textNeurodegenerative diseases (NDDs) raise numerous implications for the health, well-being, and quality of life of both the partner with the disease and their caregiving spouses. In the face of these challenges, numerous studies have sought to understand the experiences of these individuals and evaluate the effectiveness of well-being-centered interventions. While individual approaches are important, the literature has underscored the significance of considering the dyad and the relational processes at play, particularly to optimize such interventions. However, while numerous models detail how couples adjust to chronic illness, NDDs are not integrated into these models, except for a few exceptions, indicating the need for further investigation of couple functioning in the context of NDDs. Therefore, the objectives of this thesis were to better understand the experiences of couples and the dyadic processes underlying their functioning, through a meta-synthesis centered on various NDDs (study 1) and two studies and functioning of couples facing Parkinson's disease (PD) (studies 2 and 3). Capturing changes in couple functioning across different stages of the disease was another objective. A thematic synthesis (study 1) and two qualitative empirical studies using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (study 2) were conducted. Study 2 explored the experiences of 15 couples at the specific stage known as the honeymoon period of PD. Study 3 involved a comparison of processes identified in three distinct samples of 15 couples, at three stages of PD, to identify prevalent functioning patterns and transitions in couple dynamics throughout the disease progression. Studies 2 and 3 identified five patterns of dyadic functioning, as well as transitions in dyadic dynamics, often linked to symptom progression. Some partners demonstrate mutual support and positive reinterpretation of their experience, evolving towards a dynamic where the caregiver provides subtle assistance to preserve this balance. For others, this discreet help, a subject of negotiation within the couple from the onset of the disease, abruptly transforms into control. While some spouses struggle against the disease from the early stages by exerting a form of control, their partner disengages. With symptom progression, it becomes impossible to avoid this control, which turns into intrusion. Additionally, some couples adopt a rigid hyperprotection against the distress induced by PD, with this avoidance strengthening over time. Finally, another pattern, characterized by difficulty in understanding the other's perspective and by a mutual disengagement shown by partners, also becomes more rigid over time, potentially leading to questioning the couple's relationship. These studies have highlighted different dyadic dynamics and their associated processes within the context of NDDs, specifically PD. The transitions identified in couple functioning throughout the disease progression indicate the importance of considering the couple's experience from the onset of the disease and throughout its evolution. These findings are significant, as they suggest several specificities of dyadic functioning in the face of NDDs. Furthermore, they reveal similarities in processes observed in the context of PD, Alzheimer's disease, or other chronic illnesses. These various aspects are thus important for the development of transdiagnostic interventions and future research aimed at exploring dyadic processes associated with couples' experience of other less studied diseases

Full textThe main objective of this thesis is to interpret experimental measurements of the plasmonic properties of gold colloidal particles. First, we study the optical near-field distribution around nano-platelets thanks to the photomigration technique. This indirect photo-chemical mapping uncovers a size effect by shining at 457 nm and 514 nm particles of different sizes, suggesting a quasi-modal response from the surface plasmons supported by these structures. This peculiar response is evidenced in the case of colloidal triangles of 500 nm side length. Then, we show that Two Photon Luminescence (TPL) offers another original way to probe the electromagnetic field distribution inside Au particles. We focus the TPL study on gold nano-rods and platelets. TPL maps show a strong confinement of the electromagnetic field inside these objects. Signal localization can be controlled by adjusting incident polarization. Simultaneously, we have developed a new tool based on the Green Dyadic Method (GDM) to reproduce and analyze TPL maps. They confirm specific near-field localization in the metal and provide a new insight into wavelength and particle shape influence. Our model suggests that TPL gives also access to the local density of plasmonic states in the particle and consequently that the coupling between two gold platelets could lead to a new design of a plasmonic modal logic gate. Finally, we have investigated the optical properties of gold nanoparticle chains. These nanoparticles fuse under the electron beam of the TEM. The fusion shifts plasmons resonances of the chains towards the infrared region. These plasmonic modes have been studied spatially and spectrally using Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy (EELS). We have developed a theoretical model showing the link between the energy loss of a swift electron and the local density of states. Using the GDM, we have computed EELS maps of these nanoparticle chains

Full textStudy 1 – This validation study aims to investigate the psychometric properties of the French version of the 21-item Caregiving Strain Questionnaire (FCGSQ-21), which evaluates caregivers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder’s burden. A three-factor model was found to best fit the structure of this scale. Those factors include the objective burden as well as the internalized and externalized subjective burdens. In the present study, the FCGSQ-21’s homogeneity is excellent with a Cronbach’s alpha of .90. Study 2 –This study aims at investigating the psychological well-being of parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while comparing it to that of parents of children with Down Syndrome (SD) as well as that of parents of typically developing children (DT). Significant differences appear between parents of those different groups for perceived burden (F (2,56) = 18,34 ; p ≤ 0,001), and anxiety and depression (F (2,56) = 5,30 ; p =0,008 ; F (2,56) = 4,72 ; p = 0,013). Other significant differences are observed between parents of children with ASD and SD on all variables in this study, most notably for the sub-scale “Global Coordination of Care” (M SD = 6,7 ; ET = 1,82, M TSA = 5,24 ; ET = 1,67 ; t = 2,76, p = 0,009).Study 3 – First, the transactional integrative and multifactorial Model (TIM) adapted to parents of children with ASD was tested. Then, different profiles of parents linked to their psychological well-being in face of their child’s disorder were highlighted. It appears that dispositional optimism is an explicative variable of psychological well-being and anxiety and depression appear as mediating variables between dispositional optimism and burden perception. Three profiles of parents were highlighted. One profile of parents (n=63) displays reduced psychological well-being. The second profile (n=29) includes parents who maintained high psychological well-being. The last profile (n=75) is homogenous. Study 4 – This study aims to explore how mothers and fathers of children with ASD live with their child’s disorder. The mean comparisons between fathers and mothers highlight a higher care satisfaction, coordination and respect for mothers. Mothers also have a higher delegated dyadic coping (partner) and common dyadic coping than fathers do. The qualitative analysis revealed that fathers and mothers often do not have the same role with their child

Full textCancer is now considered as a chronic disease affecting an ever-increasing population. Long-term care and follow-up, which are responsible of lives disruptions on patients and their relatives, seem necessary and likely to initiate health system reorganization. In this interdisciplinary thesis work, we focused on the impact of cancer on the psychological and psychosocial experiences of patients in France, by choosing the prostate cancer model. To do this, we decided to combine two studies. One aimed on the sexual health status of prostate cancer patients through a descriptive quantitative approach based on data representative of VICAN national surveys. The other one concentrated on the impact of prostate cancer on the couple and its quality of life through a complementary comprehensive qualitative approach, focused on Active Surveillance management and based on semi-directive interviews of patients and their spouses. The data analysis showed deterioration in patients' sexual health associated to several factors, which are not necessarily medical ones, and damages in the couple and perceived affective relationships, with divergent coping strategies for each member of the couple, despite a care management initially considered as optimal and free of consequences. A multidisciplinary approach could help couples to improve their experiences, well-being and quality of life

Dalenc, Laurent. "Characterization of product BMO and iterated commutators involving Calderon-Zygmund operators." Toulouse 3, 2014. http://thesesups.ups-tlse.fr/2469/.
Full textThe aim of my thesis was to find criteria on families of Calderon-Zygmund operators to know if, with iterated commutators, they characterize product BMO space. Multiparameter BMO space is a generalization of classical BMO space, and began to be studied during the eighties by Chang and Fefferman. To each parameter is associated a Calderon-Zygmund operator acting on this parameter. We define also, associated to b in BMO, the operator Mb of multiplication by b. Then we define iterated commutators with those Calderon-Zygmund operators and the operator Mb. Then the aim is to study the relation between the BMO norm of b and the norm of the commutator acting on L2. The first result in one parameter case is due to Coifman, Rochberg and Weiss, who proved that Riesz transforms characterize BMO. The next result is due to Uchiyama, who gave a criterion on families of Calderon-Zygmund operators to show if they generalize Stein-Fefferman decomposition. Then Li gave another criterion on those families of Calderon-Zygmund operators, to show if commutators characterize BMO. The first result in multiparameter case is due to Ferguson-Lacey, who proved in the case of parameter t=2 that Hilbert transform characterize BMO. Then Lacey and Terwilleger extended this result to arbitraly number of iterations. Finally, Lacey-Petermichl-Wick-Pipher extended this result to Riesz transform in product BMO space. So, first, I found a criterion on families of Calderon-Zygmund operators to know if they characterize product BMO space. Finally, I proved that commutators norms are majorized, up to a multiplicative constant, by BMO norm of b in multiparameter case for any kind of Calderon-Zygmund commutators, using the representation theorem of Hytonen, which reduces the problem to dyadic shifts

Full textThe growth and development of enterprises are not driven only by internal motives, but by a number of external factors. Today, many enterprises have taken bold steps to break down both intra and inter enterprise barriers to form alliances in what is called “the Supply Chain (SC)”: the competition lets place to the collaboration, the functional and hierarchical vision of the enterprise lets place to a transverse vision oriented process. This change led to new orientations of modelling of the enterprise and in particular to the development of reorganization methods of the processes as for example the Business Process Reengineering (BPR). If these approaches permit a representation of what is achieved (activities), they integrate the piloting with difficulty (how it is achieved), it is there where resides a big part of the added value. For a same sequence of activities the performance of the process can vary according to types of relations that exist between these activities. Moreover, one relation is a multidimensional object which must be apprehended by attaching the same importance to all its facets. Knowing, that there is not a single manner to coordinate a process, but that several mechanisms of coordination can be used to assure the realization of objectives fixed. The definition of these different mechanisms and dimensions that explain the success or not of the relation was the topic of many works. It is in this context that our work is registered by approaching the following problem: How an enterprise builds its relations with its partners in Supply Chain and how its relations impact its performance? By basing us on the analysis of the literature, we propose in this thesis two frameworks of analysis: 1. The analysis framework of the collaborative processes: it is specific to the analysis and the representation of the processes and the collaborative strategies (standardized processes). This proposal is based on a grid of representation and interpretation cartography. This framework and two illustrative examples are the subject of a detailed analysis. 2. The analysis framework of the dyadic relations: it is complementary to the first one and is interested in all the dyadic (intra or inter-entreprises) relations. A fine analysis is achieved of the dimensions and the constituent attributes of this framework. Finally, we show the relevance of these propositions and their use in the practice through the survey and the analysis of several enterprises of the Rhone-Alps region. We explain the progress of this investigation and we expose the main results of it. We finish by the proposal of a dashboard of characterization and improvement of the dyadic relations in the supply chain

Full textInteractive skills quality of autistic child depends on the contexts (Clarck & Rutter, 1985, Mirenda & Donelan, 1986, Curcio & Paccia, 1996; Lacaze &, Rogé, 1999). The objective of this study is testing hypothesis about the influence of interactive and situational context on social engagement of persons with autism. We did through two studies including adults partners, professional or not and persons with Pervasive Developmental Disorders who are videotaped in dyadic interaction during free versus structured situations. Behavioral profile were analysed using a typological and a sequential approach. Results suggest differential behavioral caregiver strategies depend of their interactive styles. Specifically interactive styles have an influence on communication quality and mutual adjustment of autistic children, whatever the aim of the interactive situation. Issues are discussed in clinical and theoretical perspectives, notably on the frame of pragmatic. Implications for further research and educational practice are suggested

Full textThe strategic alliances tend to proliferate since the 80s because of the opening of markets in the globalization of the economic and financial exchanges. With the reduction in the geopolitical and institutional barriers, the competitive game moves then towards the search (research) for local partners to reach (affect) a global size (cutting) in particular in a more and more reagent, intense and uncertain competitive environment. On the other hand, there is a visible complexity in the implementation and the management of these relations which explains partially the rate of high failure. This complexity is more stressed when it is about characteristics and about asymmetric alliances. The present research suggests examining the interest to dash into asymmetric alliances, to study the complexity of the interactions within the dyadiques relations, between multinationals and SME Tunisians, considering the character asymmetric, and to bring an understanding on their dynamics as well as their processes of evolution. It stood out from it that, the asymmetry of gains and the appreciation of the report contributions-remunerations play a dominating role for the survival and the longevity of the asymmetric allicances. Indeed, the impact of the negative appreciation of the report contributions - remunerations is more important then that of the presences of factors definied as source of cooperative climate

Full textThis research deals with French MPs responsiveness. This dissertation studies the dyadicrepresentation in the French Assemblée nationale which was largely neglected by scholars. It givesthus a new insight on the diversity of French MPs activities both in Paris and in their district.Following the arguments of the rational choice new institutionalism, our dissertation aims tohighlight the institutional determinants of MPs responsiveness toward their district and the logicsthat underlie their practices of representations. By overcoming the descriptiveness of many studiesand thanks to original and solid empirical data, we show that the characteristics of the districtstrongly affect both the kind and the content of MPs activities. The district and the various citizens’expectations systematically affect the way French MPs conceive their mandate
