Zu Beginn des vergangenen Jahres wurde die Kreisbibliothek Vogtlandkreis, die eine Einrichtung der Vogtland Kultur GmbH ist, auf ein Programm des Sächsischen Staatsministeriums für Kultus und Sport aufmerksam, das von der Robert Bosch Stiftung gefördert wird. Das Programm „Kultur(t)räume – Frühkindliche Bildung kreativ“ fördert sachsenweit acht Projektteams, in denen jeweils eine Kultureinrichtung zusammen mit einer Kindertageseinrichtung und einer Grund- oder Förderschule aufeinander aufbauende Bildungsangebote entwickeln. Die Kinder sollen dabei grundlegende ästhetische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Kunst, Musik oder darstellendes Spiel machen und mit Hilfe der Kooperationspartner Kontinuität im Bildungsübergang von der Kindertagesstätte zur Grundschule beziehungsweise Förderschule erleben.

Cette etude a ete motivee par le desir, que nous partageons avec d'autres chercheurs, avec certains specialistes, de comprendre, afin de mettre en valeur, la specificite du texte de theatre par rapport aux autres ecrits litteraires. C'est cet interet general qui a servi de guide a notre etude du premier theatre claudelien. Sans ignorer l'importance des apports biographiques a l'evolution de l'oeuvre, il nous a semble essentiel d'inserer celle-ci dans le contexte moral et esthetique de la fin du 19eme siecle qui lui donna naissance. Cette periode de crise d'identite nationale et individuelle trouve son echo dans l'esthetique symboliste dont les premiers drames de claudel portent l'empreinte indelebile. Mais ces drames meritent aussi d'etre etudies de pres, sans prejuges ni preconceptions critiques, afin de pouvoir y deceler le travail de composition profonde d'un jeune dramaturge en train d'apprendre un art exigeant et de s'acheminer vers l'affirmation d'une esthetique dramatique singuliere. Pour claudel, cette periode d'apprentissage ne fut pas possible en dehors de la reecriture et de l'auto-critique de ses drames. Il s'avere donc impossible d'ignorer le role essentiel des remaniements. L'oeuvre theatrale se distingue, enfin, par ses rapports a la scene, future ou potentielle, d'ou l'interet, voire la necessite de prendre en compte l'etude des aires de jeu potentielles dans une approche critique du texte de theatre, ici claudelien, symboliste et mystique
The present study is motivated by the desire, shared by other researchers and certain specialists, to understand, in order to emphasize, the specific nature of the dramatic work, in comparison to other literary texts. This generel interest has guided our study of claudel's early theatre. While not ignoring the importance of biographic elements to the evolution of the work, we found it necessary to insert the same in the moral and aesthetic context of the late 19th c which brought it into being. This period of national and individual crisis of identity finds its echo in the symbolist aesthetic, which has left an indelible mark on claudel's dramatic works. But these works are also worthy of detailed and indepth analyses, undertaken without prejudice or critical preconceptions ; in order to reveal the sustained effort of composition, furnished by a young dramatist in his learning of a demanding art and in his first steps towards the affirmation of a unique dramatic style. In claudel's case, this "apprenticeship" was much advantaged by the recomposition and auto-criticism of his plays. It is therefore impossible to ignore the significant role of the same. Finally, the theatrical work distinguishes itself by its relationship to the stage, he it future or potential. It is therefore interesting and indeed necessary to take the potential dramatic scene into consideration in a critical study of the theatre text - in this case claudelian, symbolist and mystical

Abstract:
Anbauverfahren von Gurken am »Hohen Draht« mit einer Spanndrahthöhe von 3,40 m werden hinsichtlich Ertragsleistung, Arbeitszeitaufwand und Wirtschaftlichkeit mit Standardanbauverfahren (Spanndrahthöhe 2,20 m) verglichen. Die Ergebnisse des vierjährigen Forschungsprojektes zeigen, dass Gurken im Gewächshaus auf Substrat am »Hohen Draht« mit 200 bis 220 Gurken/m² deutlich höhere Erträge als die Standardverfahren erzielen. Pflege und Arbeitszeitaufwand sind allerdings eindeutig höher. Der Anbau von Gurken am »Hohen Draht« führte dennoch zu einer Verbesserung der Deckungsbeiträge um fast ein Drittel. Die Investitionskosten für die Umstellung von 1 ha Standardverfahren auf den Gurkenanbau am »Hohen Draht« betragen 70.000 bis 80.000 Euro. Bei steigenden Energiekosten ist das Verfahren am »Hohen Draht« eine wirtschaftliche Alternative zu den gegenwärtigen Standardverfahren. Allerdings mangelt es an guten Spezialsorten. Problematisch ist das Risiko von Ertragsausfällen durch Stängelbotrytis.

Abstract:
Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka före detta elevers uppfattning om att få undervisning i DRACON. DRACON är ett konflikthanteringsprogram med drama som metod. För min undersökning har metoden varit enskilda intervjuer samt fokussamtal med elever som 2003-2004 deltog i undervisning i DRACON i skolan och i en filminspelning om DRACON-programmet. Mina resultat visar att drama i trygg miljö upplevs positivt av eleverna framför allt för att det kan hjälpa blyga elever att träda fram. Studien visar också att flera av eleverna som intervjuades fick med sig nya redskap i konflikthantering. Eleverna är positiva till kamratundervisning för att öka kunskapen om konflikthantering på skolor, vilket sammanfaller med forskning av Burton i Australien och är i linje med Skolverkets förespråkande av förebyggande insatser på skolor för att förebygga mobbning. Eleverna ser fördelar med att undervisas av en särskild pedagog i dramaundervisningen. Utvecklingen i klassen efter arbetet med DRACON i skolan och filmen om DRACON-programmet visar en effekt som också beskrivs av DRACON International (2005). Eleverna lär känna varandra på nya sätt, utvecklar känslor av kamratskap, empati och respekt, ökar sin lyssnade förmåga, förstår vikten av samarbete och förmågor, som att lyssna till andra.
The purpose of this thesis is to investigate previous students opinions about education in DRACON. DRACON is a program in conflict mangement with drama as a method. In spring 2013 interviews and focus discussions were made with students who 2003-2004 participated in education in DRACON and in filming the methods in the DRACON. My results shows that drama as a method get positive response, the most important reason is that it can be a help for shy pupils to step forward. Several of the pupils interviewed did get new tools for handling conflicts. The pupils are positive to peer-teaching for increasing the knowledge about conflict management in schools. The same thing is found in research by Burton (Australia) and is in the line with School department of Sweden that recommend preventive work in schools to prevent bullying. The students sees advantages in being educated by a pedagogue specialized in drama methods. The development in the school class after participating in DRACON and filming the methods in DRACON shows an effect among the students that also are described in DRACON International (2005). They get to know each other in new ways, develop feelings of friendship, empathy and respect, increase the listening capacity, understand the importance of collaboration and capacities, as listening to others.

Elle se fonde sur une analyse de ses romans où nous lisons d’abord une conformité aux lois du genre romanesque, puis une révolte qui se traduit par une déconstruction générique et scripturaire. Notre travail consiste en une étude des noyaux de nouveauté qui se trouvent en germes dans la période de conservatisme et leur éclosion qui innove par la suite l’écriture de l’auteur. Ces noyaux, particulièrement liés aux formes dramatiques et poétiques, seront soulignés dans leur développement et dans la façon dont ils transforment l’écriture romanesque
This thesis investigates the metamorphoses of Marguerite Duras’ writing. It is based on an analysis of her novels where we can first read a compliance to the laws of the traditional novel, then a rebellion against any kind of generic or scriptural constraint. Our work consists in studying the germs of innovation of the conservative period and their blossoming that progressively innovates the author’s writing. We emphasize on these nuclei particularly related to dramatic and poetic forms, and on their development, as well as on the way they transform Marguerite Duras’ novel

L'introduction definit une conception possible du tragique contemporain, cerne la demarche adoptee pour parler du theatre. Certains personnages de friel connaissent une debacle spirituelle ou meurent pour avoir refuse un sort injuste ; pour avoir rejete aussi le statu quo social. Dans un monde menacant, sterile, les figures d'autorite et les valeurs traditionnelles se trouvent erodees par la modernite. Les "heros ordinaires" de friel cherchent a faire valoir leur ethique singuliere contre la morale de groupe. En cela ils sont emblematiques de la condition humaine aujourd'hui et rejoignent les heros tragiques anciens. La premiere partie s'attache a degager les influences nationales et internationales qu'a subi le dramaturge ne a derry sous le severe regime unioniste. Pour friel, co-fondateur du mouvement politico-culturel "field day", le theatre doit remplir une fonction sociale indispensable autour de l'ancien concept mythique irlandais de "cinquieme province" : donner a voir sur scene toutes les contradictions du psychisme irlandais contemporain, vehiculant des stereotypes herites a la fois du colonialisme britannique et de la reaction nationaliste. On souligne dans le deuxieme chapitre de cette partie certaines caracteristiques du theatre, art du spectacle avant tout, en insistant notamment sur l'idee que le tragique contemporain git au coeur meme des mecanismes dramatiques fondes sur des entites opposees. Il s'ensuit que le tragique revetira les formes les plus diverses, parfois les plus inattendues. Enfin, les themes recurrents chez friel, sa vision sombre du monde fourniront la teneur du troisieme chapitre concluant cette introduction generale. Dans les deuxieme et troisieme parties, l'etude des pieces retenues fournira systematiquement des informations factuelles indispensables (resume, personnages, schemas actantiels) avant d'aborder une lecture thematique illustrees de nombreux extraits. To start with, the term "tragic" is discussed with regard to its implications today. This is followed by a description of the way we propose to analyse theatre. Some of friel's characters experience spiritual or physical destruction because they have refused their unfair fate or simply for having rejected the social status quo. Within a threatening and sterile world the figures of traditional authority and values are being challenged by modernity. Friel's "common heroes" seek to uphold their own ethical standards against the moral values of society. In this they embody the human condition today and match the tragic heroes of times past. Part one concentrates on the various influences (both at home and abroad) which have shaped brian friel's art. The playwright was born in derry under the ruthless unionist rule. Friel is the co-founder of the political and cultural movement field day, which endows theatre with a necessary social function organised around the central mythical irish concept of fifth province. This is supposed to expose on the stage the contradictions of the contemporary irish psyche with its blend of colonialist and nationalist stereotypes. Chapter two of the same part deals with some fundamental characteristics of theatre (it should be borne in mind that it is a performing art). Contemporary tragedy lies at the core of the dramatic process itself, based on the juxtaposition of opposites. If follows then that tragedy will appear under various, sometimes unexpected, guises. Chapter three includes friel's recurring themes and bleak outlook. This concludes part one. In parts two and three the analysis of the chosen plays will systematically feature indispensable information such as a summary, list of characters and actantial model. This will be followed by a detailed discussion of theme treatment, with many extracts. The plays discussed are the loves of cass macguire, crystal and fox, making history, (which all hinge on one central character), lovers, livving quarters (these are inspired by greek theatre), faith healer, the freedom of the city and volunteers (the last two show the destructive potential of politics in northern ireland)

Abstract:
Research has been carried out in the study of cloth modelling over many decades. The more recent arrival of computers however has meant that the necessary complex calculations can be performed quicker and that visual display of the results is more realistic than for the earlier models. Today's textile and garment designers are happy to use the latest two dimensional design and display technology to create designs and experiment with patterns and colours. The computer is seen as an additional tool that performs some of the more tedious jobs such as re-drawing, re-colouring and pattern sizing. Designers have the ability and experience to visualise their ideas without the need for photo reality. However the real garment must be created when promoting these ideas to potential customers. Three dimensional computer visualisation of a garment can remove the need to create the garment until after the customer has placed an order. As well as reducing costs in the fashion industry, realistic three dimensional cloth animation has benefits for the computer games and film industries. This thesis describes the development of a realistic cloth drape model. The system uses the Finite Element Method for the draping equations and graphics routines to enhance the visual display. During the research the problem of collision detection and response involving dynamic models has been tackled and a unique collision detection method has been developed. This method has proved very accurate in the simulation of cloth drape over a body model and is also described in the thesis. Three dimensional design and display are seen as the next logical steps to current two dimensional practices in the textiles industry. This thesis outlines current and previous cloth modelling studies carried out by other research groups. It goes on to provide a full description of the drape method that has been developed during this research period.

DRACL is a privacy-preserving, scalable, secure, and developer and user friendly federated access control system. It allows producers to manage, through a single authentication provider, which consumers can access what content across all content hosts that support the DRACL protocol. It preserves user privacy by not revealing the producers' social networks to content hosts and consumers and allowing content consumers to access content anonymously. Unlike existing solutions, DRACL is federated (cf. Facebook Connect, Google Sign-In), does not have a single point of failure (cf. Mozilla Persona, OpenID), and does not reveal its producers' social networks to content hosts (cf. Facebook Connect's user_friends permission).

En accord avec le desir romantique d'accomplir la philosophie dans l'esthetique, le roman hugolien est adresse a un "lecteur pensif" : il s'agit d'explorer les implications generiques et philosophiques de ce projet. La philosophie romantique de hugo s'exprime d'abord dans le depassement des lumieres, du personnage du philosophe a celui du poete, puis dans l'elaboration d'une theorie du roman, a partir de walter scott dans les annees trente, autour des notions de naturalisme et d'immanence dans les annees soixante. Hugo propose un "roman dramatique", qui affirme l'unite de l'etre tout en accueillant l'ecart. Le parcours des romans hugoliens dans leur diversite approfondit l'idee de drame : par la maniere dont hugo invite le lecteur a une demarche hermeneutique en melant les genres romanesques (romans noir, historique, social, policier, d'aventures) ou non (idylle, utopie, conte, legende, mythe). Par la maniere dont chaque oeuvre configure en propre le debat d'idees. Les neuf romans peuvent etre mis en perspective : les romans de jeunesse font surgir les contradictions ; de 1829 a 1834, hugo s'attache aux liens entre la conscience et l'histoire, pour trouver avec les miserables un aboutissement dialectique. Les tensions "dramatiques" de sa pensee ne sont pourtant pas resolues et ouvrent au contraire la trilogie de l'ocean. A cette approche en diachronie, il convient d'ajouter une reflexion synchronique sur les caracteristiques formelles du roman hugolien et leurs implications philosophiques : un temps morcele, qui ne retrouve qu'in extremis une necessite, une multiplication des signes et des "seuils" dans la narration (prefaces, titres, fragments digressifs), un systeme des personnages proposant des dedoublements incessants, un espace ancre dans le regard d'un personnage et soumis a dilatation, vers l'evocation d'un sujet universel qui rassemble personnage, auteur et lecteur. According to the romantic desire to intertwine philosophy and art, the novels of victor hugo are purposedly made for a "thoughtful reader". They might thus be called philosophical, - on condition that we should precise the implications on both a generic and a philosophical level. As a romanticist, hugo contrasts philosophers to poets : philosophy is included within poetry. He gradually qualifies his own art of fiction, considering the historical novel in the thirties, building a philosophy of naturalism and immanence in the sixties. It leads him to a "dramatic novel", where contradictory facts and ideas do not deny faith in progress. The confrontation of different literary genres induces dramatic conflicts in the novels : gothic, historical, social, adventure and detective novels mingle with pastorals, utopias, fairy tales, legends and myths. Each novel follows on from each other on equally dramatic level. The first two novels lay the emphasis on contradictions ; from 1829 to 1834, hugo tries to link up conscience and history, till he finally finds out the dialectic way of les miserables, which doesn't mean the end of all drama, since another trilogy begins, presenting through a stormy ocean the ambiguous forces of nature. From a synchronic point of view, each novel will present the same characteristics : a temporal necessity barely kept through sudden revivals, a narrative split up by digressions, titles, comments, with increasing signs and traces, characters reflecting the different sides of one personality, places depicted through the eyes of a character who finally merges into cosmic infinity and become united with the reader and the author. Abstract:
Today, many introductory computer science courses rely heavily on a specific programming language to convey fundamental programming concepts. For beginning students, the cognitive capacity required to operate with the syntactic forms of this language may overwhelm their ability to formulate a solution to a program. We recognize that the introductory computer science courses can be more effective if they convey fundamental concepts without requiring the students to focus on the syntax of a programming language. To achieve this, we propose a new teaching method based on the Design Recipe and Code Outlining (DRaCO) processes. Our new pedagogy capitalizes on the algorithmic intuitions of novice students and provides a tool for students to externalize their intuitions using techniques they are already familiar with, rather than with the syntax of a specific programming language. We validate the effectiveness of our new pedagogy by integrating it into an existing CS1 course at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. We find that the our newly proposed pedagogy shows strong potential to improve students’ ability to program.

Le drame a ete concu en fonction d'une nouvelle mission du theatre, a la fois pedagogique et politique. Son apparition en tant que telle est liee au combat des philosophes autour de l'encyclopedie, en 1757-1758, selon diverses modalites. L'effet politique et ideologique du drame decoule des emotions qu'il doit susciter chez le spectateur : "l'interet" remplace le rire et la "catharsis". L'emotion doit natire de l'illusion qui se concoit desormais a partir du modele pictural : tel est l'objet de la deuxieme partie. Le role fondateur de diderot est souligne. Le "tableau" caracterise l'esthetique dramatique nouvelle. Il fait l'objet d'une elaboration theorique et pratique dans l'organisation de la scene, des decors, des costumes, du jeu dramatique tout autant que de l'ecriture dramatique. Le "tableau" dicte sa loi aux genres anciens et les attire vers le drame. Mais ce modele n'est pas rigide : il est remis en cause des sa conception. La troisieme partie concerne specifiquement la question du genre. On hesite entre le vers et la prose, on substitue la condition au personnage. Le genre nouveau, le drame n'est pas un genre moyen. C'est un gere qui depasse la traditionnelle opposition de la tragedie et de la comedie. En annexe est evoquee une representation du fils naturel dans la mise en scene d'alain bezu.

Os procedimentos descritos por Draize são a base dos testes de irritação ocular e cutânea adotados internacionalmente para avaliar produtos e substâncias. Entretanto, eles têm sido criticados por motivos éticos, devido à crueldade com os animais e, por isso, metodologias alternativas têm sido estudas para avaliar a toxicidade de produtos que entram em contato com o ser humano. Sendo assim, um estudo comparativo foi realizado entre testes de irritação ocular, cutânea e mucosa oral usando coelhos e testes in vitro pelos métodos de difusão em ágar e de captura do vermelho neutro, ambos usando as linhagens celulares NCTC clone 929, FPC-IAL e SIRC. Os cosméticos avaliados foram batons, bases faciais, pós compactos, blushes, sombras para os olhos, máscaras para os cílios, lápis ou delineadores para os olhos, e sabonetes líquidos de uso adulto e infantil. Os testes in vivo e as linhagens celulares utilizadas no método de difusão em ágar foram escolhidas de acordo com o local de uso dos produtos, com exceção da linhagem NCTC clone 929 que foi utilizada na avaliação de todas as amostras. Das 204 amostras, 141 foram avaliadas pelo teste de irritação cutânea e linhagem FPC-IAL, 80 pelo teste de irritação ocular e linhagem SIRC e 78 pelo teste de irritação de mucosa oral e linhagem FPC-IAL. Somente as amostras de sabonetes líquidos foram avaliadas também pelo método de captura do vermelho neutro com as três linhagens celulares. Na avaliação in vitro as amostras foram analisadas em diferentes concentrações e o parâmetro observado foi viabilidade celular com o corante vermelho neutro. Os resultados obtidos permitiram observar que as amostras positivas no método de difusão em ágar que apresentaram até índice de zona 3 ou seja, halo de morte celular variando de 0,5 a 1,0 cm a partir da amostra, segundo a Farmacopéia Americana, não apresentaram irritação ocular, cutânea ou de mucosa oral. As amostras que apresentaram índice de zona 4, apresentaram diferentes graus de irritação ocular e cutânea com exceção de 2 sabonetes líquidos de uso infantil que não apresentaram reações in vivo, embora apresentaram citotoxicidade até a concentração de 10%. Este método apresentou correlação significante com o teste de irritação ocular, inclusive para os valores individuais da córnea e conjuntiva. Quanto ao método de captura do vermelho neutro obteve-se correlação significante para o teste de irritação cutânea e ocular, podendo inferir que quando as amostras de sabonetes líquidos apresentarem IC50 maior que 0,085% não irão induzir irritação cutânea e ocular nos coelhos. Não foi observada relação entre a origem das linhagens celulares usadas e o tecido alvo utilizado no teste in vivo, sendo que todas as linhagens mostraram correlação significante com a linhagem NCTC clone 929. De acordo com os dados, conclui-se que os métodos in vitro são mais sensíveis e que o método de difusão em ágar usando a graduação da Farmacopéia Americana, pode ser adotado como ensaio de triagem na avaliação de cosméticos. Isto resulta de sua capacidade de predizer a irritação, contribuindo significativamente para a redução dos testes que utilizam animais.
The procedures described by Draize are the basis of both ocular and cutaneous irritation tests and have been adopted internationally for in vivo evaluation of products and substances. However, they have been criticized for ethical reasons, due to their cruelty towards animals. Therefore, alternative methodologies are being studied to evaluate the toxicity of products, which have contact with human beings. Thus, a comparative study was performed between ocular, cutaneous and oral mucosa irritation tests using rabbits and in vitro tests through agar diffusion method and neutral red uptake method, both with the use of NCTC clone 929, FPC-IAL and SIRC cell lines. Lipsticks, makeup base, face powder, blushes, eye shadows, mascara, pencils and eyeliners, as well as liquid soap for children and adult use were evaluated. The in vivo tests and the cell lines used in the agar diffusion test were chosen according to the place where the products are used. Only the NCTC clone 929 linage was used in the evaluation of all the samples. From the 204 analyzed samples, 141 were evaluated through the cutaneous irritation test and FPC-IAL lineage, 80 through the ocular irritation test and SIRC lineage, and 78 through the oral mucosa irritation test and FPC-IAL lineage. Only the samples of liquid soap were also evaluated through the neutral red uptake method with the three cells lines. The samples submitted to the in vitro evaluation were analyzed in different concentrations and the observed parameter was cellular viability with the use of neutral red. The results obtained revealed that the agar diffusion test positive samples which presented up to degree 3 zone rate, that is cellular death halo varying from 0,5 to 1,0cm from the samples, according to USP 25, didn’t provoke ocular, cutaneous or oral mucosa irritation. The samples which presented degree 4 zone also showed different degrees of ocular and cutaneous irritation, except to two units of liquid soap for children use which didn’t present in vivo reactions, although citotoxicity up to 10% concentration. This method showed significant correlation with the ocular irritation test and also concerning the individual values of cornea and conjunctiva. As for the neutral red uptake test, it presented significant correlation in the ocular and cutaneous irritation test, what make it possible to infer that when the liquid soap samples present IC50 above 0,085% they won’t cause ocular and cutaneous irritations in rabbits. No relation was observed between the origin of the cell lines and the target tissue used in the in vivo test, having all the cellular lines shown significant correlation with the NCTC clone 929 line. According to the data, the in vitro methods are more sensitive and the diffusion agar method, using the American Pharmacopeia graduation, can be adopted as a sorting procedure in the evaluation of cosmetics. This is a result of its capacity of predicting irritation, what largely contributes for the reduction of animal using tests.

Dans la première partie, nous établissons les équations
d'équilibre de ce problème dans le cas général et
introduisons deux modèles mathématiques. Le premier est un
modèle membranaire non-linéaire, dont l'analyse mathématique
conduit au calcul de l'enveloppe quasi-convexe de la densité
d'énergie associée. Le deuxième modèle (modèle
membrane-flexion non-linéaire) est obtenu en ajoutant un terme
régularisant à une fonctionnelle énergie non coercive. Nous
prouvons l'existence d'au moins une solution de ce problème de
minimisation, en utilisant les techniques du Calcul des Variations. Enfin,
nous établissons l'existence de solutions pour le problème de
drapé tri-dimensionnel.
La seconde partie est consacrée à la résolution numérique des diffé%
rents modèles élaborés dans la première partie, au moyen d'une méthode ité%
rative de descente couplée avec une méthode multigrille, afin d'accélérer la
convergence de l'algorithme. Nous montrons que le problème discret admet au
moins une solution. Enfin, nous prouvons la convergence théorique d'une
sous-suite de solutions discrètes vers une solution du problème continu,
moyennant une hypothèse de densité.

Dès 1770, Shakespeare est érigé en modèle par les artistes partisans d’une rupture avec l’esthétique classique, jusqu’à devenir une figure tutélaire des romantismes européens, en littérature comme en musique. Hector Berlioz, fondateur du romantisme musical français, est un cas emblématique de ce geste romantique qui consiste à s’emparer d’une figure littéraire pour bousculer les catégories esthétiques existantes et renouveler les formes musicales. Le dramaturge anglais est une référence constante dans son œuvre, depuis sa découverte de Shakespeare en 1827 jusqu’à son dernier opéra, Béatrice et Bénédict en 1862, adapté de la comédie Much ado about nothing. Berlioz s’inspire de Shakespeare tant dans ses œuvres musicales que dans ses écrits critiques et autobiographiques, où les références à l’auteur anglais sont multiples. La relation que l’œuvre de Berlioz entretient avec celle du dramaturge pose à la fois des questions de réception et de transferts culturels, et le problème du passage d’un système sémiotique à un autre. Elle invite tout d’abord à s’interroger sur le processus d’appropriation d’une œuvre littéraire par un compositeur et ses enjeux théoriques, et à situer sa démarche dans le cadre plus vaste de la réception européenne de Shakespeare au tournant du xixe siècle. La référence au dramaturge dans l’œuvre de Berlioz intervient plus précisément dans le cadre de l’élaboration d’une esthétique du sublime, comme le montre l’étude des rapports entre texte et musique. Il apparaît alors que le « système shakespearien » nourrit les réflexions du compositeur sur les formes et les genres musicaux
As early as 1770, Shakespeare is set up as a model by the artists who consider it necessary to break away from classical aesthetics. His name is so high that he becomes a figurehead for the various forms of European romanticisms, in literature as well as in music. As the founder of the French musical romanticism, Hector Berlioz embodies the romantic approach which consists in seizing a literary figure to discard the existing aesthetical categories and thus bring about new musical forms. Right from 1827, the year the musician discovers Shakespeare, until his last opera in 1862, Béatrice et Bénédict, adapted from the comedy Much ado about nothing, Berlioz widely draws his inspiration from the English playwright and constantly refers to him in his musical, critical and even autobiographical works. The issues raised by this close relationship are threefold : the way Shakespeare’s plays were received, the problem of cultural transfer and the shift from one semiotics to another. First of all it brings forth questions about the process which leads a composer to make a literary works his own and the theoretical aspects at stake. Also, this relationship makes it necessary to see how Berlioz’s approach fits in with the way Europe received Shakespeare at the turn of the 19th century, in so far as the reference to the playwright takes place at a time when a new aesthetics of the sublime is in progress, as shows our study of the relationship between text and music. It so appears that the “Shakespearean system” enriches the composer’s reflexions on musical forms and genres

Au XXIe siècle, le mot migration s’entend, de plus en plus, partout sur la planète, souvent connoté dramatiquement. Comment la littérature prend-elle sa part dans la restitution de ce fait majeur de notre époque ? Des écrits récents tels que : Non dirmi che hai paura de Giuseppe Catozzella, Nel mare ci sono i coccodrilli di Fabio Geda, Cannibales de Mahi Binebine, Mbëkë mi de Abasse Ndione, Mur Méditerranée de Louis-Philippe Dalembert et Exit West de Mohsin Hamid permettent de répondre à cette question en proposant de nouveaux modèles narratifs et esthétiques de représentation de la réalité. Si le regard se focalise sur la représentation littéraire du périple de migration, il embrasse aussi une curiosité pour les arts contemporains et le cinéma. En particulier, deux auteurs italiens sont importants dans la formulation de notre proposition littéraire même si leurs écrits ne relèvent pas de la littérature stricto sensu. L’un est le journaliste Alessandro Leogrande, le premier à s’être interrogé sur la question des naufrages ; la seconde est le médecin-légiste Cristina Cattaneo dont la démarche restitue aux migrants décédés en mer leur identité. Il s’agit, en général, de textes littéraires à la croisée de plusieurs genres, regards et approches dont l’enchevêtrement nous permet de proposer une nouvelle lecture de la migration, et notamment du littéraire. La géocritique nous fournit des réponses claires et décisives à ce défi sans précédent et nous aide à déconstruire les stéréotypes dominants sur ce sujet. Sa forte capacité tient à la manière dont elle étudie, analyse et interprète le référent spatial dans l'oeuvre littéraire. L’analyse passe par l’anthropologie, la sociologie, la géographie et aussi le droit, s’appuyant en particulier sur les travaux de Michel Agier dont les réflexions nous autorisent à concevoir la migration dans une perspective plus large, cosmopolite.
In the 21st century, the word migration is increasingly used everywhere on the planet, often with dramatic connotations. How does literature play its role in the restitution of this major fact of our time? Recent writings such as: Non dirmi che hai paura by Giuseppe Catozzella, Nel mare ci sono i coccodrilli by Fabio Geda, Cannibales by Mahi Bine, Mbëkë mi by Abasse Ndione, Mur Méditerranée de Louis-Philippe Dalembert et Exit West by Mohsin Hamid answer this question and propose a new narrative and aesthetic mode of representation of reality. If our gaze focuses on the literary representation of the migration journey, it also embraces a curiosity for contemporary arts and cinema. In particular, two Italian authors are important in the formulation of our literary proposal even if their writings do not come from literature stricto sensu. One is the journalist Alessandro Leogrande, the first one to question the issue of shipwrecks; the second one is the medical examiner Cristina Cattaneo whose approach restores the identity of those migrants who died at sea. These are literary texts at the crossroads of several genres, perspectives and approaches whose entanglement allows us to propose a new reading of migration, and especially about literature. Geocriticism provides us clear answers to this unprecedented challenge and helps us to deconstruct the stereotypes prevailing on this subject. Its strong ability lies in the way it studies, analyzes and interprets the spatial referent in the literary work. The analysis goes through anthropology, sociology, geography and also law, relying in particular on the work of Michel Agier, its contributions allows us to conceive migration from a larger, cosmopolite, perspective.

Para a avaliação do potencial irritante de substâncias aplicadas topicamente tem-se utilizado metodologias que baseiam nos estudos de Draize, onde preconiza-se o uso de animais. Devido à forte oposição a estes testes, intensa tem sido a busca por métodos alternativos visando diminuir ou eliminar a utilização de animais. Este estudo avaliou o potencial irritante de diversas substâncias através de duas metodologias: o teste in vivo , empregando metodologia oficial do Food and Drug Administration (FDA), onde utiliza-se coelhos e o teste de citotoxicidade in vitro - método de difusão em camada de agar sobreposta à monocamada de células - empregando as linhagens celulares He La e NCTC L 929 e o corante vital vermelho neutro. As amostras de produto acabado abrangeram colírios, testados sem diluição e xampus de uso adulto e infantil testados puros e diluídos a 25%, 5%, 1% e 0,1%. As matérias-primas compreenderam tensoativos aniônicos, não-iônicos e anfóteros testados após diluição. O material de acondicionamento foi representado por frascos de polietileno para colírios, testados através dos seus extratos em solução de NaCI 0,9%. Os resultados obtidos com as amostras de colírios e frascos de acondicionamento foram negativos quanto à irritação ocular em coelhos e comprovaram ausência de citotoxicidade nas duas linhagens celulares. As amostras de xampus apresentaram boa correlação dos resultados quando testadas sem diluição ou diluídas a 1,0% e 0,1 %. Foi calculada a correlação de Spearman entre os dados obtidos com as duas linhagens celulares sendo o valor do coeficiente r = 0,950 indicando uma correlação direta entre os resultados obtidos com as duas células. Os resultados demonstram a possibilidade de desenvolvimento de metodologias alternativas, sujeitas à validação, que resultem em procedimentos sensíveis, reprodutíveis, não sujeitos a critérios subjetivos de interpretação, visando assim, num primeiro estágio diminuir o uso de animais pelo emprego destas metodologias em avalições prévias do potencial irritante de substâncias químicas.
To evaluate the irritability potential of toppically laid on substances, some methodologies based on Draize\'s study where the use of animals is demanded, have been used. Due to the strong opposition of society and scientific comunity, the search for alternative methods having in view the reduction or even the elimination of animals have been intense, either through the use of volunteers or of in vitro methodologies. The present study has evaluated the irritability of several substances including finished products, raw materials and packagíng materials through two methodologies: the in vivo test which makes use of official methodology from Food and Drug Administration (FDA), where rabbits are employed and the citotoxicity in vitro test - method of diffusion in agar layer added to the monolayer of cells - using He La and NCTC L 929 cells lines and neutral red. The samples of the finished products embraced eye drops, tested without dilution, and shampoos for adults and children use both concentrated and diluted to 25%, 5%, 1% and 0.1 %. Raw materiais included anionis, non-anionic and amphoteric surfactants tested after dilution. The packaging material, represented by eye drops polyethylene bottles, was tested through its extracts in a NaCI 0,9% solution. The results obtained with the samples of eye drops and packaging materials were negative as for ocular irritation in rabbits and confirmed the absence of cytotoxicity in both cells lines. The samples of shampoos presented good correlation of results when tested without dilution or diluted to 1% and 0.1 %. It has been calculated Spearman correlation considering dates obtained with two cells lines, with value of coefficient r = 0,950 showing a direct correlation between results obtained with two cells. The results obtained with this study are likely to lead to sensitive and reproductive procedures, which won\'t arise subjective criteria of interpretation. Thus, the elimination of the use of animals will be possible at a first stage of previous evalution, and once a posterior validation of this methodology is done, the rational use of a smaller number of animais will be a reality.

O teste de irritação ocular é requerido pelos órgãos governamentais brasileiros durante o processo de registro de um produto agrotóxico, e essencial para sua classificação toxicológica. O presente estudo avaliou as alterações macroscópicas e microscópicas na superfície do olho de coelhos após o tratamento com quatro formulações de herbicidas contendo o ácido diclorofenoxiacético (2,4-D), utilizando a escala de graduação das reações oculares proposta por Draize. Foram utilizados 84 coelhos, 21 animais por formulação, distribuídos em 7 grupos. Uma única dose de 0,1 mL ou g foi aplicada diretamente no saco conjuntival do olho esquerdo de cada animal, e o olho direito foi utilizado como controle. As alterações na córnea, íris e conjuntivas foram graduadas nos intervalos de 1, 24, 48 e 72 horas e 7, 14 e 21 dias após a aplicação. Em cada intervalo, três animais foram eutanasiados, seus olhos removidos e os tecidos preparados para exame histológico. Os resultados macroscópicos mostraram que não houve proporcionalidade entre a concentração de 2,4-D e a intensidade das alterações na córnea. Os produtos 1 e 2, com menor concentração de 2,4-D e pH próximo da neutralidade, mostraram alterações discretas e moderadas na córnea quando comparados aos produtos 3 e 4 que apresentaram na maioria alterações moderadas e acentuadas. As lesões produzidas no epitélio córneo foram, na maioria, reparadas durante o período do experimento, com exceção daquelas em um animal tratado com o produto 3 e de três animais do produto 4 que tiveram rompimento da córnea. Infiltrados de neutrófilos polimorfonucleares foram detectados microscopicamente na maioria das inflamações na córnea, íris e conjuntivas notadas nos exames clínicos. Entretanto, não houve em todos os casos relação direta entre a intensidade das alterações macro e microscópicas. Os exames micro ainda mostraram em alguns animais alterações que normalmente não são visualizadas clinicamente, como hiperplasia, queratinização e descamação do epitélio córneo, e inflamação do corpo ciliar, que podem comprometer o processo da visão. A legislação brasileira atual é conservadora, pois considera como extremamente tóxico qualquer produto que apresente opacidade na córnea, reversível ou não em 7 dias. Os resultados deste estudo indicam a necessidade da revisão da legislação em harmonia com os procedimentos utilizados internacionalmente. _____________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT
Ocular irritation test is required by the Brazilian government authorities during the registration process of pesticide products, and it is essential for its toxicological classification. The present study evaluated the clinical and microscopic changes in the eye surface of rabbits after treatment with four pesticide formulations containing the herbicide 2,4-D dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), using the Draize scale for grading the ocular irritation. Eighty four animals were used in the experiment, being 21 for each formulation, distributed in 7 groups. A single dose of 0.1 mL or g was directly applied to the conjunctive sac of the left eye of each animal, and the right eye being used as control. Changes in the cornea, iris and conjunctives were graduated after 1, 24, 48 and 72 hours and 7, 14 and 21 days after treatment. In each interval, three animals were killed, the eyes removed and the ocular tissues prepared for the histological examination. Clinical results showed no proportionality between concentration of 2,4-D in the formulation and severity of corneal damage. The products 1 and 2, with lower 2,4-D concentration and pH near the neutrality, caused discrete and moderate changes in the cornea when compared with the products 3 and 4, which caused moderate and accentuated changes. Lesions produced in the corneal epithelium were repaired during the experiment, with exception of those in one animal treated with product 3 and three animals treated with product 4 which had corneal perforation. Infiltrates of polymorphonuclear neutrophil cells were observed microscopically in the majority of the inflammatory events clinically noted on the cornea, iris and conjunctives. However, not always the intensity of the changes observed macro and microscopically were correlated. Microscopy showed corneal hyperplasia, queratinization and desquamation and inflammation of the ciliary body of many animals as a result of the treatment, changes that can affect the vision but are not normally observed during the clinical examination. The current Brazilian legislation is conservative, as it considers any product that shows corneal opacity, reversible or not after 7 days, as extremely toxic. The present work indicates the need to update this legislation according to the international procedures.
