The goal of diploma thesis is to design and implement a software application which will robotize in certain level chosen process inside the collection agency. Application is designed to pair automatically without human help electronic messages, write information about electronic message to the case in information system and result of pairing into log file. Application is programmed in C# with usage of T-SQL procedure.

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a výpočtem optimalizační úlohy z praxe. Jedná se o optimalizaci nočních linek vnitrostátní přepravy na území ČR. Cílem je nalezení řešení, které zefektivní organizaci těchto linek a usnadní práci lidí s nimi spojenou. Celý výpočet úlohy je inspirován okružním problémem s doručením a vyzvednutím (?Pickup and Delivery Problem?). Na výpočet problému jsou použity dva modely: model založený na hledání optimálního více produktového toku a model spočívající na výběru tras. Modely jsou založeny na rozdílných přístupech. Díky oběma modelům je možné si uvědomit, že na jednu optimalizační úlohu lze pohlížet z více stran a z obdržených výsledků si pak vytvořit ucelenější pohled na problém.

This thesis deals with questions connected with the electronification of the judiciary in the Czech Republic majoring in the civil judicial proceeding. The first part focuses on the description of the background of electronization of judiciary in the Czech Republic, benefits and barriers associated with computerization. The author describes the conditions to implement e-justice (which are reform of judiciary, development of information society or technical readiness). Process of electronification of the judiciary is illustrated by introduction of eJustice project. There are disscused three basic elements of e-justice in the main part of thesis. These are the electronic judicial record, electronic filing and electronic delivery. Author describes the conditions to implement these features, ascertains the current situation and identifies assets and imperfections of actual solution. Main goal of this thesis is to provide reader with the view of the electronification of the judiciary in the Czech Republic and sum up the most importatnt parts of electonical civil judicial proceeding.

Cancer remains one of the most pressing issues of contemporary science and medicine. Incidence of malignant diseases is rising worldwide and they represent a major problem for the society due to both economic and ethical issues they cause. Although the progress in cancer biology, therapy and immunology has led to the introduction of many novel therapeutic protocols, approaches and drugs with specificity defined on a molecular level into clinical practice, many malignancies retain their poor prognosis. Therefore, intense research into new ways to increase our therapeutic options is warranted. Unfortunately, bringing a completely novel drug into clinical use takes extremely high amounts of time and money and entails a high risk of failure. Therefore, a promising approach has been recently adopted which lies in repurposing compounds already used in human medicine for cancer treatment. This form of research can advance through clinical trials for a new indication much easier, faster and cheaper than researching completely new drugs. The aim of this study was to examine the anticancer potential of one such drug, mebendazole. An anthelminthic from the family of benzimidazoles, mebendazole has been in common clinical use from the 1970s and is marked by its low toxicity as well as its very low solubility....

Significant problem and important cause of failure of the cancer chemotherapy is that even originally very sensitive tumors become resistant to effects of cytostatic drugs. Loss of sensitivity to specific chemotherapeutics agent may not directly cause the loss of sensitivity to other chemotherapeutics. However, it have been described that tumors resistant to one type of chemotherapeutics were found to be resistant to several other anticancer drugs that are different in both structure and mode of action. This phenomenon has been described as multidrug resistance (MDR). MDR can develop in several ways, with the predominant mechanism being the overexpression of ATP- binding cassette (ABC) transporters, such as P-glycoprotein. These transporters acts as energy driven pumps and which, maintain intracellular drug concentration below toxic levels. The aim of this study was to examine the potential of novel polymeric therapeutics based on N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide (HPMA) copolymers bearing either anticancer drug, inhibitor of ABC transporters or both, for overcoming MDR mediated by P-glycoprotein in doxorubicin (Dox) resistant murine monocytic leukemia cell line P388/MDR. This diploma thesis concentrates on businessmen using a data box to communicate with state authorities and business partners. It identifies and quantifies advantages and disadvantages of this service and also proposes certain improvements so that the system of data boxes can be used to its full potential. The thesis has two parts - the literature research part and the original research part. The literature research part characterizes the development of e-government in the Czech Republic, defines basic terms of the data box system and describes its functioning. The original research characterizes the ways of working with data boxes in sample subjects. Based on this research the thesis proposes possible improvements including their economic interpretation.
