Dorat, professeur de français ? C'est ce parti-pris paradoxal et provocateur qui guide la présente recherche. Si Dorat est réputé avoir négligé sa langue maternelle au profit des langues anciennes, il reste que tous ses élèves se sont tournés vers la poésie en langue française et ont ainsi façonné et légitimé une conception du français comme langue d'art, en exprimant leur reconnaissance à son égard. A travers les remerciements dont il est l'objet, et les témoignages de contemporains, Dorat apparaît comme un mythe, dès son époque, et la critique a largement contribué à entretenir et à propager celui-ci : aux yeux de ses thuriféraires comme de ses détracteurs, Dorat serait à la source de la poésie française de la jeune Pléiade.Cependant, il est désormais possible de soulever le voile du mythe pour évaluer ce qui a été transmis et mesurer l'importance réelle du professeur, au risque, peut-être, de quelques déceptions. Cette entreprise nécessite de recenser, ordonner et étudier des sources nombreuses et hétérogènes : poèmes, notes de cours d'étudiants, éditions, corrections notées par des élèves, documents administratifs. Elle requiert aussi d'engager une réflexion sur le sens du mot « œuvre » dans le cas de Dorat : cet ensemble de sources éparses peut-il être qualifié d'œuvre ? L'œuvre véritable de Dorat n'est-elle pas plutôt la poésie de ses élèves, conformément à ce que voudrait le mythe qui l'entoure ?Notre projet est précisément de confronter la production trilingue de Dorat à la poésie en langue française de la jeune Pléiade, et de compléter cette étude préliminaire des sources par l'étude des œuvres de ses principaux élèves : Ronsard, Baïf et Du Bellay. Notre quête est celle de la transmission. Celle-ci se pense d'abord de façon verticale : que retrouve-t-on de Dorat dans les textes français de ses élèves ? Il apparaît toutefois bien vite que l'approche ne saurait être exclusivement verticale : Dorat n'est pas seulement un passeur ; il n'a de cesse de continuer à construire avec ses élèves, qui, peu à peu, deviennent des égaux.Par cette étude conjointe des sources dont on dispose sur Dorat et des œuvres de ses élèves, en envisageant l'apport de Dorat en termes de transmission mais aussi en termes d'élaboration commune avec ses élèves, il s'agit donc d'expliquer quel rôle ce professeur-poète a joué dans la défense et l'illustration du français comme langue d'art, de comprendre pourquoi ses élèves se sont résolument tournés vers la composition en français, et de mesurer ce qui est passé de lui dans la poésie en langue française des poètes qu'il a formésDorat, a french teacher ? It is this paradoxical and provocative stance that guides the present research. Although Dorat is reputed to have neglected his mother tongue in favor of ancient languages, it remains that all his students turned to poetry in French, thereby shaping and legitimizing a conception of French as a language of art, expressing their gratitude towards him. Through the acknowledgments he has received and the testimonies of his contemporaries, Dorat has appeared as a myth, even in his own time, and critics have largely contributed to maintaining and propagating this myth: in the eyes of both his supporters and detractors, Dorat is considered to be at the source of the French poetry of the young Pléiade.However, it is now possible to lift the veil of myth to assess what has been passed on and measure the real importance of the teacher, perhaps at the risk of a few disappointments. This endeavor requires gathering, organizing, and studying a large number of heterogeneous sources: poems, students' lecture notes, editions, corrections noted by students, and administrative documents. It also requires to reflect on the meaning of the word "work" in the case of Dorat: can this collection of scattered sources be qualified as a work? Is Dorat's real work not rather the poetry of his students, as the myth surronding him would have us believe ?Our project is precisely to compare Dorat's trilingual output with the French-language poetry of the young Pléiade, and to complement this preliminary study of the sources with a study of the works of his main students: Ronsard, Baïf and Du Bellay. Our quest is that of transmission. At first, this is thought of vertically: what do we find of Dorat in the French texts of his students? It soon becomes clear, however, that the approach cannot be exclusively vertical: Dorat was not just a passer; he never stopped building with his students, who gradually became his equals.Through this joint study of the sources we have on Dorat and the works of his students, looking at Dorat's contribution in terms of transmission but also in terms of joint development with his students, the aim is to explain what role this teacher-poet played in defending and illustrating French as a language of art, to understand why his students resolutely turned to composition in French, and to measure what has passed from him into the French-language poetry of the poets he trained

El presente proyecto de negocio consiste en instalar una planta industrial textil para el lavado y descerdado de fibra de vicuña en el Perú y con ello iniciar un círculo virtuoso de beneficios en diferentes stakeholders a lo largo de la cadena de valor de este producto. La fibra de vicuña es conocida en el mundo textil mundial como el insumo más exclusivo de prendas de lujo, por su fineza y escaso volumen. El Perú genera el 80% de la producción mundial pero en el mercado internacional coloca el 90% de esta producción sin procesar. Esta nítida oportunidad fue analizada y se determinó que en Italia existe una sola empresa que realiza todos los procesos de la cadena de valor, lo que condiciona el libre acceso al insumo por parte de otras firmas textiles de élite. Se identificó a dos clientes interesados en el producto limpio, cuyas principales exigencias son el cumplimiento del tiempo de entrega, volúmenes asegurados y sostenibles en el tiempo. Ello implica, por un lado, instalar la planta industrial con tecnología especializada para procesar fibra de vicuña y, de otro lado, organizar la oferta de la materia prima a nivel de los proveedores que habitan de manera dispersa en los Andes por encima de los 4.500 msnm. Así también se deberá lograr el cumplimiento de las certificaciones y permisos para usufructuar este producto, que está clasificado como mercancía restringida, por tanto, regulada por el Estado debido a la condición de silvestría de la vicuña, expuesta al peligro de extinción por la caza furtiva. Por ello, se han identificado los diversos aspectos que permitan optimizar los procesos, ubicando la planta en la ciudad de Juliaca (frontera con Bolivia) porque conglomera la producción de fibra del Sur del Perú y de Bolivia de los mayores proveedores de este producto.

This thesis is the first study into the career, to date, of the current Artistic Director of the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC), Gregory Doran. My thesis commences by identifying that, although he is one of the most prolific and high profile directors of Shakespearean plays working in Britain today, there has been no attempt thus far to articulate or analyse what characterises his work, or how he makes it. Acknowledging that he positions himself within a tradition of Shakespearean theatre directing that rhetorically locates the source of Shakespearean meaning and authority within the Shakespearean text, I argue that this locates him in critical territory at odds with performance critics who reject this paradigm, but rather see the theatrical event as a contested site of meaning(s) that are neither universal nor immanent in the text. His personal identification with Shakespeare, and his lengthy association with the RSC, a site of production identified as hegemonic and imperialistic by many scholars, has led to critical dismissal of Doran by some as a blandly conservative director. In this thesis I argue that Doran’s theatre-making craft, as he defines it, is an enabling one. His process, which draws on Stanislavskian ideas of character that are commonplace within British theatre, has distinctive elements that promote ensemble building, clarity and textual understanding. It is democratising in intent, opening up pathways for performance outcomes that are accessible to an audience without foreknowledge of the play. I further argue that Doran’s aesthetic negotiates tradition, design and space in ways that cannot be reductively dismissed as conservative, and that his work exhibits authorial traits linked to his sexuality and Catholic upbringing that are Doranian, not Shakespearean, in origin. I also argue that he has made an important contribution to the staging of lesser-known plays from the early modern repertoire.

Dora Ferreira da Silva, ganhadora de prêmios significativos no universo das letras, possui uma forma peculiar e única no seu estilo. Através de seus versos mergulha-se em um dado momento no mundo profano e em outro no sagrado. Conhecida por sua poesia intimista, de reverberações metafísicas, de influências do intimismo de Rainer Maria Rilke e pelas ideias junquianas de arquétipo, inconsciente e símbolo, Dora tece seus poemas com muita sutileza e ressalta a beleza primordial e elementar em uma linguagem impecável. Seu lirismo é permeado das imagens e símbolos universais dos mitos, os quais fazem parte do cotidiano e da religiosidade, ao mesmo tempo em que evocam imagens no inconsciente coletivo, despertando para a ancestralidade do homem. Contudo, Dora Ferreira da Silva consegue tratar desses temas em um estilo que aparentemente é contrário à subjetividade lírica de sua poesia, o Concretismo. Sob este aspecto, a proposta desta Dissertação de Mestrado consiste em analisar a poesia de Dora, tendo como foco dois blocos de poemas: “Lunimago” e “Elementária”, presentes em seu primeiro livro de poemas, An-danças, publicado em 1970. Neste conjunto de poemas é analisada e evidenciada a experimentação realizada pela poeta, nos caminhos propostos pela Poesia Concreta, dentro do contexto do Modernismo Brasileiro. São utilizados os fundamentos do aporte teórico da mito crítica, bem como os pressupostos teóricos de críticos e estudiosos da poesia e do Concretismo. É ressaltado, nesta fase do trabalho da poeta, seu estilo no uso das imagens míticas, aliadas às formas verbais, sonoras e visuais, características próprias do concretismo, e destacada esta vertente em seu fazer poético, que representa o tema central desta dissertação e chama a atenção porque ainda é desconhecida e raramente mencionada.Abstract: Dora Ferreira da Silva, winner of several significant awards in the literary world, has a unique and peculiar style. Through her verses, one can immerse himself in both sacred and profane worlds. Known for her intimate poetry of metaphysical reverberations, influenced by the inwardness of Rainer Maria Rilke and Jung’s ideas of archetype, unconscious and symbol, Dora writes her poems with such subtlety and emphasis on the primordial, elementary beauty with impeccable language. Her lyricism is permeated by the images and universal symbolisms of myths, which are part of daily life and religiosity, while it evokes images in the collective unconscious, awakening to the ancestry of man. However, Dora Ferreira da Silva manages to deal with these themes in a style which is apparently opposite to the lyric subjectivity of her poetry – Concretism. In this aspect, the proposal of this Master’s dissertation consists in analyzing Dora's poetry focusing on two corpura – “Lunimago” and “Elementária” –, both from her first opus, An-danças, which was published in 1970. In this set of poems, the experimentation carried out by the poet in the paths proposed by the Concrete Poetry is analyzed and evidenced, within the context of Brazilian Modernism. The fundamentals of the theoretical contribution of myth criticism, as well as the theoretical assumptions of critics and scholars of poetry and concretism are used. At this stage in the poet’s work her style is emphasized in the use of mythical images allied to verbal, sonorous and visual forms, characteristic of concretism, which represents the central theme of this dissertation and draws attention to it since it is still unknown and rarely mentioned.

O presente estudo teve como objetivo discutir as representações e significados da experiência de uma organização com um Programa de Ginástica Laboral utilizado como método de prevenção de LER/DORT, destacando as influências sobre o registro dos casos. Trata-se de uma empresa do ramo alimentício que apresenta um setor crítico quanto às manifestações relacionadas à LER/DORT, no qual foi implantado em 1996 um Programa de Ginástica Laboral. O comportamento dos casos ao longo de dois anos é analisado no presente trabalho. Para isso, o estudo envolve uma abordagem sobre a prática apoiada em LAVILLE (1977), seguindo a prática reflexiva defendida por SCHÖN (2000). O estudo utilizou como principal fonte de dados os registros do SESMT da empresa, que serviu como base para a análise documental realizada. Os resultados mostraram uma grande redução no registro dos casos de LER/DORT, principalmente três meses após a implantação do programa, voltando a crescer ao longo dos dois anos de forma progressiva. Esta característica mostrou ter grande relação com o significado atribuído à Ginástica Laboral pela empresa e ter sofrido fortes influências de outros comportamentos da própria organização. Verificou-se também que a intenção de prevenção foi contraditória ao implantar um Programa de Ginástica Laboral ao qual foi atribuída toda a expectativa de prevenir LER/DORT. The present study it had as objective to argue the representations and meanings involving the experience of an organization with the Preventive Exercises being used as method of prevention of Work-related Muskolesqueletal Disorders and the influences on the register of cases. One is about a company of the nourishing branch that presents a critical sector how much to the manifestations related to the Work-related muskolesqueletal Disorders in whi ch was implanted in 1996 a Program of Preventive Exercises. The behavior of the cases throughout two years is analyzed in the present work, as well as the effect of the program is argued. For this, the study it involves a supported boarding on the practical one in LAVILLE (1977) following the deepened thought practical defended for SCHÖN (2000). One is about a case study that it used as principal source of data the documentary analysis of the registers of the Service of Security and Medicine of the Work of the company. The results had shown a great reduction in the register of the Work-related Muskolesqueletal Disorders cases, mainly three months after the implantation of the program, coming back to grow to the long one of the two ears of gradual form. This characteristic showed to have great relation with the meaning attributed to the Preventive Exercises for the company and to have suffered strong influences from other behaviors of the proper organization. It was also verified that the prevention intention was contradictory when implanting a Program of Preventive Exercises to which was attributed to all the expectation to prevent Work-related Muskolesqueletal Disorders.

L’interaction des ondes avec la microstructure des matériaux polycristallins a pour conséquence l’apparition d’un bruit dit "de structure" provenant à la fois de la diffusion simple (DS) mais aussi de la diffusion multiple (DM). L’acquisition de la matrice de transfert, K, mesurée à l’aide d’un réseau de transducteurs, a permis de mettre en évidence que les composantes DS et DM présentaient des comportements distincts. Aubry et al. ont proposé une méthode exploitant cette différence de comportement afin de séparer ces deux contributions et d'utiliser la composante DS pour imager le milieu. Cette méthode appelée MSF-DORT a été testée sur des matériaux industriels, au cours de la thèse de S. Shahjahan, et a permis de mettre en évidence son potentiel pour l'imagerie de défauts volumiques enfouis en milieu fortement diffusant. La première partie de cette thèse porte donc sur l'amélioration de MSF-DORT afin d'augmenter les performances en termes de détection de défauts et de repousser la profondeur maximale de détection de défauts volumiques. Une seconde partie aborde la possibilité d'étendre les applications de MSF-DORT à la détection de défauts dits "plans" (par opposition aux défauts volumiques) représentatifs des fissures. Cette thèse a permis de démontrer l'inefficacité de MSF-DORT pour la détection de ce type de défauts. Une troisième partie de ce travail a abouti à l'étude de la méthode FER-DORT (pour Focalisation en Emission et Réception - DORT). Cette dernière méthode présente des résultats très encourageants pour la détection de défauts plansThe ultrasonic inspection of polycrystalline media remains a challenge. The high noise levels due to interaction between the wave and the microstructure limits the efficiency of classical ultrasonic techniques to detect a defect in a coarse grain structure. This noise comes from both single scattering (SS) and multiple scattering (MS). The acquisition of the transfer matrix, K, measured using a phased array probe, has shown that the SS and MS components have distinct behaviors. Aubry et al. proposed a method exploiting this difference in order to separate these two contributions and use the SS component for imaging the environment. This method called MSF-DORT was tested on industrial component, during the thesis of S. Shahjahan, and helped to highlight its potential for imaging bulk defects in strongly scattering medium. The first work presents in this thesis focuses on improving MSF-DORT to increase his performance in terms of defect detection and repel the maximum depth of volume defects detection. The second part deals with the possibility of extending MSF-DORT applications for the detection of known defects "planes" (as opposed to volume defects) representative cracks. This thesis has demonstrated the ineffectiveness of MSF-DORT for the detection of such defects. A third part of this work led to the study of FER-DORT method (for Focus on Making and Receiving - DORT). This last method shows very encouraging results for the detection of planes defects

Dora is a multiplicitous being who transcends time, space, and reality like a cubist painting. A fictional, literary character based on a once living woman, Ida Bauer, Dora is an amalgamation of Ida and of Freud, who published the sole account of Ida's case of hysteria.
I will research the two most striking iterations of Dora Bauer -the casebook Dora: An Analysis of a Case of Hysteria by Sigmund Freud and the stage play Portrait of Dora by Hélène Cixous. My multimodal form of analysis encompasses three distinct modes. Through the first mode, metaethics, I aim to assess Freud and Cixous' arguments and ethics of representation, not to judge, but to reveal the validity of their potential motivations when viewed through each one's individual matrix of ethics. Through the second, Naomi Scheman's multiplicitous identity theory, I will investigate the signs of multiplicity in Dora's portrayal by both Freud and Cixous. Through the final mode of analysis, cubism as an art form in concert with Non-Euclidean geometry, I will reveal both Freud and Cixous' fourth dimensional quality of writing and of representation.
Metaethics, multiplicitous identity, and cubism can be modes of resistance, of therapy for the theatre. In concert with this thesis, I have created a rehearsal process in which the actors and I investigated these modes within the theatre. With Dora as our subject, we have created an experimental reading of Cixous' Portrait of Dora, and we have written and composed an original play with music The Dora Project. I will explain in the final chapter how we set about manifesting this scholarship on stage and what we encountered along the way.

This study concerns the translation of noun phrases and their postmodifiers from Swedish into German. More specifically, the aim is to investigate how Swedish prepositional and clausal (both finite and non-finite) postmodifiers are translated into German, to determine whether there aredifferences between the languages in how they structure their noun phrases. The material for this study comes from a popular science book and its translation. 282 instances of postmodifiers were found in the source text. The majority of them were prepositional modifiers. Seven translationstrategies were identified: prepositional, genitival, adjectival modifiers and appositions, clauses(relative and non-finite), compounds and paraphrases.The results show that the different Swedish postmodifiers were most commonly translated into the same kind of modifier, such as prepositional modifiers being translated into prepositionalmodifiers. However prepositional modifiers were also commonly translated into genitivalmodifiers, with 36 percent, which suggests that German prefers genitival modifiers to some degree. No new clausal modifiers were added in the German target text and 39 percent weretranslated using other strategies than clausal structures. This indicates that clausal modifiers are not as commonly used in German as they are in Swedish.

The rapprochement between literature and philosophy took over, throughout history, in various ways and was treated by different thinkers and poets who, in the course of their production, worked on such a joint. Among these poets, Dora Ferreira da Silva (1919-2006) presented a poetry that allows the development of a reflection about poetry and the world, making it possible to reflect on the matter that the existence of the being is also linked to their language ability. Through a thematic discussion, this study aimed to demonstrate that the poet Dora Ferreira da Silva articulates poetry and thinking and approximates both modes of language in order to reach the truth. For this, the first part of the discussion made considerations about the relation between poetry and thinking, commenting on the development of ideas around this question. In order to better understand the peculiarities of poetry and its relationship with the construction of thinking, it was discussed the amorphic nature of the lyric as a result of subjectivity and its relation with thinking. In addition, the study aimed to bring to discussion truth and subjectivity, calling the poetic path course of Dora Ferreira da Silva and the articulation of her thinking in her poetic productions. Furthermore, it was taken into consideration the assumptions of the philosopher Martin Heidegger, in particular his contributions about the concept of truth, in order to point to the ongoing crisis between literature and philosophy and Heidegger's criticism about the metaphysics and the traditional philosophy. This work also commented on the concept of truth in the Western philosophical view and introduced the notion of Martin Heidegger on truth, taking as reference his work Being and Time (1995) - a study that supports the concept of Heidegger's true. Based on Heidegger's postulate in his work The origin of the work of art (2002) - reflection that presents the art as an event of truth – this study also discussed how the art has a ontological position by just consist of the happening of truth. Still guided by Heidegger, analytical observations were sustained about Dora Ferreira da Silva's work, demonstrating how the poet thinks the world and thus reaches the truth. Among the many poems of the author, it was considered, that is, criticized those considered emblematic and therefore able to identify Dora Ferreira da Silva and her poetic composition. Finally, the work dealt with the dialogue between poetry and thinking, pointing to what is the truth in Dora Ferreira da Silva's poetry. Here, art and thinking were related to existential and religious concerns of the poet studied.
A aproximação entre literatura e filosofia assumiu, ao longo da história, variadas formas e foi tratada por diferentes pensadores e poetas que, no curso de suas produções, lançaram mão de tal articulação. Dentre tais poetas, Dora Ferreira da Silva (1919-2006) apresentou uma poesia que cede lugar a uma reflexão sobre o poético e o mundo, abrindo caminho para o pensamento, ao encarar que a existência do ser se vincula também à sua capacidade de linguagem. Por meio de uma discussão temática, este trabalho objetivou demonstrar que a escrita poética de Dora Ferreira da Silva articula poesia e pensamento e aproxima esses dois modos de operação da linguagem a fim de alcançar a verdade. Para tanto, na primeira parte da discussão aqui levantada, foram tecidas considerações sobre a relação entre poesia e pensamento, comentando o desenvolvimento das concepções em torno dessa questão. Afim de melhor entender as peculiaridades da poesia e sua relação com a construção do pensamento, foram discutidas a natureza amórfica da lírica enquanto resultado da subjetividade e a relação desta com o pensamento. Além disso, o trabalho pretendeu aproximar verdade e subjetividade, convocando a trajetória poética de Dora Ferreira da Silva e a articulação do seu pensamento em suas produções poéticas. Ademais, os pressupostos do filósofo Martin Heidegger e, em especial, suas contribuições acerca do conceito de verdade foram trazidos à discussão a fim de apontar para a crise existente entre literatura e filosofia e a crítica heideggeriana à metafísica e à tradição filosófica. O trabalho também se ocupou de comentar o conceito de verdade dentro da tradição filosófica ocidental e apresentou a noção de Martin Heidegger sobre verdade, tendo como base referencial sua obra Ser e tempo (1995), estudo que sustenta o conceito de verdade heideggeriano. Tendo por base o postulado de Heidegger em sua obra A origem da obra de arte (2002) , reflexão que apresenta a obra de arte como um acontecimento da verdade, o trabalho também discutiu de que maneira a obra de arte ganha alcance ontológico por justamente consistir no acontecer da verdade. Ainda orientado por Heidegger, foram sustentadas observações analíticas acerca da obra de Dora Ferreira da Silva, demonstrando de que maneira a poeta pensa o mundo e, assim, chega à verdade. Dentre os vários poemas da autora, fez-se crítica daqueles considerados emblemáticos e, por isso, capazes de identificar Dora Ferreira da Silva e sua composição poética. Por fim, o trabalho tratou do desdobramento do diálogo entre poesia e pensamento, apontando para o que é a verdade na poesia de Dora Ferreira da Silva. Aqui, procurou-se associar o problema da relação entre arte e pensamento às preocupações de ordem existencialista e religiosa da poeta em análise, comentando as escolhas e estratégias estéticas da autora.

Dora Wordsworth and Sara Coleridge were lifelong friends. They were also the daughters of best friends: William Wordsworth and Samuel Taylor Coleridge, the two poetic geniuses who shaped the Romantic Age. Living in the shadow of their fathers’ extraordinary fame brought Sara and Dora great privilege, but at a terrible cost. In different ways, each father almost destroyed his daughter. And in different ways each daughter made her father. Growing up in the shadow of genius, both girls made it their ambition to dedicate themselves to their father’s writing and reputation. Anorexia, drug addiction and depression were part of the legacy of fame, but so too were great friendship and love. In this thesis I give the never-before-told story of how two young women, born into greatness, shaped their own histories. In doing I also re-examine the lives of Wordsworth and Coleridge and the significant role Dora and Sara played in their lives, their writing and their legacies. My study of the lives of Dora Wordsworth and Sara Coleridge was written as a biography aimed at a readership beyond academia. While the narrative is based on primary manuscript sources, I have deliberately used the techniques of the professional biographer to create character, pace, conflict and drama. In order to fit within the PhD assessment criteria, which requires me to submit no more than 100,000 words, the material submitted here is an abridged version of a full-length double biography of Dora and Sara. This main thesis is preceded by a short critical essay with some details about the nature of the research as well as assessment of the PhD’s contribution to knowledge.

Le projet de recherche de mon doctorat consiste à réaliser l’édition critique de l’inédite Ars Riuipullensis, un commentaire à la section De partibus orationis de l’Ars grammatica de Donat, c’est-à-dire à l’Ars minor et au livre II de l’Ars maior. Le texte est transmis par deux témoins : le ms. Barcelona, Archivo de la Corona de Aragón, Ripoll 46 (rédigé dans la première moitié du Xe siècle dans le monastère de Santa Maria de Ripoll, en Catalogne) ; le ms. Città del Vaticano, Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana, Val. lat. 3318 (rédigé dans la seconde moitié du Xe siècle dans le sud de la France). L’ouvrage, qui a été composé en France entre la fin du IXe et le début du Xe siècle sous l’influence de la pédagogie insulaire sur le continent, traite des huit parties du discours, à chacune desquelles est consacré un chapitre, et il s’appuie sur l’Ars minor de Donat, dont il reproduit la même organisation textuelle : il s’agit en fait d’un exposé per interrogationem et responsionem, conçu comme un dialogue continu entre l’élève, qui pose les questions, et le maître, qui répond, en mettant à disposition ses connaissances. La présente thèse a pour objet de démontrer que la conception du droit de Jean Domat (1625-1696) constitue une issue au positivisme juridique dominant aujourd'hui. Ce dernier fait obstacle à toute interrogation philosophique, n'a pas pu s'opposer à des débordements totalitaristes et contribue à une prolifération des textes qui mène à l'éclatement du lien social. Une pensée sur le droit aujourd'hui doit être facile à concevoir, toujours présente ; il faut qu'elle puisse se sentir dans l'action. Elle doit aussi animer tout le droit, privé comme public et permettre un contrôle complet des règles venant du pouvoir par les membres et responsables de la société, et être partageable par tous, de quelques croyances, religions et opinions qu'ils soient, pour éviter les critiques communautariennes. Il lui faut enfin être issue de l'examen du droit lui-même plutôt qu'être déduite d'une doctrine imposée, être capable de faire obstacle aux déviances politiques et enfin être logique dans ses développements pour être acceptée. Jean Domat découvre que le droit est animé par deux principes :"Nous ne devons pas faire à autrui ce que nous n'aimerions pas qu'autrui nous fasse ; nous devons faire à autrui ce que nous aimerions qu'autrui nous fasse". Ces principes répondent à ces critères. Il reconstruit et présente le droit privé d'une part, et le droit public d'autre part, en montrant comment ils s'organisent selon ces deux principes. Il démontre par une présentation réussie de tout le droit privé que les relations de droit entre particuliers peuvent dans le détail être toutes régies par ces deux principes. Il fait voir également comment l'action politique du Prince peut et doit être conduite par eux. Le Prince est soumis comme quiconque à ces exigences et ne dispose pas de prérogative particulière. Enfin, Jean Domat pose que le sujet n'a pas à obéir à une loi qui ne serait pas conforme à ces principes. Nous montrons que sa pensée, qui a été oubliée, présente une profonde nouveauté tant à son époque que dans le débat contemporain et permet de redonner sens au droitThis doctoral thesis aims to demonstrate that the conception of the law developed by Jean Domat (1625-1696) constitutes an alternative to legal positivism, which is the dominant approach today. Legal positivism impedes any philosophical interrogation; it was unable to oppose totalitarian excesses, and it contributes to the multiplication of texts, which disrupts social cohesion. A theory of the law today should be pervasive and easy to conceptualize. This theory needs to be action-oriented. It needs to inspire all spheres of the Law, be it private law or public law, and should be designed to place all rules imposed by the government under the complete control of the members and leaders of society. This thought should be shareable by everyone, regardless of creed, religion and opinion, hence avoiding communautarian criticism. Moreover, this theory needs to be the result of an examination of the Law itself rather than being deducted from an imposed doctrine. It needs to be able to stand in the way of political abuses and be logical in its developments to be accepted. Jean Domat discovered that the Law is inspired by two principles: “we shall not do to others what we would not like others do to us; we shall do to others what we would like others do to us”. Both principles are in line with the above-mentioned criteria. Jean Domat reconstructs and presents both private law and public law, and shows that they are organized according to these two principles. He presents the whole of private law and demonstrates that the details of the legal relationships between private individuals are all be governed by these two principles. He also shows that they can and should inspire the political action of the Prince. The Prince does not have any particular status: he is subjected to these requirements, as everybody else. Finally, Jean Domat postulates that a subject does not have to obey a law that is not in conformity with these principles. In this doctoral thesis, I show that his thought, that has been forgotten, is highly original for his time. Dora Ferreira da Silva, a poet from S?o Paulo, has a vast work: nine books published during her lifetime, three works published posthumously, in addition to her respected work as an essayist and translator. She received the Jabuti Award three times and one time the Machado de Assis Award, promoted by the Academia Brasileira de Letras. This research comes to revitalize the concept of the sacred and its developments in a corpus of nine poems of the poet, through the understanding of studies that aims the Theories of the Sacred, from Rudolf Otto, Mircea Eliade, Jacques Wunenburger and Joseph Campbell, the Theory of the Imaginary of Gilbert Durand and Gaston Bachelard, the Analytical Psychology of Carl Gustav Jung - which Dora was one of the translators -, and the Theories of Literature of Octavio Paz and Northop Frye. The literary work recreates the symbolism of sacred manifestations, giving them a new perspective related to the subject of the unconscious. This dissertation points to the fascination that the issues relating to the sacred creates within the poetic activity that links to the archetypal richness of ancient myths and their rites, and so for these artistic hierophanies establishes a dialogue with the unknowable and ineffable of the human experience. The writer herself says in an interview: "Giving the little that you have, be true to your inner voice, it is what is asked from poets in an attempt to meet this need of the gods".

Projeto de Pós Graduação/Dissertação apresentado à Universidade Fernando Pessoa como parte dos requisitos para obtenção do grau de Mestre em Medicina DentáriaAs lesões por Esforço Repetitivo (LER) ou distúrbios Osteomusculares Relacionados ao Trabalho (DORT) têm merecido atenção especial, inclusive na área da Medicina Dentária, em virtude do aumento do número de profissionais atingidos, obrigando-os ao afastamento temporário das suas atividades laborais. Estas lesões são decorrentes da utilização excessiva do sistema músculo-esquelético das regiões dos membros superiores e estão associadas à má postura, ao ambiente de trabalho e ao uso de instrumentos inadequados, à não utilização de princípios ergonômicos, ao repouso insuficiente e ao alto grau de estresse. Existem estudos que avaliaram os profissionais mais atingidos, demostrando que a prevalência dos sintomas está associada às características físicas, psicossociais e individuais. Conclui-se que a maioria dos estudos demonstraram que a LER/DORT é um dos grandes problemas na saúde dos médicos dentistas, que pode ter educação preventiva, que é mais prevalente no sexo feminino, com idades entre 35 e 50 anos e tem sintomatologia dolorosa. Através da revisão bibliográfica, procurou-se aprofundar o conhecimento sobre a LER/DORT, enfatizando as principais etiologias, as possíveis formas de prevenção e tratamento, e principalmente a de conscientizar o profissional da necessidade de atitudes preventivas, visando a manutenção da qualidade de vida. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa através das análises de livros especializados, de materiais de produção acadêmica e de artigos publicados pertencentes às bases de dados Medline, Pubmed, Lilacs, Scielo, Google e Google académico, compreendendo o período de 1963 a 2012 com a utilização de palavras-chaves como "LER", "DORT", "desordens músculo-esqueléticas", "trabalho", "médico dentista" e "ergonomia". Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) or Work Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMD) has received special attention in the area of Dental Medicine due to the increasing of the number of lesions related to labor activity which may lead to temporary disruption in major dentist’s praxis. These injuries are mainly consequence of the overuse of the musculoskeletal system, especially of the upper limb regions. In addition, they may be associated to inadequate posture and work environment, inappropriate tools and nonobservance of the ergonomic principles. Also, there is a positive correlation with insufficient resting period time and high degree of stress, and the prevalence of symptoms is generally associated with physical, psychosocial and individual factors. In order to highlight the mechanisms involved with the establishment of RSI and/or WMD, to emphasize their main causes, the possible ways of prevention and treatment, and especially aware for professional preventive postures, there was proceeded a review of specialized books, academic materials production and scientific articles belonging to Medline, Pubmed, Lilacs, Scielo, Google and Google academic, from 1963 to 2012, with the key words "RSI", "WMD," "musculoskeletal disorders", "work", "dentist" and "ergonomics". In this way, it was concluded that in spite of some preventive maneuvers adopted in the Dental Medicine field, RSI / WMD still constitutes a major problem of health among dentists, which high prevalence in females, between 35 and 50 years old. Thus, preventive maneuvers must be incessantly reinforced as part of the basic dental practice education in the way to avoid RSI / WMD and to minimize their effects.

Il presente lavoro di tesi è stato organizzato in tre parti principali: in prima analisi, è stato effettuato uno studio preliminare di patine reali prelevate da bronzi esposti all’aperto, al fine di verificare l’ipotesi che diverse geometrie di esposizione generano patine differenti
nella morfologia e nella composizione sulla superficie della lega. In particolare, è stata posta l’attenzione sullo Sn, il quale esibisce un differente comportamento in aree esposte o riparate dalla pioggia battente.
Successivamente quindi, mediante una prova di invecchiamento accelerato che riproduce l’azione della pioggia battente (dropping test) è stata quindi studiata l’efficienza dell’inibitore PropS-SH (3-mercapto-propil-trimetossi-silano), il quale si è dimostrato un possibile sostituto del BTA nell’inibizione della corrosione dei bronzi e tra i primi candidati nello studio dell’inibizione della corrosione nei bronzi dorati. Lo studio è stato effettuato impiegando il dropping test sia per la pre-patinazione (in modo da produrre un substrato rappresentativo di quello su cui si applica l’inibitore) che per l’esposizione vera e propria. I risultati ottenuti sono stati poi confrontati con quelli ottenuti in un lavoro precedente, in cui è stata studiata l’efficienza dello stesso inibitore in condizioni che simulano invece l’azione della pioggia stagnante. Infine, sono stati condotti studi preliminari sulla corrosione di campioni di bronzo dorato mediante invecchiamento accelerato in condizioni che simulano sia la pioggia battente che quella stagnante (wet&dry test).

La flavescenza dorata è una malattia di interesse globale che causa ogni anno ingenti danni alle coltivazioni e di conseguenza comporta sostanziali perdite economiche in viticoltura.
Il primo obiettivo che questo elaborato si è posto è stato fornire uno strumento utile a identificare la malattia anche prima che essa manifesti i suoi sintomi; in quest’ottica la spettroscopia si è rivelata particolarmente promettente.
In secondo luogo si è valutata se la distanza dal bosco potesse essere un fattore di incidenza della flavescenza dorata.
Per quanto riguarda il primo aspetto, lo scopo è stato raggiunto con l’identificazione di diversi composti biochimici che potrebbero essere sfruttati come indicatori per l’identificazione del fitoplasma; anche la presenza di un’area boschiva potrebbe incidere nella diffusione della flavescenza dorata.
È bene sottolineare che l’elaborato è stato svolto con una prospettiva agroecologica, cercando valide alternative ai metodi di lotta tradizionali che prevedono l’uso di composti chimici e lo sfalcio del cotico erboso, utile a garantire la sopravvivenza e la funzionalità di un ambiente agroecologico.
Le conclusioni tratte stimolano indagini future, per approfondire le pionieristiche tematiche investigate.

A LER/DORT (Lesões por Esforços Repetitivos/Distúrbios Ósteo Articulares Relacionados ao Trabalho) é uma doença que cursa com dor crônica e incapacidade para o trabalho e que afeta em graus variados a saúde e a vida dos doentes. A subjetividade dos sintomas e a inexistência de um diagnóstico morfofuncional conflitam o manejo clínico dos casos e a relação médico-paciente. Os conceitos narrativa e experiência, sob uma perspectiva hermenêutica e fenomenológica, são utilizados para investigar duas dimensões do adoecimento que estão presentes nesse conflito: 1) a historicidade do conceito – a dificuldade da medicina em “objetivar” esse sofrimento, que não impede a doença instituir-se na presença de certos elementos e situações sociais e políticas; 2) a natureza hermenêutica da clínica - com suas aberturas, “incompletudes” e o caráter posicional do médico, para mostrar que a doença institui-se na rede de atenção à saúde do trabalhador a partir de espaços sociais e políticos, cujas interseções são marcadas por interesses, conflitos e alianças transitórias. Confluências e impasses práticos, científicos, teóricos, políticos, éticos, morais envolvidos na compreensão do fenômeno são evidenciados, de modo a subsidiar políticas de melhorias do exercício profissional do médico e da qualidade assistencial fornecida aos enfermos.

Analisa características dos trabalhadores e do trabalho que predispõe ao aparecimento das LER/DORT. Verifica a eficácia de alguns mecanismos adotados como prevenção, usando como referência uma instituição bancária de Curitiba, onde constatou-se um aumento significativo dos casos de LER/DORT em 1996, 1997 e 1998. Quanto a macroorganização conclui-se que ainda há algumas deficiências. Recomenda-se que a Empresa continue atuando no sentido da prevenção e promoção da saúde, investindo em educação e treinamento do trabalhador no local de trabalho entre outros em programas de ginástica laboral e nas pausas para descanso em atividades repetitivas

Este trabalho busca estabelecer um diálogo entre a linguística e a psicanálise, a partir da noção de discurso no caso Dora de Freud. Na linguística partimos do estruturalismo, percorrendo as obras de Saussure e Jakobson, na tentativa de apresentar algumas relações com a teoria lacaniana. Depois, no campo da análise do discurso, articulamos o conceito de discurso proposto por essa disciplina, com a noção desenvolvida pela psicanálise. Além disso, indicamos algumas diferenças fundamentais entre a análise do discurso e a linguística tradicional. Já no campo da psicanálise, desenvolvemos alguns conceitos-chave para a compreensão dos quatro discursos lacanianos, que são trabalhados isoladamente e depois retomados no capítulo análise do caso Dora . Nesse ponto, buscamos articular os discursos que compõem o caso clínico a partir dos conceitos desenvolvidos pela análise do discurso, mas fundamentalmente, pelos quatro discursos lacanianos. Concluímos que essa articulação, atravessada pelo real da linguagem, é possível na medida em que se reconhece uma diferença entre a linguística e a psicanálise.
Abstract : This paper aims to establish a dialogue between linguistics and psychoanalysis based on the notion of discourse present in Freud s Dora case study. Regarding linguistics, this paper builds from structuralism, covering the works of Saussure and Jakobson, in an attempt to present connections with the Lacanian theory. Then, in the field of discourse analysis, this work articulates the concept of discourse proposed by linguistics and the notion developed by psychoanalysis. In addition, the paper points out some fundamental differences between discourse analysis and traditional linguistics. In the psychoanalysis field, key concepts were developed in order to understand the four Lacanian discourses, which are presented separately and then reintroduced in the chapter entitled analysis of the Dora case study . At this point, the discourses in the case study are discussed based on the concepts developed through discourse analysis and especially through the four Lacanian discourses. The conclusion is that this articulation permeated by the Real of the language is possible as the difference between linguistics and psychoanalysis is acknowledge.

Les interactions biologiques et écologiques entre le phytoplasme de la Flavescence dorée (FDP), les plantes hôtes et les vecteurs ont été étudiés au champ et au laboratoire. Les résultats principaux montrent que (i) le FDP réduit les performances de son vecteur naturel, Scaphoideus titanus Ball et du vecteur expérimental Euscelidius variegatus Kirschbaum; (ii) les plantes infectées du cépage tolérant Merlot constituent un réservoir moins important que le cépage sensible Pinot Blanc pour l'acquisition du FDP par S. Titanus; (iii) un modèle statistique qui décrit l'évolution des cicadelles S. Titanus infectées et infectieuses a été proposé sur la base de données expérimentales acquises pendant une étude de 4 années sur des populations du vecteur dans des vignobles très affectés par FDP; (iiii) la microinjection d'extraits enrichis en FDP et des tests de prise de nourriture artificielle sur membrane suggèrent que la spécificité de vection du FDP est limitée aux insectes de la famille des Cicadellidae, sous-famille DeltocephalinaeEcological-biological interactions of Flavescence dorée phytoplasma (FDP), host plants and vectors were investigated in field and laboratory conditions. Main results showed that (i) FDP reduced the fitness of its natural vector Scaphoideus titanus Ball and of the experimental vector Euscelidius variegatus Kirschbaum, congenital infection in S. Titanus offspring did not occur; (ii) FDP-affected tolerant grapevine cultivar Merlot was shown to be a poorer source of FDP for S. Titanus acquisition than the susceptible grapevine cultivar White Pinot; (iii) a statistical model describing the pattern of infected and infective S. Titanus occurrence in the vineyards was proposed on the basis of experimental data of a 4-year survey of the leafhopper species populations collected in severely FDP-affected vineyards; (iiii) results of assays of insect injection and artificial feeding suggested that vector specificity of FDP is restricted to the Cicadellidae family, subfamily Deltocephalinae

Introdução: O Código de Processo Civil determina que nos processos judiciais em que a matéria depender de conhecimento técnico ou científico, o juiz será assistido por perito, que produzirá um laudo. Foram analisados 83 laudos de processos judiciais do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 2ª Região (TRT-2), referentes a reclamantes com Lesões por Esforços Repetitivos ou Distúrbios Osteomusculares Relacionados ao Trabalho (LER/Dort), que abrangem afecções crônicas do sistema musculoesquelético de origem ocupacional e são decorrentes, dentre outros motivos, da execução de movimentos repetitivos por tempo prolongado e sobrecarga estática, sem que haja tempo para uma recuperação fisiológica. Deveriam abordar os vários aspectos do adoecimento para auxiliar a decisão judicial quanto à existência de agravo à saúde relacionado ao trabalho, assim como sua extensão e repercussões sobre a vida e capacidade laboral do trabalhador. Objetivos: Identificar e analisar, nos laudos, conceitos sobre adoecimento ocupacional e incapacidade laboral, bem como as principais linhas de argumentação, para a descaracterização do nexo causal nos casos em que havia nexo causal presumido pelo critério epidemiológico. Material e método: O material de estudo (83 laudos) foi buscado dentre os processos arquivados no período de 2012 a 2016 na Coordenadoria de Gestão de Arquivo do TRT-2, que abrange 30 municípios da região metropolitana de São Paulo e Baixada Santista. Atributos associados aos grandes temas da pesquisa foram codificados com o objetivo de melhor sistematização para uma análise de conteúdo. Resultados: Os laudos periciais foram elaborados, na sua quase totalidade por médicos, dentre os quais 56 (67,47%) médicos do trabalho, 13 (15,66%) médicos sem especificação de especialidade, 9 (10,84%) médicos com especialização em perícia ou legistas e 4 ortopedistas (4,82%). Um deles (1,21%) foi elaborado por fisioterapeuta. Do total de laudos, 25 (30,12%) não tinham quaisquer informações sobre o processo de adoecimento e apenas 23 (27,71%) contemplaram uma história clínica abrangente. Em 34 (40,96%) não havia qualquer informação sobre as características da atividade de trabalho e em 30 (36,15%) havia a citação de alguns aspectos biomecânicos. Apenas 19 (22,89%) apresentaram uma análise da atividade de trabalho, incluindo aspectos biomecânicos e organizacionais. Nenhum laudo continha uma análise da incapacidade para o trabalho de forma ampla, sendo que em 50 laudos (60,24%), o perito considerou apenas o diagnóstico para se pronunciar sobre a incapacidade. Do total dos laudos, apenas 13 (15,66%) utilizaram o conceito de multicausalidade e 12 (14,46%) o de concausalidade. Dos 15 laudos com nexo causal presumido pelo critério epidemiológico, descaracterizados no caráter ocupacional na perícia, nenhum continha uma análise da atividade de trabalho, embora 9 deles tenham utilizado argumentos biomecânicos, 8 tenham utilizado o argumento de que se tratava de doença degenerativa e 3 de que o quadro era de fibromialgia não ocupacional. Foram discutidos conceitos de adoecimento ocupacional, nexo causal e incapacidade, além da relação de desigualdade, presenteísmo, individualização do adoecimento e culpabilização. Conclusão: A maioria dos laudos periciais peca pela falta de consistência conceitual, metodológica e argumentos fundamentados, deixando lacunas na área clínica, na análise da atividade de trabalho e na avaliação de incapacidade.Introduction: The Civil Code Procedure determines that in judicial proceedings in which the matter depends on technical or scientific knowledge, the judge will be assisted by experts, who will produce a forensic report. A total of 83 reports, from the Regional Labor Court of the 2nd Region (TRT-2), were analysed, concerning claimants suffering from Repetitive Strain Injury or Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (RSI/WRMD), which include occupational chronic conditions of the musculoskeletal system, that are due, among other reason to the execution of repetitive movements for a prolonged time and static overload without pause foa a physiological recoevery. They should address the various aspects of illness in order to assist the judge in his decision regarding the existence of as aggravated health related to work, as well as its extent and repercussions on the life and work capacity of the worker. Objectives: To identify and analyse concepts about occupational illness and disability to work, expressed in the reports, as well as the main lines of argument, for the de-characterization of the causal nexus in cases where there was causal nexus presumed by the epidemiological criterion. Material and method: The study material was searched from the archived processes from 2012 to 2016 in the File Management Coordination of TRT-2, which covers 30 municipalities in the metropolitan region of São Paulo and Baixada Santista. Attributes associated with the major themes of the research were codified with the aim of better systematization for a content analysis. Results: The expert reports were elaborated almost entirely by physicians, among them 56 (67.47%) occupational physicians, 13 (15.66%) doctors without a declared specialty, 9 (10.84%), forensic doctors, 4 orthopedists (4,82%). One of the reports (1.21%) was elaborated by a physiotherapist. Of the total reports, 25 (30.12%) did not have information about the illness process and only 23 (27.71%) contemplated a comprehensive medical history. In 34 (40.96%) there was no information about the characteristics of the work activity and in 30 (36.15%) there were citation of some biomechanical aspects. Only 19 (22.89%) presented an analysis of the work activity, including biomechanical and organizational aspects. No report contained an embrancing analysis of disability to work comprehensively, and in 60.24% of them, the expert considered only the diagnosis to pronounce on the disability. Of the total reports, only 13 (15.66%) used the concept of multicausality and 12 (14.46%) the concept of concausality. Of the 15 reports with a presumed causal nexus by the epidemiological criterion, which were not characterized in the occupational character, none contained an analysis of the work activity, although 9 of the 15 reports used biomechanical arguments to de-characterize the occupational character, 8 used the argument that it was degenerative disease and 3 that the condition was non-occupational fibromyalgia. Concepts of occupational illness, causal nexus and disability were discussed, as well as the relationship of inequality, presenteism, individualization of illness and blame. Conclusions: Most of the expert reports are lacking in conceptual, methodological and reasoned arguments, leaving relevant gaps in the clinical area, in the analysis of the work activities and in the assessment of disability.
