The thesis deals with the design and realization of electronic security system (ESS) for the house. ESS evaluates signals from radar move-detection sensors also allows connection of other types of move-detection, magnetic contacts, laser gates and smoke detector. The interruption is signaled via SMS sent to the owner of the building and via acoustic warning. The security system also allows the connection temperature sensors, as well as monitoring electricity consumption or central control home appliances and other devices. These features are optional, they can be used to remotely monitor the status of the object respectively its management even via SMS.

The thesis is based on monitoring how one represents, creating an environment, how one completes it, or how the human environment is created. When we ask ourselves what our home means for us, we knew we could give it the shape of space. We could describe it as a place where we like to be. Some questions arise. If there is any idea of living at home, if it is as personal, how does each of us perceive home in his intimacy as well? How did it become the architecture itself? The goal of the work is to translate the understanding of the home through a specific situation. I choose a village in Slovakia, Čechynce, which has more than 1000 inhabitants. The architectural design itself does not adapt to the creation of a home as a house. He wants to point out that the home is not in an isolated system of walls, but in an ability of distence and in a chance to return again.

The project deals with structure design of a new – built house for elderly with accommodation capacity up to 28 persons. It is situated on the south side of the village Papradno in a flat lot with area of 6018,4 m2.The house for elderly was designed for disabled people, it has got two floors with irregular shape and the floor area of 920,83 m2 . On the first floor there is an accommodation part of building situated on the southwest side and there is an another part of building where are situated rooms like (kitchen for serving meals, dining room, boiler room, changing room for employee...) it is situated on the northeast side. On the second floor there is an accommodation part of building it is identical as in the first floor. And the another part of second floor it has got rooms like (offices, storages, chapel, club room...). A bearing system composed of uninforcement concret foundation, wall system of ceramic block Porotherm and the slab system composed of bearing panels Spiroll. The Spiroll panels is a bearing system for flat roof with clasic layer order.

The goal of this thesis is to analyze selected non-governmental organization in the field of Public Relations. In accordance with the results of performed investigation, the author will try to propose a specific plan of PR activities within creating positive long-term relationships with company's crucial target groups. The thesis itself will be mainly focused on the preferred target group from both, internal and external environment of the organization. Another vital part of the work will include specific proposals on how the organization should be presenting itself publicly, not only in the framework of media, but also through it's promotion. Last but not least, improvement suggestions will be concerned with the form and the content of company's web sites.

The building is divided into two building objects. The first is a single-storey new building with a double-decker connecting neck. The new building serves as an office building and provides 24 hours care. The second building is the existing building in which the rooms are located. The new building is designed in combination with several building materials - monolithic reinforced concrete walls, Porotherm blocks and steel columns and beams. The track construction is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab.

The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan for the construction of a house for the elderly. The thesis consists of two sections, wherein the first one is dealing with the basic terms such as entrepreneurship and structure of a business plan. The second part of the thesis presents the specific business plan. This section describes in detail the intention of the plan and includes a thorough analysis of the surrounding environment. Subsequent marketing analyses forms the basis for creating the right marketing tools to reach clients. The following financial part forms an important basis for the evaluation of the investment into the presented business plan. The following part of the thesis consists of methods for assessing the return of the investment. In the final part of the Master´s thesis are mentioned project risks and there are also included possible measures to mitigate the intensity of their impact.

The topic of this dissertation is to elaborate the building-technical part of a project documentation for a realization of a new building „old people’s home“ in Trutnov. This building will be used for old people who have various health problems or who have to rely on other people’s help. From the top view the building is divided into two parts – part A and part B that have a different functionand are connected with a linking passage. There are two floors in the building. The roof construction is designed flat withoutside and inside drain pipesfor the draining off water. The architectural concept of the building fits in the nearby built-up area. Traditional building materials are thought to be used. The whole building is designed as barrier-free.

In the opening chapters, principles of electrostatic precipitation are described and a study of existing electrostatic precipitators for domestic combustion devices is made. In the practical part of the thesis, a mathematical model of electrostatic precipitator was created. Based on the mathematical model, electrostatic precipitator was designed and its performance parameters predicted.

I have been dealing with the themes of prefabricated houses and housing estates until recently. I was especially interested in their aesthetics. Order, grid and certain regularity and repeatability. At the same time, I was always interested in his social connotations, mainly because I live in these places. Gradually I became more interested in topics related to my own home. So I moved from the general themes to my own experience. But what is my home? Home is a place of utmost importance in our society. Home is made up of people, family. People have it associated with many rituals that accompany their lives often without actually being considered for them. Thanks to these rituals, we manage, among other things, the everyday influx of positive and negative influences of the surroundings and deal with them in various ways. Morning coffee, brushing your teeth, lighting a candle, wiping dust, filling a bath, scattering water on flowers, etc. Balance is the key to everything we do. And I would like to analyze, document and process these home and personal rituals in this work. The final thesis will consist of a free series of paintings with possible interventions and overlaps into video or installation, etc.

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for a developement and management of a retirement home and also to analyze this investment. A property - former soap faktory called "Pilnáčkova faktory" -- which is suitable for the realization of the investment is located in Hradec Králové. A demand for retirement care beds is significantly higher than available beds in Hradec Králové region. This was the main driver blind this idea of building the senior home. The thesis is divided into theoretical and also practical section. The theoretical section explains and describes the essentials parts of every business plan. The practical part deals with the actual implementation of the construction and operation of a home for seniors. The key part of the thesis is financial analysis, financial statements. Subsequently, the entire investment is evaluated by using NPV, IRR and ROI indicators. Finally, SWOT analysis allows to assess the benefits of investment from various angles.

The presented diploma thesis deals with the design of an electrostatic precipitator for a domestic automatic wood fuel boiler. The individual chapters describe the products of the combustion process, the principles of charging dust particles, describe existing patents related to electrostatic precipitators, commercial electrostatic precipitators and the last part of the work calculates a mathematical model, according to which previously designed and evaluated separator variants were designed and evaluated. Based on the results, the optimal variant of the electrostatic precipitator designed for a domestic boiler is then selected.

Práce se zabývá možnostmi a způsoby, jakými lze v dnešní době pracovat z domova. Definuje a osvětluje jednotlivé pojmy, které s touto problematikou úzce souvisí, protože je tato oblast zatím v literatuře jen velmi nejednoznačně popsána. Základním cílem této práce je pokus vymezit práci z domova a mimo stálé pracoviště. Druhým cílem je ukázat vzory takovéto práce a upozornit na její pozitiva a negativa. Dalším cílem je ukázat jednotlivé možnosti, kterými lze tento model práce či podnikání realizovat. Po úvodní kapitole, která definuje základní pojmy, následuje druhá část práce, která řeší možné postupy při realizaci práce z domova. Třetí část práce je zároveň nejobsáhlejší a je věnována zkušenostem a konkrétním příkladům nabídek na práci z domu.

The title of my masters thesis is Work with children from child's homes from the viewpoint of a choreographer. It outlines three very important aspects of the topic.
The first part characterizes the structure and functionality of the selected child?s home with the focus on the grant project within the global grant of CZ. 1.07/1.2.05 Equal opportunities in education in the Middle Bohemian region - Operational programme of Education for competitiveness.
The second part deals with the explanation and classification of the term therapy, psychotherapy and significant persons who advocated their development. I dedicated the final parts of the chapter to the characteristics and functionality of danse therapy, art therapy and music therapy.
The third part deals with the comparison of the course of training of amateurish group and children from the DDŠ Býchory. It highlights the problems concerning the work with disadvantaged children and the children from incomplete families who often suffer from mental problems.

The diploma thesis presents both benefits and threats brought about by Act No. 108/2006 coll., on Social Services, for users and providers of social services since 2007. The criticism is based on data on beneficiaries of care allowance as well as sources of revenue obtained by social service providers in the four-year force of the law. The thesis aims to assess the effects of the Act on Social Services on the quality and financing of social services for the elderly and verify these results on the data and development of Home for elderly Háje, allowance organization, founded by the City of Prague. The new legislation established a number of tools to ensure the quality of social services. However, it appears that the new settings of financing of this field may endanger the quality of services, particularly in residential social care services. The development of social services is significantly influenced by the process of aging, therefore, one part of the thesis analyzes the age structure of population of the City of Prague and the need of social services for the elderly in this region in the future. The conclusion summarises the most serious consequences of Act on Social Services in practice.

The objective of my diploma thesis called "Project Planning and Evaluation of Establishment and Operation of a Retirement home" is a feasibility study of a social care investment project. The theoretical part covers methodical foundations based on available resources. In the practical part, I described specific steps of the feasibility study which are relevant to the social care project. The initial part is dedicated to the environment analysis. Based on the market analysis, I defined the target group of the business plan, analyzed the competitive factors and designed a marketing strategy including a marketing mix strategy. Then I defined the project schedule, project management and human resources management. The thesis contains financial analysis determining the need for securing long-term and short-term capital. The thesis is concluded with chapters on project effectiveness and sustainability assessment and on risk management.

Ethno-demographic Changes in Bosnia and Herzegovina 1945-2012 analyses population development of three constitutive nations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, transformation of ethnic proportional representation of Bosnian population due to differences in demographic behaviour and spatial impacts of forced migration on population distribution after the end of the civil conflict in the 1990s. The main focus is on comparing the development of the ethno-demographic structure of socialist Bosnia and Herzegovina with the condition of the country after the war. The current demographic characteristics of the population, and contemporary ethnic composition of the country remains fundamentally affected by events related to the conflict: the so called forced migration and ethnic cleansing. The thesis compiles two fundamental approaches, one of them being the top-down approach. Analýza pojmu " prostředí domova", "domov" a "prostředí" a jejich sémantické významy. Zkoumání osobních vztahů člověka k prostředí domova. Funkce symbolizace a procesy identifikace v prostředí. Prostředí, domov a místo jako téma ve výtvarném umění a námět pro hodiny výtvarné výchovy. Název "Prostředí domova" umožňuje zaměřovat se jak na významy jednotlivých slov, tak i na jejich kombinace. Hlavním cílem nebylo vnímat domov pouze jako místo, ve kterém žiji, ale spíše sledovat, na jakých bodech je vystavěno naše kritérium pro moment, kdy jsme schopni nazvat místo domovem a souvisle s tímto prohlášením to tak cítit. Přesto si uvědomuji, že prvoplánově se nabízí vnímání domova jakožto teritoria, kde se cítím být doma. Pokud se řekne "prostředí domova", vyvstane mi na mysl místo a otázka, "Jak to tam vypadá?"... a přesto to není nijak podstatné. Pokud mluvíme o domově, míníme tím konkrétní místo, ničím nenahraditelné, a přesto těchto míst mohu vnímat jako domov souvisle několik. Žádná z odpovědí nebude nesprávná. Jde jen o způsob uchopení, jakým způsobem na domov nahlížíme. Zda je pro mne domov místem, nebo něčím nehmatatelným. Mou snahou je na základě kontextů vycházejících z těchto termínů, jejich možných kombinací, zkoumat další možné úhly pohledu na problém, které nám spojení domov a prostředí nabízí.

The next charter deals with the problems of aging and changes which arise with increasing age and are associated with a deteriorating health condition, as well as with situations and circumstances which may reset in a chase in the perception of the quality of life. The dissertation takes a closer look at the stay of elderly in some institutions for the elderly. The theoretical part compares the results obtained from elderly clients in an old people?s home using standardised SF-36 and Contact questionnaires. The SF-36 questionnaire is designed to measure the quality of life related to health and the Contact questionnaire serves to ascertain the frequency of contact between family and friends ant he elderly client. Data from both questionnaires were evaluated statistically and drawn up in the form of tables and graphs. This research showed a reduced perception of the quality of life of clients living in old people?s homes compared with the standard European population. In most domains of the quality of life there was no significant difference between clients with various frequency of contact with family and friends, and no difference was found n the evaluation of the quality of life between men and women.

There is also explained the concept and importance of leisure in sections function of free time and in the views of leisure. The theoretical part is also focused on the personality of the educator. There are also described leisure places for free time in children's homes and children's homes with school. The last important point in the theoretical part is the chapter of significant differences in the work of the children's home and the children's home with school. In the practical part, there are compared two children's homes and two children's homes with school using interviews and case studies. The purpose of this theses was to find out what is the difference in the organization of leisure activities and hinterland for leisure activities within the children's home and the children's home with school from the perspective of children and young people who live there and also from the perspective of educators.

This paper looks at the issue of homelessness from an emic perspective of a homeless people themselves. The categories under discussion here, and the order of importance in which they are presented arises from the context of the street and has been determined by the research itself. Besides a reference to a typology of homelessness it focuses primarily on the personal - individual strategies of survival, the needs of people on the street, their activities and economic behavior. In addition there is a space for the voice of homeless people's closest associates, charity workers. The paper also applies topics such as exclusion homeless people and outlines some possible solutions. Retirement homes provide a versatile facilities and services to their clients not only to secure the basic needs of seniors but also to offer an opportunity to satisfy their secondary needs for instance by participating on social events. Such involvement of seniors is beneficial for themselves and also for the whole society too. Theoretical part of my dissertation is focused on definition of the term participation, afterwards this term is put in relation to lives of seniors and their functioning in retirement homes. Next it also deals with recognizing the level of participation in an institution and what factors affect this level. Attention is directed on clients themselves during this process, how do they perceive participation, what barriers they see and on the other hand what opportunities motivate them to participate in social events. People who live on the streets gradually lose their working habits, social contacts and motivation to change their situation. The main objective of this dissertation is to map the homeless people's chances of integration to the labour market and the way to try to bring them back to the ordinary life. Their possible integration depends on many aspects, therefore this dissertation considers a huge amount of motivation of the subjects asked and obstacles, which interfere in finding a job. First part of the dissertation is made of a theory with an emphasis on a high rate of desocialization of homeless people and the possible difficulties within searching for a job. It also focuses on considerable types of help and support whilst finding an employment for those people. This diploma thesis focuses on the phenomena of homelessness as a situation in which individuals do not have enough money to secure the conventional accommodation. This leads to them constructing their home in the public space or squatting abandoned buildings. This thesis refuses to interpret homelessness as a pathological phenomenon or as a violation of order (in order to demonstrate this, individual approaches are usually being used). The author of the thesis presents homelessness as a consequence of the economic system which orders out a certain part of population. This part cannot attain the minimum measure of the chance to consume which would sustain a secure life. The concept of hybrid, which is the integral part of the actor-network-theory and it originates in the works of Bruno Latour, allows us to interpret home through the interconnection of material objects and social relationship. This approach leads to disengagement from the atypical form of unconventional homes and to thinking about them as about a normal way of housing. The last chapter of the theoretical part compares the structure of the day of homeless people, to the people with secure housing. Using the methods of semi-structured interviews and participant observation, the thesis examines the particular structure of the day, the needs these people have and how they meet them. This Master's thesis offers the insight into the problems of institutionalised upbringing of children in the Czech Republic. It consists of several parts. The theoretical part deals with family as a foundation in the child's life. Furthermore, it describes family dysfunction and possible upbringing options, either in a foster family environment or in an institution i.e. a children's home. The next chapter offers further particulars regarding institutionalised upbringing. We can find more detailed description of all professionals involved in the placement of children and decisions which type of upbringing is most suitable for them. In the theoretical part we can find further division of institutionalised upbringing options, depending on which ministerial departments are responsible. The practical part is based on a quality research with the help of half structured interview with children in family orientated children's home. The research was conducted in a real environment to achieve the most accurate result. The interviews were conducted between June and September 2017. Several questions were put to five children from five different family groups who were put into children's homes after the change of the Civil Code. The questions were geared mainly towards the biological family, reasons for placement into a children's home. The main aim was to ascertain the reasons for placement into a home with the changes of the law no 89/2012 being taken into consideration. My next objective was to determine if placements into children's homes are desirable and beneficial for their future upbringing. The interviews were copied word to word and analysed with the help of open coding and contrast technique. The conclusion of the research has determined that the Civil Code changes are not always beneficial for the child or the institution where the child is to be brought up. It was further determined that placements of children without their assessment in an appropriate institution is undesirable. The thesis could bring benefits to other professionals who actively participate in the placements of children into care. To achieve this quality research strategy has been chosen. The resource of the data received were half structured interviews with the children, their lawful guardians and the children's home director. Further details were obtained from the children's personal files. The conclusion of the thesis could be used as a tool when decisions regarding placements are made as this would benefit the child and be in his best interest. It could be used as a source for wider public and professionals alike.

The diploma thesis deals with the health literacy of the residents living in the homes for the elderly. The aim was to find out what is the seniors' level of health literacy, whether they are interested in raising it and whether they are able to participate in the care of their person and make decision about their health. The second objective of the thesis was to describe the role of the nurse in providing health literacy to the clients of the home for the elderly. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, we were dealing first with the concept of old age and aging for a comprehensive overview, and we summarized the concepts of health and illness in old age and issues of geriatric nursing and nursing care in homes for the elderly. We analyzed in detail individual areas of health literacy, the acquired knowledge was applied in the research section. The objectives were achieved through a qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews. The set for research was chosen on purpose. In the set, there were clients of retirement homes and nurses that works in these homes. The research part focused on the identification of seniors' health literacy took place in two stages, a cognitive function test was first performed with the selected seniors, and it was then followed by an in-depth interview with cognitively intact seniors. The data were processed using text coloring. In the research focused on seniors, there were created 4 categories with 9 subcategories and in the nurse's research, there were 3 categories with 7 subcategories. The research shows that the level of health literacy of the elderly population differs depending on the specific area of health literacy, but it can be summed up that the seniors generally have insufficient health literacy due to the abandonment of initiative and responsibility in the care of their person and decision-making about their health status to the medical staff. In order to increase their health literacy, education is needed especially in the effect of lifestyle on health, the preventive behaviour, the causes and the possible complications of the diseases and the side effects of the used drugs. In the second part of the research we found that the role of a nurse in the home for the elderly is not only irreplaceable in increasing the health literacy of seniors, but very time and psychologically demanding, therefore, it always does not reach the qualities that the nurses themselves would like.

At present, the whole world has one characteristic feature in common, which is an increasing number of people reaching a high age. In this respect, the Czech Republic is no exception. As a result, the percentage of senior citizens is also steadily increasing. Most of these senior citizens will be threatened by a low income, especially those who live alone. At present there is no statistics that would show the numbers of senior citizens in specific age groups concerning the amount of pensions, and there is no statistics that would show the numbers in territorial units at lower levels than regions. It is surprising that, with the present alarming prognoses of the numbers of senior citizens, statistical data concerning pensions are not analysed in detail. Some of them rank in the group of poor and problematic senior citizens, as a result, for instance, of paying a low social insurance of failing to pay any social insurance at all. It will be necessary to create a network of services for low-income senior citizens that will guarantee their primary needs. The objective of this thesis was to carry out a monitoring of the need of services for low-income senior citizens, and a proposal of a possible provider of these services. The methodological process included a content and secondary data analysis of socio-demographic indicators about the population of senior citizens. The collection of primary data was conducted in the form of a semi-controlled interview with providers of social services for senior citizens. The target set consisted of senior citizens in the administrative area of the municipality with extended authority of České Budějovice, and the set subject to study consisted of providers of social services for senior citizens. The results of my diploma thesis have confirmed that a service for low-income senior citizens in České Budějovice is not available. My diploma thesis will constitute a basis for the Council of the City of České Budějovice when dealing with the questions concerning services for low-income senior citizens.

The diploma thesis is focused on the specifics of violence against the homeless women. The thesis is divided in theoretical and empirical part. Theoretical part is further divided into three chapters, structured from the general description of homelessness to the specifics of violence that is happening on the homeless women. The goal of the empirical part is also to identify barriers and preconditions for the solution of violence and recommendations for optimization of help with violence. The empirical part is based on two data sets, one of them is social workers/curators, second is homeless women. The research is qualitative and is conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews. In the final part of empirical research, a comparative analysis of both data sets is performed. From the analysis are derived the conclusions and recommendations on how to contribute to setting more effective means of solving violence against the homeless women.

Percepce prostoru domova a prostoru cesty spolu s reflexí postavení hostů/ cizinců v ruské lidové kultuře je velmi zajímavý lingvisticko-sociologický fenomén, jehož zkoumání se dotýká řady vědních oborů - psychologie, sociologie, folkloristiky, lingvistiky, etnoligvistiky apod. Prostor domova a prostor cesty spolu s přechodnou sférou mezi nimi (~. status cizinců/hostů) tvoří páteřní strukturu lidského světa a jsou základní součástí života každého jednotlivce. Zkoumáním otázek souvisejících s reflexí těchto životních sfér v ruském folklóru se zatím zabýval jen nevelký počet lingvistických, sociolingvistických či lingvofolkoristických prací. Ve své profesi práce s cizinci a uprchlíky jsem se často setkala s mnoha formami přístupu k osobám přicházejícím do usedlé společnosti "zvenčí". Na řadě konkrétních příkladů jsem si uvědomila hluboké rozdíly v tom, jakým způsobem společnost vnímá "své" a "cizí, pocházející odjinud". Je zřejmé, že tyto sociální jevy nejsou nijak nové a že jejich odraz lze nalézt v různých oblastech života člověka, tedy i v jazyce. Z toho důvodu jsem se rozhodla věnovat pozornost analýze reflexe obrazu domova a cesty v ruském jazyce.
