Abstract:
On postule dans cette recherche que la violence scolaire n'existe pas comme un problème social avec les conditions objectives qui l'instaurent comme situation caractéristique des contextes scolaires "difficiles". D'une forme distincte nous proposons qu'il est possible de comprendre la violence scolaire comme la configuration sociale d'un problème public sur le champ éducatif. En d'autres termes, la recherche objective un schéma de perception qui expose une forme particulière d'observer les relations sociales lesquelles on vit dans l'école. Nous dans la recherche argumentons que comme expression d'un schéma de perception officielle sur un problème public éducatif, la violence scolaire, cache les trajectoires sociales de quelques jeunes scolarisés qui vivent les inégalités profondes des structures économiques et sociales. Ainsi, depuis une perspective relationnelle nous lions les conditions sociales de production de violence scolaire comme un problème public et les trajectoires sociales d'étudiants au moyen de la question suivante: Quel est le rapport entre les conditions sociales de production de violence et les trajectoires sociales d'étudiants dans une condition juvénile ? Pour développer l'antérieur nous nous sommes proposés décrire la relation qui existe entre les conditions sociales de production de violence scolaire et les trajectoires sociales d'étudiants dans une condition juvénile.. En détail La recherche est essentiellement axée dans; 1) Construire une option théorique pour comprendre la violence scolaire comme la configuration sociale d'un problème public de caractère éducatif; 2) Identifier et reconstruire les discours officiels qui ont instauré la violence scolaire comme problème public éducatif, dans deux types de documents: a) les documents Informes l'État Mondial de l'enfance 1990-2012 publiés par l'UNICEF et b) les Plans Sectoriels d'Education produits par différents gouvernements qui ont administré la ville de Bogotá (Colombie) dans la période 1995-2012. Et finalement, 3) décrire les trajectoires sociales d'étudiants d'éducation pour comprendre ses trajectoires sociales et sa participation dans des situations de violence scolaire. La recherche assume que, pour aborder la violence scolaire comme un problème de caractère public, il est nécessaire de suspendre son caractère "naturel ou évident" pour rechercher sur sa configuration sociale, déterminée à l'existence d'agents sociaux qui perçoivent qu'ils sont affectés par les conséquences indirectes de la violence dans les écoles et par la constitution d'une action politique dirigée quand ont soigné au moyen des organes spéciaux les intérêts de considérés des victimes effectives ou possibles de situations considérées comme de risque de violence dans les contextes scolaires. Finalement la recherche aborde la violence scolaire comme une situation sociale incarnée dans les corps, c'est-à-dire, vécue comme un système de dispositions. Avec la stratégie de recherche qualitative dénommée des Noyaux de Recherche Sociale nous réussissons à comprendre qu'une distance existe entre le discours officiel engagé dans le discernement juridique; la définition des agressions; la classification des situations de violence; l'établissement de protocoles pour la promotion de droits; la prévention en face de divers facteurs de risque, et le vieillissement social juvénile déterminé au difficile accès aux stratégies de reproduction du capital social vécu par quelques jeunes de la ville de Bogotá
It is postulated in this research study, that scholar violence does not exist as a social problem with objective conditions that establish it like something unique of unusual scholar contexts in opposition to ordinary scholar situations. In another way, it is set out as a premise that it is possible to understand the scholar violence like the social structure of a public problem in the educational field. In other words, the research is a perception scheme that visualize a particular way of observing the social relations that students live at school. It is estimated the comprehensive effort arguing that like an expression of an official perception scheme about an educational public problem, the scholar violence unvisualize the social experiences in school young where it is discovered that violence at school is the demonstration of deep disparities of economic and social structures that produce, among others, alarming decline social processes. Thus, since a relational perspective we connect the social conditions of scholar violence production like a social problem and the social experiences of students in youthful condition taking into account the following sociological question: What relation does exist between the social conditions of scholar violence production and the students´ social experiences in youthful condition?

Evoquez le terme d'adolescence, et dans la foulée des représentations émergeront dans les esprits. En effet, crises, violences, conduites marginales, refus de l'autorité sont systématiquement associés à cette période de la vie. Néanmoins, les adolescents en passe de faire le deuil de l'enfance ne sont pas tous sujets à des comportements borderline. Dans cette recherche d'une (nouvelle) identité, tous ne s'inscrivent pas dans une quête de soi déviante ou délinquante. Cependant, une chose est sûre, ils cherchent tous à s'éprouver pour se convaincre que la vie mérite d'être vécue. Et parce que la condition humaine est d'abord corporelle, bon nombre d'entre eux s'inscrivent dans une quête de soi mobilisant sensorialité et émotions. Certains cherchent ces états dans des pratiques déviantes (marge) comme par exemple dans des conduites automobiles dangereuses ou avec la consommation de psychotropes. D'autres trouvent à se nourrir sensoriellement et émotionnellement dans des pratiques plus traditionnelles (centre) parmi lesquelles le sport occupe une place de choix. Peu importe l'espace de pratique, l'objectif est le toujours le même : faire l'expérience collective d'un corps mis volontairement à mal pour devenir soi parmi les autres. Cette thèse propose de rendre compte de la manière dont la course à pied (et plus particulièrement les séances d’entrainement) constitue un de ces espaces où les adolescents viennent se cogner, se faire mal pour se construire une identité. Les résultats de ce travail de doctorat révèlent des individus faisant des douleurs sportives un moyen pour franchir sans heurt le cap de l'adolescence
Mentioning adolescence will often evoke negative representations. Indeed, crises, violence, marginal behaviours, denial of authority are always associated with this period of life. Teenagers build up their (new) identity as they mourn their childhood. Nevertheless, they are not all having borderline behaviours. In order to get out of this in-betweenness, they are not all seeking themselves in a deviant or delinquent way. In fact, they all certainly want to feel and to prove to themselves that life is worth living. And because humanity is above all a matter of body, lots of them seek themselves using their senses and feelings. Some of them may do it through risky activities (margin), such as dangerous driving or drug abuse. Yet, others find enough feelings in more conventional activities (center), among which sport has a prominent place. In the margins as well as in the center, the aim is the same: consciously and collectively hurting the body to become oneself. This thesis reports how running, especially through trainings, can be one of the spaces where teenagers experience pain. This way, they build up their identity. The results of this PHD bring to the fore these individuals who are using sports pain to live a smooth transition from adolescence to adulthood

La culture de la naissance peut être assimilée à un rituel de passage à la base de la construction identitairepour la mère et pour l’enfant. Cette transition est conçue de manière différente selon les contextesculturels.À partir d’un travail ethnographique au Portugal et dans l’Amazonie équatorienne, nous avons mis enévidence l’existence de trois systèmes de santé : le biomédical ou système officiel (qui se constituecomme tel à partir du XIX s.), le système traditionnel ou ancestral et le système alternatif (dans ce cas,incarné par les doulas).Autour de ces trois systèmes de santé se tisse une culture de la naissance porteuse, dans chaque cas, d’undiscours légitimant des pratiques présentées comme « adéquates » et les représentations associées.Malgré des différences importantes entre les procédures des protocoles médicaux – propres au systèmeofficiel de santé, au système traditionnel de santé et au système alternatif - pour la prise en charge del’accouchement, de l’alimentation pré-lactée (don du colostrum) et du postpartum, nous avons identifiédes points communs entre eux. Les frontières entre ces différents systèmes de santé, entre la tradition etla modernité, peuvent s’effacer ou demeurer floues.Les pratiques diverses sont associées à des représentations relatives à la mort, les corps, la douleur, lesparadigmes de santé et de maladie, la religion, la propreté et l’hygiène, les liens sociaux, entre autres
The culture of birth is a ritual of passage which is the basis of the construction of identity for the motherand for the child. This transition is conceived in different ways in distinct cultural contexts.Based on an ethnographic work in Portugal and the Amazonia of Ecuador, we have identified threeexisting health systems: biomedicine or the official system (which was constituted as “official” from the19th century onwards), the traditional system or ancestral system, and the alternative system (in this case,embodied by doulas).In the framework of these three health systems, a culture of birth is woven into a discourse legitimizingtheir practices, which are presented as "adequate", and their representations.Although there are important differences between the procedures of the medical protocols - specific tothe formal health system, to the traditional health system, and to the alternative system - for the deliveryof childbirth, for pre-lactated feeding (colostrum feed), and for postpartum, we also found bridgesbetween them.Sometimes the boundaries between these different health systems, between tradition and modernity, areeither disappeared or blurred.Various practices are associated with representations relating to death, bodies, pain, health and diseaseparadigms, religion, cleanliness and hygiene, social ties, among others

A presente dissertação apresenta o estudo desenvolvido que teve por objetivo analisar a produção dos documentos fotográficos produzidos pela Assessoria de Comunicação e Imprensa da Universidade Estadual Paulista “Julio de Mesquita Filho” - Unesp, no período de 1985 a 2008, questionando a gênese documental desses documentos. De modo específico, fez-se a categorização das funções e competências da Assessoria, por meio de documentos normativos da Universidade; como o mapeamento da produção dos documentos fotográficos, mediante análise documental e entrevistas; Além da análise das funções e atividades da assessoria apresentada pelo Plano de Classificação da Atividades-meio da Universidade em relação a produção dos documentos fotográficos. Com o intuito de alcançar a meta proposta, optou-se pelo desenvolvimento do método de pesquisa estudo de caso, sendo conduzido pela busca da ampliação das discussões em torno dos documentos fotográficos na perspectiva orgânica institucional. Inserido na Arquivologia o estudo aspirou contribuir para novas abordagens interdisciplinares sobre o fenômeno da gênese documental de documentos fotográficos produzidos institucionalmente, derivados de processos de trabalho. Entre os resultados apresenta-se pela ótica orgânica e funcional, a função da “Comunicação Institucional” assim como a subfunção de assessoria de imprensa e a atividade de produção de registro de imagem e som, resultados apresentados após a análise dos documentos normativos com plano de classificação das atividades-meio da universidade. Já o mapeamento do fluxo de produção dos documentos fotográficos possibilitou à compreensão da gênese documental que se desenvolve em torno das demandas de pautas fotográficas, A elaboração do fluxograma possibilitou a constatação que todos os documentos fotográficos produzidos eram arquivados pela assessoria. A comparação entre o Plano de classificação das atividades-meio da Universidade em relação à produção dos documentos fotográficos pela assessoria constatou-se que as atividades que deram origem ao documento fotográfico não foram contempladas no plano de classificação. Por fim, argumenta-se a necessidade dos estudos de diplomática/tipologia documental como perspectivas futuras sobre os estudos sobre espécies/tipos documentais fotográficas.
The current dissertation introduce the study developed with the purpose of analyze the photographic documents produced by the Communication and Press Office of the State University of São Paulo "Julio de Mesquita Filho" – Unesp, in the period of 1985 to 2008, questioning the documentary genesis of the documents. Specifically, the functions and competencies of the Press Office were categorized through normative documents of the University; Such as mapping the production of photographic documents, through documentary analysis and interviews; in addition to the analysis of the functions and activities of the Press Office presented by the Plan of Classification of the activities-middle of the University in relation to the production of the photographic documents. In order to achieve the proposed goal, the research method selected was the case study, being driven by the search increased of the discussions about photographic documents in the institutional organic perspective. Inserted in archival science the research aspired to contribute to new interdisciplinary approaches on the phenomenon of the documentary genesis of photographic documents produced institutionally, derived from work processes. Among the results is presented by the organic optical e functional view, the function of “Institutional Communication” as well as the sub-function of the press office and the activity of production of image and sound record, results presented after the analysis of the normative documents with the plan of the classification of university activities-middle. The mapping of the production flow of photographic documents allowed to understanding the documentary genesis that develops around the demands of photographic scripts. The flowchart elaboration allowed the confirmation that all photographic documents produced were archived by press office. The comparison between the Plan of classification of University activities-middle in relation to the production of photographic documents by the press office was verified that the activities that gave rise to the photographic documents were not contemplated in the classification plan. Finally, it is argued the need of diplomatic studies/documentary typology as future perspective on studies of form photographic.

Abstract:
Cette traversée freudienne du Commandement relit la valeur liminaire de la fonction de la dissociation psychique selon la nosologie du psychotraumatisme. Or, pour un même évènement, la réponse différentielle marginalise des sujets brisés à vie (pathologie), d’autres s’intégrant dans la charpente de l’institution et semblant ne pas être affectés. L’armée apparaît comme le théâtre d’une transmutation symbolique : les attaches psychiques intérieures sont organisées et contenues par un maillage protecteur et amortisseur institutionnel (fonction contenante d’une famille militaire) dans lequel grandit l’officier pour métamorphoser ses chaines (lien) en chênes (grade). Dissocier en pleine conscience plutôt que de cliver en toute inconscience comme le font la plupart des hommes est typique du chef. Le mécanisme opérant harmoniserait une alchimie respiratoire entre un inspir (la dissociation psychique / fonction de séparation paternelle) et un expir (la dialectisation / fonction matricielle maternelle). A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar a abordagem da Combinatória em orientações curriculares de documentos oficiais, em resultados de pesquisas e em livros didáticos do Ensino Fundamental e se há consonância entre as abordagens. A nossa fundamentação teórica discute sobre a importância de cada um destes elementos e sua relação com a Combinatória, além de nos apoiarmos na Teoria dos Campos Conceituais de Vergnaud (1986) para análise dos livros. Para tal foram analisados os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais de Matemática dos anos inicias e finais do Ensino Fundamental (BRASIL, 1997 e 1998) e Parâmetros Curriculares de Matemática para Educação Básica de Pernambuco (PERNAMBUCO, 2012). Analisamos também pesquisas recentes publicadas em eventos nacionais e internacionais ocorridos no Brasil no período de 2009 a 2013, as quais estudaram sobre sondagem de alunos e intervenções de ensino em Combinatória. O último elemento de análise foi o livro didático, na qual constaram coleções aprovados pelo PNLD 2013, dos anos iniciais e PNLD 2014, dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental. Neste sentido, apresentamos a análise da abordagem da Combinatória em cada um destes elementos, confrontando-os de forma gradativa à medida que cada elemento é apresentado. A partir dos resultados foi possível perceber que os documentos oficiais tratam claramente do ensino deste conteúdo desde o período de alfabetização matemática, envolvendo os quatro significados do conceito (produto cartesiano, arranjo, combinação e permutação), nos quais devem estar relacionados com os campos de Números e Operações e Tratamento da Informação. Além disso, orientam que ao longo de todo o Ensino Fundamental sejam utilizadas diferentes estratégias de resolução, que irão levar ao uso do principio fundamental da contagem nos anos finais, sem que haja a utilização de fórmulas. De forma semelhante, identificamos nos estudos recentes que desde cedo os alunos são capazes de resolver tais problemas, utilizando desenhos, listagem e árvores de possibilidades, por exemplo. Contudo, que precisam superar alguns obstáculos de resolução, relacionados à compreensão dos invariantes, elemento este que, segundo os estudos, precisam ser explicitados para os estudantes, por meio de um ensino sistemático, que vise também à organização das estratégias de resolução e o esgotamento de possibilidades. Desta forma, ao analisar os livros percebemos importantes relações da abordagem da Combinatória com os documentos e pesquisas, havendo, assim, consonância dos mesmos em vários dos aspectos analisados, tais como abordagem ao longo de todo o segmento do Ensino Fundamental, trabalho com os diferentes significados envolvidos no conceito, apoio nas variadas estratégias de resolução apresentadas por alunos e orientadas para o ensino, a sistematização da estratégia e o esgotamento de possibilidades para o desenvolvimento do raciocínio combinatório, superando o pensamento do provável para o possível. Contudo, a análise nos livros didáticos aponta a necessidade de maior atenção na abordagem da Combinatória nos anos iniciais, envolvendo todos os significados do conceito e relação com o Campo do Tratamento da Informação com a Probabilidade e a Estatística. Além de apresentar orientações mais concisas no manual do professor para o trabalho com este conteúdo.
This study aimed to analyze the approach of Combinatorics in curriculum guidelines of official documents in search engine results and teaching of elementary school books and if there is harmony between the approaches. Our theoretical framework discusses the importance of each of these elements and their relationship to Combinatorics, and rely upon the Theory of Conceptual Fields of Vergnaud (1986) for analysis of the books. For this purpose the analyzed National Curriculum Standards of Mathematics of the initial and final years of elementary school (BRAZIL, 1997 and 1998) and Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Basic Education of Pernambuco (Pernambuco, 2012). We also analyze recent research published in national and international events in Brazil in the 2009 to 2013 period, which studied on survey of students and teaching interventions in Combinatorics. The last element of analysis was the textbook, which consisted collections approved by PNLD 2013, the early years and PNLD 2014, the final years of elementary school. In this sense, we present the analysis of the combinatorial approach in each of these elements, confronting them gradually as each element is displayed. From the results it was observed that the official documents clearly address the teaching of this content from the period of mathematical literacy, involving the four concept meanings (Cartesian product, arrangement, combination and permutation), in which must be related to the fields of Numbers and Operations and Management of Information. In addition, guide you throughout elementary school are used different coping strategies, which will lead to the use of the fundamental principle of counting in the final years, without the use of formulas. Similarly, recent studies identify early students are able to solve such problems by using drawings, list and trees of possibilities, for example. However, they must overcome some resolution of obstacles related to the understanding of invariants, which element, according to the studies, need to be made for students through a systematic education, which also aims at the organization of solving strategies and depletion possibilities. Thus, when analyzing the books we see important relationships of the combinatorial approach to the documents and research, having thus keeping the same in several of the analyzed aspects such as approach throughout the primary school segment, working with different meanings involved in the concept, support in various resolution strategies presented by students-oriented teaching, systematization of the strategy and the exhaustion of possibilities for the development of logical thinking, surpassing thought likely to be. However, the analysis in textbooks points to the need for greater attention in addressing the Combinatorial in the early years, involving all the concept and meanings related to the treatment of the Field of Information to Probability and Statistics. In addition to presenting more concise guidance in the teacher's manual to work with this content.

An efficient document management brings various benefits, not only for professionals of the area but, mainly, for business managers who can use this information in their decision-making to enjoy competitive advantages on competitors. Having in mind that effectiveness is a constant pursuit for any company in order to achieve their strategic goals and improve the techniques which enable more productivity using fewer financial resources. In this sense, it was sought to apply the Lean office in the document file management of Santa Fé Company, once it is necessary to improve the current processes with less waste and more efficiency, with a view to the need to suit the client more efficiently before their information necessities. Regarding to the method used, it is characterized as a research-action in a quali-quantitative approach, classified as exploratory and descriptive. The data collection was held through a participative observation, a non-structured interview, and a focus group realization, in order to achieve greater participation of workers in the construction of a current value flow mapping, identifying possible improvements, which can be implemented in order to build the future flow mapping, which is ideal for the good performance of proceedings. The chosen sector to apply this research was the dispatch sector, once it presents some critical points and for being a sector with a high document file demand. Regarding to the research application, the following steps were performed: Training and worker awareness about the Lean thinking; VFM current state; VFM future state; Action plan and results evaluation and discussion. Among the obtained research results, it stands out in a quantitative way the reduction of waste, with significant gains of Lead Time, diminishing the time to process the activities and the time at which the material awaits to be processed. Financial gains were also obtained with a better use of resources and a redesigning of the way to keeping the documents. In a qualitative way, a better working environment is highlighted with visual management practices to information communication and increase of the service efficiency in bringing more customer satisfaction.
Uma gestão documental eficiente traz diversos benefícios, não apenas ao profissional, mas, principalmente, aos gestores das empresas que podem usufruir de tais informações nas tomadas de decisão para desfrutar de vantagens competitivas acerca dos concorrentes. Tendo em vista que a eficácia é uma busca constante de qualquer empresa a fim de atingir os objetivos estratégicos e melhorar as técnicas que possibilitem mais produtividade com o uso de menos recursos financeiros. Nesse sentido, buscou-se aplicar o Lean office na gestão de arquivos do Grupo Santa Fé, uma vez que é preciso melhorar os processos atuais, com menos desperdícios e mais eficiência, tendo em vista a necessidade de atender o cliente com mais eficácia diante de suas necessidades informacionais. Quanto ao método utilizado, caracteriza-se por ser uma pesquisa-ação, de abordagem quali-quantitativa, classificada como exploratória e descritiva. A coleta dos dados realizou-se por meio de observação participante, entrevista não estruturada e realização de um grupo focal, com objetivo de obter maior participação dos colaboradores na construção do mapeamento do fluxo de valor atual, identificando possíveis melhorias que podem ser implantadas para assim construir o mapeamento de fluxo futuro, ideal ao bom andamento dos processos. O setor escolhido para aplicação do estudo foi o despachante, por apresentar alguns pontos críticos e também por ser o setor que mais apresenta demanda documental do arquivo. Em relação à aplicação da pesquisa, seguiram-se os seguintes passos: Treinamento e conscientização dos colaboradores para o pensamento Lean; MFV estado atual; MFV - estado Futuro; Plano de ação e Avaliação e discussão dos resultados. Entre os resultados obtidos da pesquisa realizada, destaca-se, de forma quantitativa, a redução de desperdícios com ganhos significativos do Lead Time, diminuindo o tempo gasto para processar as atividades e tempo em que o material fica parado, esperando para ser processado. Ganhos financeiros também foram obtidos, com mais aproveitamento dos recursos e uma reformulação na forma de guardar os documentos. De forma qualitativa, destaca-se um melhor ambiente de trabalho com práticas da gestão visual para comunicação das informações e aumento da eficiência do serviço prestado, gerando mais satisfação do cliente.

In search of answers about the constitution of Portuguese language teaching, we analyzed in our study three official documents that regulate the curriculum of subject, namely: Curriculum Guides for teaching 1st grade - Portuguese (1975 - SP); Curriculum Proposal for Portuguese Language teaching - 1st grade (1988 - SP) and Lessons of Rio Grande (2009 - RS). Our main aim was to observe how is established the relation between Portuguese language teaching and knowledge of linguistics, in an official context. Thereunto, we construct our interpretation through close reading of documents in general, looking for concepts of language, grammar, LP teaching, and the concept of language. Through a socio-historical view in light of dialogic assumptions of Bakhtin Circle, we built our opposition to official documents, understood as historically situated utterances, which carry information about LP teaching and even the intentions of its producers towards privileged readers, the teachers. These concepts might reveal that the renovation of the LP teaching was formed, both in 1970, in 1980, as in 2000 on denial of traditional practices, based primarily on the teaching of traditional grammar. This opposition was taken discursively through several resources, revealing in all these materials, in one way or another, that the relation between linguistics and education would be the solution to renew LP teaching.We believe that the relation between knowledge of linguistics and LP teaching, demarcated in official documents, as Bunzen (2011) argues, is a facet of the history of LP subject that one which there was an emergency to bring studies the science of language to classroom.
Em busca de respostas sobre a constituição do ensino de Língua Portuguesa, analisamos, em nosso estudo, três documentos oficiais que regulamentaram o currículo dessa disciplina, a saber: Guias Curriculares para o ensino de 1º grau Língua Portuguesa (1975 SP); Proposta Curricular para o ensino de Língua Portuguesa 1º grau (1988 SP); e Lições do Rio Grande (2009 RS). Nosso objetivo principal foi observar como se estabelece a relação entre o ensino de Língua Portuguesa e os saberes da Linguística, em um âmbito oficial. Para isso, construímos nossa interpretação através da leitura minuciosa dos documentos em geral, à procura dos conceitos de língua, de gramática, de ensino de LP, e ora pelo conceito de linguagem. Através de uma visão sócio-histórica, à luz dos pressupostos dialógicos do Círculo de Bakhtin, construímos nossa contrapalavra aos documentos oficiais, entendidos como enunciados historicamente situados, que carregam informações sobre o ensino de LP e mesmo as intenções de seus produtores diante de seus leitores privilegiados, os professores. Tais conceitos puderam nos revelar que a renovação do ensino de LP se constituiu, tanto em 1970, em 1980, quanto nos anos 2000, pela negação das práticas tradicionais, baseadas, principalmente, no ensino da gramática tradicional. Essa oposição se deu, discursivamente, através de diversos recursos, revelando, em todos esses materiais, de um modo ou de outro, que a relação entre a Linguística e o ensino seria a solução para renovar o ensino de LP. Acreditamos que a relação entre os saberes da Linguística e o ensino de LP, demarcadas nos documentos oficiais, como defende Bunzen (2011), constitui uma faceta da história da disciplina LP - aquela em que houve uma emergência em trazer para a sala de aula os estudos da ciência da linguagem.

Based on the theoretical reference of Sociolinguistics, and constant approaches in the National Curriculum Parameters - NCP and the National Program of Didactic Books –NPDB, it is proposed to analysis of the definition and implementation of the assessment of language skills present in the language of test, codes and its technologies, in order to observe how the theories of language and language descriptions in the event in question are treated, based on the Labov studies (2008), Soares (1986), Faraco (2008), Bagno (2012), among others . Considering the language from the sociolinguistic conception as heterogeneous, multiple and in permanent construction we raised the questioning of how to treat this heterogeneity and mutation, in a closed and limited space in the case a selection examination (objective test of ENEM), which stipulates skills to be achieved and the means for this to occur. The analysis takes as corpus official documentation available to the candidates who provide the exam ie the Participant's guide, the Edital with standards for the process, and the tests from the years 2000 to 2012, with the aim of correlate the information contained in this material to public policies directed to basic education, more effectively to high school, and mainly discussing the treatment of linguistic variation through the propositions of continuous Bortoni-Ricardo (2004a). The analysis showed that there is a congruence as the requirements of official documents and the guiding rulers of the test, however, the observation of the questions showed how we still need to change for it to happen more effective variational approach in the ENEM and in the Portuguese language teaching.
Partindo do referencial teórico da Sociolinguística, e das abordagens constantes nos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais – PCN e do Programa Nacional do Livro Didático – PNLD, propõe-se a análise da definição e da implementação da avaliação das competências linguísticas presentes na prova de Linguagem, Códigos e suas Tecnologias, a fim de observar como são tratadas as teorias da língua e as descrições linguísticas na prova em questão, a partir dos estudos de Labov (2008), Soares (1986), Faraco (2008), Bagno (2012), entre outros. Considerando a língua, a partir da concepção sociolinguística, como heterogênea, múltipla e em permanente construção, levantamos o questionamento de como se tratar essa heterogeneidade e mutação, dentro de um espaço fechado e delimitado, no caso um exame de seleção (a prova objetiva do ENEM), que estipula competências a serem atingidas e os meios para que isso ocorra. A análise toma como corpus a documentação oficial à disposição dos candidatos que prestam o exame, a saber, o Guia do participante, o Edital com as normas para o processo, e as provas dos anos de 2000 a 2012, com o propósito de correlacionar as informações contidas nesse material às políticas públicas voltadas para educação básica, mais efetivamente ao Ensino Médio, e principalmente, discutir o tratamento da variação linguística através das proposições dos contínuos de Bortoni-Ricardo (2004a). A análise realizada demonstrou que existe uma congruência quanto as prescrições dos documentos oficiais e as normas orientadoras do exame, todavia, a observação das questões evidenciaram o quanto ainda é preciso de mudanças para que aconteça uma abordagem variacionista mais efetiva no ENEM e no ensino de Língua Portuguesa.

Este trabalho buscou analisar as possíveis articulações da abordagem de temas em torno da saúde no ensino de Biologia no Ensino Médio, contextualizando essa abordagem desde os documentos oficiais da educação até as práticas educativas que acontecem em uma escola pública, referentes a esse componente curricular. De natureza quali-quantitativa, esta pesquisa adotou a metodologia do tipo de estudo de caso, tendo como partícipes uma escola central de um município da fronteira oeste do Rio Grande do Sul e professores de Biologia que nela atuam. O método de análise utilizado nos materiais coletados foi a análise de conteúdo. Dos documentos oficiais analisados, um deles apresentou elementos suficientes que o identificasse como um importante documento que visa dar suporte pedagógico aos professores, trazendo possibilidades e exemplos, de fácil compreensão, em como trabalhar os assuntos relacionados à saúde no componente curricular de Biologia, e envolvendo outras áreas do conhecimento. Quanto às concepções e às recomendações a respeito da abordagem de temas alusivos à saúde, constatou-se que os aspectos biológicos e socioambientais, para as questões que envolvem à saúde, estão articulados em consonância nos documentos oficiais, nos documentos escolares e para a área das Ciências da Natureza (CN), bem como no ensino de Biologia. Isso demonstra a importância e a necessidade de se discutir os aspectos sociais para a construção do conhecimento com os estudantes, além dos biológicos, bem como a ampliação da percepção sobre saúde e os seus determinantes. Outro fato importante na pesquisa foi que a maior parte das concepções analisadas nos registros dos documentos oficias da educação e dos documentos escolares estudados estão pautados, prioritariamente, na promoção da Literacia em saúde. Além disso, percebeu-se a existência de distintas concepções de saúde nos diferentes materiais de estudo, embora cada uma ressaltou as suas teorias e epistemologias, todas assinalam caraterísticas e elementos essenciais para entender e perceber a importância da abordagem de temas relativos à saúde dentro do contexto escolar. Também, notou-se que a escola estudada é vista como um espaço importante para estimular discussões em torno da saúde, associando o ensino de Biologia como uma área essencial para trabalhar os diversos assuntos relacionados à saúde em sala de aula com os estudantes. Espera-se que os conhecimentos atuais e mais relevantes em relação à saúde, traçados na escola e trabalhados no ensino de Biologia, sejam contemplados e considerados, com mais ênfase, na elaboração dos documentos oficiais estudados, bem como as diversas problemáticas que cercam as práticas de vida dos estudantes, os quais carecem de maiores esclarecimentos e orientações a respeito da abordagem de temas relacionados à saúde no contexto do Ensino Médio.
This study aims to analyse possible articulations of health themes approach in Biology teaching on High School, contextualizing this approach since official education documents until educational practices that happens at a public school, in relation this curriculum component. With qualitative and quantitative nature, this research adopted a methodology of type case study, having as participants a central school of front county Rio Grande do Sul State and its Biology teachers. The analyse method used in materials collected are content analysis. One of official documents analysed presents sufficient elements that identifies it as an important document that aim to give pedagogical support to teacher, bringing possibilities and examples of easy understanding in how to work issues relational to health in Biology, and involving others knowledge areas. About conceptions, recommendations regarding of health issue approach, we verify that socio-environmental, and biologic aspects has articulated in consonance on official documents, scholar documents and to Science Nature (SN) area, as well in Biology teaching. This demonstrate the importance and necessity of argue the social aspect for as knowledge construction with students, besides biological, as too enlargement of perception about health and its determinants. Other research important fact was that main part of conceptions analysed in education official and scholar documents registers, it primarily based in health literacy promotion. Beside this, we perceive existence of different health conceptions in the study materials, although each one evidence its theories and epistemologies, all of it appoints characteristics and elements essentials for understanding and perceiving the importance of health issue approach in of scholar context. In addition, we notes researched school it has seen as unique space for encouraging argue around of health, associating Biology teaching as one essential area for working several health themes in classroom with students. It will expected that current and more relevant health knowledge, traced on school and in Biology teaching, it might be contemplate and considered in the studied official documents elaboration with more emphasis, as well the different issues around students’ lifestyle, which needs major clarifications and orientations about health issue approach in High School context.

This study had the purpose to investigate the official documents that rules the Sex Education in Brazil and Portugal. The importance of this theme is in the need to deepen the discussions and studies in the scope of sex education, since there are difficulties, limitations and misconceptions faced and-or committed by teachers and education professionals within the school spaces, which show plurality, diversity and cultural and social specificities. To this end, laws were investigated, parameters and other relevant documents to this theme. For the accomplishment of this study, it was discussed about education, school spaces, sexuality, sex education, family planning, politics, state, government, neo-liberalism and capitalism. This is a dialectical research, more specifically a documentary research guided by a bibliographic survey and reflections concerning the level at which Sexual Education is being developed in Brazil and Portugal. As theoretical foundation is: Foucault (1988, 2011), Nunes (1987, 2010), Arendt (2002, 2004, 2007), Campos (2005), Bobbio; Metteucci e Pasquino (1998), Louro (2000), Saviani (1991), Vaz (1996), Moizés (2010), César (2009) e Suplicy (1983). The documentation survey was conducted in 2015 and in the first three months of 2016. The data tabulated, was drawn up in six analysis tables: the first three refers to documents that states the context of sexuality and sexual education in school spaces in Brazil. Federal Constitution (1988); Statute of the Child and Adolescent (Law 8.069 - 1990); Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (Law 9.394 - 1996); Statute of the Person with Special Needs (Law No. 13,146 - 2015) and National Curricular Parameters - Sexual Orientation. The last three tables relates to specific laws of national character in the perspective of sexuality and sexual education in Portugal: Sex Education and Family Planning (Law No. 3-1984); Guarantee the Right to Reproductive Health (Law No. 120-1999) and Polity of Sexual Education Applied in Schools (Law No. 60-2009). The survey pointed to contemporary issues from historical uprisings precursor to the current sexual education, as biologizing and hygienist human sexuality and the principles of the Declaration of Sexual Rights (WAS). The analysis was directed to advances and limitations about the current reality in sex education in school spaces and influences of the sexual constitution of the human being in its totality. It is suggested the need of more studies, researches and ongoing dialogues and with systematization for research standards to be established and possible appropriation of what was positive and beneficial in a certain country with a view to implement in another. Brazil, for example, can analyze actions of the Sexual Orientation Council and the methods of sexual education coordinator implemented in Portuguese territory.
Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar os documentos oficiais que regem a Educação Sexual no Brasil e em Portugal. A importância dessa temática encontra-se na necessidade de aprofundar as discussões e estudos no âmbito da Educação Sexual, visto que há dificuldades, limitações e equívocos enfrentados e-ou cometidos pelos professores e profissionais da educação dentro dos espaços escolares, os quais apresentam pluralidade, diversidade e especificidades culturais e sociais. Para tal, foram investigadas leis, parâmetros e outros documentos pertinentes à temática. Para efetivação deste estudo, discutiu-se sobre educação, espaços escolares, sexualidade, Educação Sexual, planejamento familiar, política, Estado, governo, neoliberalismo e capitalismo. Esta é uma pesquisa de caráter dialético, mais especificamente uma pesquisa documental norteada por um levantamento bibliográfico e reflexões referentes ao nível em que se encontra a construção da Educação Sexual no Brasil e em Portugal. Teve como embasamento teóricos como: Foucault (1988, 2011), Nunes (1987, 2010), Arendt (2002, 2004, 2007), Campos (2005), Bobbio; Metteucci e Pasquino (1998), Louro (2000), Saviani (1991), Vaz (1996), Moizés (2010), César (2009) e Suplicy (1983). O levantamento documental foi realizado no ano de 2015 e nos três primeiros meses de 2016. Dos dados tabulados, foram elaborados seis (6) quadros de análise: os três primeiros referemse aos documentos que perpassam o âmbito da sexualidade e da Educação Sexual em espaços escolares no território brasileiro - Constituição Federal (1988); Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (Lei 8.069-1990); Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (Lei 9.394-1996); Estatuto da Pessoa com Necessidades Especiais (Lei nº 13.146-2015) e Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais Orientação Sexual.Já os três últimos quadros referem-se a leis específicas de caráter nacional na perspectiva da sexualidade e da Educação Sexual em Portugal: Educação Sexual e Planejamento Familiar (Lei nº 3-1984); Garantia do Direito à Saúde Reprodutiva (Lei nº 120-1999) e Regime de Aplicação da Educação Sexual em Meio Escolar (Lei nº 60-2009). A pesquisa apontou para questões contemporâneas a partir de levantes históricos precursores da atual Educação Sexual, como a sexualidade humana biologizante e higienista e os princípios da Declaração dos Direitos Sexuais (WAS). A análise direcionou-se para avanços e limitações acerca da realidade da atual Educação Sexual nos espaços escolares e para influências da constituição sexual do ser humano em sua globalidade. Sugere-se a necessidade de mais estudos, pesquisas e diálogos continuados e com sistematizações para que sejam estabelecidos padrões de pesquisas e possíveis apropriações do que foi positivo e benéfico em determinado país com vistas à implementação em outro. O Brasil, por exemplo,pode analisar ações dos Gabinetes de Orientação Sexual e da modalidade de coordenador de Educação Sexual implementados no território português.

Resumo: Essa dissertação tem como objetivo investigar as habilidades em potencial do Pensamento Computacional no contexto da Educação Matemática no quesito das questões de Matemática dos vestibulares do estado de São Paulo, ENEM e dos documentos oficiais. Além disso, pretende contribuir com a discussão sobre o papel ou não do Pensamento Computacional na Educação Básica. Isso porque muitas habilidades estão próximas de conceitos matemáticos e o processo de ensino e aprendizagem através do Pensamento Computacional pode contribuir com o desempenho de estudantes da Educação Básica. A importância de se buscar uma melhora no desempenho dos estudantes é baseada na avaliação realizada pelo Programa Internacional de Avaliação de Alunos (PISA 2015) que apontou uma grande dificuldade por parte de estudantes em questões que exigem conclusões diretas e fórmulas básicas, sendo que sua maioria está cursando o Ensino Médio e buscando o ingresso no Ensino Superior. A partir disso, essa pesquisa explora argumentos para justificar a inclusão das habilidades do Pensamento Computacional na Educação Básica, especificamente na disciplina de Matemática. Enquadrando-se como uma pesquisa qualitativa, essa investigação utilizou da metodologia de Análise de Conteúdo para analisar os documentos oficiais como complemento de possíveis habilidades em potencial do Pensamento Computacional exploradas nestes. Abstract: This dissertation aims to investigate the potential skills of Computational Thinking in the context of Mathematics Education in the area of Mathematics questions regarding the admission exams of the São Paulo state universities, the ENEM and the official documents. In addition, it intends to contribute to the discussion about the role, or not, of Computational Thinking in Basic Education, because many skills are close to mathematical concepts and the process of teaching and learning through Computational Thinking can contribute to the performance of Basic Education students. The importance of seeking an improvement in student performance is based on the assessment carried out by the International Student Assessment Program (PISA 2015), which pointed out that students face great difficulty in issues that consider basic guidelines and formulas, the majority of whom are attending High School and trying to join Higher Education. Based on that, this research explores arguments to justify the inclusion of Computational Thinking skills in Basic Education, specifically in the Mathematics subject. Being a qualitative research, this investigation used the Content Analysis methodology to analyze the official documents as a complement to the potential Computational Thinking skills explored by them. The aim of this study is to verify how teachers formation in their writing process interferes with their strategies in classroom. The investigation of documents and support materials produced from 1978 to 2008, decade by decade, in order to recognize the approach writing production in different historical contexts makes up the documentary research. National and state contexts study comes first of these documents analysis. Questionnaires applied to teachers and students and its analysis lead to some possibilities of relationship changes among teachers, students and written production. António Nóvoa and Donald Schön underlie both aspects related to questionnaires responses and reports on the process of educators knowledge.
O objetivo deste trabalho é verificar como a formação de professores em seu processo de escrita interfere em suas estratégias em sala de aula. Investigar documentos e materiais de apoio produzidos desde 1978 até 2008, década a década, visando reconhecer a abordagem da produção escrita em diferentes contextos históricos compõe a pesquisa documental. À análise desses documentos precede o estudo dos contextos nacional e estadual. Questionários aplicados a professores e a estudantes e análise desse material encaminham a algumas possibilidades de alteração na relação entre professores, alunos e a produção escrita. António Nóvoa e Donald Schön fundamentam aspectos tanto relacionados às respostas dos questionários e relatos quanto ao processo de formação de educadores.

Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to elucidate which issues that are portrayed as external threats during a disarmament process versus an armament process in Sweden by studying two Defence Committee reports. To understand what is portrayed as external threats, an analysis of both reports and a comparison between them have been made. The research question for this thesis is: How are external threats portrayed in Defence Committee reports during a disarmament process versus an armament process? A qualitative text analysis is made with Carol Bacchi’s WPR method combined with the theory of securitization to analyse the material. The material consists of two Defence Committee reports, one from 2003 and one from 2019 to represent disarmament and rearmament. Previous research of Sweden’s disarmament process has shown that Russia is the main objective affecting Swedish defence policy. However, this thesis concludes that representation of the stability of the world order is affected by the United States being portrayed as reliable in case of conflict which affects the Defence Committee’s representation of external threats.

This study investigates the current process and structure of Portuguese Language teaching in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, based on three official documents published in the 1990‟s and in the first decade of the 21st century, in order to identify which guidelines have been adopted through official channels for the purposes of teaching. Besides this main objective, we looked for specific objectives: identifying the context and the conditions of production in which these documents are inserted; understanding its theoretical and methodological basis and the conceptions of langue, language and language teaching advocated in the texts; verifying how the discursive voices which organize such discourse articulate; knowing what dialogic relations these texts hold among themselves; investigating what image of the Portuguese teacher is built by the official voice. In order to make this research, we based our theoretical and methodological presuppositions on studies of the Bakhtin Circle. In the speeches found within each document, it was possible to conclude, in general, that the guidelines for teaching Portuguese are based on the social interaction approach for langue and language, and on a teaching method focused on these conceptions, thus distinguishing this method from a traditional concept of this teaching. It was also possible to conclude that this orientation is guided mainly by economical, social and political purposes.
Este estudo investiga o processo de constituição do ensino de Língua Portuguesa, no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, tomando por base três documentos oficiais, publicados na década de 1990 e primeira década do século XXI, na tentativa de conhecer que orientação tem sido dada a esse ensino pela via oficial. Além desse objetivo geral, procuramos atingir alguns objetivos específicos: identificar o contexto e as condições de produção em que esses documentos se inserem; depreender suas bases teórico-metodológicas e as concepções de língua, linguagem e ensino de língua defendidas nos textos; verificar como se articulam as vozes discursivas que organizam esse discurso; conhecer que relações dialógicas esses textos mantêm entre si; investigar que imagem do professor de Língua Portuguesa é construída pela voz oficial. Para a realização da pesquisa, nos ancoramos nos pressupostos teórico-metodológicos delineados pelos estudos do Círculo de Bakhtin. No entrecruzamento dos discursos produzidos em cada documento, foi possível concluir, de forma geral, que a orientação do ensino de Língua Portuguesa se baseia na concepção de língua e linguagem de abordagem sócio-interacionista, e num ensino de língua calcado nessas concepções, afastando, desse modo, uma concepção tradicional desse ensino; foi possível concluir também que essa orientação se pauta por (e principalmente) propósitos políticos, sociais e econômicos.

This thesis presents a survey guided by the question: In practice, the Mathematical Modeling contemplates points presented in official curriculum proposals? From this issue, seeks to highlight possible links between the mathematical modeling in practice and official curriculum documents, favorable to working with this methodology, providing theoretical support for teachers who have adopted, or plan to adopt, the mathematical modeling in their teaching practices, and are among some of the obstacles to this, the need to break the traditional way of how the curriculum is worked and, often, the non-acceptance of this methodology by the school community who does not realize immediately the potential of Mathematical Modeling. For the lifting of these joints the present work brings a discussion of the Mathematical Modeling in Mathematics Education, a brief description of the National Curriculum Parameters (PCN) and the draft of the Curriculum Common National Base (BNCC) of focused way to Mathematics discipline in final years of elementary school. Two practices with mathematical modeling, performed by the author, are also described, and finally, the joints identified between the mathematical modeling and the official curriculum documents, PCN and BNCC are listed from the three pillars that support the research: the theoretical framework on Mathematical Modeling; the official curriculum documents that were selected for this study, PCN and BNCC; and the two experiments with mathematical modeling reported. As a result of the interpretations of this research, it is clear that multiple joints can be listed among the Mathematical Modeling in practice and two official curriculum documents, PCN and BNCC, which are favorable to working with the methodology in question, and that the adoption of Mathematical Modeling for basic education teachers can enable an improvement in the teaching and learning of mathematics today, as legitimately proposals found in the NCP and BNCC.
Nesta dissertação é apresentada uma pesquisa norteada pela questão: Na prática, a Modelagem Matemática contempla pontos apresentados em propostas curriculares oficiais? A partir dessa questão, procura-se evidenciar possíveis articulações entre a Modelagem Matemática na prática e documentos curriculares oficiais, favoráveis ao trabalho com essa metodologia, oferecendo respaldo teórico para professores que adotam, ou pretendem adotar, a Modelagem Matemática em suas práticas docentes, e encontram, entre alguns dos obstáculos para isso, a necessidade de quebrar a forma tradicional de como o currículo é trabalhado e, muitas vezes, a não aceitação dessa metodologia por parte da comunidade escolar que não percebe de imediato as potencialidades da Modelagem Matemática. Para o levantamento destas articulações o presente trabalho traz uma abordagem sobre a Modelagem Matemática na Educação Matemática, uma breve descrição dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN) e da versão preliminar da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), de forma voltada à disciplina de Matemática nos anos finais do ensino fundamental. Duas práticas com a Modelagem Matemática, realizadas por este autor, também são descritas, e por fim, as articulações identificadas entre a Modelagem Matemática e os documentos curriculares oficiais, PCN e BNCC, são elencadas a partir dos três pilares que fundamentam a pesquisa: o referencial teórico sobre a Modelagem Matemática; os documentos curriculares oficiais que foram selecionados para este estudo, PCN e BNCC; e as duas experiências com a Modelagem Matemática relatadas. Como resultados das interpretações desta pesquisa, ficam evidentes que várias articulações podem ser elencadas entre a Modelagem Matemática na prática e os dois documentos curriculares oficiais, PCN e BNCC, sendo estas favoráveis ao trabalho com a metodologia em questão, e que a adoção da Modelagem Matemática, por professores da educação básica, pode possibilitar uma melhora no processo de ensino e de aprendizagem da Matemática na atualidade, correspondendo assim às propostas encontradas nos PCN e BNCC.

O último Censo Demográfico realizado pelo IBGE (2010) com a população indígena brasileira revelou uma ampla diversidade étnica e linguística no país, com estimados 305 povos indígenas e 274 línguas faladas. A despeito dessa diversidade, desde os anos 70, os índios brasileiros têm se mobilizado e assumido um papel cada vez mais proeminente no cenário político, tanto a nível local como nacional. Nesse contexto, a Constituição Federal (CF) de 1988 consolidou o direito dos povos indígenas aos territórios que tradicionalmente ocupam e o reconhecimento de suas especificidades étnico-culturais. A CF/88 estabeleceu a base às legislações indigenistas posteriores de saúde indígena e educação escolar indígena, sobre as quais trata a presente pesquisa. Assim, este estudo objetivou examinar a Portaria nº 254/02 do Ministério da Saúde (MS) – que aprovou a Política Nacional de Atenção à Saúde dos Povos Indígenas (PNASPI) – e o Decreto nº 6.861/09 – que organizou a educação escolar indígena em territórios etnoeducacionais (TEE) – sob a perspectiva das contingências de reforço. Com esse exame, o qual tomou como modelo estudos de outros analistas do comportamento que se debruçaram sobre outros textos legais (CARVALHO, 2013; KUBO; BOTOMÉ, 2002; MARTINS, 2009; SANTOS et al., 2009; TODOROV et al., 2004), pretendeu-se ponderar acerca de alguns dos limites e possibilidades desses documentos, no sentido de quão claras eram suas proposições. Reconheço que o comportamento daqueles em condições de aplicar as recomendações da Portaria e do Decreto presumivelmente não está apenas sob controle do que consta nesses documentos. Contudo, esse reconhecimento não deve diminuir a importância da busca por uma maior clareza na redação desses textos, visto que tais textos também constituem fontes importantes de variáveis a exercer controle sobre o comportamento daqueles a quem eles se destinam. Da leitura do primeiro texto foram inferidas 37 contingências, as quais foram agrupadas, depois dessas inferências, em cinco categorias: organização infraestrutural do modelo de atenção à saúde dos povos indígenas; diretrizes concernentes à atuação profissional de membros das Equipes Multidisciplinares de Saúde Indígena (EMSI); relações entre os territórios indígenas e a questão da saúde; ações específicas em situações especiais e responsabilidades institucionais. Do segundo texto foram inferidas 13 contingências, as quais foram agrupadas, depois dessas inferências, em três categorias: organização do modelo da educação escolar indígena; escolas indígenas e financiamento. A partir do exame feito, o qual foi incipiente e não se arrogou a pretensão de esgotar o assunto, argumentou-se que, embora os documentos objeto de exame representassem avanços importantes em seus respectivos campos, a Portaria sistematizando as recomendações das I, II e III Conferências Nacionais de Saúde Indígena e o Decreto propondo uma inovação da organização do modelo de educação escolar indígena, como limites de ambos os documentos, eles são pouco operacionalizados, ocasionalmente carecendo de explicitação dos três termos de uma contingência e empregando termos gerais, vagos e/ou imprecisos, os quais, como ressaltam Santos et al. (2009), podem impor dificuldades àqueles a quem se destinam as orientações.
The last Demographic Census made by IBGE (2010) with brazilian indigenous people revealed a large ethnic and linguistic diversity, estimating 305 indigenous people and 274 spoken languages. Despite this diversity, since the 70’s, Brazilian Indians have been mobilized themselves and assumed a prominent role in the political arena, both in local and national levels. In this context, the Federal Constitution of 1988 has consolidated the indigenous right concerning to the land that indigenous people traditionally occupy and their ethnical specificities. The Federal Constitution of 1988 established the bases for the formulation of later indigenous legislations concerning to indigenous health and indigenous scholar education, themes of this research. In this sense, this research aimed to examine the Ordinance nº 254/02 – which has approved the National Policy of Indigenous Health – and the Ordinance nº 6.861/09 – which organized the indigenous scholar education in terms of ethnoeducational territories – based on contingency analysis. With this examination, which took as a model studies made by other behavior analysts upon other legal documents (CARVALHO, 2013; KUBO; BOTOMÉ, 2002; MARTINS, 2009; SANTOS et al., 2009; TODOROV et al., 2004), it was hoped to consider some limits and possibilities of both documents, in the sense of how clear were their propositions. I recognize that the behavior of those in conditions to apply the recommendations of both Ordinances presumably is not controlled only by what is written on these legal documents. Nevertheless, this recognition is not reason to diminish the importance of legal texts being clear, since these texts constitute important sources of variables which may control the behavior of those for whom these documents are. The reading of the first text allowed infer 37 contingencies, which were divided, after these inferences, into five categories: infrastructure organization of the model of health attention to indigenous people; guidelines regarding the professional performance of members of the Multidisciplinary Indigenous Health Team; relations between indigenous territories and health; specific actions in special situations, and institutional responsibilities. The second text allowed infer 13 contingencies, divided, after these inferences, into three categories: organization of indigenous scholar education in terms of ethnoeducational territories; indigenous schools, and financing. Based on the exam made, which was incipient and did not arrogate the claim to exhaust the subject, it was argued that, despite both documents represent important advances with respect to their respective areas, the Ordinance nº 254/02 systematizing the recommendations of the I, II and III National Conferences of Indigenous Health and the Ordinance nº 6.861/09 presenting an innovative proposal of organization of the model of indigenous scholar education in terms of ethnoeducational territories, nevertheless, as a limit of both documents, they are little operationalized, occasionally lacking the explanation of the three terms of a contingency and using general, vague and/or imprecise terms, which, according to Santos et al. (2009), can impose difficulties on those for whom the guidelines are.

Le nombre d'élèves immigrants dans les écoles secondaires au Québec est croissant. L'école joue un rôle important dans l'acclimatation de ces jeunes, car elle représente le lieu où ils seront le plus exposés au contact avec la société d'accueil. La présente recherche de maîtrise avait pour but de dégager les postures du gouvernement québécois et du milieu universitaire concernant l'acculturation des immigrants fréquentant les écoles secondaires, au niveau de la province de Québec et, plus spécifiquement, de la ville de Sherbrooke. Les résultats indiquent une orientation d'intégration du côté gouvernemental, même si quelques traits assimilationnistes sont visibles. Les documents scientifiques communiquent une orientation d'individualisme. Les deux types de document [i.e. documents] considèrent que la socialisation est le rôle principal de l'école auprès de l'élève immigrant, ce qui les conduirait vers une intégration réussie. Toutefois, les définitions de ce que sont la socialisation et l'intégration pour l'ensemble du corpus restent absentes ou contradictoires.

Abstract:
Baxter Dade Division is a U.S. manufacturer of diagnostic healthcare equipment and supplies. As a result of the introduction of a new series of technology products, sales revenue and production volumes have grown considerably in recent years. The problem facing this organization was that existing manufacturing specification documentation systems could not keep pace with recent production volume increases. The resultant system inefficiencies manifested themselves in delays in the implementation of instruction revisions, inconsistencies in specifications between distributed plant facilities, and a significant increase in the cost of clerical staff to administer documentation processing. To address these problems, this work focused on the definition, design, and selection of an automated documentation system with a central library of production specifications accessible to all plants via an interactive computer inquiry methodology. To solve these problems a computer based Electronic Documentation System was proposed to expedite the processing of manufacturing specifications. Specific tasks included the development of an Electronic Documentation System requirements definition, a conceptual design of a software application that satisfied these requirements, a review of market available systems, and a final recommendation to senior management of a cost effective and efficient system solution to the documentation issues. All recommendations presented as a result of this study were approved by Baxter Dade Division senior management and are currently being implemented. The organization has recently hired a Data Base Administrator to oversee the development and on-going processing of this new system. Reduced paper work processing, faster manufacturing specification through-put, and better documentation revision control will result as this system is introduced.

This work was developed in the Program of Postgraduate Studies in Educational Technology Network, Professional Masters in Research Line Educational Development of Educational Technologies Network. The objective is to innovate in the provision of training mediated by Educational Technologies Network (ETN) through a MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses - Online Open Courses and Massive) for Moodle (Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Enviroment). This research is justified by the fact that values training networking, promoting to the modality of Distance Education. To develop this work, it was adopt the research-action, resulting in the achievement of a vocational training via MOOC for improving the production of official documents in LibreOffice Writer. The product produced was Teaching Material for MOOC which was implemented in two phases: 1) module pilot in order to verify that the didactic and methodological organization of the course was well underway for the completion of the course; and, 2) MOOC, in order to promote not only training, but also the improvement of knowledge of the official texts in LibreOffice Writer. After analyzing the data collected in the pilot module, it was found that the teaching material and the strategy adopted to address the official writing in LibreOffice Writer were understood and were in accordance with the training needs of those involved. Analysis of the data obtained in the evaluation of research MOOC and its hypermedia courseware, realized that both provided the teaching-learning process mediated by educational technology network, in order to promote not only training, but also the improvement knowledge about the official writing in LibreOffice Writer. It was considered that the proposed objectives were included in the following measure: the "promote vocational training network through a MOOC writing of official documents in LibreOffice Writer, with hypermedia courseware" successful, since training was promoted network considered by course participants as excellent; 2) to "disseminate and encourage the integration of LibreOffice Writer to professional practices" has been satisfactorily met, since the course participants have expressed interest in joining this program to their practices; and 3) to "explore the potential of LibreOffice Writer to produce texts by hypermedia courseware" it was successful, as the course participants considered it great. Therefore, MOOC, it expands the supply of training mediated educational technology network, which, in addition to enabling access to a large number of participants, is a potentiating tool, through the practice of freedom, innovation vocational training network.
Esta dissertação foi desenvolvida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Tecnologias Educacionais em Rede, Mestrado Profissional na Linha de Pesquisa de Desenvolvimento de Tecnologias Educacionais em Rede. Objetiva-se inovar na oferta de formação mediada pelas Tecnologias Educacionais em Rede (TER) através de um MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses - Cursos On-line Abertos e Massivos), pela plataforma Moodle (Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Enviroment). Esta pesquisa se justifica pelo fato de que valoriza a formação profissional em rede, promovendo-a pela modalidade de Educação a Distância (EAD). Para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho, adotou-se a pesquisa-ação, que implicou na realização de uma formação profissional via MOOC para o melhoramento da produção de documentos oficiais em Libreoficce Writer. Da análise dos dados obtidos na pesquisa de avaliação do MOOC e do seu material didático hipermídia, percebeuse que ambos proporcionaram processo de ensino-aprendizagem mediado pelas tecnologias educacionais em rede, com vistas a promover não só a formação profissional, mas também o aprimoramento de conhecimentos acerca da redação oficial em LibreOfffice Writer. Considerou-se que os objetivos propostos foram contemplados na seguinte medida: o de promover a formação profissional em rede através de um MOOC de redação de textos oficiais em LibreOffice Writer, com material didático hipermídia bem-sucedido, visto que foi promovida uma formação em rede considerada pelos cursistas como excelente; 2) o de disseminar e incentivar a integração do LibreOffice Writer às práticas profissionais foi atingido de forma satisfatória, uma vez que os cursistas manifestaram interesse em integrar este programa às suas práticas; e 3) o de explorar o potencial do LibreOffice Writer para a produção de textos por meio de material didático hipermídia foi bem-sucedido, dado que os cursistas o consideraram ótimo. Portanto, MOOC, expande a oferta de formação mediada por tecnologias educacionais em rede, que, além de possibilitar o acesso a um grande número de participantes, é uma ferramenta potencializadora para, através da prática da liberdade, inovar a formação profissional em rede.

Este trabalho pretende investigar se há uma coerência entre a perspectiva teórica de gêneros presente nos documentos oficiais e a abordagem adotada pelo manual escolar, buscando assim analisar como se dá a articulação entre teorias linguísticas de gênero, documentos oficiais e livro didático. Nosso foco de análise é o ensino de língua estrangeira - Inglês, especificamente nos anos finais do nível fundamental. Quanto à metodologia, nossa pesquisa está pautada na abordagem qualitativa, e o método de análise é a pesquisa documental. Analisamos os seguintes documentos oficiais relevantes à pesquisa: Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN) e Programa Nacional do Livro Didático (PNLD) de Língua Estrangeira Moderna 2011. A outra fonte documental é a coleção didática Links: English for teens, aprovada no PNLD 2011. Ao longo do estudo, baseamo-nos em alguns conceitos-chave das teorias linguísticas de gênero, seguindo principalmente a perspectiva sociodiscursiva de Bakhtin e os desdobramentos didático-pedagógicos do Grupo de Genebra (Dolz, Schneuwly, especialmente). Recorremos também a estudos sobre o lugar do livro didático no ensino de língua estrangeira. Os resultados obtidos sinalizam incongruências entre a teoria apresentada nos documentos oficiais e sua transposição didática no manual escolar.
This paper aims at investigating whether there is a consistency between the theoretical perspective of genre in official documents and the approach adopted by the textbook, thus seeking to analyze how is the relationship between linguistic theories of genre, official documents and textbook. Our analytical focus is the teaching of foreign language - English, especially in the final years of the fundamental level. Regarding the methodology, our research is based on the qualitative approach, and the method of analysis is the documentary research. We analyze the following official documents relevant to research: the National Curriculum Parameters (PCN) and the National Textbook Program (PNLD) for Modern Foreign Language in 2011. The other documentary source is the didactic collection Links: English for teens, approved in PNLD 2011. Throughout the study, we drew on some key concepts of the linguistic theories of genre, mainly following the sociodiscursive perspective of Bakhtin and the didactic pedagogical developments of the Geneva Group (Dolz, Schneuwly, especially). We also use the studies on the place of the textbook in teaching a foreign language. The findings highlight inconsistencies between the theory presented in official documents and its didactic transposition in the textbook.

La thèse repose sur l'approche et la création des Associations à caractère militaire. Elle montre d'abord l'émergence du patriotisme mosellan durant la première annexion entre 1871 et 1918, l'engagement intensif des cadres de réserve lors de la Grande guerre, le point de départ du mouvement associatif des années 1920, les difficultés de la société militaire de l'entre-deux guerres et la mise en place des statuts juridiques et militaires : l'ensemble s'englobant dans un contexte de crises successives et de restructuration de l'armée d'active après les événements d'Algérie où les associations d'OR et de SOR, leur caractère juridique où la loi française de 1901 n'est pas applicable en Moselle. Il est donc essentiel de montrer que le recrutement, les activités, l'importance des Congrès nationaux, mais aussi l'expansion des critères industriels au début des années 1950 ne font qu'amplifier ce phénomène ascendant. Puis, dans un monde associatif parvenu au paroxysme de sa puissance au début des années 1980, expliquer que désormais les acquis des adhérents semblent illusoires et ne répondent plus à la réalité. Enfin, admettre qu'avec la suspension de la conscription, les Associations entament une longue traversée du désert et qu'elles sombrent progressivement dans l'anonymat, dans la période où les bouleversements extrêmes proviennent autant de l'armée d'active que de la réserve
The thesis rests on the approach and the creation of Associations in military matter. It shows initially th emergence of patriotism native of the Moselle region during the first annexation between 1871 and 1918, the intensive engagement of the executives of reserve at the time of difficulties of the military compagny of inter-war period and the installation of the legal and military statutes ; the unit being included in a contexte of successive crises and reorganization of the army of active after events of algeria where Associations will acquire and sit their power. In this particular context, one discovers the importance of associations of Or and SOR, their legal character where the French law of 1901 is not applicable in the Moselle. It is this essential to show that recruitment, the activities, the importance of the national congresses, but also the expansion of the industrial criteria at the beginning of the years 1950 do nothing but amplify the ascending phenomenon. Then, in an associative world arrived at the paroxysm of its power at the beginning of the years 1980, to explain that from now on the assets of the members seem illusory and do not answer reality any more. Lastly, to admit that with the suspension of the conscription, Associations start a long crossing of the desert and that they sink gradually in anonymity, dining on time when the xtreme upheavals come as much from the army from active as of the reserve

ENGLISH ABSTRACT: China‘s rise as an economic superpower has had important consequences for its relations with African countries over the past 10-15 years. Not only were these relations thoroughly reviewed and significantly increased, but China also adopted a new cooperation policy that its administration describes as being based on mutual benefits and win-win economic collaboration. However, there is a sceptical public opinion in Africa and also in some developed countries about China‘s current engagement with African countries, and in particular with countries from the sub-Saharan region. In fact, China is frequently accused of acting as a new colonizing power and of increasing its relations with African countries simply as a strategy to achieve higher power-politics status and to structure a new global economic order. The present study addresses the question of whether China‘s official discourse about its relations with sub-Saharan African countries from 2000 to 2010 contains any grounds for the sceptical public opinion mentioned above. In more concrete terms, the main objective of the study is to determine from a linguistic perspective, and more specifically from a critical discourse analysis point of view, whether there are any overt or covert messages of power and ideology in China‘s discourse to sub-Saharan African countries which could justify the sceptical public opinion about China‘s current engagement in this part of the continent . The texts representing China‘s discourse about its relations with sub-Saharan African countries that are examined for this study comprise official speeches, statements, and other related official documents delivered by Chinese officials in the period 2000-2010, and published in English on the websites of various institutions, including China‘s official websites. These texts are examined from within the framework of the Discourse-Historical Approach (DHA) as set out by, specifically, Wodak (2001a). The texts are analysed using the DHA three-dimensional procedure consisting of (i) identifying the Content(s) and Topic(s) of the specific discourse, (ii) investigating the discursive strategies used in the specific texts, and (iii) analysing the linguistic means and the specific context-dependent linguistic realizations. On the one hand, the analysis of the Discourse Topics indicates that the relations between China and sub-Saharan African countries are grounded in China‘s pluralist approach to international affairs. From this perspective, then, it could be argued that China‘s current engagement in sub-Saharan Africa does not warrant the sceptical public opinion mentioned earlier. On the other hand, however, the analysis of the discursive strategies used to represent China and sub-Saharan African countries, indicates that such sceptisism is likely warranted. The relations between China and African countries have predominantly been investigated from economic and political perspectives. However, the manner in which these relations are expressed, implied, negotiated, interpreted, distributed, etc. in discourse has not yet received any systematic attention. The present study was therefore undertaken to contribute, from a linguistic perspective, to the knowledge of and the debate about China‘s current engagement in Africa.
AFRIKAANSE OPSOMMING: China se opgang as ‘n ekonomiese supermoondheid het belangrike gevolge gehad vir sy betrekkinge met Afrikalande oor die afgelope 10-15 jaar. China het hierdie betrekkinge deeglik hersien en beduidend uitgebrei, en het daarby ook ‘n nuwe samewerkingsbeleid aanvaar wat volgens sy administrasie gegrond is op wedersydse voordele en wen-wen ekonomiese samewerking. Daar is nietemin ‘n skeptiese openbare mening in Afrika en ook in sommige ontwikkelde lande oor China se huidige verbintenis met Afrikalande, en in die besonder met lande van die sub-Sahara streek. Trouens, China word gereeld daarvan beskuldig dat hy optree soos ‘n nuwe koloniale moondheid, en dat sy verhoogde betrekkinge met Afrikalande bloot ‘n strategie is om groter magspolitieke status te bekom en om ‘n nuwe globale ekonomiese struktuur daar te stel. Die tekste word ondersoek binne die raamwerk van die Diskoers-Historiese Benadering (DHB) soos uiteengesit in, spesifiek, Wodak (2001a). Die analise van die tekste volg die DHB se drie-dimensionele prosedure, wat die volgende inhou: (i) identifisering van die Inhoud(e) en Onderwerp(e) van die spesifieke diskoers, (ii) analise van die diskursiewe strategieë wat gebruik word in die spesifieke tekste, en (iii) analise van die talige middele en die spesifieke konteks-afhanklike talige realiserings. Die betrekkinge tussen China en Afrikalande is tot dusver merendeels vanuit ekonomiese en politieke perspektiewe ondersoek. Die wyse waarop sulke betrekkinge uitgedruk, geïmpliseer, onderhandel, geïnterpreteer, versprei, ens. word in diskoers, is egter nog nie sistematies ondersoek nie. La traduction en grec des documents officiels français de contenu éducatif a révélé le besoin d’élaborer un lexique, du français vers le grec, comportant les termes et les phrases qui constituent le discours français utilisé dans la rédaction de cette sorte de documents, voire des titres, des attestations des certificats. Ces documents proviennent des établissements d’enseignement supérieur, ainsi que secondaire et ont fourni le contenu de ce lexique. C'est-à-dire, la terminologie extraite des documents officiels a constitué le corpus sur lequel appuie le lexique. Le lexique qui en résulte comprend des fiches correspondant aux termes inclus dans le lexique présentés par ordre alphabétique. Chaque terme correspond à une fiche qui est composée de trois parties : la définition du terme français, l’équivalence en grec et la traduction proposée. Les propositions de traductions sont marquées par un indicateur de validité. Les fiches existent en grec et en français. La terminologie présentée par cette recherche reflète la réforme qui s’effectue dans le domaine de l’éducation et plus précisément la réforme LMD qui s’effectue dans le cadre de l’harmonisation de l’éducation supérieure en Europe (Déclaration de Bologne 1999)
The translation of French official educational documents in Greek has revealed the need to create a French-Greek dictionary that contains the terminology that is used when documents such as certificates and award titles are composed. Documents from Higher Education Institutes and Secondary Education Institutes provided the material for the content of this dictionary. In other words the terminology that is extracted from these official documents constitutes the corpus of this dictionary. The dictionary contains a card file that corresponds to the particular terms included in the dictionary and is presented in alphabetical order. Every term corresponds to one card file. Each card file consists of three parts: the definition of the French term, its equivalent definition in Greek and the suggested translation. The suggested translation is marked with a validity indicator. The card files are in Greek and French language. The terminology that is presented in this research reflects the reform that takes place in the field of Higher Education in France and in particular the LMD (Licence Master Doctorat) reform, that is being brought into effect with the Bologna Declaration (1999) on the harmonization of Higher Education in Europe

While Western science education has always been ubiquitous in the Canadian educational system and society, many researchers have recognized the scientific and educational values of Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK). This study aims to contribute to the understanding of TEK and the integration of TEK into science curricula. The prevalence and representation of TEK in grades 7 and 8 official science curriculum documents used in Canada were examined. To describe TEK in the documents, both quantitative and qualitative content analyses were conducted. The results show the high variation of the prevalence and representations of TEK. Overall, Nunavut and Saskatchewan show the highest prevalence and representation of TEK in their curriculum documents, which could establish a benchmark for developing a national learning framework for integrating TEK.

Cette thèse analyse l’effet du taux de participation sur la performance subséquente de l’élu. En mettant en lumière ce nouveau sujet, elle contribue à la littérature de « l’agence politique » qui étudie divers moyens d’améliorer le fonctionnement des postes élus. Chapitre 2 estime l’effet du taux de participation dans la 18ème Assemblée nationale sud-coréenne (2008-2012), la législature du pays. Les données se composent de paires législateur-circonscription. Pour surmonter l’endogénéité du taux de participation, il utilise la pluviométrie inhabituelle le jour du scrutin et le nombre de bureaux de vote par électeur. Grâce à ces instruments, il trouve des effets positifs sur la performance législative. Ensuite, il propose une explication théorique pour les résultats, dans lesquels le taux de participation signale de la fraction des électeurs qui apprendront la performance du titulaire. La théorie a une implication négative sur le vote obligatoire, car il permettra de réduire le rôle de signalisation du taux de participation. Chapitre 3 étend ce cadre empirique dans la 13ème Assemblée nationale française (2007-2012). Une différence importante de l’homologue sud-coréenne est sa capacité limitée d’initiative législative, ce qui en fait un environnement idéal pour tester la généralité de la relation trouvée en Corée du Sud. Les estimations révèlent des effets positifs sur la présence et la participation aux débats, mais pas sur la législation formelle ou la surveillance du gouvernement. Les explications possibles de cette différence sont discutées. Enfin, le chapitre 4 présente une explication inspirée de la théorie des jeux pour les résultats empiriques, dans un modèle d’agence politique à deux périodes. Une élection a lieu au début de chaque période afin de déléguer une décision politique à un homme politique, dont les préférences politiques sont des informations privées. Un électeur représentatif décide, à chaque élection, de voter pour un candidat ou s’abstenir. Le vote a un coût d’opportunité, qui est son information privée ; et les candidats sont identiques ex ante. Malgré la sous-optimalité statique de voter dans la première élection, l’électeur peut choisir de le faire, pour signaler sa volonté-faible coût-pour punir une mauvaise politique à l’élection suivante. Le modèle a une implication positive pour avoir plus de bureaux de vote et une implication négative pour faire le jour du scrutin un jour férié, qui découlent de leurs impacts sur la distribution des coûts de vote
This dissertation analyzes the effect of voter turnout on the subsequent performance of the elected official. By shedding light on this new topic, it contributes to the ‘political agency’ literature which studies various ways to improve the functioning of elected offices. Chapter 2 estimates the effect of turnout in the 18th National Assembly of South Korea (2008-2012), the country’s legislature. The data consists of a cross-section of legislator-constituency pairs. To overcome the endogeneity of turnout, it utilizes the variation in turnout caused by the unusual rainfall on election day and the number of polling places per voter. It finds positive effects on legislative performance. Then it proposes a theoretical explanation for the findings, in which turnout signals the share of voters who will learn the incumbent’s performance. The theory has a negative implication for compulsory voting, because it will reduce the signaling role of turnout. Chapter 3 extends this empirical framework in the 13th National Assembly of France (2007-2012). An important difference from the South Korean counterpart is its limited capacity to initiate legislation, which makes it an ideal environment to test the generality of the relation discovered in South Korea. It finds positive effects on attendance and participation in debates, but not on formal legislation or government monitoring. Possible explanations for this difference are discussed. Finally, Chapter 4 presents a game-theoretic explanation for the empirical findings, in a twoperiod model of political agency. An election is held at the beginning of each period to delegate a policy decision to a politician, whose policy preferences are private information. A representative voter decides, in each election, whether to vote for a politician or abstain. Voting incurs an opportunity cost, which is her private information; and politicians are identical ex-ante. Despite the sub-optimality of turning out in the first election, she may still do so, to signal her willingness-low cost-to punish wrong policy in the following election. The model has a positive implication for having more polling places and a negative one for making election day a public holiday, which follow from their impacts on the distribution of voting cost

Depuis une vingtaine d’années, l’histoire militaire contemporaine, tournant le dos à l’histoire bataille traditionnelle, s’est intéressée aux témoignages des combattants de la Grande Guerre. Cette approche très riche, qui a fait l’objet de vives controverses scientifiques, s’est penchée sur le vécu des simples soldats, et leurs contraintes matérielles et culturelles. L’approche biographique des chefs militaires, malgré un certain renouveau, très récent, a par contre été largement négligée. Il en est de même pour les officiers supérieurs appartenant au « second cercle», largement inconnus du grand public. Pourtant, connaître leur parcours militaire et familial permet d’appréhender de façon concrète ce qu’a été cette nouvelle armée, née après la terrible défaite de 1870, et qui, après la victoire de 1918, est devenue la première armée du monde.La biographie du général Arthur Boucher (1847-1993) étudie en détail son parcours atypique et met en avant le caractère érudit de son œuvre d’écrivain militaire. Elle expose sa très longue carrière militaire et sa vie familiale. Elle fait revivre, à travers son cas personnel, l’armée de la IIIe République et les grands événements de l’époque. Elle redonne vie à un certain nombre de généraux marquants de cette époque, qu’Arthur Boucher a côtoyés. Ce travail a été rendu possible grâce à des archives publiques, mais aussi et surtout grâce à des archives familiales fournies, conservées par l’une de ses filles.Si l’histoire militaire a maintenant une connaissance précise de la vie des soldats sous la IIIe République et durant la Grande Guerre, cette recherche permet d’un peu mieux connaître celle des officiers supérieurs, qui, grâce à leur formation de haut niveau, à leurs qualités intellectuelles, ont permis à la France d’affronter victorieusement l’armée allemande durant la Grande Guerre.Cette thèse, mettant en avant un officier supérieur, qui plus est le « doyen » de l’armée française, comme était surnommé Arthur Boucher pendant la Grande Guerre, et éclairant plus généralement la vie des officiers supérieurs de « second rang », enrichit les études consacrées aux élites militaires du XIXe siècle
For the last twenty years, contemporary military history, turning away from a traditional History of Battles, has been about witness accounts of participants in the Great War. There is a place for this approach that, although sometimes controversial, focuses on the lives of private soldiers and on their material and cultural constraints. On the other hand, biographical studies of military heads, in spite of a very recent renewal of interest, are largely neglected. The same applies to the study of senior officers belonging to the “second circle”, who are mainly unknown to the public at large. And yet through their family and military history much is to be learned of this contingent and of the officers who rose after the disastrous defeat of 1870 and became the world first army following their 1918 victory.General Arthur Boucher biography is a detailed study of his atypical long military career and of his family life, and draws out the erudite character of his output as a military writer. It also brings to the fore some key events and important Third Republic generals, with whom General Boucher interacted. This study was made possible through researching public archives as well as some private archives made available by one of General Boucher’s daughters.This research adds to what recent contemporary military history reveals about the lives of private soldiers during the Third Republic and the Great War with a better knowledge of officers who, thanks to their training and intellectual capacities, gave France victory over Germany during the Great War.This thesis about a senior officer known as the French army Great War “elder” throws a light on the life of senior officers and enriches the studies of 19th Century military elites

Abstract:
The aim of the study was to investigate how Dalsland’s environmental office have managed the yearly reports on fluorinated greenhouse gasses and substances that deplete the ozone layer during the period 2007-2013. The environmental office’s methods, existing routines, present regulations and guidelines have been studied. The purpose of this report was to present suggestions on how the managing of these yearly reports can be improved, and to construct a document of guidelines for the environmental officers, that can be used to make the managing more efficient. The Environmental Office of Dalsland was established 1 January, 2007, when the municipalities of Bengtsfors, Dals Ed, Färgelanda and Mellerud merged their environmental offices together under a joint Environmental committee. The supervision concerning the yearly reports on fluorinated greenhouse gasses and substances that deplete the ozone layer, have varied and the organization within the environmental office have changed over time. There are areas where improvements are needed in order to insure that the auditing of the reports becomes more efficient. The operators should be offered more guidance and information about the current legislation and the demands these rules make on them. Internal routines need to be established on how to register the information that the reports contains, in order to make it easier to extract information for statistical purposes.

L’émergence d’un contexte concurrentiel fort entre les destinations amène les offices de tourisme à se démarquer pour gagner leur place de dispositifs communicationnels d’informations touristiques. Ce mémoire de thèse défend l’idée que les stratégies spatio-communicationnelles mises en œuvre au sein des offices de tourisme équipés d’outils numériques jouent un rôle déterminant sur les pratiques des conseillers en séjour. Ces stratégies mettent en scène dans l’espace les quatre composants fondamentaux d’un office de tourisme : le territoire, le savoir, la relation aux usagers et les outils numériques. L’étude de ces composants et de leur organisation dans l’espace, selon une approche qui se place du côté de la production, fait ressortir trois types idéaux de stratégies spatio-communicationnelles : la séduction, la promotion et la revendication d’identité. Enfin, les analyses des pratiques des conseillers en séjour (à partir de leur observation et d’entretiens rétrospectifs) démontrent une mutation des métiers liée à ces stratégies : les pratiques des conseillers, induites par l’espace, les transforment alors en ambassadeurs du territoire auprès des usagers, en experts de l’offre touristique, ou encore en médiateurs numériques. The emergence of a strong competitive environment between destinations compels tourist offices to stand out from one another so as to carry out their role of tourist information communication agencies. The present thesis argues that the spatio-communicational strategies implemented with digital equipment by tourist offices have a major impact on counselors’ guidelines for a trip. These strategies reproduce spatially the four basic components of a tourist office: territory, knowledge, customer relation, and digital tools. The study of these components and their spatial translation, especially in regard to their production, highlights three ideal types of spatio-communicational strategies: enticement, promotion and the claiming of identity. Lastly, the analysis of counsellors’ practices induced by space (as evidenced by their observations and retrospective testimonies) reveals a mutation of mission statements: influenced by spatial factors, counselors turn into ambassadors of the territory, experts of tourist happenings, or even digital mediators in their dealings with customers. Therefore, spatial enunciation has referred to all the possible techniques and strategies derived from spatialized relationships affecting communication

This study aimed to analyze the production and reception of two official Portuguese Language teaching documents produced in the state of Rio Grande do Sul entitled Educação para crescer: Projeto Melhoria da Qualidade de Ensino (1991-1995) and Referencial Curricular Lições do Rio Grande (2009) in order to discuss the meaning of the preparation and reception of these documents in different periods of the history of Portuguese Language teaching in that state, based on the object of analysis (interviews with the professors who developed and received these documents). This objective arises toward the main question of this research, namely, what relationships have been established in the last two decades between the state and Portuguese language teaching under the action of official documents to change the course of this school subject? The realization of this research came from Bakhtin‟s dialogical socio-historical theoretical perspective, which guided the analysis and the attribution of meanings of oral interviews with professors who developed and received such documents. Based on the theory adopted, we elected the following categories of analysis: chronotope of preparation and evaluation to the developers‟ group; chronotope of development and evaluation to the group of receivers. The work from these categories has allowed to clarify the process of preparation and reception of these documents; to know, from the developers‟ and receivers‟ words, the relations established between the state, the research subjects and possible Portuguese language teaching course changes from such relationships; to see the articulation of developers‟ and receivers‟ words, and to what extent this articulation allows us to understand the action of the state in the process of preparation and reception of official documents in two different periods of Portuguese language teaching in Rio Grande do Sul. After analyzing and attributing meaning to the interviewees saying we found that the relationship established between the state and the Portuguese Language teaching under the action of official documents to change the course of education was very similar both in Projeto Melhoria and Lições do Rio Grande. The effects of the implementation basically followed the same course, the same strategies, which resulted in abandoning and forgetting these documents when changing from one government to another. The state basically served as a trigger, as the creator of the process for developing the official documents, by acting in the direction of the university through the presence of professors to draw up these documents, delegating to them the task, but not interfering in the process. This research helped identify a stage of the history of education of Portuguese Language teaching in Rio Grande do Sul in connection with the publication of official documents and signaled the importance of giving a voice mainly to the professors who receive these documents, because the analysis showed that this professional has a lot to say about the experience with official documents and their effects of implementation, which are relevant in the development of other official documents.
O presente estudo teve por objetivo analisar como se deu a produção e recepção de dois documentos oficiais de ensino de Língua Portuguesa produzidos no estado do Rio Grande do Sul, intitulados Educação para crescer: Projeto Melhoria da Qualidade de Ensino (1991-1995) e Referencial Curricular Lições do Rio Grande (2009), para, com base no objeto de análise (entrevistas realizadas com professores elaboradores e receptores desses documentos), discutir o que significou a elaboração e recepção desses documentos em distintos períodos da história do ensino de Língua Portuguesa nesse estado. Tal objetivo se coloca na direção da questão norteadora desta pesquisa, a saber: Que relações têm sido estabelecidas, nas duas últimas décadas, entre o Estado e o ensino de Língua Portuguesa sob a ação de documentos oficiais para alterar os rumos do ensino dessa disciplina escolar? A realização desta pesquisa partiu da perspectiva teórica sócio-histórica dialógica bakhtiniana, que norteou o trabalho de análise e atribuição de sentidos de entrevistas orais realizadas com professores elaboradores e receptores, envolvidos, respectivamente, na elaboração e recepção dos referidos documentos. Tendo por base a teoria adotada, elegeram-se as seguintes categorias de análise: cronotopo da elaboração e avaliação, para o grupo de elaboradores; cronotopo da recepção e avaliação, para o grupo de receptores. O trabalho a partir dessas categorias permitiu explicitar o processo de elaboração e recepção desses documentos; conhecer, a partir dos dizeres dos elaboradores e receptores dos dois documentos oficiais, quais as relações que se estabelecem entre estado, os sujeitos da pesquisa e as possíveis alterações de rumo de ensino de Língua Portuguesa oriundas dessas relações; verificar como se articulam os dizeres dos elaboradores e receptores e em que medida essa articulação permite compreender a ação do estado no processo de elaboração e recepção de documentos oficiais em dois períodos distintos do ensino de Língua Portuguesa no Rio Grande do Sul. Após a análise e atribuição de sentido dos dizeres dos sujeitos entrevistados, verificou-se que as relações que se estabeleceram entre o estado e o ensino de LP sob a ação de documentos oficiais para alterar os rumos do ensino foram bastante semelhantes tanto no Projeto Melhoria quanto no Lições do Rio Grande. Os efeitos dessa implementação basicamente seguiram os mesmo rumos, as mesmas estratégias, o que resultou no abandono, no esquecimento desses documentos quando da mudança de um governo para outro. O estado, basicamente, serviu como desencadeador, idealizador do processo de elaboração do documento oficial, atuou na direção da universidade, através da presença de professores universitários para que elaborassem esses documentos, delegando a eles essa tarefa, mas não interferindo no processo de elaboração. A presente pesquisa permitiu conhecer uma etapa da história do ensino de LP no RS na vinculação com a publicação de documentos oficiais e sinalizou a importância de se dar voz, principalmente, ao professor receptor desses documentos, pois a análise evidenciou que esse docente tem muito a dizer sobre a experiência com documentos oficiais e seus efeitos da implementação, dizeres esses relevantes na elaboração de outros documentos oficiais.

The present work aims to analyze federal official documents that deal with Environmental Education (EE) in order to identify convergences and divergences existing in the duality of origin of these texts, since some of them are result of definitions given by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and others are created, decided and implemented by the Ministry of Environment (MMA) through the federal government. Therefore, the work is based under the emancipation potentiality inscribed in the contemporary capitalist social reality. A qualitative approach was adopted, so that the elements of the research were understood in their complexity. The methodological treatment consisted, therefore, in the following main steps: 1) search and organization of the official material according to the proposed objectives; 2) initial and exploratory reading of the material; 3) documentary analysis with elements from the perspective of content analysis, guided by the assumptions of the Critical Environmental Education. The data collected were examined in their content, and from them emerged the following categories of analysis: approach, concepts, objectives, principles and procedures for the realization of EE. We seek to establish throughout a political position on environmentalism, which is defined in a critical and emancipatory perspective, also aligned with the ideals of political ecology and environmental justice, occupied by the human individual who uses natural resources and who manages conflicts arising from this dispute in the political field. Among other findings, we identified that there are divergences between the concepts and approach in the contents of National Orientations for Highschool (OCEM) in relation to the content of ProNEA 2014 (National Program of Environmental Education), indicating that Ministry of Education and MMA adopt EE concepts considered disparate, and MMA has turned to a conservative perspective, notable in the latest version of ProNEA. We materialize the fluidity of the EE concept in the different documents, which is often used to defend a capitalist productive logic that is unsustainable in its conception. Although the official documents present difficulties of execution on the part of the Brazilian state, the existence of a wide network of public policies in EE, we believe, enables and stimulates, to the educator, the collaborators of public and private institutions, as well as the environmental groups to think about the possibility of a social process that leads us to a more just society from an environmental perspective, also reflecting the broadening of the world view of these same actors. There is a need for greater sharing of actions between the Ministry of Education and the MMA in order to establish more organic and pedagogical relations of mobilization of Environmental Education fronts at the federal level, since the lines of action between these bodies are now partially compatible as we have shown in our analysis.
O objetivo do presente trabalho é analisar documentos oficiais federais que versam sobre Educação Ambiental (EA) buscando identificar convergências e divergências existentes em decorrência da duplicidade de origem destes textos, posto que alguns são fruto de definições dadas pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC) e outros são criados, decididos e implantados através do Ministério do Meio Ambiente (MMA) por meio do governo federal. Para tanto o trabalho se pauta na potencialidade de emancipação da realidade social capitalista contemporânea. Adotou-se uma abordagem qualitativa, de maneira que os elementos da pesquisa fossem compreendidos em sua complexidade. O tratamento metodológico consistiu, portanto, nas seguintes etapas principais: 1) busca e organização do material oficial de acordo com os objetivos propostos; 2) leitura inicial e exploratória do material; 3) análise documental com elementos da perspectiva de análise de conteúdo, orientada pelos pressupostos da Educação Ambiental Crítica (EAC). Os dados coletados foram examinados em seu conteúdo, sendo que destes emergiram as seguintes categorias de análise: abordagem, conceitos, objetivos, princípios e procedimentos para a realização da EA. Buscamos estabelecer ao longo da escrita uma posição política sobre o ambientalismo, que se define em uma perspectiva crítica e emancipatória, também alinhada aos ideais da ecologia política e da justiça ambiental, ocupada do indivíduo humano que se utiliza dos recursos naturais e que administra os conflitos oriundos desta disputa no campo político. Dentre outras constatações, identificamos que há divergências entre os conceitos e abordagem nos conteúdos das Orientações Curriculares para o Ensino Médio (OCEM) em relação ao conteúdo do Programa Nacional de Educação Ambiental 2014 (ProNEA), indicando que MEC e MMA adotam conceitos de EA considerados díspares, sendo que o MMA tem se voltado para uma perspectiva conservadora, notável na última versão do ProNEA. Materializamos a fluidez do conceito de EA nos diferentes documentos, sendo este muitas vezes utilizado para defender uma lógica produtiva capitalista mercantil insustentável em sua concepção. Ainda que os documentos oficiais apresentem dificuldades de execução por parte do Estado brasileiro, a existência de uma ampla rede de políticas públicas em EA, acreditamos, possibilita e estimula, ao educador, aos colaboradores de instituições públicas e privadas, bem como aos coletivos ambientalistas pensar na possibilidade de um processo social que nos conduza a uma sociedade mais justa na perspectiva ambiental, refletindo, ainda, na ampliação da visão de mundo desses mesmos atores. Se faz necessário um maior compartilhamento de ações entre o MEC e o MMA no sentido de estabelecer relações mais orgânicas e pedagógicas de mobilização de frentes de EA em âmbito federal, posto que as linhas de ação entre estes órgãos são, hoje, parcialmente compatíveis conforme demonstramos em nossa análise.

The implementation of information system in local official agencies enables all local government employees to gain access to various functions. Different factors including usefulness, simplicity, compatibility with one’s equipment, prior-testing, and frequency of usage among colleagues all influence the feasibility of such implementation. These also affect the volunteerness of users; in addition, positive organizational climate and supportive significant others will also contribute to the willingness and attitude of the user. As there is urgent need for local official agencies to implement various types of information system, we hope to find the reasons that affect the implementation in this research. Unlike most studies that focus on the system itself and subjective norm, the factor of organizational climate is added; these different perspectives are used to determine the factors of successfully implementing information system into local government employees. Questionnaires are administered to collect the data of official dispatches & archivists; 267 effective questionnaires are collected and Structural Equation Modeling is employed for data analysis; the results are as follows: 1. Visibility has little influence on attitude; however, Usefulness, Triability, Ease of Use, Compatibility all deeply affect attitude, which strongly affects Behavior. 2. In local official agencies, superiors and especially peers influence Subjective Norm, which also strongly affects Behavior. 3. Volunteerness affects the behavior of official dispatches & archivists in using the new information system. 4. Organizational climate has much influence on a user’s attitude, behavior, and especially subjective norm.

Official document is an important media employed by government administration to correspond across public sectors. Therefore, the effectiveness of an official document can be regarded as the foundation of good government performance. Hence developing an efficient online official document approval system is an important task required to bring about e-government plan to reality. Within the routine course of the official document scheme, approval is the most time consuming part of the process. If an online official document approval system can be implemented, aside from the benefits brought forward by shortening the time consumed, another advantage would be acting in accordance with the most recent worldwide call for action to lower energy consumption as well as reduce carbon dioxide emission. This thesis focuses on the security issues of online official Document approval system. First, the roles and functions of the system would be defined. Second, the security needs of the system would be induced. Third, by integrating the different aspects of cryptography scheme, such as proxy signature, proxy cryptosystem and authenticated encryption scheme;this thesis would design three modules that would address to security needs and further create a secured environment for online official document approval system. If signatories conceal the official documentation signature, the administrative problem may arise due to lose an official document. The dissertation proposes an official document signature flow tracing system to sign an official document automatically. The user can check the signature flow in any time via Internet. Thus, the administration efficiency may be increased significantly and the document can be tracked in any department too. The RFID tag stamp on a wrapper and thus the official documentation signature can be done by RFID reader and embedded system automatically. The embedded system can be hot plugged to handle the complicated details automatically. The signature flow can be displayed on 3.5-inch LCD screen in graphical mode. The embedded system transfer the documentation signature record in a specific period to sever via Internet, and the signature flow can be showed on website automatically. The user can query the result or set the related information.

Today’s science and technology progress rapidly. Various types of communications, information, and electronic equipment have been invented and released. This exemplifies that the era of information technology has arrived. Around the world, the development of defense science and technology moves toward the integration of information systems including combat, administration, logistics, and other operations areas. Computerized information operations have replaced the manual operations in certain areas. That has enhanced operations efficiency and optimized the process quality. In the area of computerized information operations, the integration of office automation is utilized most extensively. While the office automation often starts from the Electronic Official Document Processing, one may say that the Electronic Official Document Processing System is the most important integral part of the office automation. In accordance with the development trend around the world, our Military Services have indigenously developed Electronic Official Document Management System and its related sub-systems. However, the systems developed are individually stove-piped. They cause confusion to the staff. The operation efficiency is thus not achieved, as hoped. Furthermore, it creates burdens during staff shift changes. This study performed a survey by using a questionnaire. Two methods, Decision Tree and Genetic Algorithm Combined with Decision Tree with Feature Selection, were then utilized to infer rules. Based on this experiment, the method of “Genetic Algorithm Combined with Decision Tree with Feature Selection” obtains eleven (11) rules that have higher accuracy to be considered as necessity to be used in the integration of the office automation. This result provides a basis for the integration of our Air Force’s office automation.

The arrival of E times motivates the information science and technology of different industries in the whole world and changes with each passing day, we already can''t accord with the demands of the times in official document of the traditional type of administrative organ of our country. It is the urgent public policy of administrative organ to promote the official document to deal with electronization. The executive organ had revised in 87 for March 12 the 2569th institute conference ''The Management Manual for File Adminstration ''.The past traditional message in-coming , the official document making , management procedure , sending the documents and dealing with etc., have been changed by a large margin . It is in the hope of achieving and saving time , saving effort , save money , giving play to the official document that link up the suggestion , improving administrative efficiency , doing well and serving the people to reform the file administration . Since October of the 83rd year of the Republic of China, Taoyuan County Government has promoted administrative management information system and equipment has purchase (issue one ) '' plan. So far, the rate is about 20% that the electron deals with electronization in official document at present , The Taoyuan County , taken as '' the capitals of the city that hopes , gateway of a country '', should promote the policy electronization of the county with higher speed and rate .Therefore, how to meet diversified official document making ,management procedure , overcom the questions , improve the quality of the official document , strengthen and serve the people , improve electrons to send the documents, makes it possible for county government 19 units and seven attachments to first class organ to have mutual line and unified software outside the office and expect to promote the official document to deal with electronization to benefit to some extent to the thing that the county has jurisdiction over the school of every organ , contributes to improving administrative efficiency. The Taoyuan County Government promotes the county policy to make use of the official document to present all administrative behaviors and therefore influences the rights and obligations the people directly , Though official document electronization in official document has been promoted, its effect still remains to be promoted In recent years. Because the official document has many kinds of classifications on the practice and a lot of seek-the-joint ,this thesis will point out the present situation of dealing with electronization to implement the official document at present , probe into the essence of the official document deeply,list the factor of implementing performance of electronization, and solve the problem that faces on the homework, so that information science and technology is applied to the official document to play a biggest role, contribute to the administrative efficiency of proposing the government of Taoyuan County. The researcher will promote the Taoyuan County government to have official document electronization '' effectively, whether and then withdraw administrative performance , government of Taoyuan County .The researcher proposes several directions. First, repair the regulation of the document as quickly as possible. Second, improve the software and hardware equipment. Third, solve the mutual line problems between the attached first-class organ and the county government. Fourth, substantiate the strength of the document. Fifth, implement the post and act for the system. Sixth, strengthen and divide layers responsible for authorizing. Seventh, attend more and strengthen the document workshops. Eighth, improve personnel''s morale. Ninth, combine the official document software of the school. Tenth, solve the repeated problem of sending the documents. Eleventh,solve the systematic problem of classifying files at school.Twelfth, strengthen the policy and carry out the supervision.

The rise of the internet creates a new platform for the applications of Broadcasting and Communication. Through the aid of the information technology and digitization, World Wide Web (WWW) makes it possible that information transmits more quickly and application develops more widely. Government official electronic document systems has been applied to governments for years, and deemed as a successful tool to promote administrative efficiency. Though many advantages of official electronic document systems when they are applied, such as, paperless, energy saving, document exchange etc, disadvantages and problems of information security of official electronic document systems also have been called in question.There exist several problems in it, such as, unauthorized changes of document contents, unlawful of document steals and espionages, not permitted of document confidentiality. Negative impacts had influenced the existing achievements of official electronic document systems and had impeded government’s progress of pushing forward of electronic document. Some scholars proposed the methodology of Digital Rights Management mechanism (DRM) to protect loss from infringing a copyright of intelligent property.Therefore, this thesis applies DRM and proposed a new mechanism and protection system of information security for official electronic document Systems. By implementing this framework such as, DRM, cryptography, personnel identification and pre-design workflow model in document transformation and security, this thesis provides an ideal of secure environment of official electronic document systems.
