Full textEl presente estudio es una invitación a la reflexión sobre el hacer psicológico e su práctica profesional. Es un ejercicio en que la investigación tiene como objetivo reverberar cristalizaciones y cuestionar modelos y formas. La corte empírica usada fueron las experiencias de la investigadora como psicóloga en el hospital psiquiátrico, en la prisión, en la clínica privada, en la psicología escolar, en la salud escolar, en la educación especial, en la formación de los psicólogos, en la salud pública y en el “diván electrónico” de las comunicaciones contemporáneas. Para lograr este propósito, un texto de memorias permitió lo curso de exploración conceptual, seguindo la intensidad de las existencias, describiendo y registrando la singularidad de la investigadora en cada momento de experimentación. La genealogía se puso como la oportunidad de descubrimiento de emergencias ante de eso que si pone como el molde al ejercicio profesional regulado y los protocolos de trabajo del hacer psicológico en las instituciones de educación o de salud. Además de los afectos, las dudas y el malestar experimentado en el trayecto de memoria, la escritura sistemática permitió traer las agitaciones y las intensidades del otro-en-nosotros, dando al texto el atributo vivencial interrogativo. Las interrogaciones vivenciais son las pistas que conducen al texto de la tesis, realizado por el cartógrafo y psicodramatista Lerinha, dónde lo plan teórico es el de la experiencia de habitar y ser habitado por terceros-en-nosotros. La escritura sistemática és hecha relatando/reavendo las sensaciones creadas por el trabajo psicológico, revelando algunos dispositivos del poder/saber/subjetivación que componen el cuadro complejo de la trama “psico-lógica”, que fabrica sus otros. Dejando al lado los discursos calificativos y prescritores de las Psicologías, el presente estudio discute el alteridad y el devir humano, siguiendo los pasos de autores como Nietzsche, Foucault, Deleuze, Guattari y Heidegger, entre otros. Las conclusiones son por la emergencia de un hacer nómade, que no habita una forma o un lugar, pero eso se hace en el reinvenção incesante, una estrategia de la búsqueda para una ética del alteridad que crea y recrea continuamente el psico-lógico. La reinvenção incesante o la autoprodução permanentes se establecerían por la conexión de espacios de escucha, dando la bienvenida a el estranhamento e intentando, con felicidad, la diferenciación. El presente estudio se afirma por la defensa de un espacio que acepta y propone la Psicología como el lugar creativo, capaz de desbloquear la máquina de guerra en las instituciones de educación o de salud contra lo prejuicio, la segregación y las clasificaciones identitárias, atreviéndose en la invención del entornos, de sí mismo y de mundos.

Full textEsta tese apresentada no formato de três artigos científicos procurou compreender como os fonoaudiólogos vêm enfrentando o problema da violência familiar contra crianças e adolescentes e como este tema vem sendo abordado na produção científica da área.O pressuposto central deste trabalho é de que existem especificidades da atuação e da formação fonoaudiológica que propiciam a experiência com os maus-tratos no cotidiano profissional, mas ao mesmo tempo, dificultam o enfrentamento destes casos.O primeiro artigo teve o objetivo de chamar a atenção do fonoaudiólogo para esse grave problema, discutindo seu papel enquanto profissional integrante da rede de proteção à infância e sua importância na identificação, condução e prevenção dos maus tratos.Por se tratar de um assunto ainda pouco tematizado na área, este trabalho procurou ser didático nos seus propósitos de orientar os profissionais brasileiros sobre a importância de se capacitarem para um melhor atendimento.O segundo e o terceiro artigo foram baseados em dados originais de um inquérito realizado com fonoaudiólogos do município do Rio de Janeiro no ano de 2003. Estes trabalhos procuraram compreender as dificuldades enfrentadas por este profissional diante dos casos de maus-tratos buscando outras vias explicativas, além da falta de informação e qualificação. Além disso, os resultados deste inquérito possibilitaram conhecer a ocorrência da violência familiar na população que recebe atendimento fonoaudiológico.Além do caráter descritivo e exploratório deste estudo inédito no país e na literatura de língua inglesa, a tese como um todo, teve também um caráter bibliográfico já que analisou todos os estudos encontrados sobre Fonoaudiologia, distúrbios da comunicação e violência familiar revelando uma escassez de publicações internacionais e nacionais acerca deste problema.
O isolamento que caracteriza a atuação do fonoaudiólogo, a tradição de uma prática corretivo-normatizadora, uma prática clínica pouco embasada teórica e metodologicamente e ainda, o distanciamento das instituições públicas fizeram com que o problema dos maus-tratos permanecesse à margem da pauta de debates da Fonoaudiologia no Brasil. A compreensão destes fatores é fundamental para que o processo de capacitação e disseminação de informação para esta categoria profissional seja efetivo.

Resumo: A presente pesquisa tem como tema o trabalho com os memes em aulas de língua portuguesa para o Ensino Fundamental, a partir de uma perspectiva do gênero discursivo. O objetivo geral foi o de propor um trabalho a partir do gênero meme em aulas de Língua Portuguesa, com foco em análise linguística/semiótica. Como objetivos específicos elencamos, definir o que é meme, analisar memes sob uma perspectiva dialógica, multimodal e multissemiótica. A aplicação da proposta de trabalho ocorreu em uma escola da Rede Estadual de Ensino de São Paulo, localizada no município de Mogi das Cruzes, na zona periférica. A turma escolhida para a aplicação é do 9º ano do Ensino Fundamental. Abordamos, além do meme, outros gêneros textuais para abarcar a intertextualidade presente neste tipo de texto. Como metodologia realizamos 8 aulas com foco em uma exposição final de curadoria. Como referencial teórico, propomos criar uma definição formal de "Meme de Internet" que pode ser usada para caracterizar e estudar mensagens instantâneas em contextos acadêmicos, como ciências sociais, comunicação e humanidades. Para isso realizamos um estudo a partir das pesquisas sobre memes de Dawkins (1993), Blackmore (1999) e Sperber (1996). Para o estudo do meme da perspectiva do gênero discursivo, nos apoiamos nos estudos teóricos de Miller (2009), Bakhtin (1997), Bazerman (2005) e Kristeva (2005). Abstract: The present research has as its theme the work of memes in Portuguese language classes for Elementary School, from a discursive genre perspective. The general objective was to propose a work from the meme genre in Portuguese Language classes, focusing on linguistic / semiotic analysis. As specific objectives, we define meme, analyze memes from a dialogic perspective, multimodal and multisemiotic. The application of the work proposal occurred in a school of the State Educational Network of São Paulo, located in the municipality of Mogi das Cruzes, in the peripheral zone. The class chosen for the application is the 9th grade of Elementary School. We address, in addition to meme, other textual genres to encompass the intertextuality present in this type of text. As a methodology, we conducted 8 classes focusing on a final curatorial presentation. As a theoretical reference, we propose to create a formal definition of "Internet Meme" that can be used to characterize and study instant messages in academic contexts such as social sciences, communication and the humanities. For this, we performed a study based on the research on memes by Dawkins (1993), Blackmore (1999) and Sperber (1996). For the study of meme from the perspective of the discursive genre, we rely on the theoretical studies of Miller (2009), Bakhtin (1997), Bazerman (2005) and Kristeva (2005). Full textIntroduction: Over the past years, authors have proposed a general theory of the caregiving relationship in order to highlight the importance of the place occupied by the families, who have an elderly relative suffering from Alzheimer's disease. However, it may be interesting to consider the caregiver with all his specificities, and as an individual affected by other problems than only the caregiving. We wonder to what extent the personality of a caregiver, the representations of the ageing process, the family relationship and the quality of the past relationships can influence the experience of caregiving. The studied caregivers were children or spouses of a patient losing his psychic autonomy, living at home or in an institution. Methods: We realized a study with 113 subjects (80 children and 33 spouses of an Alzheimer’s patient). Half of the patients were living at home and the other half in an institution. First, all caregivers filled a socio-demographic questionnaire and different clinical scales, assessing: the quality of the passed relationships (QRASA) ; the burden (ZBI) ; the difficulties (CADI ), satisfactions (CASI ) and strategies they used (CAMI) in the caregiving situations ; the personality (NEO PI-R) and the depression (BDI ). Second, 17 subjects have been seen in a semi-structured interview in order to qualitatively assess their experience of the caregiving, the past and present relationship they have with their parent or spouse. Results: The results of this study showed that the difficulties, the satisfactions which are experienced, and the strategies which are used in the caregiving relation are linked together. A balance between these variables is required for the family caregiver to invest his role. This balance is influenced by situational factors (the place where the patient lives), relational factors (the quality of the present and past relationship with the patient) as well as personal factors (personality and representations linked to the ageing process). Conclusion: The implications in terms of support and prevention for this population of caregivers are discussed

Full textSleep sickness is one the most important public health problem in the Africa and it causative agent, Trypanosma brucei, is an organism model for the study of different conserved process among the trypanosomatids. In trypanosomes, mRNAs are processed by trans-splicing, in which a common spliced leader sequence (SL) is acquired at the 5\' end of the mRNA to yield a mature transcript. RNA splicing is carried out by the spliceosome, which consists of the U1, U2, U4, U5 and U6 U snRNPs particles and non-snRNP proteins. The ribonucleoproteins are complexes that consist of small uridine-rich RNAs (U snRNAs) and interact with common Sm proteins and proteins that are specific for each snRNP. Seven U5 snRNP specific proteins are known in trypanosomes, 220K, 200K, 116K, 102K, Cwc21, 40K e 15K. The spliceosomal protein U5-15K is essential for the parasite viability and various evidences suggest participation of the member in spliceosome assembly. U5-15K presents a conserved domain dim1, its molecular weight is estimated of 17,7 kDa and 155 amino acids residues. In this work, U5-15K was cloned into pET SUMO (Invitrogen), transformed in BL21(DE3)pLysS and recombinant protein was purified by immobilized ion affinity chromatography. It was possible observe that U5-15K undergo self-cleavage, process inhibited by serine and cysteine protease inhibitors. Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) experiments showed higher protein homogeneity in the presence of MgCl2 and Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (DSF) data demonstrated higher stability at neutral pH. Circular dichroism (CD) spectra obtained using U5-15K native and cleaved suggest a reduction in percentage of β-sheets at cleaved U5-15K secondary structure. Native and cleaved proteins at different concentrations were used in crystallization trials, however, no suitable protein crystals were observed. A tridimensional homology model for U5-15K from Trypanosoma brucei, using as template the human homologue, present a thioredoxin folding, although it has observed a possible central loop not present in the template. We intent to determine the exact cleavage point using mass spectrometry and new crystallization trials will be performed after removal of probable loops by limited proteolysis.

Full textThis essay examines the concept of gamification and its purpose in context of motivation. The intention of the essay is to provide the reader with an increased knowledge of the subject as well as an understanding of how a project with gamification can be done. The essay is based on two case studies where two interviews and three observations have been conducted on different occasions. Interviews and observations have been made with GreenHatPeople who works with gamification. Interviews with the customer NordLock and observations of a project between GreenHatPeople and the handball-club HK Malmö has also been made. The goal of the project has been to engage the audience more when timeouts occur during the game through implementing gamification at these moments. The result presents significant aspects that companies can consider before starting a gamification-project. Motivation, fun, learning, and information are some of the aspects that has been shown to be important. These are also aspects that can be places in iterative processes regarding gamification. Implementation of the case studies include several phases. Among other things, startup with information, gamification-effort, and feedback. The findings conclude that the design of implementation of gamification-projects may vary, but there is a similar pattern between both case studies. Information is assigned to the participants, the digital gaming effort takes place and feedback is awarded to the participants. The conclusions also highlight the aspects indicated to be essential for a functional work process in gamification-projects.

Full textThe aim of this literature review is to highlight nurse’s experience of and attitudes towards organ donation. A donation process starts with bereavement and ends with transplantation and hopefully a chance to a new life. Several relatives can find comfort in knowing that their loved one has helped give life to another human being. Sweden has a low rate of available medically suited donors. During 2005, 128 donors died in Sweden and in September 2006 a total of 571 patients were waiting for one or several organs for transplant. The nurse is a critical link between the family and the transplant team with the ability to identify potential donors. Nurse’s can feel a discomfort when approaching families in grief, which can be because they believe that they add to the distress. To make nurses feel comfortable in the stressful situation and to give them the needed tools to approach families with the question about donation, there must be support and education for them.

This dissertation works, using as method the French Discourse Analysis, discursive elements that produce effects of meaning aboutthe idea of childhood. The central theoretical question is the relationship between said and unsaid, taking silence as an important ingredient for the articulation of the senses that the discourse presents about the theme of the corpus will be analysed.This study was built using texts of Pêcheux (year), Lacan (year), Althusser (year) and Orlandi (year), allowing to print the theory over the chosen corpus, which groups the 18 criteria used by doctors, psi area professionals, teachers and parents in order to observe the behavior of children who present conflicting behaviors in relation to activities in the school, family and social space. These criteria, when they occur in 6-month recurrence and in groups of 6 symptoms, lead professionals to conclude that the child has Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder. The materiality of the discursive sequences circulates in the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association and occupies the status that is ideologically attributed to Medicine because it is considered as a science of care and many specific treatment solutions, whether using medicinal treatment or not. Thus, this research aims to devote a look at extra linguistic and therefore discursive relationships, in order to understand what the manual states about child behavior. It was necessary, in this sense, to consider the conditions of production of the discursive sequences and also the sequences themselves, that is, for the criteria, and to understand the discourse as a theoretical object, to understand how the course on childhood is diverted to another look and another speech about it. For this, this work used the studies of Postman (year), Del Priori (year) and Ariès (year), as well as laws and data from government agencies, both on the child and on the disorder that is represented by the discourse of the manual. It is believed that the material studied in this work represents a pertinent articulation to think about the profile of the child desired inthe present time, understanding that this objective can be reached through the discursive effects of meaning of the manual on a supposed "pathology". It is in the midst of what is said about the abnormality and the unsaid about normality that it is possible to obtain defenses of theses anchored on previous discourses, either in the sense of ratifying them or of rejecting them by means of silencing.
Esta dissertação trabalha, usando como método a Análise de Discurso de linha francesa, elementos discursivos que produzem efeitos de sentido sobre o que é a infância. A questão teórica central é a relação entre dito e não dito, tomando o silêncio como ingrediente importante para a articulação dos sentidos que o discurso sobre o tema do corpus a ser estudado apresenta. Para o estudo, foram utilizados textos de Pêcheux (1990, 1993, 2011, 2014), Lacan (1989, 1998, 2008), Althusser (1978) e Orlandi (2012, 2013), que possibilitaram imprimir a teoria sobre o corpus escolhido, que agrupa os 18 critérios utilizados por médicos, profissionais das áreas psi, professores e pais, para observar o comportamento de crianças que apresentam comportamentos conflituosos em relação a atividades no espaço escolar, familiar e social. Esses critérios, quando acontecem em recorrência de 6 meses e em grupos de 6 sintomas, levam os profissionais a concluir que a criança possui Transtorno de Déficit de Atenção/Hiperatividade. A materialidade das sequências discursivas circula na quinta edição do Manual Diagnóstico e Estatístico de Transtornos Mentais, publicado pela Associação Americana de Psiquiatria e ocupa o status que é atribuído ideologicamente à Medicina, pois a mesma é considerada como uma ciência de cuidados e muitas soluções de tratamentos específicos sejam medicamentosos ou não. Assim, esta pesquisa dedica um olhar para as relações extralinguísticas e, portanto, discursivas, para compreender o que o manual afirma sobre o comportamento infantil. Foi necessário, neste sentido, atentar para as condições de produção das sequências discursivas e para elas mesmas, ou seja, para os critérios, e compreender o discurso como objeto teórico, para entender como o curso sobre a infância se desvia para um outro olhar e outro discurso sobre ela. Para isso, foram usados estudos de Postman (2010), Del Priori (2015) e Ariès (1981), assim como leis e dados de órgãos do governo, tanto sobre a criança quanto sobre o transtorno que é representado pelo discurso do manual. Acredita-se que o material estudado neste trabalho representa uma articulação pertinente para pensar sobre a criança que se quer na atualidade, entendendo que esse objetivo pode ser alcançado por meio dos efeitos de sentido discursivos do manual sobre uma suposta “patologia”. É no entremeio do dito sobre a anormalidade e do não dito sobre a normalidade que se obtém defesas de teses ancoradas sobre discursos anteriores, seja no sentido de ratificá-los ou de recusá-los por meio do silenciamento.

Syftet med analysen är att försöka få fram en tydlig bild av hur de svenska lagarna tillämpas i praktiken och om de efterlevs som lagen beskriver att den ska göra. Men analysen vill också se om det finns något orsakssamband mellan ett patriarkalt samhällsmönster och om det finns något symboliskt våld i rättsliga sammanhang. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna har varit en jämförelse av Pierre Bourdieus begrepp om könshabitus, symboliskt våld i relation till den feministiska teorin om patriarkatets syn på kvinnor som blir utsatt för våldtäkt och hur de blir behandlade av det svenska rättsväsendet. Pierre Bourdieus syn på den manlige dominansens reproduktion och hierarki ligger som grund för uppsatsen.

Full textThe cat is among the most popular pets in Sweden and having an indoor cat has become more common. A cat has many needs. For example, they need to be activated through play and allowed to sharpen their claws by scratching since these are major aspects in their nature. Activating your cat is an important part of their everyday life and to prevent them from obtaining unwanted behaviours, such as scratching their owner. However, satisfying the needs of a cat can become a di cult task and problematic for cat owners living more cramped home accommodations. Therefore, my focus has been to develop an alternate concept of a scratching post that also suits cat owners living in smaller homes. Larger scratching posts on today’s market often require considerable space on the oor, which can be a problem if you have a small home. It has become common for cat owners to construct their own scratching posts today, but that can be rather time consuming and thus often not desirable. During the course of my project, I have interviewed multiple cat owners and found a need for a larger scratching post that blends into the ordinary household. A survey was submitted onto various cat forums where the response clearly showed that cat owners found value in the concepts where they themselves could utilise the scratching post. Thus, I combined a scratching post with a typical type of furniture you often see in the ordinary household, one that can be used by both cat and cat owner.

Full textMalignant Melanoma is one of the ten most common cancer diseases. The disease has increased due to changed sun and travel habits. The development depends on UV-radiation from the sun and increasing use of sunbeds. Today it’s the younger women who are most affected. Malignant Melanoma has to be diagnosed in an early stage because it’s prerequisite with a better survival. The nurse should work preventive against illness and give information about risky behaviour so that diseases and injuries are obviated. Taking this into consideration the aim of this literature review was to determine risk factors for Malignant Melanoma that can be used by the nurse in the preventive work. Orem’s Self-Care Deficit Theory of Nursing underlies this study. The study was based on eleven scientific articles and the result was presented in five main themes: socioeconomic status, lifestyle, lack in the medical service, patient’s knowledge and attitude and individual factors. High socioeconomic position was associated with more illness and higher survival. A high intake of vegetable, fruit and fish had a protective effect. There was a lack in the medical service about risk communication and little information was given about the disease. It was the younger individuals who used sunbeds, even though they had knowledge about the relation between sunbed use and the development of Malignant Melanoma. Examples for individual factors which were associated with a higher development for Malignant Melanoma was fair skin, freckles and the quantity of sunburns during the childhood.Keywords: Communication, diet, lifestyle, Malignant Melanoma, Orem, prevention, socioeconomic status, UV-radiation.

Full textResearch attempts to conceptualize a new approach to the "religions orientales" advanced by Franz Cumont in his book Les religions orientales dans le paganisme romain. It is necessary to understand what the contribution of the study of Christian sources to the establishment and development of this new perspective and a redefinition of the so-Called oriental gods is. This re-Reading of Tertullian is necessary due to the role of Cumont's theories : the scholar defined the Mithraic cult as the rival of Christianity. The "oriental religions" in his writings represent the missing link between paganism and Christianity. Tertullian wrote during a turning point in Christian history when the identity of Christianity was being established. The polemicist often uses Cybele, the deities of the gens Isiac and Mithras in his apologetic and anti-Heretical treaties. This study proposes a re-Reading of the "oriental" in the works of the polemicist, taking into consideration the polemic and rhetoric and the concept of identity in his treaties. In order to understand the role reserved by the author for the deities that were so important to Cumont, it is necessary to analyse these passages, collect the controversial issues behind each citation of the Magna Mater, Isis and Mithras, and deconstruct the arguments of Tertullian, in the light of Christian dialectic to comprehend the workings of the apologist's mind. Full textThis thesis deals with the analysis of some of R. Reagan's speeches delivered during his first term as a president (1981-1984). It is carried out within the framework of t spacific discipline : discourse analysis. The latter has two main features : first it stresses the importance of language ; second it is pluridisciplinary. This means that the analyst may borrow some notions from other disciplines in order to explore the corpus. Political anthropology is one of the disciplines to which we have resorted and from which we have borrowed some concepts. One of the main contributions of political anthropology is its bringing to the fore the importance of rituals and symbolism in the political sphere as well as the role of the collective memory, the mythology and the imaginary of thecommunity to which the message is intended in the construction of the meaning of the speeches, and this is what we call the unsaid of the corpus. We undertake the analysis of the speeches in the second part of the thesis, applying the method developed in the first part. Full textAlthough it is very common to hear about teacher qualification, the States concern with it in Brazil is not that old. Gatti (2010) indicates that only at the beginning of 20th century the first licentiate courses were established in the country and they were aimed at secondary education. Even then, only in 1996, with the promulgation of the new National Educational Bases and Guidelines law, the higher education qualification became mandatory for teachers performance in Brazils basic education. The term Basic Education and its current structure (Preschool, Elementary School and High School) is also recent, they were established in the Federal Constitution of 1988, after the Brazilian re-democratization process. Along with all these modifications (political, historical, economical and cultural) that occurred mainly in the last twenty years, educational policies were consolidated in Brazil in order to regulate what should be teachers qualification. Inside this context, we research how representations about teacher qualification were built in curricular reference documents in the period between 1995 and 2014. Our focus is Portuguese language teaching in the final stage of Basic Education High School due to differences about the purpose of students qualification in this cycle that, as well as teachers qualification, is a stage recently assured by the law as a State duty. We selected two kinds of curricular reference documents to compose our corpus: i) curricula for initial qualification and ii) curricula for Portuguese language teaching in High School. To execute the analysis of these documents, weve harnessed elements from Discourse Analysis, like the idea of discursive formation and ideological formation, the notion of interdiscourse and the concept of representation; all of them essential so that we could look at these documents in order to relate Language and History. Besides that, theyve enabled us to do the relation between documents that were produced within the same State administration and to identify permanencies and disruptions built among different administrations over these two decades. As analysis method, documents are divided into categories: Autonomy and Competency; and administrations that commanded the State over this period: Fernando Henrique Cardoso (1995 2002), Lula (2003 2010) and Dilma (2011 2014), that share economic and political affiliation with neoliberal discourse. During analysis, in the category Autonomy, the objective is to identify how more subjective elements were built, connected to identity construction in the teachers qualification process. In the category Competency, it become interesting to understand the relation of teachers qualification with contents and acquirements to be produced by (and for) the teacher in working with Portuguese Language in High School. Generally, the results point to a constant dissonance and competition in the constitution of the representations produced in teachers qualification in the documents for initial qualification vs. documents for Portuguese Language teaching in High School. There is also a permanent relation of stress in documents production, in which the attempt to assert the relevance of current construction work of curriculum references in certain administration is done through confrontation and disputes with materials previously produced.

Full textThis study it deals with the Analysis of the Speech of the life history of a girl in the street that if became street woman. Through an analysis of the statements it was tried to understand the subjective dimension of the life experience and the directions of silence. This is part of one politics of silencing and social exclusion, having as protagonists a girl and its familiar ones. Of this form, an agreement of an itinerary was looked that if it initiated with phenomena related to the gamma of the domestic violence, finding the victim in the street a protective pseudo-space. As method, it had an analysis of the respective history of life of an adolescent who frequents a situated not-governmental organization in the city of Victory of Santo Antão (PE), responsible for the care with this population. The present study if it characterized in a contribution of Sciences of the Language to the phenomenon, has seen that the product of the articulation and the necessary silencing to be studied in its linguistic and psicossocial dynamics, so that if it can construct to necessary instruments to the best performance and prevention of the problem.

Banking credit plays a key role for the economic development and, therefore, it is important to understand its dynamics and its actuation for the transmission of the monetary policy. Thus, this thesis consists of two studies that aim to understand the micro and macroeconomic behavior of bank credit, investigating the main determinants of bank credit as well as the interaction of the banking sector with other sectors of the economy. The microeconomic analysis aims to identify the major determinants of banking credit in the Brazilian economy, considering the influence of specific characteristics of the financial institutions and monetary policy in the period 2001 to 2012. This paper contributes with the literature by showing that there was no relevant impact from the macroeconomic environment on the credit supply in the analyzed period. The government has adopted a countercyclical credit policy mismatched from prevailing macroeconomic conditions. In turn, the macroeconomic analysis investigates the effects of credit risk for the financial intermediation and how this risk is transmitted to other agents in the economy. The DSGE model with financial frictions of Gertler and Karadi (2011) was modified to incorporate the risk of default given by the probability of non-payment of loans granted by the bank. This study contributes to the literature by deriving the probability of default of firms endogenously in the model, unlike most of the studies that assume it as exogenous. Moreover, as the model assumes two different interest rates for the two kinds of borrowers ("good" and "bad" payers), it allows the analysis of the impacts of the borrowers??? quality on the overall interest rate on loans. As a result, we identified a countercyclical default rate, which compensates the bank for the lost with ???bad??? payers.
O cr??dito banc??rio possui um papel fundamental para o desenvolvimento econ??mico de um pa??s e, por isso, ?? muito importante compreender sua din??mica e sua atua????o na transmiss??o da pol??tica monet??ria. Por essa raz??o, esta tese ?? formada por dois estudos que visam entender o comportamento do cr??dito banc??rio de forma micro e macroecon??mica, investigando os principais aspectos que o determinam, bem como a intera????o do setor banc??rio com os demais setores da economia. A an??lise microecon??mica buscou identificar empiricamente os determinantes do cr??dito banc??rio no Brasil, sob a ??tica da oferta, de modo a averiguar o efeito das estrat??gias dos bancos e evidenciar o impacto da pol??tica monet??ria sobre a oferta de cr??dito no per??odo de 2001 a 2012. Esse estudo constatou que n??o houve impacto do ambiente econ??mico sobre a oferta de cr??dito no per??odo analisado, dado que o governo adotou uma pol??tica credit??cia antic??clica descasada das condi????es macroecon??micas vigentes. Para tanto, utilizou-se o modelo DSGE com fric????es financeiras de Gertler e Karadi (2011), que foi modificado de modo a incorporar o risco de default dado pela probabilidade de n??o pagamento dos empr??stimos concedidos pelo banco. Esse estudo contribui com a literatura ao derivar a probabilidade de default das firmas endogenamente ao modelo, diferente de grande parte dos artigos que a tratam como uma medida ex??gena. Oral mucosit är en biverkan av cytostatika och strålbehandling, där hela munslemhinnan kan
bli påverkad med rodnader eller sår.
Syftet var att undersöka vilka omvårdnadsåtgärder som är viktiga för att patienten ska ta
ansvar för sin egen munvård och därmed lindra oral mucosit.
Metod: C-uppsatsen genomfördes som en litteraturstudie.
Resultat: Omvårdnadsåtgärderna bör föregås av en utveckling av relationen mellan
sjuksköterskan och patienten innan patienten kan ta till sig ny kunskap. Patienten behöver en
utförlig utbildning och information riktad mot egenvård av munhygien för att förebygga eller
lindra symtom på oral mucosit.
Slutsatsen är att utbildning i munvård får patienten att ta ett större ansvar för sin egenvård i
bedömningen av sitt munstatus, vilket leder till en lindring av oral mucosit.
Det behövs utbildning av vårdpersonal i god munvård och därmed en strategi för hur
utbildning och information ska utformas för att utveckla patientens egenvård.

Santa Catarina, durante o Estado Novo (1937-1945), sofreu forte influência da polÃtica de nacionalização do então Presidente Getúlio Vargas, atingindo, pela educação, os imigrantes de origem italiana e germânica, principalmente, e seus descendentes que ainda utilizavam a lÃngua materna na comunicação pessoal e na alfabetização das crianças. Para impor a lÃngua portuguesa, o Interventor Nereu Ramos tomou diferentes medidas de domÃnio e de cunho repressivo para que a lÃngua estrangeira fosse abandonada no estado catarinense. Com esta prerrogativa, esta tese objetivou compreender o texto e o contexto do processo de reconhecimento por parte do Estado brasileiro do plurilinguismo e se os acontecimentos do processo de nacionalização ainda ressoavam, em 2012, nos grupos de(as) professores(as) da lÃngua italiana das escolas públicas de Santa Catarina. Hoje os descendentes de imigrantes italianos, dado o contexto de democracia representativa e a nova Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional ? LDB (Lei 9.394), pelo seu artigo 26, têm possibilidade de estudar a lÃngua italiana em escolas públicas de Santa Catarina, bem como, de expressar-se livremente em italiano e de promover e manter a dita ?italianidade? nos municÃpios cujos eventos culturais geram turismo e movimentam a economia local. Perscrutou-se os acontecimentos mundiais, nacionais e locais na questão da lÃngua, direitos linguÃsticos, e multiculturalismo, para fins de revisão, bem como, foram realizadas 24 entrevistas com professores(as) que ministram o ensino da lÃngua italiana nas 48 escolas públicas de diferentes municÃpios (Ascurra, Arroio Trinta, Concórdia, Iomerê, Jaborá, Jaraguá do Sul, Lacerdópolis, Laurentino, Lindóia Do Sul, Morro Grande, Nova Veneza, Rio do Sul, Rodeio, Rio Do Oeste, Salto Veloso, São Joaquim, Siderópolis, Taió, Urussanga), apresentando, através de falas e fotografias, peculiaridades concernentes ao objeto de estudo. Com a implantação da LDB e com a assinatura de acordos firmados entre Brasil e Itália do pós-guerra, uma das lÃnguas denominada de imigração, antes proibida, pode ser novamente ensinada nas escolas brasileiras, que, contudo, não é mais a mesma lÃngua de ascendência, mas sim a lÃngua standard. As crianças catarinenses agora voltam à s salas de aulas para aprender a lÃngua italiana, não mais a considerada lÃngua proibida, mas a que os nonnose os nonnas não reconhecem mais. Entretanto, pelas falas dos professores(as) entrevistados(as), encontraram-se indÃcios de ressentimento advindos da proibição a que eram submetidos seus ascendentes, por questões12polÃticas, de se expressar em italiano e de ensinar aos seus filhos e netos a lÃngua materna. Por outro lado, o sentimento que os entrevistados deixaram transparecer desveladamente é o orgulho de se sentirem pertencentes à origem italiana.
Abstract : In the period of Estado Novo (1937-1945), Santa Catarina suffered strong influence of the nationalization policy spread by the president Getúlio Vargas, reaching, by education, mainly immigrants of Italian and German origin, and their descents who still used their mother language in the personal communication and in the literacy of children. In order to impose the Portuguese language, the Interventor Nereu Ramos took different actions of control and repression hoping that the foreign language was renounced in the state of Santa Catarina. This thesis aimed at understanding the text and context of the process of recognizing the plurilingualism by the Brazilian state, as well as if such process was still reverberating, in 2012, in the groups of Italian teachers from the public schools of Santa Catarina. Following local, national and world events regarding language issues, language rights and multiculturalism, nowadays the Italian immigrant descendants, considering the context of representative democracy and the New Law of Guideline and Bases of National Education ? LDB (Law 9.394), according to the article 26, have the possibility of studying the Italian language in public schools of Santa Catarina, as well as expressing themselves freely in Italian, promoting and maintaining their culture in cities in which cultural events promote the tourism and boost the local economy. Research were done in world, national and local events in the subject of language, language rights and multiculturism, for purposes of revision, as 24 interviews were conducted with professors who teach Italian in 48 public schools of different cities (Ascurra, ArroioTrinta, Concórdia, Iomerê, Jaborá, Jaraguá do Sul, Lacerdópolis, Laurentino, Lindóia Do Sul, Morro Grande, Nova Veneza, Rio do Sul, Rodeio, Rio Do Oeste, Salto Veloso, São Joaquim, Siderópolis, Taió, Urussanga), presenting, through speeches and photos, peculiarities concerning the object of the study. With the implementation of LDB and the signing of agreements between Brazil and Italy after war, the immigration languages, prohibited before, could be taught again in Brazilian schools, including Italian, which is not the same language of ascendancy, but the standard language. Nowadays in Santa Catarina, children are going back to the classroom to learn Italian, which now is not a prohibit language, but it is no longer recognized by nonnos and nonnas anymore. However, the speeches of the interviewed teachers revealed evidence of resentment as a consequence of the prohibition that their descendants were submitted, being unable to express themselves in Italian or teaching their native language to their14children and grandchildren due to political issues. On the other hand, it was clear that the interviewed teachers were proud of their Italian origin.

The Supervised Internship in Brazil has historical roots since the creation of the first formation courses for teachers initiated in the country. Initially, the supervised internship was called teaching practice. The CNE / CP 2/2002 resolution establishing the duration and workload of graduation courses, of full graduation and formation of teachers to Elementary School in higher education, established 400 hours of supervised internship to begin in the second half of the graduation courses. However, it was not determinates how these hours should be taken advantage of during the course. In this bias, the research sought to qualitatively analyze the hours that are arranged in the curricular organization of chemistry degree courses in Goiás state. For the analysis, it was used as a methodology the Discursive Textual Analysis (ATD), which develops from the fragmentation of the texts, the categorization and capture of the emergent new. The corpuses of the research were eighteen Pedagogical Course Projects (PPC) of the chemistry degree courses in Goiás state, which are currently active. For the analysis of the results three categories were established: supervised internship conception; theory and practice and teacher identity. In this regard, it was noted that some of the PPC analyzed consider that the internship is a positive field for social action and development of critically, but in its distribution as a discipline and on school organization these assertions are somehow contested. It was noticed in the PPC in general, that the internship is designed as a space conducive to the unity between theory and practice, however, the simple fact of working theory and practice in the same discipline does not mean the union of them two, much less overcomes the existing dichotomy between them. Referring to teaching identity, the PPC were divided into three groups, namely: the bacharelescos, mixed and the specific for teaching, the understanding that the first one do not have in their characteristics texts related to the structuring of a teaching identity, mixed mix some of these features while the specific evidenced characteristics concerning to the structuring of a teacher identity and preparation for practice. It was noted also few proposals that can lead, in fact, the trainee to the praxis that can be done through education by research. Although some texts for the internship contained in PPC refers, indirectly, to the importance of critical thinking and focused on the social action, proposals which actually includes this view are few. It is necessary to rethink the true sense of the internship and the contribution of this to the practice, responsible for an emancipated and social action.
O Estágio Supervisionado no Brasil tem raízes históricas desde a criação dos primeiros cursos de formação de professores instaurados no país. Inicialmente, o estágio supervisionado era chamado de prática de ensino. A resolução CNE/CP 2/2002 que institui a duração e a carga horária dos cursos de licenciatura, de graduação plena e de formação de professores da Educação Básica em nível superior, estabeleceu 400 horas de estágio supervisionado a se iniciar na segunda metade dos cursos de graduação. No entanto, não foi determinado como essas horas deveriam ser aproveitadas no decorrer do curso. Nesse viés, a pesquisa buscou analisar qualitativamente as horas que estão dispostas na organização curricular dos cursos de licenciatura em química do estado de Goiás. Para a análise, foi utilizada como metodologia a Análise Textual Discursiva (ATD), que se desenvolve a partir da fragmentação dos textos, da categorização e da captação do novo emergente. O corpus da pesquisa foram os dezoito Projetos Pedagógicos de Curso (PPC) dos cursos de licenciatura em química do estado de Goiás que estão em atividade. Para a análise dos resultados foram estabelecidas três categorias: concepção de estágio supervisionado; teoria e prática e identidade docente. Nesse sentido, notou-se que alguns dos PPC analisados consideram que o estágio é um campo favorável para a ação social e o desenvolvimento da criticidade, porém em sua distribuição como disciplina e nas ementas essas afirmações são, de certa forma, contestadas. Percebeu-se, nos PPC em geral, que o estágio é concebido como o espaço propício para a união entre a teoria e a prática, entretanto, o simples fato de se trabalhar teoria e prática em uma mesma disciplina não significa a união das duas, muito menos a superação dicotômica existente entre elas. Referente à identidade docente, dividiram-se os PPC em três grupos, a saber: os bacharelescos, os mistos e os específicos para a docência entendendo-se que os primeiros não apresentam em seus textos características relacionadas à estruturação de uma identidade docente, os mistos mesclam algumas dessas características enquanto os específicos evidenciaram características concernentes à estruturação de uma identidade docente e à preparação para a práxis. Notou-se também poucas propostas que podem levar, de fato, o estagiário à práxis que pode ser feito a partir da educação pela pesquisa. Embora alguns textos referentes ao estágio contidos nos PPC remetam, de forma indireta, à importância do pensamento crítico e da ação voltada ao social, as propostas que de fato comtemplam essa visão são poucas. Torna-se necessário repensar sobre o verdadeiro sentido do estágio e a contribuição deste para a práxis, responsável por uma ação emancipatória e social.

This study is based on the analysis of 119 sentencing decisions on drug trafficking cases, all of which involved women as the accused and were rendered within the jurisdiction of Recife throughout 2014. The primary aim of this thesis is to understand the ramifications of gender discourses in relation to women, starting from the hypothesis that (pre)conceptions of a patriarchal and a sexist nature are reproduced in sentencing decisions. Considering that the Judiciary is a key power agency of the criminal justice system, the assumption here is that the message conveyed in those decisions plays an important role in building a social punitive culture. Both critical criminology and a sociology of the administration of justice appeared as the most appropriate theoretical backgrounds in which to locate this work, as they help emphasising the judge's political function and the unfair nature of the criminal justice system?s selection criteria. The research was divided into two phases: a quantitative stage, in which the aim was to learn about the workings of the criminal justice system from the numbers provided by the decisions; and a qualitative stage, based on the content analysis of these decisions. It was found that, in this type of crime, abusive practices perpetrated by the police are commonplace, as most cases involve unlawful flagrant arrests, with the police entering the accused?s home without a warrant and without having to justify his conduct later on in the proceedings. Moreover, the police officer?s version of the facts ends up playing a crucial role in the conviction of the accused, as other evidence is rarely found. Several other pitfalls of the Brazilian criminal system were also identified, such as procedural delays and excessive pre-trial detentions. The research hypothesis was only partially confirmed though, given that nothing positive came out of the sexist dichotomy "victim/witch", as the women were judged not only for drug trafficking crimes, but also for being a mother or a prostitute, and for their behaviour inside and outside their households. On the other hand, the intense police action revealed a high degree of invisibility experienced by these women, who are not receiving any form of protection against possible abuses, including sexual abuse, which puts into question the initial assumption of this research.
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a an?lise de 119 senten?as penais, com acusadas mulheres, proferidas nas quatro varas especializadas por tr?fico de drogas na cidade do Recife no ano de 2014. Procura-se entender os desdobramentos dos discursos de g?nero em rela??o ? mulher, a partir da hip?tese de que s?o reproduzidos (pr?)conceitos de cunho patriarcalista e machista nas decis?es. Parte-se do pressuposto que os discursos proferidos nessas decis?es, uma vez que o Poder Judici?rio integra as ag?ncias de poder do Sistema de Justi?a Criminal, ter?o alcance na forma??o da cultura punitiva social. O recorte da criminologia cr?tica e da Sociologia da Administra??o da Justi?a tamb?m est?o presentes, ressaltado, respectivamente, a fun??o pol?tica do juiz e o car?ter injusto da sele??o do Sistema Justi?a Criminal. A pesquisa foi dividida em dois momentos distintos, uma etapa quantitativa, na qual se procurou entender o funcionamento da justi?a criminal, a partir dos n?meros extra?dos das decis?es; e uma etapa qualitativa, formada pela an?lise de conte?do das decis?es. Notou-se uma grande atua??o abusiva da Pol?cia nesse tipo de crime, pois a maioria das ocorr?ncias ? composta por flagrantes, com entradas em domicilio da r? sem autoriza??o pr?via da justi?a e sem a necessidade de posterior justificativa. Al?m de, a palavra do agente policial ser essencial para a condena??o, j? que raramente s?o encontrados outros meios de prova. Diversas outras mazelas do sistema brasileiro tamb?m foram identificadas, como a morosidade processual e a aplica??o excessiva da pris?o preventiva. A concretiza??o da hip?tese de pesquisa ocorreu parcialmente, tendo em vista que nada de bom ? retirado da dicotomia machista de possibilidades ?v?tima/bruxa? para a mulher, que ? julgada n?o s? pelo crime de tr?fico, mas por ser m?e ou prostituta, pelo seu comportamento dentro e fora do ?mbito dom?stico. Por outro lado, a intensa atua??o policial revelou um alto grau de invisibilidade sofrida por essas mulheres, para as quais n?o ? voltada nenhuma forma de prote??o em rela??o a poss?veis abusos, inclusive sexuais, o que p?e em cheque o pressuposto inicial da pesquisa.
