Coppola, Francesca. "La dimensione soggettiva del lavoro nel tempo della persona." Doctoral thesis, Università di Siena, 2021. http://hdl.handle.net/11365/1127242.
Full textThe exaltation of the dichotomous aspect of time, divided between work and leisure time, has led to obscure reproductive, domestic, educational and assistance work, but also to ignore the work of school and professional training; just as it has deprived of legal relevance the times forcibly linked to work, such as those of the journey from home to the workplace or the time dedicated to work, in addition to the scheduled time, in creative and responsible work. In this dynamic, paid time has represented a masculine time par excellence to which women have had to adapt if they wanted to take part in it on an equal footing. This approach, both in the organization of work and in the rules that regulate its functioning, is still strongly present in our system today. Starting from these considerations, the thesis aims instead to take an approach that puts the subject at the center, enhancing the concept of time of the person, in a perspective that is not linked only to productive needs, but that gives value to the human person and his relationships as such. Dwelling first on the search for a legal anchorage within the Constitution at the time of the person, the emphasis was subsequently placed on the most recent developments in Europe with respect to the chosen theme, in particular on the failure of attempts to rewrite the directive on working hours, on the additional role played by the Court of Justice in the reinterpretation of existing legislation and on the emphasis attributed by European governance to issues relating to family care and assistance. The topic was then framed with respect to the internal perspective of the national system. The reference legislation on working hours was analyzed to underline the approach mainly aimed at defending temporal flexibility in the interest of the employer, who has a strong power to decide and vary the location of the service. It was therefore reasoned on the need, also in the perspective of support and enhancement of the initiatives applicable collectively, of a legislative intervention, aimed at attributing subjective rights in favor of workers over the temporal organization, which prevail over the interest economic activity of the company, if they detect particular needs of the person linked to fundamental rights and values that find constitutional legal recognition. Finally, the main legal solutions pursued so far, and still widely practicable, for the creation of new balances between the efficient management of the organization of the company and greater self-control by the single worker and the single worker were described and analyzed in a problematic key.

Full textThe problem addressed in this thesis is the representation of labour in the novel. The thesis is organized into three parts. The first, divided in three chapters, explores the issue from a theoretical perspective. The first chapter defines the object of investigation; it discusses the corpus and states the observation on which the entire work is based: in the Assommoir, clocks and time-discipline are an obsessive theme. The second chapter conducts a meta-psychological reading of Weber's Protestant Ethic, analyzing capitalist ethics from a psychoanalytic perspective. The third chapter discusses Francesco Orlando’s notion of «return of the repressed», and asks whether it is possible to recognize, in the literary language, mechanisms that express the instances of the Super-ego. The second part, about the Assommoir, is organized in four chapters. The first is a study of an unaccomplished project of Zola; its goal is to show that this project was a component in the genesis of the Assommoir, and that it can help clarify the meaning of the organization of time within the novel. In order to better explore the peculiarities of the treatment of time in the Assommoir, in the second chapter I put forward some brief observations regarding a sample of novels from the 19th-century canon. The third chapter proposes a systematic review of the treatment of time in the Assommoir, with comment. The fourth and last chapter draws some general conclusions, interpreting the meaning of the rhythmic articulation of time in Zola's masterpiece. The third part analyses the treatment of time in Germinal and the fourth part of the novel, devoted to the motionless time of non-labour.

Full textAnalyze the process of learning of Architectural discipline in the classroom context, involves relating two poles of the same body: essential mode of action of the architect, designing, and teaching. For that reason, this research answers the scientific question: How contributing actions carried out in the classroom, students become proficient in the skills and competencies of the design process? One of the key contributions of the work is related to the analysis of the design process. The effort to differentiate, characterize and understand its structure means answering what is the design process, what is done when projecting in architecture and how you think the architectural project? Responding to the above leads to the assertion that the design process has a structure that characterizes it, which has an essential property that guarantees regular over the particular manifestations of the projected object, the role of project, its context, intervention designer, or variations casuistry of the time when each process may be involved. Consequently, in the paper comes to distinguish the different phases making up the process, but above all, the theoretical emphasis occurs in the analysis of the activities making up these phases, since these are the ultimate expression of the process. Another significant finding of the research is the development of a model that reflects the essential structure of the theory and design process. Fulfill this purpose makes it possible to study and deepen the nature of the process, anchoring a theory on its reasoning, and apply to teaching and learning inherent characteristics of this process. The work goes further towards formative dimension, shifting the focus to architecture from the academy, in order to infer a pedagogical approach that supports professional training in architecture. The path of the thesis reaches its center when the architectural project is studied from teaching, in order to reconstruct the collective thinking of the professors of architecture. To do this, we had the theoretical tools of the General Teaching (Didactic) basically categories of this science. What basic situations of the design process should be reflected in the teaching of this discipline? Demand the design process for learning key moments? What are its characteristics? What difficulties have didactic design process? These questions are the most representative of the teaching-learning process of architectural design and make way for understanding what happens in the classroom: teachers teach to project, students learn this professional competence, what are the problems? From the results obtained in the framework of applied research, it can be concluded that there is currently no scientific approach of teaching process of architectural design. From the analysis conducted is inferred that the architecture student preparation significantly away from the genuine aspirations of an effective and comprehensive training, what exposes the need, increasingly urgent, of a didactic training for professionals university education in architecture.
