Abstract:
Målet med denna undersökning är att minska energiförbrukningen vid framställning av gjutna detaljer i austenitiskt manganstål. Detta görs genom att undersöka om det är materialmässigt möjligt att göra förändringar som förkortar framställningsprocessen av de gjutna detaljerna medan snarlika materialegenskaper bibehålls. Den processförändring som undersöks är att slopa upplösningsbehandlingen under framställningsprocessen genom att istället släcka den gjutna detaljen direkt efter uppslag från gjutform. Konkret innebär detta att detaljen slås upp och släcks vid ett tidigare och tidsbestämt skede. Detta tillvägagångssätt kallas inom metallindustrin för direkt släckning och appliceras idag på andra legeringar och tillverkningsprocesser.För att undersöka om det är materialtekniskt möjligt att genomföra denna förändring i framställningsprocessen tas provkroppar fram. Dessa provkroppar är av en förbestämd geometri och tas fram under kontrollerade förutsättningar. Av totalt nio provkroppar släcks sex provkroppar direkt medan tre genomgår upplösningsbehandling där de senast nämnda används som referenser. Provkropparna undersöks med metoder så som mikroskopi och hårdhetsmätning för att bestämma de relevanta materialegenskaperna i provkropparna. Undersökningen visar antydningar på att det är möjligt att införa direkt släckning. Detta eftersom kornstorlek och karbidandelar inte skiljer sig nämnvärt mellan direkt släckta och värmebehandlade prover som har undersökts i denna studie. Men för ett mer definitivt fastställande behövs fortsatta studier.
The aim of this study is to reduce the energy consumed during manufacturing of parts in manganese steel. This is done by determining the possibility to make changes that shortens the production process of the castings while keeping the material properties similar. The process change that is studied is to see if it is possible to skip the heat treatment process by quenching directly after shake out of the casting. This means that the casted product needs to be shaken out and quenched at an earlier and more specific time. This process is known in the metal industry as direct quenching and is by the time of writing applied on different alloys and manufacturing processes.To determine the possibility to make the aforementioned changes to the casting process, taking the material properties into account, sample bodies are created. These sample bodies are of a predetermined geometry and are manufactured under controlled circumstances. From a total of nine sample bodies six are directly quenched and three are put through a heat treatment process, the later mentioned bodies are used as references. The sample bodies are studied with methods such as microscopy and hardness testing. In this study there are indications that it is possible to introduce direct quencing in the production of details made of austenitic manganese steel. This is because the difference in grain size and fraction of carbides is small between the direct quenched and the heat treated samples in this study. Nevertheless, further studies needs to be made to make a more definitive conclusion.

I den här uppsatsen går vi igenom traditionell mixning av Musik i Surround, en såkallad Direkt/Ambient Mixning, vilket innebär direktljud i de främre högtalarna (Left, Center, Right) och enbart ambiens i bakhögtalarna (Left Surround, Right Surround) och sedan vårt eget tillvägagångssätt som man kan kalla Direkt/Överallt, dvs. att det finns direkta ljudkällor runt om i hela surroundfältet. Resultatet av vårt arbete visar att metoden Direkt/Överallt ger en mer omfattande och omringande känsla av musiken i surround.

Abstract

Skanska Sweden has decided to split the organization that earlier handled both large and small projects into two different subsidiaries. A consequence of this is that all construction service handling will from now on be enforced under the name Skanska Direkt AB. The management of Skanska sees this as an opportunity to develop the organization and in the long term achieve higher earnings.   

The task which Skanska in connection with the reorganization wanted to be investigated was a proposal on how the organization of work with the insurance work in the future should look like.

The organization that is handled is from production manager to professional workers and includes damage handling that has been obtained from insurance companies in the southern and northern parts of Värmland. 

The purpose with this work is to present a different kind of view to the problem with developing this branch of the company. The main target was to work out a proposal of an organizational plan for the damage handling in Skanska Direkt AB that is possible to apply, less sensitive for dismissals, results in higher earnings, obtains higher customer satisfaction and also a staff stab that develops their skills at their own.

The report and work progressed as following:

  1. Opening theory study of strategies to obtain the objectives set.
  2. Restructuring of existing organization with theories as support.
  3. Interviews with the actors involved to verify feasibility of the developed organization plan

 

 Organization chart, the result of work means that some workers at each location shall be responsible for a small group of workers and work independently. They shall manage the process of invoicing and calculate costs at the same time as they work out on the workplace. In support of integration and development shall it be resource persons and development managers.

The conclusion of the work done was that the organization chart is feasible and that in the existing organization is gaps that this organizational structure may be a possible solution of.

Trots att nästan 85 % av all massa i universum består av mörk materia är dess egenskaper okända. Medan vissa delar av den okända materian kan beskrivas med hjälp av standardmodellen, är egenskaperna av den övriga oidentifierad. Den vanligaste förklaringen är en okänd partikel som kan interagera med baryonisk materia. Om partikeln finns kommer den att kunna bli detekterad genom svag växelverkan med andra partiklar. I denna rapport presenteras bevis för existensen av mörk materia. Dessutom kommer olika metoder att detektera den okända materian diskuteras, där största fokuset ligger på direkt detektion. I rapporten kommer det teoretiska antalet detektionsutfall och dess beroenden att undersökas. Slutligen kommer det förväntade totala antalet beräknade detektionsutfall att studeras. Dessa resultat kommer att jämföras med totala antalet utfall hos existerande experiment.
Despite accounting for almost 85 % of all mass in the Universe, the properties of dark matter are mostly unknown. While some of this unknown matter can be explained by the standard model, the properties of the rest are unspecified. The most common explanation is an unknown particle that can interact with baryonic matter. If that is true, dark matter could be detected through weak interactions with other particles. In this report we will explain some evidence for dark matter and discuss different avenues of detecting dark matter while focusing on direct detection. We will examine theoretical detection rates and their dependencies. Finally we will examine numerically calculated expected total number of detector events, compare them to experimental total number of detector events and discuss current efforts in direct detection of dark matter.

Uppsatsen undersöker hur de olika panoreringsteknikerna, direkt/ambient och direkt-överallt, för 5.1 surround uppfattas utav lyssnare. Enligt direkt/ambient ska alla direkta källor panoreras till frontkanalerna (L, C, R) och endast ambiens finnas i surroundkanalerna (Ls, Rs). Enligt direkt-överallt kan direkta källor panoreras till alla kanaler. Ljudstimuli i tre genrer har utav undertecknad framställts, rock/hårdrock, jazz/fusion och hip hop. Ett exempel enligt direkt/ambient och ett enligt direkt-överallt framställdes i varje genre. Vidare har två lyssningsundersökningar ägt rum, en med ”vana” lyssnare i ett kontrollrum samt en med ”vanliga” lyssnare i hemmiljö. Undersökningarna visade att de flesta föredrog direkt-överallt-produktionerna och dessa uppfattades även som mest omslutande vilket har visat sig vara en viktig egenskap för en musikproduktion i surround.

Vid insatsen i Kongo 1961- 63 var en av uppgifterna för svenska flygvapnet direkt understödav FN:s markstyrkor. Hur löstes då denna uppgift? Var det ett väl inövat koncepteller tvingades flygförare och markstridskrafter att uppfinna en metodik på grundav rådande omständigheter? Det kan vara så att Sverige hade en väl utvecklad förmågavilken både hade stöd i doktrinära dokument och som övades. Det kan även förhålla sigså att de berörda piloterna fick improvisera och ta fram nya metoder på plats i Afrika.I uppsatsen analyseras källmaterial ur Krigsarkivets samlingar hämtade från Flygstabenoch Första flygeskadern mellan 1948 och 1961. Exempel på dessa källor är övningsbestämmelser,taktiska verk och reglementen.Svaret som uppsatsen ger är att Sverige övade Direkt flygunderstöd, DFU, under nästanhela 50- talet. Det fanns föreskrifter för samverkan och i pilotutbildningen fanns lektioneri ämnet. I slutet av perioden övergår fokus efterhand till luftförsvar och attack påstörre operativt djup.Dagens flygvapen med JAS 39 Gripen håller inte på att införa en ny förmåga. Direktflygunderstöd i Sverige är ingen nyhet!

Abstract:
In order to mitigate the impact of a possible hydrogen combustion and to avoid containment failure, passive auto-catalytic recombiners (PAR) are used for hydrogen removal in an increasing number of European nuclear power plants. Hydrogen and oxygen react exothermally even below conventional flammability limits on the catalytic surfaces inside a PAR generating steam and heat. Modelling of the operational behaviour of PAR is one part of development issues in order to achieve reliable predictions of local atmosphere conditions. International research activities, e.g. in the European FP-6/FP-7 Network of Excellence SARNET (Severe Accident Research NETwork), investigate these aspects. At Forschungszentrum Ju¨lich, two strategies are pursued. First, the detailed evaluation of the reaction kinetics and heat and mass transport phenomena on a single catalyst element is performed by a direct implementation of the transport and kinetic approaches in ANSYS CFX-11. Second, in order to model the interaction of PAR with the containment, REKO-DIREKT, a detailed user model of the relevant processes inside a PAR based on Fortran 90 will be implemented in CFX. At present, validation against the available experimental database is performed. The validity of the numerical models strongly depends on the experimental data available. For this purpose, detailed experiments are performed at Ju¨lich. In the small-scale test facility REKO-3, representing a recombiner section, detailed investigations of the reaction kinetics under well-defined and steady-state conditions have been performed. In co-operation with RWTH Aachen University, a new test vessel REKO-4 is currently under preparation for testing PAR behaviour under natural convection conditions. It will provide various possibilities for instrumentation to measure temperatures and gas compositions and in particular it will be equipped with particle image velocimetry (PIV) for measuring the flow field around the PAR.

Abstract:
Den här litteraturöversikten fokuserar på missgynnande och diskriminering på hyresbostadsmarknaden och deras respektive kopplingar till etableringshinder på arbetsmarknaden. Genom en scoping review genomfördes sex intervjuer med forskare knutna till fältet, 1100 artiklar identifierades i en initial litteratursökning och 32 artiklar ansågs uppfylla kriterierna för litteraturöversikten. Av översikten kan vi dra slutsatsen att missgynnande och diskriminering förekommer på hyresbostadsmarknaden och utgör etableringshinder som i förlängningen försvårar arbetsmarknadsetablering. Det rör sig såväl om direkt diskriminering i ansökningsprocesser som om missgynnande till följd av socioekonomisk ojämlikhet och effekter av policyer. Vidare framkommer att det saknas forskning på direkt diskriminering på grund av religion, könsidentitet, ålder eller funktionsnedsättning. Även adresseffekter måste anses vara ett outforskat område i Sverige.

Abstract:
Im Abfall steckt sowohl direkt wie auch indirekt viel Energie. So werden in der Schweiz pro Jahr Siedlungsabfälle mit einem Energiegehalt von rund 60 Petajoule verbrannt. Die daraus direkt zurückgewonnene Energie deckt etwa 4 Prozent des Endenergiebedarfs. Das grösste Potenzial der Abfallwirtschaft liegt aber meist darin, beim Recycling sekundäre Rohstoffe zu gewinnen und so indirekt die energieintensive Produktion von primären Rohstoffen zu verhindern. Um den Beitrag der Abfallwirtschaft zur Energiewende zu optimieren, braucht es in einem ersten Schritt vor allem Verbesserungen hinsichtlich einer transparenten Dokumentation der Material- und Geldflüsse und darauf aufbauend eine energetische Priorisierung der verschiedenen Verwertungs- und Entsorgungswege. Als diejenigen Abfallfraktionen mit dem grössten Verbesserungspotenzial wurden Papier und Karton sowie Plastik identifiziert. Bei Papier und Karton lassen sich aufgrund der sehr grossen Mengen bedeutende Effekte erzielen. Gebrauchte Kunststoffe werden mit Ausnahme der PET-Getränkeflaschen bisher erst wenig getrennt gesammelt. Ein grosses Optimierungspotenzial wurde auch bei der Energieeffizienz der Verbrennungsanlagen identifiziert. Damit KVAs die entstehende Wärme wirkungsvoller nutzen können, müssen aber Abnehmer für Dampf und Wärmeenergie in ihrer Nähe angesiedelt sein. Ein entscheidender Erfolgsfaktor für einen Wandel hin zu einer energieeffizienten Abfallwirtschaft ist die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den vielen Akteuren der föderalistisch organisierten Branche. Diese muss sich zum einen vermehrt entlang der Wertschöpfungsketten organisieren. Zum anderen gilt es dabei aber auch, die Freiräume der föderalen Vielfalt zu nutzen, um unterschiedliche Lösungswege zu testen.

Zweifelsohne wirken sich neue Technologien auf die Alltagsmobilität einschließlich der Wahl verfügbarer Verkehrsmitteln aus und implizieren damit verkehrs- umwelt- und raumbezogene Folgen. Der massenhafte Anstieg der individuellen Pkw-Nutzung der zurückliegenden Jahrzehnte wird weitestgehend auf strukturelle Veränderungen zurückgeführt, die sich aus dem Zusammenwirken von technologischer Möglichkeit (hier: der Option „Pkw“) und allgemeinen ökonomischen und sozialen Entwicklungstrends in modernen Industriegesellschaften ergeben (vgl. exemplarisch Kutter 2001; Kutter/Stein 1998). Insbesondere bezogen auf die soziale Akzeptanz von technischen Neuerungen – ökonomisch gesprochen: die Substitutionsbereitschaft zwischen bestehenden und neuen Technologien – muss jedoch die Perspektive des Akteurs und sein individuelles Entscheidungsverhalten stärker in den Blick genommen werden, um die für Verkehr, Umwelt und Raum sich ergebenden Folgen besser abschätzen zu können. Entsprechende Studien, die das individuelle Entscheidungsverhalten im Umgang mit technologischen Neuerungen ins Zentrum der Untersuchung stellen, sind jedoch nach wie vor nur in geringer Zahl vorhanden. So steht beispielsweise außer Frage, dass Neuerungen im Bereich von IuK-Technologien die physische Mobilität nachhaltig beeinträchtigen werden. Gleichwohl sind die vorhandenen theoretischen wie empirischen Befunde der Mobilitätsforschung, wie die Entwicklung von IuK-Technologien die individuelle Mobilitätsnachfrage verändern wird, jedoch unklar oder widersprüchlich. Entsprechend stellt etwa Bamberg (2010) fest: „Die Dynamik dieser Entwicklung ist z.Z. kaum prognostizierbar“. Vor diesem Hintergrund hat unter anderen das Institut für Mobilitätsforschung (ifmo) in Kooperation mit dem Imperial College London jüngst eine Grundlagenstudie gestartet, um den Stand des Wissens zum Einfluss von IuK-Technologien auf das Mobilitätsverhalten aufzuarbeiten. Ein ähnlicher Erkenntnisstand lässt sich für andere verkehrs- und mobilitätsrelevante Technologiebereiche diagnostizieren. Eine der wenigen Ausnahmen hiervon bilden Analysen des Nutzerverhaltens bezogen auf die Akzeptanz neuer Antriebstechnologien im Bereich des motorisierten Individualverkehrs und hier speziell mit Blick auf die Nutzung elektrisch betriebener Fahrzeuge (vgl. stellvertretend Bongard 2014; Fazel 2014; Peters et al. 2013; Haugrund 2013; Pieper et al. 2013; Paternoga et al. 2013; Dudenhöffer et al. 2012; Döring/Aigner 2012; Döring 2012; Ahrend et al. 2011; Peters/Hoffmann 2011; Döring/Aigner 2011). Zu den Elektrofahrzeugen zählen dabeiterminologisch nicht alllein reine batterieelektrisch betriebene Fahrzeuge (BEV), sondern auch solche Elektrofahrzeuge, die entweder über einen Verbrennungsmotor zur Reichweitenverlängerung verfügen (REEV) oder bei denen sowohl ein E-Motor als auch ein Verbrennungsmotor für den Antrieb sorgt, wie dies bei den am Stromnetz aufladbaren Plugin-Hybridfahrzeugen (PHEV) der Fall ist. Schließlich werden zudem Brennstoffzellenfahrzeuge (FCEV), welche die benötigte Energie direkt an Bord des Fahrzeugs erzeugen (z.B. in Form von Wasserstoffbrennstoffzellen), zu den Elektrofahrzeugen gezählt. In Anbetracht dessen sollen nachfolgend exemplarisch die vorhandenen Einsichten zum Nutzerverhalten im Umgang mit der Elektromobilität zusammenfassend dargestellt sowie – wenngleich nur ansatzweise und damit in lediglich rudimentärer Form – einige sich daraus ergebende verkehrs-, umwelt- und raumbezogene Implikationen aufgezeigt werden.
