Resumo: Essa pesquisa problematiza a educação em tempo integral na sua relação com o ensino regular (CAVALIERE, 2007). Apoiada em vertentes das Pedagogias que não se tornaram formas escolares dominantes na sociedade (VINCENT; LAHIRE; THIN, 2001), mas que, apesar disso, continuam a disputar espaço na cultura escolar (FORQUIN, 1992), a tese analisa aproximações, distanciamentos e tensões entre o prescrito e o vivido no cotidiano de um estabelecimento de ensino específico. Adentrando a lógica dos processos escolares e movida pelo interesse em conhecer as experiências promovidas com o uso de tempos e espaços ampliados, a forma escolar convencional é contrastada com a participação dos envolvidos na construção do trabalho pedagógico, particularmente os alunos. Questiona se de fato a educação em tempo integral, tal como incentivada pela política educacional por resultados mensuráveis e/ou incentivada pelo discurso da ação educativa extramuros, se torna contributo à qualidade educacional. Instrumentaliza a abordagem metodológica de influência etnográfica (EZPELETA, 1989; ROCKWELL, 1997; MAFRA, 2010) na observação participante, porém não exclusivamente e nem prioritariamente, pois promove a participação das crianças na produção de dados (MARTUCCELLI, 1998; BAUER, 2002; KRAMER, 2002; MINAYO, 2006; GAMBOA, 2007), mediante entrevista, relatos verbais, questionário e fotografias produzidas por elas mesmas. Assim procede porque objetiva dialogar com os alunos sobre a experiência de mais tempo de uma escola pública de Ensino Fundamental - Anos Iniciais -, localizada no município paranaense de Piraquara. Os alunos são tratados como indivíduos plurais e, enquanto atores sociais (DUBET, 1994), realizam um trabalho na/com/contra a escola, e assim procedendo interferem na forma como a pedagogia se dispõe a conduzir as práticas educacionais, sejam aquelas de mais longa data incorporadas à cultura da escola, sejam os referentes externos, que chegam como novidade e passam a ser acomodados à lógica escolar mais intrínseca. Nesse contexto relacional, a experiência educacional é concebida como um arranjo social em sutil equilíbrio. A categoria experiência é elucidada como central à pesquisa (FREIRE, 1987; DUBET, 1994; BENJAMIN, 2002; LARROSA, 2002). Por meio dela deu-se a reconstrução dos eventos escolares, capturados durante dois anos de trabalho de campo. Do que resultou um conjunto de notas para a educação integral, pautadas nos dizeres das crianças com as quais a pesquisa dialogou. No capítulo conclusivo, as notas aparecem como contributos de uma realidade particular ao reordenamento de processos formativos dignos e equânimes. Erguendo-se como um inédito-viável (FREIRE, 1987) na democratização do conhecimento e da sociedade, a educação se torna integral se comprometida com transformações substanciais do ensino convencional. Revisando a finalidade da escola pública, a defesa da tese é por uma Pedagogia ancorada na diversificação cultural do ensino. No horizonte histórico dessa outra educação, a superação da precariedade da escola de massa continua a ecoar. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Educação Integral. Cultura da Escola. Experiência Social. Abstract: This research problematizes full-time education in its relationship with regular education (CAVALIERE, 2007). Based on aspects of Pedagogies that did not become dominant school forms in society (VINCENT; LAHIRE; THIN, 2001), but nevertheless continue to dispute space in school culture (FORQUIN, 1992), the thesis analyzes approximations, distances and tensions between what is prescribed and what is lived in the daily life of a specific educational institution. Entering the logic of school processes and driven by the interest in knowing the experiences promoted with the use of extended times and spaces, the conventional school form is contrasted to the participation of those involved in the construction of the pedagogic, particularly the students. It questioned whether in fact full-time education, as encouraged by educational policy by measurable results and/or encouraged by the discourse of extramural educational action, becomes a contribution to educational quality. In the participant observation, however, it implements the methodological approach of ethnographic influence (EZPELETA, 1989; ROCKWELL, 1997; MAFRA, 2010), but not exclusively or as a priority, as it promotes the participation of children in data production (Martantucelli 1998; KRAMER, 2002; MINAYO, 2006; GAMBOA, 2007), through interview, verbal reports, questionnaire and photographs produced by them. This is because it aims to dialogue with the students about the experience of more time of a public elementary school - initial years -, located in the municipality of Piraquara. Students are treated as plural individuals and, as social actors (DUBET, 1994), perform a work in/with / against school, and thus interfere in the way the pedagogue is willing to conduct educational practices. Be it the longer ones incorporated into the culture of the school, as well as the external referents, which come as novelty and come to be accommodated to the most intrinsic school logic. In this relational context, the educational experience is conceived as a social arrangement in simple equilibrium. The experience category is elucidated as central to the research (FREIRE, 1987; DUBET, 1994; BENJAMIN, 2002; LARROSA, 2002). Through it was given the reconstruction of school events captured during two years of field work. From that resulted a set of notes for the integral education, based on the sayings of the children with whom the research dialogued. In the concluding chapter, the notes appear as contributions of a particular reality to the reordering of decent and equanimous formative processes. Rising as an unprecedented-viable (FREIRE, 1987) in the democratization of knowledge and society, education becomes integral if committed to substantial transformations of conventional education. Revising the purpose of the public school, the defense of the thesis is by a Pedagogy anchored in the cultural diversification of teaching. In the historical horizon of this other education the overcoming of the precariousness of the mass school continues to echo. Key words: Integral Education. School Culture. Social Experience. This study covers the ruins heritage and how these are handled in politics formulated globally and nationally. Therefore, it became necessary initial theoretical reflections on the theme itself and its own conception. Due to the complexity in the notion of protected ruins. In the possible limits of preservation, we search initially the theoretical study to understand more about the concept that currently are titled ruins, but that alone already arouses several and different interpretations. Imbued with this theoretical apparatus, we can, then, study its politics around such differential protection of patrimony looking for, from such correlation, to recognize the role of the ruins in the contemporary context of protection and utilization of historical patrimony under its legal aspect. Thus, we seek the reflection through analysis of documents formulated on this topic, available globally and nationally, released by competent organizations. And, also, practical actions of IPHAN in Brazil. And, from these studies, we also understand the implications and current needs of the protected ruins in the context both of preservation of these monuments as analyzing usage, more specifically, the ruins preserved by IPHAN in Paraíba, they are: the ruins of the Almagre, Cabedelo; the ruins of Forte Velho, Santa Rita and, finally, the ruins of the Church of Tambaú (Igreja de Tambaú) and Casa da Pólvora, João Pessoa.
O estudo em questão aborda as ruínas patrimoniais e como estas são tratadas em políticas formuladas em nível mundial e nacional. Para tanto, se fazem necessárias reflexões teóricas iniciais sobre o tema em si e sua própria conceituação. Em vistas da complexidade presente na própria significação das ruínas patrimoniais. Nos liames de sua preservação, busca-se inicialmente a realização de um estudo teórico com interesse de se entender mais acerca da conceituação do que atualmente intitulam-se ruínas, mas que por si só já desperta várias e diferentes interpretações. Imbuídos deste aparato teórico, passamos, então, para um estudo de suas políticas em torno da proteção deste tipo diferenciado de patrimônio a fim de, a partir de tal correlação, reconhecer o papel da ruína no contexto contemporâneo de proteção e utilização dos bens históricos sob seu aspecto legal. Desta maneira, buscamos uma reflexão via análise de documentos formulados sobre o tema, disponíveis em nível mundial e nacional, lançadas por organizações competentes. Ainda, ações práticas do IPHAN no Brasil. E, a partir destes estudos, tentaremos também compreender as implicações e necessidades atuais das ruínas patrimoniais num contexto tanto de preservação como de uso destes monumentos analisando, mais especificamente, as ruínas tombadas pelo IPHAN na Paraíba, são elas: as ruínas do Almagre, Cabedelo; as de Forte Velho, Santa Rita e, por fim, as ruínas da Igreja de Tambaú e a Casa da Pólvora, João Pessoa.

Full textNa atualidade, tem-se percebido a existência de várias formas de negligências para com as juventudes, quando comparado à infância, sobretudo aquelas oriundas de bairros periféricos das diversas cidades brasileiras. Esta pesquisa buscou problematizar, em uma escola do ensino fundamental II, do município de João Neiva ES, a relação entre indisciplina e violência expressa nos registros escolares que incidem sobre os alunos oriundos de tais bairros, que convivem com as muitas formas de violências, sobretudo aqueles que apresentam características não concernentes com padrões exigidos pelo capitalismo estético. O contexto da produção de vulnerabilidades e violências no plano estrutural e subjetivo, no que tange à deteriorização da vida pelo biopoder, pela biopolítica, em sua lógica do enquadramento e culpabilização. No campo teórico acerca das violências, em suas muitas facetas das indisciplinas, dos racismos, historicamente construídos, rizomaticamente, entranhado na sociedade brasileira, nem sempre admitidos, quase sempre silenciados das questões curriculares com as quais a escola dialoga. Foram trazidos como intercessores Foucault (1979, 1999, 2004, 2014), Arendt (2001, 2016), Butler (2015), Carvalho (2008, 2009, 2010, 2012), Pelbart (2011), Gomes (2003, 2005, 2008, 2011), Larrosa (2015), entre outros. A pesquisa aponta para a existência de uma banalização e ou supervalorização das ações consideradas como violência e indisciplina registradas nas fichas individuais dos alunos, no uso de medidas que, às vezes, resultam em perda de direitos constitucionais para os jovens. Tais ações, se dialogadas, poderiam ser solucionadas sem maiores tensões entre estudantes e demais membros do corpo técnico da escola. Dessa forma, perde-se a chance de problematizar as práticas discursivas que ocorrem para/com as juventudes em seus espaços e aborta-se as possibilidades de potencializar a existência desses sujeitos. Tornar-se necessário uma escola que perceba as juventudes numa perspectiva múltipla; que não ignore as diferentes juventudes que a habitam; que seja menos disciplinadora e que preencha seu tempo com significâncias.

Full textSudden social changes in Lithuania have affected the lives of many people that is why the topic of this final piece of master’s studies of sociology of education is relevant these days. Dysfunctional and At-Risk families, which usually bring many negative experiences, started appearing. A number of divorces and the number of families that constantly experience conflicts, violence and constraint has increased. Children who grow up in such families incline using violence themselves, find it more difficult to control anger, have trouble learning at school, have difficulties adapting to new environment, and are also more likely to think about suicide. Children’s day centers are institutions that provide day care, consultation, food, prevention and material support for the families with children, which have difficulties adapting to new social and economic changes. The reason for these services is to do everything to help people live independently, to help and teach them to take care of their children properly, so children could stay in their biological families, and not be sent to the state orphanages. Children’s day centers in Lithuania are not unique; such institutions with diverse purposes are working in many European countries, have a lot of experience, and are open to all children. Women, subjectiveness, experimentations. This paper walks through gender, sexuality, body and subjectivity, bounding as the focus denaturalize the representations of womanlinessstaff and manliness and the modeled subjectivity by normative discusses that shows the transcendency based on multiplicities of experiences, wishes and life way wattled by men and women from the Caic? City s society in the decades from 1900 to 1945. For this, it was adopted a dialogic methodology inlcluding bibliographic and theorist references as well as sources like articles from Jornal das Mo?as (Lady s Journal); defloration s crime processes, abortion, infanticide and body lesions; iconographic sources and Caic? citizen memories in the period commented. Based on that sources, this work analyze the discursive construction of feminine through Justice and Jornal das Mo?as that paved by sanitarian, normalizing and moralizing discourses has spread clich?s and stereotypes of womanlinessstaff and manliness, which has resulted by to universalize the experiences feminines in polarities and binary oppositions regarding to manliness, it has delineated them as asexual, irrational, anesthesiaed for pleasure and biologically meant to home activities modeling subjectivities that did not create ways for the singularization processes. This polarities, effects of sexual regulatory practices and gender legitimate the representations of courtship, maternity and honor, that although it has been incorporated not passivant on the building of the poor men and women subjectivity, it did not support itself in view of socio-cultural and economic reality of the poorest society side. Therefore, on this work emerge a plurality of women who has transited past the public sphere, who interlaced amorous informal relationships, who has kept relationships before the marriage, who h?s established multiples familiar arrangements and helpful networks, who was single mothers without being considered dishonored women by social groups, who made matrimonial agreements without the rules of a formal civil marriage, who made use of beverageey to provoke the menstruation constituting multiples ways to experiment the life. This subjective feminine experimentations turned it possible to notice that representations concerning about the body, sexuality, date, maternity and honor of this women has constituted itself while molecularies and particulares . It was the affection not commented of the feminine sexuality that turned it possible to analyze the construction of singular subjectivities as a opened process, continuous, active, begetting new lands, life ways and wishes cartographies
Mulheres, subjetividades, experimenta??es. Esse trabalho caminha pela an?lise das rela??es de g?nero, sexualidade, corpo e subjetividades, delimitando como enfoque prec?puo desnaturalizar as representa??es de feminilidade e masculinidade e a subjetividade modelizada pelos discursos normativos, ao mostrar sua transcend?ncia com base na multiplicidade de experi?ncias, desejos e modos de vida entrela?ados por homens e mulheres da sociedade caicoense, entre as d?cadas de 1900 a 1945, em Caic?/RN. Para isso, adotou-se uma metodologia dial?gica entre as refer?ncias bibliogr?ficas, te?ricas e as fontes, as quais se constitu?ram em artigos do Jornal das Mo?as; processos-crime de defloramentos, abortos, infantic?dios e les?es corporais; fontes iconogr?ficas e mem?rias de caicoenses que viveram na cidade de Caic?/RN durante o recorte temporal trabalhado. Por meio dessas fontes, esse trabalho analisa a constru??o discursiva do feminino pela Justi?a e Jornal das Mo?as que centrados nos discursos higienistas e normalizadores difundiram estere?tipos de feminilidade e masculinidade, as quais acabaram por universalizar as experi?ncias femininas em polaridades e oposi??es bin?rias em rela??o ao masculino, delineando-as enquanto assexuadas, irracionais, anestesiadas para o prazer e biologicamente destinadas ao lar, moldando subjetividades que n?o criava sa?das para os processos de singulariza??o. Essas polaridades, efeitos das pr?ticas reguladoras da sexualidade e do g?nero, naturalizaram e legitimaram as representa??es de namoro, maternidade e honra que embora tenham sido incorporados n?o passivamente! por homens e mulheres na constru??o da subjetividade, ainda assim n?o se sustentaram diante da realidade s?cio-cultural e econ?mica das camadas mais populares. Assim, nesse trabalho emerge uma multiplicidade de mulheres que entrela?aram rela??es amorosas informais, mantiveram rela??es pr?-maritais, trabalharam fora de casa, estabeleceram m?ltiplos arranjos familiares e redes de ajuda, foram m?es solteiras sem necessariamente serem consideradas mulheres desonradas pelo seu grupo social, constitu?ram contratos matrimonias sem centrarem-se no casamento civil, utilizaram beberagens para fazer vir ?s regras , constituindo m?ltiplas formas de viv?ncias e experimenta??es. Essas experi?ncias subjetivas femininas possibilitaram perceber que as representa??es acerca do corpo, sexualidade, namoro, maternidade e honra dessas mulheres se constitu?ram enquanto moleculares e particulares. This work studies the short narrative by Júlio Dinis. It starts by studying the issue of novella and short story in the nineteenth century context. After, it identifies and characterizes, in the short narrative, the feminine presence, the morality, the social and physical space. Finally, it shows, in the short narrative, common elements to all narrative work by Júlio Dinis.

Full textA função da audiência e das regras na auto-edição em episódios verbais num debate religioso on-line foi o foco da presente pesquisa. No livro O Comportamento Verbal (1957), Skinner lança mão do estudo sistemático das funções que o comportamento verbal pode apresentar em um episódio verbal. A auto-edição é um dos conceitos expostos nesta proposta que visa entender o processo funcional de elaboração e publicação de respostas verbais em um episódio verbal. Trata-se de um processo autoclítico de composição de operantes verbais para aumentar a eficácia de um discurso sobre um determinado ouvinte. O presente trabalho de dissertação de mestrado objetivou a observação empírica do processo de elaboração e auto-edição do discurso utilizando-se o software Self-Editing 1.0 que permitiu a realização de episódios verbais on-line. Participaram deste estudo dois padres da igreja católica e dois pastores da igreja batista que interagiram pelo software de mensagens instantâneas on-line. Este software foi desenvolvido para observação do processo de elaboração de argumentos dos participantes e registro de todo o conteúdo verbal escrito na elaboração das sentenças. Até mesmo o conteúdo que era deletado antes do participante emitir publicamente uma dada resposta verbal era registrado pelo software, que também calculava o tempo médio necessário para elaboração das sentenças. O procedimento foi dividido em duas fases experimentais diferentes: (a) debate divergente: os participantes foram divididos em duas duplas de debate, teclavam sobre cinco tópicos pré-estabelecidos em duplas de Padre x Pastor e Padre x Pastor; (b) debate convergente:os participantes então debatiam sobre os mesmos tópicos agora divididos entre duplas de uma mesma denominação religiosa Padre x Padre e Pastor x Pastor. A análise de dados contemplou a realização de Análise Comportamental do Discurso e análise quantitativa dos relatórios fornecidos pelo programa. Os resultados mostraram que a presença de audiências divergentes evocou maior utilização de operantes do tipo mando e de autoclíticos manipulativos, o que resultou em discursos mais editados e elaborados. Por outro lado, quando na condição convergente, o discurso dos participantes se mostrou mais objetivo, com menor utilização de autoclíticos e maior emissão de sentenças (publicava-se mais sentenças para outro participante), além da emissão predominantemente de operantes do tipo tato, intraverbal e autoclíticos descritivos e qualificadores. O controle por regras e pela audiência nos episódios verbais evidenciou o processo de controle múltiplo incidente nos operantes verbais. Os resultados obtidos reforçaram de forma empírica as premissas levantadas por Skinner nos capítulos dedicados a auto-edição sobre a relevância do ouvinte no episódio verbal e na elaboração do discurso. No livro O Comportamento Verbal (1957), Skinner lança mão do estudo sistemático das funções que o comportamento verbal pode apresentar em um episódio verbal. A auto-edição é um dos conceitos expostos nesta proposta que visa entender o processo funcional de elaboração e publicação de respostas verbais em um episódio verbal. Trata-se de um processo autoclítico de composição de operantes verbais para aumentar a eficácia de um discurso sobre um determinado ouvinte. O presente trabalho de dissertação de mestrado objetivou a observação empírica do processo de elaboração e autoedição do discurso utilizando-se o software Self-Editing 1.0 que permitiu a realização de episódios verbais on-line. Participaram deste estudo dois padres da igreja católica e dois pastores da igreja batista que interagiram pelo software de mensagens instantâneas on-line. Este software foi desenvolvido para observação do processo de elaboração de argumentos dos participantes e registro de todo o conteúdo verbal escrito na elaboração das sentenças. Até mesmo o conteúdo que era deletado antes do participante emitir publicamente uma dada resposta verbal era registrado pelo software, que também calculava o tempo médio necessário para elaboração das sentenças. O procedimento foi dividido em duas fases experimentais diferentes: (a) debate divergente: os participantes foram divididos em duas duplas de debate, teclavam sobre cinco tópicos pré-estabelecidos em duplas de Padre x Pastor e Padre x Pastor; (b) debate convergente:os participantes então debatiam sobre os mesmos tópicos agora divididos entre duplas de uma mesma denominação religiosa Padre x Padre e Pastor x Pastor. A análise de dados contemplou a realização de Análise Comportamental do Discurso e análise quantitativa dos relatórios fornecidos pelo programa. Os resultados mostraram que a presença de audiências divergentes evocou maior utilização de operantes do tipo mando e de autoclíticos manipulativos, o que resultou em discursos mais editados e elaborados. Por outro lado, quando na condição convergente, o discurso dos participantes se mostrou mais objetivo, com menor utilização de autoclíticos e maior emissão de sentenças (publicava-se mais sentenças para outro participante), além da emissão predominantemente de operantes do tipo tato, intraverbal e autoclíticos descritivos e qualificadores. O controle por regras e pela audiência nos episódios verbais evidenciou o processo de controle múltiplo incidente nos operantes verbais. Os resultados obtidos reforçaram de forma empírica as premissas levantadas por Skinner nos capítulos dedicados a auto-edição sobre a relevância do ouvinte no episódio verbal e na elaboração do discurso

O estudo apresentado nessa dissertação objetivou compreender, por meio dos discursos dos discentes, os processos de subjetivação dos estudantes, ditos em condição de vulnerabilidade social, em um contexto de produção de sentidos e significados, relacionados às políticas de assistência estudantil entre 2009 e 2013; examinar se há relação entre os benefícios das políticas de apoio e a permanência dos bolsistas de Iniciação ao Trabalho no percurso escolar; entender como se constituem esses sujeitos em meio às relações de poder que os atravessam; e analisar como os estudantes vivenciam o espaço escolar a partir de seu lugar na condição de bolsista. Como pano de fundo dessa análise, foi escolhida a política de assistência estudantil do Instituto Federal do Piauí - Campus Teresina Central, entendida com base no Plano Nacional de Assistência Estudantil (PNAES). O material empírico foi reunido por meio da aplicação de questionários e, posteriormente, entrevistas gravadas e transcritas com estudantes inseridos no Programa de Bolsas de Iniciação ao Trabalho, assim como servidores do Instituto Federal do Piauí - Teresina Campus Central, no recorte temporal 2009/2013. A investigação mostra aproximações com o campo da História Cultural, por meio de teóricos como Jacques Le Goff e Peter Burke, e, ainda, inspira-se no pensamento de Michel Foucault. A análise do material de pesquisa permitiu inferir que: a) As políticas de assistência relacionam-se diretamente com a permanência dos alunos na escola, porém não são o fator preponderante; b) Os estudantes bolsistas vivenciam o espaço escolar como prolongamento de suas casas, como local de trabalho, estudo, e alguns passam mais tempo na escola do que com suas famílias; c) As relações de poder são assimétricas e baseadas na disciplina, na hierarquia e na separação; d) No decorrer do processo de análise das narrativas dos bolsistas, percebe-se que há um tensionamento entre o discurso oficial e o discurso dos discentes.
The study presented in this thesis aimed to understand , through the speeches of the students, the processes of subjectification of students , said on condition of social vulnerability in a context of production of meanings and meanings related to student assistance policies between 2009 and 2013 ; examine whether there is a relationship between the benefits of policies to support and retain its fellows Work Initiation in schooling ; understand how these subjects are constituted through power relations that traverse ; and analyze how students experience the school environment from its place on the market condition . As a backdrop to this analysis, we chose the policy of student assistance from the Federal Institute of Piauí - Teresina Central Campus, understood based on the National Student Assistance Plan (PNAES). The empirical material was collected through questionnaires and subsequently recorded and transcribed interviews with students entered into the Scholarship Program Work Initiation, as well as the Federal Institute of servers Piauí - Teresina Central Campus, the time frame 2009/2013. Research shows approaches to the field of Cultural History, by theorists such as Jacques Le Goff and Peter Burke, and also draws on Michel Foucault. The analysis of the research material obtained showed that: a) The assistance policies relate directly to students staying in school, but are not the dominant factor; b) Fellows students experience the school environment as an extension of their homes as a place of work, study, and spend some more time in school than with their families; c) Power relations are asymmetric and based on discipline, hierarchy and separation; d) During the analysis of the narratives of the stock process , you realize that there is a tension between the official discourse and the discourse of students.

Full textThe care of patients with dementia is very difficult. Day centres improve the quality of life of these patients and their family members, help to stay longer in the community life. There is no such day centre in Kaunas, so it was evaluated the requirement of creation such centre and prepared the possible model/ structure. Aim of the study To evaluate the requirement of creation the day centre for the patients with dementia in Kaunas city. Objectives 1. Evaluate the requirement of the creation of day centre by questioning the health care specialists and carers of patients with dementia. 2. Evaluate the possibility of creation such centre for the patients with dementia reviewing the law basis. 3. Prepare the possible model/ structure of the day centre for the patients with dementia, according to the data in literature and results of the questioning. Methods. The research was performed by anonymous questioning in 5 Kaunas Mental health care centres and in Alzheimer‘s club during the period of 2006 september - 2007 january. 25 carers (C) and 41 health care specialists (HCS) completed the questionnaire. The research group was formed of 66 people – 60 women and 6 men. The average age in the carers group was 58 years ( age range 29 - 78 years), and in HCS group - 42 years (age range 25 - 74 years). Full textO presente trabalho surge como compreensão da relação que o Homem estabelece com o seu passado. Uma ligação inconsciente, mas presente por parte do Homem, lembrada através da arquitectura do lugar. A desigualdade dos tempos obrigou a uma evolução dos espaços, consoante as suas necessidades e vontades. Por vezes, essa evolução não proporciona um uso correcto dos espaços, limitando a vivência com o construído. Tornar o espaço público num denominador comum, como transmissor de sensações é a finalidade deste projecto. Neste contexto, o Mosteiro de S. Dinis, incluído nos limites do Centro Histórico de Odivelas, lugar que carrega nas suas ruas e no seu edificado, a memória de um povo que possibilitou a evolução da cidade actual e como tal repensar a integração do Mosteiro na estrutura urbana, através de um conjunto programático representados sob a forma de eixos. A construção desse conjunto contribui para a revitalização do aglomerado urbano, como uma forma de completar os fragmentos, permitindo um percurso mais consistente. Por isso, a constituição de um lugar de simplicidade, tanto na concretização material, como na relação com os habitantes é uma premissa no desenvolvimento do trabalho. Pensar em arquitectura sustentável como instrumento auxiliar de qualidade ambiental, social e económico, esclarecida pelas escolhas de desenho e tecnologia.
ABSTRACT: The actual work appears as an understanding of a relationship that mankind has with his past. An unconscious connection, but present by the man, remembered through the architecture of the place. The difference of times forced an evolution of space, according on their needs and desires. Sometimes, this evolution does not provide a proper use of space, limiting the experience with built. Make public space in a common denominator, as feelings transmitter is the goal of this project. In this context, the St. Dinis Monastery, included within the limits of Odivelas Historic Center, place where burden in its streets and in its buildings, the memory of a people who made possible the evolution of the current city and therefore rethink the integration of the Monastery in urban structure through a programmatic set represented by the form of axes. The construction of this set contributes to the revitalization of the urban agglomerate, as a way to complete the fragments, allowing a more consistent route. The establishment of a place of simplicity, such through materialization such through the relationship with the inhabitants is an assumption during the work development. Vinculada a ativismos queer e (trans)feministas, a pós-pornografia consiste num convite (artÃstico, erótico e polÃtico) para incitar corpos a se reapropriarem das tecnologias que operam o dispositivo da sexualidade, experimentando possibilidades de dissidência ao longo desse processo. A presente pesquisa é uma tentativa de responder a este convite, compondo uma cartografia situada desde minha corpa branca, de classe média, não-heterossexual e transgênera. As músicas, performances, fotos, oficinas e vÃdeos pós-pornograficos são aqui evocados não enquanto  objetos , mas como personagens que se aliam à construção das minhas próprias ficções, derivando experimentações com a escritura que buscam interferir e (re)articular as normas de sexo e gênero que me cruzam. Opero o conceito da  abertura de código , como um processo de mapear normatividades que costumam ser tomadas como  naturais por aparelhos discursivos, farmacológicos e visuais da biomedicina, possibilitando estabelecer uma relação lúdica, erótica e criativa com tais tecnologias. Proponho que a póspornografia não é simplesmente uma  ferramenta do (trans)feminismo, mas implica o exercÃcio de outras éticas e formas de resistência polÃticas, pautadas desde modos de experimentação hedonistas que articulam o prazer como uma arma passÃvel de responder à s violências exercidas em nome da normalidade.
Abstract : Connected to queer and (trans)feminists activisms, post-pornography works as an artistic, erotic and political invitation, inciting bodies to reappropriate technologies that operates the sexuality dispositive, and to experience possibilities of dissent through such processes. This research is an attempt to respond such invitation, creating a cartography that locates through my white, middle class, non-heterosexual and transgender body. Postpornographical musics, performances, photos, workshops and videos are hereby evoked not as  objects , but as characters, working as allies to my own fictions, deriving through writing experiences that interferes and (re)articulate those sex/gender norms by which I'm constructed. I operate through the concept of  code opening , as a way to map normativities that are usually thought as  natural by Biomedical discursive, pharmacological and visual tools  making it possible to establish playful, erotic and creative relations with such technologies. Postpornography seems to be more than a (trans)feminist  tool , implicating the exercise of new ethics and political resistences, guided by hedonistic modes of experience which articulates pleasure as a weapon to respond against the violences that works in the name of normality.

A tese é resultado de uma pesquisa, uma investigação qualiquantitativa, de caráter exploratório, descritivo e analítico, cujo tema é a dimensão estética do gestor escolar, tendo como objeto a implicação que tem esta dimensão na própria gestão, para que esta possa ser mais contextual, respeite as singularidades e se construa com maior participação dos sujeitos que a representam no espaço escolar. Nesse sentido, os objetivos são permeados por uma investigação se práxis formativa, no contexto das TIC, possibilita a construção da dimensão estética do gestor escolar; de uma verificação sobre o reconhecimento da dimensão estética do gestor escolar, como fundante da própria gestão escolar, possibilita maior autonomia e participação para a prática da gestão; de uma análise sobre como a dimensão estética do gestor escolar traz outra possibilidade epistemológica para a gestão escolar e de uma explicação sobre o campo político como espaço para se construir a dimensão estética do gestor escolar. O corpo teórico se inicia com uma breve apresentação sobre a tessitura social que constrói a proposta de gestão democrática no contexto brasileiro, os elementos que são fundantes do caráter democrático, a participação, o conselho escolar, a autonomia. Em seguida, apresenta-se o gestor escolar, figura central na investigação aqui proposta, detalhado em dois pontos: a complexidade da gestão e a subjetividade do gestor, como vieses importantes a considerar no processo de construção da gestão democrática escolar. Prossegue, então, na construção da categoria dimensão estética, iniciando com a discussão sobre a concepção de estética que dá a base para se pensar esta dimensão; o sujeito e a experiência estética, e o saber como aportes fundamentais. A metodologia aplicada baseou-se em uma análise documental, levantamento e revisão bibliográfica, tendo como lócus de investigação as 2ª e 3ª edições do curso de Especialização em Gestão Escolar (Lato Sensu), que são estruturados na modalidade educação à distância (EAD), do Programa Nacional Escola de Gestores da Educação Básica, que foram desenvolvidos na Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Federal da Bahia – UFBA. Para uma análise quantitativa, se fez um levantamento de temas e termos mais frequentes, com o auxilio dos softwares Processador Linguístico de Corpus e Wordle, dando aporte a análise qualitativa dos dados, os discursos dos gestores, em que a Análise do Discurso, de linha francesa, a partir do interdiscurso, foi dispositivo utilizado. Os resultados apontaram que a dimensão estética é possível de se constituir e que ela mesma contribui epistemologicamente com a gestão escolar, possibilitando uma melhor autonomia e participação na prática da gestão, em escolas e na educação, para que se construa com maior participação dos sujeitos que a representam no espaço escolar.
ABSTRACT The thesis is the result of a research, a qualitative and quantitative investigation, exploratory, descriptive and analytical, whose subject is the aesthetic dimension of school manager, having as object the implication it has this dimension in own management, so that it can be more contextual, observe the singularities and build yourself with greater participation of individuals who represent at school. In this sense, the objectives are permeated by an investigation if training practice in the context of ICT, allows the construction of the aesthetic dimension of school management; a check on the recognition of the aesthetic dimension of school manager, as founding their own school management, enables greater autonomy and participation in the practice of management; an analysis of how the aesthetic dimension of school manager brings another epistemological possibility for school management and an explanation of the political sphere as a space to build the aesthetic dimension of school manager. The theoretical framework begins with a brief presentation on the social seam that constructs the proposed democratic management in the Brazilian context, the elements that are initials democratic character, the participation, the school board autonomy. Next, presents the school manager, a central figure in the investigation proposed here, detailed in two points: the complexity of management and the subjectivity of the manager, as important biases to consider in the process of building democratic school management. Then, proceeds to build the aesthetic dimension category, starting with a discussion of the design aesthetic that gives the basis for thinking this dimension; the subject and the aesthetic experience, and knowledge as fundamental contributions. The methodology used was based on a document analysis, research and literature review, with the study locus of the 2nd and 3rd editions of School Management Specialization Course (Lato Sensu), which are structured in the form distance learning (DL) the National Program Managers School of Basic Education, which were developed at the College Education of the Federal University of Bahia - UFBA. For a quantitative analysis, did a research of topics and more frequent terms, with the help of software Processor Language Corpus and Wordle, giving contribution to qualitative analysis, the speeches of the managers in the discourse analysis, line French from the interdiscourse was used device. The results show that the aesthetic dimension is possible to be and that she contributes epistemologically with the school management, enabling better autonomy and participation in the practice of management in schools and education, to be built with greater participation of subjects to represent the school.

Full textAn ecological study of the ocelot (Leopardus pardalis) has not been done before in the district of Las Piedras, Peru. This investigation seeks to begin closing the gap on the scientific production of feline studies in this region and contribute to the local conservation status and population health of this important meso predator. Additionally, the ocelot being a popular specie amongst tourists, helps promote the ecolodge’s tourism. Ecotourism presents an excellent alternative to improve the development of the district of Las Piedras through a dual function: implementation of conservation strategies and the creation of employment for the local population. The study area is an 11,000 ha. conservation and ecotourism concession owned by the ecolodge Amazon Research and Conservation Center. Using a combination of satellite images and GIS software, we performed a multi-temporal analysis of deforestation in the study area from 2000 to 2013 and found that most of it is located in the southern area of Tambopata province and along the Interoceanic Highway. For the home range analysis we installed 73 cameras over a sampling period of 7 months (August 2012 - February 2013) divided into 9 rounds. In total 8 individual ocelots were identified from which only 3 (A1, A3 and A6) were recaptured on more than one occasion. Using a capture-recapture analysis along with the distances between recaptures we found the effective sampling area using the following methods: Mean Maximum Distance Moved (MMDM) and ½ MMDM (with 0.4 km and 0.2 km between recaptures, respectively). The models yielded a population density of 0.7 ocelots/km2 with MMDM, and 1.8 ocelotes/km2 with ½ MMDM. On the other hand, using the software PRESENCE we analized the camera traps capture probability. Through a constant model and a closed population analysis it was estimated that the detection for each round was 0.3 (SE 0.0567). Finally, using a combination of satellite imagery and GIS software, we analyzed the ocelot habitat and we found that these animals frequently use transects aimed for tourists, they prefer floodplains nearby banks of rivers and lakes, and that they avoid bamboo forests and swaps. We conclude that ecotourism, through constant monitoring of wildlife, can help understand and preserve biodiversity in the Amazon. We used the ocelot as a model because it has a valuable ecological and touristic role. However, there are many other animals that can be used as a symbol to promote ecotourism and promote conservation. Camera trap methodology used in this study may be part of a conservation model that can be replicable in other parts of the Amazon that have a similar geographic context. The ARCC ecolodge aims to present a monitoring model that can serve as a guide for other initiatives in Las Piedras and create an ecotourism corridor with other ecolodges settled along the river Las Piedras.

There are various searches for descriptive understanding of what occurs between teachers and students in their meetings and disagreements in the classroom. In addition to a look that is restricted to an attempt to describe the different contexts, the construction of new and unusual educational activities, something calls us from that place, insisting and resisting, a place where everything flows, or where everything stiffen. More ontological although the analysis of contexts and pretexts of the facilitate or difficult act of teaching, which will promote new opportunities for construction of technology, knowledge and the development of more favorable learning, is located in such places and instances, the intermingling of desires hacking, shortcuts in the direction of roads and footpaths that take the place of execution of educational practice. São variadas as incursões em torno de uma apreensão descritiva do que escorre meio à tessitura urdida entre professores e alunos, quando de seus encontros e desencontros em sala de aula. Para além de um olhar cujo lugar de pouso costuma situar-se à margem de uma tentativa de descrição dos mais variados contextos, com vistas ao aporte de novas e inusitadas ações pedagógicas, clama sutilmente aí residindo, insistindo e resistindo, uma instância de onde tudo flui ou a partir do que tudo emperra. Mais ontológico ainda que as análises de contextos e pretextos propiciadoras ou dificultadoras do ato do ensinar, o que promoveria novas perspectivas para construção de tecnologias, saberes e desenvolvimento de competências mais favoráveis à aprendizagem, situa-se nesses lugares e instâncias, o entrelaçamento de desejos entrecortados, atalhados na direção de estradas e veredas que levam ao lugar de efetivação da práxis educativa. Esta investigação objetiva elucidar o que se anuncia subjacentemente a qualquer objetivação possível do ato educacional: lugar mesmo do desejo alienado, da ordem do não sabido, que à revelia ou a reboque das articulações conscientes e volitivas, conduz ao processo do tornar-se aquele professor que se é. Trata-se de descrever, situar o advento do professor que movido por contextos existenciais, por forjados imperativos, vê-se frente ao aluno, com seus saberes necessários à pratica docente ou com suas alienações; competências e inapetências; posições políticas, engajamentos, tudo aquilo em seu entorno que lhe garanta a teia de significados em que se situa como sujeito, no árduo trabalho de reprodução de sentidos ao mundo. Julgando a possibilidade de visualizar o emaranhado em que se assentam os afetos e desafetos, a dimensão do saber que não se sabe, mas que se faz necessário à prática do educador, e que tanto teima em dizer-se nas falas docentes, o recorte de pesquisa privilegia as narrativas de professores, onde são destacadas as histórias de vida e formação, memórias de encontros significativos com seus alunos a partir do que eclode a possibilidade de apreensão de sutilezas, de fragmentos negligenciados, de restos com que amiúde não se conta nas contações de histórias da educação; de amores e desilusões vividos e preservados na memória dos que ousam transgredir ao impossível educar.

Full textThis research paper strives to investigate the realia and perspectives of a team work in provision of psychosocial services in the Child day care center. Carried out literature analysis showed that one of the projects of public assistance are Child day care centers, however, enormous pressure of work of parents, problems of emotional family coldness result in worsening of psychosocial state of a child. Thereby, regular Child day care centers and assistance provided in there fail to solve the problem. And here, psychosocial assistance of a team of specialists is required. The analysis of team functions, employed in satisfaction of psychosocial needs of the clients, brought to the light the fact that each team is a system which grounds itself on a certain context, environment, and specificity of a problem of a client. Alternatives provided for regular assistance methods in Child day care centers are Art therapy methods, applied as complex assistance measure in psychosocial rehabilitation of children. Having revealed the perspectives of application of these methods in a context of team work, the research established that when applied in practice these methods help to express negative emotions so that we accept those, help to make non-verbal contact with other members of the group, allow to perceive and express the inner conflicts. Full textIn bachelor work was studied a risk adolescents attitude to socioeducational facilities, given to them in day care centre. Employment of risk group teen’s – one of the most important problems. The lack of teen’s employment, have strong impact on crime. Risk group adolescents are growing in poor families, there is a lack of control, they do not have eventful employment, they most of the time spent with friends, who have delinquent behavior. Without the adequate facilities for the adolescent's leisure time and additional education, the development of personality and internal consistency is disordered. Accomplished the qualitative study, survey respondents – eight teenagers, willingly attending day care center “Vilties šviesa” in Biržai. The objective was to examine attitudes of adolescents to the day care center socioeducational facilities. The study included 3 boys and 5 girls. Their age – from 12 to 14. The analysis of data of gualitative research discovered, that socioeducational facilities, given by adolescents at social risk, satisfies their needs. They may play, they can go sigtseeing, can use the Internet, they can purposefully spend their leisure time, prepare their homework.Their social needs are met: is organized feeding for them, they can take a shower and wash the clothes. Full textHelp provided by Child Day Care Centers is one of the alternative ways to help solve the problems of families and their children which are in social risk groups. The rapid growth of the social services provided by Children Day Care Centers and the expansion of the service is attracting more attention to the quality of the service provided by those centres. Child Day Care Centers are given a substantial financial support from the State Budget, the tax payer‘s money. The client‘s right to a good quality service must be ensured. The purpose of this work is to unfold the possibilities of the service quality expansion at Child Day Care Centers. Surveying and assessing the means for the quality development and their problematic aspects shall be done as well as providing the possible ways of their solving. Full textIn this work we study the use of machine learning (clustering and classification) in judicial decisions search under electronic legal proceedings. We discuss and develop alternatives for precedent clustering, automatically generating classes to use to categorize when a user attaches new documents to its electronic legal proceeding. A changed version of the algorithm TClus, authored by Aggarwal, Gates and Yu was selected to be the use example, we propose removing its document and cluster discarding features and adding a cluster division feature. We introduce here a new paradigm bag of terms and law references instead of bag of words by generating attributes using two thesauri from the Brazilian Federal Senate and the Brazilian Federal Justice to detect legal terms a regular expressions to detect law references. In our use example, we build a corpus with precedents of the 4th Region s Federal Court. The clustering results were evaluated with the Relative Hardness Measure and the p-Measure which were then tested with Wilcoxon s Signed-ranks Test and the Count of Wins and Losses Test to determine its significance. The categorization results were evaluated by human specialists. The analysis and discussion of these results covered comparations of true/false positives against document similarity with the centroid, quantity of documents in the clusters, quantity and type of the attributes in the centroids e cluster cohesion. We also discuss attribute generation and its implications in the classification results. Contributions in this work: we confirmed that it is possible to use machine learning techniques in judicial decisions search, we developed an evolution of the TClus algorithm by removing its document and group discarding features and creating a group division feature, we proposed a new paradigm called bag of terms and law references evaluated by a prototype of the proposed process in a use case and automatic evaluation in the clustering phase and a human specialist evaluation in the categorization phase.
Este trabalho estuda a aplica??o de t?cnicas de aprendizado de m?quina (agrupamento e classifica??o) ? pesquisa de jurisprud?ncia, no ?mbito do processo judicial eletr?nico. Discute e implementa alternativas para o agrupamento dos documentos da jurisprud?ncia, gerando automaticamente classes que servem ao posterior processo de categoriza??o dos documentos anexados ao processo jur?dico. Full textA presente Dissertação de Mestrado consiste na análise do problema filosófico de Deus na obra do espanhol Xavier Zubiri (1898-1983). Em sua compreensão da inteligência humana, Zubiri descobre a realidade não como o existente ou o além da intelecção, mas como a formalidade na qual as coisas ficam atualizadas na inteligência. Assim, o homem se realiza na realidade, que tem um caráter de fundamento último, possibilitante e impelente, e à qual o mesmo se encontra religado pelo poder do real. Mas a realidade não é nenhuma das coisas reais, e nos lança a buscar e inteligir o fundamento do poder do real, a realidade absoluta na qual se funda a realidade das coisas reais: Deus. Assim, o problema de Deus não é um problema que o homem poderia ou não se propor, mas uma dimensão de nossa realidade: a dimensão teologal.
La presente Tesis de Master consiste en la análise del problema filosofico de Dios en la obra del español Xavier Zubiri (1898-1983). En su compreensión de la inteligencia humana, Zubiri descubre la realidade no como lo existente ou lo allende la intelección, sino como la formalidad en que las cosas quedan actualizadas en la inteligencia. Full textFirst published on the eve of the Great War, Dino Campana's "canti orfici" (1885- 1932) bear witness to a general feeling of disorientation which was also a feature of the poet's life, and relate a perpetual and ever-frustrated quest for unity. In our first part we shall situate Campana in his own world, i. E. Examine his life, his presumed madness, his intertextual dialogues with the leading cultural figures and main aesthetic tendencies of his day. We shall also tackle how his poetry relates to other fields of art and thought. Following this, we shall study the internal organization of canti orfici from both a paradigmatic and a syntagmatic perspective, in order to show that their succession is oriented in successive steps. The various moments of this poetic progress can be ordered Campana's poetic progress is founded on an experience of ecstasy that we have attempted to define in successive steps. A Educação Física se encontra inserida em sistemas discursivos que constroem representações sobre condutas normalizadas em nossa sociedade. Ostentar um corpo diferente dos padrões de saúde e beleza instituídos, não se adequar aos comportamentos sociais “apropriados” segundo seu gênero, ou transgredir o sistema de inteligibilidade cultural que prediz uma relação causal e ordenada entre sexo, gênero e sexualidade são marcadores que denunciam algumas “diferenças” durante aulas de educação física na escola. Ao contar com o aporte teórico de estudos pós-estruturalistas e da teoria queer, objetivamos compreender de que maneira os discursos utilizados pela disciplina produzem marcas associadas ao gênero e a sexualidade, tendo a heterossexualidade como base normativa. Investigamos como sujeitos que questionam os padrões de normalidade heterossexual são representados nos espaços escolares e como constroem resistências para transitarem por eles. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida junto a jovens adultos gays no município de Presidente Prudente – SP. Através da aplicação de questionários socioeconômicos e da elaboração de seis (6) entrevistas semiestruturadas, analisamos relatos sobre vivências de sujeitos, que se autorrepresentam enquanto homossexuais, a partir de suas rememorações sobre aulas de educação física na Educação Básica. Os resultados obtidos apontam que a Educação Física escolar é gerenciada pelos mecanismos reguladores de gênero na qual a heterossexualidade é tomada como padrão de normalidade. Sujeitos que não performatizam a masculinidade hegemônica, ou pautada na noção de virilidade e subjugação do feminino, são alvos constantes de marcações de diferenças que objetivam “materializar” suas “não adequações” no cenário escolar e, mais especificamente, durante aulas de educação física nesse contexto.
Physical education is part and parcel of the discursive systems that construct representations of standardized behaviors in our society. Sporting a different physique than that set by the commonly accepted standards of health and beauty, not adhering to socially appropriate gender behaviors, or running afoul of the system of cultural intelligibility that demands a causal and ordered relationship between sex, gender and sexuality are markers that indicate differences in physical education classes at school. By relying on the theoretical framework of poststructuralist studies and queer theory, we aim to understand how the discourses used by the discipline produce standards for gender and sexuality, using heterosexuality as a normative baseline. We researched subjects who questioned the standards of heterosexual normality as represented in academic spaces and how they built the defenses that allowed them to transit in these spaces. The survey was developed with young gay adults in the city of Presidente Prudente - SP. Through the use of socioeconomic questionnaires and the development of six (6) semi-structured interviews, we analyzed reports of the experiences of the subjects, who self-represent as homosexuals, from their recollections of physical education classes throughout basic education. The results obtained indicate that Physical Education is managed by the regulatory gender mechanisms in which heterosexuality is taken as a standard of normality. Subjects who did not demonstrate hegemonic masculinity, as grounded in the notion of virility and female subjugation, are constant targets of labeling that aim to materialize their lack of adequacies in the school setting and, more specifically, within the context of physical education classes.

Os resultados obtidos apontam que a Educação Física escolar é gerenciada pelos mecanismos reguladores de gênero na qual a heterossexualidade é tomada como padrão de normalidade. Sujeitos que não performatizam a masculinidade hegemônica, ou pautada na noção de virilidade e subjugação do feminino, são alvos constantes de marcações de diferenças que objetivam "materializar" suas "não adequações" no cenário escolar e, mais especificamente, durante aulas de educação física nesse contexto.
Abstract: Physical education is part and parcel of the discursive systems that construct representations of standardized behaviors in our society. Sporting a different physique than that set by the commonly accepted standards of health and beauty, not adhering to socially appropriate gender behaviors, or running afoul of the system of cultural intelligibility that demands a causal and ordered relationship between sex, gender and sexuality are markers that indicate "differences" in physical education classes at school. By relying on the theoretical framework of poststructuralist studies and queer theory, we aim to understand how the discourses used by the discipline produce standards for gender and sexuality, using heterosexuality as a normative baseline. We researched subjects who questioned the standards of heterosexual normality as represented in academic spaces and how they built the defenses that allowed them to transit in these spaces. The survey was developed with young gay adults in the city of Presidente Prudente - SP. Through the use of socioeconomic questionnaires and the development of six (6) semi-structured interviews, we analyzed reports of the experiences of the subjects, who self-represent as homosexuals, from their recollections of physical education classes throughout basic education. The results obtained indicate that Physical Education is managed by the regulatory gender mechanisms in which heterosexuality is taken as a standard of normality. Subjects who did not demonstrate hegemonic masculinity, as grounded in the notion of virility and female subjugation, are constant targets of labeling that aim to "materialize" their "lack of adequacies" in the school setting and, more specifically, within the context of physical education classes.

Full textThis work aims to comprehend how afro-Brazilian theme was addressed in everyday on the pedagogy course, campus I, of the state University of Paraíba. The guiding question of this research was to discover how female teachers and black students feel themselves and focus this theme in their knowledge networks, practices and relationships. For that, it was necessary to get into the black people history in Brazil from the struggle of the social black movements searching to understand the nations of race, racism, identity and the limits of education of the black along the Brazilian history. This route it dialogues with several scholars such as: Santos (2002), Viana (2007), Oliveira (2003, 2006, 2007, 2008), Fernandes (2007), Domingues (2009), Munanga (2002, 2006, 2009), Veiga (2007, 2008), Pereira (2008, 2009), Gomes (2003, 2006, 2008), Morin (2000), Hall (2003), Moreira e Candau (2008), among others. Exemplifying the struggle and the resistance of female black women are presented the life histories of four female black teachers and students, practitioners (CERTEAU, 2007), research subjects, who expose the process of tessitura of their identities. Their narratives show evidences of racism and discrimination that marked their trajectory of lives, since within family, strengthening themselves in schools, academies and, for some of them, getting to work. One of the teachers is the researcher that, while she narrates the life histories of the participants, she also weaves her own history, like women sewing a patchwork in which each print represents the moments experienced. The research methodology in / of / with the everyday routine (ALVES, 2008) was the path. Beyond this everyday observation, they were accomplished dialogues (LARROSA, 2003) on live histories (BOSI, 2003; PORTELLI, 1997) and weaved the narratives from these experiences. Theses ones showed that such women, along their histories, lived / live processes of affirmationnegation, as their identities are not fixed, however negotiation and renegotiations (MUNANGA, 2010) that creates joys and conflicts. The understanding of Being Female Black is experienced by each one, without a standard model for their existences. These experiences were being generated in the relations with the other, in each familiar, school, academic and professional context. They are ladies of their own lives and still the youngest ones search to build their histories with autonomy. They are practitioners because they fought / fight to conquer a place in life, using wiles and tactics to fabricate (CERTEAU, 2007) ways of coping with adversities. The tactics of silence, study and work reveal that these women did not get invisible nor put themselves as victims in the social space. Thus, it urges to trace the overcoming of the blacks vision from the physical traces and recognize the roots of Brazilian people to understand the history of the black people. From the ancestry, it will be identified the black people origins which could bring the past of resistance and struggle of freedom, dignity, citizenship that produces the pride of being black. Pride which recovers the self-esteem and capacity of organization and mobilization to combat racism and racial inequality. The teaching education courses need to approach this theme to train future teachers in this task. This approaching involves the teachinglearning, in which teachers and students assume the commitment with a critical and inclusive education. The reflection among teacher trainers in this plural and intercultural perspective could help in the separation of eurocentrism still present in the contents and mentalities. In this light, weaving a process in the teaching formation, in the Pedagogy Course, committed with the inclusive education, it is considered a continuous doundo, in the tessiture of a permanent dialogue between practicetheorypractice, in a movement of researchintervention. This implies the reflection of the personal and collective tragetory and the articulation of the pedagogic action with a project of transformation of the excluding society into plural lonely society. The unsaid need of deepening in subsequent works, because the silencing refers to the near past and the relations interracial in the family, in the academy and working place as well. Is that racism no longer exists? Or was it naturalized getting difficult its identification in everyday? The limits of the process of racism introjection which causes the invisibility of some practitioners are new challengers for future studies. Thus, I realize that patchwork weaved along this path is not juxtaposition as it is usually understood. For beyond this, it means the socialization of experiences in the practitioners every day to inspire combating attitudes against racism which expand to the social context.

Full textThe goal of work – sistematicly estimate the efficiency of gouvernance and activity of the departement of nongouvernmental organization Save the Children Lithuania. This work reviews the activity of a nongovernmental organization (NGO). It analyses the conception, establishment and the principle legal activities of a NGO. It analyses the principle legal acts, which regulate the establishment, governance and activity of NGOs in Lithuania. It reviews the principal activities of a NGO in an International context. For this research, it was chosen a typical NGO, „Save the Children Lithuania“. This organization protects the rights of children in Lithuania and ensures that these rights are put into practice. In this work was analyzed the organization’s regulations, department regulations, governance structure and focus of activities. In order to analyze the efficiency of the NGO’s activity, it was researched each of the departments in the organization. In this work was devised a questionnaire based on the governance of the departments and the evaluation of activities and was made a qualitative analysis of the results. It was compared the resulting data against the department regulations of the organization. It was presented my conclusions and recommendations in the research section.

Full textSubject of Bachelor Thesis “Development of Social Skills of the Younger Adolescents Attending Children Day Care Centre”: development of social skills of the younger adolescents. Emigration of parents, unemployment, alcohol abuse rapidly increase the differences between living conditions of families, highlight the weak points of a family. Therefore a contemporary family needs much more attention and support, provision of assistance in solving the occurring problems. Children form social risk families need most help in the sphere of social skills. The youngrt adolescents come to children day care centre exactly from such families.The aim of the research is development of social skills of the younger adolescents (program) and assessment of dynamics of social skills before and after the program. A Social Skills Program has been formed and a questionnaire survey has been applied in order to achieve the aforementioned aim. The research scope consisted of 15 younger adolescents who attended children day care centre. Peculiarities of psychosocial development of younger adolescents, positive socialisation factors, and possible hazards are provided in the theoretical part. Social skills of younger adolescents raised in social risk families as well as development thereof have been described. Programs for development of social skills in Lithuania and foreign countries have been discussed as well.
