Prophet Prediction is a tanabuāt which is related to his prophetic task for the events that have not yet occurred, but the occurrence can be sooner or later, and the event is certainly inseparable from the sociological conditions of the dinamical and developing society. To understand the hadith of the Prophet which is predictive, it needs to focus on various aspects, it starts from the semantic context and the linguistic structure of the hadith text, the appearance of the hadith, the position of the Prophet when delivering the hadith, the context of the mukhathab that followed the Prophet and how to connect the hadith text of the past to the present context. Therefore, it can capture meaning precisely, without forgetting its relevance to the contemporary dynamic context. The hadith of Sahih Muslim from Abu Hirairah which mentions two grups including the inhabitants of hell, predicts the occurrence of arbitrariness, injustice, and the moral crisis of political rulers who have impartial policies for the welfare of the people, and the existence of women who are increasingly brave to stimulate lust, and people who turn away from the big problems that are being faced.

Rezumat Lucrarea prezintă rezultatul încercărilor efectuate la cicluri cinematice cu deplasări instantanee armonice pentru elemente elastomerice cu rol de izolare dinamică în conformitate cu SR EN 1337-3 şi SR EN 15129. Valorile amortizării interne determinate pe standuri de încercare în condiţiile din documentele de referinţă trebuie corelate cu valorile sistemului de dispozitive antiseismice elastomerice ce echipează un sistem dinamic supus acţiunilor seismice exterioare. În acest caz, pentru fiecare situaţie reală, proiectantul trebuie să realizeze corelaţia dintre cele două valori ale amortizării obţinute în laborator cu amortizarea specifică sistemului structural care este supus acţiunilor dinamice exterioare. Din lucrare rezultă echivalenţa necesară astfel încât, valorile experimentale să poată fi corectate în mod riguros şi să poată reprezenta parametrii reali ce trebuie luaţi în calcul.

Abstract:
L'articolo si inserisce nel filone della letteratura che misura la resilienza economica regionale a partire dalla dinamica dell'occupazione. Identificando nella crisi economica del 2008 la principale discontinuità nei percorsi di crescita delle contemporanee economie regionali, l'articolo sostiene l'opportunità che le analisi comparative territoriali (o analisi di benchmarking) realizzate dopo tale evento assumano il concetto di resilienza come principale riferimento teorico e metodologico. Significative appaiono a questo riguardoalcune recenti sperimentazioni tassonomiche condotte in ambito europeo, in cui la tenuta occupazionale regionale è messa in relazione sia con la dinamica precedente alla crisi, sia con la dinamica aggregata (sensitività relativa). Muovendo da questi esempi, nell'articolo si propone una modalità di analisi territoriale che, sfruttando la proprietà dell'analisi shiftshare dinamico-cumulativa di scomporre i tassi di crescita dell'occupazione in ragione delle sue componenti costitutive (legate alla nazione di appartenenza, alla struttura dell'economia regionale e alla competitività complessiva del sistema regionale), mette a confronto le dinamiche pre- e post-crisi delle singole regioni, e le legge in ragione della capacità  occupazionale relativa, ossia dell'ammontare complessivo dei posti di lavoro creati o persi dopo il 2008 nella regione rispetto al Paese. Questa metodologia è quindi applicata al caso delle metroregioni italiane e il risultato che ne deriva è una geografia piuttosto ‘inedita' dei divari economici interni al Paese. Una geografia in cui il contributo più importante viene dalla peculiare capacità di risposta alla crisi della regione, indipendentemente dall'influenza esercitata dal contesto nazionale e dalla maggiore o minore tenuta occupazionale dei settori in cui è organizzata l'economia regionale.

Este artculo sobre metodos de la modelamiento para sistemas ecologicos resulto del proyecto de investigacion denominado \Movilizacion Matematica y Sistemas Dinamicos en algunos Ecosistemas\, donde estudiamos el paradigma de los sistemas dinamicospara la descripcion de la dispersion ecologica. Este enfoque ha sido muy exitoso para conocer variedad de fenomenos de las ciencias naturales y sociales; pero debido a las interacciones complejas entre: clima, suelo, agua, biotica, la presencia de la memoria en losprocesos dada por la historia local integrada a un entorno, a la morfo-dinamica moldeada por el ujo de poblaciones, resulta que los ecosistemas son mas complejos y deben ser considerados como un sistema dinamico adaptativo o emergente. En este trabajoescribimos la evolucion de ecosistemas, que se caracterizan por : interdenicion de sus variables a partir de la toma de datos, la estimacion estadstica de los parametros, la existencia de varias escalas espaciotemporales; por ello integramos metodos estadsticoscon los cambios de variables multiescala para homogenizar y promediar sus perturbaciones singulares.Los modelos estudiados se aplican a procesos de migracion dispersivos que incluyen interrelaciones complejas, en donde se consideran el autocontrol resiliente, siempre y cuando las uctuaciones no superen un umbral especco.

Abstract:
Il saggio tratta della formazione bioetica, campo di attività in continua espansione. Acquisita ormai la convinzione che una gestione del progresso biomedico all’altezza dei valori in gioco non possa essere contenuta entro la sola normatività medico-sanitaria, si tende a sensibilizzare alla bioetica una cerchia sempre più vasta. Sullo sfondo di questo fenomeno si indicano i presupposti di carattere epistemologico alla base della formazione bioetica. La presentazione di una serie di diversificate esperienze pratiche nel campo della formazione bioetica, sia in ambito medico che in ambito filosofico, sia per quanto riguarda la formazione di base che la formazione permanente permette di focalizzare i parametri della progettualità educativa: differenziare le finalità, specificare gli obiettivi, articolare contenuti e metodi, aggiustare tempi e modalità di verifica. Le esperienze riportate fanno insieme emergere le questioni da affrontare per portare la bioetica verso la sua maturità pedagogica. Il saggio si conclude con un riferimento ad alcune dinamiche che, per quanto rispondenti anche ai bisogni di formazione bioetica, appartengono prima ancora a ogni maturazione etica: a. la dinamica di reciprocità tra dimensione personale e dimensione culturale; b. la dinamica di circolarità tra problemi-casi particolari e principi generali; c. la dinamica della tolleranza e del dialogo; d. la dinamica della responsabilità, con particolare riferimento alle “sfide” (Z. Bauman) poste dalle attuali strategie della sua “neutralizzazione”.

Abstract:
Un Sistema Dinamico finito a tempo Discreto (SDD) è costituito da un insieme finito X, chiamato insieme degli stati, e da una funzione f che associa a uno stato v lo stato f(v). I SDD sono uno modello formale per rappresentare fenomeni che compaiono in Fisica, Matematica, Biologia e, naturalmente, in Informatica. Sebbene la formalizzazione matematica e i risultati ottenuti fino ad oggi siano eleganti e significativi, spesso non sono molto adatti nella pratica a causa del loro elevato costo computazionale. In letteratura è noto che i SDD, dotati di opportune operazioni di somma e prodotto, formano un semianello commutativo. Questa struttura algebrica permette di scrivere equazioni polinomiali in cui i coefficienti e le incognite sono SDD. In particolare, se siamo interessati a una dinamica derivata da dati sperimentali, possiamo scrivere un'equazione con la dinamica come termine destro costante e le ipotesi sulla funzione f (o sulle sue proprietà) in un termine polinomiale a sinistra. La ricerca di soluzioni a questa equazione permette di comprendere meglio il fenomeno e le sue proprietà. Questo approccio è interessante, ma presenta importanti limitazioni dal punto di vista computazionale. La soluzione di un'equazione polinomiale (con diverse variabili) è, in generale, indecidibile e, anche se ci concentriamo sul caso della validazione delle ipotesi, il costo computazionale rimane elevato. L'idea è quindi quella di cercare approssimazioni che diano informazioni rilevanti sulle soluzioni dell'equazione originale. È possibile introdurre tre astrazioni (equazioni più semplici) per identificare: il numero di stati delle variabili, il comportamento asintotico o il comportamento transitorio (ciò che accade prima che il sistema si stabilizzi). Ognuna di esse è costruita da un punto di vista teorico e algoritmico per introdurre un metodo per eseguire la validazione delle ipotesi sui SDD. In questa tesi si dimostra che, attraverso trasformazioni algebriche, è possibile enumerare le soluzioni di un'equazione polinomiale con un termine costante enumerando le soluzioni di un numero finito di equazioni più semplici. Infine, viene esplorata la connessione tra queste equazioni semplici e il problema della cancellazione (noto nella teoria dei grafi). Inoltre, questo permette di trovare un limite superiore lineare al numero di soluzioni.
A Finite Discrete-time Dynamical System (DDS) consists of a finite set X, called state space, and a function f, called next-state map (which associates to a state v the state f(v)). DDS are a formal tool for modelling phenomena that appear in Physics, Mathematics, Biology, and, of course, in Computer Science. While the mathematical formalisation and the results that found up to nowadays are elegant and meaningful, often they are not very suitable in practice because of their high computational cost. In the literature, it is known that DDS equipped with appropriate sum and product operations form a commutative semiring. This algebraic structure allows us to write polynomial equations in which the coefficients and unknowns are DDS. In particular, if we are interested in some dynamics derived from experimental data, we can write an equation with this as a constant right-hand term and model assumptions about the function f (or its properties) in a polynomial left-hand term. Finding solutions to this equation allow us to better understand the phenomenon and its properties. This approach is interesting but it has important limitations from a computational point of view. Solving a polynomial equation (with several variables) is, in general, undecidable, and even if we focus on the case of hypothesis validation, the computational cost remains high. The idea is then to look for approximations that give relevant information about the solutions of the original equation. It is possible to introduce three abstractions (simpler equations) to identify: the number of states of the variables, the asymptotic behaviour, or the transient behaviour (what happens before the system stabilises). Each one is built from a theoretical and algorithmic point of view to introduce a method to perform hypothesis validation on DDS. In this thesis, it is shown that through algebraic transformations, it is possible to enumerate the solutions of a polynomial equation with a constant term by enumerating a finite number of simpler equations. Finally, the connection between the solution of these simple equations and the cancellation problem known in graph theory is explored. This allowed us to find a linear upper bound on the number of solutions.

A presente tese analisa diferentes aspectos de sistemas de espalhamento clássico com caos. Espalhamento caótico é uma forma de caos transiente que ocorre em diversos sistemas físicos. Nestes sistemas o espaço de fase é aberto, mas o caos ocorre apenas em uma região restrita do espaço, chamada de região de espalhamento. Os efeitos desta dinâmica apresentam-se em qualquer relação de espalhamento pela presença de conjuntos fractais, que geram hiper-sensibilidade a condições iniciais. Em nosso primeiro trabalho, mostramos que as bifurcações que levam ao caos manifestam-se na Seção de Choque Diferencial (SCD) pela criação de infinitas singularidades arco-íris. Estas singularidades aparecem na forma de cascatas, registrando na SCD todas as transições sofridas pela sela caótica. O segundo trabalho mostra que a introdução de dissipação em sistemas de espalhamento pode limitar a autosimilaridade de conjuntos originalmente fractais. Uma partícula espalhada por potenciais repulsivos encontra regiões não acessíveis, que dependem do valor de sua energia. Estas regiões determinam a estrutura da sela caótica. Com a perda de energia, o cenário de órbitas presas é alterado e, dependendo do valor da dissipação, podem existir nas funções de espalhamento estruturas fractais truncadas. O terceiro estudo aborda a presença de advecção caótica em fluxos sanguíneos. Doenças circulatórias estão geralmente associadas a uma mudança de geometria de artérias ou veias. Essas deformações podem gerar espalhamento caótico das partículas sanguíneas carregadas pelo fluxo. Em nosso trabalho mostramos, a partir de simulações numéricas, que caos pode existir em fluxos sanguíneos e, assim, formar um ciclo no desenvolvimento de anomalias circulatórias.
In this thesis we study different scattering systems with chaos. Chaotic scattering, present in a large variety of physical systems, is a type of transient chaos. While the phase-space of such systems is unbounded, irregular motion occurs only in a bounded area, called the scattering region. Still, any (nontrivial) scattering function relating initial conditions to asymptotic variables contains fractal structures, resulting in a very sharp sensitivity to initial conditions. Our first work shows that bifurcations leading to chaos manifest themselves through an infinitely fine-scale structure of rainbow singularities in the cross section. These singularities appear as cascades, mirroring the bifurcation cascade undergone by the chaotic saddle. The second work shows that the presence of dissipation in scattering systems can limit the auto-similarity of originally fractal structures. Depending on the value of their energy, particles scattered by repulsive potentials find forbidden regions in the space-phase. These regions determinate the structure of the chaotic saddle. With friction, the scenario of trapped orbits changes and, depending on the ammount dissipation, scattering functions follow a truncated fractal structure. Our third study concerns the presence of chaotic advection in blood flows. Typically, circulatory diseases are due to sudden changes on the geometry of vessel walls. These deformations can generate chaotic scattering of blood particles carried by the flow. We show, with numerical simulations, that chaos can occur in blood flows and thus form a hazardous cycle in the further developing of circulatory anomalies.

Resumo: Neste trabalho utilizamos a teoria dos conjuntos fuzzy de duas maneiras distintas para a modelagem de dinâmica populacional como alternativa para a modelagem determinística: problema de valor inicial fuzzy e sistemas baseados em regras fuzzy. Apresentamos algumas das principais propriedades da solução de um problema de valor inicial fuzzy obtida por extensão de Zadeh do campo variacional determinístico ou do fluxo derterminístico. Elaboramos bases de regras para dinâmica populacional de espécies isoladas com crescimento inibido e espécies em interação do tipo competição, presa-predador e mutualismo. Além disso, estabelecemos alguns resultados sobre a existência e unicidade de estados de equilíbrio para sistemas p-fuzzy unidimensionais e bidimensionais. Experimentos computacionais são feitos para a validação dos resultados encontrados e modelos aqui propostos

Abstract:
In this work we model the interaction of the immune response with a target population. The model consists in a set of two coupled nonlinear differential equations with delay. We show that the stationary solution becomes unstable above a critical delay time of the immune response. We show that, under certain conditions, increasing the delay time induces a series of bifurcations leading to chaos. We obtain the characteristic exponents of this bifurcation and the critical dynamics.

Neste trabalho analisamos um modelo da interação do sistema imune com uma dada população alvo de agentes infecciosos. O modelo é descrito por um conjunto de duas equações diferenciais não-lineares acopladas com retardo. Observamos que as soluções estacionárias tornam-se instáveis acima de um retardo crítico. Mostramos que, sob certas condições, o aumento no retardo induz uma série de bifurcações que levam ao caos. Os expoentes que caracterizam este ponto de bifurcação bem como a dinâmica crítica são obtidos.

Abstract:
L'obiettivo del presente lavoro di tesi è la caratterizzazione delle proprietà dinamiche di un ponte storico ad arco, a più campate in muratura: il Pontelungo sul Reno, a Bologna. Per studiarne il comportamento dinamico sono state effettuate delle prove in situ, durante le quali sono state registrate le accelerazioni causate dal traffico veicolare. Mediante l’analisi nel dominio delle frequenze, è stato possibile così identificare i parametri modali del ponte (frequenze e forme modali). Parallelamente, è stato costruito un modello a elementi finiti della struttura, opportunamente calibrato mediante una procedura di ottimizzazione che ha permesso di individuarne i parametri incerti, per i quali le caratteristiche dinamiche numeriche (frequenze e forme modali) risultano il più possibile in accordo con quelle individuate sperimentalmente.

We consider a one parameter family of symplectic maps that cross a non-uniformly hyperbolic situation into an elliptic one. We prove that there exists a set of values of the parameter such that the map has secondary elliptic islands.

Mokyklos kontekste klasės ir jos narių, moksleivių, statusas ir jo dinamika visada buvo ir yra kintantis bei daug dėmesio pritraukiantis reiškinys. Vyresnio mokyklinio amžiaus moksleivių asmenybės statusas klasėje, o socialinis – padėtis visuomenėje – jau daugiau ar mažiau yra susiklostę dėl ilgesnio mokymosi ir bendravimo kolektyve. Kasdieniniame mokinių gyvenime, grupėje praleidžiant po penkias ir daugiau valandų kartu, susiformuoja statuso dinamiką skatinančių bei slopinančių veiksnių sistema. Remiantis aukščiau išdėstytais argumentais, formuluojama magistro darbo problema, jog vyresnio mokyklinio amžiaus moksleiviai, veikiami grupės ir jos vidinių statusų bei jų dinamiškų veiksnių, patiria lyderystės ir atstūmimo situacijų. Tyrimo objektas: Aukštesniųjų klasių mokinių statusas grupėje ir jo dinamiką įtakojantys veiksniai. Tyrimo tikslas: Analizuoti aukštesniųjų klasių mokinių suvoktąjį ir faktiškąjį statusą klasėje; atlikti lyginamąją analizę; išsiaiškinti respondentų nuomonę apie statuso klasėje kėlimo būdus. Tyrimo uždaviniai: Atskleisti socializacijos grupėje psichopedagoginius aspektus bei bendras mokinių statuso dinamikos ypatybes; Išsiaiškinti aukštesniųjų klasių mokinių pasiskirstymą pagal statusą grupėje; Nagrinėti moksleivių faktiškojo statuso grupėje ypatumus; Atlikti mokinių faktiškojo ir suvokto savojo statuso klasėje lyginamąją analizę; Pateikti pavyzdžius, kokius būdus mokiniai naudoja, siekdami pakelti savo statusą klasėje. The status and its dynamics among class members in the school environment have been a variable phenomenon and attracting much attention. The personality status of senior schoolchildren in a class and social position in the society have been more or less clear and stable due to longer communication time in the group. Every day schoolchildren spend five or more hours together in the school, and because of that a system which may encourage or suppress the dynamics of the status is created. The problem of the Master‘s Paper has been formulated on the basis of earlier presented arguments that students of senior classes experience situations of leadership or rejection because of the influence of inner – class status and their dynamic factors. The object of the research: the status of senior class students in the group and the factors influencing its dynamics. O ciclo de divisão celular compreende uma seqüência de fenômenos controlados por una complexa rede de regulação gênica muito estável e robusta. Aplicamos as Redes Genéticas Probabilísticas (PGNs) para construir um modelo cuja dinâmica e robustez se assemelham às observadas no ciclo celular biológico. A estrutura de nosso modelo PGN foi inspirada em fatos biológicos bem estabelecidos tais como a existência de subsistemas integradores, realimentação negativa e positiva e caminhos de sinalização redundantes. Nosso modelo representa as interações entre genes como processos estocásticos e apresenta uma forte robustez na presença de ruido e variações moderadas dos parâmetros. Um modelo determinístico recentemente publicado do ciclo celular da levedura não resiste a condições de ruido que nosso modelo suporta bem. A adição de mecanismos de auto excitação, permite a nosso modelo apresentar uma atividade oscilatória similar à observada no ciclo celular embrionário. Nossa abordagem de modelar e simular o comportamento observado usando mecanismos de controle biológico conhecidos fornece hipóteses plausíveis de como a regulação subjacente pode ser realizada na célula. A pesquisa atualmente em curso procura identificar tais mecanismos de regulação no ciclo celular da levedura, usando dados de expressão gênica provenientes de medições seqüenciais de microarray.
The cell division cycle comprises a sequence of phenomena controlled by a stable and robust genetic network. We applied a Probabilistic Genetic Network (PGN) to construct an hypothetical model with dynamical behaviour and robustness typical of the biological cell-cycle. The structure of our PGN model was inspired in well established biological facts such as the existence of integrator subsystems, negative and positive feedback loops and redundant signaling pathways. Our model represents genes\' interactions as stochastic processes and presents strong robustness in the presence of moderate noise and parameters fluctuations. A recently published deterministic yeast cell-cycle model collapses upon noise conditions that our PGN model supports well. In addition, self stimulatory mechanisms can give our PGN model the possibility of having a pacemaker activity similar to the observed in the oscillatory embryonic cell cycle. Our approach of modeling and simulating the observed behavior by known biological control mechanisms provides plausible hypotheses of how the underlying regulation may be performed in the cell. The ongoing research is lead to identify such regulation mechanisms in the yeast cell-cycle from time-series microarray gene expression data.

Recently it has been shown the possibility of making and using of the photopolymer materials which are organic light-sensitivity for purposes of holographic optical memory [1,2]. The main advantages of these media are the high light sensitivity and possibility to writing of holograms with the high diffraction efficiency. The experimental investigations showed that the photopolymerization peculiarities and the photopolymer composition component concentrations are significant in the dynamics of the reconstruction processes of holographic gratings [1,2]. However up to now available dinamical models of this phenomena have been developed only for composite and photorefractive materials [3,4]. These models do not give full explanation of present experimental results of kinetics peculiarities of read out process in photopolymer materials.

Dynamics ot the population of the main urban aglomerations in Europe (1980-2019). Using several available databases, all based on official information, the population evolution from the main European urban agglomerations (those with a minimum of 1000 thousand inhabitants) was reconstructed. The period considered was 1980-2019 in order to capture the changes generated by the disappearance of the iron curtain and the totalitarian regimes. The analysis based on the ascending hierarchical classification, carried out in XLSTAT, shows the persistence of strong east-west disparities but also the appearance of disparities, both between the former communist states and in the west of the continent. The generalization of the urban sprawl process, with the agglomeration of the population in the suburban areas was neither uniform nor constant over time. An urban resilience has played an important role, the ability to overcome the systemic crisis induced in the east of the continent by the transition to the market economy or in the west, to adapt to the new knowledge-based economy. Beyond the manifestation of these disparities that seem to be the expression of a historical inertia, a tendency of convergence at the continental level, similar to the one that was manifested in the case of the demographic transition after 1990, is timid.

In this article the results on the content of mineral nitrogen compounds (ammonium ions, nitrites and nitrates) during 2020 year in the Prut River Braniște – Giurgiulesti sector are presented. In the study is examinated the seasonal dynamics of these parameters in the winter – spring – summer – autumn period. The range of ammonium ions in the waters of the Prut River varies from 0.002 to 0.26 mgN /L, of nitrite – from 0.002 to 0.02 mgN /L and of nitrates – from 0.002 to 0.73 mgN /L, the maximums being lower than in 2009-2010, and much lower than in the 80s-90s of the last century.

En este estudio se caracterizan las diversas formas en que las familias con responsabilidades de cuidado aquellas en las que habita al menos un niño o niña de hasta 4 años, una persona con discapacidad y/o una persona mayor con dependencia que residen en barrios populares se organizan y distribuyen responsabilidades entre sus integrantes para acceder a los recursos que necesitan para cuidar en un contexto de carencias materiales persistentes. Los resultados ponen en evidencia que las estrategias de desarrollo urbano con perspectiva de cuidado tienen un enorme potencial para mitigar la reproducción de las desigualdades sociales y entre géneros y para remover los mecanismos de transmisión intergeneracional de desventajas sociales. La incorporación de la perspectiva del cuidado en las estrategias de desarrollo urbano promueve intervenciones tendientes a reducir la carga de dependencia de las familias, redefinir el pacto intergeneracional y entre géneros de las dinámicas familiares de cuidado y dinamizar la economía del cuidado y promover el acceso de las mujeres al trabajo formal.

Ketiga, kami membahas proses yang mendasari perubahan, dan faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadapnya, sebagaimana yang digambarkan melalui studi kasus yang ada. Ini termasuk pembahasan bagaimana dinamika konteks menghambat atau mendorong pengaruh perempuan, perbedaan dari isu dan tantangan sektoral yang dihadapi oleh perempuan, dan bagaimana aksi kolektif perempuan berkontribusi terhadap perubahan yang ada. Keempat, kami mengeksplorasi dimensi temporal dari perubahan tersebut. Ikhtisar dari volume ini disusun untuk mengeksplorasi secara ringkas poin-poin utama yang dipaparkan di dalam studi kasus yakni bagaimana aksi kolektif perempuan telah membawa perubahan baik bagi kesejahteraan diri perempuan, maupun dampaknya bagi pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Desa di Indonesia, serta bagaimana perubahan-perubahan tersebut terwujud dengan dukungan berbagai organisasi masyarakat sipil dalam lintas konteks dan sektor. Pertama, kami mengidentifikasi perbedaan dan keberagaman prioritas dan inisiatif pembangunan desa sebagai hasil pengaruh keterlibatan perempuan dalam pelaksanaan UndangUndang Desa. Inisiatif pembangunan tersebut tidak hanya terkait isu infrastruktur dan ekonomi (walaupun perempuan juga telah mengupayakan beberapa inisiatif di isu ini), namun juga meliputi berbagai permasalahan pembangunan desa dan tantangan sektoral lain yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat desa, khususnya perempuan. Abstract:
El presente trabajo tiene por objeto diseñar un modelo de consultorio empresarial en la UNAD ECACEN ZOCC, de modo que dinamice las relaciones por parte de la Universidad y el sector productivo, y que genere, a su vez, mayores posibilidades de inserción laboral de sus egresados. Tres aspectos están asociados a la concreción del objeto principal: a) la determinación de la pertinencia frente al diseño de un consultorio empresarial para los estudiantes y egresados, la escuela ECACEN y el sector productivo; b) la propuesta de un portafolio de servicios a partir de las líneas estratégicas y los tipos de servicios que se requieren para ofrecer el consultorio empresarial de la UNAD Zona Occidente; c) el diseño de un modelo de consultorio administrativo, financiero y contable para la ECACEN ZOCC que vincule aspectos estratégicos, organizacionales, administrativos, financieros, logísticos y operativos. El estudio inició con un procedimiento de revisión sistemática de fuentes documentales, que favorecieron la contextualización de la dinámica asociada a la creación e implementación de consultorios empresariales y su capacidad para facilitar el ingreso al mercado laboral en beneficio de los egresados de las IES, posteriormente, se tomaron a los resultados de una investigación realizada durante el año 2020 por el Semillero de Investigación en Desarrollo Sostenible, Gestión Organizacional y Prospectiva (SIDESGOP), perteneciente al grupo de Investigación CANANGUCHALES, desde el cual se realizó una encuesta (previamente validada por pares) a la comunidad de egresados. Se realizará una investigación descriptiva, con enfoque mixto.

Abstract:
Bosna i Hercegovina prihvata načelno globalna opredjeljenja i proklamovane ciljeve relevantnih međunarodnih institucija (Pariški Sporazum, Evropski Zeleni Plan, i drugi) za prelaz na održivi niskougljenični razvoj baziran na kružnoj ekonomiji neuslovljenoj upotrebom prirodnih resursa, te težnju ka nultoj neto emisiji stakleničkih gasova. U energetskom sektoru to podrazumijeva povećanje energijske efikasnosti, te bezuvjetni prelaz na obnovljive izvore energije i eliminaciju fosilnih goriva. I dok je opšte opredjeljenje nesporno, način i dinamika ostvarenja pojedinih ciljeva u zacrtanom roku do 2050. godine sa najmanje negativnih ekonomskih, socijalnih, sigurnosnih i političkih posljedica predstavlja ozbiljni izazov, posebno u zemljama koje se, kao Bosna i Hercegovina, tradicionalno oslanjaju na sopstveni ugalj kao primarni energent. U cilju doprinosa iznalaženju optimalnih rješenja u energetskoj transformaciji, a u okviru Plana rada za 2019 godinu, Odbor za energiju, energetiku i okoliš (OEEO) Akademije nauka i umjetnosti Bosne i Hercegovine (ANUBiH) u saradnji i uz finansijsku podršku JP Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine d.d. Sarajevo, je organizovao regionalnno naučno-stručno savjetovanje: Budućnost postojećih i novih termoelektrana u BiH u energetskoj tranziciji, koje je održano 21. 11. 2019. godine u ANUBiH u Sarajevu. Cilj Savjetovanja je bio da nauka i struka, pod pokroviteljstvom i u okviru ANUBiH, u saradnji sa stručnjacima iz EU i Regije razmjene iskustva, stavove i planove o upotrebi uglja i biogoriva u proizvodnji električne i toplinske energije u periodu do 2050. godine. Na Savjetovanju, kojem su prisustvovali predstavnici vlasti i zvaničnih institucija iz BiH, naučni radnici, stručnjaci, menadžmenti elektroprivrednih organizacija iz oba bh. entiteta, je na bosanskom, srpskom, hrvatskom ili engleskom jeziku na prethodno odabrane teme izloženo 15 referata po pozivu. Pored stručnjaka iz BiH, referate su podnijeli i pozvani eksperti iz zemalja EU i okruženja sa elektroprivrednom strukturom i izazovima u toj oblasti sličnim kao što ih ima i BiH, a koje u proizvodnji električne energije karakteriše značajni, ili čak dominantni oslonac na fosilna goriva, naročito ugalj. U referatima su izloženi mogući modeli tranzicije i iskustva iz BiH, Srbije, Grčke, Sjeverne Makedonije, Poljske i Njemačke. Prošireni sažeci i slide prezentacije svih referata na jezicima na kojima su referati izloženi, kao i Zaključci Savjetovanja su sadržani u ovom Posebnom izdanju ANUBiH. Savjetovanje je potvrdilo da je dekarbonizacija elektroenergetskog sektora u EU i Regiji do 2050. godine opravdan, ali i veoma zahtjevan cilj. Svaka država koja se obavezala za takav cilj, mora razviti svoj model održive tranzicije, koristeći vlastito znanje, pomoć eksperata EU, te iskustva i modele drugih. U tom smislu zaključeno je da je veoma važno u što je moguće kraćem roku, u saradnji sa Energetskom zajednicom, detaljno i odgovorno koncipirati razvoj energetskog sektora u Bosni i Hercegovini u tranzicijskom periodu, dajući pritom do znanja Evropskoj uniji, ali i svima drugima, da je Bosna i Hercegovina spremna pratiti i ispoštovati generalno postavljene ciljeve u toj oblasti, uvažavajući pri tom svoju potrebu za energetskom neovisnošću. U tom cilju potrebno je definirati jasnu viziju, sa prohodnim putem do postavljenih ciljeva, uzimajući u obzir sve relevantne direktive i regulativu EU, ali i realne mogućnosti i potrebe Bosne i Hercegovine. Iskustva i poruke izložene u referatima, diskusije tokom Savjetovanja, te saznanja do kojih smo došli, a koji su sumirani u Zaključcima ovog dokumenta, čine korisnu bazu i orijentir za konkretizaciju strategije za aktuelnu tranziciju energetskog sektora BiH.
