Abstract:
The paper introduces the digital watermarking technology which is a data hiding technique that embeds a message into a multimedia work such as an image or text or other digital object. The proposed technique has several important applications; the majorly important is the digital copyrights protection. The digital watermarking system as any other data hiding technique has its own requirements that make the digital watermark strong as possible. Technologies of digital watermarking are mainly classified depending on their domain to spatial domain watermarks, Watermarks belonging to frequency (transform) domain and wavelet domain watermarks. The digital watermarks suffer from different types of attacks that include either state-of-the-art watermarking attacks or watermark estimation attacks. The recovery from these attacks requires strong detection techniques; the digital watermark agent provides a professional solution for these attacks.

Abstract:
Transportation of information across the internet necessitates security concerns. Internally, transmission of data in organisation must also be secured, according to security standards. In a typical distribution, all traffic transferred via the public network (Internet) is secured. However, sensitive information must not be easily accessible in the event that an attacker compromises any services on the hosts and gains access to their resources. The advancement of information technology has enabled large amounts of digital data to be reliably transported through unrestrained communication channels. Today’s information world is a digital world. Data transmission over an unsecure channel is becoming a major issue of concern nowadays. And at the same time intruders are spreading over the internet and being very active. So to protect the secret data from theft, some security measures need to be taken. In order to keep the data secret various techniques have been implemented to encrypt and decrypt the secret data. Findings of this study show how steganography and cryptography techniques are used for efficient data hiding to prevent unauthorised access to confidential and sensitive information. The study present recommendation for policy and practice. Keywords: Efficiency, Data Hiding Scheme, Steganography, Cryptography, Security

Abstract:
AbstractThe earliest extant depictions of the human face are not simply realistic but represented through specific technologies (means) and techniques (styles). In these representations, the face was probably idealized in order to empower its agency through simulacra. The history of art sees humans become increasingly aware of the impact of technology and technique on the production of visual representations of the face. With photography, and even more so with its digital version, technology is developed, hidden, and miniaturized so as to democratize and market technique. The result, however, a naturalization of technology, is increasingly problematic in the era of algorithms: artificial intelligence absorbs the social bias of its engineers. This is particularly evident in the domain of “digital cosmetics”: successful apps are used to process and share billions of facial images, yet few critically reflect on the aesthetic ideology underpinning them. This is an urgent task for visual, social, and cultural semiotics.

Abstract:
Dentists have made prostheses using traditional methods, which are inconvenient and time-consuming. It includes functional impression taking, plaster model production, wax rim production, intermaxillary relationship and occlusal plane setting, artificial tooth arrangement, denture polymerization, polishing, etc. To make prostheses in this way, the patient has to visit the dentist several times, and it takes a long time for them to receive treatment. In addition, the potential for errors associated with the denture-manufacturing process and the use of denture materials has always existed. However, the recent use of digital technology in dentistry has made it possible to create digital prostheses. Several techniques for the immediate loading of implants with a fixed prostheses in edentulous patients have been developed. However, these techniques are partially digital techniques that include laboratory work for prosthesis fabrication. This article aimed to describe a fully digital technique for implant-supported fixed prostheses. It includes intra-oral scanning of edentulous patients, implant placement planning, and final prosthesis fabrication. This technique facilitates a simple and more efficient immediate restoration after implant placement without using stone casts.

Abstract:
Background The authors compare three techniques for insertion of the ProSeal laryngeal mask airway. Methods Two hundred forty healthy patients aged 18-80 yr were randomly allocated for ProSeal laryngeal mask airway insertion using the digital, introducer tool (IT), or gum elastic bougie (GEB)-guided techniques. The digital and IT techniques were performed according to the manufacturer's instructions. The GEB-guided technique involved priming the drain tube with the GEB, placing the GEB in the esophagus under direct vision, and inserting the ProSeal laryngeal mask airway using the digital technique with the GEB as a guide. Failed insertion was defined by any of the following criteria: (1) failed pharyngeal placement; (2) malposition (air leaks, negative tap test results, or failed gastric tube insertion if pharyngeal placement was successful); and (3) ineffective ventilation (maximum expired tidal volume < 8 ml/kg or end-tidal carbon dioxide > 45 mmHg if correctly positioned). Any visible or occult blood was noted. Sore throat, dysphonia, and dysphagia were assessed 18-24 h postoperatively. Results Insertion was more frequently successful with the GEB-guided technique at the first attempt (GEB, 100%; digital, 88%; IT, 84%; both P < 0.001), but success after three attempts was similar (GEB, 100%; digital, 99%; IT, 98%). The time taken to successful placement was similar among groups at the first attempt but was shorter for the GEB-technique after three attempts (GEB, 25 +/- 14 s; digital, 33 +/- 19 s; IT, 37 +/- 25 s; both: P < 0.003). There were no differences in the frequency of visible blood, but occult blood occurred less frequently with the GEB-guided technique (GEB, 12%; digital, 29%; IT, 31%; both: P < 0.02) but was similar among techniques if insertion was successful at the first attempt. There were no differences in postoperative airway morbidity. CONCLUSION The GEB-guided insertion technique is more frequently successful than the digital or IT techniques. The authors suggest that the GEB-guided technique may be a useful backup technique for when the digital and IT techniques fail.

Abstract:
The accuracy with which virtual articulators are able to simulate centric and eccentric movements when fabricating definitive restorations has not yet been proven to be on par with mechanical articulators which have been reliably used in restorative dentistry for decades. This may be an issue when working on complex restorative cases utilizing a digital workflow and could result in considerable chairside adjustment time and subsequent loss of occlusal anatomy and morphology. Interchanging between digital and analog workflows is a challenge as accurate cross-mounting is difficult due to the changes that occur as the digital and analog workflows progress. This technique article provides a method for the fabrication of simple digital mounting jigs that enable clinicians and laboratory technicians to mount printed digital wax-ups and working casts back onto a programmed mechanical articulator, opposing diagnostic casts that have originally been mounted by means of a facebow transfer. This allows for the positioning of printed digital wax-ups and working casts to be in the correct 3-dimensional spatial relationship on the mechanical articulator for any necessary occlusal adjustments of the digitally designed wax-ups and/or definitive restorations before they are moved chairside.

Abstract:
Digital watermarking technique is becoming one of thehot research fields of copyright protection for CAD graphic data under the network environment. Along with its development there came a new technique called multiplewatermarking. It combines several single watermarkingalgorithms and has lots of advantages such as high capacity, good robustness and various functions. In this paper we will discuss several watermarking techniques for CAD models and eventually propose a multiple watermarking-based digital rights management system that would test our techniques.

Abstract:
AIM: The present study was designed to investigate use of intraoral radiographic techniques (conventional and digital) among general dental practitioners (GDP) in Saudi Arabia with focus on its availability in workplace, ease of the technique, and the recommended technique to be taught during undergraduate based on individual experience. METHODS: A questioner in form of a Google sheet was designed concerning demographic data, country, district, university, year of graduation, availability of radiographic technique available in workplace, which technique learned during undergraduate study, and which technique should teach during undergraduate study based on individual experience. A GDP list was developed from different dental groups on social media. The questioner was sent to the GDP list and to improve the response rate, telephone calls were made in advance to all expected participants.
