Abstract:
The article discusses methods of processing and storing data archive used in the digital university. Disadvantages of these methods are found. As a result, a fundamentally new method of processing and storing information archive in a constantly changing scheme database is proposed. This method uses mivar technologies. The multidimensional space structure has been developed to store the data archive. This multidimensional space describes the temporal relational model. For processing data, archive is proposed scheme for selecting the subspace and converting it into relations. A method of transformation of relational databases into multidimensional mivar space for efficient execution of operations on temporal data with changing structure is proposed. The transition to a multidimensional space allows us to describe the process of changing temporal data and their structure in a unified way. As a result, the time required to adapt the database schema and the redundancy of information storage are reduced. The results of this work are used in the human resource management database of BMSTU.

Abstract:
Digital image data processing is mainly to input digital image data into a computer to complete the conversion of a continuous spatially distributed image model into a discrete digital model so that the computer can identify, process, and store the processing process of digital image information. Geographic information system (GIS) is a computer system that integrates multiple forms of information expression, and it integrates functions such as collection, processing, transmission, storage, management, analysis, expression, and query retrieval, which can quickly discover the spatial distribution of things and their attributes and can express the results accurately and vividly in various intuitive forms. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing previous research works, this paper expounded the research status and significance of processing methods for digital image data, elaborated the development background, current status, and future challenges of the GIS technology, introduced the methods and principles of permutation matrix algorithm and subimage averaging method, constructed the processing model for digital image data based on GIS, analyzed the data structure and its database establishment for digital image, proposed the processing methods for digital image data based on GIS, performed the enhancement processing and calculation classification of digital image data, and finally conducted a case analysis and its result discussion. The study results show that the proposed processing methods for digital image data based on GIS can perform analogue-to-digital conversion of continuous images, complete the steps of sampling, layering, and quantization, and then encode the obtained discrete digital signal into the computer to form an in-plane collection of pixels; this processing method can also organically combine spatial information and image data and identify, process, and store digital image data from both spatial and attribute aspects. The study results of this paper provide a reference for further research on the processing methods for digital image data based on GIS.

Traditional electronic countermeasure incident intelligence processing has problems such as low accuracy and stability and long processing time. A method of electronic countermeasure incident intelligence processing based on communication technology is proposed. First, use the integrated digital signal receiver to identify various modulation methods in the complex signal environment to facilitate the processing and transmission of communication signals, then establish an electronic countermeasure intelligence processing framework with Esper as the core, and flow the situation to the processing conclusion through the PROTOBUF interactive format Redis cache. The data can realize the intelligent processing of electronic countermeasure incidents. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper increases the recall rate by 5 to 20% compared with other methods. This method has high accuracy and stability for electronic countermeasure incident intelligence processing and can effectively shorten the time for electronic countermeasure incident intelligence processing.

Abstract:
The information technology that implements evaluation of redundant information using the methods of preprocessing and segmentation of digital images has been devised. The metrics for estimating redundant information containing a photo image using the approach based on texture variability were proposed. Using the example of aerial photography data, practical testing and research into the proposed assessment were carried out. Digital images, formed by various optoelectronic facilities, are distorted under the influence of obstacles of various nature. These obstacles complicate both the visual analysis of images by a human and their automatic processing. A solution to the problem can be obtained through preprocessing, which will lead to an increase in the informativeness of digital image data at a general decrease in content. An experimental study of the dependence of image informativeness on the results of overlaying previous filters for processing digital images, depending on the values of parameters of methods, was carried out. It was established that the use of algorithms sliding window analysis can significantly increase the resolution of analysis in the time area while maintaining a fairly high ability in the frequency area. The introduced metrics can be used in problems of computer vision, machine and deep learning, in devising information technologies for image recognition. The prospect is the task of increasing the efficiency of processing the monitoring results by automating the processing of the received data in order to identify informative areas. This will reduce the time of visual data analysis. The introduced metrics can be used in the development of automated systems of air surveillance data recognition.

Abstract:
Introduction. When carrying out an energy assessment of agricultural machines and traction tests of tractors, the most important indicator is the value of the tractive effort. The existing methods for determining the tractive effort of tractors imply the use of specialized measuring instruments, such as strain gauges and devices for processing and displaying information. The accuracy of determining the tractive effort is significantly influenced by the physical and mechanical properties of soil. To process the useful signal during the measurement of tractive effort, the data stream of the strain gauge sensor must be subjected to additional digital filtering taking into account the operating conditions of the agricultural unit. Materials and Methods. The functions of changing the tractive effort obtained on the K-744R2 tractor in various gears have been analyzed. An algorithm for digital processing of the signal of a strain gauge force meter based on a median filter has been developed that makes it possible to increase the measurement accuracy. The advantage of the proposed method is the ability to cut off sharp short-term impulse noise and sharp fluctuations in the amplitude of the measured value. Results. A method for determining the amount of tractive effort using median signal processing has been proposed. A device for determining the tractive effort during testing of agricultural tractors and units has been developed. The choice of the main components of the device for determining the magnitude of the tractive effort has been substantiated. As a result of the research, a device for measuring and digital processing of the signal of a force meter based on a microcontroller and specialized software for processing initial data in real time was designed and manufactured. Discussion and Conclusion. The developed method makes it possible to exclude the negative effect of impulse noise arising in the process of measuring the tractive effort of the tractor. The proposed device for measuring the tractive effort of tractors is compatible at the level of the exchange protocol with existing devices, has a high speed of operation in real time, multi-channel operation.

Abstract:
Court expertise dealing with the reconstruction of road traffic accidents often have to take into account the possibility that an accident could have been a set-up. Such suspicions can be eliminated only by considering all the evidence material from the accident scene. In case of photographic material experts come across the missing material, bad lighting, lack of contrast, different angle perspectives, blurring, omitting important details, etc. Therefore, different methods in forensics image processing have been developed. Most of these methods are primarily used in the processing of different types of photographic material, but some can be applied in the field of road accidents analyses. This paper shows the implementation of digital image processing methods used for processing of remotely sensed imagery. Even though the photographic evidence is incomplete, it is possible to determine the position and dispersion of different materials. This gives the experts additional information that can help in understanding with relatively high probability if the collision between vehicles occured at all and if it did, where. The paper consists of the presentation and description of methods used for digital image processing in a real case study while reconstructing the road accident. Quantum candies (qandies) represent a type of pedagogical simple model that describes many concepts from quantum information processing (QIP) intuitively without the need to understand or make use of superpositions and without the need of using complex algebra. One of the topics in quantum cryptography that has gained research attention in recent years is quantum digital signatures (QDS), which involve protocols to securely sign classical bits using quantum methods. In this paper, we show how the “qandy model” can be used to describe three QDS protocols in order to provide an important and potentially practical example of the power of “superpositionless” quantum information processing for individuals without background knowledge in the field.

Introduction. Development and widespread dissemination of information technologies, including the Internet, mobile communications, cloud computing, Big Data, the Internet of Things, digital twin, etc. are being proactively introduced into versatile production and business processes of the construction industry. Therefore, a graduate of a civil engineering university must master the fundamentals of the above-listed technologies and know how to use them in his/her practical activities. It’s particularly important for those specialities that deal with information technologies in civil engineering. However, a number of important areas of knowledge that serve as the basis for mobile communications, the Internet, and wireless technologies, are only taught at specialized universities and schools. Nevertheless, students of civil engineering universities need to understand the theoretical provisions and processes of information technologies. Materials and methods. Systematization, the benchmark method, theoretical generalization of data extracted from literary sources were applied. Results. The founding notions, needed to discuss digital technologies, encompass temporary signal notation, spectral characteristics, spectral bandwidth, time and frequency division, multiplexing, discrete sampling and quantization of a signal. It is impossible to successfully study and effectively use these advanced technologies without having understood these fundamental technologies. The author offers a simplified explanation of these notions and principal processes in terms of their application in the construction industry. Conclusions. The author addresses complicated issues of the theory of signals and their transmission over communication lines. He presents the three key ideas that serve as the basis for multiple advanced information technologies, including time and spectrum signal notation, time and frequency division, multiplexing, discrete sampling and quantization of a signal. Abstract:
Binary images have found its place in many applications, such as digital forensics involving legal documents, authentication of images, digital books, contracts, and text recognition. Modern digital forensics applications involve binary image processing as part of data hiding techniques for ownership protection, copyright control, and authentication of digital media. Whether in image forensics, health, or other fields, such transformations are often implemented in high-level languages without formal foundations. The lack of formal foundation questions the reliability of the image processing techniques and hence the forensic results loose their legal significance. Furthermore, counter-forensics can impede or mislead the forensic analysis of the digital images. To ensure that any image transformation meet high standards of safety and reliability, more rigorous methods should be applied to image processing applications. To verify the reliability of these transformations, we propose to use formal methods based on theorem proving that can fulfil high standards of safety. To formally investigate binary image processing, in this paper, a reversible formal model of the binary images is defined in the Proof Assistant Coq. Multiple image transformation methods are formalized and their reliability properties are proved. To analyse real-life RGB images, a prototype translator is developed that reads RGB images and translate them to Coq definitions. As the formal definitions and proof scripts can be validated automatically by the computer, this raises the reliability and legal significance of the image forensic applications.

Increasingly <span>emerging technologies in agriculture such as computer vision, artificial intelligence technology, not only make it possible to increase production. To minimize the negative impact on climate and the environment but also to conserve resources. A key task of these technologies is to monitor the growth of plants online with a high accuracy rate and in non-destructive manners. It is known that leaf area (LA) is one of the most important growth indexes in plant growth monitoring system. Unfortunately, to estimate the LA in natural outdoor scenes (the presence of occlusion or overlap area) with a high accuracy rate is not easy and it still remains a big challenge in eco-physiological studies. In this paper, two accurate and non-destructive approaches for estimating the LA were proposed with top-view and side-view images, respectively. The proposed approaches successfully extract the skeleton of cucumber plants in red, green, and blue (RGB) images and estimate the LA of cucumber plants with high precision. The results were validated by comparing with manual measurements. The experimental results of our proposed algorithms achieve 97.64% accuracy in leaf segmentation, and the relative error in LA estimation varies from 3.76% to 13.00%, which could meet the requirements of plant growth monitoring </span>systems.

Abstract:
Background: Coupling digital technology with traditional neuropsychological test performance allows collection of high-precision metrics that can clarify and/or define underlying constructs related to brain and cognition. Objective: To identify graphomotor and information processing trajectories using a digitally administered version of the Digit Symbol Substitution Test (DSST). Methods: A subset of Long Life Family Study participants (n = 1,594) completed the DSST. Total time to draw each symbol was divided into ‘writing’ and non-writing or ‘thinking’ time. Bayesian clustering grouped participants by change in median time over intervals of eight consecutively drawn symbols across the 90 s test. Clusters were characterized based on sociodemographic characteristics, health and physical function data, APOE genotype, and neuropsychological test scores. Results: Clustering revealed four ‘thinking’ time trajectories, with two clusters showing significant changes within the test. Participants in these clusters obtained lower episodic memory scores but were similar in other health and functional characteristics. Clustering of ‘writing’ time also revealed four performance trajectories where one cluster of participants showed progressively slower writing time. These participants had weaker grip strength, slower gait speed, and greater perceived physical fatigability, but no differences in cognitive test scores. Conclusion: Digital data identified previously unrecognized patterns of ‘writing’ and ‘thinking’ time that cannot be detected without digital technology. These patterns of performance were differentially associated with measures of cognitive and physical function and may constitute specific neurocognitive biomarkers signaling the presence of subtle to mild dysfunction. Such information could inform the selection and timing of in-depth neuropsychological assessments and help target interventions.

Abstract:
Event organizers in Indonesia often use websites to disseminate information about these events through digital posters. However, manually processing for transferring information from posters to websites is constrained by time efficiency, given the increasing number of posters uploaded. Also, information retrieval methods, such as Named Entity Recognition (NER) for Indonesian posters, are still rarely discussed in the literature. In contrast, the NER method application to Indonesian corpus is challenged by accuracy improvement because Indonesian is a low-resource language that causes a lack of corpus availability as a reference. This study proposes a solution to improve the efficiency of information extraction time from digital posters. The proposed solution is a combination of the NER method with the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) method to recognize text on posters developed with the support of relevant training data corpus to improve accuracy. The experimental results show that the system can increase time efficiency by 94 % with 82-92 % accuracy for several extracted information entities from 50 testing digital posters.

Abstract:
Incorrect one- and two-dimensional inverse problems of reconstructing images of objects with angular resolutionexceeding the Rayleigh criterion are considered. The technique is based on the solution of inverse problems of source reconstruction signals described Fredholm integral equations. Algebraic methods and algorithms for processing dataobtained by measuring systems in order to achieve angular superresolution are presented. Angular superresolution allows you to detail images of objects, solve problems of their recognition and identification on this basis. The efficiency of using algorithms based on developed algebraic methods and their modifications in parameterization the inverse problems under study and further reconstructing approximate images of objects of various types is shown. It is shown that the noise immunity of the obtained solutions exceeds many known approaches. The results of numerical experiments demonstrate the possibility of obtaining images with a resolution exceeding the Rayleigh criterion by 2-6 times at small values of the signal-to-noise ratio. The ways of further increasing the degree of superresolution based on the intelligent analysis of measurement data are described. On the basis of the preliminary information on a source of signals algorithms allow to increase consistently the effective angular resolution before achievement greatest possible for a solved problem. Algorithms of secondary processing of the information necessary for it are described. It is found that the proposed symmetrization algorithm improves the quality of solutions to the inverse problems under consideration and their stability. The examples demonstrate the successful application of modified algebraic methods and algorithms for obtaining images of the objects under study in the presence of a priori information about the solution. The results of numerical studies show that the presented methods of digital processing of received signals allow us to restore the angular coordinates of individual objects under study and their elements with super-resolution with good accuracy. The adequacy and stability of the solutions were verified by conducting numerical experiments on a mathematical model. It was shown that the stability of solutions, especially at a significant level of random components, is higher than that of many other methods. The limiting possibilities of increasing the effective angular resolution and the accuracy of image reconstruction of signal sources, depending on the level of random components in the data utilized, are found. The effective angular resolution achieved in this case is 2—10 times higher than the Rayleigh criterion. The minimum required signal-to-noise ratio for obtaining adequate solutions with super-resolution is 13—16 dB for the described methods, which is significantly less than for the known methods. The relative simplicity of the presented methods allows you to use inexpensive computing devices and work in real time.

Abstract:
This paper deals with solving the scientific problem of developing the theory and methodology of spectral analysis of the processes of generation, conversion, transmission, digital processing and presentation of information based on mathematical principles in various number systems. Theoretical foundations of data structuring in the processes of generation, conversion, transmission, digital processing and presentation of information based on mathematical principles of different code systems make the study of spectral analysis in this area a promising task, as almost all fields of modern civilization are closely connected with the informatization of society and the corresponding structuring of information flows. The possibility of generalizing the theory and methodology of structuring multifunctional data and the transition from one spectrum to another provides a basis for effective analysis, evaluation and processing of information. Spectral analysis is applied to algorithmic solutions when performing measurements, generating data codes in different code systems, number systems and conducting specialized transformations over information flows. The analysis of the existing experience of data structuring, methodology of structural organization of spectra and the creation of processors for computer systems using the Rademacher number system, which generates a binary number system, shows the tendency to increasing use of other number systems, including the unitary one, Haar, Chrestenson and Galois systems. The implementation of specialized, signal, switching and problem-oriented digital data processors is often carried out on the basis of the combined use of the above mentioned number systems. In this regard, a problem of in-depth study of the theory and methods of spectral analysis and the characteristics of the code systems of “non-Rademacher” number systems and the limits of their use for the implementation of components of both specialized and universal processors arises.

Abstract:
Deepfake and manipulated digital photos and videos are being increasingly used in a myriad of cybercrimes. Ransomware, the dissemination of fake news, and digital kidnapping-related crimes are the most recurrent, in which tampered multimedia content has been the primordial disseminating vehicle. Digital forensic analysis tools are being widely used by criminal investigations to automate the identification of digital evidence in seized electronic equipment. The number of files to be processed and the complexity of the crimes under analysis have highlighted the need to employ efficient digital forensics techniques grounded on state-of-the-art technologies. Machine Learning (ML) researchers have been challenged to apply techniques and methods to improve the automatic detection of manipulated multimedia content. However, the implementation of such methods have not yet been massively incorporated into digital forensic tools, mostly due to the lack of realistic and well-structured datasets of photos and videos. The diversity and richness of the datasets are crucial to benchmark the ML models and to evaluate their appropriateness to be applied in real-world digital forensics applications. An example is the development of third-party modules for the widely used Autopsy digital forensic application. This paper presents a dataset obtained by extracting a set of simple features from genuine and manipulated photos and videos, which are part of state-of-the-art existing datasets. The resulting dataset is balanced, and each entry comprises a label and a vector of numeric values corresponding to the features extracted through a Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT). The dataset is available in a GitHub repository, and the total amount of photos and video frames is 40,588 and 12,400, respectively. The dataset was validated and benchmarked with deep learning Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Support Vector Machines (SVM) methods; however, a plethora of other existing ones can be applied. Generically, the results show a better F1-score for CNN when comparing with SVM, both for photos and videos processing. CNN achieved an F1-score of 0.9968 and 0.8415 for photos and videos, respectively. Regarding SVM, the results obtained with 5-fold cross-validation are 0.9953 and 0.7955, respectively, for photos and videos processing. A set of methods written in Python is available for the researchers, namely to preprocess and extract the features from the original photos and videos files and to build the training and testing sets. Additional methods are also available to convert the original PKL files into CSV and TXT, which gives more flexibility for the ML researchers to use the dataset on existing ML frameworks and tools.

In recent years, digital image forgery detection has become one of the hardest studying area for researchers investigations in the field of information security and image processing. Image forgery detection methods can be divided into two extensive groups such as Active methods and Passive (Blind) methods. Active methods have been used data hiding techniques like watermarking and digital signatures. Passive forensic methods (or Blind) use image statistics or they investigate the attributes of the image to determine the forgeries. Passive detection techniques are also split into three branches; image splicing, image retouching, copy-move. Such image forgery detection methods are focus of this paper.

Abstract:
The nature and intensity of migration processes are constantly changing. Demographic statistics are not suitable for obtaining up-to-date information and making timely decisions in the field of demographic and social policy. Thus, digital demography is becoming increasingly important, as this area of population research uses new methods and data sources resulting from the Internet expansion and the digitalisation of society. Using digital demography methods and emerging data sources, the study aims to identify current migration trends in Russia at the municipal level. The duality of the object (real and virtual population) and methods (demographic and data science methods) of digital demography is demonstrated. Digital data sources for studying migration and relevant processing methods were considered. Further, it was proposed to assess migration flows by examining social network information and graphs of migration routes. The analysis of data obtained from the “Virtual population of Russia” project for 2356 urban and municipal regions revealed the features of intermunicipal migration and the centres of migration attraction in the country. An indicator for assessing the potential of future migrations based on the graphs of migration routes was presented. The analysis results show that balanced spatial development of Russia requires the stimulation of human capital development in local centres characterised by high migration potential. These include regional capitals, “second” cities in terms of population, and some research and industrial centres. The study findings can be used to consider demographic processes at the municipal level and elaborate strategic documents in the field of regional spatial development. Further digitalisation and the implementation of digital economy projects will lead to the accumulation of population data at the national level. Therefore, future research should focus on improving digital demography methods for studying and forecasting demographic processes.

The paper is devoted to the problems of digital criminology, the analysis of the methods of mathematical forecasting and the possibility of using them for crime research. The growing complexity of the task of crime counteraction determines the necessity for both the critical overhaul of the existing methods and the search for opportunities to go beyond the boundaries of the traditional methods of researching legal phenomena. The information and analytical work of law enforcement bodies based on the development of crime prevention programs has the key goal of the application of mathematical methods of crime analysis. The object of research is the complex of mathematical methods selected on the basis of their suitability for the purpose of criminological prediction. The authors single out the following methods: the modeling method, the correlation analysis, the analysis of rank correlations and conjugacy tables, discriminant analysis, regression analysis, dispersive analysis, covariance analysis, factor analysis, time series analysis, seasonal oscillation method, maximum likelihood method (in particular, its variety - least squares method), average annual growth rate calculation method, logical decision functions method, pattern recognition, calculus of variations, spectral analysis, Markov chains, algebra of logic, etc. Mathematical prediction in digital criminology consists in using the existing quantitative and qualitative parameters of criminality, calculating their mathematical dependence on time, space and other independent variables. The conducted research allowed the authors to state that the mathematical processing of criminological information makes it possible to improve the accuracy of predictions.

Three-dimensional laser scanning technology and point cloud information were used to accurately collect and process digital information from classical Chinese royal gardens. After classifying and processing the point cloud data, correlations therein could be further assessed and used to greatly improve the accuracy and management efficiency of spatial information. To provide a more convenient solution for the subsequent conservation and management of landscape heritage, a method for establishing a three-dimensional digital information database and a full life-cycle application management platform for classical Chinese royal gardens is proposed in this research. Abstract:
A novel sparse domain-based information hiding framework is proposed in this paper to attach the watermarking signal to the most significant sparse components of the host signal over the pre-defined overcomplete dictionary. The adaptive sparse domain can be utilized to embed watermarking logo with better security and robustness. This can be realized owing to the fact that, not only the sparse domain can be customized from the given samples, but also the sparse transform coefficients of the original watermarking signal can be embedded, which provides inherent privacy. This paper provides two kinds of methods that embed watermark directly and embed the sparse representation coefficients of watermarking logo, and analyzes the condition of uniqueness of the sparse solution. Experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed sparse domain digital watermarking technique over the traditional frequency domain or spatial domain schemes.

Abstract:
The development of methods for increasing the sensitivity of interferometers intended for studying complex phase media, which are characterized by abrupt changes in internal inhomogeneities, is a very urgent task. The aim of the study, the results of which are presented in the article, is a theoretical analysis of the possibility of improving the sensitivity of the output data of a holographic interferometer using digital methods of processing optical information. The research results showed that the presence of digital information about the object and reference waves and about the interference pattern recorded by the CCD matrix allows performing various mathematical operations on these data, after which they can again be displayed on the screen, i.e., visualized. These operations can be carried out both in the sections from the object to the output plane, and at the output of the system, directly with the intensity distribution, which is fixed by the CCD matrix. A sequence of numerical operations is proposed, which makes it possible to increase the sensitivity of the holographic system by a factor of 2m , where m  0,1, 2, 3,.... It is also shown that the increase in sensitivity according to the indicated scheme is limited only by possible speckle noise, which can worsen the contrast of the fringes of the interference pattern. The proposed method for increasing the sensitivity of the interferometer, in contrast to the known ones, does not rely on hardware changes in interferometric systems, which is associated with high costs, but digitally improves the characteristics of the output data of low-sensitivity interferometers. The results of the work can be used in studies of complex phase media.

Abstract:
While the AEC industry is moving towards digitalization off-site rebar prefabrication became a common practice. Now most companies use a long-established standard order processing method, where the customer submits 2D paper or PDF-based drawings. Subsequently, the manufacturers are obligated to make additional detailing, redrawing, calculations, and preparation of other required information for manufacturing. Thus, in this typical scenario, there is a great repetition of the same tasks, with the obvious loss of time and increased likelihood of human error. However, improvements can be made by the application of advanced digital production workflow and the use of open BIM standards (e.g., IFC, XML, BVBS). Therefore, this paper presents the typical data flow algorithm in contrast to the automated data flow for reinforcement manufacturing. Further, the two approaches are compared and analyzed based on Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods. The results have shown promising prospects for companies willing to automate their data flow processes by the use of 3D drawings and digital data from the BIM model in their plants.

Abstract:
The current trend of vehicle technology’s evolution points towards a further automation of the automobile. The information that such a vehicle processes and handles becomes therefore more important from the performance but also from the safety point of view. The main target of this research is to improve the reliability, accuracy and timing of the information measured by mass produced sensors, whether the sensors are set up in single or array configuration. The scope of the considered sensors covers those related to the automotive sector, both current and potential ones. It is planned to achieve the main target by 1) actively reducing the noise to increase the SNR of the sensor measurements and/or by 2) using advanced processing methods that remove/minimize the delay they introduce in the processing system.
