Abstract:
V obou typech expozičního prostředí bylo cílem sledovat přenosové parametry oxidické vrstvy, změny v korozní rychlosti, difúzních parametrech a polovodivém charakteru oxidu. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že v prostředí vyšších koncentrací lithia dochází v době expozice 200 hodin ke zvyšování korozní rychlosti. Lithné ionty taktéž významně ovlivňují hustotu dopantů tedy polovodivé chování oxidické vrstvy zirkonia.

Abstract:
This master´s thesis deals with the study on mechanical and transport properties of hybrid hydrogel systems. Considering applications of hydrogels, especially in chemical industry, pharmacy, or eventually medical applications, for the study gellan and alginate-based hydrogels were selected. In order to compare individual characteristics physical and hybrid hydrogels were prepared. Gellan hydrogels were prepared in deionization aqua solution, calcium chloride dihydrate and tween 80 solution. Alginate hydrogels were prepared in calcium chloride dihydrate solution as well, and polyacrylamide with N,N´–methylenbisacrylamide. For the study of mechanical properties moisture analyser and rheology measurements were selected. Transport properties were studied using the diffusion experiments combined with UV-VIS spectroscopic detection. Concluding of this thesis is summarization of measured values, which provides comprehensive review of the problematics. It was discovered that the conveniently selected concentrations of structural components of hydrogel matrix and the additives can influence both the mechanical as well as the transport properties of studied hydrogels.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the thermal-humidity stress of the wooden wall. The work is focused on the connection of the wall to the base structure of the building. Three details were chosen. The work was focused on detail with the most common structure of an external wall used in the Czech Republic on the composition with a supporting structure made of KVH columns, which are filled with mineral insulation. This construction is covered with plate elements. The insulation from the exterior is made of ETICS with expanded polystyrene thermal insulation. This detail was assessed in the software. To compare the results calculated by real-time software, an experimental model was made, which was subjected to experimental measurements. Part of the diploma thesis is a comparison of detail stress under different boundary design conditions, with or without anchoring.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis solves the problems of hydrothermal processes in walls of wooden houses and associated issues. A chosen were two apartment buildings, where they underwent exmerimental measurement of indor air, in order to determine the boundary conditions commonly boundary building evelope. Was followed by hygrothermal analysis of four commonly used constructions of wooden buildings in the Czech Republic, using various numerical methods. The quantity of information obtained from various numerical methods were analyzed individually. The final part of the thesis is devoted to experimental measurements of diffusion properties of materials. Namely foil vapor barrier, in terms of its influence on the perforation vapor diffusion resistance factor. Information obtained from the experiments were applied to re numerical analysis for walls with a foil vapor barrier. Followed by comparing both cases, in terms of changes hygrothermal behavior of structures with influence of perforation of the vapor barrier.

Abstract:
1 ABSTRACT B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (B-NHL) represent the most common mature lymphoproliferative diseases. B-NHL arise at different stages of B-cell development and represent their malignant counterpart. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) are aggressive types of B-NHLs. Deregulation of cell cycle control, inhibition of apoptosis or abnormal DNA damage response play a key role in the pathogenesis of DLBCL and MCL. Aberrant activation of several signaling pathways that further promote survival, cell proliferation or affect the tumor microenvironment have been recently recognized. Increased understanding of the oncogenic mechanisms implicated in pathogenesis of B-NHL lead to development of novel agents that target the oncogenic drivers of distinct lymphoma subtypes. MCL is an aggressive subtype of B-NHL associated with poor prognosis. In vivo models of human MCL for experimental therapy are however scarce. We established and characterized several mouse models of human MCL by xenotransplantation of either primary cells or established cell lines into immunodeficient mice (publication no 1). We demonstrated that engrafted MCL cells displayed complex changes of gene expression profile, phenotype and sensitivity to cytotoxic agents compared to the original in vitro growing...
