Abstract:
The article deals with the assessment of economic security by a number of factors that reflect the probability of proxy battle. In recent decades, the number of such acquisitions in Ukraine has increased significantly, which seriously reduces the level of economic security of economic entities both at the microeconomic level, and at the level of sectors of the economy, as well as the entire economic system of the country. The purpose of the study was to determine the possible impact on the economic security of the enterprise (which is proposed to be determined by a multifactor indicator of the attractiveness of enterprises for raiders) factors of financial stability, reputation, business model efficiency and attractiveness to potential buyers. The methods used in the study are as follows: generalization, grouping, systematization, and content analysis (to identify factors that could potentially signal the threat of a hostile acquisition); correlation and regression analysis (to determine from the totality of factors that have the greatest impact on economic security), the method of theoretical generalization (to identify the approaches of various scholars and scientific schools to issues of economic security and raiding); comparative (to determine the state of economic security of the enterprises under study in different years). As a result, the authors propose an integral indicator of the economic security of the enterprise, which makes it possible to identify the potential attractiveness of the enterprise for raiders. It consists of the following components: profitability (determines the effectiveness of the business model), autonomy ratio (determines the financial stability), ownership of real estate in the city center (resale), reputation (delays in fulfilling contractual obligations). Content analysis of economic security factors of enterprises was conducted according to the data on the raiding seizures of Ukrainian enterprises of all industries and activities, and the Economic Security Indicator was created on the basis of materials of Ukrainian construction companies. However, the methodological approach proposed in the article can be used to identify threats to the loss of economic security by enterprises of any sector of the economy, subject to the adaptation of the model to industry specifics. The use of the created indicator cannot replace the full-fledged system of monitoring the economic security of the enterprise and identifying threats to further activities, but it can be used as an indicator of express-diagnostics of economic security of the enterprise and making decisions on in-depth study of economic security to identify adverse factors delight.

The article is devoted to the development of the concept of diagnosing economic security of entrepreneurial activity in the context of the digitalization of the economy, which was preceded by a consistent solution of a number of research tasks: from determining the components of economic security of entrepreneurial activity (not repeating functional subsystems of enterprise management, but reflecting the scope of threats to economic security) to justify their impact diagnostic process in the context of digitalization of the economy. In this regard, a contour of the influence of the components of economic security of entrepreneurial activity on the process of its provision and diagnostics in the context of digitalization of the economy has been formed and justified, which served as the basis for the development of the corresponding concept. Within the framework of the presented study, a mechanism has also been developed for identifying and assessing threats to the economic security of entrepreneurial activity, considered as a set of elements of theoretical, methodological and practical blocks, the relationship between which is ensured by their functional justification and focus on achieving a single result through the implementation of a clear algorithm of the same name.

Abstract:
Nowadays, the influence of negative factors on the fiscal system has been strengthening at both the country and regional levels. In particular, income differentiation and fiscal capacity are increasing, inflation rate exceeds the target, negative trends of growing household debt and enterprise unprofitability are observed. Such factors are not fully considered by existing diagnostic methodologies for analysing fiscal and economic security indicators and threats. Thus, in order to adjust stabilisation decisions and implement relevant fiscal policies, it is necessary to update these approaches, especially in regions. The paper examines key definitions of threats and risks to regional fiscal security and presents the author’s classification of threats according to the incidence. Based on the analysed approaches to threat assessment and a proposed diagnostic mechanism, the research developed a method for diagnosing threats to regional fiscal security by bringing the actual values of indicators to standardised points. In addition, to determine the danger level of threats, indicator values were distributed by security zones. The suggested methodology, which includes 12 indicators, was used to analyse the fiscal security of the Komi Republic. As a result, significant threats to the regional fiscal security were identified in the economic, budget, tax, investment, innovation, price, banking, corporate and social spheres. Baseline data were obtained from Federal State Statistics Service, Federal Customs Service of Russia, Federal Taxation Service of Russia and the Bank of Russia. The proposed methodology is an effective diagnostic tool for analysing threats to fiscal security on the basis of important regional indicators. Federal and local authorities can use this particular method for monitoring regional fiscal systems.

The databases of the Bureau of national statistics of the Agency for strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian Economic Commission were used as the study materials. The main methods were the resource and functional approach, integrated, and financial risk. Within the framework of this study, the dairy industry of Kazakhstan was investigated. Industrial enterprises operate in challenging economic conditions. Therefore, the managerial decisions should be directed towards strengthening the financial and property status and developing strategic potential capable of adapting to unfavourable environmental factors. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the presence of an organic link between the economic situation in the state and the profit margins requires an increase in the efficiency of using the production capabilities of the enterprise. The study's practical significance lies in using the findings and developments as recommendations for improving the economic aspects of dairy enterprises.

Abstract:
The problems of economic security of the region in the current economic environment are relevant, as changes in the economic system affect the behavior of economic entities. The economic security of organizations, which represents the level of protection of the enterprise from threats to the external environment, is an important condition for the effective activities of business entities. Therefore, ensuring economic security involves conducting economic rapid diagnostics of the enterprise, researching factors that influence the efficiency of the organization. At the same time, an important element of the strategic nature is the level of localization of resources, territorial-production factor, and level of investment activity. Modern Russian and Western economists see localization as a strategy to enter international markets by placing production of goods and services. As a rule, the decisive factors are labor, natural resources, investment climate, and consumer demand for products. Analysis of different approaches to local market definition has shown that the authors use separate approaches and methods in market research, taking into account some factors and not taking into account others. As a result, it seems necessary to study the local market in terms of the totality of market and production, distribution and consumption, which will allow perceiving it as economic local mechanism. Abstract:
Practical aspects of the study of financial potential, its relationship with economic potential of an enterprise, the impact of financial potential of the economic performance and strategic goals of an enterprise are highlighted. It is demonstrated that financial potential takes on the role of lever building the mechanism for transforming resource and production potentials into the financial results of an enterprise. In the current economic conditions characterized by the development of market economy, int ensification of globalization and competition, domestic enterprises need to operate more effectively and to focus their activities not only on meeting the current needs in form of profit, but also on planning future performance and building the financial potential. In this context, study of the essential features of financial potential of an enterprise and its relationship with production, innovation, investment, marketing and organizational management potentials has been of special importance. The study shows that financial potential enables for transforming resource, production, innovation, investment, marketing, organizational and managerial potentials into financial performance results, and is used to achieve strategic and tactical goals of an enterprise. The essential features of financial potential are outlined: financial potential is a broader concept than financial resources of an enterprise; financial potential is a factor for financial capacity of an enterprise and their implementation in certain circumstances; financial potential is a factor for financial stability and competitiveness of an enterprise; financial potential is a factor for positive financial result; the scopes of financial potential determine the development trend of an enterprise. Diagnostics of financial potential involves regular financial analysis to determine financial security. Key data on the financial performance of an enterprise need to be used in evaluating the achieved goals and problem solutions in the current period and in the future, in taking balanced management decisions with due account for the provision of investment and reserve finances

Abstract:
Introduction. Effective and stable functioning of agrarian business entities in today's economic environment requires consideration of external threats and risks, which actualizes the need for security management as a multifaceted phenomenon, some aspects of which have not been sufficiently studied. That is why the study of organizational and legal security, and especially the development of methodology for its evaluation is considered urgent and timely. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodological approach to assess the level of organizational and legal security of agrarian business entities. Results. Existing approaches in determining economic security have been investigated in order to substantiate the methodology for evaluating organizational and legal security: functional, indicator, expert, matrix, system, resource and functional. Their advantages and disadvantages are identified. The models of methodological approaches to assessing economic security in terms of types of indicators have been generalized. The author's methodical approach to the assessment of organizational and legal security is proposed as a qualimetric model, which covers 2 components, each of which is decomposed into spheres. The organizational component includes the following: the organizational structure effectiveness, the power hierarchy, the system of powers delegation and the motivation system. The legal component combines: product quality control, sales process, payroll and annual leave, introduction of all forms of reporting, financial discipline, control of environmental standards. The essence of the methodological approach involves peer review on the scale developed. The description of the four ranges is provided for the resulting values (safe state, sufficiently stable, presence of tangible problems, unsatisfactory state) for enterprises with two integral values for organizational and legal components. Keywords: agrarian business entities, organizational and legal security, qualimetric model, economic security, expert evaluation.

Abstract:
The article improves theoretical approaches to informational security management in the context of crisis management of enterprises, which include developing an informational security strategy to minimize losses from the effects of the crisis. The main goal of the strategy is to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information for the implementation of effective crisis management of enterprises. Organizational, engineering and technical support of informational security have been highlighted among the strategic areas. The strategy of organizational support includes the analysis of external and internal threats, the organization of work with employees, the organization of work with documents, the organization of the regime and protection, systematic control. The strategy of engineering and technical support includes the use of technical means of collecting, processing, accumulating and storing confidential information; protection of information; systematic control. Realization of strategic directions will allow enterprises to reduce both possible material losses and maintain competitive advantages and positions in the market. It has been proved, that the management of the socio-economic system of the enterprise should be based on a clear informational and communicational platform. The main factors, responsible for the emergence of a crisis of enterprises have been determined: an undeveloped system of innovative communications, the lack of optimal informational support for crisis management, an effective system of financial diagnostics, and a low level of transfer of manufacture of products technologies. It has been substantiated, that overcoming the crisis phenomena is possible due to the creation, development and support of the innovative infrastructure. Innovative infrastructure will contribute to solving the problems of innovative policy of enterprises in the framework of crisis management. Organizational and functional support of the informational and innovative component of the crisis management of enterprises using communication tools of the innovative infrastructure has been proposed. The main tasks of the innovative infrastructure functioning have been defined.

Abstract:
The article considers the main problems of diagnosing the state of ensuring economic security of the territorial agro-industrial complex. The specificity of its level diagnostics in the regional context determines the need to adapt quantitative methods for assessing its individual components. Currently, several basic methods are used to transform the indicative system of indicators in accordance with the goals and objectives of the study. As a basis for a comprehensive assessment of the level of economic security of the territorial agro-industrial complex, it is advisable to divide the indicator system into appropriate blocks: economic, social, technical and technological. Since this assessment is practical, it is necessary to observe the principle of regulability and manageability, according to which the number of indicators can change in the direction of their growth or decrease. It is also necessary to take into account the dynamics of the change. In accordance with the results of diagnosing the level of economic security of the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar Territory, it can be concluded that despite the growth of state support for Russian agro-industrial enterprises, the agro-industrial industry has not currently entered the trajectory of sustainable growth.

Abstract:
Introduction. Economic analysis plays an important role in deciding the effectiveness of production management. After all, the effectiveness of management largely depends on the correct and purposeful use of different types of economic analysis in management. Depending on the objects of management, which are also the objects of analysis, there are different types of analysis, one of which is environmental and economic analysis, which is considered as a study of the interaction of environmental and economic processes related to environmental protection and environmental costs. The purpose of the paper is to determine the features of the formation of ecological and economic analysis, its essence and components. The issue of interaction of social production with the environment today is defined as one of the most important global problems of mankind, which indicates the relevance of the study of theoretical and methodological aspects of environmental and economic analysis as a tool to increase the level of green production, quality (environmental friendliness) and improve the environment. Results. Ecological and economic analysis is carried out in two main areas. The first direction involves identifying the scale, elements and results of the enterprise, region, country as a whole, which has an impact on the environment, the second direction – determining the impact of such activities on the formation and evaluation of final performance. The modern economic literature distinguishes five components of ecological and economic analysis, namely: ecological expertise, ecological diagnostics, ecological situational analysis, ecological marketing analysis and ecological audit. Ecological and economic analysis is an important tool for assessing the environmental sustainability of enterprises and industries, which has a multifaceted, comprehensive and organizational nature. Conclusion. Comprehensive application of all components of ecological and economic analysis gives us the opportunity to obtain a more complete and comprehensive assessment of the ecological and economic level of production and economic activity in the process of making optimal environmental decisions. The component of ecological-economic analysis is offered – ecological controlling, which will allow to deepen the analysis, to make closer interrelation of estimation-analytical procedures from operational to strategic level, to provide the complex approach to studying of resource-ecological condition, and means to create all preconditions security.

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly altered the way the global labor market works. Labor activity during the pandemic is increasingly moving into the field of digitalization and electronic lifestyles. This trend has led to significant changes in the quality of the population’s life, as well as in the economic activities of manufacturers and sellers. This demonstrates the need for a more detailed study of trends in the development of the labor market and potential changes in the employment of labor resources. Some of the main structural components affecting the state of the country’s economy in a pandemic are highlighted. For the analysis, this includes the level of employment and the change in the profile of labor resources, as well as the income and losses of the country’s enterprises, and the GDP dynamics. This choice is due to the fact that labor resources are the productive force of the enterprise, which affects the efficiency of activities and profitability. In the existing conditions, the search for opportunities to improve the current order of labor organization is becoming relevant. The purpose of the article is to determine the main trends in the development of the Ukrainian economy, taking into account the negative impact of the pandemic, to identify the dynamics in the composition of the country’s labor resources, and to propose possible ways to reduce the negative consequences of lockdowns and production interruptions. The factor of profitability of the production spheres, which determines the socio-economic development of the state, is also considered. Depending on this factor, disproportions are formed at the levels of socio-economic development. Based on the data of state statistics and using the methods of empirical and mathematical research, the analysis of the dynamics of the main indicators has been carried out. Based on the data obtained on the sphere of work and financial performance of enterprises for 2020, an economic diagnostics of their unprofitableness was carried out. The method of horizontal and vertical analysis revealed a decrease in the employed population of the country, an increase in the unemployment rate, and a decrease in GDP. Calculations of the dynamics and structure of incomes and losses of Ukrainian enterprises made it possible to identify the most unprofitable sectors of the economy. In most cases, a change in the organization of work leads to the adaptation of the activities of the enterprise, taking into account certain conditions. The transfer of part of the workforce to work using remote methods allows not to stop production and support the country’s economy with the introduction of quarantine (lockdown). This serves as an adequate alternative compared to the prospect of dismissal of workers, which will affect not only the financial security of the population, but also the profitability of production spheres. In a pandemic, filling the budget is extremely important. This will allow funding to support entrepreneurship, vaccinations and social security for most of the population. Digitalization and remote work are a promising area that will take a significant place in the organization of work in the future. The main task of the state should be to create algorithms and standards for the social protection of people, as well as state support of enterprises.

Abstract:
The article highlights the main aspects and objectives of crisis management, which involves the use of specific management, financial and organizational methods and tools to maintain the appropriate level of economic security of domestic construction companies in the digitalization of the economy. Under these conditions, the creation of such a decision support system, which would allow timely identification of the state of the managed system, even with limited information and indirect signs of increasing crisis trends, as well as to create a basis for predicting possible consequences. These tasks are solved in the process of diagnosing the financial condition of the enterprise as part of crisis management. The crisis management system has properties that determine the features of the management mechanism: flexibility and adaptability, the ability to diversify and timely situational response, as well as the ability to effectively use the potential of the enterprise and informal management methods. These features of the mechanism of crisis management are provided by solving diagnostic tasks, which include timely recognition of symptoms, factors and causes of the crisis, classification of the latter, expert assessment of crisis measures and prospects for the development of the object of management. Diagnosis of financial condition is a multifactorial system of support for management decisions, based on a fundamentally new antisipative concept of management. Such a system is designed to provide comprehensive identification, analysis, elimination and forecasting of enterprise problems in order to ensure the adoption of advanced management decisions aimed at achieving its strategic and tactical goals.

Introduction. Differences in the understanding of the main management and information and security approaches to the formation of an innovative cluster group of SME with large industrial enterprises indicate the ambiguity of ways to measure and evaluate such interaction and its scope, which in Covid-19 on the basis of sustainability, decentralization and European integration requires further study. Methods. The historical and logical method is used in the article; the method of systematization, classification and theoretical generalization; the method of institutional analysis; the method of system analysis; the method of logical analysis and synthesis; the method of graphical analysis. Results. It is proved that the cooperation of industrial SME with large industrial enterprises makes certain demands on them. Before attempting to cooperate with large and medium-sized industrial enterprises, manufacturing SME must have a clear idea of the state of their activities, their own potential and its use, the market position of goods and services relative to competitors. Therefore, the procedure of diagnostics of the state of activity of industrial SME is developed in the work, the leading one in which is the assessment of its solvency. The competitiveness of a production SME, its potential and sustainability are assessed using available methods. Production SME differ in scale and types of activity, policy of its financing, degree of integration into the economy of the region or production cluster, which determines the multiplicity of areas of their support. Discussion. Market support for manufacturing SME should be directed to intensify their activities - assistance in finding markets, customers and business partners, the use of mechanisms for adaptation of enterprises using the full range of opportunities for administrative support. Cooperation of manufacturing SME with large industrial enterprises as a kind of business partnership can take place not only in traditional forms, but also using its most common organizational and economic models - subcontracting, franchising, leasing and venture business. The use of such a range of organizational and economic models of cooperation will help meet the interests of each of its participants and strengthen the economy of the region. Abstract:
Introduction. Bankruptcy is the most important element of legal regulation of modern market relations. National economy has to be able to predict a potential default in the general system of anti-crisis management. Therefore, it needs advanced techniques and tools of anti-crisis diagnostics for the timely management solutions. Study objects and methods. The analytical information presented in this work is multi-tiered and reflects the all-Russian, industrywide, regional, regional-industry, and corporate levels. The research featured agricultural enterprises of the Kemerovo region. The information underwent three types of formatting: legislative, statistical, and diagnostic. Results and discussion. During the first stage, the authors assessed external factors and trends in individual components of anti-crisis diagnostics in a given economy sector against the background of all-Russian and industry-wide trends. Enterprises appeared sensitive to bankruptcy risk; the trend decreased in 2014–2018. The second stage involved developing of a selective-indicative model for diagnosing insolvency of Russian organizations. The model took into account regional and industrial traits and focuses on large and medium-sized agricultural enterprises in the region. The model selected general indicators from a set of studied parameters, formed from fifty financial ratios presented in twenty-two of the most well-known methods of anti-crisis analysis. Bankruptcy was diagnosed on the basis of preference matrix, according to the criterion of the active use of coefficients in analytical practice. A comparative analysis of bankruptcy criteria and indicators made it possible to define the degree of adequacy of the set of indicators. Four analytical vectors were defined after thematic grouping of the identified indicators: balance sheet liquidity (current liquidity ratio), property and capital structure (financial dependence and asset mobility ratios), security (working capital ratio with own circulating assets), efficiency (economic profitability, or loss ratio, and the ratio of business activity in the market). The equation of rating assessment of the insolvency probability demonstrated the total impact of these indicators, taking into account their individual “equity participation” in the aggregate of key parameters. Conclusion. The final set of general exponents of the diagnostic model can be qualified as a neuro-analogue of “classical” models that ignores the values of the regression coefficients, which are usually not adapted to Russian realities. The model built on the basis of bankruptcy indicators, taking into account their individual “equity participation” in the rating number, can be used as a flexible methodological tool for diagnosing bankruptcy in the national economy of Russia.

Abstract:
Modern ecological-economic system of agrarian nature falls under the influence of globalization, which is aggravated by the existing problems of economic activity, suffers from limited resources, and therefore an important condition for ensuring its stability and development is the innovative nature of the reproduction process and effective management of its development. Perspective approaches to the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of nature management at different levels of management of socio-economic development include the development of adaptive regional ecological and economic systems that allow to plan and develop agricultural production taking into account the permissible man-made load, new organizational and economic principles of management of mechanized processes on the basis of modern information technology. The basis of such a methodological approach should be to establish the principles of a process-oriented approach to the management of the ecological-economic system on the basis of modeling of the main and auxiliary processes in the virtual system of agrarian nature management. The peculiarities of ecological and economic systems require the development of special research methods in substantiating the relevant mechanisms of management of agro-industrial sphere. The development of ecological and economic systems of agrarian nature management is determined by the processes occurring in them, the risks and threats to their safety, and the prospects for social and economic development. In order to avoid or at least to prevent threats to ecological and economic security generated by structural imbalances in the economic and social spheres under the conditions of globalization and, as a consequence, result in limited reproduction of natural resources, it is necessary to transfer agrarian natural resources to the principles of sustainable development. Depending on the goals, tasks and problems under consideration, an arsenal of diagnostic methods is selected. The main thing in diagnostics ̶ is to identify the symptoms, factors that characterize the state of the controlled system. It is necessary to determine the vector of environmental priorities for the development of the ecological and economic system, which will allow the grouping of environmental protection measures depending on the damage caused. The perspective direction of development of the agro-system of the regions is the development and implementation of an adaptive-landscape system of land use. The Geographic Information System (GIS) provides systematization, processing, display and dissemination of coordinated data. An illustration of environmental activity can be a technique for the formation of a virtual ecological-economic system, which, in addition to the model of technology selection for the economic bloc, should include a description of the complex processes that take place. One of the promising directions of organizing the ecological and economic mechanism of managing the agrarian process should be the formation of a decision-making model based on knowledge, which is a structured, formal description of the accumulated experience of management of agrarian production and its environmental assessment. The concept of such a model is based on a comparison of the current information model of the ecological environment and the agrarian process, its transformation, with a generalized description of permissible reference situations. Each reference situation reflects the possible permissible conditions that may arise in the process of agrarian nature use in the external environment. These conditions are compared with the current purpose of the enterprise. On the basis of expert interviews, appropriate management measures are taken to ensure the achievement of a comparable environmental and economic goal. The choice of managerial decisions in this case is based on the results of the coincidence or the differences between the comparable models of description of the state of agrarian processes in accordance with the goals set for the current time. A characteristic feature of the concept of the ecological and economic mechanism for managing the process in the agrarian sector is the presence in the control of the knowledge base and the subsystem of automated decision support. When developing a process-oriented management scheme, it is necessary to apply the criteria for selecting program-targeted tools for reducing environmental damage by regional territories. Comprehensive assessment of the ecological and economic system of the region allows management to monitor the compliance of the adopted decisions with the strategic objectives of the region and to identify "pain points" in various areas of activity. The consistent use of these approaches will help to improve the management of ecological and economic systems of agrarian nature management, but puts before researcher’s new pressing problems, which will be devoted to further research.

Article is devoted to problems of diagnostics of factors of the environment of functioning of the enterprise. In article the following questions are considered: theoretical aspects of diagnostics estimating communications of key indicators of overall performance of the enterprise and it are more whole; the place and a role of diagnostics in an enterprise management system on the basis of value-oriented approach; identification of set of the indicators necessary and sufficient for adequate assessment of an economic situation of the enterprise. Authors suggest to add to a traditional algorithm of economic diagnostics assessment of the existing condition of the enterprise on the basis of the system of the indicators setting priznakovy space in the chosen system of coordinates. At selection of economic indicators it is offered to form a triangular matrix of correlation interrelations and an auxiliary matrix of correlation interrelations. The developed system of diagnostics of a condition of the enterprise, is carried out on the following algorithm: creation of a vector of economic coefficients; establishment of critical values for the chosen economic indicators; assessment of coefficients on the established standard values; designing of an estimated vector; measurement of length of a vector and determination of optimum value; assessment of an economic situation in the enterprise.

Abstract:
Background. Ensuring the necessary and sufficient level of economic security is one of the most important issues for any enterprise. The conceptual bases of the theory of economic safety of the enterprise defines the strategy, tactics and mechanism of its maintenance, so it is very important to understand the essence of "economic interest" concept. The aim of the article is to clarify the content of the "economic interest of the enterprise" concept and systematize the main essential characteristics of the definition. Materials and мethods. The questions of theoretical substantiation of the research object are based on general and special methods of cognition such as historical, abstract-logical and comparative. Methods of analysis and synthesis, analogies, system approach are used as a concept to determine the essential characteristics of the definition of"economic interest of the enterprise". Method of theoretical generalization and formulation of deductions have been used to draw conclusions. Results. Studies of the terminological principles of determining the economic interest of the enterprise have established a large number of scientists’ opinions on the content of this concept. They are grouped into five main approaches – the appropriate goal; certain material (non-material) good; the need or system of needs of the entity; expression of relations between the respective subjects; motivation and stimulus of the subject. Therefore, it is proposed to consider the economic interests of the enterprise, based on the awareness of their carriers of their own economic needs. The study clarified the main essential characteristics of "economic interest of the enterprise" the concept, which includes the fact that economic interests are a form of manifestation of economic needs; personalized and subjective nature of economic interests; focus on obtaining various benefits; awareness of the impact of media on the economic system and economic processes; dual nature of economic interests. Conclusion. We clarified the definition of economic interests of the enterprise. It is proposed to consider the concept as the perceived needs of their carriers, which can be met through economic activities and encourage them to influence directly or indirectly the components of the domestic economic system in order to obtain certain benefits.

Abstract:
he article describes scientific approaches to the definition and classification of economic and environmental security factors, their division into internal and external ones is considered and generalized. The list of internal factors of the companys EES according to the functional approach is detailed. The approach of grouping factors based on the authors definition of the essence of the EES is proposed, namely: factors ensuring the state of protection of vital interests of the enterprise from possible threats; factors of ensuring resistance to negative influences; factors that determine the ability of the enterprise to stable development, the realization of the set goals, achieve the desired results without causing harm to the environment. If EES considers the security of an enterprise as a condition of protecting vital interests of the enterprise from possible threats, then the main ones will be those that shape the companys ability to quickly eliminate various threats or adapt to existing conditions that may adversely affect its performance. If EES considers the security of an enterprise as being resistant to negative influences, then the main factors that determine the ability of an enterprise to realize goals, while maintaining internal structural integrity and identity. The main single factors of the EES on the main types of stability: environmental sustainability of the enterprise: nonexhaustion of forest use, the rate of natural and artificial reforestation, the volume of logging, the structure of forests in terms of rock composition and rigidity, rational use of forest resources, forest protection activities; economic stability of the enterprise: financial stability; profitability; production efficiency, level of use of production potential. If EES is considered to be the security of the enterprise as an ability for stable development, realization of the set goals, achievement of desirable results without causing harm to the environment, then the above mentioned factors of the efficiency of the enterprise management system become actualized. However, one should emphasize the following: the competence of the company's management, its ability to strategic thinking, the professionalism of personnel in making managerial decisions, the possession of modern management technologies; the effectiveness of the organizational structure; the presence of a modern environmentally-oriented corporate culture.

Abstract:
One of main problems of modern society there is complex safety of the difficult systems of different nature. Today the problems of creation of the difficult nonlinear dynamic reliable systems go out on the first plan. It stipulates exceptional theoretical and practical meaningfulness of the use of methods of synergetics in a management the systems. An improvement of the existent theoretical and methodological going is near organization of control system by economic security of enterprise from position of sinergistical approach. An increase of multi-variant approach of development of the economic systems is reason of change of methodology of economic researches and a nonlinear economic theory comes on changing to the traditional economic theory. Invariants, non-linearity, coherentness and factorable synthesis, are the base concepts of sinergistical theory of management. Any socio-economic system presents by a soba complex of functional subsystems, that is bound by inter se the processes of intensive dynamic cooperation, exchange information. Application of synergetics showed in researches of economy, that most cases have an evolution direction of that through nonlinear character of connections in the system is determined by the action of insignificant factors basic direction of motion of the socio-economic systems, as a rule, informative, that prove in bifurcational processes. The condition of development and viability of any enterprise are maintenances of dynamic equilibrium, that are the aim of the system of economic security of enterprise — it’s attractor. By principles of management of enterprise economic security from positions sinergistical approaches are: complication, non-linearity, dynamic. The system of economic security of enterprise is base on principle of feed-back. Leaning on sinergistical approach, set forth raising of sinergistical synthesis of nonlinear control system by economic security. Exactly sinergistical effects that are characterized as management results in the systems cause the change of quality, and are the adequate instrument of providing of economic security.

Abstract:
It is argued that the methodological backbone for assessing the degree of enterprise economic security is its hierarchical structure. The paper seeks to explore the existing approaches to building an enterprise economic security framework. It has been revealed that only few of them demonstrate a hierarchical structure, yet the existing hierarchies have certain limitations and offer areas for improvement. The purpose of the study is to develop a multi-level hierarchical structure of an enterprise economic security which, unlike the existing ones, would allow for a more objective assessment of the overall economic security as well as its separate elements with regard to both static and dynamic nature of economic security. To accomplish the objectives, the following research methods have been employed: generalization, reasoning, grouping – for analyzing various scholars’ views on the object of the study and drawing conclusions of the content analysis of primary sources; analysis and synthesis – for interpreting the main research categories and providing rationale for new elements of economic security. The paper provides insights to the principles of building a structure of enterprise economic security along with suggesting an improved hierarchical structure of the enterprise economic security model using the proposed multidimensional approach. The enterprise economic security concept is viewed from the two perspectives, in a wide and a narrow sense. An author's definition of an «enterprise» concept in a broad sense is provided. The broader interpretation of the enterprise economic security entails the aspects of stakeholders’ economic security affected by the economic security of the enterprise. The separate elements of the economic security of various groups of the enterprise stakeholders have been identified. The floating nature of the hierarchical structure of the enterprise economic security has been demonstrated. A particular case of the hierarchy that provides twelve levels of consecutive elements has been discussed. The proposed hierarchical structure of the enterprise economic security successfully accommodates its binary nature subject to its static and dynamic character. The findings verify that the suggested elements could be used to select indicators for assessing the overall economic security as well as its particular types. It is argued that the methodology for measuring the degree of enterprise economic security should rely on a comprehensive study of its elements and consistent integration of the results of their bottom-up assessment for each level of the hierarchical structure.
