Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the dynamics of information systems design using a structured model, based on the year of publication, the scope of application of information systems, and the information system platform designed (website, desktop, mobile). The method adopted is a literature study using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The supporting instrument used in the literature study was the Nvivo 12 Plus. The articles that are evaluated are limited to journals indexed by Garuda (garuda.ristekbrin.go.id) from 2010-2021. The results of the evaluation of structured model-based information system design are classified based on three characteristics of information systems, namely: website-based information systems; desktop; and mobile. The classification based on case studies of information system design consists of five characteristics of institutions, namely government institutions; educational institutions; health institutions; profit institutions; and non-profit organizations. Tools evaluated are limited to Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). Based on the results of the literature study, it can be seen that the design of information systems based on a structured approach using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) has increased in 2018 and 2019. Meanwhile, database system design using a structured approach-based Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) has increased in 2019. The most studied scope of application of information systems based on the characteristics of institutions is profit institutions, educational institutions, and government agencies.

Abstract:
This article highlights the issue of the importance of information, the need to ensure its proper storage and use. Nowadays, the question of the importance of studying the functioning of data storage facilities in one of the most common design models – Data Flow Diagram, and data storage (DS or DW) in the whole. A study of abstract devices of this information security model was carried out: types, features and types of data storage, which are used in information systems (relational, multidimensional, and hybrid repositories), from the point of view of using models for presenting data; appearance of warehouses and building rules; Letter identifiers of storages “D”, “C”, “M” and “T” with the help of which the type of storages is determined; features of the numerical part of the identifiers for decompositions of the first and second tier processes; mechanisms that support data retention for their intermediate processing in information systems. Transition of properties and characteristics from physical to logical representation, rationalization of data warehouses by considering the features of the logical model. In the course of the work, the peculiarities of the construction of the DFD and the reflection of the interrelationships in all the component diagrams, defined in the general rules that are valid for the two, were considered. The highlighted issues concern the elements of the diagrams, which can be freely exploited within the borders of Ukraine, as well as the elemental content of the different types of diagrams in the diagrams. The unique functionality of domestic DFD diagrams allows to use a sufficient, albeit limited, elemental structure for construction. Depending on the actual possibilities, the diagrams of the Ukrainian manufacturer are somewhat simplified and imperfect according to modern technologies, but these factors do not diminish the importance and necessity of adequate data protection at the highest level. Therefore, in this work, the main most informative moments of the use of this or that type of storage, the demand for DS, in the field, are highlighted, possible advantages and disadvantages of using physical data storage facilities and features of virtual operation.

Vehicle sales in Tembilahan still market their products simply by leaving it to the sales custody so that costs are wasted and marketing through social media Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram so that the sales system is not yet effective and many buyers still don't know. A system is needed to analyze and design a vehicle marketplace market information system to make it easier for prospective sellers to market vehicles that they want to sell so that they no longer need to rent a vehicle to sell vehicles and design a vehicle sales marketplace information system that provides a catalog menu so that prospective buyers have no trouble finding vehicles to sell. In this study using PIECES analysis to analyze the old system and the new system, the design process modeling uses context diagrams, DFD (Data Flow Diagrams), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams) and system testing using Black box testing and beta testing. In this research it is hoped that later it will be easier for sellers to market vehicles to prospective consumers and make it easier for buyers to find the vehicle they want to buy. Perkembangan di bidang teknologi informasi sekarang ini telah mengalami kemajuan secara pesat, hal ini tidak terlepas dari keberadaan internet. Internet bermanfaat bagi aktifitas kehidupan, salah satunya dalam dunia bisnis. Penjualan kendaraan di tembilahan masih memasarkan produknya secara sederhana dengan cara menitipkan ke penitipan penjualan sehingga terbuangnya biaya dan memasarkan melalui media sosial facebook, whatsap dan instagram sehingga sistem penjualannya belum efektif dan banyak pembeli yang masih kurang mengetahui. Diperlukan suatu sistem untuk menganalisa dan merancang sistem informasi marketplace penjualan kendaraan untuk mempermudah calon penjual untuk memasarkan kendaraan yang ingin dijual sehingga tak perlu lagi menyewa tempat untuk menjualan kendaraan serta merancang sistem informasi marketplace penjualan kendaraan yang menyediakan menu katalog sehingga calon pembeli tidak kesulitan mencari kendaraan yang di inginkan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisa PIECES untuk menganalisa sistem lama dan sistem baru, perancangan proses pemodelan menggunakan diagram konteks, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) dan pengujian sistem menggunakan Black box testing dan pengujian beta. Pada penelitian ini diharapkan nantinya dapat mempermudah penjual untuk memasarkan kendaraan kepada calon konsumen dan mempermudah pembeli untuk mencar kendaraan yang ingin dibeli.

SummaryTo perform a requirements analysis of the barriers to conducting research linking of primary care, genetic and cancer data.We extended our initial data-centric approach to include socio-culturalandbusinessrequirements.Wecreatedreferencemodels of core data requirements common to most studies using unified modelling language (UML), dataflow diagrams (DFD) and business process modelling notation (BPMN). We conducted a stakeholder analysis and constructed DFD and UML diagrams for use cases based on simulated research studies. We used research output as a sensitivity analysis.Differences between the reference model and use cases identified study specific data requirements. The stakeholder analysis identified: tensions, changes in specification, some indifference from data providers and enthusiastic informaticians urging inclusion of socio-cultural context. We identified requirements to collect information at three levels: microdata items, which need to be semantically interoperable, meso-the medical record and data extraction, and macro-the health system and socio-cultural issues. BPMN clarified complex business requirements among data providers and vendors; and additional geographical requirements for patients to be represented in both linked datasets. High quality research output was the norm for most repositories.Reference models provide high-level schemata of the core data requirements. However, business requirements’ modelling identifies stakeholder issues and identifies what needs to be addressed to enable participation.

The article is devoted to the description of structural methods of processes modeling, represented by visual languages of business processes modeling of socio-economic systems, designed not only for static functional/information modeling of processes, but also allowing to simulate their behavior.The description of grammar of structural languages of designing business processes of the enterprise which subsets it is offered to adapt for expansion of input language of the tool complex of RDS (Calculation of Dynamic Systems) that will allow to use opportunities of a complex for the solution of problems of the analysis not only dynamic, but also business models of organizational and economic systems are given. Provides the syntax and semantics of DFD, STD, ERD-notations. For the formal description of the syntax it is proposed to use the apparatus of mixed grammars, which are a combination of graph and ordinary grammars. The article describes the grammar that generates the simplest dialect of DFD-technology, informally describes the semantic aspects of the language, in particular the semantics of relations between the objects of the language.The basic constructions of the proposed language, its syntax and semantics are presented. Classification of potential errors is given. Non-terminal symbols of the language are presented in detail: diagram, DFD-diagram, STD-diagram, ERD-diagram, mini-specification, service structures are defined (including data dictionary).The types and sorts of evaluation criteria in the problems of business models quality analysis, syntax errors detection, as well as static semantics errors during their implementation in RDS are described. Static analysis of the business model is carried out in three directions which are syntax, semantics and pragmatics. Analysis methods can be divided into the following classes: syntactical, i.e. those that reveal violations of the syntax of the diagram representation language; semantic, revealing violations of the semantic representation of diagrams and their elements; methods of analyzing the quality of the business model, evaluated by the parameters of connectivity and cohesion.The implementation of the described methods and mechanisms is assumed as an additional module of simulation modeling of business processes as part of the RDS software complex, which is a tool for building research stands that provide the process of modeling, analysis and synthesis of control systems. The complex was implemented in the framework of projects implemented in the IPU RAS. The article defines the purpose, composition and structure of the business process simulation module.

This research aims to design an application to support mechanical performance at PT Sriwijaya Air in creating a report called Line Maintenance Crew Report (LMCR), applications created aims to mechanics no longer need to walk into the office to make a report LMCR. How that is done in this study is collecting data associated with preparing reports LMCR, create a modeling system by describing it using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), create relationships between data with the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), to design an application using the IDE eclipse and its database using MySQL. Results of research conducted shows that the application to generate the report based mobile operating system Android can speed mechanics in making the report analyzed by the MCC to be sent to the destination airport, so the destination airport can prepare early and prevent delay. Abstract:
This study aims to develop a geographic information system software that has the ability to develop hazard area zoning of building damage due to earthquake, especially in Banda Aceh and the surrounding areas using peak ground acceleration (PGA) value approach. Analysis and design methods are implemented in this study. The analytical method consists of two stages, namely seismic data collection period 1973 - 2011 by magnitude more than 5 on the Richter scale and the calculation of earthquake acceleration on bedrock using the attenuation function of Crouse. The design method comprises several structured stages, which are designing: data flow diagram (DFD), entity relationship diagram (ERD), menus, screens, and state transition diagrams (STD). The main conclusions of this study is that a GIS -based local zoning of earthquake hazard risk can be built and developed with calculation and classification approach of the peak ground acceleration (PGA). In addition, there is a relationship significant spatial found by comparing the results with the zoning patterns of building damage in the earthquake of 2004.

Abstrak Pembuatan penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh proses penyeleksian masyarakat yang kurang mampu untuk pengalokasian dana bantuan yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga terkadang dana bantuan tersebut menjadi tidak tepat sasaran. Terdapat beberapa metode yang digunakan dalam perhitungan kelayakan penerima dana bantuan masyarakat, salah satunya adalah decision table (table keputusan). dibuat bersifat terstruktur dengan menggunakan Diagram Konteks, DFD, ERD, Flowmap sebagai bahasa pemodelan dan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall yang meliputi 4 tahapan yaitu communication (permulaan proyek, teknik untuk mendapatkan spesifikasi kebutuhan pengguna), planning (membuat prakiraan-prakiraan, penjadwalan), modeling (analisis dan perancangan) serta construction (penulisan kode-kode program, pengujian). Hasil penelitian ini maka diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pengalokasian dana agar tepat sesuai sasaran yang kemudian dapat dikembangkan menjadi sebuah sistem informasi yang bermanfaat. The software used in designing web-based software sales system applications is using the PHP programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySql as the database. The results achieved in the design of software sales systems by utilizing computer system technology to assist customers in buying products sold by PT. In this research, Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri 1 Palangka Raya, especially at the level of the Junior High School (SMPLB) was used as a reference in making learning media. Students at SMPLB are students with special needs. This learning media application is intended for students who deficient in the sense of hearing and speaking. This website-based learning media application was developed using the waterfall method with the stages of system analysis, such as the acquisition of data requirements, technology used in business processes and activity plans. Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) are also used in this application. Table design is used in this application, while navigation design uses a sitemap. Interface design and implementation are done with the PHP programming language. In the testing phase using black-box testing. But in the delivery of job vacancy has a constraint that there are parties who have bad intentions by spreading vacancies that are not actually there. So it hurts job seekers, whether material or time. Currently, job seekers do not need to come directly to companies that need jobs but can directly send the application via E-mail. To reduce the act of fraud committed by irresponsible person then needed a system that help job seekers get good information and correct. Therefore, the alternative of the solution is to use a web-based information technology system so that job seekers can directly see and communicate with companies that open job vacancies. The authors of the article have developed methodological grounds, designed and implemented an information system to provide recommendations to people with mental disorders. The analysis of the main ways of using information technology in mental health treatment has resulted in the finding that mobile devices with certain software can significantly reduce the number of visits to qualified specialists, which make mental health therapy much more accessible to people with limited time or material resources. The authors have designed the information system using a structural approach and design model Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). They have also developed a context diagram of the information system and decomposed its main process to demonstrate ways to convert input into output. The authors have described the features of the decision-making method — the decision tree used in the information system. The functional purpose and the algorithm of work have been presented in the form of a Petri net, also the authors have specified on the tables of positions and transitions of this network for a better understanding of system principles. The analysis of software tools has been done that allows us to achieve the set goals in designing the system. Verification of work has been carried out which is proved in screenshots of program windows of the system and contents of the main pages has also been described.

Inax serves large orders for customers, most of the customers of PT. Inax, among others, ceramic shops, developers in various areas of Semarang, Surabaya, Jakarta, Bandung. But the problem faced so far is the limitations in delivering products to consumers, this happens because the number of sales is inadequate so that it cannot reach the desired area, besides that time is also a bad thing in ordering. The author feels the need to create media that can order the products of PT. Inax so that it is more complete and clear without being limited by time and distance. The Web-based Sanitaryware Order Information System was designed using software, namely Macromedia flash player 7, PHP 4.0 and Apache 2.23, web browsing Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, other designs using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relation Diagram (ERD), Normalization and methodology Insights using the System Life Cycle is a methodology in the application of systems to build and use computer-based systems. SLC steps are evaluated in 5 stages, namely planning, analysis, implementation and use. System development requires a digital platform. Besides, the e-commerce platform can provide support and increased performance in the sales process, both in checking stock items, transaction reports, and services. Besides, this optimization can provide services precisely and quickly to consumers. A management information system concept is needed to carry out e-commerce and services with integrated data and be stored in its development database. This prototype concept requires a method for website development. The method used is a waterfall. Website design uses the Hypertext PreProcessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL database. The design model uses two concepts: entity-relationship diagrams (ERD) and data flow diagrams (DFD). The result is a website and e-commerce services that can be accepted by users and e-commerce organizers with tests that have been carried out. System testing uses Blackbox and Whitebox testing, each of which results can be used to implement e-commerce sites and services. The website can assist officers in service and e-commerce and make it easier for officers to determine the target and service status.

Hospitals must be able to determine how to carry out a policy in making decisions on the implementation of computerization in health care units by taking into account existing implementation procedures. Medical record filing activities must pay more attention to the completeness of the files in accordance with the needs of the claim, because if one of the filing sheets is not available, the claim may not be accepted. The results of the observations showed that in the emergency service unit, it was found that in processing patient data, they still did manual recording not yet fully computerized. Sometimes when a computerized system is not implemented in processing patient data files, the time for claiming is hampered. The purpose of this study is to describe the BPJS emergency claim filing information system. The research method applied in this research is the development of the waterfall method. The tools used in the system development process are Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entry Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The results of the analysis of the system design will then be applied to a system to be able to test the feasibility of an application based on Microsoft Visual Studio. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the emergency service procedure policy has not been fully computerized so that it affects other units in BPJS claiming activities.

The paper analyzes the bulk chemical composition and distribution of the fields of syn-rift clayey rocks on a number of discriminant paleogeodynamic diagrams. It is shown that, in general, there are significant variations in the bulk chemical composition for syn-rift clayey rocks. Thus, for example, the average SiO2 content varies from 44.74 to 66.42 wt. %, the average content of Al2O3 varies from 16.62 to 29.92 wt. %, and the K2Oaver are in the range 0.24 ... 5.77 wt. %. Based on the distribution of the figurative points of the syn-rift clayey rocks of various objects/riftogenous structures in the F1–F2 diagram, it can be assumed that the sources of fine aluminosilicoclastic were magmatic and sedimentary rocks of a wide range of compositions. The substantial overlap of the fields of various objects in the classification diagrams [(Na2O + K2O)/Al2O3]–[(Fe2O3tot + MgO)/SiO2] and K/Al–Mg/Al indicates, in general, the similarity of the compositions of the syn-rift fine-grained clastic rocks of various types of riftogenic structures. The localization of the composition fields of the clayey rocks of different riftogenous structures on such discriminant paleogeodynamic diagrams as K2O/Na2O–SiO2/Al2O3 and SiO2–K2O/Na2O suggests that they do not allow correctly distinguishing between syn-rift clayey rocks and fine-grained rosks of other geodynamic environments. The position of the syn-rift clayey rocks fields presented in our database on the diagram DF1–DF2 has its own characteristics. In most cases, they occupy a particular position in the areas characterizing collision and rifting environments, and a number of fields are located in all three classification areas of this diagram. A significant part of the midpoints of the syn-rift clayey rocks is localized in the DF1–DF2 diagram in the collision field. It seems that all of the above indicates that the DF1–DF2 diagram also does not allow us to obtain a correct information about the geodynamic nature of terrigenous associations.

Therefore, a website was developed that can help provide information on what public facilities can be used for the public and used to carry out the rental process to help the community make rentals without having to come directly to BP PAUD and Dikmas. Developing this website using the Waterfall software development methodology has stages, namely Requirements Definition, which is done by making Flowcharts. System and Software Design is carried out by making Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Implementation and Unit Testing with the programming languages used, namely HTML, PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript and MySQL and Integration and System Testing. The testing method used is the Blackbox method. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this website can run according to its function. The final result of this program also shows the achievement of the objectives that have been implemented, such as the presence of several features that are used appropriately according to their use.

The objectives of this study are: 1) Improved Integrated Data Bank services for staffing data and information; 2) Enhanced support system for data and information service server usage; 3) Improving data and information services that are accurate for Staffing Management. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Product trials were conducted twice, the first trial involved 15 people, the second trial involved 35 people. The results of the study are 1) Integrated Data Bank services for employee data and information can be used effectively and efficiently. This is based on system reliability with a success rate of 100%. In addition, the efficiency test using GTMetrix gives the results of the PageSpeed Grade B (85%) with a loading rate of the system page 7.4 seconds; 2) the support system for the use of data and information service servers runs according to the Integrated Data Bank application; 3) Personnel management data and information services can be used as an accurate staffing database and show that the Integrated Data Bank staffing management information system can be used as a supporting management system for staff at SMK Muhammadiyah Karangpucung; 4) Integrated Data Bank Products have gone through the process of design validation, instrument validation, and product validation through judgment experts and experts, which produce data in the form of Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Unified Modeling Language (UML) design, and Entity Relationship Diagram Bank designs Integrated Data. Based on the results of the product design validity test showed that the layout (layout), interface (interface), and content (content) of the system itself obtained a final percentage of 84%. From the results we concluded that the logical design of ERD should be done before designing DFD, so that there would be perfect "balancing" between the entities in the ERD and data stores in the DFD. Twano Health Center is one of the technical implementing units of the Jayapura City Health Office which organizes Health Efforts, but the constraints regarding the facilities and infrastructure of the Puskesmas are not yet adequate in supporting health services. Based on observations, the increase in the level of malaria sufferers in the Jayapura area is caused by parasites (protozoa) of the genus Plasmodium and the mode of transmission is through the bite of a female Anopheles mosquito. There are two types of malaria that are often experienced by Jayapura residents, namely Tropical Malaria (Plasmodium falciparum) and Tertiana (Plasmodium vivax). The purpose of this study is to create an expert system that can diagnose early diseases such as an expert or doctor using the Certainty Factor method which expresses belief in an event (fact or hypothesis) based on evidence or expert judgment in early diagnosis of Tropical Malaria and Tertiana. The research subjects taken were 5 patients who had symptoms of Malaria and 1 doctor to determine the symptoms of the disease) The expert system using the Certainty Factor method was used because this method was suitable in determining the disease, and the result was a percentage which was the level of accuracy in determining the patient's disease. Determination of the percentage is influenced by the MB value (a measure of the increase in confidence) and the MD value (a measure of the increase in distrust) obtained from the assessment of an expert. For data modeling using data flow diagrams (DFD) and website-based. Total accurate patient recapitulation results are 80% of the Expert System for Early Diagnosis of Tropical Malaria and Tertiana using Certainty Factor
