Kesuksesan penerapan sistem informasi dalam suatu bidang pendidikan sangat penting diperhatikan. Pengaruh kesuksesan sistem dapodikdasmen Kota Palembang menggunakan model delone dan mclean belum dilakukan. Model yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kesuksesan sistem informasi adalah Model Delone dan Mclean. Penelitian ini berupa studi kasus dengan metode penelitian deskritif kuantitatif. Instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan dengan menggunakan likert sebagai alat ukur yang digunakan sehingga menghasilkan tingkat kesuksesan sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 6 variabel Model Delone dan Mclean. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Hasil analisis didapatkan dari jawaban operator sekolah SMA dan SMK di kota palembang.

Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to compare and evaluate the validity of Information systems (IS) success models such as DeLone and McLean’s (1992), Seddon’s (1997), and DeLone and McLean’s (2003) IS success models for an e-government application called the Online Public Grievance Redressal System (OPGRS) in context of India. The paper also provides an integrated model of IS success based on the comparison of the three well-known IS success models. All the existing models of IS success are not considered in their original shapes as this research is not using the variables such as use, individual impact, organizational impact from DeLone and McLean (1992) IS success model, use and net benefits from DeLone and McLean (2003) IS success model, and other measures of net benefits of IS use including net benefits to individuals, organizations, and society, and expectations about the net benefits of future IS use from Seddon’s (1997) IS success model. The proposed model contains the additional constructs relevant to e-government research including complexity, trust, and facilitating conditions and found that the model performs quite satisfactorily as far as the success of the OPGRS system is concerned. The paper also discusses its limitations, provides implications for theory and practice, and proposed future lines of research which will allow the researchers, practitioners, and government to leverage the full potential of the OPGRS system to curb and eradicate corruption and to build a transparent and sanitized society.

To be successful e-commerce should be balanced with a good information system. Some clinical research has established what factors that affected the success, including DeLone and McLean. According to their e-commerce success model, there are six variables that affect e-commerce success, system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefitObjective: The study aims to analyze the relationship between system quality, information quality and service quality to user satisfaction and use. In addition, the study aims to analyze the relationship between user satisfaction and use to a net benefit.Methods: This study draws on the DeLone and McLean Model of Information System (IS) success model. It is a quantitative study that was conducted in the form of a survey of 110 users of each Lazada, Bukalapak, and Shopee users.Results: By applying DeLone and McLean model, this findings confirmed four hypotheses were significant in Bukalapak, Lazada, and Shopee.Conclusion:There were significant effect between the system quality on user satisfaction, service quality on use, service quality on user satisfaction and user satisfaction on net benefits. Meanwhile, system quality had insignificant effect to use and also information quality to use in Bukalapak, Lazada, and Shopee.Keywords: DeLone and McLean model,E-Commerce Success, Information System Success Measurement, IS Success Model

In order to address the task and function in tax policy through the information technology, the Directorate General of Tax, Ministry of Finance of Indonesia, has already developed and launched e-Filing system as tax services in web based. Although it has massively run, there are still problems in its implementation. Hence, we need to evaluate and judge how its implementation based on point of view of its user. The general purpose of this research is to evaluate the success of e-Filing system implementation based on user perception with DeLone & McLean Information System Success Model Approach (1992). By using primary data form questionnaire and secondary data with quantitative approach of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS)’s component or variance, this research examine the effect of success indicators measurement on implementation of e-Filing system based on Delone & McLean (1992) model. This model uses six variables which are system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, use, individual impact and organizational impact. This research empirically showed that the e-Filing system currently implementated is not successfully running yet based on all DeLone & McLean’s success measurement criterias. Hence, Directorate General of Tax need to improve, strengthen, and expand the e-Filing system implementation.

Banyak penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasikan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesuksesan sistem teknologi informasi. Salah satu penelitian yang terkenal di area ini adalah penelitian yang dilakukan oleh (DeLone & McLean,1992). Model kesuksesan sistem teknologi informasi yang dikembangkan oleh DeLone & McLean ini cepat mendapat tanggapan. Salah satu sebabnya adalah model mereka merupakan model yang sederhana tetapi dianggap cukup valid. Model kesuksesan sistem informasi yang akan dikembangkan oleh penulis, adaptasi dari model Delone & McLean yang dimodifikasi dengan menambah variabel kualitas layanan. Menurut (Pitt et al ,1995) apabila komponen kualitas layanan tidak diikut sertakan maka akan terdapat kesalahan dalam pengukuran kesuksesan sistem informasi.

One of the most popular video game genre nowadays is Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA). This genre has become the one genre to go in a multiplayer and competitive setting. This study aims to answer what makes this genre become so popular compared to another genre. The quantitative approach was used to gather a consensus of respondents that will give insight to the population's condition. By using Both DeLone & McLean and UTAUT2 model, it was found that the factors that influence MOBA popularity are Information Quality, Service Quality, Habit, Hedonic Motivation and Social Motivation. Meanwhile, the university as an educational institution today has been rampant to implement e-learning as an information system that provides added value for students. A University in North Jakarta has implemented e-learning integrated with information portal of students and lecturers since 2009. But until now has not been measured the success of the information system. So this research is done with one of the goals to measure the success of e-learning adopted by the University. In addition, this research would like to test the success model of DeLone and McLean's updated information system (2003) in the case of e-learning. The analysis was performed using SEM with the help of Lisrel 8.7 which tested 7 hypotheses. From this research found that DeLone and McLean model can not be used to explain the cause of success of e-learning system that its use is required, but need further research to get better level of generalization.

Abstract:
This research was based on the modification of the DeLone and McLean information systems models by adding end-user computing satisfaction variables to determine the success factors for e-government systems. This model was adopted due to the aim of this study to investigate the factors responsible for the successful implementation of e-government by bringing it closer to public value. However, while the DeLone and McLean models focus more on the information system approach, the model proposed was on the premise that system quality (SQ), information quality (IQ), content (CO) and format (FO) are determinants of e-government system user satisfaction. Furthermore, the net benefits through a five-dimensional public value determinants were used to evaluate e-government websites from a community perspective. Responses from 150 communities were analyzed by smart PLS 3.0 using structural equation models to examine the relationship between the constructs of the proposed model. This study contributes to the research gap in adopting DeLone and McLean's model in the e-government due to the limitation in its validation for different contexts. The results support the effect of content variables on user satisfaction and simultaneously prove that it is possible to explain net benefits, with an r-squared value of 69.1%, using the variables in the proposed model. The five dimensions of public value adopted all proved to have a positive influence with a confidence level of 95%. The level of construct significance identified is able to help in the formulation of strategies to improve e-government services.

This research is intended to examine factors that influence the success of ERP implementation in winning competitive advantage. ERP is a device system that enables companies to manage efficiently and effectively the use of resources and provide integrated solutions for the company's information processing needs. DeLone & McLane success model was actively used since it was first introduced in 1992 and Measurement with the DeLone & McLean model is one of the most developed models to test the information success model. The sample of this study is the users of companies that use SAP as one of their information systems, several 200 people from various manufacturing companies to evaluate information systems based on user satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that all hypotheses show significant results obtained from positive values on the critical ratio (cr) and also the value of p values smaller than 5% (significant effect on α < 5%).

The investment in information system brings significant impacts on the banking industry because it plays a pivotal role in providing better services and competitive edges. This study evaluated satisfaction level and benefit of the usage of the banking system which is m-Banking using the IS Success Model approach developed by DeLone and McLane in 2003. The population in this study was customers of one of the largest banks in Indonesia, namely Bank Central Asia (BCA) with a sample size of 200 customers. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS. The results showed that the IS Success Model consisting of system quality, information quality and service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction in using BCA m-Banking. This study also validates the research conducted by DeLone and McLean (2003) in developing the IS Success Model as a measure of the quality and key to the success of an information system.

Abstract:
This research intends to analyze and test variables that influence implementation E-government, especially in Balikpapan city. The study uses the information system success model DeLone and McLean which has six main variables that can be used to measure the success rate of information systems. Variables that support the success of e-government that support this research include system quality and information quality as exogenous variables. Furthermore, the use and user satisfaction variables are endogenous variables that also affect the net benefits variable. Based on previous research, service quality variables have not been proven to affect endogenous variables, so the researchers omit these variables. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to users of e-government services in Balikpapan City as many as 100 respondents. Data processing methods with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Smart PLS 3.0 approach. This research proves the R-square value of the dependent variable user satisfaction is 62%, and the net benefit variable is 59.1%, which means that the dependent variable can be explained through independent variables in this research model. Based on the findings in the study, it shows that the quality of the system has an effect on user satisfaction but has no impact on use.

Abstract:
This article investigates the factors affecting the success of central bank information systems (IS) in Mongolia. Drawing from the DeLone and McLean (2003) IS success models and Seddon and Kiew's (1997) path model, the factors that could potentially affect the success of the external and the internal IS of the central bank of Mongolia were empirically investigated. The data analysis was conducted using a quantitative method for the external IS and a mixed method for the internal IS. This article contributes to the academic literature by integrating DeLone and McLean's (2003) IS success model with Seddon and Kiew's (1997) path model and by validating the two aforementioned models within the context of central bank information systems in a developing country. This article has also important practical contributions, particularly for the central bank of Mongolia's authorities. The results, discussions, and implications of this study are elaborated in the paper.

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar untuk mengetahui keberhasilan dari sebuah sistem informasi yang diterapkan dalam sebuah organisasi sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesuksesan implementasi aplikasi Online Single Submission (OSS) menggunakan metode Delone dan Mclean pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP). Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna sistem informasi yang berjumlah 55 orang. Sebanyak 48 responden dipilih sebagai sampel yang ditentukan dengan teknik group random sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa system quality, informasi quality, service quality dan individual impact memiliki pengaruh terhadap organizational impact sebesar 95,9% dan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna sebesar 64,55% berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan terdapat kesuksesan implementasi aplikasi OSS menggunakan metode Delone dan Mclean pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Buleleng. Dari hasil ini diharapkan kedepannya aplikasi OSS dapat di implementasikan pada lembaga-lembaga pemerintahan yang lain di Kabupaten Buleleng.

Websites is important for services industries, such as hopitals, because it help to deliver the information of services provided by the hospitals to their customers. However, Rumah Sakit Darmo Surabaya has not measure the performance of its website yet. Several studies related to measuring the success of information systems in hospitals use the Delone and McLean model as a measuring tool. Those researchs have a vary results. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the performance of the Rumah Sakit Darmo Surabaya website and to understand the factors that influence it by adapting Delone and McLean success model. Respondents of this researh are 130 website visitors. The data obtained through questionnaires were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Out of nine hypotheses proposed, only three can be accepted. This research prove that system quality and service quality affect user satisfaction and that usage affects net benefits.

Purpose This study aims to propose a hybrid model based on expectation–confirmation model (ECM), DeLone and McLean IS success model and task-technology fit (TTF) model to examine whether quality factors and TTF as the antecedents to user beliefs can affect organizational users’ continuance intention of cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP). Design/methodology/approach Sample data for this study were collected from end-users of cloud ERP working in companies in Taiwan. A total of 370 questionnaires were distributed in the 37 sample companies, and 315 (85.1 per cent) usable questionnaires were analyzed using structural equation modeling in this study. Findings This study’s findings indicated that users’ perceptions of system quality, information quality and TTF all contributed significantly to their satisfaction, confirmation and perceived usefulness (PU) of cloud ERP, which in turn directly or indirectly led to their continuance intention of cloud ERP; that is, the results strongly supported the hybrid model integrating ECM, DeLone and McLean IS success model and TTF model with all hypothesized links being significant. Originality/value Empirically, this study’s research model capturing ECM, DeLone and McLean IS success model and TTF model has significantly shed light on the possible formulation of a richer post-adoption model. Noteworthily, considerably more attention should be paid to the fit between information-related characteristics and cloud ERP users’ work goals and needs, while TTF, based on both system-related and information-related technology characteristics, significantly contributes to users’ satisfaction, confirmation and PU, which together directly or indirectly explain their intention to continue using cloud ERP.

This research considers the influence of quality on e-commerce success by measuring the information quality and system quality attributes of an e-commerce system and the intention to use, user satisfaction and intention to transact from a sample of respondents. This research provides an empirical e-commerce application of the updated IS success model proposed by DeLone and McLean (2003). This paper found significant relationships between Information Quality and System Quality and three success dimensions: intention to use, user satisfaction and intention to transact. It found the following constructs to be most important in predicting success: ease of understanding, personalization and reliability. In particular, that reliability is more important than usability where transactions are concerned and security though important, is not the most important factor.

Harapan terhadap SAPP adalah terhimpunnya data piutang secara realtime.Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas SAPP. Model penelitian yang dikembangkan adalah model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean (2003) yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi organisasi dan tambahan beberapa variabel dari model penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Model DeLone dan McLean merupakan model yang telah teruji dalam mengukur efektivitas suatu sistem informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei kepada pengguna SAPP di lingkungan DJBC. Data hasil survei diolah dengan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas SAPP di Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai secara signifikan adalah Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Layanan, dan Kondisi Fasilitas.

This study has compared three models: Delone, Mclean and corrected Sedan, by measuring the effect of business intelligence in the construction Armin Beton Yazd construction company with the library method. Then, the mediums and the related structures (information quality, system quality, service quality, system dependence, customer satisfaction and understanding profit (individual effect)) were analyzed to see if they are acting properly. To interpret the results, the authors used content production. The idea was to look for the best results and explanations for results. The main difference between these models is that the Delone and Mclean model consider system dependence (using the system) as a part of the information system's success. In contrast, the Sedan model sees it as a result. It seems that the Sedan model gives best results and explanations about them. Then, an analysis of using structure by the system because of the limited explanatory variation and very few relations with other structures was released to improve the explanatory power of future researches.

Investments in Information Systems (IS) have been significantly increasing and hence the relevance of the studies on the IS success is persistent. Delone and Mclean (2003) developed an IS successful model which is a benchmark for researches in the area, however, in the perspective of the public sector, studies are still rare. In this research it was sought to propose an exploratory model of successful IS in public administration, from the identification of each construct items of the Delone and McLean (2003) original model, through multiple case studies in three Municipalities and a Town Hall of the Southern Cone of Rondônia state, in Brazil. Based on the empirical research, it was found that the IS success factors in municipal public administration are close to those factors indicated in the reviewed literature, however, showing some particularities of the public sector. A model of successful factors and items of IS, from the confrontation between literature and empirical data, is presented in the end of this work.

Wawancara disusun berdasarkan model Update kesuksesan DeLone and McLean terhadap enam dimensi yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat yang didapat dari menggunakan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem memiliki fleksibilitas yang baik dengan dapat diakses dari mana saja dan adanya falisitas ekspor dan impor ke excel untuk memudahkan input dan pembuatan laporan. Informasi yang ditampilkan juga sudah lengkap.dan akurat, sehingga membuat pengguna merasa puas selama menggunakannya. Kekurangan sistem ini adalah pada kapasitas penyimpanan yang harus ditambah karena menampung semua sistem yang ada di KKP Semarang. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari sistem adalah pekerjaan menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan. Selain itu hasil informasi dapat digunakan sebagai bahan perencanaan oleh KKP Semarang.

Penelitian ini membahas Model DeLone dan McLean untuk mengukur kesuksesan implementasi Online Monitoring (OM) SPAN dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan. OM SPAN merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang digunakan untuk memantau perencanaan dan pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN). OM SPAN dikembangkan dan dikelola oleh Ditjen Perbendaharaan. Pengguna OM SPAN sebanyak 30-an ribu yang tersebar secara nasional dari seluruh satuan kerja pemerintah pusat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan kesuksesan implementasi sistem informasi OM SPAN, di mana sebagian besar pengguna (lebih dari 90%) menyatakan puas atau sangat bermanfaat bagi pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, peneliti menemukan bahwa kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem dan kualitas layanan mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna sebesar 44,1%. Selanjutnya, kepuasan pengguna mempengaruhi keuntungan bersih sebesar 63,7%. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kualitas sistem berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Hal ini perlu dipertimbangkan oleh organisasi untuk pengembangan OM SPAN pada masa depan.

Hal ini mengancam kelangsungan hidup, tumbuh kembang anak, dan perkembangan bangsa. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan gizi tersebut diperlukan ketersediaan data anak balita yang akurat, lengkap dengan nama dan alamat sehingga dapat susun kebijakan intervensi yang tepat sasaran. Kondisi inilah yang mendrong Kementerian Kesehatan RI mengembangkan sistem informasi aplikasi Elektronik Pencatatan Pelaporan Gizi Berbasis Masyakarat (e-PPGBM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan kualitas sistem dengan kepuasan pengguna Aplikasi Elektronik Pencatatan Pelaporan Gizi Berbasis Masyarakat (e-PPGBM). Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian analitik cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini seluruh petugas gizi Puskesmas Sekota Palembang yang mengelola Aplikasi e-PPGBM. Waktu pengumpulan data dilakukan di bulan Oktober 2020. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan responden 51 orang. Sampel penelitian merupakan total populasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem baik (54,9%) dan kepuasan pengguna Aplikasi e-PPGBM sebesar 66,7%. Analisa bivariat menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem berhubungan dengan kepuasan pengguna (p-value = 0,004). Simpulan: Kementerian Kesehatan harus melakukan upaya peningkatan kualitas sistem sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna pada penggunaan aplikasi e-PPGBM.

Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya adalah penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metoda studi kasus dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi e-audit secara mendalam. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor BPK RI Perwakilan DIY. The success of an accounting information system in managing regional finances of government agencies is very important to note. Especially if there is a phenomenon of switching from one system to another. The success or failure of the system used can have an impact on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to assess the successful use of the SIPKD based on the DeLone & McLean Model (2003). The study was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of the Regency of Buleleng. This study uses non-probability sampling method with saturated sample technique. The analysis technique used is partial least square analysis. The results of the analysis found that there was a significant influence between the variables of information quality on system use, information quality on user satisfaction, system use on individual performance, and user satisfaction on individual performance. The level of success of the system measured at this level of effectiveness found that the implementation of SIPKD in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency was classified as successful. Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine the effectiveness of information technology in reducing corruption in China. Meanwhile this paper explores whether electronic monitoring systems (EMS) can be evaluated in terms of the DeLone and McLean information systems (IS) success model. Design/methodology/approach – The status of the EMS in five cities is first proposed, and then a model of e-government system success is designed to evaluate the EMS. Data are obtained from 387 civil servants in the supervision agencies. Then the effectiveness of EMS in reducing corruption is deeply assessed, and the DeLone and McLean IS success model is validated. Findings – The findings show that the application of EMS has a positive effect on reducing corruption. IT thus has the potential to reduce corruption, but the institution and the people are more important. Originality/value – Although many theories about reducing corruption have been proposed, the EMS application in reducing corruption has seldom been addressed. This study is the first, to the author's knowledge, to examine EMS and corruption reduction from the point of view of the IS success model.

Analyzer used is PLS 3.0. TAM describes the behavioral factors of computer users based on the beliefs, attitudes, intention, and user behaviour relationship. The DeLone and McLean model is an information system success model with three parts of the instrument, the first used to measure the technical success of the system quality, the two measures of semantic success ie the quality of information, and the three measures of effective information system is use, user satisfaction, individual impact and organizational impact. Diperlukan suatu kajian untuk mengevaluasi apakah kegiatan yang telah dioperasionalkan hingga saat ini sudah menyesuaikan dengan implementasi dari Master Plan yang telah dibangun. Target-target yang tercantum pada Master Plan TI dan Manajemen BDPJN dapat dijadikan parameter untuk mengukur keberhasilan implementasi Master Plan TI dan Manajemen BDPJN yang telah dioperasionalkan hingga saat ini. Metode DeLone dan McLean digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan implementasi Master Plan TI dan Manajemen BDPJN. Koefisien korelasi yang dihasilkan dari pengujian menggunakan metode DeLone dan McLean menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna sangat berpengaruh pada kesuksesan implementasi masterplan BDPJN diikuti dengan meningkatnya kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan, dan kualitas informasi yang juga ikut mempengaruhinya. Selain itu, meningkatnya kepuasan pengguna maka akan berdampak pada manfaat-manfaat yang diberikan oleh sistem BDPJN sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan dan mempermudah kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this research was to analyze factors that influence a successful implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at PT Agung Sedayu Group. Measuring the success of ERP implementation was needed to find out what success factors influence the implementation process. The DeLone and McLean success model was used as a measurement tool with employees who actively used the ERP system as respondents. The research method used was a descriptive quantitative method with questionnaires as data collection techniques with the indicators on DeLone and McLean model. Data taken from the questionnaire were 187 samples from 350 active user population systems at PT Agung Sedayu Group. Questionnaire data were processed using the SPSS application to test the validity and reliability; then linear regression analysis was performed to test the hypothesis. From the results of the research, it is known that all variables of system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits have an influence on the successful implementation of ERP at PT Agung Sedayu Group. The conclusion presents that the successful implementation of ERP is more influenced by user satisfaction supported by the level of use, system quality, information quality, and service quality.

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di pemerintah kota Surakarta yang terkait dengan penyusunan anggaran dengan menggunakan e-budgeting. Data yang sudah disebar melalui kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan sotware Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) IBM 23. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas sistem berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi penggunaan e-budgeting. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh pengguna sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit di Rumah Sakit Balung Kabupaten Jember didapatkan dari hasil wawancara, antara lain: kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, intensitas pengguna, pengguna sistem, kepuasan pengguna dan net-benefit. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji analisis jalur. Penelitian ini menilai persepsi pengguna sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit dengan metode DeLone dan McLean. Peneliti menggunakan metode DeLone dan McLean karena metode tersebut cocok dengan karakteristik masalah yang ada di Rumah Sakit Balung Kabupaten Jember. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peneliti dapat mengetahui bahwa efek langsung standarized solution KS-IP=0,58. Sedangkan efek tidak langsung standarized solution KS-KP-IP=0,78x0,45=0,351. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dari analisis jalur bahwa efek langsung standarized solution KS-IP=0,58 > efek tidak langsung standarized solution KS-KP-IP=0,78x0,45=0,351. Variables used in this research are the quality of information, system quality, service quality, and user satisfaction. The research population is a regular student at the University of Borobudur, with a population of 431 people. The number of samples used in this research was 82 people, with a significance level of 10%. Meanwhile, in determining the sample using non probability sampling approach by using accidental sampling technique. Data collection activities were conducted using questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, to describe the profile of respondents and to know the user perception of research variables. Based on the results of research, showed that students' perceptions of the website of the University of Borobudur is high. While based on the results of hypothesis testing, also obtained result that all hypothesis in test accepted, where there is a positive and significant relationship between information quality to the user satisfaction of website, there is a positive and significant relationship between system quality to the user satisfaction of website, and there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality to user satisfaction of website.

The purpose of this study is to analyze a number of hypotheses, which are: H1: System Quality has a positive effect on Use; H2: Use has a positive impact on net benefits; H3: System Quality has a positive impact on User Satisfaction; H4: User Satisfaction has a positive effect on Use; H5: Information Quality has a positive effect on Use; H6: Information Quality has a positive effect on User Satisfaction; H7: User Satisfaction has a positive effect on Net benefits; H8: System Quality has a positive effect on Information Quality; H9: Information Quality has a positive effect on System Quality. DeLone and McLean (1992) model of information systems success has received much attention amongst researchers. This study aimed to respecify and validate the DeLone and McLean model (2003) by proposing a social exchange theory for underlying changes in the direction of perceived quality and adding perceived value variables suggested by Wang (2008). The purpose of this study was to obtain a better understanding of information system of the user perception when using organization’s information systems. Therefore, a model for testing the information systems success was formed.The primary data used in this study were collected from 102 respondents who apply accounting software in their companies (end-user computing). Companies that were used as samples in this study were the ones that created or developed accounting software by themselves. 27 questionnaires were obtained by mail survey accompanied with a contact-person approach.All of the hypotheses tested were found to be significantly supported. The model provided strong support for the relationships between perceived quality, perceived value, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Information and system quality has been shown as a proxy that affects service quality. Information quality, system quality, and service quality cause the formation of perceived value and, then, this perceived value will affect user satisfaction and net benefits. The characteristics of information systems are an important aspect that researchers should concern when testing the information systems success.

Pada instansi perkantoran maupun pendidikan fingerprint digunakan sebagai alat absensi karena tidak dapat dipalsukan. Universitas Darussalam Gontor sebagai lembaga pendidikan juga menggunakan fingerprint sebagai alat absensi mahasiswa ke masjid. Absensi mahasiswa ke masjid dijadikan sebagai salah satu penilaian non-akademik mahasiswa. Absensi menggunakan fingerprintscanner baru pertama kali digunakan pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019 sehingga memerlukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui keberhasilan sistem dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap fingerprintscanner dan menentukan indeks kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap fingerprintscanner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode StructuralEquationModeling (SEM) untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas sistem fingerprintscanner dengan kepuasan mahasiswa. Kualitas sistem pada fingerprintscanner diukur berdasarkan teori DeLone & McLean yang terdiri dari enam variabel yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat bersih. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara acak kepada 116 mahasiswa UNIDA Gontor. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan bantuan software AMOS. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa model DeLone & McLean dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap sistem fingerprintscanner masjid karena model teridentifikasi dan memenuhi kriteria GoodnessofFit. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa indeks kepuasan mahasiswa UNIDA Gontor terhadap sistem fingerprintscanner masjid sangat tinggi sebesar 76,5%.

Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh 120 responden. Metode pengolahan data dianalisis dengan Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (Structured Equation Modeling) dan memanfaatkan perangkat lunak AMOS 7.0. Namun walaupun sudah dibangun aplikasi berbasis web masih ada yang lalai. Oleh karena itu perlu diketahui budaya Mahasiswa yang menyebabkan kelalaian. Budaya tersebut akan digunakan sebagai pengukur efektifitas terhadap sistem informasi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penerapan Organiztional Culture Assesment Instrument serta Delone dan Mclean untuk budaya mahasiswa terhadap efektifitas. Dari hasil perhitungan budaya mahasiswa saat ini menggunakan tools Excel didapat hasil yaitu Clan yang menekankan kepada focus kerja sama tim, komitmen dan bersifat kekeluargaan sebesar 25.61 dan untuk diharapkan tetap budaya Clan sebesar 27.10. Hasil perhitungan di tolls SmartPLS 3 dari perhitungan budaya dan efektifitas menyatakan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas sistem informasi iRaise kerena budaya Clan lebih memfokuskan pada kinerja tim, komitmen dan bersifat kekeluargaan kerena hal itu apabila salah satu anggota tim berhalangan maka pekerjaan tidak bisa diteruskan dan hal itu menyebabkan produktifitas yang kurang baik dan membuat pekeraan menjadi terlambat. Technological innovations and its implementation in different organizations has been one of the prime interest of academicians as well as practitioners. The diffusion and implementation of information systems invited researchers to check effectiveness of the systems. The current study is using the Delone and Mclean as theoretical framework in context of media organizations. Sample data has been collected from top 15 news channels employees who are using news management software. A sample of 1000 was selected from these channels with the help of stratified sampling technique. Data were analysed by using the structural equation modelling. The results show that employees perceive that service quality, system quality and information quality are significant contributor to news flow and individual performance. Moreover, news flow is directly and indirectly affecting the individual performance. In addition to this, individual performance is significant predictor of process performance, satisfaction and organizational performance. The result strongly supports the integration of news flow and satisfaction in Delone and Mclean model. The results also support the mediating role of news flow, process performance and satisfaction. The paper offers a snapshot that how quality indicators and user satisfaction from news management system can increase the effectiveness of media organization. The research would be a great value to practitioners and media organizations.
