A new Lithosiini species, Barsine deliciosa Volynkin & Černý, sp. n. is described from North China, Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces. A diagnostic comparison is made with Barsine flammealis Moore, 1878, Barsine linga Moore, 1859, Barsine delicia Swinhoe, 1891, Barsine conicornutata (Holloway, 1982), Barsine lucibilis Swinhoe, 1892 and Barsine striata (Bremer et Grey, 1852). Adults, male and female genitalia of the new, related and externally close species are illustrated.

Abstract:

Blueberry belongs to the Vaccinium Genus, Ericaceae Family, Ericales Order. The highbush blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum L.) is classified as a commercially-grown berry. Blueberries are appreciated for their taste, nutritional value, and both pharmacological properties and biologically active functions. This study objective was to determine the total sugar content in frozen fruits of the highbush blueberry genotypes used as genitors ('Simultan', 'Delicia', 'Duke', 'Azur', 'Northblue', '4/6', '6/38') and 88 hybrid progenies 'Simultan x Duke', 'Simultan x Northblue', 'Azur x 6/38', 'Azur x 4/6', 'Delicia x Duke', 'Delicia x Northblue'. The total sugar content of frozen fruits was analyzed by the phenol-sulfuric acid method. The results showed that the total sugar content of the genitors varied between 2.83 and 3.81 g glucose/100 g. The fruits of 'Simultan' cv. had the highest total sugar content (3.81 g glucose/100 g). The highest total sugar content, 5.486 g glucose/100 g, was found in a 'Simultan × Duke' hybrids.

Abstract:

In last years, highbush blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum L.) has gained great popularity, mainly due to its appreciated taste and multiple uses. The biochemical composition of blueberries has an important role in health and nutrition. Studies have shown that bioactive compounds can reduce the risk of many diseases. This study was conducted over a period of three years to assess the size of the fruit average weight per fruit, diameter, firmness, total titratable acidity, color, total soluble solids (°Brix), pH, but also the total content of bioactive compounds such as polyphenols, flavonoids, anthocyanins, tannins and carotenoids, along with vitamin C and total sugar. Three blueberry genotypes ('Azur', 'Delicia', and 'Northblue') and two advanced selections ('4/6', and '6/38') were studied. The plants were grown at the Research Institute for Pomiculture Pitesti - Maracineni, Romania, in open field studies in randomized block with three repetitions (5 plants/ genotype/ repetition). The researches showed the following: the average weight / plant recorded values between 2.07 g ('Northblue' cv.) and 2.64 g ('6/38'); the size of the fruit varied between 12.10 mm ('4/6') and 17.45 mm ('Azur' cv.); the firmness had values between 15.33 N ('Northblue' cv.) and 18.45 N ('Azur' cv.); total titratable acidity of highbush blueberry increased from 0.625% for '4/6' elite to 0.960% for 'Northblue' cv.); total soluble solids varied between 12.9 °Brix ('6/38') and 15.59 °Brix ('Delicia' cv.); colorimetry ranged from 27.19 (L*), 0.19 (a*), -2.66 (b*) ('Azur' cv.) to 34.23 (L*), 0.72 (a*), -3.13 (b*) ('Delicia' cv.). Total polyphenols recorded values between 284.4 mg gallic acid equivalent (GAE) g/ 100 g fresh weight (fw) ('Azur' cv.) and 481.6 mg GAE/100 g fresh weight ('Northblue' cv.); total flavonoids had values between 110.6 mg catechin equivalents/100 g) CE /100 g ('Delicia' cv.) and 160.8 mg CE/100 g ('6/38'); total anthocyanins recorded values between 10.35 mg cyanidin-3-O-glucoside equivalents (C 3-G)/100 fresh weight ('Azur' cv.) and 56.03 mg cy3GE/100 g ('6/38'); total tannins varied between 160.5 mg GAE/100 g ('6/38') and 335.2 mg GAE/100 g ('4/6'); total sugar varied between 21.14 g glucose/100 g ('Northblue' cv.) and 30.67 g glucose /100 g ('Azur' cv.), and vitamin C content had values between 2.27 mg/100 g ('Azur' cv.) and 5.85 mg/100g ('Delicia' cv. and '6/38'). These genotypes having highest physico-chemical qualities could be used in blueberry breeding programs in order to obtain new genotipes.

Abstract:

El objetivo del presente trabajo fue seleccionar variedades de frijol rojo más tolerantes a la sequía, en condiciones experimentales de sequía, en Campo. Para ello se realizó un experimentos con cinco variedades de frijol común de color rojo (Buenaventura, CC 25-9 rojo, Velazco Largo, La Cuba 154 y Delicia 364), en diferentes condiciones de humedad del suelo. Se evaluaron indicadores fenológicos y de rendimiento, en condiciones diferentes de riego, cinco riegos (sequía) y 10 riegos (condiciones óptimas de humedad). Con los datos de rendimientos en las dos condiciones de humedad se calculó el porcentaje de pérdidas del rendimiento, los índices de intensidad de sequía (IIS) y susceptibilidad a la sequía (ISS). El análisis estadistico fue realizado utilizando el programa InfoStat versión 2011. Se llegó a la conclusión que las variedades Cuba Cueto 25-9 colorado, La Cuba 154 y Delicia 364 fueron las que tuvieron el comportamiento más tolerante en las condiciones de experimentación.

Abstract:

Vaccinium corymbosum is one of the berry species with economic and food interest to Romanian growers and consumers. The development of blueberrty crop is a result of breeding activity, which has generated many cultivars of quality fruit and high productivity. The characters that are of economic interest in the cultivation of blueberries depend on the area of cultivation where the new cultivars are obtained. The study was conducted in summer 2020 in an experimental plot established in 2015 with seven blueberry genotypes, at Research Institute for Fruit Growing, Pitesti, Romania in the Small Fruit Laboratory, having an experience in the field of more than 40 years. The objective at this study is to compare some of fruit characteristics from genotypes 'Azur', 'Delicia', 'Duke', 'Northblue', 'Simultan', '4/6' and '6/38': plant yield, average fruit weight, fruit length, fruit diameter, the soluble solids, fruit acidity or pH, fruit firmness. During this study 'Delicia' cv. proved to have the highest production per plant (4.20 kg plant), the highest values of fruit diameter (19.70 mm), and the highest value of fruit total titratable acidity (01.25 %).

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of market orientation onperformance marketing on the CV. Cipta Delicia Mubarokfood Holy marketing creativity andnetworking as an intervening variable. The population is all employees of marketing and salesdistribution in the CV. Copyright Mubarokfood Holy Delivia by 92 employees. Given a populationof only 92 employees, it deserves to be taken as a whole to be sampled, so this study is a censusstudy. A tool of analysis is path analysis, which previously tested the validity and reliability.The test results indicate that the market orientation proved to have significant positive effecton marketing creativity, quality networiking and marketing performance. Creativity marketingto become an intervening variable between market orientation on performance marketing,meaning that the higher the market orientation, such as by looking at the frequency of meetingswith customers, interaction with customers, talk about the tactics and strategies of competitors,convened a meeting to discuss market developments, as well as responsive to changes the priceof competitors, the company can know, understand and address the needs and expectationsof customers, so it takes creativity to improve the performance of the company’s marketingto the fullest. Abstract:

Los actuales sistemas de producción de alimentos requieren el empleo de alternativas con enfoques ecológicos y asequibles, entre los que se destaca el uso de los bioproductos generados por la acción de microorganismos que actúan en la nutrición, crecimiento y desarrollo de las plantas. El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar la respuesta de Phaseolus vulgaris L. var. Delicia 364 a la aplicación de bioproductos (hongos micorrícicos arbusculares y Spiruvinas) en macetas de plástico con volumen de 44 L de capacidad. En el presente experimento se utilizó el bioproducto Azofert. El experimento se realizó en el municipio El Salvador, provincia Guantánamo, Cuba. Los tratamientos se distribuyeron en un diseño completamente al azar: (T1) Azofert sin HMA (testigo); (T2) Azofert sin HMA + 2 L ha-1 de Spiruvinas; (T3) Azofert + Rhizophagus irregularis; (T4) Azofert + Glomus cubense; (T5) Azofert + Funneliformis mosseae; (T6) Azofert + Rhizophagus irregularis + 2 L ha-1 de Spiruvinas; (T7) Azofert + Glomus cubense + 2 L ha-1 de Spiruvinas; (T8) Azofert + Funneliformis mosseae + 2 L ha-1 de Spiruvinas. Se evaluó: altura de las plantas, diámetro del tallo, número de vainas, número de granos por vainas, peso de 100 granos y rendimiento. Además, se evaluó el funcionamiento micorrícico mediante la colonización micorrícica y la densidad visual. Los resultados mostraron que la aplicación de bioproductos (hongos micorrícicos arbusculares y Spiruvinas) incrementaron el crecimiento y el rendimiento del cultivo de frijol var. Delicia 364; asimismo, con la combinación Azofert + Rhizophagus irregularis + Spiruvinas se obtuvo el mayor rendimiento con 2.11 Mg ha-1, lo que representa 37.9% más que el promedio nacional.

El Distrito Metropolitano de Quito (DMQ) comprende 61.563 has., las cuales albergan diversasespecies de flora y fauna. Los procesos de acelerada urbanización han dado lugar alestablecimiento de viviendas e invasiones que han presionado a los bosques que existíanespecialmente en las laderas del Pichincha y en las quebradas de la parte norte del distrito. ElMunicipio del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito (MDMQ) en sus Políticas de Patrimonio Natural,contempla la integración, conectividad, mantenimiento, recuperación, y rehabilitación deespacios naturales priorizados para seguridad ambiental del Distrito, cuya aplicación tienecomo objetivo específico el disminuir la afectación antrópica progresiva a ecosistemas yespacios naturales de conservación del Distrito. Con estos antecedentes se realiza unacontratación para la reforestación de once quebradas en la Administración Zonal La Delicia, lamisma que se realiza en los meses de abril – junio del presente año (2012) en un total de 43has. con el compromiso de siembra de 37.152 plantas. Para realizar el seguimiento a esteproceso se plantea un monitoreo inicial para conocer el estado de la reforestación y el impactocausado en las quebradas seleccionadas. Mediante recorridos y mapeo de sitio, se contabilizanlas plantas sembradas y supervivientes en cada una de las quebradas y se constata elcumplimiento de solo el 5,05% de la reforestación planteada.Abstract:The Metropolitan District of Quito covers 61.563 has., containing many species of flora andfauna. Accelerated urbanization processes have led to illegal housing and human invasions,putting pressure on existing forests, especially on the slopes of Pichincha and the ravines of thenorthern part of the District. The Metropolitan District of Quito, in its Natural Heritage Policy,prioritizes the integration, connectivity, maintenance, recovery and rehabilitation of naturalareas, to support the District environmental security. Focus is put on reducing the anthropiceffects on the affected ecosystems and natural areas. To reinforce this policy, the Municipalitysigned a contract for the reforestation of eleven ravines in La Delicia. The reforestation wasdone from April to June 2012, on a total of 43 has., with the commitment of planting 37.152plants. To track this process the Municipality planned an initial monitoring to determine thestatus of the reforestation and its impact on the selected ravines. Planted and surviving plantswere counted on each of the eleven ravines, and a compliance of only 5.05% of the plannedreforestation was verified.

Aim of study: To analyze the susceptibility of Eucalyptus and hybrids species to Leptocybe invasa through field assays.Area of study: The north of the Argentine province of Misiones (Colonia Delicia). Material and methods: A total of 11 Eucalyptus species and 2 hybrids were surveyed for damage and severity of L. invasa infestation. Six evaluations were made during an annual period.Main results: The susceptibility ranking to L. invasa from highest to lowest was E. tereticornis > E. propinqua > E. dunni > E. camaldulensis > E. grandis > E. major > E. longistrata >E. grandis × E. camaldulensis. However, E. moluccana, E. urophylla × E. grandis and E. urophylla were tolerant to L. invasa.Research highlights: This study suggests that in Misiones, E. tereticornis is the most sensible eucalyptus species to gall wasp attack, whereas other species and hybrids presented low damage levels or tolerance to L. invasa region.

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of advertising CV. Mubarokfood could be seen from four dimensions EPIC (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact and Communication) and to determine the dimensions of EPIC which most dominan. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, interviews, and recording. The basic method is Descriptive-Analytic. Analysis using the EPIC model. A questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents in the area of Central Stores CV. Mubarookfood and Kudus city. Interviews were conducted with the marketing manager. The results showed that the ads that are presented in the form of print media (Brochure), outdoor media (X- Banner, Billboard, Neonbox, Banner) and electronic media (Radio, Internet). The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of ads based EPIC model shows that the advertising of the CV. Mubarokfood seen from the dimensions empathy obtained an average score of 4.596, the dimensions of persuasion have a score of 4.244, the dimensions of impact have a score of 4.605 and dimensions of communication have a score of 4.471. The third dimension is included in the scale of "effective", except the dimensions of persuasion are included in the "quite effective" only. The value of the average score is highest impact dimension of 4.605. Overall advertising CV. Mubarokfood considered "effective" with an average score of 4.479. That is able to inform, persuade and remind the public in Kudus city, as well as stimulate the awareness, interest and action ends on the purchase.

El estudio tiene como objetivo, analizar la actividad física, alimentaria y psicológica emergente del estatus QUO en los adultos mayores del CEAM la Delicia-Ecuador, en estado de cuarentena Covid19. Se aplicó una metodología mixta de diseño exploratorio secuencial, para la recolección de datos se ejecutó un análisis teórico documental y un cuestionario de opción múltiple. Los datos fueron analizados a través de la triangulación o contrastación de información. Los resultados demuestran que el sedentarismo induce a que los adultos mayores disipen sus niveles funcionales de forma acelerada. El estrés y miedo psicológico se relaciona con la estabilidad sedentaria que se establece por la cuarentena, provocando insurrecciones en el sueño, generando ansias de digerir alimentos. Los investigadores recomiendan una alimentación sana en fibras y vitaminas, y promover el ejercicio en la población de edad avanzada, ya que esta situación se considera un problema clínico y de salud pública.

Abstract:

High solar radiation in tropical regions can affect the development, physiology, and biochemistry of plants. Our aim with this research was to evaluate the biochemical responses and production of iceberg lettuce cultivars under environments with different shadings. An experiment under field conditions was installed in a 4 × 4 factorial scheme. Four cultivars of iceberg lettuce (Great Lakes, Winslow, Delicia, and Balsamo) and four environments with different shadings (three types of shading screens: red, ChromatiNet®, and black; and treatment under the full sun) were evaluated. Forty-five days after transplanting, the plants were harvested, and the biomass was weighed to obtain the fresh consumable part (FCP) and the biochemical parameters: total soluble sugar (TSS), reducing sugar (RS), and the activity of SOD, CAT, and POD. We found that shading modulates biochemical and productive responses of iceberg lettuce, and the main microclimatic factor related to these responses was solar radiation. We observed a negative correlation between RS and FCP. The solar radiation between 16 and 18 MJ·m−2·day−1, observed in the environments with a black screen and ChromatiNet®, promoted the highest activity of the SOD enzyme and average levels of TSS and RS, providing higher FCP of the cultivars Delícia and Balsamo in high temperatures period.

A alface é uma das hortaliças de maior importância social e econômica no Brasil, sendo consumida principalmente em sua forma “in natura” preservando suas propriedades nutritivas. Por ser uma cultura de origem de clima temperado e não expressar todo o seu potencial genético em regiões de clima tropical, é de suma importância o seu melhoramento para essas regiões. Visando definir critérios para o manejo da produção de alface no estado do Pará, este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar diferentes variedades de alface americana. O experimento foi conduzido na Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia. Os tratamentos foram constituídos de cinco variedades, Delicia americana, Irene, Legacy, Mauren e Kaiser. Os resultados permitem concluir que todas as variedades utilizadas alcançaram índices agronômicos satisfatórios. Para a variável número de folhas comercial a variedade kaiser se destacou com 37.82 folhas planta-1. Enquanto que para as demais variáveis, massa fresca comercial, circunferência da cabeça, produtividade total e comercial, a variedade Mauren obteve maiores índices, que foram 494.20 g planta-1, 51.92 cm, 51.78 t ha-1 e 38.92 t ha-1, respectivamente.

El presente análisis evidencia en qué medida el turismo comunitario moviliza la participación comunitaria y la economía local hacia la conservación de áreas naturales en la población de Yunguilla. El proyecto Turismo Comunitario, implementado en la comunidad de Yunguilla mediante las actividades productivas, ofrece una fuente de ingresos para la producción local y al mismo tiempo sirve para la protección de la naturaleza y la cultura. Este análisis estuvo enfocado en cuatro dimensiones: ambiental, cultural, económica y social; en cada una de estas dimensiones se desarrollaron entrevistas con preguntas semiestructuradas al personal de la comunidad Yunguilla y a la personal de la Administración Zonal La Delicia. La metodología fue cualitativa, con una recolección de información a través de entrevistas. Como resultado del análisis realizado con las cuatro dimensiones se evidenció que el Proyecto Turismo Comunitario Yunguilla ha sido de gran aporte al desarrollo de la comunidad, gracias a las actividades turísticas presentes en él. De esta manera el proyecto ha generado fuentes de trabajo, microcréditos, cuidado y protección del medioambiente, conservación de sus costumbres y tradiciones. Por último, ha logrado que la comunidad de Yunguilla integre a cada uno de sus miembros; es decir, a mujeres, hombres, niños y jóvenes a ser parte de la ejecución del proyecto siempre buscando un bienestar común.

Non-indigenous bryozoans are frequent components of biofouling assemblages in harbour environments worldwide. We performed a survey of artificial hard substrates in six harbours spanning 16 degrees of latitude along the coast of Argentina, from Ingeniero White (38º47′ S) to Ushuaia (54º48′ S). Microeciella argentina n. sp., distributed in warm-temperate waters of northern Patagonia and Buenos Aires Province, is described. The non-indigenous species (NIS) Callopora dumerilii, Smittoidea spinigera and Stephanollona boreopacifica are recorded here for the first time in the Southwest Atlantic. Their occurrence in fouling assemblages of warm-temperate harbours and their previous absence in these areas suggest that they probably arrived in Argentina by international shipping traffic. Callopora dumerilii is native to Europe and the northeast Atlantic. Smittoidea spinigera and Stephanollona boreopacifica are native to China and Korea, respectively. The morphological differences between S. spinigera and the Californian species S. prolifera, which is invading European harbours in the North Sea, are discussed. Bugula neritina, Bugulina flabellata, Cryptosula pallasiana and Fenestrulina delicia, common in harbours of Buenos Aires Province, are here recorded in Patagonia, highlighting the importance of regional shipping traffic to secondary spread of NIS. Arachnidium fibrosum, Buskia socialis, Anguinella palmata, Aetea cultrata, Bicellariella edentata and Exochella moyanoi, previously known from Brazil, and Hippothoa divaricata, are here recorded in Argentina. This study shows that warm-temperate harbours in Buenos Aires Province and northern Patagonia are particularly prone to the introduction of non-indigenous bryozoans.

Expanding the range of investigated administrative and delict relations, entails a change and the essential characteristics of administrative offenses, and also creates preconditions for formation of administrative-tort system of prevention of offenses, including not only administrative offences but also other offences that are not related to crimes and civil offenses. In this case, the responsibility should be named administrative and delict, which, in essence, will include a modern administrative and administrative-disciplinary liability. Depending on the nature of the administrative delict may be subdivided into administrative offense and administrative misdemeanor. The essential characteristics of an administrative offense should be upheld, and administrative misdemeanor must be attributed those acts which are now administrative and disciplinary misconduct. With this division of administrative delicts it is possible to realize a codification of administrative and delict legislation, i.e. the creation of Administrative-delict code of the Russian Federation. The work also made the assumption that procedural violations are treated as administrative delict. An attempt is made to distinguish between material legal relations in administrative law and administrative procedural legal relations. Concluded that you cannot mix administrative-tort legal relations, as a kind of material with tort and procedural legal relations. In turn, tort and procedural legal relations are an integral part of administrative and legal proceedings, and administrative delict production is an integral part of the administrative process. Sweet corn (Zea mays L.) belongs to the Gramineae family, var. rugosa (Bonof) convar. Saccharate (Sturt.) and can be distinguished from normal corn by presence of one or more mutant genes that affect carbohydrate metabolism in endosperm. Purpose of this research is to compare behavior of sweet corn hybrids created at SCDA Turda, but also foreign hybrids, in terms of quality elements and chemical composition, in conditions of Transylvania plateau, in two localities: Turda and Viişoara. As biological material following domestic sweet corn hybrids were chosen: ‘Prima’, ‘Estival’, ‘Deliciul verii’, ‘Dulcin’, ‘Delicios’, ‘Estival M’ and foreign hybrid ‘Jubilee’. These hybrids were also analyzed in terms of chemical composition. Weight of ‘Estival’ hybrid has the best behavior in both localities; as regards to cobs length, ‘Delicios’ hybrid has registered increases very significant positive, differences between plant height in the two localities confirm significant influence of environment on formation of this important typical qualitative characteristics, highest performances in terms of β-cryptoxanthin and zeaxanthin content, are recorded by ‘Jubilee’ in both localities, ‘Deliciul Verii’ hybrid records significant value for lutein content, also recording an important addition of carbohydrates in Turda, ‘Prima’ and ‘Estival’ hybrids recorded highest values of sucrose in both localities.

Modern industries require constant adaptation to new trends. Thus, they seek greater flexibility and agility to cope with disruptions, as well as to solve needs or meet the demand for growth. Therefore, smart industrial applications require a lot of flexibility to be able to react more quickly to continuous market changes, offer more personalized products, increase operational efficiency, and achieve optimum operating points that integrate the entire value chain of a process. This requires the capture of new data that are subsequently processed at different levels of the hierarchy of automation processes, with requirements and technologies according to each level. The result is a new challenge related to the addition of new functionalities in the processes and the interoperability between them. This paper proposes a distributed computational component-based framework that integrates communication, computation, and storage resources and real-time capabilities through container technology, microservices, and the publish/subscribe paradigm, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of industrial automation applications by bridging the gap between generic architectures and physical realizations. The main idea is to enable plug-and-play software components, from predefined components with their interrelationships, to achieve industrial applications without losing or degrading the robustness from previous developments. This paper presents the process of design and implementation with the proposed framework through the implementation of a complex pH control process, ranging from the simulation part to its scaling and implementation to an industrial level, showing the plug-and-play assembly from a definition of components with their relationships to the implementation process with the respective technologies involved. The effectiveness of the proposed framework was experimentally verified in a real production process, showing that the results scaled to an industrial scale comply with the simulated design process. A qualitative comparison with traditional industrial implementations, based on the implementation requirements, was carried out. The implementation was developed in the beverage production plant “Punta Delicia”, located in Colima, Mexico. Finally, the results showed that the platform provided a high-fidelity design, analysis, and testing environment for cyber information flow and their effect on the physical operation of the pH control.

El barrio Belén de Bogotá es el segundo más antiguo de la ciudad después de La Candelaria (Cortés, 1982). A él se accedía, entonces, cruzando el Río San Agustín que descendía de la cordillera por la actual calle séptima o presidencial, siendo lugar de habitación de obreros e indígenas al servicio de españoles y colonos. Belén hace parte de la localidad de La Candelaria, e igualmente, es un paréntesis en el corazón del corazón de Bogotá. Un paréntesis, sí, porque a pesar de la renovación urbana que se inició en 1980 con la Corporación La Candelaria, seguida por el Plan Centro y los Planes de Ordenamiento Territorial (POT), los habitantes de Belén conservan la esencia pueblerina que los caracteriza aun en el centro de la ciudad. A pocas cuadras de palacios, ministerios y batallones; del Palacio de Nariño y de San Carlos; del Ministerio de Hacienda y el de las Tecnologías; del Batallón de Infantería Número 37, o Guardia Presidencial. Es decir: a pesar del neoliberalismo que nació después de la II Guerra Mundial, hijo del capitalismo y su efecto expandido por el mundo, la gentrificación, que consiste en la restauración de los centros urbanos a favor del lucro, del comercio, de la adecuación residencial para la clase media expulsando del territorio a los pobres que alguna vez los habitaron; Belén hasta ahora conserva muy buena parte de su esencia. Allí, varias generaciones del mismo origen permanecen. Se conocen, se saludan, y en muchos casos son parientes entre sí. Conservan la esencia de personas sencillas y trabajadoras, en su mayoría con ganas de mantenerse habitando el territorio. No quieren irse a los extramuros de la ciudad. Por ende, es interés plausible difundir un empeño territorial, sin duda, afianzado en la conservación de juegos como la rana y el tejo, por ejemplo, que suman a expresiones artísticas ahora también viejas como la danza tradicional; todo, en busca de mermar la ambición de los constructores por degustar este bocatto di cardinale. Es decir, esta delicia particular que incluso han intentado sostener con la Marca Belén. La Marca: esa estrategia tantas veces usada, que nos remonta a Colombia es Pasión y ahora se actualiza con la Marca Colombia.

This work give results from analyses of variety, growing site, year and storage influence on the ascorbic acid content by selected vegetables: carrot (Daucus carota L.), parsley (Petroselinum crispum Nyman ex A. W. Hill), onion (Allium cepa L.), garlic (Allium sativum L.) and leek (Allium porrum L.). The evaluation carried on during the years 2004 to 2006.The variety influence on ascorbic acid was statistically significant by carrot, parsley root and also parsley leaves and by garlic. In carrots had late varieties Olympia and Tinga significant higher vitamin C content (more than over 60 %) compared to early to half-late varieties Delicia, Kráska, Stupická and Nerac F1. The growing site influence was significant only by parsley leaves and onion. The influence of the growing year was one of the most important factors, which influenced vitamin C contents in selected vegetables – except of carrot was this factor statistically significant by all sorts. Changes in vitamin C content in growing years were induced above all by different climatic conditions (temperatures and rainfall courses). Higher ascorbic acid content was by garlic in the year 2005, when lower temperatures during July were noted compared to year 2004. In parsley root and leaves, onion and leek was noted higher ascorbic acid content in year 2005, when average temperatures in August were as far as 2°C lower than in year 2004. In the case of leek could the increase of ascorbic acid in year 2005 result also from minimal rainfall during October in comparison with October 2004. By all storaged vegetables was noted statistically significant decrease of vitamin C after 30-days storage. The losses of vitamin C were highest in carrot (45 %), followed by parsley (25 %), garlic (24 %) and onion (22 %).Vitamin C content was the highest by parsley leaves (1692 mg . kg−1), parsley contained high vitamin C amounts also in root (515 mg . kg−1). Leek varieties contained 281 to 297 mg . kg−1 of vitamin C, garlic varieties 105 to 132 mg . kg−1, onion varieties 94 to 104 mg . kg−1 and carrot varieties 58 to 117 mg . kg−1 vitamin C.

Lately, genetic factor involvement in climate change response is of great importance. Addressing some issues regarding the behavior of agronomic characters of production in a set of hybrids may lead to recommendations on the choice of the most suitable hybrids for growing in Transylvanian Plateau. Thus, in 2016, we set up an experience in two locations of Cluj county, Turda and Viişoara, on the lower terrace of Arieş river. Biological material chosen for this study was represented by seven hybrids, of which six indigenous Prima, Estival, Estival M, Dulcin, Deliciul Verii (released by SCDA Turda), Delicios (INCDA Fundulea) and foreign hybrid Jubilee (produced by Syngenta). The earliest hybrids Prima and Estival, have the lowest average number of grains/row, with very significant differences compared to control (experience average). Estival, Estival M and Jubilee hybrids show the highest number of rows of grains/cobs, with very significant differences over the average.

OBLIGATIONES QUASI EX DELICTO . FROM THE RESEARCH ON THE SOURCES OF OBLIGATIONS IN THE ROMAN LAWSummary There is scarce literature on the sources of Roman obligatio. The opinions presented therein are very often contradictory, mostly because this issue was variously defined in the Roman law. On the one hand, Gaius in his Institutiones, which he wrote in the middle of the 2nd century AD, claimed that every obligation is derived from either ex contractu or ex delicto. Whereas on the other hand, Justinian’s Institutiones, constituting part of his codifications from the 6th century AD, divided the sources of obligations into four types, supplementing Gaius’ division with obligationes quasi ex contractu and quasi ex delicto (maleficio). The above issue is analysed in the first part of this article, where the attempts (made by Ulpian and Modestinus, as well as by the author of Res cottidianae) to supplement the classification of the sources of obligations proposed by Gaius are also presented. Gaius’ classification, which proved useful for the didactic goals, has become insufficient in the course of time.In the Gaian and Justinian tradition concerning the sources of obligations there are two elements which spark controversy. The first one is the meaning ascribed to the term contractus in Gaius’ Institutiones. Another questionable matter is quasi-de\ictsy since a range of various hypotheses exists in the doctrine of the Roman jurists concerning the criteria regarding this type of liability. This issue is discussed in the second part of the article. Analysing the above mentioned sources, the author comes to a conclusion that out of all theories set forth until now, the only valid one is the theory which assumes the so-called - in modern terminology (objective liability as a basis of quasi-delicts. He also notes that the question of the exact number of cases which could be included into this category still remains open, since different cases of the so-called objective liability existed and they are not called quasi-deX\cts in the sources.

El universo de estudio está conformado por la empresa Delicias del Norte que cuenta con un total de 20 trabajadores incluyendo el área administrativa. Dentro de las mejoras que se deben hacer en Delicias del Norte está el aprovechamiento de la capacidad productiva tomando en cuenta que posee todos los requisitos necesarios para aumentar su producción, en el proceso de comercialización se .propone mejorar el proceso de comercialización mediante una mayor inversión en el material publicitario.

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı; kesici delici alet yaralanmasına bağlı kafatası kemiklerinde kırık, beyin doku harabiyeti ve beyin kanaması nedeniyle meydana gelen ölüm olgusunu literatür bilgileri ışığında tartışmaktır. Bir otelde çıkan tartışma esnasında kesici delici aletle yüzünden yaralanan 32 yaşındaki erkek şahıs tedavi amacıyla hastaneye götürülür. Çekilen kraniyal tomografisinde sol maksillar sinüs ön ve yan duvarında, etmoid kemikte fraktür ve ventrikül içi kanama saptanır. Sevk edildiği üniversite hastanesinde bir gün sonra ölür. Otopsisinde sol göz altında burun sol tarafında oblik seyirli 3.5 cm uzunluğunda kesici delici alet yarası ile bu yaranın hemen altında 0.5 cm’lik kesik vasıflı yara tespit edilir. Kesici delici aletle beyin harabiyetine bağlı ölüm olgularına nadir de olsa rastlanmaktadır. Bu olgularda orijin tespiti önem kazanmaktadır. İyi bir olay yeri incelemesi, tanık ifadeleri ve ayrıntılı bir otopsi, orijin tespiti için önemlidir.

Kişilerarası şiddet ile ilişkili olarak kesici-delici alet yaraları halen dünyanın pek çok ülkesinde başlıca problemlerden biri olarak kabul edilmesine rağmen, Türkiye'de sıklığı henüz belirlenmemiştir. Bu çalışmamn amaçları; kesici-delici alet yaralanmaları ile ilişkili saldırıların, mağdur ve faillerin analizini yapmak; daha önce yayımlanmış veriler ile karşılaştırmak ve Türkiye için ııygun önlemleri tanımlamaktır ve bu amaçla 238 kesici-delici alet saldırısı olgusu, 2002 ve 2012 arasında Celal Bayar Üniversitesi Hastanesi Adli Tıp Polikliniği'nde değerlendirilmiştir. Mağdurların ve saldırganların çoğu erkekti (%94.5; %96.5)ve 20-39 yaş aralığında idi (%60.1; %67.3). Kesici-delici alet yaralarının büyük bölümü bıçak ve çakılar ile oluşturulmuştu (%81). Saldırılar çoğunlukla caddelerde (%40.3) ve halka açık alanlarda (%36.2) ve gece saatlerinde (%3 1.1 ) meydana gelmişti. Yaralanmaların çoğu yumuşak doku yaralanmaları (%73.8) idi ve genellikle intratorasik organlar ve/veya damarlar (%40.8) etkilenmişti. Mağdurların %37,4'ü yaşamsal tehl ikeye, %21 'i çeşitli sekellere manız kalmıştı. Suç önleme çabalan bağlamında, kesici-delici alet ile saldırılann gerçek çözümünde; eğitsel, sosyo-kültürel ve ekonomik çabaların yanı sıra; bıçak taşımaya karşı mevzuatın yürürlüğe konulması ve özellikle geceleri olmak üzere sokaklarda ve kamuya açık yerlerde polis denetimlerinin arttırılması önem taşımaktadır.Anahtar kelimeler: Şiddet, yaralar, bıçak, suç, adli tıp

Amaç: Bu çalışmada; Bursa’da kesici-delici alet yaralanması sonucu ölüm olgularında alkol ve psikoaktif maddelerin rolünün araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: 1996-2002 yılları arasında Bursa Adli Tıp Kurumu Morg İhtisas Dairesi’nde otopsisi yapılan 3575 adli olgudan kesici-delici alet yaralanmasına bağlı ölen 240 (%6,71) olgu retrospektif olarak incelenmiş, olgular yaş, cinsiyet, orijin, kanda alkol, kan, idrar, organ parçaları ve mide muhtevasında psikoaktif madde varlığı ve konsantrasyonu açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Toplam 240 olgunun 204’ü (%85) erkek, 36’sı (%15) kadmdn. Olguların 73’ünde kanında alkol saptanmış olup kan alkol konsantrasyonu %44 ile %280 mg arasında dağılmaktadn. Kanında alkol saptanan 73 olgunun 71’i (%97,26) erkek olup olgularm 28’i (%38,35) 30-39 yaş grubundadır. Olgularm Tinde idrarda, mide ve organ örneklerinde karbamazepin saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Bursa ve çevresinde, literatürlerini inceleyerek karşılaştırdığımız şehir ve ülkelere göre daha az olsa da alkol aliminin, kesici-delici alet yaralanmalarına bağlı ölümlerde rolü belirgin olarak göze çarpmakta ancak diğer psikoaktif maddelerin rolünün ise oldukça zayıf olduğu görülmüştür.Anahtar Kelimeler: Kesici delici alet yaralanması, ölüm, otopsi, alkol, psikoaktif madde.

Olgularımızın ilki 68 yaşında bir erkek olup, ekmek bıçağının keskin kenarı ile sol dirsek bölgesinde kemiğe nafiz derin keşi oluşturmuş, bu bölgedeki arter-ven-sinir-adaleleri total olarak keserek, brakial damarlardan meydana gelen dış kanama sonucunda ölmüştür, ikinci olgu ise, 23 yaşında bir kadın olup, göbek üst kısmında oluşturduğu biri batına nafiz, diğerleri yüzeyel olmak üzere, intihar orijinli dört adet kesici-delici alet yaralanmasına bağlı vena cava inferior keşişi sonucunda kaybedilmiştir. Abstract:

El presente proyecto consistió en el desarrollo de una investigación de mercado del producto crema de sábila de la empresa aromas y sabores del desierto, la cual se encarga de la elaboración artesanal y comercialización del producto bajo el contexto de una microempresa. La empresa necesita saber si el mercado es suficientemente atractivo para ampliar su producción. El objetivo de esta investigación fue medir la atractividad del mercado de las personas de piel delicada o seca, diabéticos y a quienes les gusta las cremas naturales, identificar los gustos y preferencias de los consumidores y definir los canales de distribución. La población objetivo fueron las amas de casa en ciudad Delicias, Chihuahua. Esta encuesta se llevó a cabo aplicando un cuestionario como instrumento de recopilación de datos, el cual consto de 21 preguntas, y se aplicaron cara a cara. El tamaño de la muestra fue de 170 amas de casa. Los principales resultados nos indican que el 90.59% usa crema, la demanda de crema es en un 42.94% para piel seca, 42.35% para la normal, 13.53% extraseca y el .59% tanto para piel diabética y como para la grasosa, el consumo es de una hasta 4 cremas mensuales, el tipo de envase que prefieren es el tarro chico (100 grs) y el mediano (200 grs), el grado de aceptación de la crema de sábila es bueno, por lo que se puede concluir que si existe un mercado potencial.

Kesici-delici alet ile intihar tüm intiharların % 2‘sini oluştururken, neredeyse Harakiriye eş değer olan batına yönelik kesici-delici aletlerle meydana gelen intihar oranı % 0,2’dir. Olgumuzu değerli kılan, şahsın Türk ırkına mensup olması ve Japon ırkına özgü olan nadir rastlanan harakiriye benzer bir intihar yöntemi seçmiş olmasıdır. 56 yaşında psikotik bozukluk tanılı erkek olgu, batına nafiz kesici-delici alet yaralanmalarına bağlı periton, ince bağırsak ve mezenter yaralanması sonucu kanama ve hipovolemik şok nedeniyle ölmüştür.

Abstract:

Giovanni Antonio Scopoli (1723–1788) was one of the most versatile naturalists in eighteenth-century Italy. In 1785, Scopoli conceived the ambitious publication, Deliciae florae et faunae insubricae. Appearing in instalments, this included descriptions and illustrations of plants, animals and minerals found in northern Italy. Unfortunately, Scopoli's sudden death halted publication of the Deliciae after its third instalment. Recently, a corpus of 98 paintings, in the gouache style, were discovered in the Biblioteca Universitaria of Pavia. These gouaches appear to be the basis for plates planned in future instalments of the Deliciae. Marginal notes in Scopoli's handwriting are included. Because Scopoli's plant and animal specimens have been destroyed or dispersed, these drawings are crucial for reconstructing his scientific opus. Combined with other documents, Scopoli's marginal notes also reveal his exacting standards. He criticized the way his artists had poorly rendered the scientific details of the paintings.

Abstract:

Thirteen parataxa of crinoid plates from two localities of the lower-middle Permian of the Las Delicias Formation are described. Both zones are situated in Sierra de las Delicias, to southwestern Coahuila state. The parataxa Pentagonopternix coahuilensis n. sp., Cyclocaudex typicus, C. insaturatus, C. cf. insaturatus, Cyclocaudex sp., Floricyclus diminuta n. sp., Floricyclus sp. Preptopremnum rugosum, P. laeve, Preptopremnum sp., Heterostelechus keithi, Cyclocaudiculus regularis and Epicrinus torreonense new genus and species were found in Las Difuntas locality of the middle Permian (Wordian–Capitanian) whereas Cyclocaudex typicus, C. sp., Preptopremnum laeve and Epicrinus torreonense were also found in Las Sardinas locality whose strata have been dated as early Permian (Kungurian-Roadian). The occurrence of all parataxa in strata from the middle Permian of the Las Delicias Formation allowed extending their stratigraphic range until the Wordian–Capitanian. Most species described have been associated to the Grandian Paleoprovince, nonetheless, the presence of Floricyclus and Pentagonopternix parataxa in the Permian of Coahuila proves the cosmopolitan nature of both genera.
