Abstract:
In various efforts to improve the economy of the Indonesian people, the role of MSME actors is considered very important to support and sustain people's lives. Many sectors have succeeded in encouraging the government to build structure and development in improving the Indonesian economy by providing employment and fully supporting MSME actors to further develop. The position of MSMEs itself is very undoubted because they managed to survive and become the driving force of the Indonesian economy during the crisis some time ago. Likewise, the influence of globalization can lead to very tight competition in export-import activities or international trade, so that economic growth and the welfare of some people can be achieved broadly and evenly. With the government's role in supporting the competitiveness strategy and development of MSMEs, new features are needed.

Abstract:
It is indeed that the youth activeness in online political participations by new medias are allowed and needs to be increased, but it doesn’t mean that they are allowed to ignore practical political participations in their real life. The youth, as a catalyzer of the nation, have the urgencies of balancing between their online and offline participation. We need to remember that Indonesia is not a country that exist merely in the web and not all of the nation’s problem can be digitalized. Unfortunately, the existence of the youth in the nation’s politics has degraded drastically since the 1998 reformation. Where were the young men who stood in the front line to defend their people and brought terror to the governmental regime in the early 2000s? It’s not an anecdote, but it is a serious problem of recent Indonesian youth, which is hard to tackle. Several things has become the reason of this phenomenon. First one, the new media offers ease to participate in politics. The lack of cost and efforts required has made the youth feel more comfortable to participate via these new medias so they started to ignore participating in offline politics. Second one, new medias cuts the distance between politicians and the society. At this point, the youth may think that the problems will be over by criticising in the comment section of the politicians’ social media accounts, or by writing in their social media timeline, while it actually doesn’t solve any problem. Third one, political-branding media accounts and news portals have appeard a lot more. They often incite useless debates and social media wars. It feels so contradictive seeing our youth comfortably argue in online forums when our fuels are no longer subsidized, our electrcity become more expensive, even while our national general assembly (DPR) is seriously entangled in the e-KTP mega-scandal. By using literature reasearch, the writers compared empirical data from several previous researches and deeply analyzed about the prominent problem. This reasearch results in a new innovation as an alternative solution we can apply by synergizing the role of the youth and the government, which is essential to help balancing the youth’s participations online and offline.

Abstract:
In order to achieve stable and sustainable economic growth, it is necessary to support solid macroeconomic and financial system stability. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are getting serious attention to the government and the community's disability. Indonesia is progressing from year to year which cannot be underestimated. However, Indonesia must be more persistent in improving quality in all sectors of the economy, increasing competitiveness by utilizing advances in information and communication technology that are increasingly advanced as they are today. Why do Indonesian MSMEs have the right to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people and national economic growth, especially in the face of the ASEAN free market? And how are possible strategy efforts to be implemented for the government and Indonesian MSME business people? This study aims to provide an explanation of the form of efforts to Increase the Competitiveness of MSMEs in Facing the ASEAN Economic Community. This study uses a descriptive analytical research method to provide a complete picture of the current power of MSMEs. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach through critical appraisal. The ability of MSMEs to face the flow of global competition does need to be further thought about in order to survive for the stability of the Indonesian economy.

Abstract:
Rock art is one of the oldest and most widespread traditions around the world. Rock art is part of essential data in studying the past because rock art has the potential to tell us something of the symbolic concerns of the people that created it. Rock art in Indonesia is a culture that has been ongoing since the early period of the wave of human migration in the Indonesian Archipelago for about tens of thousands of years until the arrival of the Austronesian speaker’s culture who opened the Neolithic period around thousands of years ago. Rock art in the Central Maluku Islands Region in particular, is generally recognized as characterized by the Austronesian Painting Tradition. This research reports new rock art findings at Tanjung Bintang Site, Pua Island, North Coast of Buano Island. This research applies qualitative and analytical methods in describing the object of rock art motifs based on a literature review related to references that refer to the study of rock art in Maluku. This research recognizes that the Tanjung Bintang Site is characterized by the Austronesian Painting Tradition. This study is the first record of the Tanjung Bintang Site rock art in the North Coast of Buano Island, Maluku.

Abstract:
Abstract Poverty is a global problem that is interconnected with other social problems. Most developing countries in the world certainly experience this and are trying to find solutions to alleviate poverty, as is the case in the province of Central Java, Indonesia. Poverty in Central Java has fluctuated over the last five years. Specifically, according to data from the Central Statistics Agency, the number of poor people in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 is 3,897.20 thousand, 3,743.23 thousand, 3,980.90 thousand, 4,109.75 thousand, and 3,831.44 thousand people. A review of the rise and fall of poverty in the coming years is very important. To fight poverty effectively, not only understanding the causes of poverty but also predicting poverty is essential. The aim of this research is to predict the poverty line, number of poor people, and percentage of poor people in Central Java. This research proposes a hybrid forecasting model to estimate changes in poverty in Central Java. Here we integrate Holt-Winter's triple exponential smoothing statistical technique into fuzzy time series with a rate of change algorithm approach. The prediction error test results using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error method are very small, namely: the poverty line is 0.003%, the number of poor people is 0.005%, and the percentage of poor people is 0.004%. It is believed that the findings of this research will assist policymakers in developing effective strategies to combat poverty. This knowledge can be the basis for resource allocation decisions for local and central governments and policymakers.
