Abstract:
With the development of the Internet platform, the traditional economic model has been gradually abandoned by the times due to its unilateral sex transactions and underdeveloped information dissemination characteristics. A new economic model was born with the development of the information age. The network economic platform is a new productivity organization platform and a pillar industry for the development of the new economy. Taking advantage of the wide spread of the Internet and the participation of individuals or organizations, network economic platforms play an important role in promoting multi-platform economic growth and mass innovation. However, with the development of the network platform economy, the network platform appears saturated. The growth trend of the online platform economy is not as good as before, and online platforms are mainly monopolized by several major online platforms, so it is difficult for small businesses or companies to have high economic returns. In the face of these shortcomings of the network platform, it is necessary to analyze the economic status of the network platform through big data and develop new development strategies. Faced with these defects of the network platform, it analyzes the economic status of the network platform through big data and develops new development strategies to make the network economy grow effectively. This paper draws conclusions by analyzing the economic growth ability, real-time resource allocation ability, customer mining ability, and flexible price adjustment ability of the network platform through technologies such as big data. The network platform for big data analysis has an average efficiency of 93.8% in allocating resources in real time. It is also far superior to traditional network platforms in mining customers and flexibly adjusting prices. The growth economy of online platforms under big data analysis is 65.7 times than that of traditional platforms. To this end, a new strategy is needed: vigorously adjusting the resource allocation of the network platform and in-depth mining of platform information can effectively grow the platform economy.

Abstract:
The analysis of strategic potential for development strategy aimed at the effective use of synthesized capital is fundamental to solving the urgent problems of increasing the well-being of the population and promoting economic growth. Given the analysis of existing approaches on the principles of consistency and complicity, a system of indicators was developed to assess the components of the region’s strategic potential: investment capital, innovation capital, infrastructural capital, entrepreneurial capital, ecological capital has been developed. The author proposed groups of indicators of human capital, intellectual capital and social capital of the synthesized capital that directly affect the identification of territorial capabilities and allow to create an effective development strategy. Using these indicators, it is possible to carry out component-wise and overall assessment of strategic potential in the effective use of synthesized capital of the region. The author’s methodology of strategic potential analysis is proposed, which can be used to assess the strategic potential of the region and to determine the effectiveness of using the resource support of socio-economic system. Region’s strategic component objective assessment presupposes evaluation in dynamics and under the conditions of capacity buildup. Region’s strategic potential development is based on the dynamic evaluation of strategic potential. For the justification of forecast data for groups of indicators of strategic potential for future periods it is possible to use modern software products that allow using methods of econometric analysis to process statistics and predict them based on given sample.

Abstract:
Indian metro system is comprised of many functional units for enabling smooth run of trains namely tracks, rolling stock, signaling and communication, operations and control center, projects, and design. Among those functional units, Rolling Stock (RS) is an integral part of any rapid transit system and also the most critical space if proper maintenance measures are neglected. The rolling stock department comprises interdisciplinary teams working together to ensure efficient delivery of trains on a service run. The trainsets of Metro Rail Networks are often subjected to both periodic and corrective maintenance based on service requirements. The maintenance schedule of the trainsets is monitored through a wireless communication mode. The train operator is responsible for alerting the nodal person regarding subsequent correspondence in the event of any emergency maintenance necessity. Therefore, this paper concentrates on the development of an IoT-based automatized maintenance prioritizing platform based on the incorrect operational sequence number that pops up in the operator’s cabin. A mathematical model is synchronized with the alert triggering signal from the field to categorize hierarchical decision-making on preventative and corrective maintenance. Simultaneously, a Genetic Algorithm is implemented to analyze the adopted combinations of maintenance say M1, M2, and M3 to identify the model that produced precise results. The test results reveal that the M3 model, which includes both corrective and preventative maintenance exhibits higher efficiency with a probability of 0.92%–0.98%. In addition, the combined maintenance prioritization system M3 offers the quickest analyzing time in the cloud computing platform (0.18 s) and the highest transaction performance on real-time datasets.

Abstract:
Abstract The availability of open data has increased dramatically, partly in reaction to several types of government agencies publishing their raw data. Access to and use of open data is not only essential for the development of public policy and delivery of various services, but it is also of eminent value for private (and often economic) purposes. To meet these demands, the availability of open data has increased dramatically both domestically and EU-wide. Nevertheless, it is still access to and use of personal data which is usually in the spotlight of public—and also legal—debates. Contributing to fill this gap, this paper analyses the significance of open data and the resulting challenges imposed by the widespread lack of specific open data policies. The paper also provides an overview of the existing systems used in Estonian governance to ensure access to open information, but also highlights the shortcomings, before it finally makes proposals on how to improve open data disclosure practices in Estonia.

Abstract:
A common dilemma facing administrators and staff developers is how to design and deliver professional development activities that produce an impact in terms of capacity building, teacher learning and development, and student outcomes. The challenges this presents are even more marked in rural areas, where school systems must also contend with additional barriers when attempting to implement strategic changes. To encourage the development of productive professional development, many studies are beginning to indicate the importance of making evaluation central to the design of professional development. This article presents a mnemonic strategy—DATA DRIVES Change—to guide the design, development and evaluation of professional development in rural settings. In addition, the article provides a practical application of the strategy to an ongoing rural professional development project.

Abstract:
In pharmaceuticals, raw data management is a tedious process that comprises of obtaining the data, affirming the validity, and preserving the required data to make certain of the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the one who is using the data. Raw data management makes processing, validation, and other essential functions simpler and less time intensive. It provides actual information, i.e., the information which has not undergone any processing either manually or through an automated system. Raw data are managed by looking into integrity issues, such as document falsification, failure to provide adequate controls, and taking appropriate measures for its prevention. Also, access to the computer system should be restricted to authorized personnel only. There should be shared just-read client accounts that will stop the sharing of important data to personnel other than the authorized one. Prevention and management include training, good documentation practice, self-inspection, management strategy, and global corrective and preventive actions. Also, a good moral practice should be taught to the employees who are into documentation work.

ABSTRACT The 2012 Hurricane Isaac pollution response necessitated identifying, tracking, mitigating, and removing over a thousand potential oil and hazmat containers that were a threat to the public and the environment. A variety of data management challenges arose during the response. Some were related to the difficulties of managing such large volumes of data, and some related to changes in funding to support operations during the course of the response. The Natural Disaster Subcommittee of the New Orleans and Morgan City Area Committees, drawing from data management lessons learned during the Isaac response, drafted a Natural Disaster Response Plan (NDRP) that incorporates a unified strategy for collecting, managing, and disseminating field data during natural disaster responses. The NDRP introduces unique structures to pollution response and is built on a comprehensive and coordinated data management strategy.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to formulate a knowledge management strategy model that aligns with the organisational growth stage and the characteristics of the business processes at every growth stage. The difference in characteristics at each growth stage has an impact on the characteristics of business processes, such as decision making and the period of process execution. Design/methodology/approach This research focussed on three fashion companies in Indonesia, and data were collected using a historical case-study method. Data collection was performed through in-depth interviews with the business owners, directors and managers, by direct observation, and through the collection of secondary data from the companies’ documents. Findings Through this research, a knowledge management strategy based on organisational growth stages was produced. It was found that when an organisation is at the entrepreneurial stage, the knowledge management strategy focussed on humans with tacit knowledge as well as explicit knowledge. At the growth stage, a transformation of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, especially at the individual level, is required, whereas at the expansion stage, the focus of the knowledge management strategy is on a system usage at the organisation level. Research limitations/implications Research using the case studies method has a limitation in the generalisation of the model. The knowledge management strategy generated in this study is unique to the fashion industry, where if the research were performed in other industries, there is a possibility for different results. Moreover, the characteristics of the business processes that are examined in this study are limited to the period of implementation and level of interaction. Other more detailed dimensions such as task variety and task analysability can be used to obtain more detailed characteristics of business processes. Practical implications Using the knowledge management strategies model formulated at every growth stage, the company owner can specify a knowledge management strategy that suits the organisation’s goal. Also, the results of this research can provide information on the priority for developing a knowledge management system aligned with the company’s growth. Originality/value The knowledge management strategy formulation from the organisational development point of view has not been investigated previously. In fact, the needs of the organisation, along with its growth, will change. Therefore, this research provides a new perspective which is more dynamic and can be integrated into formulating the knowledge management strategy.
