Abstract:

This survey was conducted to investigate the species, area, water depth and density of seagrass to the south east coast using field survey (SCUBA diving) and drone aerial photography. The occurrence seagrass in this survey were 6 station of Geoje (Yegu, Gujora, Dadae, Dapo, Geunpo, and Daepo) and 5 station of Tongyeong (Chuwon, Bongam, Changgwa, Yeomho, and Chukpo), and Zostera marina, Zostera caespitosa, and Halophila nipponica were investigated. Habitat area was the largest at 20,788 m2 in the Dadae and the smallest area was 51 m2 in the Chukop. Density was highest at 182.4 shoots/m2 in Geunpo and lowest at 89.6 shoots/m2 in Yeomho. Most of the water depths were around 3 m, but in Bongam, it was found that even at 7 m depth, the form of the Zostera marina was grassland and the Zostera caespitosa was distributed in the form of a patch. Compared with the previous studies, the area was increased or decreased depending on the survey region, but the occurrence species did not find Zostera caulescens, Zostera japonica, Phyllospadix iwatensis.

Abstract:

This paper projects Drag & Aversion Particle Swarm Optimization (DAPSO) algorithm is applied to solve optimal reactive power problem. In DAPSO the idea of decreasing and increasing diversity operators used to control the population into the basic Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) model. The modified model uses a diversity measure to have the algorithm alternate between exploring and exploiting behavior. The results show that both Drag & Aversion Particle Swarm Optimization (DAPSO) prevents premature convergence to enhanced level but still keeps a rapid convergence. Proposed Drag & Aversion Particle Swarm Optimization (DAPSO) has been tested in standard IEEE 118 & practical 191 bus test systems. Real power loss has been considerably reduced and voltage profiles are within the limits.

Abstract:

Dialdehyde phenylhydrazine starch (DASPH) was synthesized by reacting dialdehyde starch (DAS) with phenylhydrazine (PH) and it was characterized by Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques. FT-IR of DASPH revealed the incorporation of the Schiff Base group (C = N) group and the disappearance of the C = O (carbonyl) group. The adsorption behaviors of transition metal ions (Cd2+, Zn2+, Pb2+ and Cu2+) were investigated as a function of pH and adsorption time. The results indicated that pH 5.0 and 120 min were the optimal conditions. Experimental results revealed that the maximum adsorption capacity of DASPH for the four transition metal ions was as follows: Cd2+ (4.9 mmol/g) > Zn2+ (3.3 mmol/g) >Pb2+ (1.7 mmol/g) >Cu2+ (0.83 mmol/g). In addition, the regeneration method of DASPH was also studied.

Abstract:

BUMDes Karang Dapo belonging to Karang Dapo Village is a business entity engaged in one business unit, namely renting tents and chairs. This BUMDes was established in 2017, classified as a young BUMDes. This is the background of this research whether BUMDes Karang Dapo has a big role for the economy of Karang Dapo village which has just been established and only has one business unit. This research is descriptive in nature which aims to describe, summarize various conditions, situations or variables that arise in the community that is the object of the research. The data collection technique used in this study used primary data in the form of observations and data sources, as well as secondary data in the form of interviews and documentation observations. The results of the study show that the management of BUMDes Karang Dapo has also not run well and its management has not achieved the objectives of implementing BUMDes, only as a complement. The main inhibiting factors are the lack of community participation, the lack of support from the district government and the private sector, as well as the absence of cooperation with third parties so that BUMDes Karang Dapo does not yet have any role as an economic driver for Karang Dapo Village.

Abstract:

OBJETIVO: Describir y comparar el estado nutricional y el estado de salud en dos grupos de adultos mayores de diferentes condiciones de vida, residentes en la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina. MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS: Estudio transversal, llevado a cabo en dos grupos: adultos mayores concurrentes a Comedores Sociales de la Provincia de Córdoba CSPC; n=308 y adultos mayores afiliados a la obra social universitaria Dirección de Asistencia Social del Personal Universitario DASPU; n=134. Se determinaron parámetros antropométricos: índice de masa corporal IMC, circunferencia de cintura CC e índice cintura cadera ICC. Para la determinación del estado de salud se utilizaron indicadores subjetivos autopercepción de salud, autoinforme de enfermedades crónicas, obtenidos a través de encuesta. Para la corroboración de hipótesis se utilizó Test de X2, cálculo de Odds Ratio OR, y Prueba T. RESULTADOS: En hombres, se observó mayor sobrepeso y obesidad en el grupo DASPU; mientras que en las mujeres no se encontraron mayores diferencias entre ambas instituciones, salvo un promedio menor de IMC en el grupo DASPU. En relación a los indicadores del estado de salud, se observó en ambos sexos, una mejor percepción de la salud en el grupo DASPU, mayor prevalencia de diabetes en hombres del grupo CSPC, hipertensión en mujeres de CSPC y tumor maligno en hombres del grupo DASPU. CONCLUSIONES: Se observa que las condiciones sociales de vida influyen en el estado nutricional y de salud de los adultos mayores, en especial en hombres. Esto implica riesgos diferentes para ambos grupos.

Abstract:

Abstract In order to perform automated calculations of defect and dopant properties in semiconductors and insulators, we developed a software package, the Defect and Dopant ab-initio Simulation Package (DASP), which is composed of four modules for calculating: (i) elemental chemical potentials, (ii) defect (dopant) formation energies and charge-state transition levels, (iii) defect and carrier densities and (iv) carrier dynamics properties of high-density defects. DASP uses the materials genome database for quick determination of competing secondary phases when calculating the elemental chemical potential that stabilizes compound semiconductors. DASP calls the ab-initio software to perform the total energy, structural relaxation and electronic structure calculations of the defect supercells with different charge states, based on which the defect formation energies and charge-state transition levels are calculated. Then DASP can calculate the equilibrium densities of defects and electron and hole carriers as well as the Fermi level in semiconductors under different chemical potential conditions and growth/working temperature. For high-density defects, DASP can calculate the carrier dynamics properties such as the photoluminescence (PL) spectrum and carrier capture cross sections which can interpret the deep level transient spectroscopy (DLTS). Here we will show three application examples of DASP in studying the undoped GaN, C-doped GaN and quasi-one-dimensional SbSeI.

Abstract:

A novel P/N/Si-containing flame retardant (marked as DASO) was synthesized through an Atherton–Todd reaction between 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phospha-phenanthrene-10-oxide and aminophenyl silicone oil, and further used for reducing fire hazards of polycarbonate (PC). The chemical structure of DASO was verified via FTIR, 1H, and 31P NMR. Upon the incorporation of 2 wt% DASO, the FRPC composite achieved a high limiting oxygen index (LOI) of 32.2% and a desired UL-94 V-0 rating. In this case, the peak heat release rate (PHRR) and total smoke production (TSP) were reduced by 26% and 44% as compared with the pure PC, respectively. The improved fire safety contributed to the flame retardant roles of DASO in both the condensed phase and gas phase. The presence of DASO promoted the formation of dense and highly graphited char layer in the condensed phase, and released non-combustible gases and phosphorus-containing radicals in the gas phase. Furthermore, the FRPC composites displayed comparable elongation at break but a slightly reduced tensile and impact strength.

Abstract:

The enzyme driven changes in plant cell wall structure during fruit ripening result in debranching, depolymerization and solubilization of pectin polysaccharides, which has an effect in terms of the postharvest quality losses in fruit. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) has revealed that diluted alkali soluble pectins (DASP) from fruit and vegetables have an interesting tendency to self-assemble into regular structures. However, the mechanism is not yet fully understood. The current study is aimed at investigating the role of neutral sugars, namely galactose, rhamnose and arabinose in the formation of the branched structure of DASP. β-galactosidase, α-l-rhamnosidase and α-l-arabinofuranosidase enzymes were used for the treatment of DASP extracted from Golden Delicious apple flesh (Malus domestica cv. Golden Delicious). The effects of the selective degradation of pectic polysaccharides after 15, 30, 60, 90 and 120 min of incubation were observed using AFM. The α-l-rhamnosidase enzyme activity on pectin extracted with Na2CO3 did not cause any visible or measurable degradation of the molecular structure. The moderate effects of β-galactosidase enzymatic treatment suggested the possible role of galactose in the branching of DASP molecules deposited on mica. Data obtained for α-l-arabinofuranosidase indicated the crucial role of arabinose in the formation and preservation of the highly branched structure of the DASP fraction.

Abstract:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan penderita Hipertensi dalam menjalani pengobatan di Puskesmas Karang Dapo Kabupaten Muratara.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini secara survey analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien hipertensi yang berobat di Poli Umum Puskesmas Karang Dapo Musi Rawas Utara. Populasi yang ada sebanyak 570 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan accidental sampling sebanyak 38 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data tentang jenis kelamin, status pekerjaan, lama menderita hipertensi dan kepatuhan penderita hipertensi menjalani pengobatan. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat dengan Uji Chi-Square.Hasil penelitian didapatkan: (1) terdapat 11 orang (28,9%) dengan kepatuhan rendah, 13 orang (34,2%) dengan kepatuhan sedang dan 14 orang (36,8%) dengan kepatuhan tinggi; (2) terdapat 14 orang (36,8%) laki-laki dan 24 orang (63,2%) perempuan; (3) terdapat 17 orang (44,7%) bekerja dan 21 orang (55,3%) tidak bekerja; (4) terdapat 15 orang (39,5%) lama menderita hipertensi > 5 tahun dan 23 orang (60,5%)lama menderita hipertensi ≤ 5 tahun; (5) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin dengan kepatuhan penderita hipertensi menjalani pengobatan di Puskesmas Karang Dapo Kabupaten Muratara, dengan kategori hubungan sedang; (6) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status pekerjaan dengan kepatuhan penderita hipertensi menjalani pengobatan di Puskesmas Karang Dapo Kabupaten Muratara, dengan kategori hubungan sedang; (7) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lama menderita hipertensi dengan kepatuhan penderita hipertensi menjalani pengobatan di Puskesmas Karang Dapo Kabupaten Muratara, dengan kategori hubungan sedang.

Di UPT-BP Karang Dapo dari 9 Penyuluh pertanian telah dilakukan evaluasi kinerja dengan menggunakan 12 kriteria yang berasal dari permentan no 91 tahun 2013. Penilaian kinerja dilakukan ddengan cara menentukan alternatif dan kriteria yang akan digunakan dengan metode MOORA, metode moora dipilih dikarenakan metode ini dapat menyaring alternatif terbaik dikarenakan moora mampu menentukan tujuan berdasarkan kriteria yang bertentangan. Donelaičio Metų ir Skandinavijos poezijos sąsajas. Būtų sunku įrodyti ryšius su lietuvių poeto amžininkais, tačiau galima įžvelgti ryškių netiesioginių analogijų su tam tikrais kūriniais, ypač su XVII a. Norvegijos literatūros pavyzdžiais, tai yra iki K. Donelaičio laikmečio sukurtais kūriniais. Ryškiausias pavyzdys – Petterio Dasso epinė poema Šiaurės trimitas (Nordlands Trompet) (1678–1696, išleistas po autoriaus mirties 1739 m.).Kaip ir K. Donelaitis, P. Dassas (1647–1707) buvo liuteronų pastorius, kūręs ir baroko himnus, ir topografinę poeziją. P. Dasso poetinė duoklė gimtajam Arktandrijos regionui – svarbiausias Norvegijos literatūros kūrinys, sukurtas iki romantizmo laikų. Daugeliu atžvilgiu šį kūrinį galima sulyginti su K. Donelaičio Metais: abi poemos žymi šiuolaikinės literatūros pradžią Norvegijoje ir Lietuvoje. K. Donelaitis kūrė savo gimtąja kalba, P. Dassas – danų kalba.P. Dasso gyvenamuoju laikotarpiu Danija ir Norvegija buvo vieninga valstybė, kurioje danų kalba buvo bendra rašytinė kalba. Vis dėlto nuo XVII a. pabaigos vis daugiau autorių įtraukdavo norvegų kalbos elementus į danų kalbą. Būtent P. Dassas ir laikomas šio proceso pradininku. Sukūręs epinę poemą Šiaurės trimitas, jis įrodė – kaip ir K. Donelaitis – literatūrinį savo gimtosios kalbos potencialą ir nutiesė kelią nacionalinei literatūrai ateities kartoms.Verta atkreipti dėmesį ir į gausias Šiaurės trimito ir Metų paraleles perteikiant kūrinio nuotaiką ir išsakant leitmotyvus, kurie kuriami vadovaujantis bendru estetiniu skoniu ir panašiomis literatūros priemonėmis.Šiaurės trimitas yra rimuota topografinė panegirika, sueiliuota anapesto metru. Poemoje aprašomas kasdienis gyvenimas, gamtinės ir prekybinės Arktikos regionų sąlygos. Joje pateikiamas teminis vietovės, astronominių ir meteorologinių sąlygų aprašymas, fiksuojamos paukščių, žuvų ir banginių gyvenimo akimirkos, aprašomas žemės ūkis, turgavietės ir etniniai-kultūriniai ypatumai, tai yra gyvenimo tarp samių (ar lapių) būdas ir papročiai.Kaip ir K. Donelaitis, P. Dassas aprašo žmones ir vietoves, įvairius kasdienius reikalus ir papročius, derindamas pamaldumą su humoru. Ši pasakojimo ypatybė būdinga abiem aptariamiems poetams. Pagrindinė tema P. Dasso poemoje – sezoninė veikla, ypač susijusi su žvejyba ir prekyba, o K. Donelaitis didžiausią dėmesį skiria žemės ūkio darbams. Kaip ir K. Donelaičio Metuose, P. Dasso Šiaurės trimite vaizduojamos įdomios švenčių ir iškilmių akimirkos – šiuose kūriniuose esama burleskiškų vestuvių ceremonijų aprašymų.Abiejose poemose itin daug dėmesio skiriama paukščiams. Lietuvoje avasario pasiuntiniais laikomi gandrai ir lakštingalos. Šiaurės Norvegijoje šie paukščiai nežinomi, todėl ir neaprašyti P. Dasso poemoje, bet čia randame Arktikos jūrų paukščius pufinus ir gagas. Pabrėžiama šių paukščių mėsos, kiaušinių ir plunksnų svarba kaip ištisus šimtmečius gyvavęs pragyvenimo šaltinis.Ir Metai, ir Šiaurės trimitas laikomi svariu indėliu į Europos literatūrą. Abiejose poemose galima įžvelgti panašumų aprašant gamtą, gyvenimo sąlygas ir kultūrą. Nepaisant reikšmingų gyvenimo būdo ir geografinių sąlygų skirtumų (Baltijos regione vyrauja laukai ir miškai, o Arktikos regiono pakrantes skalauja jūros), šias poemas vienija daug panašumų.

Abstract. Data assimilation has become a popular method to integrate observations from multiple sources with land surface models to improve predictions of the water and energy cycles of the soil-vegetation-atmosphere continuum. Multivariate data assimilation refers to the simultaneous assimilation of observation data from multiple model state variables into a simulation model. In recent years, several land data assimilation systems have been developed in different research agencies. Because of the software availability or adaptability, these systems are not easy to apply for the purpose of multivariate land data assimilation research. We developed an open source multivariate land data assimilation framework (DasPy) which is implemented using the Python script language mixed with the C++ and Fortran programming languages. LETKF (Local Ensemble Transform Kalman Filter) is implemented as the main data assimilation algorithm, and uncertainties in the data assimilation can be introduced by perturbed atmospheric forcing data, and represented by perturbed soil and vegetation parameters and model initial conditions. The Community Land Model (CLM) was integrated as the model operator. The implementation allows also parameter estimation (soil properties and/or leaf area index) on the basis of the joint state and parameter estimation approach. The Community Microwave Emission Modelling platform (CMEM), COsmic-ray Soil Moisture Interaction Code (COSMIC) and the Two-Source Formulation (TSF) were integrated as observation operators for the assimilation of L-band passive microwave, cosmic-ray soil moisture probe and land surface temperature measurements, respectively. DasPy has been evaluated in several assimilation studies of neutron count intensity (soil moisture), L-band brightness temperature and land surface temperature. DasPy is parallelized using the hybrid Message Passing Interface and Open Multi-Processing techniques. All the input and output data flows are organized efficiently using the commonly used NetCDF file format. Online 1-D and 2-D visualization of data assimilation results is also implemented to facilitate the post simulation analysis. In summary, DasPy is a ready to use open source parallel multivariate land data assimilation framework.

The result of this research shows that PBI SEBI 14/27/DASP/2012 has significant impact on revenue growth of credit cards and a decrease in the credit card NPL by a group of banks, and the growth of credit cards at PT Bank Bukopin has a significant influence on the growth of cards credit Quantity, the credit card NPL and Annual Fee credit card.

This research was carried out in class VIII Karang Dapo state Junior High School in academic year 2016/2017. This study was conducted in 5 (five) meetings, including 3 (three) learning meetings, 1 (one) pretest and 1 (one) posttest. 103 students as the members of 4 groups of eighth grade randomly selected to have equal opportunities to be the sample. Based on the results of data analysis with a significant level of α = 0.05 it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of SAVI learning model on the mathematic communication skills of eighth grade students of Karang Dapo State Junior High School in Academic Year in 2016/2017.The average score of students' mathematic communication skills in the experimental class was 25.64 and the control class was 17.02. Abstract:

In order to broaden the study of energetic cations, a cation 3,5-diamino-4H-pyrazol-4-one oxime (DAPO) with good thermal stability was proposed, and its three salts were synthesized by a simple and efficient method. The structures of the three salts were verified by infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The thermal stabilities of the three salts were verified by differential scanning calorimetry and thermos-gravimetric analysis. DAPO-based energetic salts are analysed using a variety of theoretical techniques, such as 2D fingerprint, Hirshfeld surface, and non-covalent interaction. Among them, the energy properties of perchlorate (DAPOP) and picrate (DAPOT) were determined by EXPLO5 program combined with the measured density and enthalpy of formation. These compounds have high density, acceptable detonation performance, good thermal stability, and satisfactory sensitivity. The intermolecular interactions of the four compounds were studied by Hirshfeld surface and non-covalent interactions, indicating that hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions are the reasons for the extracellular properties of perchlorate (DAPOP) and picrate (DAPOT), indicating that DAPO is an optional nitrogen-rich cation for the design and synthesis of novel energetic materials with excellent properties.

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan ibu hamil multipara TM III Di Puskesmas Karang Dapo Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara 03 Juli-17 Juli tahun 2020 sebanyak 31 orang yang diambil secara total sampling,. Pengumpulan data yaitu data primer. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) dari 31 responden terdapat 15 responden tidak sesuai jadwal dan 16 responden sesuai jadwal: (2) Dari 31 responden terdapat 14 tidak mendapatkan informasi dan 17 responden; (3) ada hubungan antara sumber informasi dengan pemberian imunisasi TT pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Karang Dapo Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, dengan kategori hubungan kuat, artinya faktor sumber informasi merupakan faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan kelengkapan imunisasi TT pada ibu hamil TM III, akan tetapi masih terdapat faktor lain seperti, usia, pekerjaan, pendidikan dan paritas. Diharapkan puskesmas dapat menjadika sarana penambahan informasi dan melakukan kegiatan aktif penyuluhan kesehatan yang berhubungan dengan program imunisasi khususnya pemberian imunisasi TT sehingga menjadi prioritas dalam program kerja pihak peskesmas dalam pemberian imunisasi TT.

Abstract:

The main objective of this paper is to evaluate the water quality based on diatom indices in the study area of the Danube-Tisa-Danube (DTD) canal system. We used four diatom indices: Watanabe?s index (DAIpo), biological diatom index (BDI or IBD), the trophic diatom index (TDI) and index of pollution sensitivity (IPS). Benthic samples were collected in the spring and autumn 2002 and 2003 from nine sampling sites. The standard method with concentrated sulfuric acid was used for treatment of the algological samples [Krammer and Lange-Bertalot 1986] and then permanent slides of diatoms were made. The abundance was estimated by counting 400 valves of each taxa present on slide [Round 1991, 1993]. Investigation of the DTD canal system resulted in description of 145 diatom taxa. Based on the indicator values of identified taxa we calculated four diatom indices (DAIpo, BDI, TDI and IPS) and estimated water quality in the study area of the DTD canal system.

Abstract Study of hormonal regulation of fruit development requires quantitative measurement of reproductive tissues at different developmental stages. This study reports the application of ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) for the measurement of free indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), dihydrozeatin riboside (DHZR) and abscisic acid (ABA) in ovules of peanut (Arachis hypogaea L., cv. NC 6). IAA levels in apical and basal ovules gradually increased with aerial peg elongation from 4 to 10 d after pollination (DAP), but decreased when peg elongation ceased by 14 DAP. Higher DHZR levels were observed in aerial ovules at 10 DAP, and the ABA level was highest at 1 DAP. Aerial apical ovules contained higher IAA and DHZR levels than basal ovules. At day 1 after soil penetration (DASP), IAA and ABA levels in both ovules decreased, whereas DHZR levels increased. Peg tip swelling and ovary enlargement at 5 DASP were accompanied by increased levels of all three hormones. The highest levels of the hormones were observed in both ovules at 7 DASP, i.e., when embryos were at the globular stage and ovaries were rapidly enlarging to form pods. Basal ovules also had higher hormonal levels than apical ovules after soil penetration. Progressive changes in hormone levels during peanut ovule and embryo development suggest a physiological relationship between the two events.

Abstract:

Se analizan las diferencias en las puntuaciones total y factoriales de la versión española del Purpose-In-Life Test [PIL] (Crumbaugh & Maholic, 1969; Noblejas de la Flor, 1994) asocia-das al sexo, en un grupo de 309 estudiantes universitarios (207 mujeres y 102 hombres) de edades comprendidas entre 18 y 45 años (M = 21.4; DT = 3.254). El PIL evalúa logro de sen-tido de la vida vs. vacío existencial (Frankl, 1994). Las mujeres obtienen puntuaciones medias superiores a los hombres, tanto en la puntuación total del PIL como en sus diferentes factores. El análisis estadístico (t de Student) muestra que el sexo da lugar a diferencias estadísticamen-te significativas en la puntuación total (t = 2.272; p = .024) y de los factores «Percepción de sentido» (t = 2.065; p = .040) y «Metas y tareas» (t = 3.385; p = .001) del PIL.
