Abstract:
Spring wheat is main crop of Mongolia and sown more 90% of agricultural planting area. Total wheat production of Mongolia are increasing gradually, but out of strong and valuable wheat for bread and flour production. Main case of providing sustainable wheat production are develop and widely cultivate strong and valuable wheat varieties resistant to abiotic stresses, with high yield and good quality. Spring wheat varieties by HMW-GS loci were similar, but variety Darkhan-166 /Arvin/ was more than others varieties. Wheat varieties Darkhan-144, KP-547-12, Darkhan-131, Darkhan-144 and KP-561-12 have a high 1000 grain weight (41.5-44.8 g). Spring wheat varieties KP-547-12, Darkhan-131 and KP-561-12 have a high dry gluten content (13.1-14.2%). Water absorption of spring wheat varieties were 61-62% and by this parameters Darkhan-131, Darkhan-166 and KP-547-12 varieties were a high. Dough development time of wheat varieties were 8-13 мин and Darkhan-131, Darkhan-166, Darkhan-172 and KP-547-12 varieties have a high flour power. Wheat varieties Darkhan-131 and KP-547-12 have a high dough energy (828.8-857.2 g.mm).

Abstract:
The identification of cereal and horticultural varieties are important for registration and agricultural systems. The traditional way to variety identification is the recording of morphological characters using descriptors. But molecular markers may serve as a modern and suitable approach to variety identification such as ISSR. The objective of the study was to identify the 17 ISSR primers, 801~849, for varietal identification of six wheat varieties, Darkhan-34, Darkhan-166 (Arvin), Darkhan-131, Darkhan-144, Khalkhgol-1 and Tsogt. As a result of ISSR marker observation on varieties, Arvin can be identified with 817, Khalkhgol-1 with 817 and 827, Tsogt with 822, Darkhan-34 with 830, Darkhan-131 with 830 and 848 and Darkhan-144 with 827, 830 and 848 primers. Among the surveyed ISSR primers, five can be used as variety-specific primers, 817, 827, 822, 830 and 848.

Abstract:
The main vital cereal crop in Mongolia is wheat (Triticum spp .). There are more than 10000 wheat varieties are released and registered in the world wheat atlas up to the date. Internationally, wheat varieties are identified by their genotypes. However, local wheat varieties are being identified only by its phenotypic traits in Mongolia. Not significant study was carried out on wheat varietal identification. In this study, we aim to differentiate widely planting 6 local wheat varieties Darkhan-34, Darkhan-131, Darkhan-144, Darkhan-166, Tsogt and Khalkh-gol-1 using PCR based common quality and disease 22 markers. As a result, 10 out of 22 markers were detected in all wheat varieties in distinct sizes, 8 markers detected otherwise and 4 markers was not detected at all. Thus, the ZSBy9 marker which is specific marker to distinguish Darkhan-144, ZSBy8 primer which is specific marker to distinguish Khalkh gol-1, GluA1c and GluB1 Bx642 markers those are specific markers to distinguish Tsogt variety from other studied varieties respectively.

Abstract:
Aims. We measured the Sloan g′ magnitudes of the Starlink’s STARLINK-1130 (Darksat) and 1113 low Earth orbit (LEO) communication satellites to determine the effectiveness of the Darksat darkening treatment at 475.4 nm. Methods. Two observations of the Starlink’s Darksat LEO communication satellite were conducted on 2020/02/08 and 2020/03/06 using Sloan r′ and g′ filters, respectively. A second satellite, STARLINK-1113, was observed on 2020/03/06 using a Sloan g′ filter. The initial observation on 2020/02/08 was a test observation conducted when Darksat was still in the process of manoeuvring to its nominal orbit and orientation. Based on the successful test observation, the first main observation took place on 2020/03/06, along with an observation of the second Starlink satellite. Results. The calibration, image processing, and analysis of the Darksat Sloan g′ image gives an estimated Sloan g′ magnitude of 7.46 ± 0.04 at a range of 976.50 km. For STARLINK-1113, an estimated Sloan g′ magnitude of 6.59 ± 0.05 at a range of 941.62 km was found. When scaled to a range of 550 km and corrected for the solar and observer phase angles, a reduction by a factor of two is seen in the reflected solar flux between Darksat and STARLINK-1113. Conclusions. The data and results presented in this work demonstrate that the special darkening coating used by Starlink for Darksat has darkened the Sloan g’ magnitude by 0.77 ± 0.05 mag when the range is equal to a nominal orbital height (550 km). This result will serve members of the astronomical community who are actively modelling the satellite mega-constellations to ascertain their actual impact on both amateur and professional astronomical observations. Both concurrent and subsequent observations are planned to cover the full optical and NIR spectrum using an ensemble of instruments, telescopes, and observatories.

Abstract:
The study was provided in IPAS during 2016-2019. The objective of this study was to determine the grain quality characteristics of spring wheat varieties based on bread making quality related parameters. Results of study shown early maturing varieties Darkhan-160, Darkhan-172 have 0.5-2.1 cn/ha more yield than Darkhan-131 and middle maturing varieties Darkhan-74, Altaiskaya-325, Altaiskaya-70 have 0.3-2.5 cn/ha more yield than Darkhan-131. Comparing grain protein content of favorable and drought condition early maturing varieties were reduced protein content by 2.0%, middle maturing – 1.8% and late maturing – 1.3%. By ranking grain quality parameters wheat varieties Darkhan-160, Buryatskaya ostistaya, Arvin, Darkhan-144 and Darkhan-181have a good quality. Abstract:
The study was conducted during 2015-2019 in IPAS. The spring wheat variety “Darkhan-212” was developed by a wheat breeding program from cross varieties Darkhan-140 and Darkhan-144 in 2005 and transferred to the State variety trial in 2019. Results of the yield trial shown the spring wheat variety “Darkhan-212” matured by 87 days, yielded 0.33 t/ha more than check variety Darkhan-34, have a high yield capacity (4.28 t/ha), a good bread-making quality, and a high tolerance to drought, lodging, shattering and diseases. The economic efficiency of the new variety was 181.5 thousand tugriks per hectare than check variety Darkhan-34. Abstract:
We study possible observational effects of scalar dark matter, the darkon D, in Higgs h and top quark t decay processes, h → DD and t → cDD in the minimal Standard Model (SM) and its two Higgs doublet model (THDM) extension supplemented with a SM singlet darkon scalar field D. We find that the darkon D can have a mass in the range of sub-GeV to several tens of GeV, interesting for LHC and ILC colliders, to produce the required dark matter relic density. In the SM with a darkon, t → cDD only occurs at loop level giving a very small rate, while the rate for Higgs decay h → DD can be large. In THDM III with a darkon, where tree level flavor changing neutral current (FCNC) interaction exists, a sizable rate for t → cDD is also possible.

Abstract:
We have investigated the use of the graphical processing unit to accelerate the software package DarkSUSY. DarkSUSY is, among other things, used for calculating the dark matter relic density -- an measurable quantity -- given the supersymmetric neutralino, χ, as a dark matter candidate. Supersymmetric theories have many free parameters and we want to calculate the relic density for large areas of the parameter space. The results can then be compared with observations and to constrain the parameters. A faster DarkSUSY would allow for larger searches in the parameter space. We modified DarkSUSY using Nvidia's CUDA platform and wrote a program that, by using the GPU, calculates the χ + χ <-> W+ + W- contribution to the annihilation cross-section. Our initial try was only negligible faster than our non-CUDA program due to under-utilization of the GPU, but solving that the program was 47 times faster than the reference program. We also report on difficulties we faced, both solved and unsolved so the reader can make an informed decision on the worth of rewriting so that the heavy calculations in DarkSUSY use the GPU.
Vi har undersökt om man kan använda grafikkortet för att få mjukvarupaketet DarkSUSY snabbare. DarkSUSY används, bland annat, för att beräkna relikdensiteten av mörk materia -- en mätbar kvantitet -- användandes den supersymmetriska neutralinon, χ, som mörk materia-kandidat. Supersymmetriska teorier har många fria parametrar och vi vill beräkna relikdensiteten för stora områden av parameterrummet. Resultaten kan sedan jämföras med observationer för att begränsa parametrarna. Ett snabbare DarkSUSY skulle tillåta större sökningar i parameterrummet. Vi modifierade DarkSUSY med hjälp av Nvidias CUDA-platform och skrev ett program som, genom att använda grafikkortet, beräknar χ + χ <-> W+ + W- kanalens bidrag till annihilationstvärsnittet. Vårt första försök var bara försumbart snabbare än vårt icke-CUDA program på grund av underanvändning av grafikkortet. Men med det åtgärdat så var programmet 47 gånger snabbare än referensprogrammet. Vi rapporterar också de problem vi stött på, både de vi löste och de vi inte löste. Detta så att läsaren kan avgöra värdet av att omarbeta så att alla de beräkningsintensiva delarna av DarkSUSY använder grafikkortet.

Abstract:
The Minimally Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) provides us with a WIMP dark matter candidate particle, the neutralino. Neutralinos from the dark matter halo can potentially become captured by the sun and concentrated in the core, where they can undergo self-annihilation and so produce a distinct neutrino signal. The IceCube Neutrino Observatory has the potential to detect this neutrino signal and thus give indirect evidence of the presence and properties of neutralino dark matter. Although the full, unconstrained MSSM has 105 parameters this can be reduced to 25 parameters by the application of physically motivated assumptions. Scans of this MSSM-25 parameter space are conducted using the DarkSUSY software package and an adaptive scanning technique based on the Monte-Carlo VEGAS algorithm. The IceCube exclusion confidence level is then calculated for a set of points produced by these scans. Results indicate that the detection capability of IceCube exceeds that of current direct detection methods in certain regions of the parameter space. The use of a 25 dimensional parameter space reveals that there are new regions of observables with high exclusion confidence levels compared to earlier simulations performed with a seven dimensional parameter space.

Abstract:
This work is an inquiry into the religious conversion from folk Hinduism into Pentecostal Christianity among Sri Lankan Tamil refugees living in London. There is an estimated number of 35,000 Sri Lankan Tamil refugees in London. Many of them have decided to 'change their religion' in their quest for a community. They have formed some 22 new All-Tamil Pentecostal congregations in London, with an overall attendance of some 3,000 every Sunday. The overwhelming majority of their members are Tamils from Sri Lanka, and most of them converted from their ancestral folk Hinduism into a variety of Pentecostal Christianity. Until the present time (July 1999), the language of communication and communion of the religious services was almost exclusively Tamil; there are now signs of English being gradually introduced in order to incorporate Tamil children who are becoming more fluent in English than in Tamil. There are indications that this trend towards bilingualism and biculturalism in the religious services will spread steadily in the future. The author begins his story in the integrated life of Sri Lankan Tamil villages before the war, continues with the sudden disintegration of family, temple and village, and describes the predicament of Tamil refugees in London, concluding with their incorporation into small Pentecostal communities. The analysis of the data yields important results, such as: a) conversion is first to a community, and through the community to God; b) there is little evidence that the converts have thoroughly repudiated their previous Hindu religiosity; c) the belief system of the converts is of the utmost simplicity, without reference to the official teaching from the pulpits; d) the common life and mutual affection play a much more important role than common beliefs; e) the event of conversion and the ongoing incorporation, belonging and participation in their respective closely knit religious communities have had a profound therapeutical effect that facilitates the transition from loneliness to communion, from meaninglessness to purpose in life, and from being helpless to becoming helpful, and so forth.

Abstract:
La modélisation thermodynamique du système (Al, Cu, Fe, In, Pb, Sn, Zn) permet la prévision du partage des éléments minoritaires entre les deux liquides issus de la démixtion du liquide (Pb, Zn) ainsi que dans les mattes intermétalliques cuivreuses ou ferro-alumineuses pouvant précipiter. La modélisation est basée uniquement sur une caractérisation des sous-systèmes binaires et ternaires engendrés par le système heptnaire. Les outils nécessaires à la modélisation tels que le logiciel Thermo-Calc, les formalismes mathématiques utilisés ainsi que les techniques expérimentales de potentiométrie et calorimétrie sont présentés. Un modèle original a été développé pour obtenir des estimations de grandeurs thermodynamiques des liquides ternaires à partir des informations binaires. Le résultat de la confrontation avec l'expérience des différents modèles proposés dans la littérature montre un avantage de cette nouvelle méthode dans le cas des systèmes dissymétriques. Dans l'étude des systèmes binaires, une réoptimisation a été réalisée pour les systèmes (Cu, Zn) et (Fe, Zn) permettant d'améliorer leurs descriptions des alliages riches en zinc. Concernant les systèmes ternaires, l'effort a été porté sur la description des phases liquides. La précipitation des intermétalliques ferro-alumineux a été rendue possible par une modélisation de la coupe isotherme à 450 ʿC du système (Al, Fe, Zn). Le premier essai de validation de la banque sur le système quinaire (Cu, In, Pb, Sn, Zn) a induit une modification du terme entropique des coefficients ternaires du liquide (Pb, Sn, Zn). L'essai de validation réalisé sur le système heptnaire a montré une bonne restitution des observations expérimentales concernant le partage des différents éléments entre les mattes et les deux liquides. Pour des raisons de confidentialité, cette dernière partie est distincte du corpus.

Focus on the gloomy visual perception and through the process of the creating works to heal the spirit The research has divided into two aspects. The first aspect is to study theories of psychology, studying the theory of Sigmund Fraud and Jung Psychotherapy, unconsciousness and shadow archetype ; furthermore, base on the Image Study Methodology to understand artists’ concepts, the creating skills and ideas arrangement, and combining inner shadows with psychology theories. The other aspect is personal creation which are created in virtue of combining the author’s concepts and experiences and integrating the dark side of the author with the academic theories. The series of production bases on the theme of darken shadow, researching the concepts and performance skills and the allusion of the symbols in the picture. The production of the author reflects his burden pressure and inner sorrow; that is, the creator’s inner darken shadow so as to form personal creation style and color language; moreover, as to spirit part, face self darken shadow to heal the mind and get to the sublimation and integrate personality.

ABSTRACT Taiwan is a mountainous and rainy island. With the seepage of the rain, the weathered top soils are softened easily. Thus, landslides can happen very often. Such problems force the city government of Taichung to spend huge money for the repairing work in each year. To solve the landslide problems thoroughly, the author has adopted the schemes of microzonation for landslides in this thesis. The landslide area of Dakirn with the land number 482 is first chosen as an example. Then, such a landslide area is microzoned with a rectangular mesh. Contours of factors of safety can therefore be drawn. Thereafter, those areas, which are necessary to be repaired, are designed easily. Finally, the repairing routes for a relatively small landslide area are proposed. Such routes preserve both practical and economical characteristics. For a large landslide area, with the help of this research, the author suggests that the relationship between factors of safety and landslide intensities has to be built up at first. The foundation for such a relationship is based on the association of the contours of factors of safety with certain practical experiences. Under the framework of the geological information system, as corresponding to each intensity of landslide, some information including the size of the area, the problems to be faced, the geo-technique required for solving the related problems, and the required money can be integrated into a powerful expert system. Such an integrated counselor working system may have the capability to offer the top officers to make decisions precisely and quickly.

While people in Taiwan increase income along the economy development, the demands and needs for leisure life also increase. Thus, a proposal of understanding Taichung Darken Scenic Area is made, which is aimed at measuring how the recreational motivation and overall Image would influence recreational satisfaction and behavior intention of tourists in Taichung Darken Scenic Area. This is achieved by using structural equation modeling to verify and see any significant differences among recreational motivation, overall Image influence recreational satisfaction and Behavior Intention in Taichung Darken Scenic Area tourists. This study is to interview Taichung Darken Scenic Area tourists with questionnaire. The collected empirical data are then analyzed by using the SPSS 17.0 statistical software. The research results show that the modes of the recreational motivation, overall Image influence, recreational satisfaction and behavior intention in Taichung Darken Scenic Area tourists could be used to explain and forecast the tourism in the area. In addition, the modes of each the recreational motivation, overall image, recreational satisfaction and behavior intention does relate one another positively and partially and can be read the extent of interchange among the 4 modes. A set of workable management and an executable suggestion is proposed based on the research results to the Taichung Darken Scenic Area authority and the neighboring governing units and shops for their reference.
