This paper presents a study on strain-induced martensitic transformation at room-temperature and 57°C in Cu - 11.8% Al - 0.6% Be alloy, which it is not only presented as austenitic at room temperature, but also it is deformed in martensitic state and it returns to its normal state when the load application is finished. Through this work, it is possible to quantify the residual deformation after interruption of the applied load during tensile testing, and maintaining the load for certain periods of time. The techniques used during this study were: X-ray diffraction, draw, optical microscopy, DSC. Statistical studies were carried out in order to achieve greater accuracy in interpretation of results.
Este trabalho apresenta um estudo relativo à transformação martensítica induzida por tensão à temperatura ambiente e a 57ºC em uma liga Cu 11,8% Al 0,6% Be, a qual se apresenta como austenítica a temperatura ambiente e quando deformada apresenta-se no estado martensítico e cessando a aplicação da carga, a mesma retorna ao estado inicial. Através deste trabalho é possível quantificar a deformação residual depois de cessada a carga aplicada durante ensaio de tração, bem como da manutenção da carga por determinados períodos de tempo. As técnicas utilizadas para o presente estudo foram: difração de raios-X, tração, microscopia óptica, DSC. Estudos estatísticos são realizados com o objetivo de alcançar uma maior precisão na interpretação dos resultados obtidos.

Manifiesta si es dogmáticamente aconsejable interpretar como casos de cuasi consentimiento aquellos supuestos típicos en los que la doctrina, por el contrario, afirma que existe un consentimiento, aunque limitado. El problema central es determinar un concepto de aquiescencia sobre la base de la relación entre el bien jurídico y el titular del mismo quien lo emite, el cual no dependa de simples consideraciones legales y que nos permita establecer cuándo se presenta una aquiescencia (consentimiento, voluntad) y cuándo un cuasi consentimiento. Bajo tal consideración, la tarea principal consiste en determinar la relación entre el bien jurídico, el titular del mismo y los principios constitucionales que les dan contenido. A partir de lo cual, se ha asumido un concepto de aquiescencia circunscrito a su relación con el principio de lesividad, esto es, un concepto con efectos atipificantes y, por tanto, con función crítica. Tras ello, se puede constatar que diversos problemas que se analizaban como problemas de limitaciones de la aquiescencia, eran más bien casos de cuasi consentimiento, sea porque no se habían configurado todos los requisitos de la aquiescencia, o porque el legislador ante determinadas circunstancias así lo presumía iure et de iure. Con relación a los métodos usados en el presente trabajo de investigación, se aplican los métodos dogmático, sistemático, analítico, sintético y descriptivo.
