Workplace violence is commonly viewed as deviant behavior and a manageable risk for organizations. Drawing on the experience of those who experience such violence, I aim to highlight first both the organizational and organized dimensions of violence. Second, I examine how this violence is managed by the organization. This dissertation uses a case study based on the working conditions of outsourced housekeepers at the Ibis Batignolles Hotel, which was a stage for a significant social conflict from 2019 to 2021. I argue that violence and outsourcing strategies are intertwined, as violence is not only a product of organizations but also managed by them and the actors involved along the production chain. These organizations often adjust the intensity of this violence and strive to obscure its existence
Smith, Roberta. "La Maison Tellier : Une Analyse psychanalytique féministe." Thesis, Högskolan Dalarna, Franska, 2020. http://urn.kb.se/resolve?urn=urn:nbn:se:du-35175.
The present memoire is an analysis of Maupassant’s short story La Maison Tellier based on psychoanalytic feminist literary criticism principles. After revisiting the history of feminist literary criticism and the different philosophical and political undercurrents that have influenced feminist thought in general and, in particular, literary criticism, we have defined our critical textual approach which is based on Lacanian psychoanalytic theory of subject development and its feminist reworking by Luce Irigaray. More specifically, we have demonstrated how in the short story women are subject to the double dominance of the narrator’s male gaze and of the pervasive phallogocentric discourse. This hegemonic phallic discourse, we have argued, confines women to the role of specula (in Irigaray’s definition) for the affirmation of man’s subjectivity. Thus, we have concluded, the real protoganist of the short story is not the group of women from the Maison Tellier but the male ego that they are made to passively reflect. We have also reflected on the special role of the character of Mme Tellier and on the significance of her liminal position between men’s and women’s roles.
Benoit, Audrey. "Le matérialisme discursif : pour une critique féministe de la construction idéologique du "sexe"." Thesis, Paris 1, 2016. http://www.theses.fr/2016PA01H229.
This analysis starts by pointing out a reluctance in the French Marxist reception of Judith Butler's feminist theories, mainly those regarding the discursive construction of « sex » by «gender». This apparent conflict between materialism and constructivism encourages us to look upstream for a materialistic solution to the epistemological issue of the conceptual construction of «facts». By getting back at the root of Marx, one can indeed show that his thought has provided input into Althusser's and Foucault's reflections for the development of a materialistic approach of discourse, which may be qualified as contructivist. In the light of Canguilhem's historical epistemology, some philosophical kinship between Althusser and Foucault takes shape, which provides a previously unseen posterity to Marx : the examination of two features of «discursive materialism» in Foucault's archeology and in Althusser's epistemology enables to make null and void the empiricist objections at the idea of a discursive construction of «sex». The goal is to pro vide a philosophical junction between Marxist materialism and queer theory, by highlighting a tradition of thought which combines the contributions of historical epistemology and materialism, and which takes seriously into consideration the production of nature and body by discourse. The goal is to provide Butler's theory with the means to be heard as a materialistic account, and in return to specify for marxism what it might gain when this theory challenges the given facts
Alonso, Béatrice. "Louise Labé ou la lyre humaniste : "écriture féminine", écriture féministe." Lyon 2, 2005. http://theses.univ-lyon2.fr/documents/lyon2/2005/alonso_b.
The critical postulate of women's writing is one of the keys that are used to criticise Louise Labé's Euvres. My study offers to question this analysis and to replace it by a political and poetic perspective based on the heterogeneous coherence of Louise Labé's works. The point is to show how the claims of Renaissance Humanism is integrated or how the Euvres develop a humanist lyricism

The strategic decision in the public Algerian underking is the product of crowd organization, have each one partial perception of environment. It came into sight them, like succession result of negotiation process and inter-actions between severed interfere organization (central organ of planification, ministry of ward, ministry of exchanger board of trade and underking). There severdy perception of environment, complementary or contradictory, plays a basic act in the evolution of administrative process for intake strategic decision in the public underking. Each organization, from these objectives, will make an attempt to impose its perception to others. That depends, in fact, timing power between them. Evolution timing of power between several states instances who come in decision process of public underking will print a particular logical to the evolution of self-government degree of underking. Analysis of institutional frame and useful of strategic decision display the crowd of dictate terms of state and constraint organizational who shut the underking as administrative so financial, that is difficult to the underking to pretend at one autonomy strategy

The goal of this study is to analyse and evaluate an original measure of unemployment. This work is based upon a certain number of interrogations : - regarding the number of benefiaries, the issue is to discern the number of those who actually leave the ranks of unemployment. It is also necessary to consider the durability and quality of newly generated employment. - regarding newly created firms, it is necessary to consider any complementary employment that may eventually be generated an inversely, the possible effects of suppressing existing employment. This analysis is based upon various statistical data obtained from the "ministère du travail" and the "C. E. P. M. E. In fine, the aid for unemployed people wishing to create newfirms, in its contribution against unemployment is rather limited though not negligeable. Moreover, this measure is inexpensive and enjoys favourable public opinion

Simone de Beauvoir represents her autobiographies as a privileged space where her philosophical reflection on the intersubjectivity becomes concrete. Therefore, the right access to her autobiographies requires, most of all, rigorous understanding of this philosophical concept which is offered as the key concept in Beauvoir's moral existentialism. Thus our research starts by examining on which philosophical grounds her thoughts have developed, while considering Beauvoir's thoughts as a philosophy in its own right. Then we try to establish our own criteria in order to analyse her autobiographies in a more accurate manner. This is pursued in two directions : first of ail, we bring into question the androcentric tendency among the critics who depreciated Beauvoir's autobiographies, considering the literature produced by men as the unique model ; and we determine a new framework that will allow us to get to the essential meaning of her autobiographical project, by recognising the relations between the aforementioned project and her philosophical reflections on the intersubjectivity. Based on this framework, we analyse finally how the narrative and thematic figures in her five autobiographical works concretised her autobiographical project. This research allows us to confirm not only the singularity of her autobiographical writings, but also Beauvoir's contributions to the renewing of the genre, especially by laying out the others as the creative co-subject of her autobiographical works
