La liturgia de las Horas es precisamente eso: liturgia y, por tanto, realidad eclesial ínsita en el estatuto teológico de la celebración cristiana. Desde esta perspectiva, el autor se acerca a la dimensión espiritual que encierra la celebración vespertina y matinal de la plegaria que realiza la Iglesia en su continuum celebrativo. La celebración del oficio es contemplada como participación simbólica y eficaz, por consiguiente, sacramental, en la oración de Cristo que se dirige con la plenitud de su cuerpo, la Iglesia, al Padre en el Pneuma del Señor. Muestra cómo el salterio abre sus riquezas cuando el corazón orante de la Iglesia acude a él para rendir el homenaje de alabanza doxológica a Dios y propone una contemplación sapiencial en torno al misterio de la resurrección de Cristo y la adoración en espíritu y verdad.

Documentos pós conciliares da Igreja, dentro os quais destaca-se o Documento de Aparecida e a Verbum Domini, apontam para a centralidade da Palavra de Deus em toda a ação pastoral e também na vida do cristão. Enquanto católicas as escolas confessionais que se inserem na missão da Igreja também são interpeladas a ter a Palavra de Deus no centro de sua ação educativa. Assim, o texto que segue apresenta diretrizes para a elaboração de um programa de formação bíblica que colabore na construção de um “pensar bíblico” em toda escola católica. Tal acarretaria a efetivação da animação bíblica da ação educativa a partir de uma leitura atenta, orante e performativa. Para tanto, a proposta do “pensar bíblico” implica partir da ótica da Bíblia, considerando todo seu processo de formação e sua variada constituição para ler a escola a partir da Sagrada Escritura e buscar o encontro com Jesus Cristo e a atualização da Palavra de Deus.

Apresentamos neste artigo alguns dados sobre o autor do livro Vida de Cristo, o contexto histórico e eclesial em que foi escrito, o gênero literário e os destinatários. Comentamos também sua extraordinária difusão e os frutos produzidos. O número de edições, desde a primeira, em 1472, até as feitas no fim do século XIX, foi calculado em 420. Com o título: “O livro da Vita Christi em linguagem português”, o livro do Cartusiano, impresso em Lisboa em 1495, foi o primeiro livro impresso na língua portuguesa; e levado pelos navegantes portugueses, chegou até a Índia, no Oriente, e até o Brasil, no Ocidente. No fim do artigo fazemos algumas reflexões sobre as semelhanças e diferenças do volumoso livro da Vida de Cristo e o pequeno livro dos Exercícios Espirituais. Inácio de Loyola fez, por meio da leitura orante, contemplativa e refletida do livro de Ludolfo de Saxônia, a experiência de encontro pessoal com Deus Pai, com a pessoa e a missão de Jesus Cristo, e a experiência de deixar-se conduzir pelo Espírito. Depois de convertido, Inácio de Loyola se sentiu movido a ajudar outras pessoas a fazerem também uma experiência de encontro pessoal com Deus. Os dados apresentados no artigo mostram a riqueza e os frutos, nos nossos dias, do livro escrito faz mais de seis séculos.ABSTRACT: This article presents some data about Vita Christi’s author and the historical and ecclesial context in which it was written, its genre and addressees. It also comments on its extraordinary diffusion and its fruits. Since its first edition in1472 until the end of 19th century it had about 420 editions. With the title: “Vita Christ’s book in Portuguese language”, the Cartusian book, printed in Lisbon in 1495, was the first book printed in Portuguese; it was taken by Portuguese sailors and arrived in India, in the East, and in Brazil in the West. In the final part I present some reflections on the common elements and differences between Vita Christ’s large book and Spiritual Exercises’ small book. Ignatius of Loyola wrote, through a praying, contemplating and reflecting reading of Ludolf of Saxony’s book , an experience of personal encounter with God the Father, with the person and mission of Jesus Christ, and the experience of being taken by the Spirit. After his conversion, Ignatius of Loyola felt moved to help other people to make an experience of personal encounter with God too. The data presented in the article show nowadays the richness and fruits of this book written many centuries ago.

<p>En el contexto de un cristianismo afectado por el giro antropológico y el replanteamiento de la pregunta por el ser humano y su ser/estar en el mundo en la perspectiva de la humanización-deshumanización de la existencia, la lógica de justicia-injusticia social y la paradoja de la fe enfrentada al dolor y la miseria humanas, adquiere sentido preguntarse por la experiencia de fe en el Señor crucificado-muerto-resucitado. La teología de la cruz –staurología al interior de la teología sistemática–, que se inscribe en una tradición teológica crítica y a la vez, humanizante y esperanzadora, resulta un punto obligado para enfrentar las preguntas y paradojas del cristianismo occidental tardo-moderno. La cruz evoca provocación, locura, paradoja, sufrimiento, maldición, angustia, memoria anamnética; pero igualmente esperanza y criterio de discernimiento sobre la respuesta de Dios a la condición humana. Ella simboliza el escarnio y tortura de Cristo, la profundidad del sufrimiento de quien ante los ojos de romanos y judíos moría como rechazado, maldito de Dios y blasfemo. Condensa la imagen de aquel cristianismo triunfante y victorioso, que en el imaginario del gran poeta alemán Friedrich von Schiller se muestra como “religión de la cruz”, adorno de tronos e imperios que con frecuencia en la Edad Media provocó el rechazo y la muerte. Pero el símbolo mismo de la cruz, la señal de la cruz y el crucifijo simbolizan también la fe y el culto de comunidades cristianas marginadas y clandestinas, la mirada y actitud orante, la piedad cristiana y la esperanza de salvación más allá del dolor y la finitud humanas.</p>

In this picture, the Bible is seen as mankind’s true primary code able to speak to a plural and yearning society, at a time of arid relativism of the Gospel of Life.

Ao contemplar a vida de Jesus, cuja “atividade cotidiana está muito ligada à oração (...) até o fim da sua vida, já próximo da Paixão na última ceia, em sua agonia e na cruz, o divino Mestre nos ensina que a oração foi sempre a alma de seu ministério messiânico e do termo pascal de sua vida”. O presente artigo tem como objetivo mostrar a Igreja, esposa que não cessa de entoar os cânticos que brotam do seu coração, como continuadora da obra redentora do seu esposo por meio da oração dos salmos. “Nela, Cristo está presente quando a assembleia está reunida, quando é proclamada a Palavra de Deus e quando a Igreja ora e salmodia”. Dessa maneira, a Igreja, corpo sacerdotal de Cristo, à luz dos poemas orantes, gradativamente vai tomando consciência da sua missão. Por meio dela, “Cristo exerce a obra de redenção e perfeita glorificação de Deus no Espírito Santo”. Por isso, a obra redentora de Cristo efetua-se em cada batizado que reza a Liturgia das Horas, bem como na sua santificação e vocação de sacerdote da oração sálmica.

O artigo centra-se no essencial da oração cristã no Oriente. Apresenta os aspectos fundamentais dessa experiência. Especifica os elementos que constituem o percurso do asceta e do monge através da oração, a qual está ligada à tradição hesicasta. A oração inclui vários elementos preparatórios: o silêncio interior (amerimnia), a vigilância, a atenção. Uma forma concreta de oração é a “Oração de Jesus”, que está presente também no Ocidente. Monológica e repetitiva, baseia-se na importância do nome divino, do nome de Jesus, o que mostra o poder da palavra. A força da oração se reflete somaticamente. O orante oriental sofre mudança na fisionomia e na disposição do corpo. Vê-se que há uma vasta riqueza interior no campo da oração. Conforme alguém se aproprie do método para orar, a partir de sua individualidade, concretizará diferentes formas de oração no Ocidente ou no Oriente.ABSTRACT: The article focuses on the essentials of Christian prayer in the Orient. The article presents the fundamental aspects of that experience. It specifies the elements that constitute the ascetic and monastic tradition through prayer, which is linked to the hesicasta tradition. The prayer includes several preparatory elements: the inner silence (amerimnia), vigilance, attention. A concrete way of prayer is the “Jesus prayer”, which is also present in the West. Monologist and repetitive, this prayer is based on the importance of the divine name, the name of Jesus, which shows the power of the word. The power of prayer is reflected somatically. The Eastern person who prays suffers change in physiognomy and the disposal of the body. It is seen that there is a vast wealth of interior prayer. Depending on how a person adopts a method for prayer, stemming from his individuality, will determine different forms of prayer in the West or in the East.

Dadap red (erythrina crista-galli L.) is belonged to the legumes (fabaceaea) family which, is one of the flowering shade plants that often used as an ornamental plant. This plant has a bright red flower, a taproot with root nodule bacteria nitrogen fixation and compound leaf consists three strands on each stem. This research is climed to proves that the extract of dadap red flower can be used as acid-base indicators. Dadap red flowers was macerated using methanol then filtered. The filtrate was ready to use as an acid-base indicator. The extract is tested in an acid-base, buffer solutions, and was compared with phenolphthalein for a strong acid with a strong base while a methyl orange a weak base with a strong acid. Based on the result, indicator of dadap red flower extrat in the strong acid was red colour, while in the weak acid was pink, and also in the strong base was dark green and in the weak base was purple. Furthermore, in the buffer solution, the indicator of dadap red flower extract gave four groups of colour change, namely red color at pH 1 to pH 6, colorless at pH 7 to pH 9, brown at pH 10 and blue at pH 11 to pH 12. Additionally, to attain the end point of titration, the indicators of dadap red flower extract gives a similar results with the comparison indicators. The results showed that the indicator of dadap red flower extracts can be used as an alternative indicator.

El desarrollo de las tecnologías del siglo XX permitió explorar, hasta sus últimas consecuencias, el simbolismo arquitectónico del cristal refulgente. Vinculada a la confesión protestante del reverendo Schuller, e imbuida del «si lo puedes soñar, lo puedes hacer» del célebre telepredicador, la Crystal Cathedral (1975/80) de Philip Johnson despertaba la mística de las arquitecturas alpinas de Bruno Taut bajo el sol perfecto del condado de Disney. Concebido como una estrella alongada, el edificio escondía tras su piel espejada un paisaje rebosante de luz mediterránea, un auténtico Traum aus Glas aeroespacial donde el Angst expresionista dejaba paso al fun californiano. Como supremos sacerdotes mediáticos, cliente y arquitecto trasmutaron la casa de Dios en un gigantesco plató televisivo que sedujo el alma postmoderna de Norteamérica. Recientemente adquirido por la Diócesis de Orange, este insólito espacio será pronto transformado de escenario televangelista a templo católico, de Catedral de Cristal a Catedral de Cristo.

Interploid hybridization was conducted using `Key' lime [Citrus aurantifolia (Cristm.) Swing.], `Lakeland' limequat hybrid [C. aurantifolia × Fortunella japonica (Thumb.) Swing.], Palestine sweet lime (C. limettioides Tan.), `Etrog' citron (C. medica L.), and seven lemon [C. limon (L.) Burm. F.] varieties as female progenitors and five allotetraploid somatic hybrids {`Hamlin' sweet orange [C. sinensis (L.) Osbeck] × `Femminello' lemon (C. limon)]; `Key' lime × `Valencia' sweet orange (C. sinensis); `Valencia' sweet orange × rough lemon (C. jambhiri Lush); Milam lemon (purported C. jambhiri hybrid) × `Femminello' lemon (C. limon); and `Valencia' sweet orange × `Femminello' lemon} and two autotetraploids [`Giant Key' lime (C. aurantifolia) and `Femminello' lemon] as pollen progenitors. A few tetraploid × diploid crosses were also performed. Thirty-five parental cross combinations were accomplished in 2000, 2001, and 2002. The breeding targets were seedlessness, cold-tolerance, and disease resistance. Triploid hybrids were recovered through embryo culture. Generation of triploid citrus hybrids was affected by several factors including sexual compatibility, cross direction, embryo developmental stage, pollen viability, as well as horticultural practices and climatic conditions. Efficiency of triploid hybrid production was higher in diploid × tetraploid crosses than the reciprocal. Many more triploid hybrids were generated from lemon seed progenitors compared to the other acid citrus fruit progenitors. `Todo el Año', `Lisbon', and `Limonero Fino 49' showed the highest sexual compatibility. Embryo germination rate and normal plant recovery were also higher in lemons as compared to the other seed progenitors. Low winter temperatures might have affected the hybrid production efficiency from tropical acid fruit progenitors. A total of 650 hybrids (mostly triploid) were transferred to soil. The novel genetic combinations of these progenies should be valuable for the genetic improvement of acid citrus fruit (lemons and limes).

La liturgia vuol insegnarci in tre diversi modi. Attraverso la parola di Dio che è un elemento costitutivo della liturgia. Possiamo riconoscere la dottrina della Chiesa nelle preghiere (euchologia) perché „lex orandi lex credendi”. Anche i segni e simboli sacramentali ed i riti della liturgia sono importanti nella catechesi sacramentale. Per questa ragione il Sacrosanctum Concilium ci raccomanda di comprendere i sacramenti „per mezzo dei riti e delle preghiere” (SC 48). Ciò significa che la comprensione delle parole e dei gesti della liturgia è legata ad una catechesi che partendo dal senso antropologico faccia comprendere il valore simbolico-salvifico che rivestono in rapporto ad eventi e parole della storia di Israele e della vita di Cristo. In questo saggio vedremo che il simbolismo del pane eucaristico ha una rilevanza teologica. Il pane eucaristico come „pane spezzato” è un nutrimento e segno dell’unità dei cristiani.

En l’Oratio ad coetum sanctorum, atribuïda a Constantí el Gran, trobem dues peces de caire poètic: un Oracle Sibil·lí (8, 217-250) i diferents versos de l’Ègloga 4 de Virgili, textos que, en un primer moment, semblaria que són inconnexos al context del discurs i que tan sols hi són transmesos com a exercici retòric. No obstant això, l’emperador empra aquestes dues composicions per demostrar que l’adveniment de Crist ja havia estat vaticinat anteriorment i les posa a tall d’exemple, l’una de tirada, l’altra intercalant-hi una anàlisi exegètica.
En aquest article, mirem de veure quina relació s’estableix amb la resta del discurs i de quina manera l’emperador Constantí mira d’enllaçar les diferents idees inserides en ambdós textos poètics per treure el màxim de profit possible al seu ús.

O artigo trata da prática de oração e da tentativa de comunicação da experiência de Deus. Toma como referência o exemplo de místicos da tradição cristã por serem eles quem melhor sinalizam o que acontece em toda autêntica oração como diálogo entre a liberdade humana e a liberdade divina. Analisa dois aspectos fundamentais da linguagem e expressão da oração que são o silêncio e a palavra. O silêncio precede a palavra e a ela reconduz. A palavra tende a anular a ambiguidade do silêncio gerando unidade. Ambos se complementam na vivência concreta do orante, que em sua busca contínua de sintonia com Deus, silenciando ou falando mantém-se na presença do Senhor. Ao mesmo tempo a linguagem do místico testemunha sua impotência em “tocar” o Mistério. Por isso, silenciar ou falar e a conjugação de ambos são sempre insuficientes para expressar o que se passa no encontro e diálogo com Deus. A linguagem da oração abre novos horizontes ao ser humano em sua busca de íntima relação com o mistério divino.ABSTRACT: This article treats the practice of prayer and of the attempt to communicate an experience of God. It takes, as a point of reference, the example of the mystics from the Christian tradition since they are the ones who best indicate what happens in every authentic prayer as dialogue between human freedom and divine freedom. This article analyses two fundamental aspects of the language and expression of prayer: silence and the word. Silence precedes the word and the word leads back to silence. The word tends to annul the ambiguity of silence, creating, in turn, unity. Both complement each other in the concrete lived experience of the person praying, who in her continual search to be in tune with God, in silence or speaking, maintains herself in the presence of God. At the same time, the language of the mystic testifies to her impotence to “touch” the Mystery. For this reason, to maintain silence or to speak and the combination of both are always insufficient to express what happens in the encounter of dialogue with God. The language of prayer opens new horizons for the human person in her search for an intimate relation with the divine mystery.

Resumo: O presente artigo visa fazer uma análise do socratismo em O conceito de Ironia de Kierkegaard, para isso, pressupomos o valor da ironia na antiguidade e das visões pós-socráticas. Buscamos assim, também, entender essencialmente a relação entre o filósofo e as ironias dos pontos de vista pagão e cristão. Por fim, vimos na visão da morte uma ironia do destino, que por sua vez abre a perspectiva entre o trágico e o cômico. Para tal investigação, utilizamos comentadores como Vergote, Farago, Politis, Stewart e principalmente Reichmann. Dessa maneira, chegaremos ao desfecho no qual Kierkegaard faz a transposição da realidade grega para a atualidade do seu contexto, com a possibilidade do uso adequado de uma ironia controlada.Palavras-chave: Humor. Cômico. Destino. Abstract: This article aims to make an analysis of Socratism in Kierkegaard's Concept of Irony, for which we presuppose the value of irony in antiquity and post-Socratic visions. We also seek to understand, essentially, the relation between the philosopher and the ironies from the pagan and Christian point of views. Finally, we saw in the vision of death an irony of fate, which in turn opens the perspective between the tragic and the comic. For such investigation, we use commentators like Vergote, Farago, Politis Stewart and mainly Reichmann. In this way, we will arrive at the outcome in which Kierkegaard transposes Greek reality to the actuality of his context, with the possibility of proper use of controlled irony.Keywords: Humor. Erythrina crista-galli L. (Fabaceae) is a popular ornamental plant in tropical and subtropical regions of South Asia. In October 2019, anthracnose-like lesions were observed on the leaves of E. crista-galli planted in Haikou, China. 5-30% of leaves were infected. At first, the circular spots of 1-2 mm in diameter were reddish-brown on the leaves, and then enlarged to circular, subcircular or irregular spots with reddish-brown center and surrounded by a diffuse yellow margin. Neighboring spots sometimes coalesced. Under continuously wet or humid conditions, the lesions expanded quickly, and became gray, subcircular or irregular spots covered by grayish-white mycelium and orange-pink conidial masses. Diseased leaves eventually fell off the trees. To identify the pathogen, diseased leaves were sampled from four gardens. Leaf tissues (5×5 mm) were cut from the margins of typical symptomatic lesions, surface-sterilized in 1% sodium hypochlorite for 1 min, plated on potato dextrose agar (PDA) medium, and incubated at 28.0±0.5℃ in the dark. Similar fungal colonies were obtained from all plated tissues after 3 days. The single-conidium colonies of all isolates were white to pale gray and cottony with visible orange conidial masses. Conidia were one-celled, aseptate, hyaline, straight, cylindrical to fusiform with obtuse ends, and ranged from 14.2-18.6 µm (16.4 µm)× 3.8-5.4 µm (4.7 µm) (n=100). After germination, conidia formed single, brown, oval or slightly irregular appressoria ranging from 8.0 to 11.8 μm (9.6 µm), and from 4.8 to 6.0 μm (5.4 µm). Sexual stage was absent. These characteristics of conidia and appressoria were matched with C. siamense belonging to the C. gloeosporioides complex (Prihastuti et al. 2009; Yang et al. 2009; Weir et al. 20012; Hu et al. 2015). To accurately identify the species, DNA was extracted from four purified isolates (JG-1, JG-3-1, SWS-1-3, SWS-2-1) （Fu et al. 2019）. The internal transcribed spacer of rDNA region (ITS), glyceraldehydes-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), calmodulin (CAL), actin (ACT) and chitin synthase (CHS) genes were amplified and sequenced. The nucleotide sequences were all deposited in GenBank (ITS: MT229427-MT229430, GAPDH: MT250821-MT250824, CAL: MT258893-MT258896, ACT: MT258897-MT258900 and CHS: MT258901-MT258904). Multi-locus phylogenetic analyses (ITS, GAPDH, CAL, ACT and CHS) (Weir et al. 2012) showed that the four isolates were clustered with C. siamense, which was in accordance with BLAST results. Pathogenicity tests of the four isolates were repeated three times on detached leaves (Ji et al. 2019). The conidial suspension (1×106 conidia/mL) was prepared using the conidia from 10-day-old cultures grown on PDA. Two 20-µL drops of conidial suspension were inoculated on non-wounded young healthy leaves, and each isolate was inoculated on 10 leaves. Two 20-µL drops of sterile water were inoculated on non-wounded young healthy leaves as control. The samples were maintained in containers at a relative humidity of 90± 5 per cent inside and 28℃ with a 12-h photoperiod. Gray, subcircular spots similar to the field disease symptoms were observed on the all inoculated leaves after 7 days, whereas no visible symptoms appeared on the non-inoculated leaves. The pathogen was re-isolated from inoculated leaves thus fulfilling Koch’s postulates. C. gloeosporioides has been previously reported as a pathogen causing leaf spot on Erythrina (E. indica var. picta, E. variegata var. orientalis) in Guam in 1983 and Brazil in 2012. (Russo et al. 1983; Oliveira et al. 2012). To our knowledge, this is the first report of C. siamense causing leaf spot of E. crista-galli in China.

Em nenhum momento, teve-se a preocupação, na Conferência de Medellín, de se refletir, em específico, sobre a teologia moral. Ao menos não diretamente. Todavia, como nesta conferência se fala de um agir cristão, acima de tudo, libertador e transformador, em consequência disso, Medellín reflete à luz da moral. O presente artigo, ao seguir a metodologia mistagógica, tão rica à Tradição, afirma que o ponto de partida da lex actionis (norma da ação) é a lex orandi (norma da oração). Da lex orandi chega-se à lex credendi (norma da fé) e, dessa, à lex actionis. Sendo assim, o que Medellín trouxe da lex orandi e da lex credendi, para iluminar a lex actionis? Lex actionis.Abstract: At no time, during the Medellín Conference, was there the concern to reflect, in particular, about moral theology. At least, not directly. However, as in the Medellín conference it was spoken of a Christian act, above all, liberating and transforming, in consequence, this Conference reflects the moral light. This article, following the Mystagogical methodology, so rich in tradition, states that the starting point of the action norm (lex actionis) is the norm of prayer (lex orandi). From the norm of prayer (lex orandi) comes the norm of faith (lex credenti), and from that to the norm of action (lex actionis). So what did the Medellín Convention bring from the norm of prayer and the norm of faith, to illuminate the norm of action? Capturing mitochondria’s intricate and dynamic structure poses a daunting challenge for optical nanoscopy. Different labeling strategies have been demonstrated for live-cell stimulated emission depletion (STED) microscopy of mitochondria, but orthogonal strategies are yet to be established, and image acquisition has suffered either from photodamage to the organelles or from rapid photobleaching. Therefore, live-cell nanoscopy of mitochondria has been largely restricted to two-dimensional (2D) single-color recordings of cancer cells. Here, by conjugation of cyclooctatetraene (COT) to a benzo-fused cyanine dye, we report a mitochondrial inner membrane (IM) fluorescent marker, PK Mito Orange (PKMO), featuring efficient STED at 775 nm, strong photostability, and markedly reduced phototoxicity. PKMO enables super-resolution (SR) recordings of IM dynamics for extended periods in immortalized mammalian cell lines, primary cells, and organoids. Photostability and reduced phototoxicity of PKMO open the door to live-cell three-dimensional (3D) STED nanoscopy of mitochondria for 3D analysis of the convoluted IM. PKMO is optically orthogonal with green and far-red markers, allowing multiplexed recordings of mitochondria using commercial STED microscopes. Using multi-color STED microscopy, we demonstrate that imaging with PKMO can capture interactions of mitochondria with different cellular components such as the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) or the cytoskeleton, Bcl-2-associated X protein (BAX)-induced apoptotic process, or crista phenotypes in genetically modified cells, all at sub-100 nm resolution. Thereby, this work offers a versatile tool for studying mitochondrial IM architecture and dynamics in a multiplexed manner.
