Being Miss Republic of China since the year of 1988, it was a great honor and glory in my life. Keeping my posture gracefully and body in good shape has become the most important thing in my everyday daily life. Also, I found out quite amazingly that how the incorrect posture can affect your health!! 30 years of experiences working in the beauty/fashion/modeling industries, I realized that healthy body, happy mind and harmonious spiritual are very important in life. You will only get the true health and beauty after you know how to balance your body, mind and spirit. Therefore, in this technical report, it tells everyone that maintaining the correct posture is the first thing for a healthy body. Spine is Holding our skeleton, pelvis, limbs together, and protecting organs. Use house as an example, if you don’t have a solid structure, it may not function well. And the organs might be malfunction caused by distorted skeleton just like the collapsed pillars in the house. I am sharing the easiest way to exercises when you are at home or taking a break in your office. You don't even need to get up and leave your seat. The other important point is to build up your self-confidence. Keep your back straight when you are standing, sitting and walking. Don't slouch your back. Improving your appearance such as facial expression/ shapes of eyebrows/ lifting the corners of the mouth can help too. At the end, I am sharing with everyone that how I started the spiritual paintings to release the negative energy in my life. I also used the music/ henna tattoo and energy instruments for healing my heart and soul. These are my ways to discover the potential of myself, my inner self and get the best from it. Also, I believed that both beauty and health should be attended consistently every day. It cannot be done overnight. Let's all begin now!
