Abstract:
The main focus of the National Cooperative Policy 2011-2020 is to ensure that cooperatives in Malaysia comply with cooperative legislation. This study aimed to test the relationship between the characteristics of the cooperative with the quality of the cooperative’s annual financial reporting. The independent variables of the cooperative characteristics tested were the size and type of business. The selected study data is the annual report of the cooperative and a total of one hundred and twenty annual reports for 2010 and 2014 were used. Data were analysed using multivariate regression analysis and hierarchical multivariate regression. The results showed that the size and type of business had a significant relationship with the quality of the cooperative’s annual financial reporting at the ninety five percent and ninety nine percent confidence levels, respectively. The results of the moderating factor analysis of industry experts showed the effect of the relationship between business type and the quality of cooperative’s annual financial reporting at a confidence level of ninety five percent. While the moderating factor of industry experts did not show an effect on the relationship between the size of the cooperative and the quality of the cooperative's annual financial reporting. Thus, it can be concluded that the characteristics of cooperatives and industry experts are important elements that influence the quality of annual financial reporting of cooperatives in Malaysia.

Abstract:
Purpose: Cooperatives in Ghana, despite the history since 1920s, have contributed minimally to the national economy and demonstrated only a few success cases as socioeconomic enterprises. This study aimed to identify policy factors which enable the promotion of cooperatives in Ghana, and suggested actions to be taken by the government of Ghana and development partners. Originality: Korean researchers have rarely studied African cooperatives. Cooperatives are a proven mechanism for the economic advancement of developing countries, while Korean cooperatives have been globally recognized as excellent business organizations. This study presents an implication to roles of development partners like KOICA in empowering Africa’s cooperatives as a development cooperation agenda. Methodology: An ordered Probit model was employed to identify determinants of effectiveness of Ghana’s cooperative policy. The data was collected from 94 public officers and 5 employees of private entities in the cooperative sector. Result: Public awareness of cooperative’s benefit and audit service influenced effectiveness of Ghana’s cooperative policy. The policy should prioritize support to cooperatives’ empowerment, and the most urgent resource required by the Department of Cooperatives (DOC) was budget allocation. As a means to measure performance of DOC, number of cooperatives which own a valid certificate was most preferred. Conclusion and Implication: DOC is recommended to strengthen officer’s audit service and consider running a public awareness campaign on cooperative’s benefits. The Ministry of Employment and Labour Relations (MELR), as an overarching ministry of cooperative policy of Ghana, should quicken the revision of the Cooperative Societies Act and upgrade statistical reporting. Development partners such as KOICA are advised to identify a joint project with MELR/DOC to empower the cooperatives. Cooperative leaders and members should actively seek an opportunity for training and business transactions, and strengthen a partnership with their community.

Abstract:
Introduction: Islamic boarding schools have significant potential to boost the Sharia economy, notably through cooperative formation. However, many of these cooperatives, including the Daarut Tauhiid Islamic Boarding School Cooperative (DT Cooperative), are not performing optimally. DT Cooperative contributes only 5% to the school's financial independence, and its residual business result (sisa hasil usaha, SHU) has varied over the last three years. This research aims to identify DT Cooperative's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and to establish strategic priorities for cooperative development. Methods: The Analytical Network Process (ANP) with a Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat (SWOT) network was employed in this study. Results: The findings of this study indicate that strength is the top priority in establishing the DT Cooperative business. The most influential characteristics of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and dangers are a structured organization, suboptimal marketing management, a huge market share, and shifting company dynamics. The most important approach to pursue is to increase cooperation among various groups. Conclusion and suggestion: This research highlights the need to improve organizational relationships and address marketing management deficiencies in DT Cooperatives. By leveraging organizational strengths and fostering collaboration, Islamic boarding school cooperatives can better support Sharia economic efforts. Insights from this study apply to Daarut Tauhiid and similar cooperatives, and underscore the importance of policies that enhance training, consultation, and networking among Islamic boarding schools. This study contributes to the economic development knowledge of Islamic boarding schools, particularly cooperatives, in enhancing community welfare and supporting their economic independences.

Abstract:
Agricultural industrialization consortia fully realize the organizational advantages of division of labor, risk sharing, and benefit sharing, which mainly rely on close cooperation of members under integrated governance, but the current influence mechanism on the intensity of cooperation is yet to be explored in depth. Using 40 member cooperatives of agricultural industrialization consortia in Sichuan Province as research samples, this paper explores the mechanism by which the configuration effects of five conditional factors at the levels of social capital and knowledge absorptive capacity can generate different cooperative intensity of cooperative participation in consortia using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis. It was found that (1) the driving mechanism of high cooperative intensity of cooperatives was divided into three paths; (2) the driving mechanism of non-high cooperative intensity of cooperatives was divided into two paths and had an asymmetric relationship with the driving mechanism of high cooperative intensity of cooperatives. The findings of this paper help to expand the research perspective on cooperative intensity at the level of social capital and knowledge absorptive capacity configuration, and provide useful insights for improving the cooperative intensity of cooperative participation in consortia and the cooperative tightness among consortium members.

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to generalize, systematize and deepen the theoretical and methodological principles of the elaboration of agricultural cooperation in the development of the agrarian system of Ukraine. The role and place of cooperation in the system of social organization of labor is researched. It is displayed that cooperation is an objective prerequisite for integration, and the division of labor itself causes its necessity. In institutional theory, the choice between free market transactions and full vertical coordination for economic agents is caused by market conditions, allocative efficiency of resource allocation and their minimum cost. The dynamics and state of development of agricultural cooperation in Ukraine are analyzed. An approximate three-level scheme of the national agricultural cooperative system is developed. At the first level of the hierarchy, agricultural cooperatives and cooperative associations should be located, at the second – regional unions (associations) of agricultural cooperatives, at the third – the All-Ukrainian Association of Agricultural Cooperatives. Under such a cooperative system, the principles of centralized and decentralized management are optimally combined, the self-government of cooperatives and compliance with the principles of cooperation are ensured. Based on the three-level scheme of the national agricultural cooperative system, the conceptual principles for the development of cooperative relations in agriculture at the regional level are substantiated. At this, management functions are retained by the cooperative association, which includes agricultural enterprises, farms and households belonging to the country’s residents, consulting services and support are provided by the regional advisory service, and the distribution of funds is carried out by a credit union founded by members of this cooperative association. A model of elaborating the cooperative relations in the agricultural sector of the economy with the participation of households and small commodity producers is proposed, which provides for the creation of a consumer agricultural cooperative. In case of deepening the integration of a consumer cooperative with another production, processing or sales enterprise of the agricultural sector of the economy, the cooperative model is transformed into a cooperative-integrated one, while maintaining the advantages of cooperation and receiving additional organizational and economic benefits from integration.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the substantiation of the development of intra-cooperative relations not regulated by legislation as one of the means of increasing the viability of agricultural consumer cooperatives in the context of modern Russian realities. Considered relationships are manifested in the practice of cooperatives in the form of following certain rules, attitudes, behavioral patterns, agreements, etc. It has been established that the underdevelopment of these relations, coupled with gaps in the cooperative legislation, is one of the reasons for the unsatisfactory rates of development of this type of cooperation in the country. Relations in the areas of management and receiving cooperative services are highlighted as the most important. Based on the study of the practice of cooperative organizations in the developed countries of the European Union and the experience of successful domestic cooperatives, the need to develop internal regulations in each cooperative containing a detailed specification of the mechanisms for implementing internal relations is substantiated. Examples of the formation of effective elements of intra-cooperative relations are given. It is concluded that the development of intra-cooperative relations corresponding to the values and principles of cooperation contributes to the filling of existing institutional voids and is a real factor in the successful development of agricultural consumer cooperation.

Abstract:
The study examines the transformation of the legal status of agricultural cooperatives in Russia from the period when the Provisional Government came to power to 1929, the period when this type of cooperation was liquidated as a separate entity. The study demonstrates changes in cooperative legislation after the February Revolution of 1917 until the late 1920s — from expanding the democratic foundations of cooperative societies to the complete abolition of agricultural cooperation as a separate type of this socio-economic movement. The legislation of the Provisional Government on cooperation, including agricultural, expanded the rights of agricultural societies, established a unified legal status for all types of cooperatives, introduced the concept of a “cooperative society” into legal circulation for the first time, allowed cooperatives to form unions, and outlined a clear algorithm for the organization of cooperative activities. The period of “war communism” was characterized by extremely harsh measures regarding the state control of cooperatives. During the New Economic Policy, the legislator adopted imperial cooperative legislation, granting democratic rights and freedoms to cooperatives. This was driven by the difficult financial situation of the population, especially peasants, and the acute shortage of food products. The policy of building a socialist state determined the further fate of agricultural cooperation, as well as cooperation in general, transforming it from a private-law institution into a public-law one and thereby depriving it of the fundamental principles on which it had been built for several decades.

Abstract:
Cooperatives are business activities that play a role in the process of increasing income, economic growth, and realizing national stability. Cooperative supervisors are elements of the apparatus or cooperative structure other than the meeting of members and cooperative management in Indonesia. It is certain that cooperative performance without supervision will have a negative impact. At least managers find it easy to decide policies. The policy may be ensnared and become a bigger problem. This Community Service activity aims to provide a deeper understanding of the cooperative's financial reporting system and supervisory management, in order to create good and reliable performance management and financial reports. Community service activities are carried out at the PT PUSRI employee cooperative. The activity was attended by 20 cooperative employees. The participants as cooperative supervisors are mostly supervisors who have just been elected and appointed at member meetings in each cooperative unit. Previously the participants did not know about cooperative management, especially in carrying out their duties as supervisors of cooperatives, especially in the field of cooperative accounting in analyzing cooperative finances. However, after evaluating the community service activities, and the results of the evaluation, it was found that employees felt they had gained a better and deeper understanding of the cooperative's financial reporting system.

Abstract:
The development of intra-cooperative relations not regulated by state legislation, provided that they are formed in accordance with cooperative principles and values, is considered in the article as one of the most important means of effective forming agricultural consumer cooperation in Russia. The aim of the study is to develop methodological approaches to the study of these economic relations in order to identify in the future those of them that contribute to the filling of institutional voids and are a real economic resource for the progressive development of cooperation. The relationships in question are manifested in economic practice in the form of adherence to certain attitudes, patterns of behavior, rules, beliefs, agreements, etc. They can be both formalized in the internal regulations of the cooperative’s activities, and informal. In an agricultural consumer cooperative, there are two main blocks of relations: the relationship of the cooperative with its members and the relationship between the members of the cooperative. As the main tools for obtaining information, it is proposed to use methods of studying documents (charter and internal regulations of the cooperative’s activities) and polling. For the survey, it is proposed to form several groups of respondents: ordinary members of cooperatives, representatives of their governing bodies, heads of cooperative organizations at the regional level, specialists of cooperative revision unions, competent representatives of science. The methods used and the content of the surveys differ depending on the categories of respondents. Thus, it is advisable to conduct polls of experts from the scientific community in the form of a conversation, while a significant part of the questions should be focused on identifying economic practices that are useful from the standpoint of ensuring the viability of a cooperative enterprise. The questionnaire is also recommended to include questions aimed at identifying informal intra-cooperative relationships that conflict with the principles of organizing cooperative activities and lead to the liquidation of the cooperative or its transformation into other forms. In the proposed answers to some questions, it is advisable to include information about the forms of implementation of intra-cooperative relations useful for the development of a cooperative, obtained on the basis of studying advanced foreign experience. The approaches proposed in the article are aimed at considering intra-cooperative relations not regulated by legislation as one of the full-fledged objects of scientific research that contribute to increasing the viability of an agricultural consumer cooperative.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of development and legal regulation of the agricultural cooperation in foreign countries. Despite the adoption of the Law of Ukraine «On agricultural cooperation» in the new edition the development of agricultural cooperation continues to be restrained, that indicates the presence of shortcomings in the legislative base. The relevance of the chosen topic is determined by the fact that nowadays in the conditions of European integration Ukraine needs an urgent solution to solve the problem of modermizing the Ukrainian cooperative legislation, taking into account the world experience, which will ensure the development of Ukrainian agricultural cooperatives. This article highlights proposals for modernizing the Ukrainian cooperative legislation by using international experience. The positive experience of Georgia in the field of monitoring the activities of the agricultural cooperatives is proposed to be received by Ukraine. The need to pay attention to the issue of gender equality in the agricultural cooperatives using the example of the Kingdom of Spain is emphasized. The author’s concept of «the principle of gender equality and gender integration in the agricultural cooperative» is formed in the article, which is proposed to supplement the cooperative legislation of Ukraine in order to ensure the equality of women and men in the agricultural cooperatives. The article provides the main directions for achieving gender equality and gender integration in agricultural cooperatives (cooperatives). Several approaches or models of the legal regulation of the creation and activity of cooperatives in the world are singled out. The expediency of introducing a model of general legal regulation of the cooperation in Ukraine, which will be based on a single conceptual codified act – the cooperative code of Ukraine, is substantiated.

Agricultural cooperation in Russia is considered today as the most important condition for the successful functioning of the agricultural sector of the economy, as well as the development of rural areas and communities. However, as the results of theoretical and empirical analysis of domestic cooperative practices development demonstrate, cooperative activities, despite significant efforts by the State to support cooperation, are still low in efficiency. At the same time, one of the reasons for the current situation in the activities of agricultural consumer cooperatives is that their organizational model (traditional cooperatives) is unable to realize its potential in a new (rapidly changing) economic environment (both global and national). In this connection, the article 1) reveals the peculiarities of the conditions in which domestic cooperatives operate, as well as the problems they face in implementing strictly traditional principles in their organizational structure; 2) justifies the need to transform both the model of cooperatives and the formal and informal institutions that determine the development of cooperation in rural space; 3) highlights the main directions of traditional cooperative principles modification to bring cooperative structures to the new level of efficiency and competitiveness. The main result of the research is the conceptual definition of three alternative models of business-type cooperatives with different strategies, as well as different degrees of individualization property rights, control, and management. The common features of the proposed varieties of contemporary entrepreneurial cooperatives include the restriction of membership, the application of up-to-date financial instruments to enhance additional investment opportunities, the involvement of a wide range of participants in cooperative activities (as members, specialists, managers), and the implementation of various motivational tools for rapid expansion of cooperative activities. In conclusion, the author presents the algorithm of organizational and institutional changes, which are necessary for the successful introduction of the entrepreneurial model of agricultural cooperatives into domestic economic practice.

Abstract:
The collection and analysis of industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) data offer numerous opportunities for value creation, particularly in manufacturing industries. For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), many of those opportunities are inaccessible without cooperation across enterprise borders and the sharing of data, personnel, finances, and IT resources. In this study, we suggest so-called data cooperatives as a novel approach to such settings. A data cooperative is understood as a legal unit owned by an ecosystem of cooperating SMEs and founded for supporting the members of the cooperative. In a series of 22 interviews, we developed a concept for cooperative IIoT ecosystems that we evaluated in four workshops, and we are currently implementing an IIoT ecosystem for the coolant management of a manufacturing environment. We discuss our findings and compare our approach with alternatives and its suitability for the manufacturing domain.

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to study the models for creating innovative “milk processing cooperative”, created on the basis of cooperative relations with dairy-producing personal subsidiary farms, to give recommendations. Based on the creation of dairy processing cooperatives in private subsidiary farms for processing and selling milk within the country, their great potential is being used and dependence on dairy products is being reduced. The models and options for creating dairy processing cooperatives based on the cooperation of private subsidiary farms in the dairy industry of the country are presented: 1) the creation of a “dairy processing innovation cooperative” based on a cooperative relationship with personal subsidiary farms; 2) under a cooperative agreement with personal subsidiary farms of the Turkistan region, the activities of the innovative dairy processing company FoodMaster-Shymkent LLP were considered; 3) the creation of a “dairy production cooperative” with a commercial dairy farm in the settlements of the district is suggested, based on the cooperation process. This is due to the fact that dairy processing and marketing cooperatives, along with the collection, processing, and sale of milk from personal subsidiary farms, of which they were members, assume responsibilities for processing land plots, foraging, providing breeding young animals, providing production and technical services, and state support for personal subsidiary farms. State support (subsidies, tax and credit benefits) through “milk-producing cooperatives”, in which personal subsidiary farms are created, support for personal subsidiary farms is provided through milk-producing cooperatives and milk-processing cooperatives.

Abstract:
Objective – This paper aimed to understand the elements in cooperative arrangements of agribusiness that facilitate and hinder cooperation.Design/methodology/approach -A descriptive research was carried out based on the 50 questionnaires applied to farmers´ members of cooperatives in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Results - Results indicated that farmers are increasingly expanding their role in making productive activities possible through cooperation promoted by cooperatives. Better access to information, sales opportunities, technical assistance, and, mostly, a favorable environment for the exchange of knowledge are the main responsible facts. As for cooperation, the relationship of trust established between cooperative members and cooperatives stands out, as well as the fidelity of membership that sustains the system, which can be weakened by opportunistic actions that may affect the continuity and fulfillment of the cooperatives’ objectives over time. Cooperative relationship face to competition is a good alternative for promoting the achievement of objectives by farmers that would be challenging or impossible in isolation.Originality - The cooperation promoted by cooperative organizations, broadens the understanding that by joining forces they can enter restricted markets. This occurs especially when it comes to the studied farmers – different sizes and patterns of production and activities that are constantly under economic and financial pressure.

Abstract:
Supply chain integration plays an important role in the development of the vegetable industry in terms of vegetable quality, vegetable safety, and vegetable security in rural China. This paper explores how agricultural cooperatives integrate the vegetable supply chain by taking a trinity cooperative as an example in China. It explains the translation concatenation of supply chain integration for this cooperative by constructing actor networks in four development stages, including the seed stage, start-up stage, development stage, and mature stage. The findings show that supply chain integration in production cooperation, supply & sales cooperation, and credit cooperation is a useful trinity cooperative model of supply chain integration for investigating vegetable supply chain integration through internal integration and external integration. This paper suggests that cooperatives in the vegetable supply chain should facilitate close coordination among different shareholders and further improve the efficiency of supply chain integration. Abstract:
In my study, I seek to shed light on the relationship between cooperative culture and cooperative governance structure in the agricultural cooperative. Its dual nature defines it as a specific business organization, combining both enterprise (business orientation) and a group/ community of members/ cooperative actors (social/ community/ group). As such, it has a specific cooperative governance structure, over which the cooperative culture has a key influence and is a significant factor for its effective functioning. This, in turn, is a prerequisite for the sustainable development of the cooperative. As the agricultural cooperative is a type of cooperative, the considerations and conclusions for the general type are valid for the specific one as well.

Abstract:
This paper understudied the development of cooperative principles globally and the context of how they are localized among cooperatives in Ile Oluji, Ondo State, Nigeria. There were no significant variations in the activities of the Cooperatives understudied and the stated ICA 1995 Principles save for “cooperation among cooperatives” and “education, training and information” of the general public about the benefit of cooperatives. Observations from this study were that although, cooperative societies understudied had their laws tailored to many of the ICA Principles 1995, they have minimal association with secondary and tertiary cooperatives in and outside their local area. The need for formal education of Staff and Executives of these cooperative societies was recommended. Likewise, the need for cooperatives to intensify information to the public about the benefit of cooperatives.

Abstract:
The remaining results of operations is one measure of the success of a business entity. the formation of residual business results is proof of solid cooperation between members as owners as well as customers of cooperatives and cooperative managers who always try to work optimally, effectively, and efficiently. Thus if there is excess/surplus/remaining income after being able to cover all operating expenses and expenses of the cooperative organization, it is only natural that the surplus is allocated to all parties who participate in producing it. Cooperatives are business entities that work with the principles set out in Law No. 25 of 1992, thus in allocating the remaining results of its operations must also be based on the principles it adheres to. In allocating the remaining operating results according to cooperative principles, namely: The distribution of the remaining operating results is carried out fairly in proportion to the amount of business services of each member; Provision of limited remuneration for capital; independence; cooperative member education; cooperation between cooperatives. While the distribution of the remaining results of cooperative operations to members consists of elements, namely the distribution of the remaining results of operations on capital services (contributions) of each member and the distribution of the remaining results of operations on business services (transactions) of each member. Keywords: Remaining Profits (SHU), Cooperative Principles, Allocation and Distribution of SHU

Abstract:
University Students, are millennials, which makes up almost 60 percent of the total population of Indonesia, do not understand and are not interested in cooperatives, even though the founders of the nation emphasized that the most suitable economic structure for the Indonesian people is cooperatives. There are indications that students' interest in cooperating through Student Cooperatives is still minimal. Some of the questions that arise are: why Student Cooperatives are not attractive to students, whether Student Cooperatives is a good place to learn cooperative values, and whether students who have joined the cooperative have a preference for developing cooperatives in the future. This study uses quantitative methods, the locus of research is the city of Bandung, the number of Kopma samples is 5, determined purposively. Research respondents were students (as members, administrators and supervisors as well as managers). The results showed that Kopma had provided cooperative experiences for its members, and the experiences gained were in the form of negative experiences and positive experiences; Students who get positive experiences from Student Cooperatives have a high tendency to replicate cooperative activities in the community.

Abstract:
The research aims to identify the influential factors in developing cooperative development strategies in the city of Bogor. Research data using primary data and analysis using quantitative methods with SWOT and AHP analysis. The results of the research on the internal-external (IE) matrix show that the position of cooperative development is in cell one by implementing a growth strategy through vertical integration, by means of backward integration, meaning that in order to develop cooperatives in Bogor City, they must be independent, which means the use of all factors of production rely on the cooperative's own business, both products, human resources and other resources. The results of AHP show that the most prioritized strategy implemented is a strategy of trying to improve information and technology systems so that they can innovate and compete with other similar businesses. Cooperatives can make efforts to increase cooperation with the government and the private sector in the field of science and technology development so that cooperatives can innovate and compete in the market, as well as efforts to increase public trust in cooperatives and the need to make regulations and policies that support the development of cooperatives.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the legal status of associate members of the cooperative. The article examines in detail the legal status of associate members of the cooperative in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Cooperation», the Law of Ukraine «On Agricultural Cooperation», the Model Statute of the Agricultural Production Cooperative, the Model Statute of the Agricultural Service Cooperative, the Model Statute of Consumer Cooperative. The rights and responsibilities that a person acquires in connection with joining the associate members of the cooperative are analysed. Based on the analysis of current legislation of Ukraine, it is found that the rights of an associate member of the cooperative are the following: the right to an advisory vote, and in some cases the right to vote on the issues established by the statute; the right to receive payments on shares; the right to withdraw from the cooperative in the prescribed manner; the right to receive complete information about the activities of the cooperative; preferred in comparison with the members of the cooperative the right to receive a share in the liquidation of the cooperative; other rights, in particular, but not exclusively those directly related to participation in a particular type of cooperative. Based on the legislative study, it is established that the responsibilities of an associate member of the cooperative are as follows: to comply with the terms of associate membership in the cooperative in accordance with its charter; to pay statutory contributions; to reimburse the cooperative or other members for material and non-material damages caused by their actions or omissions; not to disclose trade secrets about the activities of the cooperative. It is analysed that the rights and obligations of associate members are very similar to the corporate rights acquired by the members of such corporate legal entities as companies. The opinion is expressed that the legislative approach to the possibility of acquiring associate membership in service and consumer cooperatives is incorrect. It is proven that associate members are by nature depositors who, upon joining a cooperative, expect to make a profit. Since among all the types of cooperatives only a production cooperative is for profit, it is proposed to amend the current legislation of Ukraine establishing the provision that only in production cooperatives associate membership can be acquired.

Abstract:
The main area of activity of consumer cooperatives is rural areas, where, in cooperation with regional authorities, it solves the problems of forming food resources. Providing the population with food is one of the main tasks of consumer cooperation in the sphere of national security of the state. Consumer societies participate in the formation of the regional market of agri-food products, acting as an integral part of the infrastructure of the regional economy. The volume of purchases of agri-food products by the consumer cooperative is a reliable indicator of the relationship with agricultural producers. In the system of purchasing agricultural products, an important place is occupied by the cooperative store, acting as an Outpost of consumer cooperation. Procurement points of consumer cooperation play a significant role in the development of the regional economy and the formation of food resources. In the regions of Russia, the Centrosoyuz consumer cooperative has its own material and technical resources, a system for harvesting agricultural products, and a network of wholesale and retail trade. Consumer cooperation is a reliable channel for selling agricultural products of small businesses through distribution points and cooperative stores. The activity of consumer cooperatives in the food supply system of the regions fully fits into the solution of the tasks formulated in the Russian food security Doctrine. Consumer cooperation is of particular importance for the development of private subsidiary and peasant (farm) farms. Consumer cooperatives buy agricultural products and raw materials; sell compound feed, fertilizers, varietal seeds of agricultural crops, etc. to the rural population. Procurement organizations of consumer cooperatives (receiving points and cooperative stores) they have extensive experience in purchasing agricultural products from agricultural producers, thus ensuring that small agricultural businesses sell their products, including through retail regional markets, through which 48% of the volume of potatoes, 44% of fruit and vegetable products, almost 40% of meat and poultry, and 20% of eggs are sold.

Abstract:
Pedagogical journalism and literature of the interwar period emphasised importance of the cooperation between family and school with respect to cooperative education of school-age children and youth. Cooperative education started usually in family through the formation of reason, will and emotions. Family home constituted a basic level of education and could repeatedly stimulate cooperative interests. Common work of the family at family farm or in craft or cottage industry business became the first school of cooperation and joint-action on which cooperative activity was based. Family home played a supporting part in the development of student cooperative. The acceptance of parents and their recognition, and sometimes their involvement in the work of student cooperation, were a form of encouragement for students and teachers for further activity of the cooperative. At the same time, student cooperative – in particular in rural areas – was a medium stimulating the parents of these students and the environment to cooperatistic actions. The social life of school was guided by the principle of convergence, i.e. its interpenetration and complementation by the family home and environment life. The idea of cooperation in the interwar educational system being accomplished in practice by means of student cooperatives had the possibilities of playing a very big part. This was determined by its broad application in educational activity of the Polish school as well as its understanding and acceptance by the family and environment. Important part was played by the tutor of student cooperative. His / her duty was to tighten the cooperation between student cooperative and family home which, on the one hand, ensured the understanding of teacher's actions and, on the other hand, provided material and moral assistance for the cooperative. At the same time, teacher – through student cooperative – could influence socially and educationally the family and environment, showing the benefits yielding from mutual cooperative work based on joint-action.

Abstract:
Risk management in Indonesia’s cooperative organizations is still rarely implemented, cooperative management must be aided by good cooperative governance and the end objectives are the success and sustainability of the cooperative. The purpose of this study is to implement and identify risk management, especially in savings and loan cooperatives, and the final part of the study is to test and prove empirically the direct and indirect effects of the implementation of risk management on good cooperative governance and the success of the cooperative. The research method used in this study was a descriptive quantitative analysis. Saturation sampling techniques were also used in this study; while the size of the population was 73 persons, consisting of various cooperatives’ boards of directors, supervisors, managers, and administrators. The primary data needed in this study were obtained by using a survey method which involved questionnaires and conducting structured interviews. This study uses a statistical approach by using path analysis. The result of this study shows that two categories of risks can be identified, which are minor and insignificant risks. A minor risk includes the credit risk and strategic risk, and an insignificant risk includes six risks: market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, legal risk, reputation risk and compliance risk. Based on the statistical analysis, the indication is that there is no effect from the implementation of risk management on a cooperative’s success, but there is an effect from the implementation of risk management on good cooperative governance, and good cooperative governance has an effect on a cooperative’s success. Indirectly, a cooperative’s success is not influenced by the implementation of risk management, but it is influenced by the implementation of risk management through good cooperative governance as an intervening variable.

Društveno odgovorno poslovanje i ovdje podrazumijeva apsolutno poštivanje svih zakona i propisa uz vođenje brige o resursima i okolišu ali i o zadružnim načelima koja podrazumijevaju: dobrovoljno i otvoreno članstvo, demokratsko upravljanje i nadzor, ekonomsko sudjelovanje članova, autonomiju i nezavisnost zadruge, omogućavanje obrazovanja i informiranja članova, suradnju među zadrugama i brigu o zajednici u kojoj djeluju. Na primjeru djelovanja i rada Zelene energetske zadruge, Zagreb, bit će opisan inovativni poslovni model u sektoru energetike koji doprinosi energetskoj tranziciji i razvoju društvenog poduzetništva u Hrvatskoj.

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on cooperative business activities. Business management models and mass marketing and direct selling are difficult to implement because of the high risk of spreading COVID-19 through direct interaction. Therefore, innovative efforts are needed so that the cooperative's business is running well so that the sustainability of the cooperative's business is maintained. Utilization of information technology is an alternative to solve the problem impact of the COVID-19 pandemic through the development of e-cooperatives, which are information technology-based media to facilitate virtual cooperative business management. E-cooperative is an alternative that allows the management of cooperatives with less contact. The stages of development are carried out through; identification of requirements/requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, operation and maintenance. The implementation of the e_cooperative application is expected to help manage cooperatives effectively and efficiently and facilitate cooperative management so that it has a positive impact on the business development of members, so that cooperatives and their members can remain productive and carry out economic activities during the COVID-19 pandemic by running a less contact economy.
