Rafael, Susana. "L’attachement et sa relation au profil d’interaction dans la construction du couple." Thesis, Lyon 2, 2014. http://www.theses.fr/2014LYO20038/document.
Full textThis doctoral thesis focuses on the study of "attachment and its relationship to the profile of the couple," an approach that attributed to interactions experienced in childhood and adolescence an important role on the process of personal and emotional development. We analyze the features and how to interpret interactions experienced in the emotional, familiar and group of pairs context, during childhood and adolescence. We identify the influence of these characteristics in the way of being and living the current emotional relationships. In this research we used a mixed methodology which consists of a cognitive analysis (from the realization of a "pre-study" and a "Questionnaire") and a clinical analysis (by the studies of case) face to face with the Portuguese population is the basis of this analysis. Thus, this thesis focuses, in particular, the influence of attachment in the experience of romantic relationships in couples

Full textFacing crisis, farm-firms try to offer differentiate product adapted to needs of supermarket-firms. Elaboration of this couple product/market could only be achieved through a couple product/partner. Moreover, agricultural policy is looking for local development based on European quality signs. Central thesis questions is : what are cohesion process individual and collective strategies? Minor one's : what are "meta-rules" strategic partnerships used in co-construction of "structuration" and "justification"? Main hypothesis is : cohesion of individual and collective strategy is voluntary dynamic force of strategic information system collective construction. Couple "product/territory" adapted this baseline to farming industry. Research intents took part into thought and action on phenomenal description. Orientated project systemic model of small farm-firms and of couple product/territory is proposed. Characterized by "identity alterity", small firms are estimating their cohesion space with couple product/territory through cohesion loops. These links are running by two "metarules" which are information and quality. Couple product/territory is constructed through "identity alterity" - "structuration potentialisation" loop. Structuration refered to justification. Justification hanged on relationships with customers and with "legitimacy makers". Couple product/territory has to make initiator "meta-rules" become operational. Using quality management tools and information system allowed self-confidence and confidence. Exploration study showed interest into escaping from agronomics "terroir" for insisting on collective strategic goodwill: couple product/territory. Full textThis qualitative and exploratory research is about the construction of the identity of the violent married man in Lebanon. It is based on different sources, the violent man, the battered woman discourse (biography, court records, and questionnaires) and the discourse of non-violent resource-person. The construction of the identity of the violent man in Lebanon is related to the patriarchal system which is strongly anchored in the culture, institution and life of the Lebanese. In this environment man evolves into three prototypes:- The masculine: dominant, protector, provider, aggressive.- The feminine: submissive, housewife, available, soft.- The couple: the clamping of the two other prototypes in one complementary sexist relationship. The masculine violence can reflect the man’s place in the couple (symbolic violence, spontaneous violence), and can also show the willingness to conserve the patriarchal order in the family because every evolution of prototypes especially the women’s role is felt by man as a threat against his masculinity (interaction violence). Violence is accentuated because Lebanon is a society under stress, which permanently distorts the masculine image. The identity trajectory of the Lebanese violent man shows that he has an authoritarian and severe father figure, or a feeble one. His mother can be overbearing, absent or ambivalent. Concerning the couple, the violent man searches for the fusional couple because it reflects perfectly the sexist patriarchal complementarity. The Lebanese social patriarchal order is in perpetual reproduction generating sexist man ready to become violent. The woman is surrounded by violence, and shame feeling of being a battered woman and/or divorced woman, and because of the others that are sexist: parents, friends, society institutions and concerned responsible. The struggle against violence can only be total: it must be against violence, gender inequality and against patriarchal society

Full textTalking about extraconjugality in French-speaking fiction means looking through works in which the authors deploy, through their writing, the ins and outs of this practice. Indeed, the four authors coming from diverse backgrounds each offer a unique reading of the practice of extraconjugality. This work reveals all the facets of extraconjugality, good and bad, which contributes to the stabilization of the family or not. On the one hand, we have couples who relied on extramarital life to realize that they were made for each other, and on the other hand, families who have completely broken up. In the second scenario, the breakdown of the family serves as the basis for the creation of a new home. A second problem underlies this work of scientific analysis, it is that of extraconjugality which enslaves. We demonstrate how the character who cheats is kept under the yoke of his partner because he is driven by the fear of the discovery of his deviations

Full textThe present Ph. D. Dissertation is concerned, as its title suggests, with the construction and deconstruction of the couple in Wallachia during the eighteenth century. The thesis is structured according to two major steps in the life of couple : the way in which a family created and the failure related to divorce. The source material of my dissertation consists of the unpublished judicial archive produced by the ecclesiastical court of justice. This important institution functioned without interruption between 1738-1964 beside the Bucharest Metropolitan church. It attributions covered the matrimonial cases as welle as those related to the "bad morals". My analysis is a social historical one ; my primary aim was to rebuild the daily life of the social actors of marriage history, using the methodological tools of the history of mentalities, micro-history, or social anthropology. The first part of the thesis offers an analysis of the Orthodox Church in Wallachia as an institution, which sets the norms and recommendations regarding the life of the individuals. My research dwelled mostly on the judicial practices of the ecclesiastical court of justice, which revealed the tight connection between the subject and his/her community. The second part of the dissertation follows closely each step of the long adventure of a couple : the choice of the partner, the dowry, the engagement, the wedding, and all related rituals. Beside the social and religious factors, the economic considerations played a major role in establishing a new family. The third part of the thesis analysed the discourses emerging around the failure of a couple. Divorce had been always accepted and garanted by the Orthodox Church but only on sollid grounds, specified by the canon law : bad treatment, adultery, abandonment of the conjugal home, illness, or one of the partner's retreats into a monastery. The conclusion sums up the main findings of th thesis and sets tasks for further research

This study aims to investigate the influences of the families of origin regarding the construction of the conjugal bond in the new couple. Therefore, we did a study using both quantitative and qualitative methods. We selected a young couple (husband 27; wife 28), without children, and whose parents were alive. Initially, a questionnaire investigating the parent´s conjugality (QCP) as perceived by their children, was applied to each member of the couple. Later, we interviewed the couple and their respective parents, making up a total of six subjects. The conjugal dynamic of the new subsystem, the couple, is related to the interactional patterns established in their families of origin. We observed that relational models repeatedly appeared in three generations: in the grandparent´s generation, in the parents and in the new couple. In this transmission some contents of the heritage were transformed, while others were reproduced without further elaboration, both in the second, and mainly in the third generation, that is, the new couple. The discussion of the material obtained was based in psychoanalytic and systemic theories. We concluded that generational influences mark the construction of the conjugal bond, establishing a foundation for conjugal identity, sometimes in a constructive manner and other times inciting conflicts.

Full textThis work focuses on how French and Spanish young adults build their identities until they reach total autonomy and independence from their parents. Researching this subject I have tried to demonstrate that young people from both countries not only do not leave their parents'home at the same age but that they also follow different patterns in order to build their selves until they reach total autonomy and independence from their parents and start a life with a partner. In both countries there are different patterns regarding the way young people become autonomous. (. . . )

Full textThe transition into adulthood is a process spread in time. It starts with people moving from their parents' homes, graduating and integrating the labour market, and moving into a coupled life. In a society with rising educational achievements, the timing of these life transitions has changed. Most students move into independent housing arrangements during their studies even though the majority are still financially dependent on parents. Full integration into the labour market happens at a later stage and most students have temporary jobs while studying. Moreover, most students do not settle down into a coupled life until the end of their education with few of them getting into couples during this phase. Throughout this thesis, these different events are studied in order to explore the complex transmissions into adulthood. This work relies on retrospective longitudinal data combining both the quantitative DEP Panel of 1989 and additional qualitative data based on 53 interviews. These data were used to identify a typology of modes of transition into adulthood and to shed light on the interactions between the different spheres: Study, employment, cohabitation, and the birth of children

Full textThe French-Brazilian couple (composed of a French man and a Brazilian woman) is an example of the necessity of the strategic constructions of the married and family life according to the contemporary norms of marriage. The model of the transplantation of the Brazilian woman in France is one way of explaining the process of conjugal and family socialization of this couple. Conjugality is studied according to an ideal-typical approach with the issue of stereotypes at the center of the object of study. Geographical and cultural factors of the Brazilian woman are taken into consideration. Cultural distance, which is at the foundation of this type of conjugal mixity, allows us to analyze the negotiation that takes place between the French man and the Brazilian woman, to reach conjugal and family fulfillment, according to the established norms

Full textIn the analysis of the two criteria necessary for the thermal design of buildings - user's comfort and energy efficiency - air moisture content is an important factor. However, in most existing computer software, the evolution of moisture content is either neglected or represented in a very simplified way. This is partly due to convergence difficulties met during numerical resolution of coupled systems. Therefore, in this work, we contribute to the development of comprehensive and reliable modular simulation tools. The aim is to represent moisture-energy-airflow dynamic behaviour of a multizone building. Four substantial aspects are covered (l) airborne moisture transport, (2) vapour condensation, (3) vapour absorption by hygroscopic materials (4) vapour production. We propose an integrated model, representing moisture interaction with energy and airflow. A comparison with experimental results confirms that the proposed representation includes all elements necessary for a correct modeling of moisture propagation in a partitioned space. In Order to en sure a reliable numerical resolution of the proposed mode!, we examine the performances of different methods for solving systems of algebraic non-linear equations. As classical algorithms fail on our problem, we develop an iterative strategy based on black decomposition. Identified blacks correspond to principal physical systems: (1) airflow black: inter-zonal air movements, (2) energy black: temperatures in each zone, (3) moisture black: air moisture content in each zone. During the iterations, the values of variables are updated according to physical interaction among systems. During its validation on a set of benchmark tests designed by software users, the proposed strategy demonstrates its numerical reliability and adaptation to moisture-energy-airflow problems

Full textThe present study focuses on one of the cosmogonic myths аt the heart of European culture. The myth about creation and anthropogenesis, the biblical story of the first couple, plays a fundamental role in understanding and interpreting the relationship between the man and the woman. The inseparable alliance that binds Adam and Eve undergoes a metamorphosis after the Original sin in order to be later restored as a full-fledged unity in the name of the family. The subject of comparison are the French, the Romanian and the Bulgarian literature and we are interested in their development characteristics between the two World Wars. The focal point in the comparative analysis is the novel genre, which is in a stage of development in all three literatures. The genre combines heterogeneous techniques, and is a territory for authors’ renewed interest in metaphysical themes. In this endeavour, adherence to the established structure of the biblical myth as combining three phases is sustained – creation, fall and redemption phases – whose protagonists are the man and the woman, and which coincide with the transition of Adam and Eve from a couple to a family. Two representatives from each of the three regional literatures, belonging to different literary movements during this period, are taken as examples. These are François Mauriac and Jean Giraudoux (representatives of French literature), Liviu Rebreanu and Mircea Eliade (representatives of Romanian literature), Tchavdar Moutafov and Anna Kamenova (representatives of Bulgarian literature). The first question posed in the comparative reading of their works concerns the modern, contemporary dimensions of paradise – the Eden of absolute happiness and completeness. The prerequisites for the break as a transition into a family unit are discernible within this theme. The writers describe a new Eve that hardly fits the traditional perceptions and assumptions for her gender. The next stage of the critical reading examines the attitude towards inherited parental models and the characteristics of the female image as a primary concern to its creator – the author. Thus, a gradual approach towards the realization of the last step in the development of the couple, namely, its conversion to a family unit, is achieved. The present analysis focuses on articulating contemporary discourse on the place of the family unit in the surrounding world and on the reconciliation between individual freedoms and life in a community as central themes of the modern novel

Full textThis thesis presents the analysis, synthesis, optimization, design and experimental validation of safety mechanisms in the context of physical human-robot interaction. In order to improve safety, which is essential to allow the coexistence of humans and robots, an approach based on the design of intrinsically safe manipulators is preferred to collision avoidance and detection systems for reliability reasons. The maximum contact force occuring during a collision is used as a safety criterion due to its simplicity and validity in the context of robotics. For serial robots, it is proposed to place a torque limiter in series with each actuator whereas for suspended robots, it is preferable to separate the base and the effector with a parallel mechanism in which some joints are replaced with torque limiters --- thereby forming a \emph{Cartesian force limiting device}. The use of such mechanisms allows the reduction of the effective manipulator inertia during a collision without affecting the performances under normal conditions. A model is first created in order to compare --- using simulations --- the safety gains obtained with torque limiters with the ones obtained with other articular safety mechanisms when they are implemented alone or in combination with other safety devices. Methods to optimally control the thresholds of adjustable torque limiters placed in series with each actuator of a serial robot are developed. A kinematic performance index is proposed in order to optimize the pose and architecture of such a robot. The approach and the developed methods are experimentally validated using prototypes of adjustable torque limiters based on friction which are placed in series with each actuator of a four-degree-of-freedom robot. Finally, architectures of Cartesian force limiting devices are proposed and optimized and their effectiveness in the context of suspended robots is experimentally validated.

Full textThe growing interest in biosourced materials in the construction sector is confronted with difficulties in simulating their hygrothermal behavior. Insulating materials such as fiberboard concentrate all the difficulties because they are not very thermally conductive, very hygroscopic and very diffusive to water vapor. Consequently, in transient state, heat and mass coupling is exacerbated, and the phases of water are not in equilibrium locally. In order to highlight this second phenomenon, a new experimental device has been developed. It allows to subject a sample a few centimeters thick to a disturbance of relative humidity on its front face and then to simultaneously measure the evolution of relative humidity on its back face and its mass. In a situation of non-equilibrium, there is a phase shift between these two quantities that the classic coupled transfer formulation cannot predict. In order to obtain a correct prediction, a new formulation was used. It is based on the use of memory functions characterizing microscopic diffusion. In order to demonstrate the predictive capacity of the new formulation, these functions have been determined with gravimetric tests performed on very small samples using a magnetic suspension balance. In parallel, a rigorous analysis of the heat and mass coupling in these materials made it possible to highlight the impact of different macroscopic parameters on their characterization. The use of the new formulation fed by the identified memory functions and the various macroscopic parameters allows an excellent prediction of relative humidity and mass. This new formulation, experimentally validated, can now be used in energy simulation of the building

Full textOur study's subject is to analyse the parental differentiation, the educative concordance effects, and their crossing, on the 4 years old girls and boys' sexued identity construction, studied by socio-cognitive and socio-affective processes. In that way, we asked, with an investigative questionnary, to 101 parental couples (fathers and mothers) about their involvement and contributions on education, to determine which couples were more or less differentied and those who were more or less concordants. The variable to explain concerns the sexuation process, it was apprended on socio-affective and socio-cognitive sights, with identification and categorisation processes. It was tested near 60 boys and 41 girls by the family's drawing, the P. S. A. I. , the B. S. R. I. , adapted by Tostain and a categorisation test of masculine, feminine and neutral toys. We brought some evidence effects of parental differentiation on boys but not girls' sexuation process. Boys of differentatied parents are less sex roles stereotyped. The differentiation relative to the maternal contribution lead the child to identify himself more easily to same sex parent, to know more about masculine and feminine dichotomy and to have more sexued preferences. For boys, the concordance relative to parental involvement and educative contributions is relied positively on masculine sex roles' scores and on parental figures' distinction. For girls, the educative concordance relative to parental involvement is relied on nearly all the sexuation process indicators, notably on the self representation as a sexued subject. Few joint effects of the crossing have been noted. Boys of indifferentiated and concordants parents in authority are more sex roles stereotyped (toys). For its same indicator, with girls, the parents are differentiated and concordants. So, these results lead us to conclude that the educative concordance exercises a favourable influence over the 4 years old' girls and boys' sexued development, and to consider parental differentiation as a necessary but not sufficient condition in the young child construction of sexued identity

Full textOrganoboron compounds are remarkable tools in organic synthesis due to their very diversified chemistry. The work presented in this thesis addresses new aspects of their reactivity. A rapid and efficient synthesis of 9-hydroxyfluorenes is described via a tandem Suzuki/phenol aldolisation sequence. This process was then extended to 9-aminofluorenes by simply adding various amines to the reaction medium as the third partner. Mechanistic hypotheses are proposed to rationalize these experimental results. In a second part, was presented a study articulated around the implementation of ene reactions on borylated 1,3-dienes. The products thus obtained are then used as key intermediates of more complex polycyclic scaffolds. Finally, the third chapter is dedicated to a new access to C-fused pyrroles from borylated cyclic dienes, the latter being prepared by hydroboration of enynes, boron-Wittig or metathesis reactions. A great structural diversity is then accessible from these easily prepared precursors

Full textDeveloping raw earthen construction is nowadays a major environmental issue, due to its low embodied energy compared to Portland cement. A solution would be to use a similar process as cement-based concrete, by casting into formworks. Nevertheless, this is limited by technical difficulties, owing to the fact that earth is not a hydraulic binder. In that perspective, this work focuses on inducing a liquid-solid transition to an earth suspension without waiting for drying, similar to cement-based materials. The approach explored to meet this challenge is inspired by the technique of Gelcasting used in the field of technical ceramics. This relies on the gelation of polymers previously introduced into a ceramic slurry to induce a rapid and homogeneous liquid-solid transition. A bibliographic study supplemented by preliminary tests led to the selection of alginate, a biosourced polymer that is non-toxic. Its gelation is allowed at ambient temperature, via addition of multivalent cations such as calcium ions. This polymer proved to be very promising. It made it possible to produce mortar specimens which could be unmoulded 24 hours after casting. A wet compressive strength close to 0.1 MPa could be reached, theoretically sufficient for a wall of 3 meters high to stand under its own weight. A proof of concept at the concrete scale was then realized as a low wall of 40 cm high casted and vibrated and then unmoulded in 24 hours. Mechanical and hygrothermal performances of the dry material were validated, and the presence of the gelled polymer could improve the resistance to erosion. Initial trials showed that the process could be adapted to low calcareous soils

Full textFacing the energy problems of the building and the environmental impact, hygroscopic envelopes constitute a very interesting alternative to improve the thermal comfort, the quality of the indoor air, the regulation of the indoor humidity and to reduce the energy consumption. This thesis work aims to study the coupled heat and mass transfers within porous materials such as hemp concrete. The aim is to predict the hygrothermal behaviour of these materials, through a macroscopic model, based on transfer motors; temperature for heat transfer, water vapour pressure for moisture transfer and pressure for air transfer. The difficulty of using this model lies in the identification of the numerous parameters characterizing the hygrothermal properties of the materials. Part of the work has been devoted to the evaluation of the main intrinsic properties of the materials through the elaboration of different experimental prototypes in the laboratory within the framework of an investigation recommended by the RILEM TC-275 HDB committee. Moreover, the variability of the parameters resulting from this last campaign as well as the lack of knowledge of the remaining parameters lead us to a sensitivity analysis of the parameters. This study allowed to identify the most influential parameters on the hygrothermal response of a hemp concrete wall. On this basis, a scale model was deduced according to these last parameters (thermal conductivity, thermal capacity, vapour permeability and storage capacity). This work was implemented using discretization by the finite element method implemented in a Matlab code. Subsequently, an adimensional study was undertaken, which identified the most important parameters in the prediction of the hygrothermal behaviour of a hemp concrete wall. The parameters remaining from this sensitivity study are a determining factor in the distinction between materials that are both thermal insulators and water vapour permeable (water regulators). Finally, a comparison of the results of the reduced model with those of the literature is presented. This comparison highlighted the influence of the sorption isotherm on the hygrothermal behaviour of a hemp concrete wall

Full textPesticide use on agricultural surfaces leads to a broad surface and subsurface water contamination in France. Awaiting a deep agricultural practices evolution and a sustained fall of the pesticide use, it is of interest to limit transfers form agricultural fields to rivers. In order to constrain those transfers, a deepen knowledge of processes at stake and their potential interactions is necessary, as well as taking full advantages of fields observations. The aim of this PhD is the reactive transfer processes integration in the Hydrological physically-based model CATHY (CATchment HYdrology) which simulates surface-subsurface coupled water flow and advectiv solute transport in three dimensions and in variably saturated situations. Linear adsorption and first order decay are implemented in subsurface. A mixing modules is added, and evens the concentration between surface runoff and subsurface first layer. This module simulates the solute mobilisation from soil to surface runoff. The water flow surface-subsurface coupling procedure is very accurate in CATHY, and the transport coupling procedure is improve in order to respect the mass conservation. The model is first evaluated on subsurface transfer laboratory experimentation data at a small scale (2 m long, o.5 m wide, 1 m deep). Results are compared to mass flux evolution in time and a Morris sensitivity analysis is conducted. The model is able to acceptably reproduce observation, and properly after a slight calibration. Horizontal and vertical saturated conductivities, porosity and the $n$ parameter of retention curve significantly influence hydrodynamics and solute transport. As a second step, the model is evaluated on data from a field wine hillslope on an intense rain event, therefore in a context with a lot of surface-subsurface interactions. A global sensitivity analysis is conducted and highlights same parameters as the Morris method. Interactions between parameters highly influence the variability of hydrodynamic and solute transfer outputs. Mass conservation is accurate despite the complexity of the context. The resulting model meets the objectives, its evaluation is strong even if its theoretically only valid in the precise context in which the evaluations where conducted. The model is robust and able to reproduce observed data. Some complementary processes are still missing in the model to properly represent transfer ways at the hillslope scale, such as subsurface preferential transfers and surface sedimentary transport

Full textThe purpose of this thesis is to study coupled heat air and moisture transfer in porous building materials. Concerning the modeling part, the interest is to predict the hygrothermal behavior, with a macroscopic model, that incorporates simultaneously the effect of thermodiffusion phenomenon and that of total pressure on the building walls. The input parameters are evaluated experimentally using continuous driving potentials, where the ability to deal with problems of transfer in multilayer materials. In some configurations, it presents the advantage to undertake analytical solution that can be confronted with numerical solutions. Furthermore, a formal justification of balance equations of the developed model was addressed through the use of ascaling approach. Then, the modeling of macroscopic moisture transfer behavior, by implementing information from the microstructure can be refined. The transition of the microscopic to macroscopic scale was performed using the mean field homogenization. One of the difficulties with the use of this model lies in the identification of many parameters characterizing the hygrothermal properties of materials. Therefore, a part of the present work was devoted to the evaluation of the main properties of materials through the development of various experimental prototypes in the laboratory. More over, an experimental approach dedicated to the evaluation of the thermodiffusion process in porous materials has been undertaken. In this way, an experimentation concerning the determination of the temperature gradient and dynamics of water exchange process inside walls has been established. Furthermore, the use of the experimental platform MegaCup at theTechnical University of Denmark has collected data on the sensitivity of the thermodiffusion effect. Subsequently, a comparison of the experimental and the numerical results was performed. Few differences were observed. Otherwise, an experimental investigation on the contribution of the mass infiltration of water transfers in building materials was performed. A characterization of the moisture infiltration coefficient was performed through the development of the experimental test. This coefficient was used as an input parameter in the simulation models

Full textThe general aim of the thesis is to advance the understanding of multi-physical behavior of wooden buildings and improving the assessment of their energy performance with comfort hygrothermal. Sector professionals and scientific studies show the differences between the calculations and performance measures (consumption, comfort) of these buildings. The reasons for these differences are not yet well understood: the impact of moisture and latent heat in these constructions are often put forward as a likely explanation, although this is still research. The most recent studies show that the foundations are likely to fall at the hygrothermal behavior of materials at the base of wooden unsteady. This work will focus primarily on two studies scales: scale and scale building material. One of the lines of work of the thesis will focus on the experimental characterization of hygroscopic properties of wood-based materials and their modeling. The second strand of work will focus on building wide integration of these materials in modeling, integrating the impact of specific properties of these materials in the walls constituent assemblies and in complex balance sheets at the building scale . An experimental study will focus on a living room with a large presence of wood in the building envelope to characterize the hygrothermal comfort, and quantify the contribution of Hygric inertia of the envelope on performance in terms of the atmosphere comfort. If necessary, measures will also be drawn to scale "wall" on one hand, on real structures on the other
