Abstract:
The article deals with the importance of methodological approach to the formation of conflictological culture. The author notes that the methodological basis for the development of a harmoniously developed personality in a technical institution of higher education is the formation of conflictological culture of future engineers, which is a component of professional competence and is based on humanitarian grounds of an educational institution. The process of formation of conflictological culture of future specialists of technical specialties, within the context of professional training, from a methodological point of view is considered from the position of systematic, activity-based, culturological and creative, and competent approaches. The systematic approach in the methodology of formation of conflictological culture is regarded as the systematization of knowledge of culturological and conflictological orientation in the hierarchy of specialized knowledge and its use during the educational process as gaining further experience of their application in professional activity. In the formation of conflictological culture the activity-based approach is a professional and creative direction, through which the skills and abilities of the components of conflictological culture based on the knowledge acquired are formed. An active-based approach in the methodology of conflictological culture will allow motivating knowledge related to the humanitarian and culturological direction, teaching students to make decisions independently and to assess the situation, to form the ability of self-control in any situation, to promote the creative mindset. The culturological approach is not only the basis of methodology in the formation of conflictological culture, and its implementation should be clearly traced throughout the whole period of young person’s studying in higher educational institution. In the implementation of culturological approach during the formation of conflictological culture, considerable attention is paid to directing young people to an understanding of national traditions and culture that are not opposed to other cultures, but bear cultural development and the ability to apply it properly in the professional field; personality’s capacity for cultural self-development and cultural realization; the creative development of future engineer, based on the cultural and technical heritage of society. This approach is basic and on the basis of this approach the methodology of formation of conflictological culture is built. In the methodology of formation of conflictological culture, the competence-based approach is considered as a basic top for the professional development of future engineer, which will allow effective interaction between the teacher and the student in the formation of necessary competences based on conflictological culture as a component of professional competence. The competence-based approach is important for the formation of professional competencies, but without using other pedagogical approaches, it is not possible to form conflictological culture as we consider. For the improvement, development and self-realization of student, the interrelation of all the approaches is required, and for their effective application in the methodology of formation of conflictological culture they should be applied in a certain order.

Abstract:

We face with different kinds of conflicts every day. The problem of the conflictological culture of personality is urgent nowadays, because only a person with a highly developed level of the ability to avoid or successfully solve conflicts can succeed at work and in life-long learning. The European Council defined five key competences necessary for future specialists’ successful functioning in the contemporary society. The first place in this list was assigned for social competence as the ability to be responsible, able to take part in group decisions, avoid and resolve conflicts (The Symposium of the European Council. Brussels, 1996). The authors of the given research analyze the essence of the notions ”conflict”, “conflictological culture”, as an integral quality of a person where the main stress is paid on its structural components’ content. They also investigate different aspects of activities and psychophysiological development of left- and right-handedness of people. The empirical analysis conducted in the research presents the data obtained in the investigation of the left- and right-handed students’ conflictological culture’s level. The Object of the research is the conflictological culture’s level of students at higher school. Abstract:
The subject of the study is conflict, its essence and conflictological culture from the point of view of the formation of the company’s employees’ behavior style in conflict situations in the organizational field. The article considers components of the conflictological culture, the contexts of conflicts and the optimal styles of behavior of the individual. Due to the fact that the behavior of the opponent is a marker for the adoption of an effective strategy of actions, the author examines effective conflict management based on the study of the types of behavior of the opponent in a conflict situation. The paper notes that the conflictological culture of the individual in the context of problematic interpersonal interaction acts as an integrative quality based on the existential-humanistic apparatus of values, communicative, behavioral and psychological culture, and manifests itself in the optimal tactics of behavior aimed at constructive conflict resolution. The study concludes that conflict, as a phenomenon, contains the potential for the development and improvement of employees’ experience and skills in resolving difficult situations.

Abstract:
In contemporary research on organisational effectiveness, the concept of culture is gaining ground. Not only organisational and/or national culture is considered, but also the whole range of local subcultures: professional, personal, age, etc., which also need to be analysed and taken into account. This circumstance affects the micro- and macro-level functioning of the organisation in the cultural code. The article studies the phenomenology of conflict from the perspective of an organisation’s conflictological profile, which is a reflection of its cultural identity. A typological cross-section of the conflict, its operational, strategic and symbolic types has been revealed. They have individual characteristics and have an impact on the functioning of the organisation, shaping its unique conflictological profile.

Abstract:
The article shows that in the context of the formation of a digitalnetwork society, the phenomenon of polysubject is growing, which leads to the transition to the model of public administration through communities based on the management dilemma “leadership-acceptance”, which limits the possibilities of the hierarchical-bureaucratic rule and turns out to be more effective. All these reasons are due to qualitative changes in the system of civil society: the sharply increasing emancipation of the individual from the state, the reduction of the space of direct command influence of the latter, the vigorous development and complication of horizontal social ties and the plexus of diverse civil institutions and movements into a holistic network. For public policy, the task of optimizing the interaction of the authorities and representatives of civil associations, strengthened by digital network capabilities that allow the formation of centers of social force through the consolidation of interest groups and public opinion, becomes important. The search for "consent zones," based on building and creating a balance of public interests, calls for conflictual diagnostic tools and the resolution of problematic points of interaction. A satisfactory and comprehensive solution to the problem requires a wide range of conflict actions - from negotiation and mediation, legislative initiatives and public hearings, expertise and monitoring, to lawsuits and proceedings, and sometimes acts of civil disobedience. All these actions require a conflictological competence, which accustoms representatives of the public sector to greater professionalism, culture of interaction with state bodies, providing a comprehensive diagnosis of the conflict situation and a wide range of technologies to influence its solution, and state representatives focus on recognizing alternative positions, respectful dialogue with the public and developing an appropriate legal framework for a long partnership with the nonprofit sector. These trends in the style of public policy have been demonstrated on the strategy of behavior of the women's public organization “Petersburg Egida” in solving the conflict situation related to non-payment of maternity funds for pregnant women, as well as for the care of young children.

Abstract:
On the basis of the archetypic analysis of development trends of a conflictological paradigm the author’s model of minimization of conflict potential in modern society is offered. Institutional construction is the basis for model that is harmonized with a factor of societal identity. It is noted that the problems of social conflicts, according to data from monitor- ing studies of the Ukrainian school of archetype, are increasingly shifted into the sphere of interpersonal relations. It is stimulated by the progression in society of so-called self-sufficient personalities, the “subjectification” of the social space, and at the same time narrowing down to the solution of entirely specific situations in which there is a collision of the interests of two or more parties.Instead, in order to find the optimal solution for resolving the conflict, it is necessary to have interdisciplinary knowledge, in particular understanding of the deep nature of such conflicts. Collision of points of view, thoughts, positions — a very frequent phenomenon of modern social life. In order to develop the correct line of behavior in various conflict situations, it is important to adequately under- stand the nature of the emergence of the modern conflict and the mechanisms for resolving them in substance. Knowledge of conflict nature enriches the culture of communication and makes human life and social groups not only more calm, but also creates conditions for constructive development. It is proved that in modern life one can not but agree with the statement that an individual carries first re- sponsibility for his own life and only then for the life of the social groups to which he belongs. And while making decisions within the framework of modern mecha- nisms (consensus), the properties of human psychology such as extroversion, emo- tionality, irrationality, intuition, externality, and executive ability will not at least contribute to such a task. That is why in the author’s research attracted attention to the archetypal na- ture of the conflict — the primitive images, ideas, feelings inherent in man as a bearer of the collective unconscious.

Abstract:
The article deals with the formulation of the problem of assessing conflictological competence by means of mathematical modeling. An analysis of existing definitions of this concept is provided. Conflictological competence as the most important feature of a manager’s professionalism is a complex concept that assumes the presence of theoretical knowledge about the possible ways to work with a conflict, a certain set of skills for their practical application and the necessary personal and professional qualities for effective conflict management in the interests of the organization. Conflictological competence of a leader can be defined as an integral assessment of the degree of achievement of goals at the stages of conflict management: the readiness of the leader to prevent conflict, conflict resolution and overcoming its negative consequences. The content model of the conflict is considered as the basis of modeling. To translate this model into mathematical language, the analitic hierarch process (AHP) by Thomas L. Saaty, which has its own software Super Decisions, is used. As a result of the use of AHP, the relative degree of interaction of elements in the hierarchy, the priorities of alternatives and the optimal solution are determined. In the article on the example of conflict in an organization, AHP is used to assess the conflictological competence of the leader. The proposed analytical toolkit can be effectively utilized by experts, managers and decision makers to assess conflictological competence.

Abstract:
The multicultural nature of the environment in which the modern educational process is carried out imposes on the teacher the obligation to be able to work with children of different ethnic groups, different beliefs, from different cultures. Since, in practice, most novice teachers are not ready for effective activity in a multicultural environment, the purpose of the research was to study training pedagogical students to work in a multicultural environment. In the research the following methods were used: analysis of pedagogical literature on the issue; pedagogical experiment (the one group pretest-post-test design); diagnostic techniques, including interviewing pedagogical undergraduate students, ranking of activities to train to work in a multicultural environment. The experiment involved junior students (I-II year) and senior students (IV-V year) of the South Ural State Humanitarian Pedagogical University, studying in the direction of “Pedagogical education (with two training profiles)”, where the second profile is English (84 respondents). After the pedagogical experiment, self-assessment of students' readiness to work in a multicultural environment improved: at the final stage of the experiment, on the basis of the sign test (G-criterion) at a significance level of 0.01, statistically significant differences were revealed between the pre-experimental and post-experimental values of self-esteem. The obtained empirical value of the criterion, equal to 7 (Gemp = 7), is less than the critical one (Gctit = 19), which indicates the transition of the group to a higher level of readiness to work in a multicultural environment. The preferences of the types of activity during the experiment changed: before the experiment, students chose the activity-based component of training, after the experiment they preferred information-based component. The results indicate that in order to train pedagogical students to work in a multicultural environment, a complex of activities, including both information-based and activity-based components of education, is to be applied. It was concluded that special attention should be paid to the study of the cultures of countries from which a vast number of migrants came to Russia, as well as to elements of conflictological education. The applied part of teacher training should include school-based experience in teaching classes with multicultural students.

Abstract:
Introduction. The article examines traditional and recent factors that affect the situation in the geopolitically significant southern Russian region. The reasons for the actualization of socio-political and ethno-confessional conflicts are considered as factors of possible regional destabilization. Methods and materials. Conflictological diagnostics of the regional tension dynamics, as well as the nature and features of situational and long-term risks to regional security and socio-political stability in the South of Russia are based on factor analysis of Rostov region, Krasnodar Krai, and the Republic of Adygea materials. Analysis. By analyzing the statistics, the authors has revealed the presence of such negative processes in these regions as a decrease in the standard of living, a sharp increase in the unemployment rate, an increase in corruption and crime rates, population decrease, which is provoked by the COVID-19 pandemic – the newest factor of regional tension. Results. It is concluded that socio-economic problems against the background of a pandemic crisis may adversely affect the nature of interethnic and interfaith relations. Competition in the labor market, deterioration of the criminal situation, and uncontrolled migration can be considered as factors of conflict. According to the results of the study, it was found that the destabilization factors of the Rostov region regional situation have an endogenous character: demographic (population decrease), economic (deterioration in the socio-economic situation of the population), growth of protest activity and destructive content in the media. For Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea, exogenous factors of regional tension remain relevant: there is a high level of external migration for the region. Authors’ contribution. The contribution of M.V. Tarasova in writing the article is to form the research logic, develop methodology and tools, and analyze statistical information in Rostov region. The analysis of the regional situation in Krasnodar Krai and Rostov region was carried out by I.V. Yurchenko, and M.V. Dontsova.

Abstract:
The article identifies the main sources and causes of organizational conflicts, as well as the main technologies of conflict management. Conflict has been found to be an important form of human interaction and a means of solving many problems. The ambiguity of the impact of the conflict on the labor behavior of employees and the system of social and labor relations in the organization has been clarified. The map of construction of managerial conflicts of the industrial enterprise is presented. Necessity of formation at modern workers of conflictological competence and conflictological culture is proved. Ways to resolve managerial conflicts at an industrial enterprise are identified. In general, the process of conflict management is a subsystem of enterprise management and is implemented with a dominant functional approach in enterprise management by planning, motivating, controlling and managing conflicts in order to increase the number of rational consequences and reduce the negative consequences of conflicts. It is proved that today the following problems of conflict resolution prevail at industrial enterprises: lack of desire for cooperation and passivity in defending one's rights; shifting responsibility for resolving the problem to others works in situations where the intensity of the conflict is high enough and needs to be reduced; if the decisions are so insignificant that no effort should be expended to change them. Joint discussion of the problems and needs of the parties works in situations where the solution is important for both parties; if the relationship with partners is long-lasting and useful; if there is time and opportunity to work on further resolution of a difficult situation; if the wishes of both parties coincide; if there is a status balance between the partners (style of cooperation). In the emergence of conflicts, their characteristics such as tension, emotionality, etc. are of great importance. At the same time, managers of many industrial enterprises forget that corporate goals should be paramount, not their own ambitions, beliefs, values, positions, problems, etc., because the manager is an employee and, having entered into an agreement with the company, is obliged to meet the goals. and tasks. The choice of the method of resolving the conflict will depend on the position of the party to the conflict in relation to the opponent, which can be: neutral (constructive), active (hard), diplomatic (soft). The variety of ways depending on the factors of the conflict situation will allow the leaders of the industrial enterprise to reduce the level or prevent the dysfunctional consequences of managerial conflicts.
