Abstract:
Due to the infinite capabilities of the computer, it can be called a miracle. As a result of the development of fast working electronic digital computers and their use in various fields, a new revolution has been initiated in all the fields of knowledge and science. Due to computers, there has been a very significant and meaningful change in the thinking, working style and effectiveness of humans. Research work done in various fields is also not untouched by the influence of computers. The use of computers has affected not only the research work done in the field of physical sciences but also in the field of social sciences. The availability of computer facilities has had a special impact on two most important dimensions of research work in social and behavioral sciences. First, computers have made the preparation and presentation of research reports more simple and form. Second, computers have made the work of analysis easier and accurate. In fact, as a result of computers working at very fast speed, there has been significant development in the field of data storage, processing and analysis. As a result of computers, the problem of complexity of statistical calculation tasks has ended. Computers have made it possible to do calculation work of years in months, calculation work of months in days, calculation work of days in minutes and calculation work of minutes in seconds. Many such research works, which were not possible earlier due to the complex complexity of calculations used in data analysis and excessive timeconsumption, can be easily done today due to the availability of fast calculation facility on computers. The use of computers in research is increasing day by day. Its use in research is increasing day by day due to many reasons. Firstly, all those big calculations can be done easily and quickly in a computer today which was either never possible earlier or there was a possibility of some error if done by the human brain. Therefore, first of all, because of the ease with which the computer can calculate quantitative facts, it is used in research. The second advantage is that the computer can absorb a lot of quantitative or explanatory facts without demanding much space and presents them in the blink of an eye. It becomes very easy to send facts because they can be easily taken out as a second copy by the computer.

Abstract:
The possibility to apply the computer vision technology to the development of a new image medium is discussed. Computer vision has been studied as a sensor technology between the real world and computers. On the other hand, the computer graphics are the interface technology between the computers and human beings. The invention of ""3D photography"" based on the computer vision technology will realize a new 3D image medium which connects the real world and the human beings via computer. In such a framework, computer vision should be studied as a media technology rather than a robot technology.

Over the past decade, technology—particularly computer technology—has become more accessible to students in public school settings. From 2000 to 2005, the ratio of students to computers with Internet access improved from approximately seven students per computer to four students per computer (Wells and Lewis 2006). Although access continues to increase, one of the remaining challenges is the successful integration of technology as a tool for facilitating learning across the curriculum.

Abstract:
As inclusion has brought diversity into 21st-century classrooms, it has also brought challenges for teachers who must adapt their teaching to different groups of children with varying learning abilities, needs, and interests. It is believed that information and communication technology (ICT) can be used as a powerful tool to support inclusion and that information on students’ use of ICT can facilitate its integration. Our research compared the leisure and school-related computer use of students in inclusive classrooms. Frequency of computer use, types of ICT-supported activities, and attitudes toward computer use were explored. Consistent with previous studies, our results show that students with special needs (SN) and their peers use computers more frequently for leisure activities than school activities. Compared to their peers, students with SN use computers less frequently and for fewer leisure and school activities. They are also more resistant to computer use. No correlation was found between the presence of SN and a student’s desire to use a computer or opinion regarding whether computer use improves learning success. A comparison of male and female students revealed that males use computers more frequently than females, that they use computers more frequently for leisure activities than females, and that they have a stronger belief that computer use improves learning success. The presented work offers important information that may contribute to the integration of ICT in inclusive classrooms.

Abstract:
The Computer Technology Hassles Scale was developed to measure technostress or computer-related stress. The Computer Technology Hassles Scale was based on the idea that certain interactions with computer technology are perceived by people to be stressful or a “hassle.” Subjects rated a list of 65 “hassles” as to severity, using a graded response. To ascertain the relation of the Computer Technology Hassles Scale to other measures, the subjects were given the Perceived Stress Scale, a measure of global stress. Subjects were also given a measure of computer attitudes, the Computer Attitude Scale. Demographic data on each subject were also collected. The correlational analyses showed that scores on the Computer Technology Hassles Scale were significantly correlated with scores on the Perceived Stress Scale and the number of hours of computer use but not with attitudes toward computers. These results suggest that the Computer Technology Hassles Scale taps a dimension of psychological stress and that increased computer use for some people leads to increased computer-related stress.

Abstract:
The present study examined the current status of computer use in early childhood education (ECE) by surveying active members of three mid-sized cities. An in-depth survey of seventy-five early childhood education directors provided demographic information about centers that have or have not incorporated computer technology into the programs as well as specific information about computer use. Less than half of the centers reported having a computer on the premises with users generally having only one available machine. Only half of the users had the accessories (e.g., sound cards, CD-ROM, etc.) necessary to run much of the present educational software appropriate for young learners. Among the respondents, there was overwhelming concern that the ECE staff lacked sufficient expertise or experience with computers to use them effectively. In contrast to the concerns and limitations, however, interest in introducing computer technology was high. Our results suggest that training may be necessary to facilitate the introduction of computers in ECE environments.

Abstract:
Using data from the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) state assessment and a survey of state-level technology policies, this study examined digital equity in education as a multilevel organizational phenomenon with data from 70,382 students in 3,479 schools and 40 states. Students in rural schools or schools with higher percentages of African American students were likely to have less access to computers. With respect to computer use, girls and students eligible for free or reduced-price lunch were more likely to use computers more frequently when computers are available in the classroom. With respect to relationships between computer access and computer use, having computers available in a lab increases the likelihood of higher levels of computer use. The results suggested that no more than 5% of the variance in computer access can be attributed to state factors, and less than 1% of the variance in computer use was between states. The findings suggested that where student technology standards are integrated into subject-area standards, computer use was likely lower than in other states. In states where pre-service teachers must meet technology-related requirements to receive their teaching credential and states where funds earmarked for technology are distributed as competitive grants, computer use was likely to be higher.

Abstract:
Kids love computers. Computers are not seen as work but rather, games.I believe this to be true for most children. The exception would be the young computer buffs who become hooked on computer technology, and even for these computer buffs, it is probably still a game.Computer technology has become a fact of everyday life. We‘re all affected by computer technology. With this in mind, I believe it is essential that all children become familiar with computers, with regular ‘hands on’ experience. With the right selection of software, schools can incorporate computer-assisted learning across the curriculum. The experiences children have now with computers can lead to a variety of job opportunities in future years.
