Abstract:
The objective of the article was to develop a method of evaluating diagnostic information basing on the existing systems of agricultural tractors diagnostic used in authorized service centers, which will improve of the quality of the evaluation process. Initially, available tractor diagnostic systems were identified in order to gather information about individual diagnostic signals. Following that, the information was verified by empirical evidence concerning a given failure. Thus, the work presents an original evaluation method of the information obtained from the agricultural tractor diagnostic. Obtaining diagnostic information generates certain costs, hence, it is necessary to rationalize and make the processes efficient. Further part of the thesis contains a description and logical verification of the developed method using empirical database. Finally, we presented the method's application for evaluating diagnostic information obtained from the tractor computer diagnostic, in order to examine its effectiveness and for a final verification. The described method of validating diagnostic information creates new cognitive and pragmatic possibilities.

Abstract:
Abstract We consider the problem of real-time scheduling in uniprocessor devices powered by energy harvesters. In particular, we focus on mixed sets of tasks with time and energy constraints: hard deadline periodic tasks and soft aperiodic tasks without deadlines. We present an optimal aperiodic servicing algorithm that minimizes the response times of aperiodic tasks without compromising the schedulability of hard deadline periodic tasks. The server, called Slack Stealing with energy Preserving (SSP), is designed based on a slack stealing mechanism that profits whenever possible from available spare processing time and energy. We analytically establish the optimality of SSP. Our simulation results validate our theoretical analysis.

Abstract:
Computers have been widely used in the community, because computers can ease human work. To operate it, you need special knowledge about computers to be able to run it properly. Although computers make human work easier, computers can also be damaged or error. Only some people can repair computers like computer technicians. Therefore, on this occasion we had the opportunity to provide training on how to assemble computers and repair them. With expertise in assembling and repairing computers, the community can also open up jobs that would certainly have a positive impact on the surrounding community. Computer users / Personal Computers (PC) have been found in various circles, one of them is SMKN2 students. But many computer uses (PC) do not know how to repair a computer in case of damage, not to mention a few technicians or computer experts who can be easily found. Because of this, damage to the computer will be a difficult problem to deal with. Although there are very few technicians that we can find, repairing or servicing computers requires quite expensive costs. On this occasion, we intend to hold community service in the form of PC technician training (Personal Computer) for SMA/SMK students who aim to provide understanding and skills in making repairs, assembling, and upgrading PCs with community service programs in the form of this training. Besides this training is not limited to the provision of theory, but combined with practice so that not only knowledge is given, but the skills and creativity that are honed in this training. Outcomes of this training are skills training services and publications in national service journals.

Abstract:
Abstract The application of the computer to the servicing of deposit accounts at banks and non-bank financial intermediaries is a fairly recent development. Most empirical studies of economies of scale in this industry date prior to this technological transition. There is one notable exception, however, and that is the study by D. L. Daniel, W. A. Longbrake and N. B. Murphy (1972), in which they reported economies of scale in the servicing of checking deposits for computerized banks, especially when the number of such accounts exceeds the 10,600 mark. The present study examines the issue for a different type of computer-using deposit institution, namely: a sample of 128 Canadian Credit Unions located in the district of Quebec and referred to as the "Caisses Populaires" (C.P.'s). These institutions were chosen for the study because they present some unique characteristics and also because they were among the first Canadian financial institutions to computerize the servicing of their deposit operations. Following G. J. Benston (1970) and F. Bell and N. Murphy (1968), the data has been tested using two different models. The empirical results of both tests indicate that computerization did not generate any economies of scale in the checking deposit accounts. Further analysis reveals that the potential economies of scale were captured by the lessor of the equipment through a financial arrangement tying the rent to the number of cheking accounts to be serviced.

The aim of the public servicing is to draw a simple design of Ar Ridho kiosk at Klewer traditional market, Surakarta city. This simple design is hoped as a basic in designing the kiosk that supports kiosk revenue increasing. The public servicing method used is a stakeholder and contingency approach assistancy method. The stakeholder approach is used in order to gain effectiveness in assistancy, while the contingency approach is used in order to gain more than one simple designs. The result is three pleasant, attractive and informative simple designs. All of simple designs have a similarity in describing a pleasant and attractive kiosk, but different in describing an informative kiosk. The pleasant and attractive kiosk is described by the vastness of kiosk. The first simple design describes an informative kiosk because provides an information computer, the second simple design describes a more informative kiosk because provides an information computer and mirror, and the third simple design describes an informative kiosk because provides an information computer, mirror and dressing room. Consummers respond the simple designs. Some responds suggest improvement into 2 or 3 simple design dimension and cost calculation for each simple design, while other responds suggest to the kiost such as room widening, display grouping and on-line transaction.

Abstract:
The article presents issues related to the possibility of using electric propulsion systems in units used to transport crews servicing wind towers at sea. Offshore wind energy issues are discussed. Proposals for electric propulsion systems that could be used on units for transporting crews servicing offshore wind farms are presented. The possibility of using purely electrical drive systems or hybrid drive systems operating in a diesel-electric configuration is analyzed. By observing the motion of real CTV units, based on the data from the MarineTraffic service, a mathematical simulation model was developed, for which a number of simulations were carried out in the Modelica environment. The developed mathematical model takes into account the dynamic loads acting on the ship’s hull, hydrodynamic resistances, electric and diesel propulsion systems’ properties together with their individual elements’ characteristics. The tests of the electric propulsion system showed reduced fuel consumption (approx. 60%) and harmful gas emissions to the atmosphere (approximately 70%) in relation to conventional, internal combustion engine propulsion.

Abstract:
Asymmetric and Nonlinear Impact of Attribute-Level Performance on Overall Customer Satisfaction in the Context of Car Servicing of Four European Automotive Brands in SloveniaThe paper examines the nonlinearity and asymmetry between the satisfaction with individual attributes of the service and overall satisfaction in the context of passenger car servicing in Slovenia. The data set that was analysed was acquired from a regular survey on customer satisfaction with vehicle repair and maintenance services of four European automotive brands in Slovenia, carried out in 2005 and 2006 through 12,941 computer-assisted telephone interviews. Specifically, this study utilizes regression analysis in order to test the asymmetry and nonlinearity of the link between the attribute-level performance and overall satisfaction. The results show that the influence of dissatisfaction is different from the influence of satisfaction, and that the influence of satisfaction on overall satisfaction is greater than the influence of dissatisfaction. The results also show that nonlinearity is applicable to certain attributes of vehicle servicing, but not to all.We can sum up that precise knowledge of the correlation between the attribute-level performance of vehicle servicing and overall service satisfaction is important. Results show that caution must be employed in the evaluation of the importance of individual attributes on overall satisfaction, since the importance can change depending on the level of satisfaction. It appears that focusing on improving satisfaction is more important than focusing on lessening dissatisfaction. Results also show that the improvement of attribute-level performance offers diminishing returns; therefore, selective investment in activities for increasing customer satisfaction is sensible if satisfaction levels are already relatively high.

Abstract:
The main goal of dispatching strategies is to minimize the total time for processing tasks at maximum performance of the computer system, which requires strict regulation of the workload of the processing units. To achieve this, it is necessary to conduct a preliminary study of the applied model for planning. The purpose of this article is to present an approach for automating the investigation and optimization of processes in a computer environment for task planning and processing. A stochastic input flow of incoming tasks for processing is considered and mathematical formalization of some probabilistic characteristics related to the complexity of its servicing has been made. On this basis, a software module by using program language APL2 has been developed to conduct experiments for analytical study and obtaining estimates of stochastic parameters of computer processing and dispatching. The proposed model is part of a generalized environment for program investigation of the computer processing organization and expands its field of application with additional research possibilities.

Abstract:
The article discusses tools for improving production processes. The aim of the article was to compare them with a modern Industry 4.0 tool used to improve the production process. In the era of dynamically developing information systems, for monitoring production, acquiring large amounts of information during their work, it enables the implementation of advanced strategies in the area of maintenance and servicing of machines. The concept of Industry 4.0 remains at the center of the discussion of engineers and has a major impact on manufacturers of innovative machines as well as their end users. The combination of production processes with information technologies, which in themselves develop at a very fast rate, makes the automation of production lines more flexible, merges logistic processes and optimizes the value chain. Industry 4.0 means the integration of intelligent machines, systems and the introduction of changes in production processes aimed at increasing production efficiency and introducing the possibility of flexible product changes.

Abstract:
Nearly two-thirds of the emissions that cause smog come from road transport. In April 2019, the European Parliament adopted new regulations on public procurement to encourage investment in clean buses—electric, hydrogen, or gas. Directive 2009/33/EC is to apply from the second half of 2021. The aim of this article is to make an attempt to simulate the number of zero-emission buses (ZEB) in European Union (EU) member countries in two time horizons: 2025 and 2030, and to forecast the number of clean vehicles in the precise time horizons, including before and after 2050. Research questions are as follows: (1) what will be the number of ZEBs in individual EU countries over the next few years; (2) which of the EU countries will reach by 2030 the level of 95% share of ZEBs in all buses, which are a fleet of public transport buses; and (3) in which year will which EU countries reach the level of 95% share of zero-emission buses. The method used is a Bass model. The conducted analyses demonstrate that, by 2050, only four of the EU members will be able to reach 95% level of share of clean buses in the city bus transport fleets. It is likely that other countries may not achieve this even by 2050.

Abstract:
Telepresence systems have the potential to assume an important role in on-orbit servicing scenarios. Compared to manned missions, these systems offer a safer and less expensive way to operate in outer space. One of the main goals of telepresence research is to determine whether immersive telepresence systems are able to achieve a level of efficiency which is equal to that of astronauts in tasks that require fine motor movement and dexterity. In addressing this question, it is of relevance that astronauts' fine-motor skills are restricted by a range of factors including weightlessness and space suits. In order to compare in future studies the efficiency of a telepresence system and suited astronauts in performing fine-motor tasks, a testbed was developed with typical on-orbit servicing tasks which were designed to guarantee maximum external validity. An experimental study showed that the testbed is a valid measure of fine-motor skills. Two follow-up studies examined the potentially debilitating influence of a range of factors on fine-motor performance in extravehicular activities, such as a restricted field of view, a destabilized body posture, restricted mobility, and reduced haptic feedback. The results of these studies offer a basis for comparisons between the performance of common extravehicular activities and telepresence systems on fine-motor tasks.

Abstract:
In the world of automotive innovation is not just about products, but services are also not less important always to be developed. Especially as it is today, people tend to like fast service but does not neglect the quality of the services provided. In this study using Micromotion Study, where technicians will be recorded every movement while using the old method of doing improvements to then be processed in order to generate new working methods that are more effective and efficient. Data retrieval is done by as much as 30 times on each experiment that is using the old methods and the new methods being used, the technicians then processed using computer software be Paired T-Test then the average productivity for the old method was 38.03 seconds/unit. Whereas with the new method have average 25.47 minutes/units, so that an increase in as much as 12.27 min/units or of 32.24%. With productivity increases, then the unit enters the vehicle servicing technicians are carried out can also be increased. So a new method that is already done in the workshop workable Nissan Ahmad Yani Surabaya to further accelerate the servicing work, and can increase the unit entry service.

Abstract:
Multimodal transport terminals are the elements of transport systems that ensure the interaction of enterprises of various modes of transport. The effective functioning of transport terminals significantly affects the efficiency of the material flow servicing in a supply chain and the sustainability of the whole transport system. The paper proposes an approach to determine the optimal parameters of production resources in multimodal transport terminals, based on numerical computer simulations of technological operations in a transport terminal for the given parameters of incoming and outgoing material flows. The practical use of the proposed approach is shown on the example of the Amur Harbor cargo area of the Dnipro River Port.

Abstract:
The research presents results of the analysis of scientific and practical conditions of planning of the needs for resources, required for the implementation of the projects of agricultural production. The work substantiates the improvement of the method of forecasting the demand of natural resources, required for fodder production. That method expects the performance of four stages, which are based on production experiments and require computer modeling. The presented method, contrary to the existing ones, considers changeable natural-climatic, subject, organization, and scale constituents of the project environment of the agricultural production projects. Using the developed computer model for forecasting of the natural resource demand for fodder production under conditions of the agricultural servicing cooperative “Pokrova” of Zabolottsi community in Brody district of Lviv region, the work has studied impact of natural-climatic, organization and scale constituents of production conditions on the variation of the natural resource demand. It is confirmed that the mathematical expectation of the area of the required field for the growing of fodder crops with a proportional change of the milking herd population is made according to polynomial dependencies of the second order. The correlation coefficient of the obtained dependencies is 0.85…0.99. It confirms a strong correlation relation between the mathematical expectation of the area of the field, necessary for the growing of fodder crops, and the structure of the milking herd population. The increase of the milking herd population results in the growth of the mathematical expectation and insufficient increase of the mean-square deviation of the area of the field, required for growing of fodder crops.
