Abstract:
Sports psychology of management is the application of various psychological theories in sports and exercise. The research on sports psychology of management in China started late and developed slowly in the early stage, but with the economic and social development, especially the successful holding of the Winter Olympics and the Beijing Olympics, Chinese psychology has entered a period of standardized and systematic development. The application in training and competition has developed rapidly, and has made great contributions to the development of sports psychology in the world. In the future, there are still many problems that need to be solved in the theoretical and applied research of sports psychology. Competitive sports psychology of management research has always been a key area of sports psychology research. Most national sports teams have their own teams of dedicated support experts who provide services such as healthcare, physical training, rehabilitation, physiological and biochemical monitoring, nutrition, technical analysis, and more. Sports psychologists in the Institute of Science of the General Administration of Sport of China, Beijing Sports University and other institutions have provided psychological services for the national team for a long time. The main psychological problems of Chinese athletes in competitive competitions can be summarized from 8 aspects: cognition, emotion, willpower, attention, motivation and attitude, self-evaluation, interpersonal relationship and mental fatigue. We will continue to focus on competitive sports psychology research and strengthen physical education and exercise psychology research. Maintain the traditional research theme of sports psychology and continuously expand new research areas. In terms of research methods, quantitative research and qualitative research should be combined, and empirical research and research methods should be strengthened. Challenges exist in: motion perception and decisionmaking in exercise, neural efficiency and neuroplasticity, self-control and exercise performance, mental health of athletes, dose effects of exercise on mental health, moderators in exercise to promote mental health, exercise The intention-behavior gap promotes mental health, and the neural mechanisms by which exercise promotes mental health.

Abstract:
Social history in last century has witnessed a transformation not experienced in any period before. How people are affected - what sort of characteristics individuals have – how they try to handle situation is multi-perspective. Understanding inter-societal and interpersonal relationship systems that are based on fluctuation and competition issues have been studied thoroughly. But, the role of entrepreneurship in dealing with competition has drawn researchers' extensive interest of late. Entrepreneurship is associated with the fields of administration, business, management and economics. However, in reality it is multi and interdisciplinary, with psychology having a bearing on the growth of entrepreneurship concept as is used with the broader meaning today. Through grounded research and content analysis, the core of this paper is to sketch out and understand how societal influence affects the cognitive aspects of entrepreneurship.

Abstract:
Recently the role of sanction restrictions has sharply increased in the practice of regulating economic relations between countries, meanwhile their application is determined by many factors. At the same time, in the context of intensifying geopolitical competition and growing volatility of the global economy, the dynamics of sanctions application raises more and more questions. On the one hand, economic sanctions are an instrument of coercion for target countries, and on the other hand they make international exchange and cross-border mobility of the factor more and more vulnerable. Heterogeneous nature of the economic sanctions’ impact on sending and target countries does not allow us to say that sanctions are an unambiguous instrument of an effective trade policy. This article analyzes the key narratives of economic sanctions regimes in all their diversity at the present stage, new forms and mechanisms of sanctions, as well as their consequences for various aspects of life of the world community.

Abstract:
Publicly funded broadcasters with a track record in science programming would appear ideally placed to represent climate change to the lay public. Free from the constraints of vested interests and the economic imperative, public service providers are better equipped to represent the scientific, social and economic aspects of climate change than commercial media, where ownership conglomeration, corporate lobbyists and online competition have driven increasingly tabloid coverage with an emphasis on controversy. This prime-time snapshot of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s main television channel explores how the structural/rhetorical conventions of three established public service genres – a science programme, a documentary and a live public affairs talk show – impact on the representation of anthropogenic climate change. The study findings note implications for public trust, and discuss possibilities for innovation in the interests of better public understanding of climate change.

Abstract:
One of the tasks of modern education is to ensure the sustainability of higher education in the ever-changing environment in the context of globalization and glocalization. Under these conditions, cooperation in higher education is becoming more important as one of the manifestations of competitiveness. Socio-economic changes caused by globalization, internationalization and digitalisation of higher education, as well as the current demographic situation in Europe, including Latvia, raise the issue of the competitiveness of academic staff in a multi-level, multi-context and multifunctional higher education environment. The aim of the study is: based on the interdisciplinary approach, including transfer approach from economics and business sciences to educational sciences, to theoretically substantiate the competitiveness of university teachers in interaction with the multi-context and multi-level higher education environment, as well as the competitiveness of universities. The following research methods were used: study, analysis, and evaluation of scientific literature (theoretical research method); the reflection of own (the article authors') academic and scientific experience (empirical research method). The results of the research show that two tendencies can be distinguished in the substantiation of the competitiveness of university academic staff: 1) economists and business scientists, based on competition theories, use basic knowledge, findings in the development of the substantiation of competitiveness; 2) representatives of educational sciences and psychology develop a philosophical methodological base for research of specialists' competitiveness within their branches of science. In their research, the authors combine both of these approaches in conducting interdisciplinary research. Research results show that the competitiveness of the academic staff can be viewed in several aspects: 1) as a set of different characteristics (qualities) which are considered to be competitive advantages: 2) characteristics of competitive activities manifestations in the higher education environment. Three levels of the higher education environment are important in assessing the competitiveness of university teachers: the level of the local higher education environment (university level), the level of the national higher education environment and the level of the global higher education environment.

Abstract:
The Ukrainian market of graphic design, which belongs to the sphere of creative industries, demonstrates high rates of development. The derivative nature of commercial demand for graphic design services, including professional design services, is determined by the dominance of video content in the network, the introduction of innovative technologies through digitalization of virtual space in the formation of social media feeds, loyal attitude of the target audience to integrate advertising, personalized and relevant offer active development of stock image, video and music platforms. The total amount of taxes paid by the design industry during 2016-2018 amounted to UAH 259 million. In 2019-2020, the amount of taxes paid by this sector will increase one and a half to two times a year. The individualization of advertising appeals has led to the need for in-depth study of the content and characteristics of attributes and values of goods that influence consumer purchasing decisions by marketers, designers and other professionals in related fields. A separate area of research is to study the impact of the psychology of design decisions on increasing the loyalty of end users and increase sales of companies in the sector. The application of a customer-oriented approach in the Ukrainian graphic design sector actualizes the identification of the tasks facing design from the standpoint of marketing approach. The aim of the study is to present the results of the study on the impact of psychological aspects of design decisions on the effectiveness of customer companies through such marketing tools as increasing brand awareness, increasing loyalty of end users, deepening interaction with content, feedback and more. Graphic design is an integral part of industrial and trade policy, as well as one of the marketing tools used in the process of product creation and customer service, pricing, advertising, branding, merchandising and more. The main tasks of design stem from the mastery of basic psychological principles in creating the concept of design (von Restorf effect, Gestalt principles, visceral reaction, color psychology, psychology of form, double coding theory, cognitive load theory). The expansion of marketing areas of design in the practice of service providers has led in the largest cities of Ukraine to the formation of sustainable design communities, the beginning of professional design activities, the introduction of niche publications, public procurement and more. As a result, there is an increase in the capacity of the design market – the total cost of procurement of design services for the period 2016 – by August 2019 increased to UAH 62 million. It has been established that the biggest competitors in the market of graphic design of Ukraine are now the design agency «MUZIKA.UA», graphic design studio SHANKA; Bypaul design studio; BRANDME; Wezom; Marat and Abordazh. On the example of projects of the agency «MUZIKA.UA», a leader in the design market, analyzed the effectiveness of design decisions in terms of: brand awareness, by measuring the average website traffic, levels of interaction with content, sales growth and market share due to design solutions per month. Based on the study of the economic situation in the design market of Ukraine, the practical involvement in the market of graphic design of one of the authors allowed to identify the main problems of market development. By identifying the main problems of the development of the graphic design market, directions for solving problems have been formed and proposed for practical use. The intensification of intra-industry competition requires a study of the levels of concentration in the target markets of graphic design, taking into account the risks of marketing and financial activities, which should be the subject of a separate study.

Abstract:
This article seeks to provide argument that effective performance in modern realia of business and management is impossible without understanding the socio-psychological processes that accompany entrepreneurial endeavours. Further development of market competition in the national economy, its inclusion in the system of global economic relationships, aggravation of internal barriers to successful implementation of economic reforms significantly raise the issue of exploring a psychological aspect of economic security of businesses, and in international ventures, in particular. An emphasis is put that the roots of genesis and evolution of economic psychology refer to radical changes, especially changes occurred in the economic paradigm and attitudes towards ownership for the means of production in the first place, as well as the emergence of new economic actors. Apart from that, pressing globalization trends, changes in political and economic patterns, as well as rapid technological advances in society have greatly affected socio-cultural values of the population. However, even the very speed and extent of global change faced by modern society depends on psychological characteristics inherent in different social groups. Different psychological patterns and perspectives that drive the development of business environment world-wide have created a new background for shaping and launching new economic security strategies for international business entities and ventures. The findings have verified that business economic security directly relates to management's understanding of the needs and the specifics of business structure and their alignment with the personal goals of the leader. Moreover, business operation of economic entities, both in the external and internal environment, encourages them to search for the new pathways and raise awareness of the need for effective interaction between the internal corporate culture and its organizational structure, ensuring and managing economic security and values of international markets. To attain the above objectives, a thorough research on the international business environment is of critical significance. It is argued that deep insights into psychological factors driving drastic change in the politicians’ perceptions of the need to make a shift from a planned socialist paradigm to a market economy, exploring the psychology of transformation of the theoretical concepts from Marxist political economy to Western market theories will facilitate better understanding of the nature of economic security of international ventures.

Abstract:
The processes currently taking place in the global economy, namely globalization, changes in market trends, tougher competition, and the associated uncertainty in international economic and political ties give rise to new imperatives for the mutual arrangement of the states. Thus, economic integration is perhaps the key process contributing to the sustainable development of the leading and developing countries of the world. Regionally integrated territories are becoming increasingly important. At the same time, integration is influenced by the concentration criteria of more intensive economic relations between regions, institutional coordination based on long-term general norms. The regions should be economically managed to ensure the sustainability of the socio-economic system, which means to maintain its functional features and structural components. Economic development is considered to be a fundamental concept rooted in evolutionary and revolutionary approaches and applied to determine the conditions for the development of cross-border regions. Cross-border regions’ development was analyzed, and the results show that this concept was regulated by the theories of globalization, regionalization, and transnationalism at its different stages. The methodological framework was understudied, and this outlined the need to up-grade the classification of socio-economic system development types with a “structural changes” criterion. The economic development of the region is defined as a consistent process leading to better living conditions of the inhabitants. To achieve the target living standard, key target indicators of the socio-economic development should be achieved with the cost-efficient exploitation of the region’s resource capacity. The criteria for the typology of regional integration unions are systematized and divided into the stages of development, the level of management, the models of border and interregional relations, an institutionalization level of cross-border cooperation. The factors which affect regional integration and relevant trends of its development are defined. An institutional and economic approach has been applied to define a modern group of regional integration associations. This approach accounts the interaction of socio-economic and organizational-economic relations and their ties with the efficient powers of the region. The typology of regional integration unions includes a framework, surface, and rational integration.

Abstract:
The present essay examines the scarcity–prosociality link, that is, the conditions in which scarcity leads to self-interest and competitiveness or to other-oriented prosociality and cooperativeness. Adopting a social-psychological approach, the findings of the major investigations of reactions to scarcity are summarised. These studies show both self-interest and prosociality as reactions to scarcity, depending on various mediating factors, although a scarcity mindset or limited-good perception is not revealed directly. This link needs to be interpreted in the light of social-psychological, cognitive, economic and cultural factors. In general, the scarcity–prosociality relationship is found to be ambiguous, yet thought-provoking. Some aspects that require detailed exploration and the multi-pronged implications of the scarcity–prosociality association for societal development are highlighted. It is suggested that effective coping with scarcity in resource-constrained economies will be possible if socialisation and social policies promote practices that enhance resource availability, encourage an optimal use of resources, and modify a competitive stance to a cooperative one, and a zero-sum game perception of resource exchange to one of non-zero-sum game.

Abstract:
[Purpose] Enterprise innovation is a necessary condition for enterprises to survive and develop in the increasingly fierce competition. However, as an important human resource, there has been a lack of relevant empirical research on the impact of managerial ability on enterprise innovation. This study investigates how managerial ability affects innovation level and innovation efficiency, and further examines the relationship between managerial ability and innovation performance in manufacturing enterprises from the aspects of patent type, property rights and industry nature. [Methodology] This study selects A-share manufacturing listed companies in China from 2007 to 2019 as the research sample, uses the DEA-Tobit two-stage model proposed by Demerjian et al. (2012) to measure the managerial ability, and empirically tests the impact of managerial ability on enterprise innovation performance from two aspects of enterprise innovation output and enterprise innovation efficiency. [Findings] We discover that the stronger the managerial ability, the lower the innovation output and the higher the innovation efficiency. Moreover, by distinguishing the patent type, property right nature and industry nature, we further find that high-ability management can improve enterprise innovation efficiency in state-owned enterprises, but it has no significant impact on enterprise innovation output. The positive effect of managerial ability on enterprise innovation efficiency is not significant in high-tech enterprises, which is inconsistent with previous experience. [Implications] First, taking the managerial ability as the starting point, we not only study the impact of managerial ability on enterprise innovation output, but also on innovation efficiency, which supplements and improves the existing literature on the influencing factors of enterprise innovation performance. Secondly, combined with China's institutional background, this study further discusses the influencing factors of enterprise innovation output and innovation efficiency, so as to provide empirical evidence from emerging markets for relevant research. Thirdly, with the integration of psychology, behavior, financial accounting and other disciplines, managerial ability is introduced into the research field of financial accounting, and this study provides new empirical evidence for the research on the economic consequences of managerial ability. Finally, this study can provide suggestions and decision support for manufacturing enterprises to improve innovation performance, and help to further standardize the professional manager market.

Abstract:
The formation of the historical background in video games is provided by spatial narratives. In recent years, they are more and more amenable to adjustments in the direction of maximally exact correspondence to socio-economic, political, cultural, domestic, geographical, climatic and so on elements of the localized on the scenario of the game`s chronotop. This may indicate another qualitative transformation of video games as a socio-technical and socio-cultural phenomenon, as well as about the positive cultural and intellectual dynamics of the modern “consumer society”. Computer video games, as part of the digital, educational and entertainment industry as a whole, are in a state of constant high-speed dynamic transformation in the context of global digitalization of all aspects of society and a lot of competition in the field of video games in particular. Based on the analytics of the results of direct surveys, statistical and factual data, in article an attempt was made to assess the use of video games as a non-formal education tool for relaying and consolidating historical knowledge for different age and social groups of game products consumers, as well as the appropriateness of their use in the classical educational system at different levels. Computer video games with the most accurate historical content as well as “alternative” historical content can become highly effective additional pedagogical tools for acquiring basic and in-depth knowledge of history both for self-education and in academic institutions. As part of the study of academic history, whole historical digital laboratories can be created that study both the multivariance of history and bring “alternative realities” into the linear real history of the development of human civilization. The success of using video games with historical content for the needs of academic history is high only if the teacher understands not only historical but also technical terms, knows the features of developmental psychology, knows the scenario and features of the video game proposed for modeling, and can develop their own teaching methods based on an interdisciplinary approach.

Abstract: The article considers the system of foreign policy expertise as an independent subject of research. The authors note the positive aspects of competitive analysis of the external nvironment, which allows one to level out the asymmetry of political and economic cultures within a given country, as well as to smooth out the personal interests. This ensures a variability of approaches in foreign policy decision-making, which ultimately contributes to the promotion of balanced national interests. The North American approach differs in preferences, methodological trends, forms of theoretical ethnocentrism and various forms of social construction. The European scholars and experts in foreign policy analysis use the theory of international relations much more extensively than their North American counterparts.Based on the analysis, we propose to use a comprehensive integrated method, developed in the Russian Diplomatic Academy, using an interdisciplinary approach based on elements of political psychology, sociology of management, international law, structural, functional and institutional approaches, etc. We also propose to use virtual cognitive centers and methodologies, which not only contain a specific sequence of stages of predicting the development of the international situation, but also provide an opportunity to choose methods of Foresight, taking into account the existing time, human resources and financial constraints, and the possibility of their adaptation to the applied tasks of analytical and prognostic activities of federal authorities in the field of foreign policy.

Abstract:
ABSTRACTEfforts in the United States to encourage divisiveness within the working class have been widely recognised as a key strategy in the war on welfare. This paper examines one aspect of this overall strategy, namely the creation of an ideology based on generational equity and ‘age/race wars’ thinking, which blames the old for poverty and economic hardship in the young. Attempts to frame problem analysis and policy deliberations within such an ideological framework are seen to be based on spurious assumptions concerning the relative financial well-being of the old, the role of elderly entitlements as a cause of poverty in minority children, and growing resentment of programmes for the old among minorities and youth. This paper examines recent attempts to de-legitimate the claims of the elderly through the advancement of an ideology of age/race wars. The assumptions underlying this approach to policy are critiqued, and a case is made for developing an alternative framework which would stress the interdependence of generations, rather than age/race group competition.

Abstract:
An interdisciplinary qualitative study working with 40 Native American academics, who were selected for their specific diverse backgrounds, focused on selected aspects of subjective experiencing they generally had in common. Participants experienced the socio-cultural contexts of mainstream academia and tribal communities as incongruent and based on conflicting values associated with the conceptualizations of individualism versus relationality and communal cooperation. Viewing these seemingly dichotomous concepts from the perspective of Native American tribal world views, however, enabled meaningful integration of these concepts. The innovative relational individuality conceptualization allows for appreciation of uniqueness and self-improvement efforts without adherence to the mainstream principle of competitive individualism. At the core of the involved conceptualization of relationality, with preference for communal cooperation, is the experience of one’s embeddedness in personal relationships and one’s involvement within groups as a valuable member, which cannot be explained by either the necessity of socio-economic and ecological factors or the imperative of conformity to collective conventions. The extent to which the independence–interdependence and individualism–collectivism dichotomies apply to this case is limited. The discussed relational individuality conceptualization, facilitated by Native American tribal world views and culturally specific narratives, extend the repertoire of thus far recognized mechanisms that underlie the existing cultural variation.

Abstract:
The attention to the presented research topic is based on the growing dominance of the individual's needs in getting an impression in all sectors of the economy and, especially, in the hospitality industry. However, the absence of a developed discourse on this problem emphasizes the existence of a real contradiction between the theoretical understanding of the problem and a person’s growing interest in satisfying his emotional needs. In this regard, the subject of analysis in this context is the peculiarities of perception as a psychological phenomenon of consumers of the hospitality industry. The goal is an unconditional requirement to reveal the instrumental significance of impressions in the development of the competitive ability of the hospitality industry as one of the flagships of the domestic economy. The methodological resource should include a number of methods used, such as analytical, descriptive, the method of gestalt psychology, instrumental, in general, which allowed reconstructing the ways of creating and managing the impression of individuals. The source material used in the article can be conditionally differentiated in two directions: psychological and material on the economics of impressions. Of particular importance for the realization of the goals were the works described below, relating to the analysis of open and closed gestalt images, as well as to the description of the features of self-expression and self-presentation of the individual, her interest in the game as one of the ways of life. It can be considered a new promising scientific direction with multidimensional aspects of impression economics. This direction should include the monographs "The Economy of Impressions" by authors Pine and Gilmort, the work of A. Slivotsky "Migration of values", the article by V. Pekar "Introduction to the economy of Impressions", etc. In the context, the emphasis is placed on the statement of the emergence of a new value, which is the impression, prevailing in the scientific body of literature on a tourist destination. This statement, from the point of view of the authors, is debatable. The argumentation given here against this statement, of course, cannot be assessed as absolute truth, but only as the initial moment of scientific controversy. The article presents psychological techniques, the use of which can greatly increase the interest of individuals in obtaining new impressions by an individual in a tourist destination. The practical value consists in demonstrating techniques, the creative understanding of which can enable the hospitality industry to increase its economic status.

Abstract:
The article investigates the problem of increasing the motivation of students of nonlinguistic higher education institutions to study the new scientific (economic) English vocabulary through the use of game techniques at foreign language classes. The motivation of the higher education institution student who studies a foreign language is a necessary component of the educational process. Today much attention is paid to the professional training of the future specialists, to the person adapting to the current conditions of the Ukrainian society development. We have become aware of the dominant role of language education. A specialist who speaks a foreign language has better prospects in job searching, studying abroad, participation in international projects and conferences, and getting acquainted with foreign professional experience. Our state is integrating into the European educational, economic and socio-cultural space. That’s why, a foreign language mastering is also necessary for the implementation of such an aspect of professional activity as the establishment of international contacts. These aspects, of course, determine the structure, goals, content and features of the educational process organization. The motivational and necessary pedagogical conditions for ensuring the qualitative professional training of the future specialist have been searched for an effective motivation of university students to study a foreign professional language, because effective use of motivation allows identifying internal reserves of personality for its development, education and upbringing. Motivation can affect both the performance of activities and the development of the personality. The aim of the article was to research the problem of increasing the students’ motivation of nonlinguistic higher institutions of education to study the new scientific (economic) English vocabulary through the use of game techniques at foreign language classes. The main form of teaching a foreign professional language at the university is a lesson. We tried to find out what students of the faculty of management and law of the Vinnytsia National Agrarian University prefer to do at the foreign language classes. It was found that 36% of respondents have choses classes on the new professional terms memorizing; 24% of students have given priority communicative skills; spoken language is prevalent for 22% of respondents; writing various statements and documents is the main thing for 8% of future managers, 10% attend classes to assess their level. So, the vast majority of students of the faculty of management and law of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University want to study new professional vocabulary at their English lessons. The results of monitoring on problem existing, the optimal form of new term memorizing and the most effective means of teaching and memorizing vocabulary among students of the faculty of management and law of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University are presented. A comparative analysis of the students’ marks and successes before and after the game forms application at the classes of foreign professional language is conducted. It is noted that mastering foreign language professional vocabulary is a key component of a foreign professional language, it enables to increase the efficiency of the educational process, contributes to the formation of a competent specialist who is competitive in modern conditions. The game forms of foreign professional economic vocabulary studying enhance the ability of students to memorize new English-language professional terms effectively. At our foreign language classes we have used three well-known vocabulary games, i.e. I Have Who Has, the Fly Swat Game, and puzzles for vocabulary training for two months (eight lessons). It should be noted that before the experiment two students (4%) had excellent marks; 20 students (40%) had good marks, 23 (46 %) students had "D" and "E" marks; 5 students (10%) received "FX". These studies have shown the effectiveness of using game techniques for studying foreign economic vocabulary. It was found that three students (6%) received excellent marks; 24 students (48%) received good marks; 22 students (44%) had "D" and "C" marks; only one student had a "FX" rating. We agree that the evaluation system is an integral part of the game technique, because it aims to ensure the control of the quality of the acquired knowledge. Of course, such a system performs both control and self-monitoring function. The content of the game form is determined, undoubtedly, by its educational objectives. However, games significantly increased the vocabulary of students; they also led to an increase of their motivation to study a foreign professional language. We think that vocabulary memorizing depends on the rationally, conscious perception of terminology by the recipients (students). We note that the cognitive approach is actively developing both in Ukrainian and world psychology, cognition, psychonometrics, psycholinguistics and linguistics, is intended to solve a difficult task. It consists both in memorizing foreign words and expressions and mastering the concepts, phenomena, processes, mechanisms. The more informed decisions student take in choosing the word, the higher the level of his cognitive awareness, the better the word is memorized. Thus, the use of game techniques increases the ability of students to remember new words, because they activate their cognitive activity. It is proved that the analyzed form of economic vocabulary teaching significantly improves the ability of students to memorize the new English-language professional terms effectively, increased their motivation to study the new terminology of the business English language. This publication has not researched all the aspects of the multifaceted nature of the problem under study, therefore, further research is considered promising. It is recommended to analyze the cognitive approach in teaching students of English terminology.

Abstract A global economy cannot be driven in a consistent way by national competition laws. Both the liberalization of markets and the revolution in information and communication have triggered an unprecedented degree of interrelations of national economies. This leads to the internationalization of restrictive business practices. Despite of the WTO efforts and some agreements inside it related with antitrust, global markets have no competition rules. There are a number of economic arguments addressed to take real steps in order to establish a global framework for competition policy. Currently, the international system of competition policy seems gradually ill-suited for dealing with transnational restrictive business practices. The issue is now which organizational form and what degree of decentralization would be optimal for a multilevel system of international competition policy. Depending on the goals of the project, different degrees of decentralization would be more or less desirable.

The article discusses the concept of “competitiveness” in various aspects of the life of society. It was revealed in the course of the analysis of the works of domestic and foreign scientists that the competitiveness was actively used and is used in the economy, in particular, as a tool to stimulate labor in the form of competitions. As economic forms of competition, one can single out: labor competition, economic competition, production competition, socialist competition. The characteristic features and disadvantages of each of the forms are noted. The author of the article, taking into account the peculiarities of each of the economic forms of competition, substantiates the necessity of introducing a new form – industrial and economic competition, gives his own definition of the term “industrial and economic competition”, adapted to the Belarusian economic system. It is noted that holding industrial and economic competitions is an effective mechanism in stimulating the labor of workers and increasing labor productivity in general. The principles of holding production and economic competitions are stated, the mechanism of holding is described. It is concluded that competitiveness, as a specific personality trait, is an effective tool for stimulating labor, and in terms of production activity, it is advisable to introduce and apply a system of industrial and economic competition, which will be maximally adaptive to the production conditions of the modern Belarusian economy and will become a powerful catalyst for increasing labor productivity.

Abstract:
The main focus of the paper is the function of economics in the current application of competition law. While advocating further economization of the law, it is seen as necessary to widen the extent to which aspects of economic efficiency encompassing static and dynamic efficiency are taken into consideration in an antitrust analysis. Much attention is devoted to these issues, while clarifying what is meant by them, how they are to be understood and implemented in the practice of antitrust authorities, as well as discussing their importance for the promotion of innovation. It is noted that accounting for the economic efficiency aspects differently in the light of competition law allows for the assessment of the market behavior of dominant companies, which traditionally has been seen as anticompetitive. This main issue of the paper is analyzed extensively and explained using the case of Microsoft, a company accused by the US and EU antitrust authorities of abusing its dominant position on the market of operating systems in that it integrated the sale of its base product Windows OS exclusively with other applications (Media Player and Internet Explorer). The differences presented in the research part of the paper as to the way Microsoft was treated by these authorities originated in their different methodology of analysis and assessment of the effects of the sales model launched by Microsoft for products offered to the PC manufacturers and their users, in spite of the US and EU antitrust authorities adopting the same evaluation standard – consumer welfare. Aspects of dynamic efficiency adequate in the assessment of the behavior of innovative firms holding a dominant position proved to be deciding. On the other side of the Atlantic, taking into account the aspects of dynamic efficiency was crucial in coming up with a lighter assessment of Microsoft’s tying compared to the European authorities’ assessment which was based largely on the structural analysis, where the benefits arising from dynamic efficiency are not visible. It is clear from the decisions made by the Commission that it favours regulation over effects generated by competition forces at a later time.

Abstract:
Abstract Digitization has changed economic activity in many ways. While digitization has contributed to a very dynamic development of markets and competition, concerns are also being expressed about powerful positions of some companies. The digital transformation poses new challenges for companies, consumers, politics and society. Competition policy is also required to address these developments and to adapt existing competition law, if necessary. The following analysis of digital markets showed that it is not possible, in general, to make concrete competition policy statements or even to give detailed recommendations for the antitrust analysis. The aspects are to be considered separately and in detail when examining search engines, social networks, trading platforms and other business models. On the other hand, data (and data analysis) should stand in the centre of competition law analysis due to their importance for the economic success of digital market companies.

Abstract:
Although the term management accounting has been used around the world since the second half of the 20th century, and in Georgia, the scientists have been arguing about the essence of this phenomenon since about the 80s. Is it an independent science? Is it part of science that does not have an independent subject? This is pseudoscience, e.g., such a phenomenon does not exist at all and so on. The dispute is largely due to the reality of accounting science and practice in the specific countries. It would be a mistake to think of the management accounting as a novelty for the domestic economy. In the 1920s and early 1930s, the functions of accounting services were much broader than in the later years of Soviet rule. The accountant of that time was engaged both as in accounting and as in planning and analytical work. Along with development of the socialist economic system in the country and the strengthening of central planning, there was the gradual separation from the Accounting Service of the Planning and Financial Departments, with the transfer of part of the accounting authority to them. As a result, the activities of the accountant were actually reduced to the accounting of the facts of the economic life of the enterprise. As a result, the activities of the accountant were actually reduced to the accounting of the facts of the economic life of the enterprise. Historically, the development of management accounting in theory and practice has been accompanied by controversy. One of the issues to be discussed is the concept of management accounting: Or it is a field of economic work in the enterprise, which includes methods of reporting operations, analysis, planning, staff motivation, etc.; Or this activity may be limited to the functions of collecting and summarizing financial and non-financial information required by management; e.g., independent from economic analysis, planning, management, sociology, psychology, and etc. Examining the various sources of educational, methodological and scientific literature, you can find many definitions of management accounting, which indicates the lack of a unified methodological approach to the essence of management accounting. This is due to the uniqueness of the organizational basis for establishment of the management accounting system in each economic entity, which is largely determined by the characteristics of its activities and the requirements imposed on management by management information. With the development of technology and organization of production, with diversification of the products, improvement of organizational management structures, increased competition, the need for constant reduction of costs per unit of production, the organization’s management requires the new types of information generated through the management accounting subsystem. There have been used the several methods of obtaining the relevant literature, in particular the literature review is concept-oriented, or paradigm-oriented and not author-oriented: using a review of structured literature as a research method, this article addresses the following three research questions: How is the research on management accounting developing? What are the differences between modern accounting and accounting? What is the future of governance accounting, both in practice and in science? We identified the type of research and conducted the comprehensive literature search. The aim of the article is to explore and determine the evolution of the essence of management accounting, the key aspects of development. In the article is discussed the evolution of the development of management accounting, the distinguishing features between the accounting and management accounting, and understanding of the essence of management accounting is evaluated. Based on the bibliographic research and analysis of empirical materials, based on the opinions of experts, elaborated theoretical and materials, it was revealed that managerial accounting has its purpose, subject, objects, tasks and principles, which distinguishes it from accounting. In recent years, the term “management accounting” has become very popular, although there is still an ambiguous attitude in understanding its essence. The management accounting differs from the accounting primarily in that its data is intended not for external users (states, banks, business partners) but for internal “use”. The ultimate goal of management accounting is to help the manager make the right decisions. Therefore, if a simple (financial) accountant must strictly follow the reporting forms and instructions, then the management accounting specialist is free to choose the forms, methods and techniques of analysis, the main thing for him is to properly understand the essence of economic processes in the enterprise and give timely advice to the leader. Management accounting is nothing more than the management information support system. During the decades of its existence, the innate techniques and methods of management accounting have been developed and continue to develop, therefore, it has its own methodology. It can be described as the combination of two main subject areas: as a science; as a practical field of activity.

Enterprises have complete independence in making decisions on determining strategic development, sources of financing, and the choice of counterparties, therefore, it is of paramount importance to resolve issues of risk reduction. The research work analyzes the definitions of the concept of "security" of the territory, industry, enterprise from various points of view, from the standpoint of different scientific directions and disciplines. Economic security should be considered as the state of the economic system, which allows it to develop dynamically, efficiently and solve social problems, since the system is characterized by a set of elements and the peculiarities of the relationships between them. The functioning of economic systems is based on the relationship of various forms, structures and processes of activity in a constantly changing space of market factors.

In modern conditions, obtaining information about market dynamics, trends in demand, and alternative offers from competitors is vital to support the effective operation of enterprises. It is also common business practice to discuss legislative initiatives, non-confidential technical information, quality and safety standards, and various aspects of the industry. However, the direct or indirect exchange of information may be accompanied by various wrongful intentions of economic entities (for example, elimination of competitors, creation of entry barriers, agreement on price levels, certain discounts, sales volumes, and the market's geographical distribution, etc.). In Ukraine, there are currently no analogues of a full-fledged guide to information exchange between competitors, which determined the relevance of this study. The purpose of the study is to establish regulatory, economic principles for assessing the exchange of information between enterprises operating in the relevant market, in the context of compliance with legislation on protection of economic competition; analysis of the progressive international practice of cessation of violations in the form of information exchange, which leads to distortion of economic competition. In Ukraine, it is necessary to adopt the Guidelines for the Exchange of Information between Competitors (from now on referred to as "the Guidelines"), raising awareness of the business community (including associations and chambers of commerce), lawyers, and society in general regarding the main aspects of the competition compliance with competition law in order to promote fair business activities, protect the competitive environment and, as a consequence, improve consumer welfare.

Abstract:
The economic aspects of innovation activity are determined by the fact that innovations serve to achieve the economic goals of the enterprise, act as a means of competition and require the use of economic resources. When organizing innovation activities, it is important to take into account macroeconomic factors and intra-company conditions. The authors identify three large-scale macroeconomic factors that have a significant impact on the chain of interrelated innovations in the activities of modern Russian agro-industrial enterprises. At present, the factor of creating institutions of the digital economy is beginning to take effect, in connection with which the third wave of organizational, technological and marketing innovations and the next growth of agro-industrial production in Russia are expected. Due to the different rates of economic concentration in the three areas of the agro-industrial complex, historically, unfair vertical competition has been and remains one of the limitations for innovation at agro-industrial enterprises. In the digital economy, information about the essential conditions of concluded transactions becomes available to antimonopoly authorities in real time, which allows them to quickly develop and apply regulatory actions in cases of violations of antimonopoly legislation or in cases of “failures” of the market. It is also possible to create institutions that support fair competition in the vertical and horizontal dimensions. The opportunities that open up actualize the improvement of the conditions for innovation activity at the intra-company level.

Abstract:
Modern economy updates the problems of institutional competitions manifested in permanent non-compliance with the rules by the economic agents, the introduction of new institutions, standards, agreements, destruction of the current institution system. The import of the instutitions is the most relevant type of the institional competition. The borrowing of the institutions exert the impact of the established rules on the internal institutions and organizational forms, thus becoming dependent, just like their executors. This provides the initiator of the introduced rules with some benefits and the leading role in the institutional competition. The purpose of the research is to use theory of the institutional competition to propose a unified quality assessment method for the acting and re-introduced institutions to approve of the managerial decisions aimed to adjust the institutional system. The research methodology consists of institutional theory and assessment approaches to classical and functional efficiency, as well as in the field of quality assessment for the institution performance, which are defined as abstract norms and organizational structures, including the development institutions as regional development agencies. The result of the study was a designed general model of institutional competition, presentation of the blocking effect and dysfunction of the imported institution, as well as the proposed unified comparative assessment method for the quality of acting and imported institutions. It is also substantiated that the plot of the Coase theorem is opposite to the "lock-in" effect, while the Coase theorem lacks institutional competition. In practice, transactional costs are shown not to be equal to zero for the institutional competition. When institutions are imported, costs can increase with lock-in effects and dysfunction. In this regard, the introduction of new institutions should be justified with the parameters of the performance efficiency in some countries and with the conditions of the social economic system where they are supposed to be used, taking into account the institutional competition. The institutional competition is showcased as the import of development institutions as regional development agencies. Further research is seen to be connected with testing the proposed approach under the quality assessment criteria from the institutions and designed models for determining the permissible volume of imports of institutions.

What role do cultural dimensions of cooperation and competition play in economic life? Taking a multidisciplinary perspective, this essay uses the example of the concept of trust to consider some implications for competition policy. The author suggests that the field of competition policy is at core about the authoritative allocation of categories of economic activity along a spectrum with individualism and competition at one end and collectivism and cooperation at the other. The allocation is a function of the state, made on the basis of a variety of imprecise inputs—cultural, political, historic, economic, and institutional—and not merely neoclassical economic theory. Sensitivity to the cultural aspects of competition and cooperation places constraints on overly optimistic expectations for global harmonization of antitrust enforcement.

The paper assesses the fact that in the current conditions of globalization, any national economy is becoming more open, and therefore the state should take into account in its trade and economic policy the consistent relationship between the processes occurring within the economy and in the sphere of foreign economic relations. The state also acts as the organizer of the system of servicing foreign economic relations and achieving internal economic equilibrium, and finances this activity from budgetary funds. This system is branched in its nature, covering such areas of activity as the provision of information and consulting services, and organization of advertising and exhibition work; it also helps to increase the efficiency of foreign economic activity, introducing new participants to it. The authors conclude that in order to maintain domestic economic balance, the state should strengthen its influence on imports in order to maintain domestic producers and without depriving them of competition from foreign goods at the same time.

The balance between the liberty, equality and fraternity, the perfect competition and free business, on the one hand, and the competition of smothering, ball and chain, on the other hand, – has been disclosed. It has been substantiated, that the western states seek to substitute the colonial influence in the past for sanctions pressure in our days. It allows them to get not only the competitive advantage, but also to obtain the absolute dictatorship sometimes. The conclusion has been made, that external intervention in the natural course of managing and especially the rough administrative influence never gives a positive effect.

Abstract:
The systems aspects of Austrian economic thought pertaining to the process of competition deserve a prominent place in modern economic thinking. The paper develops the differences between the Austrian view of competition as an evolutionary process, and the neoclassical emphasis on determining market equilibrium under known or given conditions. These bear importantly on the fundamental way we think about decentralization of economic activities among highly specialized agents with incomplete knowledge and information. The role of competition as a selection device that often encourages survival of the fittest and solves some types of agency problems is well worth thinking about.

Abstract:
The commercialisation and internationalisation of sporting activities alongside ongoing European integration has put the relationship between the European Union and the sports world under strain. The Bosman case marked the start of an intense debate on an appropriate regulatory framework for this evolving relationship. Whereas the Community judges in previous sport related cases had consistently opted for settling the dispute on the basis of free movement provisions, the Piau and the Meca-Medina & Majcen cases entail the first rulings on the application of EC competition law to sport. This paper tackles the difficulty of separating the economic aspects from the sporting aspects of a sport and the consequences of anti-trust law for sporting associations. Whether the Court of Justice provided satisfactory guidelines to deal with upcoming legal actions and more generally, whether these guidelines on the application of competition law might influence the governance of sport in Europe, is also considered.

Abstract:
Frequent claims suggest that healthcare and its production are not only different from other goods, but that they differ to such an extent that healthcare should be viewed as unique. Various features of healthcare, such as the lack of a perfect market and the existence of information asymmetry, are cited as evidence of this claim. However, such a view results from unduly emphasising the characteristics of healthcare as being atypical. This article redresses this imbalance by taking an alternative approach and examines the ways in which the economic aspects of healthcare are similar to those of other goods. It was found that the differential aspects are less distinctive than claimed and the economic aspects of healthcare are not unique. Keywords: Healthcare Sector; Medical Economics; Economic Competition; Competitive Behavior; State Medicine; Insurance Selection Bias; Patient Participation; Health Services Research.

Abstract:
The Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo in July–September 2021 took place in a challenging social environment that seriously affected the public perception of events. When preparing for the Olympics in 2013–2019, the Japanese people actively supported the Games, which was confirmed by the results of numerous sociological studies. In March 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic began, followed by several waves of infection. The competition was postponed for a year. Vaccination in Japan was delayed compared to most G7 countries. Against this background, in the summer of 2021, the most dangerous Delta strain of coronavirus began to spread in the country, bringing the rise in mortality rates, and the overflowing of hospitals in large cities. In such a difficult epidemiological and social situation, surveys recorded a negative attitude towards the Olympics. However, during the competition, the majority opinion once again turned positive, mainly due to the athletic successes of the Japanese team and effective anti-virus control measures. The absence of spectators in the venues, most probably, did not affect the sporting achievements significantly. At least, Japanese Olympic team won a record number of medals. Infection prevention measures proved effective in limiting the transmission of the virus among the athletes and the Japanese service personnel. The economic and symbolic achievements of the Games did not meet expectations, as, during the Olympics, it was not possible to properly address its significance as the end point of the low-growth “lost decades”, evidence of economic recovery after the triple disaster of 2011, and as a tool to increase Japan’s tourist attractiveness. Therefore, during a pandemic, major sports events should be held primarily to train top-class athletes and to increase populace satisfaction with the success of the national team rather than to obtain direct economic benefits or improve the host country’s image.

Abstract:
Objectives This study aims to analyze the trend of market failure by period in the Chinese high school 「Ideological and Political」 textbook published from 1983 to 2019 to explore how market failure in China by period is reflected in the textbook. Methods 12 textbooks were collected and analyzed in 1983, 1989, 1998, 2004, 2011, 2016, and 2019 published in line with the revision cycle of the 「Ideological and Political」 curriculum in Chinese high schools. The collected data were analyzed based on China's economic development stage and the definition of market failure, and both text and illustration were included. Results As a result of the analysis, the pattern of market failure in the Chinese high school 「Ideological and Political」 textbooks appears differently depending on the period. Market failure in the textbooks during the Chinese market economy exploration stage (1978-1991) was monopolization, corruption, inflation, and widening the income gap. Market failure in textbooks during the Initial construction stage of the market economy (1992-2001) is administrative monopoly, Counterfeit Products, mammonism, unfair competition. Market failure in the textbooks during the stage of full-scale and in-depth reform (2002-2012) is corruption, economic instability, administrative monopoly, counterfeit products, distributionism, unfair competition, illegal fundraising and investment, socioeconomic inequality, and environmental issues. Market failure in textbooks in comprehensive deepening of reform (2013~present) is administrative monopoly, unfair competition, monopoly, Socio-economic inequality, environmental issues, urbanization, economic instability and supply-side structural reform. Conclusions In Chinese high school 「Ideological and Political」 textbooks, market failure is the basis for the party and the government's involvement in the economic field. Administrative monopoly, which appears only in China, a country in the transition period of the economic system in Chinese textbooks, is also a problem in the market. Since the market has inherent problems such as unfair competition, monopoly, damage to social equity, and widening income gap, it is argued that control and control of the national economy of the country are needed before the market failure of the market. The logic of the Communist Party of China has been consistently reflected since China adopted a socialist market economy system, and in particular, the 2019 textbook shows a strong tendency for state-led economic growth led by the party.

Abstract:
The long disputed and analyzed, globalization has now become an objective phenomenon unprecedented in world history, as magnitude and evolution. Criticized by some, revered by others, it seems that follows its trajectory. For us relevant are some negative aspects of globalization, but more significant are those that maintain balance and well-being of mankind. Based on the research conducted we have concluded that both globalization and regionalization emerged and developed as a result of unprecedented increased competition in the level of trade of states or regions.
