Abstract:
As one of the most important and computationally-intensive parts in bioinformatics analysis, the Pair Hidden Markov Model (Pair-HMM) forward algorithm is widely recognized and has great potential. Therefore, it is important to accelerate the process of this algorithm. There are various approaches to accelerate Pair-HMM, especially the accelerators stemmed from the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) due to the highly-customizable on-chip resources and deep pipeline potential available to the designer. In this paper, we focus on the FPGA-based accelerators for the Pair-HMM forward algorithm proposed in recent years. The non-cooperation structure, which was proposed in our previous work, is compared with the Systolic Array (SA) structure and PE ring structure in the structure characteristics, calculation mode, computational efficiency, and storage requirement. We build an analysis model to evaluate the performance of the ring structure and our non-cooperative structure. Furthermore, based on this, we provide a detailed analysis of the characteristics of structures of different accelerators and of the selection of a suitable structure for different scenarios. Based on the non-cooperative PE structure, we design a new chain topology for the accelerator. Experimental results show that our non-cooperation structure is superior to the other structures in performance and execution efficiency, and our new topology improves the performance of the accelerator. Finally, we propose some ideas about the improvement of the non-cooperative structure accelerator for future work.

Abstract:
Abstract Engineers are mostly adopting complex non-linear methods to research multi-storey residential apartment structure to withstand earthquake forces. This paper uses much simpler Equivalent Static method to analyse G+5 storey structure to repel earthquake forces using Staad pro software. The seismic analysis is further compared with non-seismic analysis of an equivalent structure using dead load + super load combination. it had been observed that the seismic results obtained consisted of significantly increased maximum moments and shear forces than the non-seismic analysis From past earthquakes it is proved that many of structure ar completely or partly broken because of earthquake. So, it’s a necessity to figure out unstable responses of such structures. The main aim of the present work is to make a comparative study of seismic and non-Seismic structure. The analysis was performed as per the specification of IS codes IS 1893, IS 875, IS 456:2000.

Abstract Now, every day tall constructing structures constructed around the goal of residential and industrial cause etc. Layout of tall buildings both earthquake as well as wind loads got to be take into considered. An irregular structure, failure of structure starts at a point of its weakness and those weaknesses comesups withs separation of mass, stiffness and geometry of that models. The structures having this kinds of discontinuity are called Irregular structures. (H, J, & darshan, 2017) [2]. For example,Structures with the soft storey were the foremost remarkable fallen structures. Therefore, the impact of vertical alignment within the seismic structure of buildings is very significant. The changes in durability and size provide powerful features of those structures that are completely different from the standard structure. For this present evaluation ‘ETABS’ software package is employed. All Reinforced Concrete structural elements are follows as per ‘IS 456:2000 (Plane and Reinforce Concrete-Code of Practice, Bureau of Indian Standard)’. Seismic load follows with respect to IS 1893:2016 along with self-weight of modelles for analysis of the structure. Here 2 kinds of buildings of (G+15) were created one is regular structure and alternative one Mass irregular. To observe, Effect of lateral in both buildings using Seismic load and to check the results, most of maximum displacement for various models and various parameters.

Extensive analytical and experimental research has been done by the authors directed to mitigation of the effects of earthquakes on structures. The research results mainly represent parts of the realized several related international projects. A selected part of the analytical studies directed to comparison between conventional and seismically isolated frame structures is presented in this paper. The responses of the applied newely developed advanced seismic isolation system HC-RMS-GOSEB to the simulated input excitation of three representative earthquakes of intensity 0.50g, have shown that it is very effective for construction of vibro-isolated and seismically resistant buildings, providing activated multistage seismic response and globally optimized seismic energy balance. Its application achieves an increase in the vibration period of the structure, far enough from the dominant period of seismic excitation. The results of the research confirm that this system is a potential solution for achieving low-cost and highly efficient protection of buildings.

Abstract: This research work focuses on comparison of seismic analysis of G+12 story buildings stiffened with shear wall at various locations. The performance of the building is analysed in Zone II, for Mumbai city. This research paper includes understanding the main zone factor that tends the structure to perform poorly during lateral moments caused by earthquake in order to achieve their appropriate behaviour under future earthquakes. The analysed structure is symmetrical, G+12, Ordinary RC moment-resting frame (OMRF). Modelling of the structure is done by using staad proV8i software. The Time period used for the seismic calculations of the structure in both the direction is achieved from the software and as per IS 1893(part I):2016 seismic analysis has conducted. The Lateral seismic forces of RC frame are carried out using equivalent static method as per IS 1893(part I): 2016. The purpose of present work is to understand that the structures need to have suitable Earthquake resisting features to safely resist large lateral forces exerted on structure during lateral movement of structure. Shear walls are efficient (model no.3), In terms of effectiveness in minimizing lateral movement and damage caused due to the earthquake in structure the conventional frame system also provides the resistance to structure but it is unable to minimise the damage caused by the earthquake in structure. A comparative analysis is done in terms of Base shear, Displacement, Axial load, Moments in Z direction in columns and maximum bending moments in beams. Abstract:
The aim of the research is to analyze the indicators of the provision of medical personnel of various specialties in the Russian Federation and consider the number of doctors in foreign countries. The study used statistics from Rosstat in the health sector. The calculation of the specific gravity for various medical specialties was made. The main research method was trend analysis and descriptive statistics. The indicator of provision with doctors of all specialties per 10,000 population in the study period had a downward trend (–4.3%). The largest decrease occurred among pediatricians (–36.0%). A smaller decrease occurred among obstetricians-gynecologists (–1.7%), psychiatrists and psychiatrists-narcologists (–11.7%), phthisiatricians (–16.6%). An increase in the indicator was registered among physicians of a therapeutic profile without a GP (+1.8%), a GP (family) (+14.2%), a surgical profile without anesthesiologists-resuscitators (+4.0%), radiologists and radiologists (+15,3%), dentists (+2.3%). The indicator was unchanged among ophthalmologists, otorhinolaryngologists, neurologists, dermato-venereologists, exercise therapy doctors. The proportion of therapeutic doctors (without GPs) and GPs tended to increase and amounted to 1.7% and 22.8%, respectively, by the end of the study period. The specific gravity indicator increased among surgical doctors without anesthesiologists-resuscitators, obstetricians-gynecologists, ophthalmologists, otorhinolaryngologists, neurologists, radiologists and radiologists, exercise therapy doctors, dentists. A decrease was registered in pediatricians, psychiatrists and psychiatrists-narcologists, phthisiatricians, dermato-venereologists. The Russian Federation occupies a leading position among the awakened countries in terms of the provision of doctors (per 100,000 population). Discussions about the general shortage of medical personnel in the Russian Federation have no substantial grounds. It is necessary to pay attention not to quantitative indicators of the provision of the population with doctors, but to qualitative ones. To form a sustainable national health system, it is necessary to balance the ratio of medical specialists of various specialties. It is necessary to develop a mechanism for a scientifically based "state order" for doctors of the required specialty, as well as to form a flexible mechanism for the distribution of specialists.

Four optimizing methods of equipment cost structure were detailedly analyzed based on their theories. The strengths and weaknesses of the four optimizing methods were analyzed and compared each other. And the characteristics of system dynamics were introduced. It was found that the weaknesses of the four optimizing methods were just made up by the characteristics of system dynamics. It was put forward that system dynamics is better than the four methods in optimizing equipment cost structure at the moment. This viewpoint not only enriches the categories of optimizing methods for equipment cost structure, but also explores a new way for optimizing equipment cost structure in practice.

Abstract:
Adjectival comparatives like txiki baino txikiago ‘smaller than small’ in Basque exhibit some striking properties that present a challenge for previous analyses of inequality comparatives. The research on this unstudied type of adjectival comparatives in Basque – henceforth small comparatives – is especially interesting due to the rich morphology and freedom of word order that Basque displays. These two properties are vital for the testing of the hypotheses on the structure of these comparatives. First, the examination of the underlying structure of the standard of comparison reveals that these adjectival modifiers are inequality comparatives with a phrasal standard. Second, the study of the extraction constraints of the standard and the particular distribution of small comparatives evidence the fact that the standard marker in these comparatives behaves as a coordinating conjunction, and that these modifiers can appear inside a Determiner Phrase, in contrast with previously analysed adjectival comparatives. These properties are explained by assuming the functional analysis of adjectives and comparative markers (-ago ‘-er, more’), and proposing a coordination analysis of these phrasal comparatives. The study of small comparatives hence shows that the coordination analysis of comparative structures is necessary not only for clausal comparatives (Napoli & Nespor 1983 for Italian; Sáez 1992 for Spanish; and Lechner 2004 for English and German) but also for phrasal comparatives such as small comparatives.

Abstract:
Policy regimes are systematic approaches to policy formation made by sets of government or governance institutions that steer capitalist economies in different directions – different enough to matter vitally to billions of people. Comparative policy analysis proposes systematically examining the formation of these public policy regimes across a number of societies. This research and action framework focuses on the rise to hegemonic dominance of neoliberalism, a universal ideology that, most obviously, stresses markets, enterprise, profit, privatization, deregulation, free trade, unrestricted movements of capital and profits, etc., all enforced by the exercise of state power exclusively in the interest of the capitalist class. Neoliberalism has been widely adopted by states as the guiding ideological structure for economic policy making. But neoliberalism encounters resistances from socio-political traditions that, contained by capitalism, reflect a different conception of society and economy. The interaction forms the varieties of “neoliberalisms”.

Abstract:
Annotation: This article provides a comparative analysis of the origin of small syntactic structures in the sentence structure between two languages, namely English and Uzbek. It was also investigated that the phenomenon of derivation is inextricably linked with the phenomenon of transformation, the relevance of these analytical methods for the method of analysis with direct components. At the same time, based on the examples of English and Uzbek, comments were given on the derivation of a simple sentence, on the deep structure, on the basic structure and on the derived structure. The proposal expresses theoretical views on the role of the applicative generative model in the expansion of the proposal. Keywords: derivation, operator, operand, deep structure, basic structure, applicative model, actants, circonstrants, verb valence.

Abstract:
In this work, industrial samples of coke from two different manufacturers were studied using a complex of structural methods: phase and structural analysis by powder X-ray diffraction, analytical scanning electron microscopy and adsorption porosimetry. The main structural parameters (longitudinal and transverse dimensions of packets and lamellas that fit into packets) and textural characteristics (specific surface area, pore space structure) of the studied samples of industrial coke were determined, and an analysis of the features of their microstructure was made. The results obtained in this work make it possible to unambiguously divide the studied cokes into 2 types: "anisotropic" and "isotropic". For anisotropic coke samples, the longitudinal size of the lamellas that fit into the packs is several times larger than the transverse size of these packets (La >> Lc), and this type of coke is characterized by a pronounced lamellar microstructure. Samples of “isotropic” cokes are characterized by comparable sizes of packets of lamellar layers in the longitudinal and transverse directions (La ≈ Lc) and an amorphous microstructure. Because of the work, a complete relationship was revealed between the structural parameters, shape, morphology and texture characteristics of the particles of coke samples, as well as a sufficient correspondence between the data obtained by three independent methods. The consistency of the conclusions drawn from the results of the analysis of the data of the performed complex of physicochemical studies makes it possible to consider X-ray diffraction analysis in combination with analytical electron microscopy and adsorption porosimetry as the necessary complementary tools for assessing the main properties of cokes with a view to their possible use in various technological processes.

Abstract:
Aim Building structures are assessed with several parameters such as cost, construction time, fire resistance, life cycle, maintenance and repair frequency, and environmental impacts. Building structures are reviewed as masonry, steel framed, wood framed, reinforced concrete framed, composite and prefabricated structures. This study aims to analyze the existing building stock of Turkey and assess the existing buildings in terms of their structural system decisions. Method: Following the comparative assessment of the types of structures based on literature review, assessment criteria for the selection of structural system are determined and a statistical analysis of the existing building stock in Turkey has been made in terms of the use of different structures. A questionnaire was prepared for the architects who decided the structural system in the design phase. Respondents evaluate the structural systems and selection criteria. Statistical analysis is made with the results of the survey. Findings: There is a clear preference for reinforced concrete framed structures in Turkey. A quantitative assessment of the structural systems in the existing buildings in Turkey by 2018 shows that 93.13% of the building stock has reinforced concrete framed. Looking at the individual years in the 2009 to 2018 period, the rate of preference of using reinforced concrete framed structures never went below 89% among all types of structures, but steel framed structure is the most preferred structural system at the end of the survey. Conclusion: It is thought-provoking that although different structures have different comparative advantages, structures other than reinforced concrete framed are preferred so little. The findings will contribute to making the right decision in building structure with the assessment of different structures in different aspects.
