Abstract:
La succession "hors cadre familial" (HCF) en agriculture en Franche-Comté engage deux catégories d'acteurs placés dans une situation " originale " : des repreneurs, présentés comme une population nouvelle, qui s'installent sur des exploitations non familiales ; des agriculteurs qui cèdent leur exploitation à un individu avec lequel ils n'ont pas de lien de sang. Cette nouveauté méritait d'être interrogée afin de comprendre ce qu'elle recouvrait : qui sont ces " nouveaux agriculteurs " ? qu'est-ce qui conduit cédants et repreneurs à opter pour la transmission et l'installation HCF ? Après avoir déconstruit la notion de " hors cadre familial " et révélé l'origine agricole des repreneurs, cette thèse s'attache à montrer que la succession HCF s'apparente à celle s'effectuant dans le cadre familial. Loin d'être évacuée, la famille sert toujours de référence ; mais on assiste à une redéfinition de l'espace familial, la famille professionnelle se substituant à la famille biologique
The succession " outside of family " in farming in Franche-Comté concern two categories of actor situated in an " original " situation : the successors, presented as a new population, who they setting up on no family-run farm ; the farmers who give their farm up to somebody who have no ties of blood with them. This novelty deserve to be interrogate in order to understand who are this " new " farmers and what is lead assignors and successors to choose this successions outside of the family ? After deconstructed the notion of " outside of family " and revealed the farming origin of the successors, this thesis shows that the " outside of family's " succession allies to family's succession. The family serve always of reference but we have a new definition of the space of family, the professionnal family substituting for biological family
