A complete collation of 1619 Greek minuscule manuscripts of John 18 now supplements the previously completed papyri and majuscule manuscript data for the International Greek New Testament Project (IGNTP). The full data were evaluated towards selecting minuscules to represent the manuscript tradition for the forthcoming Editio Critica Maior critical text and apparatus. Collaboration between the IGNTP and the Institut für neutestamentliche Textforschung (INTF) also allowed a comparison with data collected by the INTF. The same manuscripts were used by both, but the nature of the data was different, with the IGNTP’s total variation in John 18 and the INTF’s sampled variation in John 1-10. The results easily confirm prior known groups of manuscripts, and suggest samples to represent other groups. The total variation of John 18 initially suggested a much higher uniformity of manuscripts than the sampled variation. Deeper examination revealed consistency between both sets of data: the large majority of manuscripts do have a uniform text, and it is easy to represent them with a small selection of both readings and manuscripts, while the minority of more divergent manuscripts are evident from either well-sampled or total variation, and are worth further attention.

It is shown that a limitation of the various collation methods for paired comparison data currently available is their lack of validity when used in cases where the experiment is incomplete and particularly when the judgements are not replicated. Presented in this thesis is a reasonably thorough background to the method of paired comparisons and an overview of the existing methods for collating paired comparison data into a final ranking. As a result of the extensive review of existing collation methods, the thesis progresses logically to a new collation method that utilises all the available information from a set of pairwise preferences. The performance of the new collation method is extensively tested against existing methods by way of a simulation exercise which highlights the performance of the collation methods under different scenarios in terms of experiment size, experiment completeness and judgement consistency, as well as by considering the number of direct comparisons and the strength of competition. The new collation method and the existing collation method of Allen (1992) are applied to a set of real world data and the outcomes of the two methods are compared. The usefulness of paired comparisons in understanding the way judges use information to construct their own criteria when instructed to make preference decisions at a broad level is also considered and a real world application of this approach is performed. The main findings of this thesis are: FnThe new methodology generally provides an improved performance when there are more than 10 objects to be ranked; FnReplication of each pairwise judgement certainly improves the accuracy of the overall ranking, regardless of the level of judgement inconsistency; FnIn the case of non-replication, the accuracy of the final ranking greatly improves as judgement consistency improves. In other words, if it is not possible to replicate individual pairwise judgements then high judgement consistency is important for a reasonable result; In the case of replication, the accuracy of the returned ranking improves with judgement consistency only in the case of the new method. For the existing methods, the accuracy actually decreases marginally with the improvement of judgement consistency, particularly if there is a low level of experiment completeness; In terms of experiment completeness, for non-replicated experiments, there is an increase in the accuracy of the returned ranking as the proportion of possible pairwise preferences completed increases, but not to the same extent as an increase in judgement consistency. That is, judgement consistency is actually more important than experiment completeness. This suggests that control over the design of the experiment (the extent of completeness and which pairwise preferences are completed) is less important than judgement consistency and replication ¡V certainly a finding not found reported in the literature; The new method outperforms the existing methods when there is perfect or very high judgement consistency.

The Ars Moriendi is a Mediaeval Christian death manual that appeared around the middle of the fifteenth century. Though no-one is certain who the author was, there is no doubt that Jean Gerson was the major inspiration through his Opusculum Tripartitum. The general consensus is that the text was written by a member of the mendicant orders, probably a Dominican, and it was through them that the text spread so rapidly across Europe. The text was originally written in Latin with translations into the various vernaculars coming later. The Ars Moriendi appears in almost every major European language. I choose to limit my study to those in Latin. Since there are two Latin traditions, the longer or CP, and the shorter or QS, I further narrowed the field of study and concentrated exclusively on the latter. The text seems to have been produced as a response to the devastation of the Black Death. With so many priests either dead or missing. The popularity of a manual that instructed how to die in a way that ensured one made it to heaven is easy to understand. Of the three hundred known manuscripts, only six are of the shorter version. Five of these I have studied. The sixth unhappily was destroyed in 1944 in Metz. This paucity is not surprising since the true appeal of this work is the woodcut. Of the five manuscripts, at least two were copied from printed editions. The text itself is not very impressive as it is comprised mostly of various quotations from the Church Fathers and the Vulgate. (Abstract shortened by UMI.)

Nous avons dans ce travail testé avec succès la méthode RBF sur le problème raide, le problème de la concentration d'un contaminant, le modèle Black-Scholes et le modèle du champ classique d'un méson. Notre contribution a été importante lors de la résolution de l'équation non linéaire de Klein-Gordon. La convergence et l'efficacité de la méthode a été montré grâce au RMSE entre la solution analytique et la solution numérique. L'introduction mise à part, cette thèse a été composé de quatre chapitres. Le premier exprime l'interpolant radial dans la base du sous-espace des interpolés. Le second estime l'erreur d'interpolation dans des cas particuliers de la fonction radiale de base et fournit les meilleures constantes dans les majorations de l'erreur. Le troisième consacré au problème de la quasi-interpolation a aussi permis d'établir l'existence et l'unicité de la solution du champ classique d'un méson grâce à la théorie des semi-groupes et au théorème du point fixe de Banach. Le quatrième a été consacré aux applications numériques. Une simulation numérique a été faite pour le problème de la concentration d'un contaminant. Nous avons terminé par une conclusion et perspectives en désignant les futurs lignes de recherche sur le sujet<br>We have in this work tested successfully the RBF method on the stiff problem, the problem of the concentration of a contaminating, the model Black-Scholes and the model of the classic field of a meson. Our contribution was important during the resolution of the nonlinear equation of Klein-Gordon. The convergence and the efficiency of the method was shown thanks to the RMSE between the analytical solution and the numerical solution. The introduction put aside, this thesis was composed of four chapters. The first one expresses the radial interpolant in the basis of the sub-space of interpolating. The second estimates the error of interpolation in particular cases of the radial basis function and provides the best constants in the increase of the error. The third dedicated to the problem of the quasi-interpolation also allowed to establish the existence and the uniqueness of the solution of the classic field of a meson thanks to the theory of semi-groups and to the theorem of the fixed point of Banach. The fourth was dedicated to the numeric applications. A numeric simulation was made for the problem of the concentration of a contaminating. We finished by a conclusion and perspectives by appointing the future research lines on the topic

Le present travail vise d'abord a fournir une traduction complete du bhikshuni-vinaya et du bhikshuni-prakirnaka en sanskrit, de l'ecole bouddhique lokottaravadin; ce texte etant le seul connu a ce jour en sanskrit, concernant l'organisation interne des communautes de nonnes bouddhistes; la traduction est basee sur l'edition du texte par g. Roth, corrigee d'apres mes propres lectures (recensees dans la "collation du manuscrit"). Le commentaire vise a: 1) degager la structure des parties normatives (procedures de droit canon, etc. ) du texte, souvent masquees par des erreurs ou omissions du copiste; 2) presenter aussi clairement que possible, les problemes parfois inextricables de constitution du texte tel que nous l'avons d'apres un manuscrit unique: il est clair que ce texte resulte de la compilation plus ou moins coherente de materiaux traditionnels (ceci ressort particulierement dans les developpements narratifs, qui rappellent les procedes de compilation d'un texte connexe de la meme ecole, le mahavastu). Le present travail peut constituer une base pour des recherches plus poussees concernant la constitution des textes normatifs de discipline des communautes bouddhiques; ces recherches devront prendre en compte les textes chinois et tibetains de meme teneur, issus d'autres ecoles bouddhiques<br>The chief purpose of this work is to provide a complete translation of the lokottaravadin bhikshuni-vinaya and bhikshuni-prakirnaka, which constitute the only complete disciplinary text known so far in sanskrit, about buddhist nuns. The translation is based on the printed edition of the text by g. Roth, corrected according to my own readings (listed in the "collation of the manuscript"). The commentary aims at pointing out: 1) the structure of the technical parts of the text (ecclesiastical procedures, etc. ), which are difficult to understand at first reading, due to copist's mistakes and omissions; 2) the problems pertaining to the constitution of the text as we have it now: it is quite clearly the result of the compilation of heterogeneous material, sometimes badly patched together (especially in the longer narrative parts, which call to mind the compilation of a connected text from the same school, the mahavastu). The present thesis may provide a basis for future research about the constitution of the normative canon law buddhist texts; this implies taking into account the chinese and tibetan texts about nuns from other buddhist schools

Tableau d'honneur de la Faculté des études supérieures et postdorales, 2015-2016<br>Les travaux présentés dans ce mémoire avaient pour objectif principal d’évaluer l’impact psychologique des allégations nutritionnelles sur les sensations d’appétit. Selon un devis factoriel de type trois (condition expérimentale) par deux (sexe) par deux (poids) par deux (restriction cognitive), 164 hommes et 188 femmes âgés de 18 à 65 ans ont été invités à déguster et évaluer des biscuits à l’avoine et aux raisins sous le couvert d’une étude de marketing. Aucun effet général des allégations n’a été observé sur les sensations d’appétit. Toutefois, un effet rassasiant de la condition « diète » a été observé chez les femmes de poids normal non restreintes et chez les hommes en surpoids ou obèses non restreints. Les hommes ont également rapporté des niveaux de faim plus élevés que les femmes. Ces résultats démontrent l’importance de considérer les facteurs individuels lors de l’étude de la perception des aliments ou des sensations d’appétit.<br>The work presented in this dissertation aimed at evaluating the psychological effect of nutrition claims on appetite sensations. According to a three (experimental condition) by two (sex) by two (restrained eating) by two (weight) factorial design, 164 males and 188 females aged 18-65 were invited to taste and rate oatmeal-raisin cookies in a blinded context. No main condition effect was observed for any of the appetite sensations. However, a satiating effet of the ‘’diet’’ condition was observed among normal-weight unrestrained women and overweight or obese unrestrained men. A main effect of sex was also observed with men reporting higher levels of hunger than women. These findings highlight the importance of considering individual characteristics when studying appetite sensations.

Theoretical and experimental investigations have been carried out to study the influence of stress path on the deformation and consolidation of over-consolidated clays - with particular emphasis on London clay - in relation to settlement of structures. It is shown that for a proper understanding of the deformation of a soil beneath a foundation the soil should be tested in the laboratory under the same set of effective stresses that it will undergo in the field and that the influence of lateral stresses canot be ignored. The stresses and displacements in non-homogeneous soil media, beneath circular and strip footings, have been calculated from Gibson's analytical solutions. A numerical method is suggested for determining the "immediate" (elastic) settlement of structures founded on a medium whose modulus of elasticity varies with depth. The influence of lateral stressesonthe deformation characteristics of undisturbed London clay has been studied from both oedometer and triaxial tests while the stress path for one-dimensional compression is determined from specially designed oedometers. The effect of small pressure increments on the compressibility of London clay is also studied in the oedometer. The experimental results are examined in the light of their influence on the settlement of structures and a method of settlement analysis is proposed that takes into account the stress path of the elements of soil beneath a foundation: comparisons are made with the existing methods of analysis. The pre-consolidation pressures of London clay are determined from the stress deformation characteristics of samples loaded to high effective stresses.

Introduction The use of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) to measure the effects of care is being advocated increasingly in clinical settings. Current patient data capture involves completion of paper questionnaires which is costly and environmentally perplexing. New innovations are required to balance the challenges of introducing data capture directly from patients while considering budgets, access to Information Technology, and the capability to use technological devices. Methods Two qualitative studies were undertaken to identify the views of patients and clinicians concerning electronic PROM data capture in osteopathic practice. One qualitative study involved patient interviews to identify their views on a selection of specific PROMs. Clinician focus groups and interviews (osteopaths, chiropractors, and physiotherapists) were undertaken concerning their views and experiences of using PROMs. Scoping of PROMs in musculoskeletal practice was undertaken followed by a systematic review of one identified PROM. The review and qualitative work informed the development of content for a mobile and web app for capturing PROM data. The app was piloted to evaluate feasibility, and the clinimetric performance of the included PROMs. Feedback from the pilot informed revisions to the app prior to implementation into osteopathic practice. Results Clinicians (n=46) identified a range of barriers and facilitators to PROM use. Patients (n=22) while generally more enthusiastic than clinicians welcomed the opportunity to provide feedback and although undaunted by the use of technology highlighted the need for assurances concerning confidentiality of data, and limits on data sharing. The systematic review identified good measurement properties for the Bournemouth (BQ). Piloting of the app involved 257 participants contributing 404 data returns: it performed well requiring minimal revision prior to implementation. Conclusions The app performed well demonstrating great potential for further development to collect outcome data in a musculoskeletal clinical setting.

Nesta tese investigamos o comportamento eletroquímico da matriz lamelar de xerogel de pentóxido de vanádio(V) hidratado (VXG), visando desenvolver interfaces moleculares e eletrodos modificados. A partir da suspensão do gel de V2O5.nH2O, geramos os filmes lamelares de VXG sobre a superfície do eletrodo de trabalho. Inicialmente, os filmes de VXG consistem de regiões heterogêneas, que podem ser diferenciadas espectroeletroquimicamente. Após tratamento eletroquímico, esses filmes atingem uma condição eletroquímica estacionária, sofrendo um colapso e formando uma estrutura tipo banda uniforme. Esses filmes de VXG condicionados, foram utilizados como interfaces de espécies moleculares eletroativas. Em paralelo, interagimos o VXG com a argila bentonita, e obtivemos um xerogel floculento verde em solução aquosa, denotado BV, cuja evidência mais forte dessa interação foi obtido pelo espectro de FTIR, em função do surgimento de um forte pico em 835 cm-1, atribuído ao estiramento V-O-Si. A interação com a zeólita13X, resultou num sólido amarelo devido à troca de íons Na+ pelo grupo VO3+, denotado ZV. A troca iônica foi evidenciada pela análise de ICP-AES, que determinou uma quantidade grande de íons Na+ na solução sobrenadante, aproximadamente 225 mg/L contra 28 e 25,4 mg/L das soluções originais de VXG e zeólita13X, respectivamente. Eletroquimicamente, os compósito BV e ZV, despontam como materiais modificadores de eletrodos muito atraentes, combinando a boa condutividade dos filmes de VXG com as propriedades de troca iônica e de intercalação das argilas e das zeólitas.<br>The electrochemical behavior of hydrated vanadium(V)-oxide xerogels (denoted VXG), has been investigated, aiming the development of molecular interfaces and modified electrodes. Layered vanadium(V)- oxide xerogel films have been generated, in a controlled way, by the direct deposition de precise amounts of the polyvanadic acid solution onto the electrode surface. Initially, the layered VGX films consist of heterogeneous regions, which can be differentiated spectroelectrochemically. However, after the electrochemical treatment, those films reach a stationary electrochemical condition, collapsing into a uniform band type structure. The conditioned layered VXG films have been utilized as interfaces of electroactive molecular species. In parallel, the VXG suspension has been combined with a montmorillonite clay, yielding a green flocculent xerogel in suspension, here denoted BV. Strong evidence of polyvanadate-bentonite interaction has been provided by the FTIR spectra, from the appearance of a strong peak in 835 cm-1, ascribed to the a new V-O.-Si stretching vibration. The VXG suspension has also been combined with zeolite 13X, resulting a yellow solid, envolving ionic exchange of Na+ ions by VO3+; this solid has been denoted ZV. Ionic exchange has been evidenced by ICP-AES analyses. A promissing use of the new materiaIs as molecular interfaces has been demonstated, exploiting the good conductivity and intercalation properties of VXG and BV, as well as, the ion exchange properties of ZV.

Finally, the author give us more scopes regarding the legitimate while explains how it be related with the institution of collation.<br>El presente trabajo versa sobre la legítima como institución del Derecho Sucesorio y se centra básicamente en la discusión sobre si debe ser considerada como pars hereditatis o pars bonorum. En esa línea, vincula la legítima con la institución de la familia y cómo se puede ver una correspondencia entre a quiénes se les puede dar la herencia anticipada y quiénes pueden recibir la herencia. Asimismo, apoyándose en las normas nacionales el autor toma una postura al señalar que la legítima es pars hereditatis debido a que incluye solo a los herederos del causante.Finalmente, da más alcances sobre la legítima al explicar cómo se relaciona con la institución de la colación.

Previous issue date: 2008-11-28<br>The present study is intended to critically approach collation, a principle of descent law with strong practical application, which, in general, is object of superficial and contradictory analysis, by virtue of own legal provisions governing the matter. Special attention is to be given to the polemic aspects, arising out of 2002 Civil Code provisions. Therefore, six major themes are analyzed. Initially, descent law origin and legal basis are presented, as well as collation historical evolution, indicating its definition and legal basis. Then, it deals with collation subjective aspect, approaching the most relevant quests in regard to heirs who are compelled to collate according to Brazilian legal system. O desenvolvimento do raciocínio condicional é classificado em etapas relacionadas à composição e reversão de transformações que operam sobre a implicação, culminando com a plena reversibilidade que corresponde, na teoria piagetiana, à construção e mobilização do grupo de transformações INRC (Identidade, Negação, Recíproca, Correlativa). Tais etapas são identificadas a partir de entrevistas realizadas segundo o método clínico piagetiano, através da aplicação de três desafios de programação com complexidade crescente, cuja solução envolvia o uso da operação lógica da implicação. As entrevistas foram realizadas com oito crianças, com idades entre 10 e 16 anos, que cursavam as séries finais do Ensino Fundamental de duas escolas públicas. Com base nos dados, a análise revela a importância do pensamento combinatório, que permite aos adolescentes testarem, sistematicamente, todas as possibilidades de ordenamento e inclusão dos comandos sugeridos, e a obterem as conclusões lógicas adequadas, enquanto que as crianças mais novas não obtém o mesmo êxito. Além disso, na tese é realizada uma discussão sobre a inclusão da escola numa cultura digital sob uma perspectiva construtivista de construção do conhecimento. Nesse contexto, a metodologia de projetos de aprendizagem foi apresentada como sendo adequada e o software Squeak Etoys despontou como uma possibilidade interessante de se desenvolver projetos e de promover a aprendizagem de matemática. Por último, neste trabalho também é realizado um debate sobre a importância de se aprender a programar na escola.<br>The present thesis presents an investigation into the development of conditional reasoning, considered a key component of logical-deductive thinking, in children and adolescents who participated in a programming experience with the software Squeak Etoys. The development of conditional reasoning is classified into stages related to the composition and reversal of transformations that operate on the implication, culminating in the full reversibility that corresponds, in Piaget’s theory, to the construction and mobilization of the Transformations INRC (Identity, Negation, Reciprocity and Correlation). These steps are identified from interviews conducted according to Piaget’s clinical method, through the application of three programming challenges with increasing complexity, whose solution involved the use of the logical operation of the implication. The interviews were conducted with eight children aged 10-16, who attended the final series of the Elementary School of two public schools. Based on the data, the analysis revealed the importance of combining thinking, which allows teenagers to systematically test all the possibilities for ordering and inclusion of the suggested commands, and to obtain the appropriate logical conclusions, while younger children do not achieve the same results. Moreover, in the thesis a discussion is conducted on the inclusion of the school in a digital culture under a constructivist perspective of building knowledge. In this context, the methodology of learning through projects has been presented as being appropriate and the Squeak Etoys software has appeared as an interesting possibility of developing projects and promoting the learning of mathematics. Finally, in this study a debate is also conducted on the importance of learning to plan in the school.

It seems that the research community of Chinese Literature Study pays more attention to further studies based on the results of collation than the work of collation itself, there are neither studies focus on how the collation been processed, nor empirical proof in place of personal views. As digitized materials migrating into the Chinese Literature Study, more and more evidences show that digitized ancient books do change how the research data is processed.
In order to reveal the insides of ancient books collation, the author tried to construct the steps and procedures of process, as well as distinguishing the changes caused by digitized ancient books and revealing the opinions from Chinese literature scholars towards integrating the digitized materials into the research process. The author took the approach of case study, with semi-constructed interview and card sorting tool. Collected data from those who have conducted ancient books collation and interacted with digitized ancient books by purposive sampling.
The results show that there are three stages of ancient books collation: “initiative”, confirming the status of ancient books; “material arranging”, organizing and processing the text; “publishing”, writing and publishing the results of collation work and further studies. Each stage contains multiple activities, with specific purpose, tasks and methods. The author also finds that there is no significant difference in tasks after applying digitized ancient books in collation. However, the application of digitized ancient books does change how the researchers conducting the tasks, including the methods and the processing of materials. It indicates that digitized ancient books enhance the efficiency of work because the computing technologies. Towards the end of this research, the author did not find any evidence to show that transferring materials from printed to digitized brings new research topics for “Ancient Books Collation” The interviewed researchers point out that digitized ancient book is regarded as a supplemental tool for the work, the interviewees still prefer to adopt printed materials for their research. Digitized ancient books are considered providing a convenient and efficient work place, but the quality issues such as mistakes and omission in contents, still lead to insecure and low tendency to use the materials as authorized resources.

People who quote or research this book are not many until the discovery about bamboo and silk materials from 1970s to present. Not until the bamboo and silk materials were discovered in the 1970s was Kongzi Jiayu revaluated. Kongzi Jiayu reserved a lot of stories about Confucius and his disciples and some of them were unique. Most studies of this field have been focused on bamboo and silk materials in the recent thirty years, just a few studies concerned about traditional materials. The aim of this essay is to collect and compare bamboo , silk, and traditional materials which are related to Kongzi Jiayu, such as Xunzi(荀子), Liji(禮記), Shuoyuan(說苑).
This thesis includes three parts: introduction, chapter one “the collation of Kongzi Jiayu”, and chapter two “textual variantions about Kongzi Jiayu”. Introduction includes problematic, research review, objective, three versions of Kongzi Jiayu, methods of compilation. Chapter one includes two parts. The first part illustrates every chapter of Kongzi Jiayu and related texts. The second part is a composition of textual variantions. Kongzi Jiayu is the main text, and the related materials are annotations. Chapter two compares many stories to discover the development, and recognizes the periods of some chapters.
The conclusion of this thesis is that most stories in Kongzi Jiayu were edited in the late Western Han dynasty. In the whole twenty-two stories, one was attributed to the warring state period, three were the early or mid Western Han dynasty, seventeen were the late Western Han dynasty, one was the Eastern Han dynasty. The stories about Confucius and his disciples derived from Confucianists’ words in the warring state period, some of them became bamboo and silk materials in the early Western Han dynasty. Compiling for a long time, these stories were not antetype anymore. Besides, the tracks of the transmission of these stories were different. The tracks include “single way”, “two ways”, and “three ways”. “Single way” appeared most frequently in Kongzi Jiayu , and it has a close relationship to Shuoyuan. Among the “single way”, Han Shi Wai Zhuan(韓詩外傳)- Shuoyuan- Kongzi Jiayu was the main transmission.

In this study, under the consideration of practical engineering feasibility, a series of numerical simulation and evaluation were carried out about different shoals, such as crescent shoal, U-type prism and V-type prism shoals under the regular wave actions. The different submerged depth, shoal width, length of front shoal, and the central angles were tested, and the amplification factor of wave height were used to evaluate the efficiency of wave concentration effect behind the shoal. The results show that crescent shoal has high potential on focusing wave energy but has difficulty on construction, V-type shoal plays the second row which is much easier on construction, and U-type prism has lowest efficiency. Due to the slope of frontal shoal, the frontal shoal, the front shore reflection occurs in long period wave cases.

abstract: The goal of this paper was to do an analysis of two-dimensional unsplit mass and momentum conserving Finite Volume Methods for Advection for Volume of Fluid Fields with interfaces and validating their rates of convergence. Specifically three unsplit transport methods and one split transport method were amalgamated individually with four Piece-wise Linear Reconstruction Schemes (PLIC) i.e. Unsplit Eulerian Advection (UEA) by Owkes and Desjardins (2014), Unsplit Lagrangian Advection (ULA) by Yang et al. (2010), Split Lagrangian Advection (SLA) by Scardovelli and Zaleski (2003) and Unsplit Averaged Eulerian-Lagrangian Advection (UAELA) with two Finite Difference Methods by Parker and Youngs (1992) and two Error Minimization Methods by Pilliod Jr and Puckett (2004). The observed order of accuracy was first order in all cases except when unsplit methods and error minimization methods were used consecutively in each iteration, which resulted in second-order accuracy on the shape error convergence. The Averaged Unsplit Eulerian-Lagrangian Advection (AUELA) did produce first-order accuracy but that was due to a temporal error in the numerical setup. The main unsplit methods, Unsplit Eulerian Advection (UEA) and Unsplit Lagrangian Advection (ULA), preserve mass and momentum and require geometric clipping to solve two-phase fluid flows. Cao Yuanbi''s " LiJing JiaoShi " is the work of the Temple of the Army in the study of the "Yi Li" in the late Qing Dynasty.The concepts and methods, Can be regarded as a summary of the research results of the two hundred years of ritual studies and collation studies in the Qing Dynasty. In particular, the use of the Ritual Rules （禮例）"comparison and correction method"（推比勘誤）, which is not completely similar to traditional Lijiao method（理校法）.The method is excellently demonstrated in emendation work, yet sometimes seriously deficient. Lastly, Cao''s emendation work is related to his thinking of Confucian Classics, by which his view was deeply influenced. As a researcher, he should have a sympathetic understanding of his position, but a scientific analysis of specific results.
Finally, a comprehensive discussion of the characteristics and deficiencies of the "Yi Li" collation in the Qing Dynasty, it is hoped that some commonalities of the Qing Dynasty "Yi Li" collation can be discovered. For collation "Yi Li Jin Gu Wen"(儀禮今古文) and use of the Ritual Rules are The biggest feature of Qing Dynasty. In the Arrangement of "Yi Li" texts,abundant Collation theory and method,promote the study of academic history, it’s have a huge contribution.However, the lack of collection of methods and the lack of methods, especially the concept of respect for the JingXue(經學)and the subjective position thus emerged, have also become a barrier to the development of the Qing Dynasty.

Since the digital technology link up with the Internet, all of the voice, image, data, multimedia technology and media could be converged on the single platform by the Internet. From the competition to collaboration, Telecom, Internet and Cable industry are integrated, and turn into the new industry, Internet TV.
The role of Internet TV is similar to the Cable, the more important function are collation the content and build the charge system. But, operating the Internet TV successfully is hard. First, the Internet TV is a new outcome from the digital convergence, so there is no any precedent for the business model and the management method in this industry. Second, instead of selling the tangible product, the Internet TV dealers provide the invisible content for customer. For this reason, users often have subjectively views to choose the Internet TV dealers. There are many factors to effect the decision of consumer. But, before we have a discussion on consumers, we should inspect the dealers first.
This study begin with the academic model of the Integrated Marketing Communication(IMC), adapt the literature analysis and qualitative research, to discuss that the dealers should catch on the thought of the consumer and offer the product what they want. We take the Chungwa telecommunication MOD service for a sample, to find how the Internet TV dealers apply the Integrated Marketing Communication model to operating and management. This study emphasis on that it could help the dealers to build operating and management method well by developing the characteristics of this industry correctly.

The subject of my theses is a special category of heirs so-called forced heirs. This theme describes their substantive position and guaranteed increased protection determined by law which is especially defined by right to share on inheritance to an extent determined by law. Will of testator is hereby limited by right of forced heir in forced share. Irrespective of most European regulations only offspring of testator are counted to the circle of forced heirs in the Czech Republic whereby the difference is between minors who are entitled to at least three quarters of share and majors who are entitled to minimum of one quarter determined by legal inheritance share. This thesis is systematically divided into seven chapters. After general historical background and general terms of inheritance law explained in the second chapter, next chapter is continued by the definition of several institutes which are mutually interlinked and also closely related to the person of forced heir. Fourth chapter is dedicated to right of forced share in which I am focusing on its calculation, offsetting and final payment. I completely describe, by means of legal jurisdiction, disinheritance and incapacity to inherit in the two following chapters. The control system of collator circuit based on Programmable System on Chip (PSoC), integrates with both Program Logic Controller (PLC) and programming Human/Man Machine Interface (HMI/MMI). A flexible multi-pulse digital control is achieved in the adopted control algorithm. A welding circuit model is established to verify the control approach. These results are used in the practical nail collator. The welding circuit and electrical control system of traditional nail collator are analyzed first. Then, the modification of welding circuit elements and the control strategy of flexible multi-pulse are proposed. The proposed method is verified through the experimental results. The proposed control scheme has the advantages of averaging weld energy and reducing peak current. Furthermore, a new nail collator is presented in this thesis. The new nail collator with flexible multi-pulse scheme is verified by experimental. Compared with traditional nail collator, the proposed nail collator has advantages of high efficiency and low cost. Since velocity of nail collator deeply depends on transformer temperature, the variation of transformer temperature is also analyzed and discussed. The transformer temperature is always below the rating temperature during a long term testing. The proposed universal nail collator is tested to have good temperature performance. Finally, the design and implementation of nail collator with high performances is achieved.

The efficiency is increased by improving electrical control system of Nail Collator. Applying VisSim digital signal processor (DSP, TI TMS320LF2407A) development system, a Nail Collator controller based on DSP is designed and implemented. It effectively increases welding speed and ensures the safety of worker and equipment.
Averaging the welding energy of the Nail Collator not only keeps enough welding energy but also can obviously reduce the peak value of welding current. Serious component temperature rise problem resulted from large peak welding current can be avoided. Different control strategies are developed for various nails. The nail collator with high performances is reached.
In this thesis, a small scaled model is established to examine the control method for Nail Collator. It is easier and more convenient. Based on the comparison of the simulation and experimental results under different control strategies, the adopted control method is modified. Therefore design and implementation of nail collator can be achieved.
The prototype of controller of Nail Collator is developed very well now. The future work is emphasized on transformer design and new circuit topology. A real on-site improvement of Nail Collator will be developed in our laboratory.

In questo lavoro vengono analizzate da un punto di vista dottrinale le questioni 4, 8, 9, 12 e 17 delle Collationes oxonienses, opera tradizionalmente attribuita a Giovanni Duns Scoto. Vari sono i temi trattati nelle 5 collationes considerate: l’univocità (qq. 4-12), lo statuto delle essenze (q. 17) e la scienza divina (qq. 8-9). Si differenziano la struttura e la natura delle prime tre (qq. 4, 8 e 9) rispetto alle ultime due (qq. 12 e 17): mentre, infatti, nel primo gruppo troviamo discussioni tra due studenti o baccellieri del convento francescano di Oxford che sostengono posizioni opposte a proposito del tema indicato nel titolo, nel secondo gruppo il dibattito trae origine dall’esposizione di una opinione il cui contenuto è sottoposto alle differenti valutazioni degli interlocutori. Risultati particolarmente interessanti sono emersi a proposito delle ipotesi di attribuzione: mentre non paiono esservi dubbi circa la diretta partecipazione di Scoto alle qq. 4, 8 e 9, nelle quali la sua posizione risulta prevalere rispetto a quella dell’avversario, non così per quanto riguarda le questioni 12 e 17. Esse sembrano piuttosto condotte da Riccardo di Conington, francescano inglese coetaneo di Scoto, in quanto sono qui difese opinioni molto vicine a quelle di Enrico di Gand, ma con una originale rielaborazione dottrinale che sembra rimandare appunto all’opera di Conington. Le Collationes oxonienses non sono dunque un’opera unitaria, ma composita, poiché risultante dall’assemblaggio di esercizi scolari molto diversi tra loro: mutano di volta in volta struttura, autore, tema trattato. Se l’ipotesi della presenza di Conington in almeno alcune delle questioni è corretta, è possibile avanzare una proposta di datazione diversa da quella comunemente accettata (1305-1307): sembra infatti plausibile ritenere che le collationes siano state discusse nel semestre primaverile del 1301, quando sia Scoto che Conington erano presenti a Oxford durante il loro baccellierato. Stando così le cose, l’opera si rivela come un fondamentale documento per comprendere la genesi della dottrina scotiana, gettando luce sui dibattiti che animavano l’ambiente minorita inglese negli anni a cavallo tra XIII e XIV secolo, periodo decisivo per la formazione del Dottor Sottile.

A elaboração teológica do dogma trinitário implicou, no século IV, uma nova articulação entre as categorias ontológicas de «substância» e «relação» em Deus. A conceção de uma metafísica do mundo e da pessoa pensada a partir da Trindade permanece, porém, uma tarefa a realizar. Klaus Hemmerle apresentou em 1976 as linhas programáticas desta nova «ontologia trinitária». Nesta dissertação analisa-se a conferência XI das Collationes in Hexaëmeron de Boaventura (1273), na qual o mundo é explorado como «espelho» da Trindade. O objetivo é verificar se o texto de Boaventura implica uma compreensão do ser a partir do mistério trinitário convergente com a demanda contemporânea da ontologia trinitária.<br>The theological elaboration of the trinitarian dogma implied, in the fourth century, a new articulation of the ontological categories of «substance» and «relation» in God. The conception of a metaphysics of the world and the person thought from the Trinity remains, however, a task to be accomplished. Klaus Hemmerle presented in 1976 the programmatic lines of this new «trinitarian ontology». In this dissertation the conference XI of Bonaventure’s Collationes in Hexaëmeron (1273), in which the world is explored as a «mirror» of the Trinity, is analysed. The goal is to verify if Bonaventure’s text implies an understanding of being from the trinitarian mystery, which converges with the contemporary quest for a trinitarian ontology.

Brahms’s last chamber music work: Sonata in E-flat Major for clarinet and piano is also often performed by violist as well. In order to learn how to have the best performance by collaborating with other instruments, This paper compares the differences between the Sonata for Clarinet and Piano and the Sonata for Viola and Piano from a collaborative pianist’s perspectives and discuss how they affect the piano performances.
