ABSTRACT The regional characteristics of waters from alluvial aquifers are different, since they depend on geology and climate. Also, there may be local variation in the quality of the available water when the water source is superficial (rivers and lakes) or is underground due to geology. In order to investigate the groundwater quality of the alluvial aquifer in the Sub-Basin of the Cobra River (RN) for construction of underground dams, five wells, four in the main river and one in the tributary, were monitored in dry and rainy seasons, during two hydrological years. Fifteen water samples from ‘Amazonas’ wells were collected for hydrochemical assessment. Multivariate analysis were performed to evaluate the origin of aquifer recharge and water hydrochemical characteristics. Hydrochemical assessment results indicated that Na+ and Cl- ions have greater influence on the salinization of the studied area. There are risks of worsening salinization and toxicity problems in the middle and lower courses of the Cobra River Sub-Basin.

Dinding Penahan Tanah (Retaining Wall) merupakan salah satu konstruksi yang digunakan untuk menahan tanah atau memberikan kestabilan kepada tanah yang memiliki beda ketinggian, sehingga tidak mengalami kelongsoran. Sampai saat ini metoda yang sering digunakan untuk menghitung struktur ini adalah metoda coba-coba, dengan metoda ini akan dibutuhkan waktu yang lama, terutama bagi mereka yang belum berpengalaman. Oleh karena itu sangatlah perlu untuk dikembangkan suatu program komputer yang dapat membantu proses perhitungan struktur ini. Dengan harapan waktu dan tenaga yang dibutuhkan lebih efisien (karena segala perhitungan akan dilakukan oleh komputer) dan tentu saja akan menghasilkan tingkat akurasi dan ketelitian yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perhitungan secara manual dengan metoda coba-coba. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat program bantu untuk menghitung stabilitas konstruksi dinding penahan tanah pada kondisi gempa dengan menggunakan progran Visual Basic 6.0. Dari hasil analisis dengan menggunakan program dinding penahan tanah ini didapatkan dimensi dinding penahan tanah yang aman, relatif ekonomis sesuai dengan keperluan secara tepat dan mudah, hasil perhitungan dengan tingkat ketelitian yang lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan perhitungan secara coba-coba, dan juga waktu dan tenaga yang dibutuhkan juga lebih efisien.

Abstract:
In this study, a new modification of the meta-heuristic approach called Co-Operation of Biology-Related Algorithms (COBRA) is proposed. Originally the COBRA approach was based on a fuzzy logic controller and used for solving real-parameter optimization problems. The basic idea consists of a cooperative work of six well-known biology-inspired algorithms, referred to as components. However, it was established that the search efficiency of COBRA depends on its ability to keep the exploitation and exploration balance when solving optimization problems. The new modification of the COBRA approach is based on other method for generating potential solutions. This method keeps a historical memory of successful positions found by individuals to lead them in different directions and therefore to improve the exploitation and exploration capabilities. The proposed technique was applied to the COBRA components and to its basic steps. The newly proposed meta-heuristic as well as other modifications of the COBRA approach and components were evaluated on three sets of various benchmark problems. The experimental results obtained by all algorithms with the same computational effort are presented and compared. It was concluded that the proposed modification outperformed other algorithms used in comparison. Therefore, its usefulness and workability were demonstrated.

Produk Learning Object ini telah melalui tahap evaluasi yang melibatkan para ahli dan pengguna (Customer Service Representative Circle K). Hasil uji coba expert review yang diperoleh dari ahli materi sebesar 3,56 (sangat baik), ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli media pembelajaran 3,49 (sangat baik). Kemudian pada tahap uji coba pengguna (one-to-one evaluation) memperoleh nilai 3,20 (baik) dan (small group evaluation) dengan nilai 3,49 (sangat baik). Hasil evaluasi formatif menunjukan bahwa produk Learning Object ini dapat digunakan pada Training Basic Circle K sebagai bagian dari Store Development Program (SDP) PT. Circleka Indonesia Utama.

Abstract Summary Constraint-based reconstruction and analysis (COBRA) is a widely used modeling framework for analyzing and designing metabolic networks. Here, we present CNApy, an open-source cross-platform desktop application written in Python, which offers a state-of-the-art graphical front-end for the intuitive analysis of metabolic networks with COBRA methods. While the basic look-and-feel of CNApy is similar to the user interface of the MATLAB toolbox CellNetAnalyzer, it provides various enhanced features by using components of the powerful Qt library. CNApy supports a number of standard and advanced COBRA techniques and further functionalities can be easily embedded in its GUI facilitating modular extension in the future. Availability and implementation CNApy can be installed via conda and its source code is freely available at https://github.com/cnapy-org/CNApy under the Apache 2 license.

<p>The basic purpose of this study is to identify the systemically important banks of Pakistan using an unbalanced panel dataset of 21 commercial banks. The study covers the period 2004-2014. The systemic risk of financial institutes is calculated by using Conditional Value at Risk (CoVaR) approach. Specifically, first, the VaR and CoVaR are obtained as predicted values of quantile regression of individual and market losses. The state variables included in the analysis are the change in three month yield of treasury bills, the change in slope of yield curve, the inflation rate, monthly market returns, and the equity volatility. The study shows that the state variables have significant impacts on the CoVaR of financial institutions. The results of the study helps policy makers and regulatory authorities to revise policies and regulation by keeping in mind systemically important banks in the economy to reduce the chances of a financial debacle in future in Pakistan and thus rescuing the economy from financial crises.</p>

The intensification of anthropogenic activities on soils contributes to soil loss through erosion. Moreover, the pattern of soil loss in the Cobra River watershed, located in the semiarid region of Rio Grande do Norte, is related to the history of land use and occupation, mainly from agriculture and the red ceramic industry, as well as the climatic seasonality of the region. Thus, the objective of this work was to identify the pattern of soil loss from the Cobra River microbasin in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. For this, the following analyses were performed: a survey of land use class areas for the years 1987, 1997, 2007 and 2017 as part of the Mapbiomas project; estimation of basin soil loss for these years; and quantification of areas of erosion vulnerability classes for this period. QGIS software was used to treat georeferenced data. According to the results, the land cover classes in the rich Cobra River microbasin fluctuated over time. Potential soil loss from the watershed increased from 1987 to 2017, with an increase of approximately 20 million megagrams of potentially erodible soil. The study of soil loss in a microbasin located in the Brazilian semiarid region should consider the variation in land cover over time, climatic seasonality and anthropic activity. To this end, it is important to use geotechnology and geoprocessing techniques to conduct a more robust spatiotemporal analysis.

Abstract There is an increasing demand for quantification of serum alpha 1-acid glycoprotein (AAG, orosomucoid) in studies evaluating the protein binding of highly bound basic drugs. This paper describes an adaptation of an automated immunoturbidimetric assay for this protein to the Cobas Bio centrifugal analyzer. Replicate analyses of aliquots from six different solutions were used in determining precision. We also analyzed 367 patients' serum samples, in duplicate, to determine the distribution of AAG in hospitalized patients. The intra- and inter-run CVs ranged from 1.3% to 4.4% and from 0.6% to 6.6%, respectively. AAG concentrations in patients' samples ranged from 0.38 to 3.16 g/L. Results by this method correlate well with those by radial immunodiffusion, with no significant amount of bias between the two methods. This immunoturbidimetric procedure is faster and less expensive than currently used radial immunodiffusion techniques, and precision is acceptable.

ABSTRACT This research produced a product of the development of Lenggok Mak Inang dance learning through interactive multimedia which included appreciation learning material (Basic Competence 3) and expression (Basic Competence 4) in class X of SMK / SMA. The appreciation material contains the definition of dance, accompaniment music, clothing, patterns, while the expression material contains terms, variety and arrangement of motion in the Lenggok Mak Inang dance. From the test media experts got a score of 4,42 (Very Good), media experts got a score of 4 (Good), user trials which included an initial field trial of 4,08 (Good), main field trial 4,22 ( Very Good) and an operational field trial of 4,53 (Very Good). The results obtained indicate that the development of interactive multimedia learning Lenggok Mak Inang dance is very feasible to use or be used as a learning media for dance. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kisi-kisi soal, soal, dan capaian daya serap dari soal uji coba I bahasa Indonesia di SMP kabupaten Wonosobo tahun 2013. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca dan catat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) ketepatan indikator dalam kisi-kisi soal termasuk kategori tepat (86,4%) dengan rincian ketepatan indikator pada kategori sangat tepat sebesar 22%, tepat sebesar 68%, cukup tepat sebesar 8%, kurang tepat sebesar 2%, dan tidak tepat sebesar 0%; (2) keterwakilan setiap kompetensi dasar dalam kisi-kisi soal uji coba I bahasa Indonesia Kabupaten Wonosobo dalam kategori sangat terwakili (96,7%); (3) kesesuaian antara kisi-kisi soal dan soal uji coba I bahasa Indonesia Kabupaten Wonosobo tahun 2013 termasuk kategori sesuai (86%); dan capaian daya serap untuk seluruh kompetensi dasar dalam soal uji coba I bahasa Indonesia Kabupaten Wonosobo tahun 2013 termasuk kategori rendah yaitu sebesar 56,89% dengan rincian capaian pada kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 0%, tinggi sebesar 14%, sedang sebesar 24%, rendah sebesar 30%, dan sangat rendah sebesar 32%. This research is qualitative-quantitative descriptive. The subjects were the table specifications, test items, and the learning outcomes performance of the first try out of Indonesian language test in junior high schools of Wonosobo regency in 2013. Data were collected through the reading and recording. The results are as follow. (1) the accuracy of the indicators in the table specifications at accurate category (86,4%) within the accuracy of indicators at very good category (22%), good category (68%), medium category (8%), low category (2%), and very low category (0%); (2) the representation of each basic competence in the table specifications at very representive category (96,7%); (3) the compatibility between the table specifications and test items at compatible category (86%); and (4) the learning outcomes performance of all the basic competencies are included in the low category (56,89) within the learning outcomes performances at very good category (0%), good category (14%), medium category (24%), low category (30%), and very low category (32%). Proses pengembangan meliputi produksi e-modul, validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk. Desain uji coba produk terdiri dari uji coba tahap awal kepada 7 siswa, uji coba lapangan skala kecil kepada 15 siswa, dan uji coba lapangan skala besar dengan melakukan praeksperimental kepada 32 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala analisis kebutuhan, skala kelayakan e-modul oleh para ahli, skala motivasi belajar, dan skala respons pengguna. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul berbasis proyek yang dihasilkan pada Mata Pelajaran Dasar Desain Grafis sangat layak dan efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMK pada Mata Pelajaran Dasar Desain Grafis.PROJECT-BASED E-MODULE DEVELOPMENT TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATION OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOLThis study was aimed at developing a project-based e-module that is feasible and effective to improve student motivation in the Basic Graphic Design subject. This was a research and development research study using ADDIE (Analiyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation) model. The development process included the production of the e-modules, the validation by material and media experts, product trials, and product revisions. The product trial design consisted of an initial pilot test of 7 students, a small-scale field trial of 15 students, and a large-scale field trial by pre-experimental 32 students. The data collection instruments were the scale of needs analysis, eligibility of the e-modules by experts, learning motivation, and user responses. The data analysis technique was descriptive technique. The results show that the project-based e-module produced is feasible and effective to be used to increase the motivation of vocational student learning in the Basic Graphic Design subjects.

Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan aplikasi Microsoft Excel berbasis Visual Basic for Application (VBA) Matriks Penilaian Program Sarjana 9 Standar dengan keunggulan produk yakni tampilan matriks dengan kalimat lebih sederhana, penilaian akreditasi, dashboard hasil penilaian, dan sistem informasi yang sesuai LKPS untuk memudahkan pembuatan LED berdasarkan evaluasi kuadran. Metode desain pengembangan 4-D dilakukan melalui 4 tahap yakni: define, design, develop, and disemination. Tahap define meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengelola program studi menghadapi akreditasi, matriks penilaian program studi 9 standar, analisis dashboard. Tahap design meliputi pemilihan format perhitungan, format dashboard, program Excel rancangan awal (prototype I). Tahap develop yakni validasi terhadap desain produk awal dengan hasil penilaian aspek isi 4,6250 kriteria valid, tampilan 4,3750 kriteria valid, dan pemrogram 4,1250 kriteria valid (prototype II). Uji coba terbatas dilakukan kepada seluruh anggota SPMI UNUGHA didapat skor setiap item lebih dari atau sama dengan 3,75 dengan rerata 4,3276 yang berarti layak dengan peringkat baik sekali (prototype III). Abstract The Cobas Integra from Roche Diagnostic Systems is a new clinical laboratory analyzer with continuous and random-access features for routine chemistries, specific proteins, electrolytes, hormones, therapeutic drugs, and drugs of abuse. The system maintains 68 test-specific reagent cassettes on board, along with multiple ion-selective electrodes (ISEs) for electrolyte determinations. This gives the Cobas Integra the capability of analyzing as many as 72 analytes without having to load additional reagents. We describe the basic analyzer configuration and the subsystems for absorbance, fluorescence polarization, and ISE measurements. Performance characteristics for precision, methods comparison, and on-board stability are given for assays representative of the various test groups. The 29 Cobas Integra tests evaluated in the present study show good agreement (r &gt; or = 0.98 and slopes generally 0.90 to 1.12) with the respective methods available on either the Olympus AU5000, Hitachi 911 or 717, Behring BNA, or Abbott TDx systems. Total assay precision (CV) ranged from 0.8% to 8.5%, and calibration curves were stable for as long as 20 weeks. Test throughput, which is dependent on pipetting sequence, was determined to be up to 600 tests per hour without ISE and up to 750 tests per hour with ISE; the time to first result was 2.0-10.0 min.

Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak sekolah menengah pertama. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 25 siswa SMP N 4 Pandak. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap 56 siswa SMP N 1 Pandak dan SMP N 3 Pandak. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) pedoman wawancara, dan (2) pedoman observasi pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model permainan untuk pembelajaran teknik dasar bola basket di sekolah menengah pertama yang berisikan sembilan permainan, yaitu: (1) Lempar Nama, (2) Lempar Target, (3) Lempar Gerak, (4) Fun Dribbling, (5) Target Dribbling, (6) Kejar Mengejar, (7) Tembak Tongkat, (8) Rintang Tali, dan (9) Happy Game. Materi sejarah yang demikian tidak akan terjadi bila secara rutin dilakukan penyusunan learning continuum (LC) oleh semua kalangan terkait. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan model learning continuum keterampilan berpikir historis mata pelajaran sejarah SMA. LC keterampilan berpikir historis, menggambarkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta didik untuk menguasai keterampilan berpikir historis mulai dari keterampilan dasar hingga keterampilan yang paling tinggi pada pembelajaran sejarah SMA. Penelitian melalui dua tahap, yakni tahap pengembangan model LC dan tahap pengembangan instrumen yang disertai uji dengan coba terbatas. Data dianalisis dengan Partial Credit Model (PCM) menggunakan program QUEST. Hasil pengembangan aspek dan sub aspek LC keterampilan berpikir historis menghasilkan dua keterampilan yakni keterampilan dasar (basic skill) dan keterampilan penelitian sejarah (historical research capabilities). Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa tes terbukti fit dengan PCM. Reliabilitas tes uji coba baik, dengan koefisien alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,82.

Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi secara mendalam tentang pengembangan dan penerapan model pembelajaran gerak dasar melompat berbasis permainan (Permainan Lompat Banner ADI) di sekolah dasar kelas 2 dan megetahui efektivitas, efisiensi serta daya tarik siswa terhadap model yang dikembangkan.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan Reseaarch Development (R D) dari Borg and Gall. Pengambilan data diambil menggunkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket, kuesioner dan instrumen tes kemampuan gerak dasar melompat. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, membuat desain produk awal, validasi ahli. Selanjutnya produk di uji cobakan kepada siswa melalui Uji coba kelompok kecil, revisi, Uji coba lapangan dan revisi produk akhir. Subjek uji coba produk terbatas adalah siswa kelas 2 SDN 2 Riau Silip dan uji coba utama adalah siswa kelas 2 SDN 2 Puding Besar. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh berupa data hasil validasi ahli dengan nilai 80,6% layak. Sedangkan hasil uji efektifitas model pembelajaran diperoleh nilai t-hitung = 4,3882 lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel = 2,0939 atau (t-hitung ˃ t-tabel). Hal ini dapat diisimpulkan bahwa: (1) Pengembangan model pembelajaran gerak dasar melompat berbasis permainan ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan semangat belajar anak sekolah dasar. (2) Model pembelajaran gerak dasar melompat berbasis permainan (permainan lompat banner ADI) layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar bagi anak sekolah dasar. The research data obtained in the form of expert validation data with a value of 80.6% is feasible. While the results of the learning model effectiveness test, the t-count = 4.3882 is greater than the t-table = 2.0939 or (t-count t-table). It can be concluded that: (1) The development of this game-based basic jumping motion learning model can improve the learning abilities and enthusiasm of elementary school children. (2) The game-based basic jumping motion learning model (the ADI banner jump game) is appropriate to be used as a learning resource for elementary school children. (3) The game-based jumping basic movement learning model (the ADI banner jump game) is effective in improving the basic jumping ability of elementary school children.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media e-modul berbasis flipbook pada mata pelajaran pemrograman dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model 4-D yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu: define (pendefinisian), design (desain), develop (pengembangan), dan disseminate (penyebarluasan). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan RPL (Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak) di SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo. Media yang telah dikembangkan dilakukan validasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. Penilaian oleh ahli materi meliputi kelayakan isi, kebahasaan dan penyajian, dan untuk penilaian ahli media meliputi pemakaian, desain, isi dan daya tarik. Hasil uji kelayakan dari ahli media mendapatkan persentase kevalidan 84% dengan kategori “Sangat layak, dapat digunakan dengan revisi kecil”. Hasil uji kelayakan ahli materi mendapatkan persentase kevalidan 79% dengan kategori “Layak”. Setelah media dinyatakan layak maka dilakukan uji coba skala kecil dengan 10 siswa jurusan RPL mendapatkan persentase sebesar 84,4% yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat layak, dan dapat digunakan”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu media e-modul berbasis flipbook sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

AbstractSnake farming in Asia has increased over the past decade, and conservationists have expressed concerns that farms may foster overexploitation of wild populations and create legal conduits for illegally harvested wild individuals. We conducted face-to-face interviews with snake farmers in Viet Nam and China, with the aim of describing the basic models under which snakes are farmed for meat. We synthesized this information to assess the feasibility of farming snakes for human consumption, drawing conclusions about the impact of this industry on the conservation of wild snake populations. The most commonly farmed snakes include the monocled cobra Naja kaouthia, the Chinese cobra Naja atra, the oriental rat snake Ptyas mucosus and the king cobra Ophiophagus hannah. These species have life histories that are compatible with the demands of intensive livestock production, including early maturity, rapid growth rates, high reproductive output, efficient food assimilation rates and undemanding space requirements. Snake farmers appear to be capitalizing on the unique energy-efficiency of snakes to produce meat for human consumption. We conclude that the ease and profitability of farming snakes in China and Viet Nam make farming a viable substitute for harvesting wild snakes, with apparently minimal threat to wild populations. Snake farming offers a range of novel agricultural opportunities and has the potential to play a pivotal role in sustainable development.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengadaptasi beberapa langkah penelitian yang dikemukakan oleh Borg & Gall (2007: 590) sebagai berikut: (1) studi pendahuluan dan pengumpulan data, (2) perencanaan pelaksanaan penelitian, (3) pengembangan produk awal, (4) uji coba produk awal, (5) revisi untuk menyusun produk utama, (6) uji coba produk utama, (7) revisi untuk menyusun produk operasional, (8) uji coba produk operasional, (9) revisi produk akhir, (10) implementasi produk akhir. Uji coba produk awal dilakukan pada 40 anak. Uji coba produk utama dilakukan pada 124 anak. Uji coba produk operasional sebanyak 402 anak. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini berupa model tes bakat untuk calon atlet bolabasket.. Model tes bakat dinyatakan layak digunakan karena memiliki tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas yang tinggi, dengan nilai rhitung lebih besar daripada nilai rtabel (0,195). A Model of Basic Skills and Physical Condition Tests for Identify Candidate Talent Basketball Players AbstractThis study aims to develop a model of basic skills and physical condition to identify prospective talent basketball players which, is valid and reliable based on the characteristics of giftedness in the sport basketball. This research is research and development adapting some measures proposed by Borg and Gall (2007: 590) including: (1) preliminary studies and data collection, (2) planning the implementation of the research, (3) the initial product development, (4 ) initial product trials, (5) a revision to compose the main products, (6) the main product trials, (7) a revision to draft operational products, (8) product testing operations, (9) the revision of the final product, (10) the implementation of the final product. The Initial product trials were conducted to 40 students. The main product trials were conducted to 124 students. Product testing was conducted to 402 students. The results of the research and development is in the form of an aptitude test models for basketball players. The aptitude test model is declared fit for use because it has a high degree of validity and reliability, with a value greater than r-table 0,195. The developed test model for prospective basketball players in the form of a scale of ratings (norm) is packed in the manual. It can be used as a manual for the coaches and physical education teachers in the process of identifying candidates for athletes with different levels of giftedness and the model is effective and efficient.

Cobra venom cardiotoxins (CVCs) can translocate to mitochondria to promote apoptosis by eliciting mitochondrial dysfunction. However, the molecular mechanism(s) by which CVCs are selectively targeted to the mitochondrion to disrupt mitochondrial function remains to be elucidated. By studying cardiotoxin from Naja mossambica mossambica cobra (cardiotoxin VII4), a basic three-fingered S-type cardiotoxin, we hypothesized that cardiotoxin VII4 binds to cardiolipin (CL) in mitochondria to alter mitochondrial structure/function and promote neurotoxicity. By performing confocal analysis, we observed that red-fluorescently tagged cardiotoxin rapidly translocates to mitochondria in mouse primary cortical neurons and in human SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells to promote aberrant mitochondrial fragmentation, a decline in oxidative phosphorylation, and decreased energy production. In addition, by employing electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and protein nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) spectroscopy and phosphorescence quenching of erythrosine in model membranes, our compiled biophysical data show that cardiotoxin VII4 binds to anionic CL, but not to zwitterionic phosphatidylcholine (PC), to increase the permeability and formation of non-bilayer structures in CL-enriched membranes that biochemically mimic the outer and inner mitochondrial membranes. Finally, molecular dynamics simulations and in silico docking studies identified CL binding sites in cardiotoxin VII4 and revealed a molecular mechanism by which cardiotoxin VII4 interacts with CL and PC to bind and penetrate mitochondrial membranes.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan multimedia berbasis komputer yang layak untuk pembelajaran matematika bagi siswa SMA, ditinjau dari aspek pembelajaran, aspek materi, aspek media dan persentase siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar setelah menggunakan produk multimedia pembelajaran hasil pengembangan. Pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran ini dilakukan melalui tahap analisis, desain, produksi, dan uji coba. Tahap analisis meliputi menganalisis kebutuhan siswa, memilih dan menetapkan materi pokok yang akan dikembangkan, dan mengembangkan alat evaluasi. Tahap desain meliputi pembuatan storyboard dan flowchart. Tahap produksi meliputi pengemasan produk awal ke dalam bentuk CD. Tahap uji coba terdiri atas uji oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, dan uji lapangan meliputi: uji coba satu lawan satu, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan uji coba kelompok besar. Data dari hasil uji coba dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan tes, dan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil uji coba digunakan untuk memperbaiki multimedia pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk multimedia pembelajaran hasil pengembangan termasuk dalam kategori ”sangat baik”. Persentase siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar setelah menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran hasil pengembangan sebanyak 77% dan termasuk dalam kategori ”baik”.Kata kunci: pengembangan multimedia berbasis komputer, pembelajaran matematika____________________________________________________________________ DEVELOPING COMPUTER-BASED MULTIMEDIA FOR MATHEMATICS INSTRUCTION FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS Abstract This research aims to develop a feasible computer-based multimedia for mathematics instruction for senior high school students, in terms of learning, content, and media aspect and the percentage of students who master the learning material after using the developed instructional multimedia. The development of the instructional multimedia was conducted in the stages of analysis, design, production, and try out. The analysis included assessing students’ needs, selecting basic material to be developed, and developing the evaluation instrument. The design included creating a storyboard and flowchart. The production included packaging the initial product into a compact disc. The try out stage consisted of feasibility judgment by experts and the field test consisted of one-to-one try out, small-group try out and large-group try out. The result of the try out was collected by a questionnaire and test, and analyzed using the descriptive statistics. The result of the try out was used to improve the multimedia. The results of the research indicate that the developed instructional multimedia is in a “very good” category. The percentage of the students who master the learning material after using the developed instructional multimedia is 77% and this is in a “good” category.Keywords: developing computer-based multimedia, mathematics instruction

Sobre a invasão holandesa no Brasil e da atitude de Calabar em apoiar os holandeses, estudamos Guerra (1986), Schalkwijk (2000), Vainfas (2000) e Fausto (2007). Este trabalho pode subsidiar professores de Linguagens e de História, no que tange a um conhecimento sistematizado em literatura no Ensino Fundamental. Es un hecho bien conocido que el efecto suelo local juega un papel importante en el daño a las estructuras durante los terremotos. Para definir correctamente la interacción suelo-estructura, se debe conocer bien la geometría de las capas de suelo compactas y sueltas en el suelo. Además, el contraste de impedancia debido a los efectos locales del suelo puede ser más profundo que los primeros 30 m, que se acepta como la profundidad de ingeniería, y en este caso, el parámetro Vs,30 está deshabilitado. Por esta razón, la ubicación del lecho rocoso de ingeniería y el lecho rocoso sísmico cobra importancia. La variación de la velocidad de la onda de corte con la profundidad es un parámetro clave para la estimación del efecto de campo sísmico. Además, la separación de capas de baja densidad cercanas a la superficie y lecho rocoso de mayor densidad se puede realizar fácilmente mediante el método de gravedad. Los niveles de lecho rocoso/cimentación sísmica se determinaron usando estos dos métodos juntos para los suelos de Çanakkale, que se sabe que tienen problemas de licuefacción y espesor aluvial grueso. Se realizaron medidas de microgravedad en 100 puntos y las anomalías obtenidas se modelaron en tres dimensiones. A la luz de los datos obtenidos de este estudio, se ha determinado que el espesor de la unidad de cuenca suelta en el área de estudio está en el rango de aproximadamente 50-300 m. La vibración ambiental se registró con la ayuda de un sismómetro de velocidad en 146 puntos, y los perfiles de velocidad S (Vs) se obtuvieron utilizando la inversión de la curva de elipticidad observada. Además, la estructura de tasa de cambio de profundidad de velocidad de la cuenca se define en función de las velocidades Vs en el modelo de gravedad 2D realizado a lo largo de los dos perfiles que cortan la cuenca en las direcciones N-S y E-W. A lo largo de estos perfiles, el rango de frecuencia se ha determinado de 0,8 a 1,3 Hz en las partes profundas de la Cuenca y de 1,5 a 11,0 Hz en las partes poco profundas.

Model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan diharapkan untuk digunakan guru SD sebagai salah satu bentuk pembelajaran bolavoli yang baik dan efektif. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan, (2) melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (3) mengembangkan produk awal (draf model), (4) validasi ahli dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (6) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (7) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas 4 dari SD Ngringin Depok Sleman yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas 4 dan 5 dari SD Sarikarya Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 56 anak. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu; (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi model pembelajaran, (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan model pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu berupa buku panduan model pembelajaran bolavoli pada siswa sekolah dasar kelas atas, yang berisikan empat model pembelajaran, yaitu: (1) pembelajaran teknik dasar passing bawah, (2) pembelajaran teknik dasar passing atas, (3) pembelajaran teknik dasar servis bawah dan (4) pembelajaran teknik dasar servis atas. Dari hasil penilaian para ahli materi, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran bolavoli yang disusun sangat baik dan efektif, sehingga model pembelajaran layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran bolavoli pada siswa di kelas atas. DEVELOPING VOLLEYBALL LEARNING MODELS FOR STUDENTS OF UPPER CLASS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOLSAbstract This research is aimed at producing an adequate and feasible volleyball learning model for stu-dents of upper class of elementary school. This volleyball learning model is developed to help elementary teachers conducting excellent and effective volleyball learning. The research and development (R & D) was carried out by adapting the steps of research development procedure consisting of: (1) collecting information, (2) information analysis, (3) developing initial products (draft model), (4) expert validation and revision, (5) preliminary field test and revision, (6) main field test and revision, and (7) making the final product. The preliminary field test was conducted to 36 students of the fourth grade of Ngringin Elementary School Depok Sleman. The main field test was conducted to 56 students of the fourth and the fifth grade of Sarikarya Elementary School Yogyakarta. Data collection instru-ments used were (1) questionnaire guidelines, (2) rating scale, (3) observation learning model guidelines and (4) guidelines for observation effectiveness of learning model. The data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analyses. The result of this research is a guide book of volleyball learning model for students of upper class of elementary schools. The book contains four learning models namely: (1) basic techniques of forearm passing learning, (2) basic techniques of overhand passing learning, (3) basic forearm serve learning and (4) basic overhand serve learning. Based on some experts’ judgments, it can be concluded that the model of volleyball learning is very well orga-nized and effective. Tujuan aplikasi ini adalah untuk mencatat kehadiran, kegiatan, agenda dan aktivitas-aktivitas lainnya yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa selama magang pada suatu organisasi baik di perusahaan maupun instansi pemerintah. Metode yang digunakan untuk merancang aplikasi ini adalah dengan metode waterfall. Metode ini diawali dengan tahap analisis, desain, pengodean, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Aplikasi Abang 1.0 telah diuji coba pada mahasiswa magang Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika di Kampus Karawang dan Kampus Cikampek selama dua semester, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pelaporan aplikasi Abang 1.0 lebih efektif dan efisien daripada cara manual berbasis kertas.

Transistor dwi kutub (Bipolar Junction Transistor) adalah salah satu komponen semikonduktor yang sering digunakan dalam rangkaian penguat (amplifier). Untuk menjaga agar komponen ini dapat bekerja di dalam titik operasinya (operating point), maka diperlukan rangkaian pembiasan dengan pengaturan tertentu, yaitu Bias Basis, Bias Bagi Tegangan, Bias Kolektor dan Bias Emitter. Perancangan rangkaian tersebut lazimnya menggunakan perhitungan manual sesuai teori dengan bantuan alat hitung (kalkulator). Proses perancangan ini membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama dan sangat rentan terjadi kesalahan prosedur perhitungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang perangkat lunak perhitungan rangkaian pembiasan transistor dwi kutub dengan Visual Basic 6. Proses perancangan meliputi pembuatan form, pembuatan basis data (database), penulisan kode sumber (coding), desain laporan (report) dan kompilasi. Dari hasil uji coba diketahui bahwa tingkat kesalahan (error) untuk perhitungan seluruh parameter dari 4 jenis rangkaian pembiasan adalah 1,18%, sehingga disimpulkan layak digunakan. Hasil perhitungan juga dapat disajikan secara visual dalam rangkaian. Ditinjau dari sifat perangkat lunak ini sebagai aplikasi komputer, maka terdapat kelemahan dari sisi kepraktisan penggunaan, meski proses perhitungan dapat dilakukan relatif cepat. Selain itu, aplikasi ini masih memerlukan perbaikan dalam menu bantuan (help menu), penggunaan satuan dan faktor pengali.

Abstract AIMS Trial registration supports unbiased reporting of research studies. Despite inconsistent use globally and sub-optimal completeness, registration is associated with publication of the same outcomes as defined in trial protocols, though these are not necessarily reported in published results. In the core outcomes in brain tumour trials (COBra) study a registry review was undertaken, alongside a systematic review of qualitative literature and semi-structured interviews, to develop a core outcome set (COS) outcome longlist. The study aims to identify all outcomes reported across all glioma trial registration data. METHOD Phase 3 interventional glioma trials involving patients aged 18 and over, registered on clinicaltrials.gov or the ISRCTN registry were included. Two researchers independently searched the databases and registered data and available protocols were retrieved. Two reviewers independently extracted basic trial data including primary and secondary outcomes. Outcomes were categorised according to an ontology developed through literature review. RESULTS 91 trials were identified. Primary outcome categories reported were survival (84%), disease activity (14%), symptoms (4%), adverse events (3%) and resource use (1%). Secondary outcome categories reported were survival (60%), adverse events (52%), quality of life (QoL, 41%), disease activity (30%), symptoms (20%), function (12%), resource use (7%), health status (7%), and economic (3%). The review contributed 15 unique outcomes to the final outcome longlist of 35. CONCLUSION Trial registries represent a pragmatic solution in COS development and enabled identification of outcomes not present in other data sources. Under half of registered glioma studies included QoL outcomes; a small minority included functional outcomes or economic evaluation.

Isi dari produk yang dihasilkan adalah empat model permainan dan empat gerak dasar karate meliputi: (1) permainan lari tarompang untuk melatih kuda-kuda Zenkotsu dachi, (2) permainan Tarik Tambang untuk melatih kuda-kuda Kokutsu dachi, (3) permainan Batok Kuda untuk melatih kuda-kuda Kiba dachi, dan (4) permainan Bentengan untuk melatih teknik Kumite. Developing a model of karate basic motion exercise through the modification of traditional games for beginnersAbstract: The purpose of this research is to produce a model of karate basic motion exercises through the modification of traditional games that matches the characteristics of the beginners of karate. This research and development used the steps in the research and development model of Borg Gall (1983: 775), consisting of (1) the collection of information, (2) analyzing the results of the information, (3) early product development, (4) expert validation and revision, (5) product trials or due diligence, (6) expert validation, (7) effectiveness testing, and (8) final product. The small scales trial was conducted on Inkanas beginners who practised at the Dojo of SDN Embung Tiang, Lombok Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat. The large scales trial was conducted on the Inkanas beginners who practised at the Dojo of SMAN I Sakra Timur, Lombok Timur, and Nusa Tenggara Barat. The research subject was the karate beginners of the two dojos. The data were collected through (1) interviews, (2) observation, and (3) questionnaire using the Likert scale. The data analysis used descriptive, qualitative and quantitative analyses. The results of this research and development is a handbook of karate basic movement exercises modified through traditional games for karate beginners, which is packaged in a CD. The contents of the products consist of four models of the game and four karate basic movements including (1) the game of Lari Tarompang to train kuda-kuda Zenkotsu dachi, (2) the game of Tarik Tambang to train kuda-kuda Kokutsu dachi, (3) the game of Batok Kuda riding to train kuda-kuda Kiba dachi, and (4) the game of Bentengan to train Kumite techniques.

Abstract The Development of teaching material of E-Module in archival subject is needed because there are no modules intended for students so far. The development of this e-module is aimed at (1) Producing an electronic module (E-module) based on Digital Flipbook in Archival Subject (Basic Competency 3.7 Implementing alphabetical, chronological, geographical, number, and subject archive systems And Basic Competency 4.7 Carry out alphabetical, chronological, geographical, number, and subject archive systems) for class X OTKP’s students in SMK Negeri 1 Ngawi, (2) Knowing the feasibility of Digital Flipbook-based E-module in the subject of Archival based on expert validation and (3) Knowing the difference in learning outcomes of students in the experimental class using E-module with control class students who do not use E -module that has been made by researcher. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) with Borg & Gall research and development model, namely 1) Preliminary studies, 2) Initial data collection, 3) Initial product development, 4 ) Design Validation, 5) Design Revision, 6) Limited trials, 7) Initial product revisions, 8) field trials, 9) Final product revisions, 10) Final Products. The e-module validation is carried out by e-module experts, material experts and limited trials. E-module experts is 98%, material expert validation is 94.5%, the limited trial result is 89.6%. The combined validation average is 94.03% which shows that the e-module is very valid. Abstrak Pengembangan bahan ajar e-module kearsipan sangat dibutuhkan karena belum adanya modul yang diperuntukkan untuk siswa. Pengembangan e-module ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menghasilkan modul elektronik (E-module) berbasis Digital Flipbook pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan (KD 3.7 Menerapkan penyimpanan arsip sistem abjad, kronologis, geografi, nomor, dan subjek dan KD 4.7 Melakukan penyimpanan arsip sistem abjad, kronologis, geografi, nomor, dan subjek) untuk siswa kelas X OTKP di SMK Negeri 1 Ngawi, (2) Mengetahui kelayakan E-module berbasis Digital Flipbook pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan berdasarkan validasi para ahli dan (3) Mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen dengan siswa kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan Model penelitian dan pengembangan Borg & Gall yaitu 1) Studi pendahuluan, 2) Pengumpulan data awal, 3) Pengembangan produk awal, 4) Validasi Desain, 5) Revisi Desain, 6) Uji coba terbatas, 7) Revisi produk awal, 8) uji coba lapangan, 9) Revisi produk akhir, 10) Produk Akhir. Validasi e-module dilakukan oleh ahli e-module, ahli materi dan uji coba terbatas. Ahli e-module sebesar 98%, ahli materi sebesar 94,5%, dan uji coba terbatas sebesar 89,6%. Rata-rata gabungan validasi yaitu sebesar 94,03% yang menunjukkan e-module sangat valid
