The diploma work deals with the effective use of financial resources that the enterprise has available, specifically evaluating their options and investment plan formation. The first part introduces general information about capital structure. There are explained the types of financial resources, their pros and cons and possibilities of their utilization. This chapter also contains the types of investments and methods of assessment needed to correct assembly of the above mentioned investment plan. Own part introduces general information about a particular company. This is followed by a brief analysis of the capital structure of the company, which explores ways of financing, financial budget formulation, the composition of costs, or the proportion of the financial resources of the enterprise. This analysis is followed by the evaluating of all investments. Investments are compared and selected the best of them according to the results of applied indicator. The information obtained is used in the final chapter, which is compiled investment plan for the year 2015. The findings are then used to draw conclusions and propose changes in addressing the capital structure and investment evaluation.

This diploma thesis deals with financial issues of immovable property acquision. Specifically, the residential property purchase using mortgage. In this context, the suitability of the collateral is being assessed on the basis of a risk assessment. Subsequently, I determine the collateral value of the property using the comparative valuation method. The practical part includes financial records of six banks and an analysis of a selected segment of the residential real estate market. The theoretical part deals with immovable property valuation, the definition of entities in the real estate market and mortgage mechanism. The main output of the practical part is offered mortgage loans comparison and selection the most favourable of them.

The goal of this thesis is the analysis of indebtedness in czech industrial companies. I try to describe the situation in particular sectors during years 2001 - 2008. The important part of this thesis is statistical chapter. There I look for relations among economic factors and also create the simple regression model. I found out the positive change of ratios, however in the year 2008 the financial crisis influenced the czech economy, which had the impact on particular sectors. I proved that the correlation between return on assets and debt ratio exists and also the model for the estimated interest rate works.

The work is focussed on the determination of capital structure in its market values, determination of the cost of non-own capital, and determination of the cost of equity, primarily by using the CAPM method. In terms of the CAPM procedure the work deals with the main parameters required by the method, such as risk-free yield rate, risk market premium, and beta coefficient. Furthermore, attention is given to modifications resulting from the inaccuracies of the CAPM method to make the method correspond as much as possible with the actual yield and risk of shares historically achieved at the capital market, and likewise to modifications needed when applying the CAPM method to the valuation of Czech businesses. The recommended procedure of determining the market discount rate for the valuation of an enterprise is applied on an example. Data obtained from the capital market of the Czech Republic are used to calculate the risk premium of the Czech capital market and beta coefficient of selected ten shares out of the Czech capital market, giving an assessment of the possibility of using the data obtained from the Czech capital market for the valuation of businesses incorporated in the Czech Republic.

The municipality has realized the building insulation and installation of a heating pump in primary school. I compare financing by the own resources, loan from Komerční banka (the bank) and by grants. I analyze the various sources in financing of investment projects in the public sector in the theoretical part of this diploma thesis. Next I define what the municipality means and how they make a budget. The other two sections contain how to get a grant and how tendering procedure works.

The aim of the thesis is to find out whether there is a possibility to get other additional sources for the municipalities based on the management comparison of the chosen towns and on the management analysis of local action group. The work focuses on budgetary income and expenditure of the municipality and the budget management. The first part explains the theoretical concepts related to budget, budget management of municipalities, the debt of municipalities and local action groups. The second practical part deals with the analysis of the development and the structure of selected budget sections of the towns Jirikov, Krasna Lipa and Sluknov. It also analyses the development of the budget management of MAS Sluknov Region and the analysis of projects supported by MAS Sluknov Region, pointing out the possibility of using a local action group for municipalities. The evaluation of management of the municipality and the local action group will use absolute and percentage ratios in a time line of five years. As a conclusion I set proposals and recommendations on the basis of the analysis.

Until now, no clear approach to optimizing the capital structure has been identified. In the practical part of the thesis, theoretical knowledge is applied on a real company COOP Jednota in Jindřichuv Hradec and an optimal capital structure is proposed.

The aim of the study is divided into three areas: The first objective is to characterize the changes that occurred in the Czech Republic after it became part of the single customs territory of the EU. Therefore to clearly describe the basic features of the EU customs policy - its principles, tools and techniques for customs proceedings, each customs procedures, Common Customs Tariff, etc. The second goal is to provide an overview of collecting customs duties in the territory of the Czech Republic just before and after joining the EU. The third objective of this diploma thesis is to characterize and analyze the revenues from customs duties throughout the EU, as the customs duties are one of the Traditional Own Resources (TOR) of the EU budget.

1 The aim of the thesis is the reconstruction of the linguistic image of "Friend and foe" category on the basis of the selected hip-hop texts. The theoretical part of the work will be devoted to the basic aspects of the linguistic image of the world theory and also the history of the hip hop music genre of in Poland. Material for the analytical part of the thesis will be texts of selected artists of the older (e.g. Stare Miasto, Kaliber 44, Liroy, Wzgórze Ya-Pa 3), and also the younger Polish hip-hop generation (e.g. O.S.T.R., Donatan, Małpa, Taco Hemingway). Using their content analysis, the author tries to reconstruct the "Friend and foe" category image based on subcategories, such as "My place", "My person", "My life ideals" as well as "internal enemy" and "external enemy". Texts from different time periods will be analysed, which will allow to answer the question of how and whether the reconstructed image changes over time.

This thesis aims to map the occurrence of reproduction of own and other people's language in everyday communication and focus on characteristic features of spokenness. After the first part, which will study this issue in theoretical level, proceed to the analysis. Everything will be completed by pondering on the research results and their implications. The material from which the work is based, consists monologues and dialogues of 65 people of different ages, gender and social inclusion. By these criteria the material is also categorized and analyzed in the context of reproduction and of characteristic features of spokenness in all layers of simple communicative style. All the material isn't older than two years and using by a recording equipment is maintained in spoken and subsequently also in written form.

This dissertation has two main aims. The first is to describe or specify the poetics of "own" and "foreign" space in literary work in general and in the fairy tales of K. J. Erben, the Grimm brothers, B. Němcová or L. Bechstein; the second is to analyse and compare the poetics in three spatial pairs the "own" and "foreign" spaces in relation to the main character of the above-mentioned fairy tales representing, namely in the spaces of home and journey, the living and the dead or welfare and poverty. The reason why I chose this topic is my interest in securities law, especially in bill of exchange law, and my previous work experience. I regularly work with bill of exchange law in my employment so this is a reason why I have decided to expand my knowledge of this particular law. The bill of exchange and check act number 191/1950 Coll., as amended, is the basis of legislation for this kind of law in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of five chapters. Chapter One provides an introduction into the history of bills of exchange. It mainly deals with the unification of legal regulations in Europe and with the process of evolution of legal regulations of both promissory notes and bills of exchange in Czech Republic. Chapter Two of the thesis is the basic introduction into the concept of a bill of exchange and a promissory note as a security, which is also, together with Chapter Three, dealing with the parties to the promissory note and bill of exchange. This chapter provides necessary introduction and basis for the next chapters four and five. Chapter Four is called "Substantial requirements of the bill of exchange". My thesis "The Analysis of the Genetic Source of the Prestice Black-Pie Pig" deals with the evaluation of the population of the Prestice Black-Pie pigs from the point of view of their numbers, the structure of their population and their reproductive qualities, using the data of the Association of Pig Breeders in Bohemia and Moravia. First the carcass value and meat quality of this original Czech meat bacon breed were evaluated and then a slaughter dissection and laboratory analyses of the meat from the analyzed group of pigs were done. The numbers of PBP pigs have increased significantly especially since 2012 and so has the number of the farms; however in many of them there are fewer than 10 PBP pigs. This is why the PBP pig breeding is rather fragmented and it is difficult to sustain sufficient genetic diversity of the closed population. This is also connected with unequal numbers of the 10 genealogical lines. The Akoga and Amperor lines were the most numerous. Since 2015 the numbers of pigs from different lines have been more balanced. In 2016 two sows from the renewed Apolon line, which had been born from a cryopreserved seed, were put in the farms. The influence of the line was evidential in the statistics: in reproduction as well in productive qualities. Therefore, to sustain sufficient genetic diversity in a small population we need to keep in the stock the maximum number of equally represented genealogical lines. A detailed analysis of reproductive indicators of the years 2013 - 2016 found 9.4 piglets born alive and 8.7 weaned piglets, the farrowing interval of 181 days, the average values of relevant indicators did not meet the requirements of the breeding objective; only one farm met them. Statistically speaking, there were significant differences between the individual farms. In bigger farms there were higher reproductive qualities. Between 1998 and 2016 the average daily gain in weight was 530 g for gilts, 578 g for boars, the muscle fibre ratio for gilts was 58.5 % and for boars 59.3 %, the back fat thickness was the same for both, 1.1 cm. The requirements of the breeding objective were met, except for the lower weight gain for gilts. The average daily weight gain between the years 2009 and 2013 for 577 gilts was 524 g, the average muscle fibre ratio was 59.1 % and the average back fat thickness was 1.03 cm; in all indicators there were statistically evidential differences between individual farms. In bigger farms the muscle fibre share was higher by 0.9 %. In a group of PBP pigs I studied the influence of slaughter weight and gender on carcass value. The statistics clearly showed that the bigger the slaughter weight was, the higher the back fat thickness was, and also the higher the weight of meat parts was, but the share of meat parts was reduced, and the area of MLLT increased, too. The slaughter weight had no influence on the muscle fibre share. The statistics also showed that with the increase in slaughter weight there was an increase in drip loss and the meat was tenderer. There was also a statistically inconclusive increase in intramuscular fat. The statistics also showed that the barrows in the analyzed group had a lot higher average daily gain, a statistically inconclusive higher back fat thickness, lower share of muscle fibre and a statistically conclusive lower share of ham and higher share of intramuscular fat. In the meat of the analyzed group of pigs I studied the content of fatty acids. There was a higher share of undersaturated fatty acids and a high share of n-6 PUFA:n-3 PUFA, which is not considered satisfactory from the nutritional viewpoint.

The objective of this PhD thesis is to identify key components which have the most significant impact on the economic value added of agricultural enterprises. The literature review is mainly focused on agricultural enterprise as the part of the agrarian sector, hence the Common Agricultural Policy, respectively the agricultural subsidies policy is described and the risks related to doing business in agriculture are defined. This part of the dissertation also briefly discusses the most common measures used in order to evaluate enterprise financial performance while the economic value added is elaborated more in details. In subsequent analytical part correlation analysis, regression analysis and cluster analysis are applied in order to identify the key factors affecting the value of EVA indicator. As such factors mainly profit from operating activities and the level of debts bearing interest are defined. For the conclusion, I suggest possible approaches to influence these factors with the aim to increase the economic value added in the agricultural enterprises.
