Se diseña una tarima de cimbra alternativa, con material reciclado, para contrarrestar el uso indiscriminado de madera en la construcción del concreto armado. Se presenta esta problemática en el estado de México y se relaciona con el consumo de madera talada clandestinamente. Se grafica el ciclo de vida de la tarima para cimbra de construcción y se comparan parámetros y desempeños de nuestra propuesta, a la que llamamos tarima híbrida y la tarima convencional. Se sugiere contrarrestar el mal uso del recurso madera asociado a la factura in situ del concreto armado mediante el uso de este nuevo diseño.

Kajian ini tujuannya yakni guna memahami dampak citra merek, kualitas barang serta harga kepada keputusan pembelian Cimory Yogurt di Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sebanyak 100 responden yang berada di Surakarta. Penggunaan metode analisis data yakni PLS-SEM. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan software PLS-SEM versi 3.3.9 diperoleh hasil perhitungan nilai R2 sebesar 0,551 dan Q2 sebesar 0,418. Hasil hipotesis memperlihatkan bahwa citra merek mempunyai hubungan baik tetapi tidak signifikan kepada keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk serta harga memperoleh hasil hubungan baik dan signifikan dengan keputusan pembelian Cimory Yogurt di Surakarta. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Yoghurt Cimory harus meningkatkan citra merek, apabila citra merek dapat diperkenalkan dengan baik selanjutnya pelanggan akan lebih terpikat guna melakukan pembelian. Selain itu, instansi Cimory harus mempertahankan kualitas dan harga barang agar konsumen tetap memilih Yoghurt Cimory sebagai pilihan utama

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and loyalty on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, and the research was conducted directly at the PT. Cimory factory in the Sentul industrial area. This research is a descriPT.ive study with a quantitative approach, the data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The research subjects used were employees of PT. Cimory as many as 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses the classical assum PT.ion test, multiple regression with the model feasibility test, namely the t test and f test. The results showed that from 100 respondents it was known that by means of the t test (partial), the variable of work motivation on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees obtained a significant influence, with a value of t count 4.021 1.660 t table. As for the job loyalty variable partially there is no significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, with a value of t count 0.462 1.660 t table. While the f test (simultaneous) work motivation and job loyalty have a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, with a calculated f value of 8.108 3.09.

Abstract:
[11C]Cimbi-36, a 5-HT2A receptor agonist PET radioligand, contains three methoxy groups amenable to [11C]-labeling. In pigs, [11C]Cimbi-36 yields a polar (M1) and a less polar (M2) radiometabolite fraction, while changing the labeling to [11C]Cimbi-36_5 yields only the M1 fraction. We investigate whether changing the labeling position of [11C]Cimbi-36 eliminates M2 in humans, and if this changes the signal-to-background ratio. Six healthy volunteers each underwent two dynamic PET scans; after injection of [11C]Cimbi-36, both the M1 and M2 fraction appeared in plasma, whereas only the M1 appeared after [11C]Cimbi-36_5 injection. [11C]Cimbi-36_5 generated higher uptake than [11C]Cimbi-36 in both neocortex and cerebellum. With the simplified reference tissue model mean neocortical non-displaceable binding potential for [11C]Cimbi-36 was 1.38 ± 0.07, whereas for [11C]Cimbi-36_5, it was 1.18 ± 0.14. This significant difference can be explained by higher non-displaceable binding caused by demethylation products in the M1 fraction such as [11C]formaldehyde and/or [11C]carbon dioxide/bicarbonate. Although often considered without any impact on binding measures, we show that small polar radiometabolites can substantially decrease the signal-to-background ratio of PET radioligands for neuroimaging. Further, we find that [11C]Cimbi-36 has a better signal-to-background ratio than [11C]Cimbi-36_5, and thus will be more sensitive to changes in 5-HT2A receptor levels in the brain.

A crescente evolução dos cimbres autolançáveis levou a que estes se tornassem estruturas cada vez mais complexas e com uma elevada versatilidade, sendo que os métodos usados no seu dimensionamento têm de acompanhar essa evolução, tornando-se cada vez mais rigorosos e criteriosos. Para tal é indispensável uma análise detalhada de todas as fases de utilização bem como das acções que intervêm na estrutura do cimbre. Nesta dissertação pretende-se descrever a estrutura dos cimbres autolançáveis de estrutura portante superior, a metodologia de funcionamento durante a fase de betonagem e de movimentação. Descrevem-se também os principais aspectos a ter em conta na manutenção da estrutura e identificam-se as acções condicionantes e a metodologia de análise e de verificação da segurança nas fases de movimentação e de betonagem. É efectuado um enquadramento histórico deste tipo estruturas na construção de pontes, que inclui uma breve descrição da evolução dos cimbres autolançáveis de estrutura portante superior, bem como a enumeração de algumas das suas principais características. São analisados vários modelos de estudo, efectuando-se para cada um deles uma análise de esforços no programa de cálculo automático SAP2000 R , os quais foram utilizados como base para a definição das acções de dimensionamento e para a verificação da segurança da estrutura do cimbre. Apresentam-se no final da dissertação as principais conclusões obtidas da realização deste trabalho e propõem-se alguns aspectos para desenvolvimentos futuros na análise da estrutura de cimbres autolançáveis de estrutura portante superior.

Abstract:
Durante los últimos años se han venido realizando viaductos con cimbra autolanzable y una nueva secuencia evolutiva de la sección transversal. Esta nueva secuencia evolutiva consiste en alcanzar un esquema autoportante que permita el avance de la cimbra con la sección aún no finalizada. El nuevo proceso constructivo presenta una serie inconvenientes constructivos, cuya problemática y solución se estudia en la presente tesis. Estos inconvenientes son: - la necesidad de controlar la flexión transversal del núcleo autoportante, - la necesidad de realizar dos tandas de pretensado por vano y - el inconveniente de dejar esperas de gran longitud entre en núcleo autoportante y la segunda fase de hormigonado transversal. La problemática asociada a los dos primeros inconvenientes se ha analizado mediante modelos de elementos finitos, tanto de vigas (estudio en 2D) como de shells (estudio en 3D), mientras que la problemática asociada al tercer inconveniente se ha estudiado mediante la realización de ensayos de losas y paneles para determinar el comportamiento y la idoneidad de esperas entre fases de hormigonado de tipo compacto o loop joint. Los resultados obtenidos en los modelos numéricos estudian la posibilidad de mejorar el actual proceso constructivo mediante la implementación de dos tipos diferentes de tesado que permiten realizar una sola sesión de tesado por vano, vigilando especialmente la apertura de fisura y las sobrecompresiones en el hormigón. Asimismo, los resultados de los ensayos confirman la seguridad en el empleo de armaduras de espera de tipo compacto o loop joint entre fases de hormigonado diferentes, no sólo para su empleo en viaductos, sino para su utilización en cualquier otra obra de ingeniería civil o edificación en que haya varias fases de hormigonado. Por último, conviene destacar que con las nuevas mejoras introducidas, se consigue realizar la construcción de los viaductos en un plazo de menos de una semana por vano, eludiendo la presencia de actividades críticas durante su realización y todo ello sin necesidad de establecer un tercer turno de trabajo en la obra, con el consiguiente ahorro de costes derivado de tal necesidad.
During last years several viaducts have been constructed by using movable scaffolding systems (MSS) and a new casting sequence of the section. This new casting sequence of the section consists in constructing a partial selfsupporting scheme that allows the movement of the MSS to the next span though the section is not completed yet. The new casting sequence presents three problems, whose solution is studied in the current thesis: - Control of tranverse flexion is needed at the partial self supporting scheme. - Two different presstesing series are needed at each span. - Regulatory requirements oblige to leave long protruding rebars to connect the two casting phases. In practice, this fact complicates the extraction of the interior formwork of the section The two first problems have been studied by Finite Element Modelization, both for beam models (2D) and for shell models (3D). Otherwise, the third problem has been studied by slab and panel tests to determine the behaviour of the loop joint splices. The results that have been obtained in numerical models is used to study the possibility of improving the current process by the implementation of two different types of prestressing so that only one serie is needed for each span. For these solutions, the crack width and compressions over the limit must be limited. On the other hand, test results of slabs and panels confirm the suitability of loop joints, not only between casting phases in bridges but also in other concrete structures. Finally, it should be noticed that the introduced improvements allow the construction of the spans of viaducts with MSS in less than one week, and avoid the need of critical activities during the construction, without a night work session.

Na presente dissertação definem-se asnas modulares de 35 m de vão que constituem um sistema de cimbres de torres e asnas para execução de viadutos. O dimensionamento das asnas tem em consideração a fase de elevação e colocação das mesmas na posição pretendida para o cimbramento e a fase em que este é solicitado, ou seja, a fase de betonagem do tabuleiro. É feita uma abordagem aos métodos construtivos utilizados na execução das obras de arte em função das diversas condicionantes existentes. Do mesmo modo relacionam-se os métodos construtivos com os sistemas de cimbres que melhor os servem. Realiza-se em SAP 2000 a modelação das asnas, permitindo deste modo a visualização dos esforços gerados nas mesmas nas fases de elevação e de betonagem de modo a se proceder a uma definição das secções e das ligações entre elementos mais correcta e realista. Este trabalho torna possível a escolha das asnas que executem as funções pretendidas de suporte à betonagem dos tabuleiros de viadutos até 35 m de vão. Permite que a escolha recaia entre soluções de reforço das asnas já existentes ou soluções de asnas com novos elementos.
At the present dissertation, it has been defined modular trusses of 35 m which are a shoring system of towers and trusses to the concreting of viaducts. The sizing of trusses takes into account the phase of lifting and placing them in position for the scaffolding and the concreting phase. It has been made an approach of building methods used on bridges according with different conditions. The same way, it has been related the construction methods with shoring systems. The modeling of trusses is made in SAP 2000, allowing the visualization of their stresses during elevation and concreting in order to define sections and connections between those elements. This study makes possible to choose trusses that perform the desired functions of the deck viaducts up to 35 m span. Allows the choice between solutions to strengthen the existing trusses or new trusses solutions.

A indústria do cimento é caracterizada por grandes investimentos iniciais e também por elevadas escalas de produção com uma tendência estável entre os maiores produtores de cimento internacionais. Em junho de 2012, a InterCement Austria Holding GmbH, controlada pelo grupo brasileiro Camargo Corrêa, adquiriu o produtor de cimento Português Cimpor com um preço de oferta de 5,50 ?. O grupo já tinha uma participação no capital de Cimpor - 33% - e este acordo permitiu o controlo total da Cimpor - 94%. O acordo ocorreu quando ainda se faziam sentir os resultados da crise financeira de 2008, estando o ambiente macroeconómico europeu ainda a sofrer algumas consequências, especialmente na dívida soberana de Portugal e Espanha. O principal objetivo deste trabalho é analisar se o preço pago por ação é o mais adequado bem como o valor das sinergias geradas. Pode-se concluir que o preço pago se encontra acima do preço obtido com esta avaliação.
The cement industry is characterized by large initial investments and also high production scales with a stable trend among the biggest international cement producers?. In June 2012, InterCement Austria Holding GmbH, controlled by the Brazilian Group Camargo Corrêa, acquired the Portuguese cement producer Cimpor with an offer price of 5,50€ per share. The group already had a participation on Cimpor capital - 33% - and this deal allowed the full control of Cimpor - 94%. The deal occurred in the upshot of the 2008 financial crisis when the European macroeconomic environment was still suffering some consequences, especially in the sovereign debt area of Portugal and Spain. The main purpose of this work is to analyze if the price paid per share in the deal was the fair one and the synergies created in the deal. With this is possible to conclude that the price paid was above the share price achieved.

The p- cymene is a monoterpene aromatic biosynthetic which has many biological properties , including cardiovascular. Em system actions on the in vivo study, p- cymene showed hypotensive activity through a central effect. Therefore, we sought to investigate the effect of p-cymene on the peripheral vascular resistance in the superior mesenteric artery of rats Rats were sacrificed by exsanguination under anesthesia and the superior mesenteric artery was removed, sectioned and kept in vats containing nutrient solution Tyrode. For recording of isometric contractions, each ring was suspended by cotton thread attached to a force transducer connected to a data acquisition system. In mesenteric artery rings with functional endothelium precontracted with phenylephrine (FE) (control), p- cymene (10-8 - 3x10 -2M) induced relaxation (Emáx = 77.1 ± 3.53% , n = 5) in a concentration-dependent manner not was attenuated after removal of endothelium (Emáx = 72 ± 4.03 %, n = 7) or pre-contracted with 80 mM KCl (Emáx = 79.37 ± 5.25 % n = 6) , suggesting a possible effect independent of the endothelium and surrounding channels for Ca2 +. In preparations without functional endothelium and pre-contracted with FEN and incubated with tetraethylammonium (TEA), tetraethylammonium (TEA), a blocker of non-selective for K+ channels, p- cymene induced relaxation (Emáx = 50.56 ± 4.09 %, n = 8) which was not significantly different from that obtained without functional endothelium in rings pre-contracted with FEN without blocking . Thus, possibly there is no involvement of K + channels for this purpose. Furthermore, incubation with p- cymene (3x10-3, 10-2 and 3x10-2M) was able to antagonize the contractions induced by CaCl2 (3x10-7 - 3x10-2M), and sodium orthovanadate (Na3VO4) (10-5 - 3x10-2M) a non-selective inhibitor of protein tyrosine fosfatase.These results it can be concluded that p- cymene produces vasorelaxant effect independent of the endothelium. The pharmacological evidence suggest that the mechanism of action of p- cymene vasorelaxant involves channels for Ca2+ and voltage sensitive desensitization of the Ca2+ contractile elements.
O p-cimeno é um monoterpeno aromático biossintético que apresenta inúmeras propriedades biológicas, incluindo ações sobre o sistema cardiovascular. Em estudo in vivo, o p-cimeno demonstrou atividade hipotensora, através de um efeito central. Diante disso, buscou-se investigar o efeito do p-cimeno sobre a resistência vascular periférica em artéria mesentérica superior de ratos. Para tanto, ratos Wistar foram eutanasiados por dessangramento sob anestesia e a artéria mesentérica superior foi removida, seccionada e mantidas em cubas contendo solução nutritiva de Tyrode. Para o registro das contrações isométricas, cada anel foi suspenso por linha de algodão fixada a um transdutor de força conectado a um sistema de aquisição de dados. Em anéis de artéria mesentérica com endotélio funcional pré-contraídos com fenilefrina (FEN) (controle), o p-cimeno (10-8 - 3x10-2M) induziu relaxamento (Emáx = 77,1 ± 3,53%; n = 5) de maneira dependente de concentração.Este efeito não foi atenuado após a remoção do endotélio (Emáx =72 ± 4,03%, n = 7) ou pré-contraído com KCl 80 mM (Emáx = 79,37 ± 5,25%; n = 6), sugerindo um possível efeito independente do endotélio e envolvendo canais para Ca2+. Em preparações sem endotélio funcional pré-contraídos com FEN e incubadas com tetraetilamônio (TEA), um bloqueador não seletivo dos canais para K+, o p-cimeno induziu relaxamento (Emáx= 50,56 ± 4,09%; n= 8), que não foi significativamente diferente daquele obtido em anéis sem endotélio funcional pré-contraídos com FEN sem o bloqueador. Portanto, possivelmente, não há participação dos canais para K+ neste efeito. Além disso, a incubação com o p-cimeno (3x10-3, 10-2 e 3x10-2M) foi capaz de antagonizar as contrações induzidas por CaCl2 (10-7 - 3x10-2M) e Ortovanadato de Sódio (Na3VO4) (10-5 - 3x10-2M), um inibidor não-seletivo de proteínas tirosina-fosfatase. Diante desses resultados, pode-se concluir que o p-cimeno produz efeito vasorelaxante independente do endotélio. As evidências farmacológicas sugerem que o mecanismo de ação vasorelaxante do p-cimeno envolve canais para Ca2+ sensíveis à voltagem e dessensibilização de elementos contráteis ao Ca2+.

Le statut actuel de Michael Cimino dans l'histoire du cinéma américain est très particulier, presque non existant. Le cinéaste a pourtant posé des questions essentielles sur l'identité américaine. Dans la trilogie centrale de son œuvre (Voyage au bout de l'enfer, La Porte du paradis, L'Année du dragon), Cimino fait de la guerre du Vietnam le point zéro de son histoire américaine. Il resitue son cinéma dans la tradition classique hollywoodienne qui, de Griffith à Ford en passant par Cimino, a également constitué l'identité nationale. Cimino y ajoute une notion de doute typique des années 1970 et de l'après Vietnam. Cette trilogie présente des personnages en apparence différents, mais qui appartiennent tous à une communauté similaire, composé d'immigrés aux origines salves. Le cinéaste observe donc l'intégration progressive de cette communauté au cœur de la société américaine. Il évoque ainsi la possibilité d'une identité nationale bâtie sur la violence, le conflit permanent. Ce conflit se lit également dans une lutte des classes, générée par le culte du profit d'une certaine société américaine. Tous ces éléments font du meltingpot une entité complexe, qui ne tient, en fin de compte, que par des rites rigides, capables de maintenir ensemble les composantes divers de cette nation. C'es peut-être parce que Cimino s'est interrogé sur l'aspect instable et inachevé de la communauté américaine que son œuvre continue de susciter un certain rejet dans son propre pays
. Michael Cimino's current status in the history of american cinema is very particular, even almost non existent This film maker has asked essentials questions about the american identity. In the trilogy, which constitutes the center of his work (The Deer Hunter, Heaven 's Gate, Year ofthe Dragon}, Cimino takes the Vietnam war to make it the point zero of his own american history. He sets his cinema in the classical hollywood tradition thaï from Griffith to Ford, has always helped build the national identity. Cimino adds the shadow of a doubt, typical from the post Vietnam era. The trilogy presents characters apparently differents, but who all belong to a similar community, made of immigrants with russian roots. The director observes the gradual adaptation of this community in the heart of american society. He evokes the possibility of a national identity built on violence, permanent struggle. The struggle can also be read in a war of classes, provoked by-greed of a certain american society. All these elements turn the melting pot into a very complex entity, who can only barely be held by the observation of strict rituals, able to put together all the different faces of this nation. Maybe the fact Cimino asked questions about the instable and unfinished nature of the melting pot can explain the rejection his movies still suffer in the United States today

Neste trabalho é feita uma análise de dimensionamento de sistemas de cimbres ao solo e um estudo do contraventamento mais eficaz. Cimbre é, por definição, uma estrutura de suporte temporário que transmite as acções da cofragem, do betão armado e da construção para o solo ou para um nível inferior. É feita uma abordagem aos tipos de sistemas de cimbres usados em Portugal e aos materiais que os constituem, o aço e o alumínio. É realizado um estudo dos procedimentos de dimensionamento da norma Europeia de estruturas temporárias, EN 12812, aplicando as suas considerações a um modelo numérico de uma torre de cimbres ao solo, dando especial importância aos dois aspectos mais relevantes neste tipo de estruturas: a estabilidade (contraventamento) e a encurvadura. É efectuado um levantamento de procedimentos de segurança a ter em consideração na fase de execução. ABSTRACT: In the present work is made a design analysis of shoring systems to the ground and a study of bracing systems efficiency. By definition, shore is a structure of temporary support that transmits formwork load, reinforced concrete load and constructions loads to the ground or a low storey. The different types of shoring systems in Portugal are described and the materials used on these systems are presented. Some design procedures based on European temporary structures code, EN 12812, are studied and his clauses are considered in a numerical model, giving special attention on two relevant aspects: structural stability (bracing systems) and buckling. The safety rules in construction site are described.

Dalam upaya meningkatkan realisasi kredit Bank CIMB Niaga menggunakan promosi. Kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan adalah promosi penjualan dan personal selling. Promosi penjualan memiliki kelebihan dalam hal promosi produk perbankan karena promosi penjualan dapat menciptakan nasabah baru melalui pameran sedangkan personal selling memiliki kelebihan sampai tahap negosiasi mengingat dapat dilakukan komunikasi langsung sehingga akan mempengaruhi tingkat keputusan pengambilan kredit, namun dilihat dari data realisasi kredit bank mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel Promosi Penjualan dan Personal Selling secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Keputusan Pengambilan Kredit Pada Nasabah Bank CIMB Niaga Cabang Asia Afrika Bandung. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan jumlah 92 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan dan menggambarkan variabel promosi penjualan dan personal selling terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit. Metode verifikatif untuk mengetahui hubungan antar promosi penjualan dan personal selling terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit. Teknik analisanya menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan baik parsial maupun simultan variabel Promosi Penjualan dan Personal Selling berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pengambilan Kredit.
