Abstract This article proposes a set of function-based criteria for identifying paratextual elements in manuscript texts. With *Tang zai Chimen and *Tang chu yu Tangqiu as examples, I show how their narrative frames perform functions akin to titles, authors’ names, and prefaces. This approach offers a new explanation for the prevalence of the anecdote genre as well as a renewed understanding of the functions of the paratext.

Abstract:
Di Qi is called Di Zhen in “ Tang zai Chimen” from the fifth volume of Tsinghua bamboo slip manuscripts. Di Zhen reminds us of Nü Tian in Chu silk manuscripts, which can be read as Nü Zhen, another name of Nü Wa. The world-creating god Nü Wa is called Nü Zhen because zhen ren seems to have enlarged its scope, from those who preserve their essence, or those who hold the Dao, to the Sage, the Perfect Man, and emperors. Di qi are also referred to as di zhen because they are the gods of earth. Moreover, Nü Zhen in the Chu Silk Manuscript also suggests its tendency to Daoism.

Abstract:
In this study, vitamers of vitamins B6 (pyridoxine; PN, pyridoxal; PL, pyridoxamine; PM) and B12 (cobalamins) in cooked or processed chicken (n=21) were analyzed and the analytical performance parameters were evaluated. The levels of B6 and B12 vitamers were significantly different in terms of the breeds, cooking method, and the parts of the chicken (p⟨0.05). Ogolgye (boiled) (61.48 μg/100 g) and roasted chicken wings (131.94 μg/100 g) showed the highest levels of total vitamin B6 (PN+PL+PM) among the four breeds of chiken and the cooked or processed chiken, respectively. For cyanocobalamin, Korean native chicken (0.40 μg/100 g) and chicken skewers (0.68 μg/100 g) showed the highest levels among the four breeds of chicken and the cooked or processed chiken, respectively. Analysis of B6 vitamers using high performance liquid chromatography-florescence detector (HPLC-FLD) showed a coefficient of variation (CV) of 0.4-4.6% for repeatability and 4.2-5.9% for reproducibility, showing good precision. Likewise, vitamin B12 analysis using immunoaffinity-HPLC-photodiode array detector (PDA) showed a CV of 5.7% for repeatability and 5.9% for reproducibility. Recoveries of B6 and B12 vitamers were 94.3-100.2%, showing good accuracy. Unlike many previous studies that evaluated PN only, this study provides a more accurate estimation of the total B6 content of cooked or processed chiken, including the contents of PN, PL, and PM, which can be used to revise the Korean food composition table.

Formulation of research problem is how much they purchased meat (beef, porl and chiken) consumption household in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. This study was conducted in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. Study was conducted using a survey method, and data were obtained through primary data and secondary data. Determination of the location (rural sample) in the study was conducted by purposive sampling method. Number of samples used in this study were 30 people. Data of this study were analyzed by descriptive and mathematical analysis methods. Income indicated the amount of income earned in a month household, whether they were from the household head or sourced from other household members who work and earn income. From the money earned, the highest number of respondents had incomes between 1.000.000 to 3.000.000/month with the percentage of 70 %, while the number of respondents with the smallest income was less than 1.000.000/month with the percentage of 16.67 %. The difference of income held by the respondents in the Village of Sea I, would have an impact on the amount of meat purchases each month. This was in accordance with the opinion Sukirno (2002) stating that most of the disposable income is used to buy food and clothing. Most of the meat consumed by people in the Village of Sea I was pork and chicken meat compared to beef, it was because the price of beef was relatively expensive compared to the price of pork and chicken meat. Based on research results, pork was the most meat consumed by family respondents about 21 families with the percentage of 70 % of respondents, followed by chicken meat about 18 families with the percentage of 60 % of respondents, and beef by 8 families with the percentage of 26 respondents, 67 % of domestic poultry and meat about 6 families with the percentage of 20 % of respondents. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that household income significantly affect the consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district and the average consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district was about 8,9 kg/capita/year, below the national target of 10,3 kg/capita/year. Abstract:
Abstract Immune therapies targeting a single tumor associated antigen (TAA) have demonstrated their efficacy against multiple myeloma (MM) in recent years. However, durable responses are still limited, which may be due to downregulation of the targeted TAA or expansion of clones with low target expression . To improve binding to tumor cells and enhance tumor cell killing, we propose to simultaneously target BCMA and CD38 using ISB 2001, a potential first-in-class TREAT™ trispecific CD3 T-cell engager based on Ichnos’ proprietary BEAT platform. To understand whether dual targeting could improve binding to tumors and enhance killing, we compared ISB 2001 to control molecules lacking one of the two TAA binders. Potency of ISB 2001 was greater than control molecules lacking either BCMA or CD38 used alone or in combination in a re-directed lysis assay on multiple myeloma cells These results were consistent with the binding to tumor cell lines, in which ISB 2001 showed higher maximal binding than control molecules lacking either CD38 or BCMA binding domains. We also compared the tumor killing potency of ISB 2001 to teclistamab, a BCMAxCD3 bispecific antibody recently approved to treat relapsed/refractory (RR) MM patients who have received prior lines of treatment. To mimic the heterogeneity of tumor cells, the killing of MM cell lines expressing varying levels of BCMA and CD38 was evaluated. ISB 2001 exhibited potent killing of the cell lines with EC50 ranging from 0.2 to 1.5 pM, which was statistically superior to that of teclistamab. These results were consistent with elevated binding of ISB 2001 to MM cells compared to teclistamab. In the presence of soluble BCMA or APRIL, ISB 2001 was 100-fold more potent than teclistamab. When evaluated in a therapeutic PBMC-humanized mouse model subcutaneously engrafted with BCMAlow/CD38low KMS-12-BM cells, ISB 2001 resulted in complete tumor regression and showed statistically higher potency than teclistamab at 0.1 mg/kg dose. In addition, ISB 2001 showed more potent anti-tumor activity than teclistamab in bone marrow aspirates of MM patients, indicating that ISB 2001 to leverage its cytotoxic properties with available immune cells. Taken together, we show that there is a clear advantage of avid binding achieved by the dual targeting using a TREAT-based ISB 2001, which results in potent and efficacious killing of tumor cells in vitro and in vivo. These data support clinical development of ISB 2001 as a promising treatment of RRMM through co-targeting of BCMA and CD38. Significant benefit is anticipated for RRMM patients who may experience tumor escape through target downregulation mechanisms. The evaluation of ISB2001 in a phase 1 clinical trial is planned for the first half of 2023. Abstract:
Nutritional composition of large red beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is good for health, much in demand by people for daily cooking, as raw material for making “dodol” or baby food, but production tends to decrease due to land conversion or soil degradation due to inorganic fertilization over do it. On the other hand, population growth continues to increase, demanding higher production. Fertilization of chicken manure can be expected to improve physical, chemical, and biological soil properties so that productivity increases. The study was conducted in the Tanjungsari SMK-PPN Field, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency with a height of 850 m above sea level, Andisol soil order and type of rainfall C. The experiment was conducted from June to August 2018. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of chiken manure dosage on growth and yield of large red bean plants. The research method was a field experiment using a Randomized BlockDesign. The treatment in the form of dung manure consists of 5 levels (0, 10, 20, 30, and 40 tons ha-1) which are repeated five times. The experimental results show that the dose of chicken manure influences the plant height of 6 MST, number of leaves per plant 4 MST and 6 MST, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, weight of wet seeds per plant, weight of dried seeds per plant, weight of 100 grains , and dry seed weight per plot, but no effect on other observations. The dosage of 40 tons ha-1 chicken manure gives the best dry beans weight per bean per plot even though it is not significantly different from the 30 tons ha-1 fertilizing chicken coop.

Abstract:
Confucian ritual music culture in East Asia can be traced back to Xia Dynasty and developed into a standardized ritual music system in the Zhou Dynasty. The 'JIn Shi Zhi Yue (Music of metal and stone)' in the Confucian ritual music tradition is mainly composed of pyeonjong (a set of bells; bianzhong in Chinese) and pyeon'gyeong (a set of L-shaped stone chimes; bianqing in Chinese). The earliest research on pyeonjong in China was the article 'Golden Chime Bells' published by Cui Yutang in 1958. After that, a series of researches examining rhythmic systems, acoustic characteristics, inscriptions, materials and rehabilitation of pyeonjong were published. However, the study of pyeongyeong was relatively late compared to that of pyeonjong. The earliest study about pyeongyeong was published in 1972; it was the article 'The Painted Stone Chimes of Chu State Discovered in Jiangling, Hubei Province and Related Issues' by the Hubei Provincial Museum. The subsequent researches of pyeongyeong mainly focused on inscriptions, rhythmic systems, materials, reproduction and acoustic characteristics. In South Korea, Jang Sahun was the first scholar who conducted the research specialized in this field. The subsequent researches in South Korea mainly focused on the production, materials, rhythmic systems, acoustic characteristics, inscriptions, and restoration of pyeongyeong and pyeonjong. Although the academic histories of pyeongyeong and pyeonjong in both countries have some similarities in research objects and problem awareness, they also have their own characteristics in terms of the focus, emphasis, scope, and interest of the research. As the representative musical instruments of Confucian ritual music culture, pyeongyeong and pyeonjong need to explore their multiple possibilities not only in the field of academic research, but also in current musical practice.

Abstract:
Cooking oil is one of the basic human needs as food processing media. Repeated use of cooking oil by heating at high temperature will produce free fatty acid levels. This study aim to determine the levels of free fatty acids in frying oils of various foodstuffs which were chicken, catfish, and flour with acid base titration method. The study population was frying oils of various foodstuffs of 0 up to 5th. The results of fatty acid levels in the repeated use of chiken (sample A), catfish (sample B) and flour foodstuffs shows the fatty acid levels exceed safe limits set by SNI 7709:2012. The fatty acid levels of the oil before it used was 0.24%. The increase of free fatty acid was influeced by how many the coocing oil used to frying. The highest level of fatty acid in coocing oil was reached after the fifth of friying. It happened because the level water in foodstuffs increase due to the used of coocing oil
